MZ: I have had many of my contacts let me know they cannot speak. A couple bond contacts told me the same thing after several meetings and phone calls they just had .

MZ: Today I had a contractor just do the same thing….which is very unusual. He did have a meeting about a new rate but cannot say anything. That made me feel good. I was waiting for that to happen. It doesn’t give me an idea on timing…but know it’s closer rather than further.

Member: silence really is golden!!

MZ: Some interesting stuff out of Iraq: ”Sayyid al Sadr issues statement on Iraqi borders “ He says they are strengthening their borders and keeping it to themselves. They want to make certain Iraq stays stable.

MZ: “Why are pallets of US dollars showing up in Damascus”? This is in Syria in a government building in Damascus after the fall of Assad. There was a video where it was being looted at the time. Pallets stamped from the Federal Reserve in New York.

Member: Where the heck is all this money coming from?

Member: They were flying pallets of USD from Iraq to Iran. One of the pilots said that he had a knee high pallet of dinar

Member: A pallet of $100 dollar bills is $100 million

Member: what did the D1&2 mean again???

Member: D1 and D2 mean Dubai 1 and Dubai2. just another tier for finance level.

Member: Trump is to ring the bell at the Stock Exchange tomorrow!!! I wonder what that means?

Member: 14 days till Christmas. X days to RV?

Member: Bruce said that today’s the day!

Member: Ginger announcement said 96 hours from last night.

MZ: I feel fairly confident the switch flipped yesterday in the wee hours…..in the early morning hours of Dec. 10th.

Member: I'm excited by the news that you gave yesterday

MZ: yes….It was so cool seeing what happened overnight and what is popping up suddenly in the ledger and the M1 supply – massive amounts ….and enough money to start paying out the historic bonds. This suddenly started moving in the wee hours yesterday. Somebody flipped the switch and it all started rolling.

MZ: Think of it as a huge factory and all of the assembly lines stared coming online. Each little machine clicks in …then the next machine…then the next machine ect……..

Member: Your wood must be wet if you didn't get anything out of yesterday…any who did not listen to yesterday’s podcasts should go back and do that.

Member: Texas snake has great news as well … similar to yours!

MZ: I am hearing that we are about to see Maliki’s removal from the political scene in Iraq. And completely removing Iranian influence. ….AND AN RV. This is what some very excited folks in Iraq shared with me this morning –which makes me feel exceptionally good. I believe we are about to see Sudani’s opposition disappear…Maliki is the one who has been backstabbing and stalling things.

MZ: “Iran’s currency plunges to an unprecedented level” With the fall of Syria- iran is pulling its fangs back from most of the middle east. One US dollar right now could buy $730,000 rial

MZ: “Baghdad sends $430 billion dinars to Erbil to fill the deficit of the three months of this year.” This is exciting for me because I believe they have come to the HCL agreements even though its not yet officially announced.

Member: Dominos are falling, Let's Go!!

MZ: We do have even more money going from M1 and M2 . it started in the wee hours on Dec 10th….and it continues.

MZ: I have gotten another report from another Iraq contractor saying that they are due to renegotiate rates on their contracts with the government of Iraq this week. So I am going to say that the rumors out there with contractors are true at this point. I am definitely hearing that a number of contractors are negotiating rates on contracts in the low $3 range. This has me exceptionally excited.

Member: Are Zim bonds the same as historic bonds?

MZ: No- Zim bonds are not historic bonds….they are totally separate. I am also told that the Zim that we hold is expected to go when the currencies go.

Member: What is M1 and M2?

MZ: The easiest way to look at it is M0 (zero) is money outside of the system. Example- if you have a pallet of gold bars sitting in your basement –it is outside of the system. When you move that to credit or banks so they can make loans on it and use it as an asset- that is M2. It is in the monetary system , but not directly. If you were to move that pallet of gold straight into a cash position- and start spending it – that is considered M1.

Member: so M stands for “monetary”

MZ: yes.

Member: So big money has been moving from M0 to M1 and M2 to be used and spent to start paying bond holders ect……awesome.

Member: Mark- will you come back and tell us when it happens – no matter what time?

MZ: Yes I will. Whatever time and day…..I will be back letting everyone know and all the exchange info I am allowed to.

Member: GM Mark, it's 6 pm in Iraq now....I thought maybe we'd hear the new rate today

MZ: Let’s get into it. “Central Bank sales exceed $5 billion in a month” This is where they are spending US dollars to buy dinar. This takes enormous amounts out of circulation.

MZ: “Iran abandons Iraqi factions : Does this mean the end of Iranian influence in Iraq?” Cease fire talks are gaining momentum.

MZ: “Iran warns of possibility of attacking Iraq with 11,000 Isis elements training in Syria” they are worried about it.

Member: Mark what is your gut feeling of the RV. With all the dates coming and going will we ever reach the point to exchange in our lifetime

MZ: Bonds very much appear to be off “stuck” ……From a number of paymasters-suddenly- in the wee hours there is a massive movement to move M-0 funds. This is money that has been outside of the system for a long time. I am hearing there was a mass movement in the middle of the night from a number of sources…to move these off balance sheet assets onto the books so they can cover and pay those bonds.

MZ: There are a number of bond contacts who are looking to receive all of their dollars over the next week. We suddenly got off “stuck” .

MZ: This means we could soon get our announcement….it could be today. Things just got very exciting on that front.

MZ: They are taking massive amounts that were “off sheet” assets now going into the M1/M2 or spendable dollars to cover these assets. This is huge and I have never been this excited.

Member: HUGE NEWS MARK!

MZ: I will be trying to chase down anyone today who may have funds….

Member: There's been massive layoffs in BOA and WELLS FARGO. I wonder- Is this in correlation with the RV and the new system?

MZ: I am keeping this one short as afraid of more technical difficulties…..hopefully I will have more time this evening.

Member: I’m just curious “what if” parliament doesn’t sign off before the 10th

MZ: If they don’t make it- I’m still sticking around until they do.

Member: Lets celebrate Victory Day regardless

Member: Today is supposed to be parliaments last day ….Sessions will be in recess after today.

Member: Don’t you think the people of Iraq will not stay excited if they do not see an RV soon? It seems like it has to be right upon us

Member: Jon Dowling said HCL became law. Iraq all by dec 9 & 10th will have hard date for All to be done

MZ: “ CBI records huge sales of more than $300 million in auction today” They keep telling us the auctions on US dollars will end this year. Many believe the target may be this week to end those auctions.

Member: When the auctions stop…they almost have to RV their currency…imo

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: The budget amendment includes only one paragraph related to the region’s oil” and that may already be done.

MZ: “Iraq climbs to third place in the Arab world for gold reserves after Lebanon’s exit from the list” Get excited….this may be the gold backing right there.

MZ: “British Newspaper: The Iraqi development road will compete with the Suez Canal” 12 % of global trade and 30% of global container traffic go through the Suez canal. And now a large percentage of the world’s wealth will soon be going through Iraq. This is huge. Iraq is becoming the crossroads of the idle east.

MZ: Big progress in Iraq over the weekend.

MZ: No bond updates yet today.

Member: I think at this point when it goes we will see everything go at the same time: bonds cmkx currency ect ect

Member: We may be waiting until after the US Trump inauguration on Jan 20

Member: Iraq is not going to wait or can't wait until January. IMO- This is going to happen this month December.

Meber: Jan 1st is the first day of Iraq’s fiscal year…..It should be done by then I would think

MZ: I still think we could see the RV before Christmas. Possibly in the next few days. Worst case scenario – by the end of January….

Member: Mark...on a live podcast Wolverine asked Elizabeth if we were going to have a great Christmas she sad yes.

Member: NESARA maybe in January but RV should go in December. Iraq anyway.

Member: Will we see the RV on forex first?

MZ: I do not think it will be on forex first. I think we will get our announcements first…then it will appear on forex. But in todays “information world” it is difficult to hide anything.

Member: How can the economy withstand the huge influx of money after the RV?

MZ: We are not adding a huge amount of money to the economy. We are changing who holds the money….and it will be asset backed. .

Member: Good to see the metals rallying today, silver now above $32.70

Member: Praying this is finally our big week!!

Member: I hope and pray this is an epic Christmas!!!!

Member: May tomorrow- Victory Day in Iraq be a victory for us all.

Member: Raining on west coast today. Hope it starts raining money in the Middle East today. lol

MZ: Still very quiet on the Historical bond side.

Member: I totally believe they will go the same time we do……shotgun start. Poor bond holders have been cried “wolf” far too much.

MZ: A number of my contacts from Iraq that very much believe we will cross the finish line in the next 3 days.

MZ: We have seen tremendous HCL movement in Iraq. There are many rumors that it has already passed. But I can tell you it was not in the Gazette this morning. But the mood is very upbeat in Iraq. There are a number of folks looking at the next 3 days and we are hopeful and praying.

MZ: In the Islamic world they tend to tell you about things….after it is finished. So HCL could be done….just not announced

MZ: Vietnams Trade surplus has strengthened and they will be pushed to increase the value of their currency. Their currency just isn’t strong enough which allows them an unfair advantage in international trade.

MZ: “Vietnams soaring US trade surplus stokes new fears of Trump’s tariffs” Will they scale back in trade of will they “raise the value” of the dong in comparison with the dollar? Leveling the playing field. They are actively talking about raising the value of their currency.

Member: is there a chance of the Iraq Gazette doing a “special edition”

MZ: They could. They have in the past when there have been big laws settled ect…..

Member: What is the significance of the 10th and the RV?

Member: That is Victory Day in Iraq . Sudani supposedly wanted the monetary reforms done by then

Member: "Victory Day" is next Tuesday, the end of ISIS back in 2017

MZ: “Iraq participates in a ministerial meeting of the gas exporting countries forum” Why is this important? They are now joining countries that exports gas. This is a whole new market that has the potential to be as big as their oil industry. This helps them increase the value of their currency.

MZ: “ An expert identifies the damages of not submitting the final account of the budget” they have laws stating they have to do a proper budget. Unlike here in the Us where we have not had a budget since 2007.

Member: Come on Iraq….Just do it.

Member: Rumor has it. NESARA will be announced on the 8th. U.S. debt click said. REEVALUATE YOUR THINKING

Member: If something happen with the rv between now and Monday morning… will you come on?

Member: Mark has always said he will come back on and tell us instantly when the RV happens….no matter what time or what day it is.

Member: I feel we are close to the end, have never seen so much come together as in all the yrs I’ve been in this RV.

Member: Jim Willie said he knows someone in country in IRAQ that got the new rates yesterday. Also Nick Fleming had said yrs ago, that after the HCL was passed the RV would go within 72 hrs

Member: Hey Mark what is so special about the 10th of December? I see people talking about it

Member: its victory Day in Iraq. And Sudani had said he expected the Monetary reforms over by then

Member: I think Victory Day is the day we will be told and notified

MZ: You may be right. I really hope we go by then. I don’t want to still be sitting here in January.

Member: I heard 5 and 10 dinar notes have been released in Iraq.

MZ: That is the rumor. We are hearing reports from individuals in Iraq attached to the government have starting the process yesterday –before they release them to the general public. Do not know if it’s true or not. But I feel 99% certain they have started that process in Iraq.

MZ: I think we may have crossed the point of no return but we hav’nt crossed the finish line until we are sitting at the bank.

MZ: “ Informed sources rule out submitting final accounts of the 2024 budget to Parliament” This is one of those confusing articles I was talking about. They have already done 3 readings on the 2024 budget and we are waiting for it to be in the gazette….or they could publish a special Gazette- which is something they sometimes do.

Member: I wonder if Iraq allow their people a few days to enjoy their new found wealth before it hits the international world?

Member: Do we care if they have moved the Saturday meeting to Sunday now?

MZ: No we do not. It would make it really easy to change the rate Saturday night . I was always told the easiest time to change rates was on a Saturday night between 11 pm and 2 Am…I was always told this was the easiest time. They don’t have to do it then…but it would be the easiest time.

Member: Remember that old Bloomburg video that said “One Saturday night all rates will change and we will wake up to a new world on Monday Morning”

Member: Mel From Australia said Vietnam RV’d in –country. I am waiting to confirm from a friend who is over there right now.

MZ: That would be huge if you can get that confirmation. I continue to see about $1.50 from a few sources in the international banking world. I do not know if that is the final rate or not. I hope its more…but if it is that it would still be amazing. That rate may be a placeholder.

Member: Has there been a rate published for the Bolivar?

Member: Nadine Jones XRP Lion said his contacts are saying 83 cents per Bolivar

Member: Anything on CMKX?

MZ: I wish there were. I keep getting occasional updates when they update the Fines and Penalties.I am a shareholder and this wait has been painful.

Member: Any banker or redemption center chatter?

MZ: Unfortunately I have nothing new on that……maybe that’s a good thing?

Member: Maybe the bonds go at the same time as the rest of us?

Member: Stay grounded , we've been here sooooo many times before. Stay Calm!

Member: People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.

Member: please tell me how do we get number for redemption centers i have zim bonds and have been sick for 2 weeks so haven't heard …please help

MZ: We may be in for a crazy few days everyone.

Member: I did hear that Iraq had passed everything and I think they’re ready to go

Member: There are rumors HCL is done.

MZ: They are operating as if HCL was done. I am convinced it is done- just not officially announced yet.

MZ: “Sudani: The challenges of the 2025 budget will not hinder salaries . Is Ira on the brink of a financial crisis?” these are the normal back and forth article they throw out there just before a value change.

Member: So I hear - Iraq approved it, but didn’t do it in time to be already in affect? So we have to wait till Sunday.

MZ: “With documents: Test of the draft amendment for the budget law.” The second reading is done and we are waiting on the third reading to have their budget.

MZ: The rumors in Iraq are along with that third reading they will announce the HCL.

Member: The third reading is the final reading.

MZ: We hear the third reading may be on Saturday.

Member: What is HCL?

MZ: Hydro Carbon Law. it’s the profit sharing between the Erbil region and Iraq. We were told when it is passed- the RV can occur. Within days of it passing the new rate should be out.

MZ: It may be time to start getting excited…We just need to manage our expectations

Member: is it true the budget was published in the Gazette yesterday?

MZ: it is absolutely not true. But I am told there is a good chance it could be published in this Saturdays Gazette. I heard that from a couple folks who believe that is going to be our “Go”. But it most likely will be next Wednesday.

Member: Iraq has never done anything on time…..lol

MZ: “Parliamentary finance is considering reviewing the price of oil in the 2025 budget” In the article they say they may be making a change on the price of a barrel of oil and the EXCHANGE RATE of the dollar.

Member: What will happen if Iraq doesn’t revalue its currency by December 10th .. anybody have any ideas?

Member: We will just continue to sit and wait like we have been doing for years….

Member: apparently the money auctions must end before rv.

Member: Dr. Kia Pruitt had Rod Steel on last night. Over 2 hours of intel from Rod.

Member: 2 of Rod steele’s contacts said late January

Member: I still think we have to wait until after the inauguration on Jan 20th. So that fits.

Member: Rumor floating around that we are going to see the new Dinar rate on the Forex on Sunday.

MZ: Unfortunantly no bond news today.

Member: Can you address what the strict NDA will entail?

MZ: We do not know exactly what the NDA will look like….or if we will even have one. I was told by my banking folks that they do not think we will have one unless we have Zim projects. Otherwise they don’t think we will have one.

Member: IMO- The main project all of us will have is how to use the money wisely.

Member: how long do we have to redeem or exchange???

Member: Mark has always said about 10 days to make appointments and 30 days or so to exchange.

Member: Should we be concerned about safety when we go to the bank to exchange?

Member: We are told Redeeming banks or redemption centers will have plenty of security. The best security we will have is to keep our mouths shut about our new wealth.

MZ: Dr. Scott Young will be with us tonight.

MZ: We did have some good news out of Iraqi parliament today. “Parliamentary Finance : Satisfaction and optimism with the rate of completion of the government program” They want you to know that they made great progress and have expectations for the budget to be voted on in the next few days.I am looking forward to seeing the news tomorrow morning.

MZ: From insider news and other sources in Iraq- I have more confirmations that they are trying to having it done by Dec 10th and Victory Day. It made me feel really good to hear this from another source or two.

Member: Heard auctions would cease on 12/31. Then dinar would have a new rate

MZ: No new bond news today.

Member: Could it be the news coming out for the “RV” that the bonds are already laying in waiting for the signal and we all go together?? Just a thought

Member: MM's crew debunked those ridiculous notes - we are looking for 1's, 5's, etc if the dinar is worth more than the dollar

MZ: Yes we are looking for the 1’s and 5’s….but think the $250’s could act as a bridge for in between. This is just a first step…and as the dinar value goes way up- they will need 1’s and 5’s.

Member: And TNT says those smaller notes will be out shortly.

MZ: “Trump nominates Paul Atkins to lead securities and exchange commission” What does this tell us? A shift to crypto friendly policies. This is taking power away from the Federal Reserve.

Member: Mark do you know how things are going to work when rv happens. Some say there is no 800 numbers and we go to the bank?

Member: You are free to do as you wish. I am going to a designated redeeming bank/redemption center with the security and the people trained to do our exchanges.

MZ: Dinar Recaps had an article yesterday highlighting the new lower denoms in Iraq with pictures….”Central Bank of Iraq is pleased to present the Iraqi banknotes in circulation” $250 notes are showing up in mass….and we are seeing more of the $50’s as well. The $250 notes are only worth .19 cents US right now. Why would they release these unless they were about to raise the value of their currency?

Member: Bruce said the same thing about the lower denom's showing up all over Iraq!

MZ: “Parliament finance moves to adjust retirement age in Iraq” they are moving it from age 60 to age 63.

MZ: This is making news all over: “ The turning point: Iraq’s leap into the digital economy” they have completed the transition. They are only a point or two away from a total transformation of their system…..This article comes from the UN. .

Member: Securities Commission: Iraq Stock Exchange Leads Arab Financial Markets...How is this possible at a program rate?

Member: Sounds like Iraq’s walking off BP site. Protesters massing for nonpayment.

Member; did you all see that employees working for BP in Kurdistan are striking because they have not been paid in 3 months . They gotta get payed due to the contract they signed with BP

Member: Maybe these protests will make the Iraqi Gov. do something already….sheesh.

MZ: Pretty quiet on the bond side and all sides including groups this morning. A lot of people had big expectations for overnight last night

MZ: I am still waiting to hear something warm and fuzzy from my largest bond holder/facilitator. He purchases for Central Banks and countries.

Member: Word is a lot of NDAs have been signed and massive penalties for Violation of NDAs.

MZ: Yes……..A complete removal of all their money.

Member: COPIED Bank story. Called bank yesterday. Senior banker told me….Can't say much but big news to his bank today and all he really can really say is that I can hold my breath….. I've been giddy all night

Member: Mark. do you anticipate anything before Trump is officially in office?

Member: I think private groups may go before….but general public goes after Jan 20th.

Member: Good morning Mark….Trump made a comment we would be all on same level playing field with currency ……would that mean all the currency would have to go at once?

Member: BREAKING: Nationwide blackout hits Cuba

Member: Are we ever going to see the RV, it seems we are being constantly duped…even though it’s “so close” I and I believe many are losing faith.

Member: Any RV updates overnight Mark? Any new updates from bond contacts

MZ: I have a number of confirmations with people on the ground in Iraq that they are seeing some lower denominations in Iraq. They are seeing $500’s and $250’s . they have suddenly released a large number of them into the market. They are functionally pretty useless right now.

MZ: With the current pricing right now of the dinar, the $250 dinar note is worth about .19 cents US. The $500 note is worth about .38 cents US. Why would they suddenly release into circulation so many of these bills? Why do you need a bunch of notes only worth .19 Cents? You don’t .

MZ: Doesn’t it make a great bridge … a functional currency when the rate changes? Suddenly it RVs and a $250 notes goes from .19 cents to (lets say ) $25.00? that is a massive change in value.

MZ: I have some pretty excited folks from Iraq who say “this is it” and now all they have to do is release the even smaller notes which they already have. This $250 note being released should have you all excited.

MemberL The 250 is a bridge for when it revalues…awesome news.

MZ: Yes its functional bridge for when they change the value.

Member: Project to delete the 3 zeros must be close with more 250 and 500 dinar notes being released.

MZ: Exactly. There is no reason to release those notes unless a revaluation was happening soon. And they expect it to be done on or before Victory Day .

Member: I think they have a $50 and %100 dinar note already printed.

MZ: They have a “cut sheet” in banks and stores showing these. These bills were printed in 2018 by DelaRue. They have been preparing for this for many years.

Member: don’t forget the coins or “fils” already minted and ready to go.

Member: Hey Mark. if the federal reserve goes away what is the effect on the currency (fiat dollar) does it go away also?

MZ: If Mr. C’s is correct on what will happen –The Federal Reserve will get folded into the US Treasury. It goes away. Then they will exchange USN’s 1 to 1 for the fiat dollar . You will have a limited time to do it. Before fiat money becomes wallpaper.

Member: Is Fed Now a CBDC?

MZ: Fed now is not a Central Bank Digital Currency. It’s a platform for moving money. It uses ledger technologies.

Member: You think we definitely do this RV thing before 12/10, my birthday is 12-12 and would love to celebrate before that day

MZ: There is a lot pointing to over the next 7 days to be across the finish line and done. We hope that is accurate.

Member: Iraq has a holiday on the 10th…Victory Day.

MZ: “On the occasion of Victory Day . official working hours will be suspended in Iraq next Tuesday” They are celebrating the removal of Isis from their land…..It would be a great day to celebrate.

MZ: We have had a number of reports from inside the Iraqi government saying they plan to have the value raised by Victory Day. I really hope its accurate guys. Victory Day is a week from today.

MZ: “The Central Bank signs a memorandum of understanding with the European Union and Germany to strengthen the financial markets in Iraq.” This is big and clearly shows Iraq is International.

MZ: “Minister of Finance affirms the governments keenness to implement reforms to ensure the stability of the national economy.” Don’t you just love these articles?

Member: My local currency exchange is still selling Dinar and Dong.

Member: Do you think Iraq needs to change their rate this year….or can they wait to rv until 2025?

MZ: Theoretically they could wait….but wont be able to go much longer as they have a budget to fund, projects to start and people to pay. They keep promising the people they are about to get a rate so I think it’s a pretty slim chance.

Member: Several government departments , schools and health centers in Sulaimani and Halabja provinces have gone on strike as the civil servants and security personnel went unpaid for 2 months in Kurdistan.

Member: Chella Smith on Charlies show mentioned bad militias in Iraq are holding up the RV.

MZ: I was told from officials in Iraq that this is not true and those factions are moving out across the Syrian border

Member: South Korea's President just declared they are under martial law.

MZ: Yes that happened overnight. They say they are going to rebuild their democracy.

Member: Vietnam stands on the brink of significant economic growth, leveraging its memberships in the WTO and ASEAN to enhance global trade relations.

Member: We were CHOSEN to be here at this time...Have faith...Our day is coming...We will create our new beautiful earth together...Remember Unconditional Love & Peace
