MZ: There are some pure gold articles out of Iraq today…even the selection for speaker of the house is supposed to happen today.

Member: I heard that session started at 1pm Iraq time

MZ: “ Hours before the session Sovereignty settles his position and “satisfied” Mushadanl as speaker of Parliament” there is a few more rubber stamps to finish…..but we have a new speaker of parliament that has been agreed too. This is a big development in Iraq .

MZ: “The Governor of the Central Bank reveals important figures on Iraq’s economy and foreign reserves” They go into how much currency in circulation today and how much before it was devalued .. Revenues are up massively and they can afford an increase in the valuation. Their financial position is beyond strong. This is a fantastic article and MilitiaMan did a good video on it this morning.

MZ: “Calls for establishment of a digital gold market in Iraq” ….another big one. They can convert gold to digital……there is a physical amount representing it….but you can exchange for bullion if you want…..Part of the I-dinar in Iraq. I am excited….They are headed for

Member: Other intel people think it’s happening any minute now.

MZ: Bond are starting to see some excitement again.

Member: I hope bonds are getting paid and not just punted to next week again

MZ: Some really cool bond paperwork hitting bond holders yesterday. My big whale that was supposedly fully liquid yesterday is still MIA. Most of my contacts are still expecting their payments between the 2nd and 9th of Nov.

MZ: But, a number of facilitators are hearing they could get their 1% payment before the 2nd. I am very excited about the news overnight and early this morning.

Member: Do we need to wait until all new rules and regulations that Goldilocks mentioned are passed and become a law?

Member: What does your gut say Mark?

MZ: I sure hope I’m right this time – but my gut is screaming that under the distraction of this election that the whole world is watching- they are going to pull the trigger…..That’s what my gut is saying…

Member: Some say today is the day. Although, they have said that at times for months.

Member: What have you heard Mark?

MZ: Put of Iraq- “The price of monetary policy and reactivation of securities” The CBI is letting us know growth rates are out stripping inflation. And they are reactivating securities in the country. This means we are watching the white paper reform ( Financial reforms) and the restructure of their monetary system so they can revalue the dinar and restore it to its status in the world and to lift all Iraqis up with increased purchasing power.

MZ: “KDP admits the difficulty of resolving the election of a new speaker of the Iraqi Parliament tomorrow” They may not get their speaker tomorrow. The Sunnis are fighting it. But they do expect to have a spealer sat in the next few days. Is this important? I have someone in the Finance Ministry who believes it is important. ..

MZ: “Customs announces a significant increase in revenues from the Trebil Port after linking it to the AYUSCUDA system” This big increase is because they have gotten rid of the ability of individuals to dip their fingers in the honeypot/cookie jar…..the cookies stopped disappearing when they put in the child safety lid…... Tarrifs and customs are coming in at record levels.

Member: Iraq, Iraq, Iraq I hope to never hear that word again after this passes. Is anyone else with me?

Member: Also the words Close, Imminent, Soon and Anytime

Member: Iraq is probably just as frustrated as we are.

Member: Iraq is probably waiting for the elections like us –so they know who they will be dealing with in the future.

Member: Can Iraq go very long with the new policy of not letting any more than one million dinar leave the country now per person?

MZ: No- not really …I don’t think they can very long now that they are shutting down the auctions …they have to bring in money from other countries until the dinar is more powerful.

Member: What about your bond holder? Is he liquid?

MZ: I am hearing “crickets” from the one bond holder that was supposed to have dollars by today. I am not too surprised…..either he is trying to figure out where it’s at…or he got it and went quiet. My suspicion is he has not been paid yet or does not have full access yet. .

Member: Bond folks are in the same position as we are. Waiting for the trigger

MZ: I totally agree

Member: Hello, my name is Bond….Paid Bond…..lol

MZ: Shaken or stirred?

Member: Any Redemption center news?

MZ: They are still waiting and still hopeful . My contacts who have been trained in exchanging foreign currencies (specifically the currencies we hold) also work in wealth management. They all know there will be a sudden injection of wealth. They are prepared and ready and just as frustrated and irritated as you and I are.

Member: Wolverine says money on the way!!

Meber: 6 days until the election…maybe after things settle down the RV trigger will be pulled.

Member: MarKZ I know you told us it would be crazy toward the end but damn!

MZ:: In Iraq: “Full decisions of the cabinet meeting” This is a long article….they are getting into the big, heavy decisions they have in front of them. The reforms going on in Iraq are impressive……Why do I point them out? Many are part of their white papers and banking and monetary reforms along with the increase of the purchasing power of the dinar.

Member: Hello to all fellow Dinarians

MZ: “ Al Azim: Welcomes the holding of next Thursdays session to elect the speaker of Parliament” One of my sources in Iraq believes this is important and one of the reasons they have not pulled the trigger.

Member: There has not been a speaker in Parliament for close to 2 years…..it sucks they are just getting around to it…….sounds suspicious to me.

MZ: This is interesting: “ Coinciding with the dollar. Gold prices begin to rise in the Iraqi markets” the biggest thing is the amount of gold purchasing going on in the Iraqi markets. Not only by Central banks but also by individuals purchasing gold. Its almost as if everybody knows the world is going gold backed?

Member: Any news on the bonds side yet?

Member: I did get an update from a bond person who fully expects everything . They are waiting on a transaction to finish with full liquidity in the morning. I should know in the morning if he has liquidity..

MZ: Most however are anticipating it happening from this evening to midweek next week for their liquidity…..we are praying they get it. That will mean we have crossed the Rubicon.

Member: Mark, waiting on bonds in EU and HK to pay soon. Will let you know if it goes.

MZ : I’m waiting to hear if they are going in Hong Kong as well.

MZ: I am not overly optimistic though- This close to the election.

Member: unless the election is the diversion they need to release everything?

Member: Hey all. I remember someone in chat posted months ago that a bond flipper was paid and under an NDA until Thanksgiving. So perhaps before Thanksgiving for us may be a good bet.

Member: Does Mr. C still think it will happen before Thanksgiving?

MZ: He does – He thinks it will be in the next week or two since things are looking so good.

MZ: Going to be an interesting week.

Member: I don't know how you keep an upbeat attitude, everything sucks

MZ: Let’s start with Iraq: “The Central bank publishes the controls for declaring funds and their entry or exit from Iraq” one of the things I was always told is that they would secure the borders to restrict flow of cash (specifically dinar) out of the country in the days before the RV. Can only take $10 grand US …and cannot leave the country with more than $1 million dinar. I think this one is important.

Member: I wonder if the HCL must finalize before revalue?

Member: how does the restriction on leaving iraq with $ effect the currency dealers?

Member: sounds to me like dinar supplies will be drying up….I think that could be good.

MZ: “ Al-Lami: stresses the importance of the presidency’s support for the Integrity commission in its quest to fight the corrupt.” There are a number of articles in Iraq yesterday and today about getting back tax money government money ect….that has been stolen over the years. And the recovery of billions of stolen dinar.

MZ: “World Economic forum: Iraq to grow by 4.1 percent in 2025” Making Iraq one of the few countries still growing despite inflation.

MZ: Historic Bond information is coming in all over the place. One massive whale is still very much expecting funds this evening overnight with spendability. A couple are expecting funds tomorrow……others are expecting it anywhere from now until next Tues/Wed…depending on which type of bonds. I am hoping we are closing in at the end of the tunnel…I can see the light.

Member: That means between now and Wednesday for historic bondholders and presently thereafter for us.

Member: Still looking for that light at the end of the tunnel.

Member: Due to the economy, the light at the end of the tunnel has been cut off. Lol

Member: I always worry a little that the light at the end of the tunnel is just the headlight on another train coming to hit you.

Member: Did you hear that Wells Fargo is closing ALL branches in Oregon? Wonder why.

Member: Do we have to have gold backed currency to RV?

MZ: It’s my understanding we go gold backed when we RV . Not before, not after but at the same time.

Member: question: what happens to the forex after IQD RVs/RIs? .... isn't the goal of NESARA/GESARA to establish parity with all currencies??

Member: RV first…..then the reset where currencies go to parity worldwide.

Member: I am really looking forward to this election being done and over.

Member: Just think, only 1 week left of excessive political texts & commercials. woo-hoo!

Member: I’m thinking we’ll RV Election Day. Wouldn’t that be a look here …not there… kind of day.

Member: That would definitely be a distraction

Member: In your educated opinion Mark will we RV this year?

MZ: Yes I very much believe we will see the RV this year.

MZ: None of my bond folks have money yet. One is expecting tomorrow….and others have meetings tomorrow.

Member: I got some info from a platform last Friday-saying they are triggering payments today and tomorrow.

MZ: That s the rumor – that they are triggering payments and bonds tomorrow with payments starting. I am waiting for someone with bonds to have physical cash before I say too much. Do I think it’s possible? Do I think we are in our last few days? I do.

Member: Jennifer Fallow says it’s this week.. of course we hear its every week since at least last thanksgiving lol

Member: TNT said Tuesday &Thursday we could look to be notified

MZ: In Iraq: “ Approval of the security sector reform Implementation plan in Iraq” This is part of the removal of the UN mission in Iraq. Removing the UN security mission is big news. When that happens there will be a complete 100% sovereign Iraq. We get paid and the Iraq people get paid.

Member: Tomorrow is the anniversary of the 1929 Black Tuesday Market crash

MZ: Some folks think tomorrow will be a repeat of that…seems whenever the market crashes it’s usually on a Tuesday ……guess we wait and see

MZ: We should know this afternoon if what we are hoping for has happened.

Member: What's the news you're waiting on this afternoon?

MZ: Waiting for bond guys to check in…It’s too early right now. But I have great hopes that a lot happened over the weekend. I won’t be speaking with those folks until late afternoon/early evening. Bankers usually check in at 2 or 3 pm once they get out of morning meetings. I should have more for this evening on those fronts.

MZ: In Iraq: “Al-Rafidain bank implementing the comprehensive banking system in 46 branches in Baghdad and the provinces” This is more modernization that we keep hearing about.

MZ: “ Over 150,000 KRG employees now receiving salaries through “MyAccount” No more filling out papers and waiting… It’s now automatically deposited on payday. They are cleaning up the banking system and removing a lot of cash from circulation.

MZ: “ Regional government to it’s employees: Those who don’t have biometric code will stop their salary” Unsure if this means eyes or fingerprints? Does it simply meant 2-factor identification?

Member: Eliminating fake employees ..this is a big confirmation…imo

Member: I hear you will use biometrics with your QFS card. That's the reason that nobody can get into your account, but you.

Member:.Mark, what happened to the reported HCL Law in parliament on Sunday?

Member: Parliament has set Tuesday to vote of the 4 controversial files including real estate, personal status, etc

MZ: This is restoring land and property to citizens that had been stolen by Isis ect….At one time nearly half the people in Iraq were displaced.

Member: where is the money coming from that will be paying out the Zim bearer bonds?

MZ: I believe the funds for the Zim come from Dubai 1 and 2 but am not certain. We will ask Mr. C.

Member: You think we will still get this over with before November 1st?

MZ: I am not ruling out October as our month….but with only 3 days left….November looks more realistic.

Member: IMO I don't think it will go until after the election

Member: Still hoping this is our year.

Member: Mtn Goat posted over the weekend RV in the first half of 2025. Here we go again

Member: Any chance that the IQD will revalue prior to 4b being notified? I'm talking days, not a few hours.

Member: It should happen at the same time….when it RV’s we get notified.

MZ: Last night Nader talked about that on Tuesday the IQD popped up at .1094….. We are starting to see those fluctuations regularly on forex ect…….to give you an idea of what he saw. Your one million IQD would have gone from about $800 to about $14,000 just like that!! This is enormous but nothing compared to what we hope and expect….but, it is clear they are testing and priming that system.

Member: Nader said last night- January for RV

MZ: “Washington succeeds in keeping Iraq away from direct war in the region” there is a serious push to de-escalate after the Israeli attack on Iran. So far they are successful in keeping Iraq out of it. Iraq is pushing however to “up” its air defenses. A lot of their air space is being violated as others go back and forth.

Member: I thought I read something on the HCL was going to be voted on this weekend. I don't know if it is true or not.

MZ: Many are hoping for a new speaker of parliament to be elected today and I am hearing HCL may be voted on tomorrow so I am very excited about that potential and possibility.

MZ: “The dollar plunges on the Baghdad stock exchange amid expectations of a bigger drop” dinar continues to gain on the dollar.

Member: Hearing bonds being paid...?

Member: Wolverine said he knows of 7 whales were paid….fact!!

MZ: It’s possible that someone jumped the gun and they were paid by flippers to banks or countries but my contacts in Reno, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Zurich say they havn’t started paying bonds yet.

MZ: There are so many rumors running around the bond market, the group market and the Indian nations that this could be the weekend. So much anticipation. We need to stay calm. The entire world is in a state of flux for the next week or two. Buckle up and continue watching it play out.

MZ: The news is fantastic but, until you and I are at the banks it doesn’t mean a lot right now….except giving us warm fuzzies.

MZ: There is a tremendous amount of expectations from groups and bonds.

Member: My Chase has multi currency ATM displaying on the screen.

Member: MARK MARK Did you see the ad for banknote world willing to take your Dinar and swap it for Zim?

Member: Will you pop on quickly to update us about our redemption? Or will the internet be down ?

Member: Mark always said he will come on anytime day or night to tell us ……and he does not believe the entire internet will be down….just possibly social media.

MZ: “Parliamentarian announces it explicitly: Some currency smuggling companies belong to influential parties and personalities” some of the shenanagans might be caused by big personalities, foreign companies and local politicians. They are cleaning it up. I like the fact that Iraq is going after bankers to clean things up

MZ: “The central Bank of Iraq decides to reduce interests to 5.5% in order to support economic growth” Their inflation had dropped from 7.5% to 3% ….So they are dropping the rate and making more loans available to stimulate business creation.

Member: I hear Iraq is waiting for the US Treasury notes to be issued… USTN

MZ: This story breaking today: “Billionaire Warren Buffet dumps $10,500,000,000 billion in Berkshire’s Bank of America’s stake after slashing JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo investments to zero” Why is this important? If he suddenly dumps the stocks it would probably cause a run on banks. He is historically one of the most solid traders in the world and he is unloading all bank stocks. .

Member: What will we see this weekend Mark!

MZ: “Iraq oil prices exceed $70 a barrel” this is important for stability of Iraq and a revaluation.

MZ: “Iraq to complete the first phase of the Grand Faw port in 2025” It is 96-98% done. Many berths for big cargo ships. Iraq’s economy is taking off…..It is going to be a trading hub and transportation route for the region for products going from Asia to Europe….Big money is flowing Iraq’s way…and it is non-oil revenues

MZ: “ Waiting to be sent: Oil and Gas law on Government Debate Table” finally some news on the HCL. They are working on it to send it for a vote. I am hearing there is a possibility of a vote on Sunday. I am keeping a eye on it.

MZ: “MP (Member of Parliament) It is not possible to pass the 2025 budget without sending the final accounts from the last two years” This is a big one. Along with the HCl….it looks like we will soon be getting the revaluation we are looking for.

Member: It seems really silly that the whole world is waiting on Iraq! Seriously something is wrong with that!.

Member: I would like to know where we are in all this?

Member: Any updates on your bond contacts thank you

MZ: There are limited things I can say right now. But I very much expect some bond people with money next week.

Member: We are circling at 40 thousand feet, please buckle your seat belts we are preparing to land, lol how’s that Mark?

Member: I’m loving watching what BRICS is doing.

MZ: “ I love this one….” Russia in talks with BRICS over precious metals exchange” We saw what adding the Shanghai metals exchange to compete with London bullion metals did…This one is huge.

MZ: So much happening with BRICS. We have seen their new currency….they are now using BRICS pay successfully seamlessly and flawlessly……. And now this “ Russia is in talks with other BRICS members to create an international precious metals exchange” to ensure fair pricing and trade growth. BRICS countries count for 37% of the global economy. Once they open that exchange the physical metals dictates metal prices.

MZ: If they don’t go ahead and pull the trigger- we are looking at some big dominos to make them. All the paper gold, silver ect…..will not survive and come crashing about their heads. The writing is on the wall.

Member: Did the Basket change as far as which ones are going to RV ??

Member: Here is the old list of currencies supposedly in the first basket. 1. US 2. UK 3. Kuwait 4. Canada 5. Mexico 6. Russia 7. China 8. Venezuela 9. Iranian Rial 10. IRAQ 11. Indonesia Rupiah 12. Member: On a scale of 1-10, 10 being most likely, what would you rate this happening in the next week?

Member: Lot’s of chatter about possible event this weekend, keep your powder dry, and stay vigilant.

MZ: A number of military and government contacts have told me lock downs could start as early as today. I do not know why…..but I always stay stocked up in case something like that happens. A lot of very connected contacts at the grocery stores today. I don’t want to panic anybody…..just be prepared.

MZ: This could be it…..A lockdown and an announcement? Maybe the lockdown is because the global monetary system is changing…..I do not know.

Member: Maybe a last minute cleanup of all the bad guys?

Member: EBS could be triggered around Sunday/Monday.. and hopefully, Iraq changes rate around the same time. Don't know if the world would know about the rate change but the EBS would give us a heads up.

Member: only 11 days until the election…..praying they release the RV after that……if not before.

Member: I wait, I wonder, I sigh, When will it come? Is it near? The hours crawl, the days feel slow, Time drips like raindrops, steady and slow. A question lingers - When will the RV finally arrive?

Member: Take it Wednesday was not what you hoped?

MZ: On the bond side – I am not sure I can share what I learned…but it sure makes seeing the EBS this weekend seem possible.

MZ: Based on what I am hearing on the bond side I would expect, guess, believe-IMO that between now and Nov. 6th we will be seeing different rates and doing some banking .There is a really good chance based on what we are hearing right now.

Member: Read between the lines and you know what Mark isn't able to say

MZ: I am going to ignore your questions today if you push hard on things I cannot answer.

Member: Have your sources ever been correct Mark?

MZ: Yes they have been correct a lot of times on a lot of different things……..unfortunantly we just have not RV’d yet

Member: BREAKING: Iraq joins TIR of WTO

MZ: And I am hearing from Iraq that the HCL law may be voted on this weekend. Hope its true

MZ: “ Prime Ministers advisor : 85% of Iraqis receive salaries from the government” I had no idea the number was that high. That is a stunning figure.

Member: Can you explain the Islamic banking that I’ve read about?

Member: Under Sharia Law, banks are restricted to the interest they can charge in loans or credit cards. Deposits are safe

Member: I read Islamic banks don't require reporting your deposits to the US. Gets around Fatca.

MZ: They have a higher standard of banking then here in the west.

Member: New Speaker for Iraqi parliament to be voted on Saturday?

Member: BRICS is supposed to have a big announcement today.

MZ: And they have already announced so much . They have shown us what the new BRICS cash looks like…..They have added 12-13 new partner members (not full membership yet) Things are getting juicier.

Member: At least the BRICS talk has finally become mainstream...

Member: supposed to be 150 countries at BRICS summit to not use fiat after today

Member: Putin was walking around showing the new BRICS money

Member: Heard of the WISE card? Easy to set up, I have VND and IDR currency sitting in there waiting for RV. Tell friends $20 can get them lots of VND. Easy to transfer to USD when they have RV

MZ: The bond people are still very excited and waiting on meetings tonight

MZ: In Iraq: “ Telecommunications : Iraq post has achieved great success in the digital transformation of financial transactions” This is their version of the US post office. They have come up to speed…They are digitized and reducing corruption.

MZ: “ Iraq Fund for Development: The government succeeded in attracting investments worth $100 Billion” these are some of the biggest countries in the world. They would not be coming to Iraq if they were unstable.

MZ: I told you this morning about how the articles on the exchange rate are sounding so much like what we saw in Kuwait. “Deletion of zeros and revaluation of Iraqi dinars” There is quite a conversation going on….and this article talks about what is involved and why they need stability. This article is a great read. And they have ticked almost every single one of the things needed to revalue.

MZ: There are open conversations going on in Iraq talking about the changing of the value of the dinar and the deletion of the zeros.

Member: What do you think they are waiting on Mark? If you could guess, what is the hold up?

Member: hopefully after the elections….someone will let it go
