MZ: We did have some good news out of Iraqi parliament today. “Parliamentary Finance : Satisfaction and optimism with the rate of completion of the government program” They want you to know that they made great progress and have expectations for the budget to be voted on in the next few days.I am looking forward to seeing the news tomorrow morning.

MZ: From insider news and other sources in Iraq- I have more confirmations that they are trying to having it done by Dec 10th and Victory Day. It made me feel really good to hear this from another source or two.

Member: Heard auctions would cease on 12/31. Then dinar would have a new rate

MZ: No new bond news today.

Member: Could it be the news coming out for the “RV” that the bonds are already laying in waiting for the signal and we all go together?? Just a thought

Member: MM's crew debunked those ridiculous notes - we are looking for 1's, 5's, etc if the dinar is worth more than the dollar

MZ: Yes we are looking for the 1’s and 5’s….but think the $250’s could act as a bridge for in between. This is just a first step…and as the dinar value goes way up- they will need 1’s and 5’s.

Member: And TNT says those smaller notes will be out shortly.

MZ: “Trump nominates Paul Atkins to lead securities and exchange commission” What does this tell us? A shift to crypto friendly policies. This is taking power away from the Federal Reserve.

Member: Mark do you know how things are going to work when rv happens. Some say there is no 800 numbers and we go to the bank?

Member: You are free to do as you wish. I am going to a designated redeeming bank/redemption center with the security and the people trained to do our exchanges.

Member: What do you all think about the rumor of it going by this weekend?

Member: Rumor? The dinar 3.89 on the ForeX

MZ: Dinar Recaps had an article yesterday highlighting the new lower denoms in Iraq with pictures….”Central Bank of Iraq is pleased to present the Iraqi banknotes in circulation” $250 notes are showing up in mass….and we are seeing more of the $50’s as well. The $250 notes are only worth .19 cents US right now. Why would they release these unless they were about to raise the value of their currency?

Member: Bruce said the same thing about the lower denom's showing up all over Iraq!

MZ: “Parliament finance moves to adjust retirement age in Iraq” they are moving it from age 60 to age 63.

MZ: This is making news all over: “ The turning point: Iraq’s leap into the digital economy” they have completed the transition. They are only a point or two away from a total transformation of their system…..This article comes from the UN. .

Member: Securities Commission: Iraq Stock Exchange Leads Arab Financial Markets...How is this possible at a program rate?

Member: Sounds like Iraq’s walking off BP site. Protesters massing for nonpayment.

Member; did you all see that employees working for BP in Kurdistan are striking because they have not been paid in 3 months . They gotta get payed due to the contract they signed with BP

Member: Maybe these protests will make the Iraqi Gov. do something already….sheesh.

MZ: Pretty quiet on the bond side and all sides including groups this morning. A lot of people had big expectations for overnight last night

MZ: I am still waiting to hear something warm and fuzzy from my largest bond holder/facilitator. He purchases for Central Banks and countries.

Member: Word is a lot of NDAs have been signed and massive penalties for Violation of NDAs.

MZ: Yes……..A complete removal of all their money.

Member: COPIED Bank story. Called bank yesterday. Senior banker told me….Can't say much but big news to his bank today and all he really can really say is that I can hold my breath….. I've been giddy all night

Member: Mark. do you anticipate anything before Trump is officially in office?

Member: I think private groups may go before….but general public goes after Jan 20th.

Member: Good morning Mark….Trump made a comment we would be all on same level playing field with currency ……would that mean all the currency would have to go at once?

Member: BREAKING: Nationwide blackout hits Cuba

Member: Are we ever going to see the RV, it seems we are being constantly duped…even though it’s “so close” I and I believe many are losing faith.

Member: Any RV updates overnight Mark? Any new updates from bond contacts

MZ: I have a number of confirmations with people on the ground in Iraq that they are seeing some lower denominations in Iraq. They are seeing $500’s and $250’s . they have suddenly released a large number of them into the market. They are functionally pretty useless right now.

MZ: With the current pricing right now of the dinar, the $250 dinar note is worth about .19 cents US. The $500 note is worth about .38 cents US. Why would they suddenly release into circulation so many of these bills? Why do you need a bunch of notes only worth .19 Cents? You don’t .

MZ: Doesn’t it make a great bridge … a functional currency when the rate changes? Suddenly it RVs and a $250 notes goes from .19 cents to (lets say ) $25.00? that is a massive change in value.

MZ: I have some pretty excited folks from Iraq who say “this is it” and now all they have to do is release the even smaller notes which they already have. This $250 note being released should have you all excited.

MemberL The 250 is a bridge for when it revalues…awesome news.

MZ: Yes its functional bridge for when they change the value.

Member: Project to delete the 3 zeros must be close with more 250 and 500 dinar notes being released.

MZ: Exactly. There is no reason to release those notes unless a revaluation was happening soon. And they expect it to be done on or before Victory Day .

Member: I think they have a $50 and %100 dinar note already printed.

MZ: They have a “cut sheet” in banks and stores showing these. These bills were printed in 2018 by DelaRue. They have been preparing for this for many years.

Member: don’t forget the coins or “fils” already minted and ready to go.

Member: Hey Mark. if the federal reserve goes away what is the effect on the currency (fiat dollar) does it go away also?

MZ: If Mr. C’s is correct on what will happen –The Federal Reserve will get folded into the US Treasury. It goes away. Then they will exchange USN’s 1 to 1 for the fiat dollar . You will have a limited time to do it. Before fiat money becomes wallpaper.

Member: Is Fed Now a CBDC?

MZ: Fed now is not a Central Bank Digital Currency. It’s a platform for moving money. It uses ledger technologies.

Member: You think we definitely do this RV thing before 12/10, my birthday is 12-12 and would love to celebrate before that day

MZ: There is a lot pointing to over the next 7 days to be across the finish line and done. We hope that is accurate.

Member: Iraq has a holiday on the 10th…Victory Day.

MZ: “On the occasion of Victory Day . official working hours will be suspended in Iraq next Tuesday” They are celebrating the removal of Isis from their land…..It would be a great day to celebrate.

MZ: We have had a number of reports from inside the Iraqi government saying they plan to have the value raised by Victory Day. I really hope its accurate guys. Victory Day is a week from today.

MZ: “The Central Bank signs a memorandum of understanding with the European Union and Germany to strengthen the financial markets in Iraq.” This is big and clearly shows Iraq is International.

MZ: “Minister of Finance affirms the governments keenness to implement reforms to ensure the stability of the national economy.” Don’t you just love these articles?

Member: My local currency exchange is still selling Dinar and Dong.

Member: Do you think Iraq needs to change their rate this year….or can they wait to rv until 2025?

MZ: Theoretically they could wait….but wont be able to go much longer as they have a budget to fund, projects to start and people to pay. They keep promising the people they are about to get a rate so I think it’s a pretty slim chance.

Member: Several government departments , schools and health centers in Sulaimani and Halabja provinces have gone on strike as the civil servants and security personnel went unpaid for 2 months in Kurdistan.

Member: Chella Smith on Charlies show mentioned bad militias in Iraq are holding up the RV.

MZ: I was told from officials in Iraq that this is not true and those factions are moving out across the Syrian border

Member: South Korea's President just declared they are under martial law.

MZ: Yes that happened overnight. They say they are going to rebuild their democracy.

Member: Vietnam stands on the brink of significant economic growth, leveraging its memberships in the WTO and ASEAN to enhance global trade relations.

Member: We were CHOSEN to be here at this time...Have faith...Our day is coming...We will create our new beautiful earth together...Remember Unconditional Love & Peace

MZ: I’m not hearing that from any of my sources- but if he’s right –it’s not that far away and we just have to survive until then.

Member: My birthday is tomorrow – do you think we may get notified tomorrow?

MZ: That’s certainly the rumor running around in a number of groups right now. That today and tomorrow are in the crosshairs for pulling the trigger on a reset. There are a ton of rumors for today. .

Member: Let’s hope they hit a bullseye.

MZ: I am waiting for my personal bond contacts to check in today before I get overly excited about the rumors. I am hearing rumors about today and tomorrow from the group side and other peoples contacts….but not from mine yet. So I have not allowed myself to get too giddy.

Member: My bank has maintenance tonight from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday morning I hope that's a sign from the good Lord above that we are here!!!!!

MZ: “Central Bank reveals the volume of its dollar sales today.” Today they spend $285 million in dollars and getting more dinar off the streets. Which increased the value.

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: The meeting with oil focused on discussing the amendment of an item in the budget” Specifically they are discussing the last sticking point with the HCL. When that is finished- my Iraqi contacts are telling me the HCL will add value to the dinar. It is expected to be finished before Dec. 10th.

MZ: “Al Alaq: our critical position is very excellent” They want you to know just how stable the monetary system is. Both inside and outside of the country.

MZ: “It doesn’t remain just “attractive” Iraq wants to invest its money in projects abroad” They are investing inside of the country and outside of the country. Huge articles coming out of Iraq this morning.

MZ : ” Vietnam to build a $67 Billion high speed railway” Why can’t they do this in the US? Can you imagine how much more efficient commerce and travel would be?

Member; I saw dong at .3940

MZ: There are a lot of rates showing right now that would fix most of our financial problems. On bolivar right now…..it still has sanctions so we cannot trade it…yet.

Member: Current actual rate for Venezuelan bolivar .02103. Get your calculator out. Rumors indicate .31 to .29. I suspect a better rate soon.

Member: How can we exchange at banks if they are still run by the cabal?

MZ: they won’t be …after. That’s the biggest reason things have taken so long…imo…To make sure we are safe secure and asset backed.

Member: Anyone know if we have a limited window on redeeming??

Member: Two weeks to set appointments and 1 month to exchange . If I remember correctly.

MZ: I found this one interesting. “World’s Largest gold deposit found. Worth over US $80 Billion” in Central China. About 1,000 metric tons. They keep finding more gold when its time for the world to go back to a gold-backed currency.

Member: BRICS: they have developed a new international payment system, backed by gold.

Member: So what are your thoughts on Trumps latest statement against BRICS and slapping a 100% tariffs on those countries and any future countries thinking about joining

MZ: “Trump threatens 100 percent tariffs on BRICS members if they challenge US dollars” They can still wor around these tarrifs by not doing a common currency and just using a basket. But the US will be forced to go asset backed.

Member: When I heard Trump talking about BRICS I was confused because I thought he was putting us on the Gold backed system.

Member: Mark, please explain if BRICS is bad, why? Aren’t we going asset backed too?

MZ: There is only one way to avoid the whole world going to BRICS…..that is if we go asset backed. The only way to avoid all these countries running to join BRICS is if the US does it first. If we go back to the gold/asset standard first- there will be few restrictions on other nations. I think that is what Trump is pushing. It looks like he will one-up BRICS and do it first. That is what we have been waiting on.

Member: That is how I took it! His statement means we are gold backed soon.

Member: IMO Ripple will be the World Reserve Bridge Currency. XRP

MZ: The last day of the month and we start with Matt and Lucas for the first 45 minutes, then dive into the news of the day

MZ: A number of my sources that are involved with groups and historic bonds are now back in place and prepared (according to them) for a very eventful two weeks. They expect to be very busy over the next two weeks. This probably means things are starting soon. I have to agree with them.

Member; those poor bond folks……let’s hope it’s true this time!!!

MZ: This is coming from group leaders and bond facilitators……

MZ: Iraq is preparing to vote on a number of very “Key” laws…tomorrow at 1 pm their time….. New budget tables going to parliament on Sunday or Monday so they can settle the HCL. Things are looking good.

MZ: “Parliament is likely to pass Personal Status Law during Sunday’s Session” This is one of the controversial laws they need to finish up. This along with the HCL are some of the last changes they wanted for their economic reforms or “White Papers” . In those reforms are Raising the value of the dinar !

Member: So basically before the 10th is looking good

MZ: “ Nearly 3 billion dinars recovered from the “Theft of the Century” in Diyala. “ and “In 5 days Central Bank of Iraq sales are one billion dollars.” They sold one billion in USD and bought Iraqi dinars. These are big stories. They have been very clear they are ending these auction this calendar year….2024.

MZ: “Warning against canceling the electronic platform –It may end the banking system in Iraq” A number of contacts have said that the only way this doesn’t hurt the banking system is IF THEY HAVE A HIGHER VALUE FOR THE DINAR! That would fix their problems.

MZ: “Dollar falls against dong” the Vietnamese dong is rising. Many currencies are rising against the dollar in the last few days…including the Indonisian Rupiah and the Venezuelan bolivar. .

Member: Lynette Zang said last week that the US fiat dollar is only worth about .3 cents now.

Member: Mark- are you seeing $3.90 as a rate for the dong?

MZ: We have seen as high as $3.90…and as low as .39 cents. We don’t know for certain what the rate is going to be. These are from banking contacts who told me what they are seeing fluctuating on bank screens

Member: if I could exchange at .39 on dong right now would awesome

Member: I heard $4.22 Dinar, $2.57 Dong, and $.83 Bolivar. Not my numbers and not verified. Just what I heard.

Member: Hope its true

Member: To keep my sanity I expect a lower rate and be pleasantly ecstatic if higher.

Member: is Iraq now international?

MZ: They are just waiting for the last few restrictions to be removed- this will happen at the same time the value of the dinar is increased.

Member: Mark, I’ve been in this since 2012 and I’ve never seen so much coming out positively confirming this RV being a reality. They just keep turning up the heat the closer that we get to 2025.

Member: I wanted to tell yal my debits, including over 80 thousand (interest was compounded daily on original 15 grand) my credit check showed 0 on past debts!) NESARA?

Member: It has been a wild and crazy ride~ It's an exciting time to be alive!

Member: Good Morning to all….Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

Member: I hope everyone had a great family day yesterday and that there is some great RV news today!

Member: Today would be a great day for an RV

MZ: I really thought we might be across the finish line before thanksgiving.

Member: With Thanksgiving behind us, I would think they could announce this anytime now.

MZ: On the groups, historic bonds and contact side…. Most of my sources are traveling to get back in position today. If there is any updates I will share them …but, probably nothing until tomorrow morning.

Member: What tier would we be considered to be in? Also, how would we be notified when and where to exchange our currency?

MZ: We are in tier 4…..4a is where they have already turned in their currency and have SKR’s (safe keeping receipts) ….We are considered 4B because we are still holding our currency

Member: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

MZ: “After the decision to cancel the platform –Will we see a crazy rise in dollar prices in Iraq? If they support the value of the dinar they are going to be just fine. If they raise the value of the dinar- they don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Member: MARK, how does IRAQ even run their government at such a junk rate? They are building ports, buildings, etc., How do they do all this with crappy rate?

The BIG event of course, will be the ending of the current currency auction process and use of the new system already to implement. The CBI has told us that nearly 95% of the current payments needed for imports is covered by the four (4) correspondent banks for this purpose... remember that the clock is ticking and other outside banking relationships must take place but will most probably never take place unless the IQD is valuable again and most importantly on these terms it must also be reinstated back on FOREX for investors to “legally” use this currency in their portfolios of investments for their clients. This is the key. Yes, this is really just where we are right now...

MZ: Yes they were 95% done with the new system and should be finished in the next week.

Member: And Sudani wanted the monetary reform done by victory Day on Dec 10th.

MZ: Yes- all my contacts are saying between and Dec. 10th.

MZ: Cycles tell us we will reset to a commodity based world. It is not a question of “if” it’s just “when”

Member: Fiat currency systems usually last 35-50 years…this one lasted 54 now.

MZ This fiat system is well past its expiration date.

Member: Does the system have to crash before we see the RV?

MZ: was told the Fed will fold into the US Treasury and USTN’s (United States Treasury Notes) are released at the same time.

Member: Why cant we just go to any bank to exchange instead of redemption centers?

Member: Go ahead, run out to banks, get a low ball rate, and don’t get any of the perks! Security is already in place at the banks, ie redemption centers

Member: it’s a free country – do what you want….But I am going to a redemption center/redeeming bank and get the best rates, best security and best perks.

Member: Some people think the Dinar will go international on Forex on Monday morning when the Sydney exchange opens.

Member: This RV is teaching us patience.

MZ: I’m not expecting them today….but very soon. None of my sources say it’s happening today….but some folks think the next 3 days are highly possible.

Member: Bruce said something about it going today

MZ: We do have some key people that are no longer in place until Friday. A number of folks on the bond side from the US that had been in Zurich, Hong Kong or Asia are home for the holidays. They should fly back to their places on Friday so I am not expecting a plethora of news before Friday. If need be- a number of people in the Rena area are close and can get back quickly.

Member: Could you please explain the 800 #s for the new people?

Member: Redeeming banks/redemption centers will send a notification to the dinar sites and some gurus to publish …Call the 800 number posted…..give them your zip code and they set up an exchange appointment for you in your area……Thats what I was told.

Member: Do you have a guesstimate of rates for us newbies?

MZ: On the dong we have seen anything from .39 cents to $3.90 recently….i am hearing now that it could be closer to the $3.50-$3.90 range. I am hearing low $4’s on the dinar but they have seen $6-$8…and some of my sources think the law rate is off. Indonesia we are still hearing $1.47.I do not have any idea what the Pengo or bolivar will be. Still hearing on the Zim between $30 million to $50 million per 100T note

Member: Got a lot of intel in my inbox forwarded to me last night wow!!! I think Things are getting very exciting!!!!

MZ: “ The upcoming session will witness a vote on all controversial laws” one f the most controversial laws is the HCL and the profit sharing agreement . It is a key peace for a revaluation.

MZ: “ For the first time since 2003. Non-Oil revenues achieve significant growth in 2024” This gives Iraq stability and helps allow them to raise the value of their currency.

Member: Amazon warehouse workers are going on strike this Black Friday-possibly

Member: Mark...think it would be epic for EAS and disclosure during Thanksgiving dinner to vindicate all the tin foil hat peeps

MZ: There are a lot of people staying home this Thanksgiving. One rumor I did hear on fines and penalties…that there was a good chance they could go this weekend because of the number of people that will be home and in place. It makes sense.

Member: Why is there so much miss information out there? Why can’t people tell the truth?

MZ: A lot of the misinformation is purposeful….so people don’t know the timing

MZ: In Iraq- “After the census: Does the Kurdistan region have the right to demand an increase in the share of the Iraqi budget: Analysts answer” This is part of the HCL agreements

Member: The HCL IS all the talk right now.

MZ: “Parliamentary finance calls on the government to expedite sending budget tables” Its all about HCL.

MZ: Bank Story: (Reading from a member) So I have a connection within a bank and he did a little searching around and said “So that revalue? I’ve been checking some stuff at work…and yeah…many US banks are prepping for the RV in the next 90 days . Chase, Wells , Amex are all preparing things apparently”

MZ: This does not mean it could not happen sooner…..just sometime in the next 90 days.

MZ: I did have one bond contact check in and he said he couldn’t give details but he expects to be fully paid within the next 4 days. He was very specific with “4 days” from this afternoon.

Member: Woohoo! That would be great for Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!

MZ: And I had some Iraqi contacts say it was supposed to go last night – but it didn’t. I heard that late last evening and this morning.

Member: I hope they try again tonight!!!!

Member: Nader said it should be an interesting couple of days!

MZ: And I am still hearing that because of trade agreements- The dong and dinar would roughly RV at about the same time

MZ: “Is the United States considering a Gold-Backed Treasury Instrument? “ A great article from Gold Telegraph. They are thinking of selling long term US Government bonds attached to gold. We are seeing all the gold being purchased by Central Banks (Including Iraq) .

Member: Shabibi said the rv would be at the start of the year or start of the quarter so I still am counting on Jan 1

Member: Still hoping for sooner than that…..but it is close.

MZ: I am waiting for that bond update this late afternoon into the evening….. What is expected is an update on what bond holders should expect on timing and the release.

MZ: There are some golden articles out of Iraq overnight. “ Finance Committee reveals the outline of amending the budget law” They are almost done.

MZ: “The Oil Committee meets to discuss the text of the budget amendment regarding Kurdistan oil.” The Kurdish region will start exporting about 450,000 barrels of oil per month and a extra billion dollars from the Kurdish region for government revenues alone. These are huge numbers and would not be happening if HCL was not at least agreed too. I think they are still hiding that.

Member: Ariel posted the HCL is done

MZ: It’s not been officially announced but there are some solid clues that it could be done.

Member: Iraq is probably done it’s probably the USA that’s holding up the progress.. isn’t that typical

Member: Mark, when do we expect to hear anything "official" out of Iraq? the Wednesday Gazette?

Member: Article: “Iraq announces population census results at over 45 million amid slight increase in males” Quote: “Al-Sudani

MZ: “Iraq exports more than 100 million barrels of oil last October” that was last month. Its obvious we are just waiting on the official HCL announcement .

MZ: And they have placed a mechanism into the budget law for a rate change ……Why would they do that if they did not expect a rate change? There is an amendment specifically for the change in the value of their currency. This is for all of those who says this will never happen.

Member: Mark have you seen the article that Alak said the mechanism will be activated in 10 days and the ri is 95% done and only 5% left to complete

Member: I think with Sudani stating he wants this done by Dec 10th he will come through for he knows-if he doesn’t….. they will take to the streets soon

MZ: There is so much pointing to it all going before Dec 10th.

MZ: “Dollar War- The Eastern camp imposes a new economic reality against Washington’s weapons” This is a breakdown on BRICS and how they are changing the financial reality. There are options besides the dollar. It was always the plan that if the western word would not go along with changes in the financial system …BRICS would force the change. We are getting close.

Member: Markets, freaking out because why? Money! So programmed! That’s why we need the RV!! Chaos stops immediately, people are no longer stressed beyond measure! Get it done Treasury and all involved

Member: can anybody clarify what is meant by needing an NDA for the bonds?

Member: NDA means non-disclosure agreement. Bondholders can't tell rates they get, etc.

Member: are you hearing anything about the Redemption Center Workers?

MZ: They had a busy weekend last weekend. They claim they were getting things squared away and ready . I expect an update tomorrow.

Member: What are they saying the dinar will be worth now?

MZ: They are not. But most people believe it will be in the high $3.s or low $4’s.

Member: Do you think the Dong will still be half the dinar?

Member: I saw the Dong at 0.39 on Saturday

MZ: On the dong we once again had new values show up again. Surprising rates on screens like $3.9003333-I think it was. This was on late Sunday. Was it a glitch or hiccup or testing? We don’t know. But it is curious. If dong goes that high- WOW

Member: I would sure take that dong rate right now

MZ: We saw an Indonesian rate pop up a few weeks ago at $1.47. This is the rate I have been hearing for over 5 years.

Member: IMO, IQD will be $3.81-$4.24, VND $1.65-$2.26 IMO!

Mod: Remember we won’t know rates till our appointment. Anything else is speculation

Member: Dear Lord, make this Thanksgiving & Christmas memorable

Member: I’ll gladly go to the RV appt instead of eating Turkey!

MZ: I have a number of bond contacts that reached out today to let me know that they are expecting timing and procedures updates tomorrow to let them know how they are handling the first 1%...times are ranging from mid- afternoon to evening tomorrow. So I should have an update tomorrow night what bond folks are hearing and expecting.

Member: GE all, Mark and mods. Bring us some good news please.

MZ: “Al Mashandi directs the lifting of the stalled laws to the Presidency of the House of representatives” Those laws are coming off “stuck” . One of those stalled laws is the HCL.

MZ: “In preparation for the resumption of exports, Parliament will raise the cost of purchasing oil in the 2025 budget” Now the Kurdish region can actually make money on the production of oil. This is one of the biggest sticking points between Baghdad and Erbil for the HCL.

MZ: “Relationship on the closing of the platform . There is no sudden transition but rather a gradual transition that will be completed within two weeks” Here are your banking changes. Alak announced today that their banking system is at its best. The process began in 2024 and there is 5% left to be completed within the next 2 weeks. Before Victory Day on Dec 10th I hope and pray it is done by then.

MZ: There are a whole lot of folks that say all these things coming together means a rate change. I believe them to be accurate.

MZ: If we are still sitting here after Dec 10th I am really gonna start to wonder.

MZ: “Officially Elena Romanowski’s assignment in Iraq ends” I would like to point out that a number of revaluations in the middle east while she was with the state department or an Ambassador…she was famous for that …maybe Iraq will be her “swan song” on her way out of the door.

MZ: We do not yet know who Trump will be putting in as the Ambassador to Iraq…..but you can bet it’s someone who is pro revaluation.
