Member: GE Mark and mods. It sure feels like we are getting really close. Let's do this already

Member: Does the Iraqi census have to complete b4 RV can occur?

Member: The census starts early tomorrow in Iraq…..

MZ: “A specialist determines the importance and objectives of the census and it has nothing to do with the citizens private life” It will allow them to allocate growth , roads ect…..they shut everything down and literally go door to door and count. They are also talking about changing, moving and expanding some redemption exchange centers in Iraq. Do they need more in certain areas? I heard this from a minister as another reason why they are doing the census.

MZ: I am now getting great chatter from the bond side. They are very hopeful and if they are right- by Thursday we should get an announcement. This is from some really solid contacts and I really hope they are right.

MZ: Some of my other top notch contacts said they have not heard that yet….so we will see. There is a lot of misinformation put out there on purpose.

MZ: Buckle up- we know things are close.

Member: Mark do you think the RV will go by Thanksgiving! ??

MZ: I hope we have our Christmas before Thanksgiving…..fingers crossed

Member: Welcome home, Mark... hope your travel was smooth

Member: Are we all feeling warm and fuzzy today?

Member: I hear Sudani told his citizens that he envisions the IQD being higher than the Kuwait dinar….

Member: Kuwaits dinar is at $3.25 right now- Sudani said the dinar will be higher.

MZ: He said the IQD would become the highest in the world. He said it would return to its pre-emanate spot in the wor

Member: Dr Shabbi said could support 16.00 in 2012!!!

Member: Is Iraq doing their census today?

Member: I think it starts tomorrow for a couple days.

MZ: “Iraq Prime Minister: Tomorrow we will take an important step that has been delayed for years”  there has been one heck of a fight to stop this census. But an accurate census is extremely important. And they are making it happen so they can pass the HCL. I believe this is the last step before Iraq pulls the trigger.

Member: Businesses, parliament are closed for a couple days…..and there is a curfew.

Member: I believe the HCL includes payments to citizens from oil proceeds…..like what Alaska does. Every citizen of Alaska gets paid yearly checks by the oil companies.

MZ: “Sudani: The census is the boundary between guesses and facts to distribute wealth according to fairer rules” There are some fun things going on in Iraqi politics.

MZ: This is huge:  “ Setting a date for the resumption of oil exports from Kurdistan from the Turkish port of Ceyhan”  They have set a date and will resume exports this year…..to me this means the HCL is done or very close to done.

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat  ...the CBI is once again educating the citizens and merchants on how the new process will replace the currency auctions. In the article titled “PRIVATE BANKS ASSOCIATION: IRAQ TO ADOPT ADVANCED TRADE FINANCE SYSTEM BY END OF 2024” once again they explain how the new process will work. Quote:  “it is expected that by the end of the year there will be a transition to another more advanced and accurate system to enhance control over foreign transfers related to trade.”

MZ: “The future of international trade transactions in US dollars in Iraq”  they are also talking about BRICS and how it diversifies. The majority of trade is in USD…but its important to have options so they are expanding trade with many countries using the Chinese yuan and other local currencies…BRICS has given them opportunities to use other currencies besides US.

Member: Any banker of historic bond news?

MZ: Unfortunately no. They are still eerily quiet. I am hoping today to be able to track contacts down and get some news.

Member: If they signed an NDA – no one should talk…..i like it when its quiet.  

Member: Is the Indonisian Rupiah still guestimated at $1.47?

MZ: That is what I am still hearing. I hope that is accurate.

Member: Reminding  everyone again (so many new people here) you said long time ago when it happens you will have a special podcast to let us know.

Member: Anytime and any day…..Thanks Mark for being there for us.

Member: How long will we have to make appointments after the RV?

MZ: I heard 30 days. But some contacts believe it will be more like 90 days. 

Member:  I wonder if we are waiting for a conflict or some event to cover this RV? Hard to believe we are still waiting.

Member: Christmas before Thanksgiving would be so nice this year so many hurting

Member: We need a group prayer for this to hit the finish line. Dear God, please bless our patience with an RV now, so we may have the ultimate Thanksgiving. Amen!

Member: Good morning everyone. hope your weekend was good!

Member: Please let this be our week!!

Member: will we have Christmas before Thanksgiving this year?

MZ: I think we could…. it would be tight…..but we could make it . I am heading back to Puerto Rica right after we finish this podcast.  Zester will be hosing the show tonight.

Member: All I want for Thanksgiving is an RV.. and not the one with wheels!

​​Mark, what do you make of the VND’s tease this weekend? $.39 cents???

MZ: I think it was a lovely tease and tells us how close we are.

Member: rates on the dong seem lower than previously estimated, Do you think VND will be .39 for us?

MZ: I still think rates will be higher than .39 cents….but I could live it. Just think we spent about $50 bucks for a million dong…..If it RVs at .39 cents that is a ROI of $390,000.00 per 1 million dong….who is going to complain about that? Turning $50 bucks into $390 thousand.

Member: Maybe they're priming the pump…Im hoping for at least a 1 to 1.

MZ: I am still hear a rate of low $2+

Member: I Found a million dong at a flea market for 2 dollars this weekend. Woot win

Member: Mark, isn't it an insanely good sign that the Rupiah, Rial, and Dong had visible rates to us plebains?  I wonder why we see it on some sites and not on forex/others?

MZ: It’s an extremely good sign…and I have had some feedback from some in high levels who say “Foreign officials in Iraq have confirmed that yesterday’s test rates (Referring to Saturdays test rates popping up on dinar and dong) are 100% legit. “  I am starting to get excited.

MZ: is it showing on some exchanges? Yes. Is it fully released? No   So it is showing there but not compete yet.

Member: Nader says the IQD is on forex.  He said that the dinar is on forex and soon we can buy and sell in Banks

Member: What were the test rates they saw?

MZ:one of them was $.39 cents for dong and most saw rates of upper $3’s to lower $4’s on dinar.

Member: We are hearing that the Bolivar will be about .30.

Member: I am just ready to turn in my foreign currencies no matter the exchange price.

Member: Rates don't really matter if they wont release them so we can exchange... IMO

MZ: In Iraq: “ Al Sayoud : A gathering of generations and political blocs will adopt a project from which a national government will emerge capable of crossing the country to safety” If you follow the theme of the articles in Iraq this weekend. They are making all the necessary moves to move into a new era in Iraq…..They are talking about how great and hopeful it is.

MZ: Then there is a great discussion in Iraq about “The Deletion of zeros and the evaluation of the dinar”  He talks about how the delete the zeros works and how it can increase the value!!!. Here is an example they used to try to keep it really simple   

MZ: For example, suppose a foreign government has set 10 units of its currency to equal one US dollar. To revalue its currency, the government might change the rate to 5 units per dollar, making its currency twice as expensive when valued in US dollars as it was before. If the above-mentioned currency revaluation occurs, any assets held by a U.S. corporation in the foreign economy must be revalued. If the value of the asset held in a foreign currency was previously valued at $100,000 based on the old exchange rate, the revaluation requires a change of $200,000. This change reflects the new value of the foreign asset in the local currency by adjusting the revaluation of the relevant currency.

MZ: the project to delete the zeros is to raise the value. Thus needing lower denomination bills. They are spelling it out for us.

MZ: “Controversial laws in 2025 budget schedules await resolution”  they are taking advangtage of the extended parliamentary session to finish these.

MZ: “Kurdistan Prepares for curfew on census days and reveals those excluded from it”  there are a lot of people telling us the census had to be done before they pull the trigger. Well, they are doing the census so we can check that box off. They are about to close everything down for 2 days. And everyone is staying home to get counted. 

MZ: Lots of expectations and possibilities for this week …..Stay calm. We are seeing an overwhelming amount of evidence this week.

Member: I am calmly excited!

MZ: No updates from bond guys yet this morning. It’s too early in the day for banking to start on the west coast.

Member: I see metals are recovering.....spot gold up 40 bucks....XLM at .24

Member: any word on if we’re going to have to pay taxes when this happens?

Member: I say plan for the worst and hope for the best.

​​Member: MarkZ question is there anything else on your checklist that you’re still waiting to see before this thing gets the green light?????

Member: Mark what else absolutely has to be DONE in Iraq for this rv to actually go?

Member: If i hear soon or close or next week again im going to go crazy lol

Member: if this thing moved any slower, it would be going in reverse

Member: Wouldn't we have to wait until debt jubilee across the world happens, before the RV???

MZ: They should happen at the same time….That is how it was explained to me.

Member: I still think we will have to wait until after the inauguration on Jan 20

Member: What if the private groups go now and first for the RV….and the public goes after Jan 20 with the reset?  Just a thought.

Member: if the entire system crashes….it has to all go ASAP…..so we just watch it .

MZ: The first 45 minutes we hang out with Matt and Lucas, then dive into the news

Member: Welcome to the weekend………A full moon weekend. Any news overnight Mark?

MZ” Some real positive stuff out of Iraq this morning.

MZ: “Al Bandowi:  Iraq is moving towards full sovereignty with America’s commitment to withdraw its forces”  Most of this withdrawal is happening before 2025. In other words in the last and final part if this year. Why is this important?  Sovereign currency and sovereign country. And we have been told repeatedly that troops will be gone once US is paid….IE Revaluation.

MZ: “Central Bank of Iraq sales exceed one billion dollars within 5 days”  By selling about a billion dollars US- this means they have pulled about a trillion dinar off of the streets. This will help the value tremendously.

MZ: “Advisor to the Prime Minister: The government is able to increase spending without inflation of fiscal deficit” They have a sound economy and letting us know they are stable. Shabibi said to give him a stable Iraq and he would give them a new rate.

MZ: “ For the first time in Iraq –Efforts to establish a investment association and attract the capital of 10 countries” to attract agriculture ect…things that are not oil related.  These countries are specifically about agriculture, industrial and housing. A well rounded economy and we get a new rate.

MZ: “18 states file lawsuits against SEC over alleged unlawful crypto regulation” This is a push for states rights and sovereignty.

Member: Militia Man fired up last night - Iraq on a 9 day holiday???

Member: It seems Iraq has more Holidays then work days…lol

Member: Is it true Iraq has a Celebration Today?

Member: Is there a high probability this goes before 2025?

Member: I totally believe it will happen this year.

MZ: We are expecting MilitiaMan to jump in at any moment…..He is excited as I am in seeing some of these articles…..

Member: Good Morning MilitiaMan!!!

MZ: Are you getting excited with these articles? I get warm and fuzzies when I see these.

MM: There are a lot of things to feel warm and fuzzy about today. Its been some time since Sudani said they were going to be the savior of the financial system and today we can see this with all the contracts being done and reconstruction efforts.

Member: So MM how long do you figure Iraq can sustain current economy before they finally need to change their rate to go where they are trying to get to economically.

MZ: They need to finish out the 2024 budget –they have money they want spent over the next month. There is so much they are pushing for to make happen. So much good is going on right now.

MM: I totally agree. Look at the Port of Faw and the non oil revenue streams in Iraq. And currency transactions with Turkey……they would have to be Article 8 complient.  And look at the Development road project.

MM: But Iraq still needs to show its people its REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate)

MZ: So many things are finally coming together.

Member: What is your gut feeling on timing MM?

MZ: I’m feeling real good it’s before the end of the year……real good.

MM: I like where we are and there is evidence that supports it happening this year. I think there is a push for Al Sudani and Al Alak to have a conversation about the 2024 budget. They have to show the 2024 final accounts before they can even see the 2025 budget. They need to plan starting the big railway to turkey and they won’t want to do that in 135 degree heat . And they have to pay for it. With 25 projects that have to be funded …I am hoping it’s within a 10 day window.

MZ: It very well could be.

Member: I went to my credit union today (AZ) and all the ATMs were changed out with the slots that say Notes and Cheques…..All the ATMs were new and different.

Member: 1700 banks & financial institutions have adopted the Ripple protocol XRP

​​Member: I feel like the U.S. will have to start talking about new asset backed currency before it goes.

Member: I now affirm all obstacles removed, all programs ready, all countries ready, green light on, Mr. C puts in the code. RV activated NOW. Amen

Member: It really seems like the erie calm before the storm.

Member: I am loving all the chatter around the sites! Praying this is the weekend for the kickoff!

Member: Thanks to Zester yesterday for his wonderful break down of the Senate bill on bitcoin, and gold d the possible end of the Fed .

Member: Articles say the Federal Reserve is actively working to crash the dollar and the economy

MZ: Absolutely they are. And they are doing it on purpose. A reset will fix it all.

Member: They say when you see the bank system changed that’s when it started or that’s when it’s going to start Goldilock says that

Member: Any news on historic bonds?

MZ: Still silent. My thoughts are they are positioned and ready for when the trigger pullers let everything Rip!!

Member: I heard Redemption personnel are working straight through the weekend. Many are saying RV between now and Nov 22-Any confirmation on that?

MZ: My contacts have not yet checked in. I tried to reach them yesterday but no response yet. Between now and Nov. 22 makes sense to me. Doesn’t mean it will happen though.

Member: Mark you mentioned one of your bond folks said after 9 days you wouldnt have to ask these questions , what date does that fall on

Member: Ed of Ocala had good news for this weekend. He always said no dates until now!!!

Member: Tomorrow is Saturday and Gazette time... maybe it's posted tomorrow..

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat  ...my CBI contact told me they almost must reinstate the dinar at about the same time or very shortly after...they end the currency auctions in Iraq...at the end of this year. This is why this move to end the currency auctions is so important to us investors. Remember also that the CBI will be no longer taking dollars from the oil revenues to pay for imports. If this is the case don’t you think the dinar must have some substantial value?

MZ: Yes….Is anyone paying attention?

Member: Sudani said the dinar will go back to his former glory and would be the most valuable currency in the world..

MZ: “ Kurdistan Region before the new year if the Parliament approves the extraction price” This is HCL…..They have been pounding it out and close to being done..

MZ: “Disagreements hit the Kurdish house –Obstructs the formation of the Regional Parliament and Government” This is flashy but they point out  they have already sat different ones and could quickly wrap this up. This could finish within moments and they are close.

MZ: “First deputy speaker of the house discussed with the Russian Ambassador the development of relations in the fields of economy, investment and energy” They are also dropping visa restrictions for   tourism and business back and forth to Russia.

MZ: “Al-Mandalowi discusses with the United Nations special envoy for Iraq support for stability and reform in the country”  they UN is there and saying that Iraq has made tremendous progress- keep going. This is an important piece. When they change their value the world knows they are sovereign and stable.

Member: Mark??? In your opinion, who is holding up RV/NESARA??

Member: Does anyone have any markers that have to happen b/f the RV?

Member: I believe we need the QFS and the new USN gold backed currency and a market crash before RV.

Member: I believe the currency administration held it up.

Member: Maybe other countries were not ready yet?  Or waiting for nesara/Gessara to be released?

​​Mark, word around social media is that Chase won’t accept more the 50k foreign currency exchange per day….wonder if they will change it when it comes time…

Zester: On the bond and banking side today….things remain particularly quiet. Pops is looking forward to having more information this evening…but he is particularly happy about progress in Iraq at this time.

Member: Nadar said the Dinar is on the FOREX.

Member: Remember Sudani says Monetary reform done by Dec 10……hope its true.

​​Zester: “BRICS members hoping to develop a digital BRICSPAY crypto currency international trade system”  BRICSPay is making the announcement to counter the US Petro dollar.

Zester: We have heard about the I-Dinar in Iraq …and countless other digital currencies from many other nations that are primarily backed by natural resources. These countries are major raw materials producers. We are seeing a massive push for an international crypto currency trade system

Zester Pops wanted me to highlight a bill that Senator Cynthia Lummis put out. The Bitcoin act of 2024. This is a bill that is supported by Donald Trump and a growing list of Congressional folks on both sides of the aisle.

Zester : The plan behind this bill is to create a strategic Bitcoin reserve in order to back up the Us economy. And there are interesting ways to go about this. By doing this the plan is to massively reduce our national debt . Cynthia Loomis estimates we could eliminate half of our national debt solely by maintaining a Bitcoin national reserve in the coming decades…..

Zester: It gets very interesting when we look at what is actually in the bill.  This is what pops wanted me to cover. It says Bitcoin Act of 2024…but this is not a crypto Bill. This bill also talks about gold reserves and actually creating a financial backing to the US economy. And it plans on doing that by actually going after the Federal Reserve.

Zester: I find this to be extremely interesting. They are talking about purchasing $200,000 Bitcoin per year…over a 5 year period with a goal of reaching a million Bitcoin which is about 5% of the total Bitcoin out there. The US already has about $100,000 Bitcoin supposedly ….But if you add another million to that it puts US at owning 5% of all the Bitcoin on the planet.

Zester: The reason behind this as I stated earlier …is to back up the US economy and to “decentralize” the US economy. The most interesting parts of this are the “proof of reserves system” and offsetting the cost and how they plan on paying for it.

Zester: The “Proofs of Reserves system “ requires the secretary to  provide a quarterly proof of reserves that would be publically available. Everyone in the public would be able to see the balance sheet fr the Department of the Treasury. Including an independent third party auditor to verify the accuracy and integrity

Zester: This means they will actually bring the power back to the American people and the US Treasury to audit US reserves.

Zester: It has been up to the Federal Reserve in most cases in the past to tell us what they have. So this bill which includes crypto and other parts are not about crypto. It is also about removing power from the US Federal Reserve bank system

Zester: This bill is designed to set up a decentralized and secure network of Bitcoin and crypto holding facilities across the United States in order to decentralize the wealth of the nation and protect our futures.

Zester:  It allows for states to voluntarily participate and then states can start their own sovereign funds in separate and segregated accounts from Federal Reserve money and sole ownership would remain with the states . This is huge and will allow for states to start having accountability in their own books.  

Zester: How will they pay for this?  The Federal Reserve has to actually give the US Treasury its money back.

SEC. 9. Offsetting the cost of the strategic Bitcoin reserve.

(a) Discretionary surplus funds of federal reserve banks.—Section 7(a)(3)(A) of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 289(a)(3)(A)) is amended by striking “$6,825,000,000”and inserting “$2,400,000,000”.

(b) Use of remittances to treasury.—

(1) IN GENERAL.—Notwithstanding the second subsection (b) of section 7 of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 290), for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, if the Federal reserve banks remit net earnings to the general fund of the Treasury during that period, the first $6,000,000,000 of these remittances (before repayment of any deferred asset) in a fiscal year shall be utilized by the Secretary for the implementation of the Bitcoin Purchase Program, pursuant to the purposes set forth under section 5.

(2) EXCEPTION.—Paragraph (1) shall not apply if the Federal Reserve banks do not remit net earnings in any given fiscal year during the period of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.

(c) Federal reserve system gold certificates.—Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Federal reserve banks shall tender all outstanding gold certificates in their custody to the Secretary. Not later than 90 days after the tender of the last such certificate, the Secretary shall issue new gold certificates to the Federal reserve banks that reflect the fair market value price of the gold held against such certificates by the Treasury, as of the date specified by the Secretary on each new gold certificate. Upon issue by the Secretary, each Federal reserve bank that receives a new gold certificate shall remit the difference in cash value between the old and new gold certificates to the Secretary for deposit in the general fund within 90 days.

Zester:  This is HUGE. They are going to revalue the gold held by the United States!!!  And this paragraph is not about crypto currency.  For those wondering what this means…Currently the Federal Reserve values all US gold at $42.00 a troy ounce….…If you were to look up the price of gold right now- you will see it is trading at about $2,569.00 per troy ounce……..

Zester: This means if the Federal Reserve Bank was forced to pay the difference in cash values between the new and old gold certificates- they would be on the hook for a huge bill.

Zester: Say the US Treasury revalues gold at $2,500.00 point….This would mean that for every single gold certificate-the Federal Reserve bank holds –they would owe the US Government @2,570.00 dollars minus $42.00 dollars…..so  $2,528.00 per gold certificate that would need to be paid to the US treasury by the Federal Reserve banks.

Zester: This would bankrupt the Federal Reserve. The Federal reserve would not be able to pay back the gold it has improperly been valuing to the US Treasury.  That is what makes this so HUGE. This is the revaluation of precious metals by the United States and the destruction of the Federal Reserve all in one bill…...

Zester: This is a legitimate bill on Congress.Gov . This is legitimate legislation and public information. This is a bill that will be introduced in the next administrations early days. If passed in its current form it would bankrupt the Federal Reserve.

Zester: Pops feels we will be discussing his topic a lot in the near future. And this could be how we see the revaluation of precious metals in the new financial system and get our natural resources properly valued to back our currencies. . And all of this is hidden inside a Bitcoin Act.

Member: This would definitely End the Fed.

Member: This is going to make the federal reserve insolvent, which is a good thing…

Member: This is about having a gold backed currency right???

Member: Is this an announcement of the new USTN?!!!!!!

Zester: one more Thing I really like in this Bill is “Protection of Property Rights”

(a) Rules of construction.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed to—

(1) authorize the Federal Government to seize, confiscate, or otherwise impair any property right in the lawfully acquired Bitcoin holdings of any person; or

(2) infringe upon the rights of individuals, businesses, or organizations to purchase, hold, transfer, or dispose of Bitcoin in accordance with the law.

(b) Affirmation of rights.—This Act affirms and protects the rights of persons to maintain full lawful control over the Bitcoin and other digital assets of those individuals, recognizing that the ability to maintain self-custody of private keys is fundamental to the principles of financial sovereignty, privacy, and personal liberty in the digital age.

Zester: so not only does this bill ensure the Federal Reserve cannot pay its bills…but ensures that we get properly valued gold (and most likely silver) and affirms our rights to self -custody of our money.

Member: WoW $11 billion dollars at $2050 would be $22,550 TRILLION dollars.

Zester. Yes the say there is 11 billion in gold certificates valued at $42.00 a troy ounce. This is where the US can pay off its debt. This is where we return power pack to the US treasury where it should have been all along. This bill was introduced with Trump onstage at the Bitcoin conference and is expected to be up for vote in 2025.This needs to brought to the main stream media.

Zester: This bill is authored by Senator Cynthia Lummis – A Republican from Wyoming.

Member: I believe this is our USN’s, And QFS all rolled up in one. WOW

Member: How does this affect the RV?

Zester: Remember all of these currencies that are backed by nations and primarily “resource rich” well, the revaluation of those metals and resources would essentially mean a revaluation of the nation’s value which will become extremely important.  Also a way to say “Hello Nesara/Gesara.  I don’t believe any of us were expecting things to happen this way.

Zester This could just be a back up plan…and things could still happen sooner but I find it extremely exciting.  Keep in mind that if the United States revalues our gold would essentially result in the rest of the world doing so

Member: Including Iraq and all the other currencies we hold. Zimbabwe would be crazy rich.

Member: Good Evening- Anyone else feeling (and praying) we are close?

Member: Mike Bara and Jen had some interesting tidbits in their show today... Maybe our new currency will be announced soon!??

Member: Hi Mark is there a chance that whales are being handled during the Forex higher rate tests? A way to go under the radar?

MZ: I highly doubt it but, not going to rule it out.

Member: will the US dollar RV like the other currencies?

Member: If the USD becomes gold backed….it will finally be worth a dollar……the fiat dollar is only worth a few cents right now.

Member: Hasn’t Iraq said they are going to be the financial savior of the world? If so – do they have to have a higher rate then Kuwait?

MZ: If Iraq is going to be the financial savior of the world (according to Jaime Dimon) then it may have to have a higher rate than Kuwait. Sudani said the dinar  would go back to its former glory and would be the most valuable currency in the world.

MZ: He also said the revaluation would be done by Victory day…which is December 10th.

MZ: “Parliamentarian reveals the suspension of the Oil and Gas Law  “Territorial Differences” This is the HCL…..They say they have to resolve these points. I think it’s already done…..What I am hearing from Iraq is very different then what is printed in the paper. Now right before Kuwait RV’d…we had the same type of articles. And then BAM- they did it…..on the same day.  Similar story in China when they RV’d. Mixed stories are on purpose so we do not know the timing….

MZ: “Oil Minister A consultant will be appointed within 60 days to recalculate the amount of crude in Kurdistan”  Who thinks they do not already know how much crude is being produced?  Believe me- they already know…..I am excited watching this play out.

MZ: “Planning confirms the implementation of a proactive process for the population census tomorrow-Thursday”  In a few hours the census will be well underway. Great stuff coming out of Iraq today..

Member: With the census the government is closed…and a curfew is enacted……would be a good time to pull the trigger.

MZ: I have heard nothing from redemption folks and nothing from bonds today.

 Member: Mark- Nader said IQD on forex, I wonder what does that mean for us?

MZ: There are still some trading restriction on the IQD…but, this tells us they are preparing for that international status.  We should start being excited.

Member: Hey guys. Does anybody know what website is showing that IQD is revalued? I keep hearing it is but I have a 4X account that says not.

MZ: It only showed it for 20 minutes or so. Tons of folks took Screen shots.

Member: TNT thinks we should be happy by Saturday. Big celebrations in Zurich, apparently..

Member: Praying it does go over the weekend!!

Member: It’s a great time to be alive …….We are almost there.

Member: What news do you have for us today Mark?

Member: Are we waiting for the Iraq census to be finished? I believe it starts on the 20th or so and goes for several days. Iraq gov is shut down and there will be a curfew during those days

MZ: I have not heard we have to wait for the census to be done.

Member: Still on an RV high from the “glitch” or “testing” yesterday!!!! Whoo hoo!!! Nadar latest video actually says it’s going to keep happening as it’s proof it’s in forex.

Member: Nader is saying the rate is changing up and down because dinar is on forex being traded by banks

Member: GoldiLocks, mountain goat & Nader believe that January is go time for IQD, then we see IQD flux on google and rumors Sudani said he wants it done by Dec 10 but then Dec 31 auctions to end…thoughts?

Member: in Iraq- Sudani said the auctions would end by the end of the year. Doesn’t mean they can’t end earlier.

MZ: Not a huge amount on the bond side today. I did speak with one of my of my largest bond folks who said they have not received their 1% yet but they are very much convinced at the highest level that this will be done in the calendar year of 2024.  Of course none of know the date.

Member: Even if we have to wait until Jan 1st…..I am not giving up…

MZ: I have another contact who believes things will be wrapped up in the next 7 days. I will take either one……but hope for sooner rather than later.

MZ: out of Iraq: “Al Sudani stresses Iraq’s sovereignty and cooperation with the region to resolve outstanding files.” This is in the Erbil region. They are sitting down to work out their final things. Sudani is pointing out to them that Iraq is sovereign. That is my favorite word in articles I am reading today.

MZ: “President of the Republic and the Crown prince of Kuwait affirm strengthening relations and resolving outstanding files”  they are saying they have mutual interests and want to strengthen things. Why is this important? Settlements from the Iraqi –Kuwaiti war. This is one of the things that has to be completely resolved as they move forward.

MZ: “ Saadi Ahmed Bureh : the Census should have been carried out after the implementation of article 140” After?  HCL? Has it already been implemented? Am I missing something? I think they are telling us something.

Member: Remember Many times things are not printed in Iraq until after it’s already done.

Member: there are sure lots of articles and economist now talking about ending the Fed and gold backed currency…..That is exciting.

Member: Lots of things happening…….all over…..and good things finally – not just bad

MZ: Yes we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Member: Good evening Mark, mods and all yall fine folks! Exciting day for the IQD!!!

Member: I hear They are testing things again. The exchange rate on Google went to .076 for a few minutes.

MZ: Yes it did show that for awhile and then went back to 1310…..In other words moved a couple of decimal places….This is important. We can’t exchange yet but it shows they are testing the system. At this rate 1 million IQD would be worth about $76,000!!!  Testing is underway.

Member: I heard the real value of the Dinar will not be on the Forex until after we start.

Member: Why would the test rate fluctuate so much? Couldn’t they just adjust it by a coupe of numbers to test it?

MZ: No, because they test it against a basket of goods. It’s like when you throw a big rock in a pond –you see the waves or ripples…..if you throw 2 rocks the waves or ripples hit or overlap each other….Now they are talking about changing many rates so that would be many ripples or waves . They need to see what the rate will do with all the other currencies it is related to.

Member: How will the good and products change price in Iraq once the new exchange rate comes out? Like the price of bread at the $1310 rate vs say $3.50 rate

MZ: We heard about 9-10-months ago in Iraq that they created a committee to help in stores, markets ect….to help them reprice goods and services with the fluctuation of the currency price. They have a whole division inside the government to help with that process.

MZ: Lets get to some news. “The Prime Minister is to visit the Kurdistan region tomorrow . He revealed his agenda of talks”  This has HCL written all over it. All the HCL things that had stalled- Sudani is going there in person to the Kurdish region to get them off of “Stuck”

MZ: I hear there is a massive push right now to push the HCL agreements through so they can change the valuation. This news really fits with the flucuating exchange rates we saw today.

MZ: “ Jump in gold reserves: Iraq exceeds 150 tons of “Cash Gold” This is liquid and where they can spend dinars backed by gold

MZ: They also have the UN a little off kilter – Iraq is carrying more gold then the guidelines say they should. I think Iraq is preparing for something.

MZ: “CBI announces program in dollar control measures”  They are becoming safe, secure and stable.

Member: My guess for the new Dinar rate is $5.12

MZ: That would now surprise me.

MZ: Nothing fresh from bonds and F&P’s (Fines and penalties)

Member: Any word from your redemption center folks?

MZ: I usually don’t hear from them until later in the week…but I will make it a point to see if there is any chatter going on this week already.

Member: Good Tuesday Morning….feels like hope and a bright future are in store for us all.

Member: Every once in a while throughout the day I get this warm fuzzy feeling. We must be close..

Member: I am very excited to hear what Mark has for us today

MZ: I am stunned we are still waiting.

Member: We all might be in disbelief when it does happen since it’s taken so long!!!!

Member: When I see Mark wearing that golden egg shirt –all my anxiety will be gone.

​​Member: I was told by an accountant that we are supposed to pay taxes on gains from foreign currency but its a self report they will not send anything to IRS its up to us.. LOL who gonna do that lol

MZ: oops…..lol

Member: Have you heard anything about the bonds?

MZ: I’m still a little bit giddy about the bond contact I mentioned last night who said within 9 days I will stop asking them all those stupid questions…lol….But have not heard from any of my other bond contacts. I have even reached out to Fines and penalties folks in the hope of finding something. And posted a couple of questions to groups both Indian Nations and Wounded Warriers…..but still pretty dry this morning so far.

MZ: What did Petra Ask?

MZ: Petra was asking about the 9 days or so for bonds which would put us about the 20th. This date has been given by a number of people as a movement date. It is interesting that this person who only holds historic bonds would say that.  It matches with the currency side and the expectations for that as well….

Member: As a kid it was the never ending story,,, As an adult it’s the never ending bond days where payday never comes,,, I don’t like either movie,,,

MZ: We do have some interesting news out of Iraq.”Parliamentary Finance: The Government has started preparing the 2025 budget”  they are moving forward….and this includes new projects. This could mean they are moving forward with some rate changes.

Member: Wish the US would stick to a budget

MZ: “Vice President: The administrative capital is a project under study and 2025 is the date of the decision”  What does this mean?  They are looking to move the government or the “Capital” outside of Baghdad to alleviate traffic problems ect. The streets were not built for that……It has now become a bustling city with a plethora of automobiles as they step into the modern world. They are looking to build a new “Capital city” A little like their own DC on the fringe of Baghdad. To me this shows they are committed to long term stability.

MZ: This is going to take a lot of money. Where is it coming from to build a whole new administrative city for their government and Parliament???  I think this one is good news.

MZ: “Will Trump accelerate the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq? ” There was a lot of concern in the region with Trump coming in that the US would not leave. But Trump said they could speed things up. He said they spent billions on the Iraqi embassy and when we get paid back for that- yes…..we are leaving….in other words….Trump clearly said once we have our dollars –we would go. I think that is fantastic for us.

Member: Sounds like Iraq needs an RV to me…then our troops can leave.

Member: What are we waiting on ?

MZ: I think we are just waiting for an announcement …I think they are on a fast track to completion…..Maybe that why we get silence and a brick wall from contacts.

Member: Is there any chance we go this week or do we have to wait until Dec 10th

Member: It’s possible the PTB are waiting until Jan 1 or after the inauguration Jan 20th.

MZ: I hate to think we will be waiting that long. I am not hearing that most of my contacts.

Member: Its also possible Iraq will pull the trigger by Dec 10th and their Victory Day….keep on hoping

Member: Always heard they want it before Black Friday and Christmas to shop to stimulate economy…fingers crossed.

Member: Can’t imagine having to go through Christmas without an RV!!!

Member: I just wish it was today!!!!

​​Member: I am not speculating a time for the RV, no sense getting excited until it happens.

MarkZ  Update- Some highlights by PDK-Not verbatim

Member: Good evening mark, mod team, and fellow RVers

Member: I don't know about u mark but I feel like this could be our week

MZ: I did finally get a bond update. It wasn’t as fun, as cool or as great as I hoped it would be. But, He said “look, I can’t tell you anything  anymore. I can just tell you that you won’t be asking me these stupid questions with in the next 9 days. I don’t know what to take from that one but I would like to think it means that somewhere between now and then they get paid, we get paid and everybody gets paid.

MZ: That was just one of many bond folks……the only one responding.

MZ: But some good stuff coming out of Iraq. Could they be hiding something right before our eyes. “Planning: We will start the census next Thursday . the ministry of the interior announces the date of the start of the curfew which is excluded from it. “  They are excluded from curfew since they will going around counting people. And we know there is a 3 day break from parliament as everybody travels for the census. . They will have strict curfews to make sure nobody is counted twice.

MZ: Almost sounds like the times of Christ with the census…..they had to go back to their homes to be counted. That is what Iraq is doing. Wouldn’t that be a great time to pull the trigger.

MZ: We know the census will be done but they just wont release the numbers until December 10th I believe. Sounds like a key date for them.

Member: Lots of news... If Sudani said RV by the tenth of December we got to go next week or two. Staying positive and ready!
