Member: Rumor is the RV will start tonight….would be nice if it did.

MZ: Lots of rumors out there it’s about to start or has already started. I can tell you confidently that they are not yet exchanging in Iraq. But they are very hopeful things will kick off shortly. A number of them are hopeful for this weekend. But it hasn’t happened yet.

MZ: Wealth management and redemption center banks were told they were on call this weekend but not scheduled to work.

MZ: I do not have any updates on CMKX, PP’s or farm claims. There is silence on that front but it could be a good thing. If they told us they were going to do it- it would not be a surprise.

MZ: “Parliamentary foreign ministry holding the Arab summit in Baghdad holds special importance for Iraq” We are hearing from bankers and folks in Iraq that one of the agreements to hold that summit was a revalued currency. This summit is for the entire Arab region and will be held next month in Iraq. Let us hope they keep the promises that they made. They need to get busy in the next few weeks if they are to have a new rate.

MZ: “Under Secretary of state for bilateral relations receives deputy chief of missions of the United States in Baghdad” They are talking about stability between the US and Iraq.

MZ: “Training course on trade in services concludes in Geneva for WTO acceding governments” They are telling us Iraq is acceding. They have done everything necessary to do this ….and the Arab summit is coming and this is popping back up into the news….and Monday there were articles calling for the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar.

MZ: Lots of positive things happening.

MZ: “Libyans grapple with fresh currency devaluation” They have lost about 30% this year. Years ago Gaddafi was working on a gold backed Libyan dinar. There is now a big movement in the Arab world for all to go to a gold backed dinar or currency for all the countries in the region to have a standard of exchange. . This is historic.

MZ: I am back up and running with power, A.C. ect……and internet issues on the island are all squared away.

Member: Mark, is this month is still in play ?

MZ: April is still very much in play according to the bond side and the banking side.

MZ: “ Spending priorities in the 2025 budget : Maintained salaries and projects following in the footsteps of the government curriculum” Saleh is Sudani’s economic advisor. He is the one to listen to about Iraq’s economy. He says they have the mechanism and rate will not be an issue. The mechanism is in the budget to change the rate if necessary….and they are already calling for that.

MZ: We know they have a big meeting on Saturday…the Erbil delegation is already arriving in Baghdad. “ Iraq officially reassures energy companies in the Kurdistan region and pledges to pay their dues” . This is a big one and they want the oil companies to start pumping oil and exporting again. Guaranteeing to send salary payments to Erbil. This has been a sticking point in agreements.

MZ: I think this one will get us off “stuck”. Very interesting timing

MZ: “ This one just dropped. “Zimbabwe lifts exchange rate controls” in Iraq they have a fixed rate. But in Zimbabwe the rate floats and they let the market decide it and backed it with gold…but this had created a black market. By lifting the exchange rate controls…. doing this ends the black market . I’m pointing this out because it is exactly what Kuwait did when they revalued. And Iraq is talking about doing the same thing.

MZ: Tied to a basket of currencies and tied to assets and let the markets decide. To me this shows that Zimbabwe is preparing for a rest.

Member: They found a ton of lithium in the ground yesterday in Zimbawai !! I believe they finally feel good about their position with their money !??

Member: All the dinar sites will let you know…Mark, TNT, Frank, Bruce and all intel providers will let us know…..it will be everywhere.

MZ: From the bond side I hear they are moving forward and PAYING. But it seems to be moving at a snails pace. Perhaps they are testing for a “shotgun start”. I’m still trying to piece this together….but there is still continued movement. I just want it to go faster….that’s all.

MZ: I did have a number of people trying to find out how they are going to be contacted for Prosperity Packages. Let’s say their parents had one and they had passed away?

MZ: A number of years ago somebody from the Omega PP told me that every few years they pay for some private investigators to update contact info, inheritances ect……they do this very quietly in the background.

MZ: Also if you have a PP….and have not been contacted…..when this thing goes and you make your exchange appointment –you should ask about your PP.

Member: What is a Prosperity Package?

MZ: Be sure to ask that of Mr. C tomorrow.

MZ: “ Is the 2025 budget facing financial disaster?” they are very worried about the price of oil per barrel. Sudani says the price in the budget is set to $65 so it’s not a big concern . But bankers and economists are saying because of this…it’s time to revalue so they can fix these issues.

MZ: Now other government officials are also saying that perhaps it is time to “revalue”

MZ: “At a cost that exceeded a billion dollars, Iraq revives a plant destroyed by Isis:” This is in the Basra area and is a fertilizer plant that typically created 600,000 tons annually for agriculture….Iraq historically was the bread basket of the middle east and moving back to that direction in order to produce more non-oil revenues to justify the value of their currency. They do not want to rely only on oil.

MZ: “ Iraqi government banks suspend loans and advances” Could the banks be holding onto their money because of an imminent value change???. I think that is exactly what is going on .

MZ: Dr. Scott Young will be joining us tonight. …and hope there is more news….See you all then.

MZ: There are no updates on bonds….that I am allowed to discuss.

MZ: Bank stories really do give us hope for timing…..and I love this one …..here we go.

MZ: My son was not a believer in the IQD…but he is now. My son is a day trader…..and as plugged into the traditional system as you can get….. “Here is what he texted “ I noticed lots of movement in the market and IQD values on the trading views( MZ: in other words- he was looking at the screens and saw this) IQD values are going kooky …so I reached out to a friend at a bank 9 an old friend and empoyer) and asked what is going on? The response from the banker was this” You should definitely get some…Hold some dinar….keep it close by…I believe very soon it will be exchanging…I am serious.” .

MZ: So now her son is a believer. I did not give that story verbatim so as not to get anybody into trouble. It is so nice when doubters and family members get that verification. It just feels good.

Member: is this our month Mark? My birthday is April 22…..hope it happens by then.

MZ: I think there is an excellent chance. Let’s see…..Trump has talked several times this past week about the need for a reset. Iraq articles states this week that one of their best choices for oil and its changing values is to go ahead and “revalue” which they have been preparing for.

Member: The Treasury Sec. Bessent keeps talking about fixing “currency manipulation” as well.

MZ: Sudani has said that before this term is up- we will see the dinar become the “father of the dollar” or be worth more than the US dollar. Return the dinar to its former glory. Guess what….they are about to have elections. So he has got to do it now if he is going to keep that promise.

Member: Whoohooo!! Great days ahead!!

Member: I am getting VERY excited with the current RV and world news!!!!!

Member: Any updates on historic bonds? Anything new on groups????

MZ: I have been told bonds are moving very well.

MZ: “ An upcoming meeting between Baghdad and Erbil to resolve the file of exporting Kurdistan oil” We are close to this stuff being finally resolved. This meeting is on Saturday.

Member: Oh great…another meeting. Sigh

Member: Mnt Goat (From Dinar Guru) ...No one knows the date of the RV...Our RV is coming but it is all attached to the reinstatement back to FOREX. This is a byproduct of all the reforms. Iraq is now being methodically pieced back together and the goal is to have a booming economy...My guess, and this is ONLY a guess is that when this Iranian issue is resolved we can expect wonderful things to occur.

MZ: I can buy this one.

MZ: “Ninavah Governor to Nina: The entrance of Korean companies will contribute to the development of the local economy” Korea is well known for manufacturing of durable goods. …and they are looking at making serious investments in manufacturing in Iraq. More evidence they are “international”

MZ: “Economist: financial debts caused a liquidity crisis in government bonds and pension funds” What are they going to do ? Changing their value fixes their problems…….

MZ: “ Sudani: I will run for the upcoming elections….which is an opportunity to support reform plans in Iraq” those elections are coming.

Member: Bruce: Trump said RV happened , IQD about 6 dollars

MZ: it has not already RV’d yet…..possibly some gurus are jumping the gun. They are talking about it though.

Member: AMPEX has gold at $3,338. It hit $3,337 overnight!

MZ: “China discovered the world’s largest gold deposit, alarming markets” isn’t it crazy how everyone is suddenly finding these assets while we are moving to an asset backed economy? Curious timing isn’t it???

Member: VIETNAM just discovered 12 NEW gold deposits that are huge. I know they will mine those, so GOLD SUPPLY is increasing right there. Let alone all the "Gold Shows" on TV pulling out millions of dollars!

Member: What if Bix Weir is right and the Grand Canyon is loaded with Gold? That has been a rumor for years.

Member: Reset Gold and Silver… I think we are much better off and ready than we know.

Member: I’m hoping for exciting updates tonight ! Hope to see some money moving

MZ: News continues to remain solid. No new bond news since this morning…but, they continue to get things completed and I was told they expect to have that threshold (30% done) this week….all completed and paid so they can move to the next phase which are CMKX, PP’s ect…….. then it should be our turn….so that is your recap from this morning.

Member: Mark did you see all the ads to the Iraqi people on the new ATM’s? It’s amazing….thousands of them.

Member: Seems like Bruce and Wolverine are very excited.

Member: To be perfectly frank, with all this delay, I don't know how Wolverine and Bruce keep their spirits up. They deserve a medal for persistence and endurance. imo.

Member: I wonder- What is the reason that Iraq has not come out with their new rate.?

Member: We are all wondering that.

MZ: In Iraq: “Parliamentary warning: Banks dominate transfers and corruption threatens the economy” They are pointing out that foreign owned banks have been doing most of the money transfers., and making hundreds of millions a year. If they domesticate this…and raise the value of their currency they will no longer have this issue.

MZ: All these articles are laying the groundwork for raising the value. Part of that groundwork is convincing the public it is time….And that is clearly the phase they are in.

Member: “We’re unlikely to see the reserves touched, but a revaluation of the dinar, coupled with domestic borrowing, could help bridge a potential deficit,” al-Ansari explained.

MZ: “Congress Delegation visits Iraqi PM” We just had a delegation in the Kurdish region…now there is a delegation in Baghdad. These are a group of democrats. It is clear that both sides of the aisle understand what is at stake here.

MZ: “Vietnam discovers 12 mines containing over 10 tons of Gold” it feels like everytime we turn around somebody is discovering a new commodity. Lithium in the US…Gold in Vietnam….and much more….they are preparing the world to go back to a commodity super cycle.

Member: Told you. Vietnam will give Iraq a run for its money

MZ: “Ghana orders foreigners to exit the gold market by April 30” We are seeing a move towards sovereigns and commodities. In ground assets are the property of the people….When we get rid of or greatly limit fiat…..and embrace asset or commodity backed currencies…..this kind f thing starts to happen. Countries are preparing for this change.

Member: What do you think about Gold Standard on Monday?? That's what rumors the boards are saying.

Member: Mark's plane was delayed last night. He got home very late

MZ: I did not land until almost 2AM last night…then an hour and a half drive home. That’s why we started an hour late today.

Member: Markz, thank you for having todays podcast. You look very tired but so appreciated

Member: President Abraham Lincoln died 160 years ago today! And the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic???

Member: Saturday is the 250th anniversary of the minutemen “Shot heard around the world”

MZ: It might be fun to do a history podcast on that …if we have time this week.

Member: I am hearing a lot of chatter about this weekend! It's also a 3 day weekend.

MZ: It would be a perfect time for the RV to hit.

Member: This weekend is perfect for an RV. Saturday is the 250th anniversery of "the shot heard round the world," aka "the birth of American Liberty."

MZ: On the historic bond side- I am still hearing they have made wonderful progress. I have not had an update since yesterday afternoon…..but was told they are very much on target for completing what they need to this week in order to move forward.

MZ: My understanding of the “Move forward” part is after bonds come the groups , CMKX Farm Claims and Prosperity Packages. Then BAM….it’s us.

MZ: The confirmations from the bond side is a very good sign. They expect to have enough of them done this week to move forward with the rest.

Member: Mark back in the day it was always 30% bonds need to be done before they move to the rest of us…..hope that happens ASAP.

Member: There was a big piece out of Iraq about SAMA International Exchange. They need to put 5% onto Forex at New Exchange Rate to push the Iraqi International RV. Published Iraqi AM.

MZ: I have not seen that one…but there is some good stuff coming out of Iraq.

MZ: “Budget tables on the way to the dome of Parliament” it may arrive as early as the today the 15th. ….after it was passed by the Council of Ministers (COM) Parliament has been surprised by the delays of getting them the 2025 budget tables….The budget was supposed to reach Parliament before the end of last month. What has been the hold ups????

MZ: Could it be because of the article from yesterday that states because of the change in oil prices they will need to “REVALUE their currency” ??? I think that is exactly why they have delayed those budget tables. They are waiting for that new rate. That is y strong personal opinion…and also the opinions of my contacts in Iraq.

Member: TNT said the last delay was caused by waiting for Iran to sign deal. Now done?

Member: When the "New" US Dollar comes out, will we have 2 tiered pricing as value to the "Old" dollar changes

MZ: I was told we would have 90 days to exchange the old currency for the new US currency. Maybe longer.

Member: Will we still be required to request free and clear letters at our exchange for buying a house /vehicle ect???

MZ: I was told we will not need a free and clear letter because with the new financial system they will already know the source of your funds.

Member: I just heard that Vietnam is ready !! They started preparing in 2020 and that by 2025 , don't know the exact date , they will mandate International rates in 2025 !

MZ: Trump is pressuring Vietnam to revalue their currency right now….and it fits in with all the other timing. Along with the delay of the budget tables –now happening this week….it looks like they both may be going at the same time. Which is what we always expected.

Member: Markz what new RV news did you hear from your mainland insiders this week?

MZ: Stream will be shorter today as I head to the airport and back to Puerto Rico today as soon as this stream is finished.

Member: Once 30% of bonds are done it will be our turn – right Mark????

MZ: I did get an update from historic bonds saying last week and the weekend went exceptionally well and they hope to achieve the 30% point this week.

Member: So the RV has begun with bond people being paid? If that's true, Lets all hope we are next.

Member: With bond holders being paid- we should be no more than 14 days away –I would think?

Member: Are we looking before or after Easter for the RV?????

Member: Easter is a 4 day weekend I believe- including Good Friday.

Member: Zimbabwe starting to pay white farmers for 2020 bond settlement agreement

Member: Markets in the green this morning, gold n silver down a bit....

MZ: This one got me excited today “Parliament face a constitutional challenge. Ready laws await vote and fate is in hands of blocs” they are telling us things are ticking down and there is a short time period to make all of these changes before they get into the election cycle. They are telling us to look for a lot of activity. Look for the budget and HCL and lots of agreements. They are setting the stage right now.

Member: Mark Iraq was quite busy this past weekend working with that very large USA delegation and everyone was hoping for a rate.

MZ: “US congress members visit Baghdad for key talks with Iraqi PM” This is on top of all the business folks being over there as well. Now we have political folks to help speed up the massive investments in Iraq from US investors.

MZ: “Iraq takes deal to develop Subsea oil pipeline”. Upping the oil capacity to be able to pump another 2.4 million barrels per day …These pipelines go out to load and unload tankers for the global markets.

Member: Doesnt IRAQ have a deadline for contractual projects????

Member: Al-Alaq announced that banks must comply with international standards. Those unable to meet these requirements will need to merge with other banks or face closure, as stated by CBI Governor Al-Alaq.

Member: Plunging Oil Prices Jeopardize Iraq’s Budget: Will the Government Resort to Dollar Revaluation?"

Member: Iraq needs to stop with all the articles and just do the RV already.

MZ: With oil falling Iraq is faces with some things. They may have to revalue their currency. And that is being talked about right there in the news. They are actually discussing going ahead and pulling that trigger.

Member: Usually when Iraq says they are going to do something, it has already been done.

MZ: This is something we are going to start seeing in Iraq as well……”April 18 is the final day to exchange the fifth issue of Kuwait currency: The Central Bank” …this is a reminder that in Iraq dedolllarizidation and deleting the 3 zeros will lead to this down the road. We will have a limited time to turn in our currency before banks make it not accepted anymore. This mechanism exists for nations that change their values.

MZ: Speaking of changing values: “The Argentinian peso : Where is the currency headed after FX regime overhaul?” They are going to the free market after all of their changes. This is another currency that will be changing values soon. Look for positive changes coming to several countries. .

Member: I had been really hoping we would see the RV before Tax day….which is tomorrow….so serious bummer.

Member: I sure hope that we don't make it out of April without the GCR

Member: Hopefully this is done over Easter weekend. 3 day weekend again.

Member: What updates do you have for us today Mark?

MZ: I have all kinds of updates and will give them gladly.

Member: Both Texas Snake and Issac posted positive news last night.

MZ: I have not seen those but am hearing bond meetings went exceptionally well this week. Also was told they should have the first group finished and funded by the middle of next week. This tells us currencies should be getting close.

Member: So we all pray your bond People are actually getting money?

MZ: I cannot talk about that…..not a word.

Member: I wonder what % of bonds have been funded already?

MZ: If I had to guess….15% or so…..we need 30% to 40% to have gone before we go….imo

MZ: I do not have an update from groups this morning. But, wealth management/redemption center folks will be working tomorrow. They are not scheduled for Sunday though. I think they are getting their regular folks and tax season out of the way so they can handle just us……..but, they won’t tell me what they are working on weekends for.

MZ: in Iraq: “Al Rafadain launches OBDX internet banking service” We are talking about hundreds of ATM’s are going on line. This is an important piece for transactions. They are telling us what they are doing. Safe, stable and modern.

Member: Are there any signs that the RV is imminent?

Member: All over the news there are signs. Both Trump and Treasury Secretary Bessent keep saying they are bringing currencies into parity and stopping currency manipulation. This is part of tarrif negotiations.

MZ: “Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent : In todays meeting to confirm the start of discussions on reciprocal trade with Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam.” One of the outstanding issues was the “exchange rate”. They want Vietnam to raise the exchange rate.

Member: I heard the RV hasn’t happened because the Starlink system wasn’t working?

MZ: LOL….we know better than that- right?

Member: I saw a long string of lights soaring up into the sky Tuesday night here in Huntsville, AL. At least 20 lights all in a row that looked like a necklace going up in the sky. The news says they deployed more Starlink sattelites ….very cool to see.

Member: Yesterday Pam Bondi said big arrest in 24 hours...that should be today

Member: I am growing weary! Just wish they would get it done!!!

Member: The best time to release the St. Germaine Trust is Easter and Christmas…Easter is a week from this Sunday on April 20th. And it’s a 4 day weekend.

Member: Anything from Bond holders???

MZ: bond contacts have gone very quiet. As of this morning I am still hearing crickets from the bond side. I think this is great news. They were expecting dollars. My biggest bond holders told me afterward I was just going to go to voicemail so they did not get into trouble.

MZ: Group contacts are moving to set up for disbursement.

MZ: Yesterday on the banking side we saw a lot of rates populating and changing on nearly every currency we are looking at- throughout the afternoon. This is a first. This is exciting.

Member: It sounds like we are just waiting for notifications to come out if bond holders are on nda's.

MZ: That is exactly what I was thinking.

Member: Everyone is going silent in the tg rooms! Daily chats being shut down. Seems very close! Silence is golden

Member: Could we get to go this week?

MZ: I think we may see bonds wrapping up this week. If so then 3 to 7 days later we see currencies go….that is what I think.

Member: If your bond folks are under nda ….maybe we’re at the point of going in 3 - 7 days??. Fingers crossed

Member: Didn’t Mike Bara said he saw rates of the dong at $2.12?

Member: I would be ecstatic with a rate of 1 to 1

MZ: I am still guessing it will be at the $2-$2.25 range.

Member: I've held at 3.50 IQD and 2.25 dong …that way no disappointment

Member: I’ll be happy if we actually ever get our notifications. What I ever I get on rates is more than I had before.

Member: I think we're all going to be shocked with the rates. I don't care what the rates are going to be. They're going to be great!

Member: Vietnam has found quite a bit of gold. Might that help the value?

MZ: In Iraq: “Al Rafadain is activating the comprehensive banking system in 57 branches” this is an add-on to the ever expanding digital banking system in Iraq.this is one of the pillars of the reforms to lift the purchasing power of the dinar.

MZ: “Positive indicators to diversify sources of income away from oil” they want to diversify their economy for agriculture ect….more than just oil.

Member: Can’t they diversify after the RV…sigh

MZ: I believe they need to point out all the stability there to justify the rate change.

Member: The US Embassy in Baghdad confirmed on Wednesday that it had signed multibillion-dollar agreements with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, through American companies.

MZ: Huge deals were cut yesterday through US and Iraqi businesses

Member: MarkZ, if Iraq is signing contracts with US electric contractors to update their grid system at the current rate of $0.0008, why would Iraq RV? Wouldn't it cost them more money if they did?

MZ: They base them in US dollars for these contractors. They rarely base foreign contractors in IQD. If it’s a Australian contractor they base them on Australian currency….If it’s a US contractor its based on USD…..ect.

Member: On FOX News last night, they were openly talking about a reset!

Member: Mark, as you said last night POTUS has mentioned currency revalue often. He may be pushing us closer to parody even before the RV to make parody much easier after?

Member: It feels like everything is lining up for something big . RV , stablecoin regs , tariffs creating a level playing field.

Member: We are living through history. folks will be talking about this in hundreds thousands of years in the future. they might even reference our comments

Member: Feels like everything is lining up for Easter long weekend.

Member: Just thinking if Easter is our timeline than next week takes us there and even adds a 3day weekend.
