MZ: They are really screaming today…..What is really shocking when I talk to some of my folks in foreign currency and Wealth Management….I call them redemption contacts….Well, they are on call tomorrow.  This will be their first major holiday where they are actually “ON CALL” in case this happens. This was a big one IMO. This was a first for me.

​Member:  Good Tuesday Morning RV’ers

Member: What is the difference between and RV and an RI?

MZ: We have covered this many times but, RI means they are re-instating the old value. An RV is revaluing at something different than the old value. Either one will be great for us. If they re-Instate it – I believe the rate was $3 something…..maybe $3.30 or so….Even with a re-instatement they are able to add more for inflation which could put it in the $4 dollar range.  That is the basics.

Member: I believe it was $3.22 before.

MZ: I have a great bank story to share with you guys.  I will leave her name out for anonymity: “Went to a JP Morgan Chase bank today. The teller confirmed that they are in training and admitted they are changing their systems. There was a 13 foot pillar advertisement – a LED screen that was saying “Foreign Currency Exchange”  And admitted what you and the others like Frank, Bob and  others tell us. We were smiling a lot after that bank visit today.

MZ:  The big news for those paying attention is “ Parliament convenes Special Session as alliance nominates  three successor candidates to Al-Halibousi”

MZ: The overwhelming agreement is that Halibousi has been a major roadblock especially on the 3 paragraphs of the HCL…the Kurds and Baghdad. So they removed Al Halibousi who was wildly considered to be a roadblock and kept us from getting across the finish line with the HCL law.

MZ: I have had more banking confirmations today saying that all we are waiting for is a “GO” and any final instructions for anything that may have changed last minute.

MZ: I talked to some banking sources …and it is overwhelming the banks saying we are at “any moment”  and a number of them are saying it’s this week.

MZ: We have some very interesting chatter this evening. I have gotten this from many banking sources that they are expecting instructions very soon. Specifically instructions for “Foreign Currency Exchanges”!!! This is the event that we are looking for. I have heard this now from 3 different banking sources.

MZ: So Nobody knows the exact date…but they are expecting instructions at any moment and are prepared. They know it’s coming. Banking people from the mid-level up know it’s coming and are prepared for it. IMO this is great news.
