MZ: I am still hearing great things from bonds, to banks to groups…..Keep your ears open and your eyes peeled.

MZ: Hopefully we will get some stunning news tomorrow.

MZ: “ KRG civil servants required to open bank accounts by March 2025 under MyAccount initiative” This is more of the modernization of the Iraqi government and digitization of their banking…..

MZ: “ Parliament finances reassure employees- your salaries are safe” This is the first time we have seen these guarantees.

MZ: “ Sudanese consultant: Digital Transformation will enhance Iraq’s efficiency and attract foreign investments” They are bringing in billions in international investments …These big investors would not be investing billions of dollars in some backwater country with a useless currency….It wouldn’t be happening ….

Member: They must know something is coming

MZ: And my favorite one tonight “Russia reportedly plans to add silver to state funds reserves” We have seen Central banks buying up gold….this is part of what fueled golds increased value to over $2,6oo per ounce……well, this announcement is going to be huge for silver. Russia is going to spend billions of rubles buying silver and adding it to their reserves.

Member: That means silver value is about to go way up…….

Member: Mike Bara put out some pretty good bond information news today. Are you hearing the same and can confirm???

Member: My Wells Fargo has contacted me twice about how they are changing things. I've been with them 42 yrs and this is a first time.

Member: I believe we are very close. Credit Card companies are bringing people’s limits to the highest they have ever used on cards…Are they expecting a debt forgiveness so they just let it rip?

MZ: We have seen many, many credit card companies just shut down amounts and giving out loans. Its like they know something is coming.

Member: Mark- How are you feeling about this week? I feel like I ask this every week…Groundhog Day

Member: Have anything good today Mark? Are the goal posts moving again?

MZ: I do not believe our goal posts are moving…..i believe things are funneling quickly in the right direction.

MZ: in Iraq…This is a great repeater….”Sudani chairs meeting to review financial reforms-stresses prosecution of speculators” They are going after speculators…….with the financial reforms this is important.

MZ: “ Al Sudani directs to continue simplifying banking procedures and prosecuting speculators” and “Supporting the local economy the government takes a series of decisions and measures to activate the role of the private sector” This is non oil revenues

MZ: Right now it’s the Monday Morning blues as we wait to get some bond updates to see if they are still on track with expectations of spendable dollars tomorrow.

Member: What kind of bonds did the contact have from last week-specifically

MZ: I can’t be to specific in case it gets them in trouble…but, it’s a German bond. I have not heard they were moving forward yet with Dragon bonds.

Member: German 1924 comes first , then the dragon bonds , I can not say more

Member: How are u gonna hear anything from bond people when they immediately go under an NDA?

Member: They can at least say they are under an NDA…..we guess the rest

Member: If it’s a shotgun start…..Bonds cannot go until we get notifications….imo

MZ: From the banking side I did get one from someone who works in wealth management. They said “We would not be doing this level of preparation if we weren’t close”. In other words they sould not be working weekends or throughout the week at this level if we were not close. They wouldn’t give me what to expect date-wise…but I find that encouraging.

Member: Close. There’s that word again. I think I’ll ban that word forever at some point!

Member: I just got an email from my Chase bank regarding a appointment with a wealth manager

MZ: Isn’t that crazy….They are chasing people even if they only have $30 or $40 dollars in the account. Maybe they know they have currency and are preparing for something.

Member: I heard there will not be 800 numbers.

MZ: There will be plenty of 800 numbers….not just one magical one the whole world uses

Member: Different zip codes , states and countries will have different numbers is what I heard….thats why we will be asked for our zip codes when we set our appointments.

Member: Will all the banks have the same rates?

MZ: All the redeeming or qualified exchange banks will have the same rates is what I was told . If someone walks in to a teller right off the street….they should get street rates.

Member: I am resigned to waiting for our RV until after the election……stepping off the roller coaster today.

Member: Mark, hearing any chatter from your Iraq contacts regarding the IQD rate being announced publically soon?

Member: there is still a chance Iraq goes alone……that would bring relief to millions if they do.

Member: We need our freaking RV so we can help and start changing this country!!!! Enough waiting!

MZ We do have a number of banks doing some upgrades through the rest of the month and through the first week of November. Many of you guys are also getting messages from your banks. Maybe this is it??.

MZ: From Iraq: “Labor issues 15,000 Mastercard cards for full time appointees” Meaning Military and those getting pensions …moving forward with the humanitarian side of their budget.

Member: Best case scenario: Let’s say the funding for your bond folks do get funded….How does that impact us?

MZ: How is was explained to me many years ago: The bond holders would start to go en masse with real money…..then in the following days we would see fines and penalties, CMKX, Farm Claims and all of those go…..then days after that we would start getting our notifications and start going to the bank…They want to keep this quiet and out of the publics eyes. Then a week or two later they would publicly announce Nesara/Gesara. This was my understanding 15-20 years ago. It kinda feels like things are playing out that way.

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed from New York that the currency sale window will close at the end of this year, while revealing the government’s intention to establish a new bank that adopts the latest technologies. WOW! WOW! We have been waiting for this for decades. Now it Is reality. Finally!!

MZ: It’s close – no matter which way you look at it…whether it’s after the election or the first of the year….I personally think its sooner. We all have opinions.

MZ: I’m hoping I get to wear it early next week.

MZ: Here’s and interesting one out of Iraq: “Al Rafidain : More the 4 Trillion dinars electronic collection amounts for government departments" this is a marked improvement to the government..a big increase in revenue from getting rid of graft and inefficiency by using electronic systems. They are very much streamlining their government. This has made a massive difference in stability in Iraq.

Member: That needs to happen in the US….

MZ: “Congress unveils new program that converts the unified card into rations” this is a bad translation – but it means their new national ID card will know their status …and is a government services card. Also a new program to help the under privileged.

Member: Today is the day Iraq pays the salaries of the Kurdish region. Yesterday was the New Year. Will tomorrow have the missing Gazette with the rate published? One can hope!

MZ: On the bond side there are more confirmations that they are expecting payments early next week…most are focused on Tuesday.

MZ: One bond trader swears that we should expect our announcements around Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We have to wait and see if this is accurate or not.

MZ: Seems to be a black out or brown out on the group side.

MZ: I now have 2 bankers/redemption folks who say they will be working this weekend. One of them said they are making new system software updates….while the other one says they are preparing for an influx of new wealth management clients this month.

Member: I'm new to the RV info. I have Dinar and Dong. My question is once the RV happens, do we exchange back to USD? Or would we hold the foreign currency until after the USD collapses?

Member: Supposedly when the Fiat system collapses…..the new system and new USN notes that are asset backed are ready to step in….I sure hope it’s true.

Member: I will admit, I’m in a state of frustration, even though I know we should be close to the finish line

Member: Mnt goat is positive no RV until after elections. I guess that makes sense…..Maybe next administration will push RV through.

Member: Another 3.8 earthquake on Vancouver Island British Columbia, this morning. Everyone felt it.

Member: Another hurricane forming to take same path as the last one.

Member: If there was ever a time to have our humanitarian funds... this is the time!!

Member: Rumor is 150 Bankers have been arrested that were trying to stop it.

Member: Wish I believed it. Been hearing the boy who cried wolf for years….nothing is ever true.

Member: Seriously…how bad does it have to get before the white hats step in?

MZ: “ Very soon- Iraqi and Kuwaiti negotiations return to end differences” It appears their settlements are going forward. They put forward a law in parliament to settle all those that were displaced by Saadam Hussein and to give back their property. ….This is kinda like our Historic Settlements and Farm Claims ect……

MZ: This is definitely things I was told to expect before their value change. To me this was very cool

Member: I thought all differences with Kuwait were settled years ago…guess not

MZ: “Russian courts freeze funds of US Banks JP Morgan and Mellon” This is a total of $372 Million. Russia is returning the favor….This is a much smaller amount then what the US froze of Russian banks around the globe.

MZ: We were told things would get ugly right before the reset…..I just didn’t expect it to be this bad.

MZ” Charles Nenner “ From a bunker in Isreal-The American Empire is over” .

Member: We need this RV to happen and get rid of this BS. Why are the rats still in charge of this??????

Member: do you think the new SEC ruling will affect when the RV happens

Member: Mountain GOAT says no RV until after the Nov 5th Election!

Member: Columbus Day is coming ……..3 day weekend next weekend

MZ: Most of my banking side contacts think we are starting before that 3 day weekend….but it would be a convenient time for us to go to the bank.

MZ: No bond news….It is exactly the same as last night. The same goes for bankers…..I do know however that one of my wealth management/redemption contacts will be working this weekend….I do no know if the rest are also working…it is too early to know yet. I hope to get an update by tomorrow.

MZ: There is some good stuff out of Iraq today. “ Parliamentary conquest reveals an agreement to pass two controversial laws today” this is very important news. This is the personal status law and the Return of real estate to its owners covered by some decisions of the dissolved revolutionary command council law. This is like historic settlements….Think of them as the same as our Farm Claims settlements . These are settlements for other things that we were told we would see right before they do the dinar change in value.

MZ: For me this is huge. Think of this as almost the same as our historic bonds, fines and penalties, farm claims . To me this shows us how close we are.

MZ: “Finance Committee: Discussion of 2025 budget tables will begin next month” That is November. Why is that important? The rate. They are still settling out 2024 and 2023….now suddenly they are going to be ready for 2025 and its tables? I believe this tells us we will soon have a rate in order for them to fix those tables

Member: Frank26 implied November is our month…

MZ: From the bond side: Nothing has changed since this morning’s news. They are still very upbeat but a number of them are not expecting their full funds until next week. This doesn’t mean things are not moving or that we might see something before then.

MZ: Bankers are pretty quiet today. CMKX have updated their fines and penalties but they have not been given any kind of notice on what to expect. But they are staying at a constant stage of “ready” right now.

MZ: One of you sent me this article from May of last year. Well timed. “ How Wells Fargo is becoming Quantum -Ready” So when you walk into WF and ask them if they are getting ready for the Quantum financial system? If they look at you as if you’re smoking crack…..here’s an article right off of Wells Fargo’s website. They constantly tell us we are full of it and in the meantime- they are doing it.

MZ: Just like Chase always saying they have nothng to do with Iraq…but in the meantime they are opening 10 branches in Iraq while working with them to update their banking system. .

Mark, THE SEC appealed the ruling on the XRP case today, do we need XRP to be free and clear before Iraq can RV/RI? That’s what the ongoing theory is, so that’s why I ask

MZ: No , but it makes one heck of a distraction.

Member: Lots going down ... interesting timing ... RV ... RV ... RV ..

Heavenly Father, we are praying for all those affected by Hurricane’s devastation, from the Gulf Coast to Tennessee. We pray especially for the injured and relief workers and for the restoration of communications throughout the region, to facilitate the vital life saving work that is underway

Member: So what new today Mark??? Are we ever going to cross that finish line?

MZ: “ Kurdistan Regional Government unveils upcoming tripartite meeting to resume all oil exports” Things are moving. Stability is there. Along with salaries being paid – this is all part of the HCL agreement. They did not give up the date of this meeting…..It may have already occurred.

MZ: “World Bank: Iraq has taken steps to develop Human capital” That sounds creepy due to translations. But it means they are taking care of their people. Education, Health Care and an educated work force.

MZ: “Iraqi dinar under pressure amidst regional tensions” They hid in this article a piece that we really like…They are shrinking the dinar note count which will increase the value.

Member: Did your bond contact get back with you after last nights appointment?? @Mark

MZ: On the bond side. The contact I was hoping could give me an update said they are now under an NDA. I am confident they got paid something at the table or they would not have signed it.

MZ: A couple other bond folks told me they did get their final paperwork but the plan is not to pay the until early next week. So paperwork is final…process is started but they will not get full release of their funds until next week.

Member: That figures…Its always next week…sigh

Member: Historic bondholders getting hysterical if they don't get fundible $ soon !

Member: Is this a bond can kick???

MZ: I don’t think it’s a bond can kick because of the number of people under an NDA. I wonder if it’s more of an international clearing process to get their spendable funds. In other words….2 of my contacts were in a group…so did they finish their final paperwork…then funds were given to the paymaster …then the paymaster has to clear those funds internationally ….this is an international transaction of billions of dollars…….then distribute those funds to all the people in the group?

MZ: If these billions were moved from Europe to the US- there would be safety checks and balances. This takes awhile

MZ: I very much think and am very confident money has been moving on bonds…just not as quickly as we want it to be moving…If it was with the QFS- it would arrive in 2.5 nano seconds….or very fast.

Member….still looks like feet dragging to me.

Member: So are these bonds- Zim bonds?

MZ: No – I am talking Historic bonds. I believe we will exchange Zim bonds when we get our notifications.

Member: So whatever happened to the QFS?

MZ: As soon as we exchange it is there for us. Historic bonds go first.

Member: If bonds are big $$$$ paid in fiat what better way to clear out old currency when when they convert to new currency?

Member: So, with storms, wars, dock workers strikes and all the awful things going on….will this delay the RV

Member: Maybe all those horrible things mean they have to speed up the RV????

Member: Hoping for big bondholder news.

MZ: I had one bond holder with an appointment this afternoon inform me that he is now under an NDA. He did tell me a long time ago that he would not do an NDA unless he walked away with at least a sizable chunk of money….so for me if feels like something happened.

MZ: My contacts with evening appointments have not returned any of my messages yet because their appointments are about right now. I hope to have an update by tomorrow morning.

MZ: I do have another friend with an appointment on Thursday . He has an enormous amount invested in bonds and I am excited to see how it goes for him.

MZ: There is quite a bit of news coming out of Iraq this evening. “JSC-A strategy to transform Iraq into a Regional investment Center” How can you be a regional investment center with a reasonable currency?

MZ: Dr. Shabibi ( Former governor of the CBI) once said to the government if you give me a safe and stable Iraq- We will increase the purchasing power.

MZ: On the HCL- Money is moving and I expect to see an announcement any day now. I think it is completely done .

Member: The Iraq Oil Law, also referred to as the Iraq Hydrocarbon Law was a piece of legislation submitted to the Iraqi Council of Representatives in May 2007

MZ: Another HCL piece: “Minister of planning: We have moved forward to draw a new map of the population reality in Iraq” they are also working to return displaced people to Iraq.

MZ: “Erbil: Iraq has become a suitable environment due to security and political stabllity “ They said this today. What did Shabibi say? Give me security and stability and we will raise the value .

Member: Did they ever find all the money from the theft of the century?

MZ: I was told they have recovered almost every single dinar.

Member: Mark, any idea happened with the “Foreign Currency” discussion at the Fed today at 4:00pm?

MZ: They have not released the minutes of the meetings yet. Hopefully they will be released in 1 or 2 days.

Member: I wonder if the hurricane and port strike are caused to slow the rv?

Member: I heard a rumor that the Iraq supreme court said they have to post the rate by end of today or al Sudani and Maliki will be arrested

Member: I thought it was the CBI in charge? So….I will believe it when we see it.

Member: I read Ports closed today to reset new system. From LIBOR to SOFR...on the ledger. "Secured Overnight Financing Rate"..Gold Standard! Time will tell.

Member: Busy news day! Everything seems to be boiling over all at once!

Pray for those affected by the Hurricane. The devastation in areas is overwhelming. Also, please pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and Israel, which is about to enter war with Iran. Lord please help us!

Member: Well it’s Tuesday Oct 1….the big day when lots of things are supposed to happen. Guess we wait and see if it does?

MZ: Lots of expectations today on the bond side. Most of that will start occurring around 2 or 3 this afternoon….is what I am hearing. Another contact on the other side of the ocean has an appointment at 7:00 tonight.

MZ: The things I could not share yesterday because I did not have permission to share….we will know if true this afternoon. Meaning Did they or did they not get paid? We should know conclusively by this evening.

Member: So if bond holders get paid today – I wonder what are we looking at for next steps or timing?

Member: Mark said before – we should be a few days after that….

MZ: I am expecting movement on the bond side which will tell us we are extremely close.

Member: I wonder what is happening with the banks in regards to Basil 3?

MZ: I heard some banks are complying and some are refusing .

MZ: Some good solid stuff out of Iraq: “ The Sudanese advisor clarifies Have electronic payment procedures contributed to persevering the sobriety of the dinar?” Yes they have. And they dive into it in this article. They announced they have succeeded in restoring the citizen’s confidence in the dinar.

Member: I heard Iraq is having meetings today. Around 4:15 there time. To delete zeros? Hope its true

Member: A lot are posting on X about the 4:15 meeting on foreign exchange rates at the US Fed.

MZ: This is a regular quarterly meeting that discuss foreign exchange rates. So yes that happens at 4:15 today.

Member: Mike Bara said Sudani and Maliki to be arrested if they don't Rv today?

Member: Dow is dropping like a rock this morning.

Member: Mark? Sometimes I wish I had just the right words to convince my wife our blessing is real...It is, right? Big sigh!

Member: I am sure at least Iraq will revalue sometime…to at least 1 to 1…..but as for the rest of the world……at this point not sure.

Member: The more horrible things happen in the world the harder it is to believe in white hats or good guys……where are they?

Member: Even the bad guys need money….So we should see something happen soon.

Member: I know it’s always darkest before the dawn….but our dawn is way overdue.

Member: As bad as it is, we’ve been told it was going to get worse before it got better.

Member: Pray we hear something good RV-wise by tonight. So many people need help right now.

Member: Acapulco Mexico was decimated a few days ago by storm also.

Member: There are 9 storms out there developing now

Member: I feel so bad for the Hurricane people. Many, many prayers to all of them.

MZ: Many issues today with the internet over all of Puerto Rico and many parts of the US. If this podcast drops off…..that is the reason , and do not be surprised if it does.

MZ: The lack of internet has kept me from checking in with many of my sources this morning.

Member: Prayers for everyone who's affected by the storm.

Member: Praying for All in the horrible devastation here in the US.

Member: People from Augusta, GA are having to travel down I-20 about 45 minutes to get gas. There is no gas in Thomson, GA, Harlem, Grovetown, and Greensboro.

Member: Massive Power Outages Hit Carolina and Georgia: Thousands Without Electricity Amid Storm, Delays in Reporting Due to Damaged Communication Lines.

Member: There is another hurricane forming that may be headed on the same path.

Member: Our internet went down on Friday morning in this area of UK

Member: Acapulco has also been hit with hurricane John

Member: With the port strike supposedly starting tomorrow …things are about to get worse.

Member: The railroads are already refusing freight headed to the east coast ports

Member: The black -out is here. Maybe the RV is here!

Member: Mark Z I heard from someone that it is possible Iraq will go first only in country

MZ: MilitiaMan did a great video last night. There is a lot going on with the HCL over the weekend.

MZ: “KDP Mortgage census to apply article 140 to return displaced Kurds” This is really big and one of the things we were expecting. This one had Militiaman excited on Saturday.

MZ: “ The Governor of the Central Bank meets the Ambassador of Spain in Iraq” This means “International” Read it right here

Member: I saw reports of the US Embassy being under attack over the weekend in Iraq. Hope this doesn’t delay us yet again? Pray for US personnel in Iraq

MZ: On the banking side- we are seeing a lot of rates over the weekend. Everything from the standard .00076 that MilititaMan and crew talk about……I know of 3 different banks whose foreign currency trackers show $3.57 over the weekend again. We cannot exchange it yet but it certainly appears to be headed that direction.

Member: Every source says that payouts for German boxes start the middle of this coming week

MZ: Pretty much all my sources agree. The consensus is they start tomorrow morning when Zurich opens. That is what nearly all my bond sources say on the German bonds. They have not yet mentioned the Dragon bonds for this week.

Member: Another Intel Provider said some countries have been revaluing from this morning.

Member: Tomorrow should be a big news day…New US Fiscal year, Libor turns into SOFAR, port strikes, and much more……

Member: Rumor: The corporate USA is done! No more. As of tomorrow officially

MZ: There is a lot coming together right now.

Member: We need this damn RV to happen so we can start helping with $$$$

Member: If this isn't a Black swan event, I'd be hard pressed to describe one.

Member: Stock up today! Ports striking tomorrow!

MZ: The Strike is supposed to start at one minute past midnight tonight.

Member: Items to think about besides food for this disaster, hygiene products, head lamps, gloves, trash bags, bleach and other cleaners, paper towels, Plastic sheeting, think outside the box.

Member: As the saying goes it will get worse before it gets better.

MZ: MilitiaMan joins us today as well……Catch us up on what’s happening in Iraq

Member: I think things are going to go Nuts... Starting October 1st

Member: October 3rd is Iraq’s Independence Day …Might be an excellent day for the Iraqi Dinar to revalue ?!?!

MZ: “Al Sudani advisor indicates a significant development in Iraq’s financial capabilities during 2024” Talking about what they have accomplished with cleaning up banking, more non-oil revenues. This article is a great little victory lap.

MM: Good morning everyone. Iraq has done so much work and we all know Al Sudani was just in New York again at the US assembly. He also had sideline meetings and had his speech and returned home yesterday.

MM I think he has more meetings today ….but his acheivments in 2024 hve been phenominal. Including international interconnectivity. This showcases the fact that Iraq is going international..Al Sudani also talks about $83 billion for the investment side of the budget for infrastructure….which tells me he needs the money released publically. And he needs to tell his people where the money is coming from.

MM: The world is waiting to see the budget…but Item #4782 has not been released yet in the Iraq Gazette…..there is good reason for it. I am optimistic in includes the new REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate)

MM:They already have the new technology for international interconnectivity that we have all heard about that is fast, accurate using blockchain ledger technology. Everybody needs to be on the same page at the same time on this system

MM: When this happens prepare for shocks. .

MZ: What are your thoughts on Sudani’s speech at the UN? He talked about them being fully international.

MM: I think the very last part of that speech he says Iraq is taking its rightful place in the international world. It’s interesting that he said that because a year ago this September he was showcased as being the savior of the international financial system. And again in Davos a few months ago where he had the likes of Jaimie Dimon and JPMorgan and the biggest banks in the world there.

MM: Iraq has all the assets, new technologies like the Ayuscuda system at the borders to collect those non-oil revenues and taxes. I believe there are meetings today with Al Sudani and Al Alaq and the banks. At this stage in the game you have to ask yourselves why? I’m hoping it’s to decide not to use the rate of 1310 anymore…..but something different.

MZ: So how close are we…. iyo?

MM: With Sudani back now….why couldn’t it happen at any time? To me there is no reason it could not happen at any time.

MZ: I agree. He’s done the victory tours, he has told the world they are restored and fully international. …Time to see the fruit of his labors. I wouldn’t be surprised to see my phone blowing up this weekend with the news that it has happened.

MM: I think Sudani is obliged to do this at this point.

MZ: I agree he has done all the groundwork , done all the stuff, paid all their bills….he is kinda obliged to do it.

MM: Basically the non-oil revenues will drive the private sector. Things are playing out….but there is a logic to what we are watching….Central banks have to be prepared for this….and at this point they should be.

MM: Since Sudani and Alaq are meeting today in Iraq with the banking sector I am very optimistic something good will come of this.

MM: I saw an article today “ The head of the Kurdistan party provincial council stressed on Saturday the implementation of Article 140 of the Iraqi constitution. “ This is why my phone was blowing up. This may be why Sudani and everyone are getting together today. With article 140 they need the new value of their assets. I think this is huge.

MZ: That is huge. They need to revalue the assets before the census happens.

Member: I was told as soon as article 140/HCL passes – then we go.

Member: What is article 140

Member: Constitution Article-140 lays down a clear road map to define the final boundaries of the territory to be administered by the KRG.

Member: article 140 us the HCL, hydrocarbon law, which will divide up oil revenues and give to Iraqi people.

Member: With everything happening on oct 1st….maybe Iraq kicks it off with those meetings today.

Member: new SOFR rule going into effect Oct 1st, and FDIC rule on Foreign Currency Swaps Oct 22nd?

Member: And the new US fiscal year starts on oct. 1st.

Member: Mark a buddy of mine that got me into the currencies is part of a humanitarian group. He says they will have access to a portal for exchanges. Have you heard anything about that
