Member: Bank story, short version she was told at her bank a 25K note was worth 60 grand

MZ: That works out to about $2.40 cents for a dinar. I have heard a similar story and they were given a rate of $2.30.

Member: The bank was only willing to cash in lower denominations at that small branch. Probably true info. but teller was not aware that it was still on hold. She might real quick if she made the exchange.

Member: if the banks are showing people the rates that means we are close…imo

Member: I pray these stories are true!!

MZ: We are hearing some interesting rates from banks right now. I am hearing from banking sources is that rate is definitely showing in banks right now. Between the $2.30-$2.45 range right now on many different bank screens…..We will see what that means. We have a whole crew of people trying to find things out right now. .going to different banks and asking.

MZ: Once we have verification we will be letting everybody here know.

Member: How can all these people in the banks be talking to customers about this? They should be under NDA’s

MZ: the lower level rank and file employees in the banks are not under NDA’s

Member: I spoke with personnel at 2 Chase branches today. They have NO information..

Member: Maybe the bank branches that don’t know anything will not be participating exchange banks?.

MZ: We have heard stories today that money may be possibly moving in the historical bond markets. If this is accurate it would explain the funky level of silence we are hearing from the bond side.

Member: If that bank story is true could we exchange one note and wait for the big reset? Is the IQD on forex yet?

MZ: The rate officially has not changed yet. But if the banks are primed and the system is ready…imo it could happen at any moment. But things are hopeful and sounds good.

Member: I thought there was no double dipping?

MZ: Guess it depends what they consider double dipping. It’s my understanding we will only get one shot at pre-negotiated rates. If you were to take a smaller one to the bank though- I am told it will not count against you. BUT, I am told if you do your big meeting with preferential rates …then you do not get to go back and do another big exchange meeting at the same preferential rate…you would just have to take whatever you rate they offer you at your second big exchange meeting. . That is how it was explained to me…I caution everybody to try to do it all at once.

Member: So exchange first at contract rates….then any additional exchanges would be at lower or street rates?

MZ: Heres an article I really liked “ The Iraqi foreign minister answers the success of negotiations with America and the agreement to form a “high military committee” In other words they have officially agreed to discuss the removal of American forces from Iraq.

MZ: “ Oil rises-2 month highs as US stockpiles fall” China has been stockpiling oil at a crazy rate….the US has not and needs more oil. Oil is going up and this is a good thing for Iraq. They designed the RV around $70 dollar oil .

MZ: From Forbes: “BRICS making good progress on their Golden Path” currencies will be backed by gold and countries will have their own sovereign currencies. But Forbes openly talking about new currency is big. They don’t want dollars…They want money backed with gold.

MZ: “Iraqi endless push for timetable for US withdrawal regardless of security situation” It’s time for them to walk on their own.

MZ: Also: “Exclusive –US and Iraq to initiate talks to end US Military led coalition” They are in the process of creating a timetable.

MZ: Mr. C has not been paid yet. When he does – you will not be able to miss it….

Member: Guess there is no bond news or Group news today. Hopefully they are under NDA’s

MZ: “ Breaking –US banks adopt Ripple’s XRP for International payments” This started in Europe and expanded to over here. Many large banks around the world use this now to move payments cross borders……Not using the SWIFT system anymore.

Member: Mark, are we looking at a particular time of day in the US that this might go through since Iraq is in a different time zone, so is Vietnam etc.? Would it be our early morning?

MZ: We have been told years ago that the most likely time- or easiest time for them to execute this was Saturday night or Sunday night between 11 pm and 3 AM est….It does not have to be then…but I was told that was the easiest time for them technically.

Member: Mark! Q: if Iraqs rate has gone international, how soon after might we receive our notification?

Member: Is there a chance we're all being played for financial gain by a small elite group at the top? We keep buying currency and nothing happens. Just a thought.

MZ: We keep getting positive news. Over the last 2 days in Iraq I’ve seen about 4 articles pushing to remove the US. And about them executing their white papers or economic reforms and restoring their exchange rate.

MZ: To me “restoring” is to put it back the way it was. Right? And restoring it back to its former glory when it was one of the most valuable currencies in the world. So to me that would mean at least $3+

Member: I will be thrilled with anything over a dollar at this point. Just wish they would do it.

MZ: If you do the math $3.22 in 1991 and adding in inflation would be a rate of around $7.25 today. Wouldn’t that be something. WOW.

MZ: I did talk to some bond people and I did talk to some group people. I had an agreement with them that if they answered the phone….this means they have not been paid. They answered the phone. My contacts have not been paid yet.

MZ: This is interesting. “The ECB (European Central Bank) asks some lenders to monitor social media for early signs of bank runs” They are worried about that and whether or not they have liquidity to handle it. At some point the people are going to figure out that the money just is not there.

Member: Good morning Everybody! Will MarkZ have exciting news for us this morning?

Member: Rod Steele posted last night that his bond contacts are expected to be paid today and we are expected to get notifications Friday morning.

MZ: That is definitely the rumors running around. . Let’s see if it pans out or not.

Member: I do hope this one time he is correct. Bond people have been hopeful for years.

MZ: My bond folks have not been paid yet but they have great expectations for the 24th. They have been saying this for a couple weeks. I know a number of them expected payments 2 days ago and have not received it yet. But they are receiving a number of assurances. And yes…a number of them are now under NDA’s.

MZ: Yes I am hearing from some that they are expecting notifications this Friday/Saturday. I hope they are right.

Member: What is to keep the US Treasury from keeping the delay of their approval of this going?

MZ: I believe Iraq will be going no matter what. They are painting the US and Central banks into a corner to force them to let it go. And we know the world is lined up and waiting for this. It is inevitable.

MZ: Right now we are watching an implosion in China. “Trade settlement in Chinese RMD (Renminbi) soars 600%”

MZ: “China moves to boost bank lending in broad effort to prop up growth” How? They want to remove the Basel requirements. China is on the ropes and needs an asset backed reset.

MZ: “ South Africa will favor the development of the Africa Continental Free Trade area within the BRICS framework” What they are working on is a free trade zone and economic cooperation within all the African Continent nations.

MZ: Why is this important? Because they are doing this within the BRICS framework. Africa is one of the wealthiest continents in the world for natural resources. And they are doing this within the BRICS framework…or outside Western banking. So this will have a huge impact economically.

Member: Do you think it is still possible that things go this month?

MZ: I think it’s possible. I am hopeful we will at least get announcements this month …even if we have not yet made it into the banks.

Member: What’s the impact of Iraq joining the Bank of international Settlements?

MZ: I guess you are referring to last night podcast. It’s their acceptance and elevation to the World Trade Organization and all the other organizations they were removed from when they were sanctioned many years ago. These sanctions are quickly al going away which means they will be able to reinstate or revalue their currency.

MZ: It is just one more clear indicator of how close we are getting.

Member: If Iraq central bank is now listed on BIS website. Makes them OK for International transactions.

Member: Sure hope Mark has good news today.

Member: Today could be very interesting for banks who aren't Basel 3 compliant.

Member: For the Basel 3 - does the bank as a company have to be compliant or each branch?

MZ: Overall the parent bank needs to be Basel 3 compliant …not each individual bank branch….as I understand it. Its one corporate entity.

Member: Do private banks need to be Basel 3 compliant?

MZ: Yes- if they have a banking license they will have to be Basel 3 compliant.

Member: Is tomorrow the big day?

MZ: We will see soon.

MZ: On the bond side and the church groups….nobody has money yet. Bond folks are still on hold in Zurich. They have not received their 1% payout as they expected…yet.

MZ: I do know of some church groups that were hit with an NDA. But I do know they do not have dollars yet. It could some of them were sharing their updates with others…so they are now under NDA’s to be quiet?

Member: If its going to be a shotgun start…I still think they get dollars when we are allowed to make appointments…..everything goes at once.

I found this one interesting: “ Rafidain Bank announces a third series of reconstruction bonds” for amounts of $500 thousand dinar and $1 million dinar. With annual interest rates of 6% and 2 % for 2 and 4 years. Pretty great interest rates. Paid every 6 months. Its only available to Iraqi citizens or I would already be investing.

MZ: “As China stocks crash, Beijing proposes multi trillion market rescue package” The implosion continues. China is becoming desperate for a reset. Many protests and riots over there.

Member: People are desperate for a reset everywhere.

MZ: From Peter Schiff: “The dark ages for US housing and manufacturing” This is normal just before a crash. Certain markets will do well and others will take it on the chin. That is exactly what we are seeing now. Similar to what we were seeing in 2007 and 2008.

MZ: A good one from MilitiaMan late last night: They are doing a fine job and everyone should go an listen and support them. He gives real world examples on what Iraq is doing so they can change their value. .

Member: Mark, what happens to the currency we turn in at redemption. Is it destroyed or turned back into its country.

Member: I heard at one time it gets turned into the US treasury…..then sent back to the country….

Member: I believe the Iraqi dinar has to come back where it went out at. $3.22. And the VND has to come back to $2.27. According to the IMF?

MZ: If you correct the VND back to its old value it would be about $2.21 to $2.30….depending how they just for inflation…but, yeah. This is why I believe certain values will make more sense. These follow historic norms for revaluations. .

Member: We can live with those rates…that would be amazing…..they just need to do it.

Member: Mark would you please explain Tier 1,2,3,4a,4b please?

Member: There are allegedly 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: I heard a rumor that everything in the first basket would go on a float before the real rate gets locked in

Member: I am getting a lot of emails from banks wanting to be my banking and financial services. That is encouraging.

MZ: It is the US Treasury. But the UST is controlled by the western banking world elites ….That’s who has been stalling it. Iraq and BRICS has been doing everything to force them into a corner where they have no choice but to go. That is what we have been watching. It would have gone years ago if it wasn’t for the western banking world. Here in the US – the western banking elites representatives is the US Treasury.

MZ: MilitiaMan did a good video yesterday…Iraq is again discussing the change in dinar value openly. This makes more than 4 articles ect… in the last week. They are expecting a major change in the valuation of their currency soon. Also still talking about pegging to a basket of middle eastern currencies in order to compete with the US dollar.

MZ: Also in the news there seems to be big happenings in the Iraqi currency auctions. Bringing in much more dinar. They are making all the moves we expect to see just before a revaluation. They are telling us it is coming…

MZ: If we follow all the processed they have done in the last few months- it is very clear how close we are. .

MZ: From Zimbabwe: “ Govt set to announce new measures to stabilize Zimbabwe dollar” The inflation beast has reared its ugly head again. They have been tying more of its currency to gold in the past 2 years….. Look for an announcement in the coming days….possibly this week on the Zimbabwe dollar being gold backed. That is what I was told

MZ: I don’t know timing but can tell you that my bond folks are expecting a whole heck of a lot by the 24th which is in 2 days. Many of them are expecting to get 1% in fiat…..if this occurs we are arguably within days….

MZ: Expectations are high in the bond market for starting tomorrow. We will see if we actually real money moving or not.

MZ: I am hearing that some of the “flippers” started paying for some but have not been able to verify. At the same time I know some people who have sold bonds to some flippers and they have gone dead quiet. So perhaps under an NDA?

MZ: I am hopeful that is it because it would tell us we are very close for the RV. We should stay calm and watch as it rolls out.

MZ: Very quiet out of Iraq. Very quiet for CMKX, Prosperity packages, farm claims ect….But there was very solid , encouraging news all week. Go back and listen to Nader and MilitiaMan and you will see what has been happening. There have been some fantastic articles this week.

MZ: IMO this was a great week for things we can see. Concrete things. But overnight it was very quiet

Member: Calm before the storm?.

Member: I always watch Saturday Nights. That old Bloomberg video that says some Saturday night when all the banks are closed – the rates will change and we will wake up to a new world on a Monday morning.

Member: Can you explain what a flipper is?

MZ: They are folks who know the groups that aggregated currencies and historic bonds. They know what the projected prices should be at the reset. They ask folks if they are tired of waiting and offer lower prices to those who just want to be done and sell now…..Then the flippers have the currency and bonds and will exchange at a higher price when everything goes. They make a profit.

Member: Just like flipping a house.

Member: Mark, I heard that US sanctions were lifted from Venezuela. Is that a true statement? If so, could we bring our Bolivar to the Rv Redemption center?

Member: I am bringing all currencies I own to the RC. Better safe than sorry.

Member: Bolivar is already on the Forex. If the sanctions are lifted, then you would be able to exchange it anywhere

Member: Do you remember a month ago when Venezuela and Guyana were arguing . China and Brazil stepped in brought them to talk ongoing in Brazil. 2 brics countrys helping 2 new Brics countrys avoid war. Nice

MZ: “BRICS plus expansion is accelerating petrodollar collapse: Ultimately leading to a massive global dollar dump-Schectman” This is from Kitco news.

MZ: I am hearing a ton about it but have not been able to verify anything. I have talked to a number of them and they have great expectations and are expecting payments very soon. They have been told they will have a “iron clad NDA”

MZ: I think that is their way of saying “when I can’t say anything” that this means they have funds and NDA’s signed. But, they are still talking right now. I know this disagrees with some gurus on the boards. But these are the facts I have from people involved.

MZ: No truth to that…..yet. The rate has not changed in the country or out of the country. That is the reality.

Member: Are you under an NDA Mark?

MZ: From years ago –I signed an NDA for one transaction that has not happened yet. I have a skr (safe keeping receipt) and I cannot talk about the specifics. And I have not received any funds from it. I have not signed anything recently.

Member: I talked to my bank teller yesterday and asked her if she’s heard about the revaluation of currencies and she said yes. I told her to look into it for herself

Member: I went to my bank in a small town in Hawaii, asked them if they were doing a currency revaluation, she nodded yes ,I got excited.Then went back in a few days asked about Zim Bond ,she said not on her screen, looks like I will have to travel to Honolulu for an RC

Member: Any news from Vietnam?

Member: Vietnam is sitting really pretty in their economy. They are main processors of silver! And get this, Cinnamon!

MZ: News from Vietnam: “Vietnam treads the path to becoming an International Financial Hub” There is a lot of pressure from countries around the world for Vietnam to move their currency value up. Great things happening there.

Member: Does the Iranian rial have to RV at the same time as Iraq?

MZ: Yes and no……Iran seems to be dead set at creating as much chaos as they can which may limit their ability to revalue at the same time. Which could also mean other values in the region would be lower than they would like. Right now there is an excellent chance Iran will not RV with Iraq. We don’t know for certain…..opinion is based on geopolitical tensions.

MZ: Yesterday was a great news day from Iraq where they are openly talking about changing their value and a rate competing with the US dollar.

MZ: “Iraq won the position of Director General of the Arab World Institute in Paris” This means they are on the world stage. What is going to necessary for this? Full membership in the WTO and a new rate. That would make sense.

Member: Mark, do you think the RV will be dragged into March? Every month it feels like we’re going and then BOOM we have to wait another month!

Member: Nobody knows the date…….lets just hope its sooner than that.

Member: Nader seems happy ... very very happy

MZ: Nader has dropped a new website because it appears things are very close. Its at www.naderdirect.com Expect him to drop a number of videos today.

MZ: Nader talked about “Baghdad economics affair expert calls for a basket of currencies” Like the Euro, the Chinese Yuan or the UAE dirham….in valuing the Iraqi dinar in a way that competes with the valuation of the US dollar.

MZ: They are calling to no longer have a fixed rate. But, attaching it to a basket so its value can compete with the USD. You know they have been working on de-dollarization. One US dollar buys 1300 dinar right now. For it to compete with the US dollar……the rate needs to be a whole lot closer.

Member: So according to article it will soon be at least 1 to 1? I could live with that.

MZ: I know things have been moving slowly, slowly, slowly….I think we are about to see the “suddenly” part of this thing.

MZ: MilitiaMan also did another solid one….an overview of where we are at. Be sure to go listen to them all and support them on their channels.

MZ: “Saudi Arabia backs Iraq’s WTO bid , citing political hurdles cleared”

Member: Iraq’s rate when they were still in the WTO before the devaluation in 2003 was about $3.22 I believe.

MZ: We have articles that say their ascension to the WTO was approved back in Feb of 2023. At this point I believe they are just dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s ….

MZ: My contracting sources in Iraq say the valuation has been determined …and we are just waiting on the release. I think that is very accurate. I think when we look at all the articles coming out right now discussing undoing the government “fixed rate” …and how the black market rates will disappear once the rate is pegged to a basket like they want.

MZ: “Parliamentary finance : The council of ministers will send the 2024 budget to Parliament next week”

MZ: I can tell you there is a tremendous amount of chatter in the bond side right now with the possibility of movement as early as today. But, most of my contacts believe movement will occur early next week. There is a lot on the bond side that I am not sharing yet….because they don’t have real spendable money yet.

MZ: We should start seeing activity on the bond side between now and the first of the week…..if accurate.

Member: I thought if the bonds get paid we get paid at the same time?.. (again nobody knows the process for certain)

Member: When the bonds get paid we should at least get notifications to start making appointments.

MZ: “Iraqi Prime Minister meets 57 businesses in meetings in Davos” He has been sitting down with some of the top leaders in the world in petro, chemicals, building, gas ect…….he has also been meeting with Jake Sullivan for a timeline for getting rid of US forces in Iraq.

MZ: The US is now working on a strategic framework agreement for getting its troops out of Iraq.

MZ: “Iraqi customs official jailed …must repay 60 million” It was actually 38 billion in dinar….This official had stolen over 60 million dollars….that could have been spent on building, education , food ect……His jail sentence is over 10 years or until he pays them back.

MZ: From the Russian Embassy in S. Africa: “20 countries have already joined the financial messaging system of the Bank of Russia.” This is their alternative to the SWIFT. This new system already includes 557 banks in 20 countries and is growing. This is going around the western hegemony and is allowing transactions and money to move all over the world. This is big.

Member: I think BRICS is going to save the world and get us off fiat for good….

Member: I wanna call my bank and say "Shoooobeee Dooobie Doooo -- Do You Have A DelaRueeeee?

MZ: I wonder if this made Al Sudani mad?: :” The US deploys 1,500 soldiers to Iraq, Syria amid rising tensions in the region” The deployment from the New Jersey National guard is the largest since 2008.

Member: WELL WELL they say peace will break out when the RV kicks off, so let’s get it done, ENGAGE THE RV

Member: I wonder if this increased US presence is continuing to hold us back?

Member: Something is delaying things….This is obvious.

Member: Any news on the bond people. update?

MZ: Sources are saying they are expecting some bond movement on the 19th with the release of some bond money….then more being released-all the way out to Feb 10th. So a percentage now and the balance released after the reset. . But remember- Noone knows the exact timing.

MZ: Other bond folks think it could start as early as tomorrow for a small percentage. Lots of rumors out there. Its encouraging to hear there are once again target dates.

MZ: A number of groups are expecting notifications between the 21st and 24th of this month. Will that happen? We do not know.

Member: I think Nader put out 4 or 5 videos in the last 24 hours

Member: Charlie Ward keeps talking about J P Morgan in the process of declaring bankruptcy on the fiat currency side of their business. Any idea what this means?

Member: Sure sounds like we are close…..Keep the faith people and never give up.

MZ: “China awarded major contract by Iraq for Supergiant oil and gas field” Many believe their natural gas will someday surpass their oil production.

MZ: Here is a great BRICS article : “3 Countries Agree To Launch BRICS Currency To Challenge US Dollar” out of the original 5 members- Brazil, Russia and S. Africa have agreed. They want a asset backed currency pegged to gold-most likely…….China is trying to launch its own CBDC digital currency and is not on board yet. India has one foot in the east and one foot in the west-trying to ride that fence.

MZ: “Iraq recalls ambassador from Iran after missile strikes-Ministry” This is concerning while we watch what is going on in the middle east. . There were missile strikes launched from Iran to the Kurdish region of Iraq.

MZ: “Big US banks ask for a redo on contentious capital rule” They are talking about Basel 3. Banks do not like it. Banks are supposed to have 13-14 % in actual capital assets to back up what they are digitally printing in this fractional system.

MZ: MilitiaMan has arrived!! Welcome

MM: Good Morning….I have several articles to talk about today. Basically Iraq is in the arena at Davo. I think there may be some big stuff coming out of there.

MM: Economic experts in Iraq are talking about using a basket of currencies . They are talking using other currencies and for the dinar to compete with the value of the dollar.

MM: I see that JP Morgan/Chase is in Iraq now. I went into Chase bank down the street. I have never banked with them before and opened a savings account. I found an article from the VP of JPMorgan Chase being in Iraq. I showed the guy at Chase the article and asked him if he knew anything about Iraq? He said no….he did not know the VP was in Iraq or anything about it…..I guess not everyone knows the big players in their own companies.

MM: JP Morgan is planning on potentially opening 3 private banks in Iraq. The buna platform with JP Morgan is tested and cleared. They are talking about this in Davo. We will have to see how they develop this financial system.

MZ: When you said Iraq plans to compete with the US dollar- They cannot compete with the USD at 1 dollar buying 1310 dinar.

MM: I just read that the basket of currencies with the Euro , the Chinese yuan, and the UAE durham will be used to value the Iraqi dinar in the way that competes with the US dollar. . That is the quote.

MZ: That is telling.

MM: Al Sudani came to the UN Assembly a while ago and said he was doing things to solidify his position and standing in the future of the world……what did they say to him? That Iraq was going to effectively be the savior of the financial system and was going to bring confidence to the largest banks of the world ….and one of those banks is JP Morgan. That was in September. .

MM: Are they going to do that at the rate of 1310? Does that makes sense? Absolutely not.

MM: Last July Al Alaq said the “Drop the 3 zero” project still exists. Not a lop….They are going to add value to the dinar and adjust the exchange rate. . To drop the 3 zeros they will change is from .007 to .7…That is what Dr. Shabibi was talking about years ago.

MM: A good thing is Sudani keeps warning the citizens that the dinar is going to be stronger then the dollar….he said it more than once.

MM: These meetings at Davo are pretty heavy….. At 10:30 tomorrow (The 18th) in Switzerland …. John Harris for Politico is going to be talking to Sudani. Interestingly enough…what time do the banks close in Iraq? My research says they close at 12:30….the same time as that meeting….. That is interesting.

MM: John Harris is the head founder of Politico…..and years ago wrote about the Kuwait RV /era

MZ: I wonder how the US managed to balance our budget (President Clinton) at that time? Lol

MM: And boy did they brag about it.

MZ: Yes they did…..They went down in history with that.

Member: Do you think the attacks on our embassy….in Erbil, Kurdistan will hinder/delay the RV?

MZ: To me this doesn’t change what’s going on economically….and if anything may put the pressure on to move things faster.

MM: Iran is in a pinch….their cash cow is going away. Stopping the graft at the Iraq border will stop their ability to do the money laundering and smuggling through customs. So, imo this attack is blow back….

Member: Why does everyone attach such importance to get rid of the illegal black market exchange rate in Iraq.

MM: Because it’s illegal. When Iraq comes out with the Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER) and increases the dinar value….that black market rate will just go away. That’s my view on it.

MZ: I agree.

MZ: Iraq is positioned well for the world wide economy. Thanks for being here today MM.
