Member: Just got off call….I can confirm that the first wave of liquidity starts tomorrow…saying that the payout pecking order ,, beneficiary accounts, Fines and penalties and whales.

MZ:I am also hearing that ..I am also hearing their liquidity starts tomorrow but it will be awhile before it gets to us. I don’t know exactly what that means. We will know tomorrow if that money starts moving. Maybe mid-day tomorrow….if that is accurate.

MZ: I think it may be premature because of the folks I see being pushed, pulled and moved right now… and the first funds may start to move on Sunday/Monday…..That’s just what I think. I hope I am wrong. I am waiting on one trustee to be moved before I feel really good and comfortable.

MZ: But they are indeed moving people and making promises right now and expectations on timing with the upper levels of this process..…..these are tier 3, tier 4a, the bonds ect……

MZ: We should have a good update later on tomorrow. .

Member: The Brics summit is Aug 22, does the RV need to go before that meeting?

Member: Aug 22nd will be 52 years from signing US off of Gold Standard.

Member: Awake-In-3D had a great article in Recaps about Zimbabwe joining BRICS soon.

MZ: “ Iraq and Kuwait to settle territorial and maritime borders” They are sitting down and working out anything left on the table from the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait under Saadam Husssein. They are committed to settle any outstanding disputes including joint oilfields.

Member: In Iraq they plan on publishing all of the instructions on the implementation of the budget this week. And adjusted budget for the Kurdish region. I think they might be hiding a rate in there. There is a lot of anticipation for the next few days.

MZ: The average Iraq weeks runs Sunday to Saturday.

Member: excellent news about iraq and Kuwait

Member: MM seems to be pointing to the "change" happening in under 10 days from one standpoint

MZ: Yes MM had a great video last night….be sure to go watch it. The information continues to be phenomenal from Iraq.

Member: Stock Market crashed the Monday after credit rating was lowered in 2011

Member: The Bonds The Banks The Currency if one fails....they all fail. Fitch downgraded the bonds today.

MZ: “Fitch’s US downgrade is a bad look. why it’s not a disaster” No need to worry about arbitrary, outdated stats….lol….Yellen was angry.

Member: Markz, do you think the RV will happen before Nesara Gesara/Jubilee, or the Jubilee will happen before the RV, or they happen together or no relation

Member: He said recently he thinks it all goes at the same time….hope that is still accurate.

Member: I believe everything will go together so we cannot double dip..

Member: Hope the white hats have good reason for kicking the can. Perhaps they are constipated?

Member: We need TRUTH to hit the airwaves to wake up the rest of the sleepers.

Member: Welcome to America- Land of the lies.

Member: I can't wait for the major freakout of millions of ppl who didn't know SQUAT about anything!

Member: There will be a lot of those for sure.

Member: the rv journey is like going 4 wheeling, its going to be a bumpy ass ride till you get to your destination. those that have never gone wont understand.

MZ: It was fairly quiet out of Iraq today.

Member: Frank said yesterday a delegation was sent from the CBI to D.C with the express purpose of discussing the rate.

Member: GuruFrank26 [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY: TV saying upcoming delegation heading to America to discuss the exchange rate! Saying it's an Iraqi government delectation going to America. FRANK: It's fantastic to see a CBI delegation is now head to America to discuss your exchange rate with the US Treasury. Wow...holy guacamole!

MZ: Yes that is part of the discussion going on in Iraq….The other topic is the Iraqi people are done waiting and are forcing the issue. This discussion is in the streets, with government officials and the banks. We will be getting our rate change. Its happening.

Member: Also, on Sat a package was sent to the general managers at the CBI with major changes & instructions - Frank says this probably means a new exchange rate as they will want to fund the budget

Member: I wonder if the rate will be 1 to 1 and float or a fixed rate. Sure wish we knew

Member: It’s been said 3.81 in states: contract rate can be higher…pray its true

Member: With India and Brazil backing out of BRICS, does that postpone the RV beyond its current state?

Member: Brazil and India founded BRICS…. What do you mean backing out?

Member: Hopefully it’s a rumor or misinformation. …who knows….So many liars in the news agencies.

Member: Has there been any talk of Iraq or Vietnam joining BRICS?

MZ: Great questions. They have both indicated their interest in doing that. Iraq has to be careful as the US is still controlling a good bit of their money flow. Both India and Brazil also walking on a razors edge dealing with the US and BRICS. ….This is fun to watch.

Member: If Iraq and Vietnam where in secret talks to join Brics could the announcement of them and others being excepted along with backed currencies at the meeting this month be the hammer dropping?

Member: What do you think about FedNow?

MZ: It’s a tool to move/transfer money. If the good guys win it will work with the QFS….If the bad guys win…they will use it for CBDC’s

Member: Y’all! It’s a super moon, all the planets are aligned… it’s a great day for some awesome news!

MZ: Lets start with Iraq. They are again trying to remove dinar from circulation. I was told we should see this at the end. We have seen in the past where they are trying to clean dinar from foreign accounts that doesn’t belong there. From corruption in governments ect…….. In Iraq they are told that they are going after illegal smuggling operations.

MZ: I liked this one. “The US hopes in Iraq have ended with the Oil for Gas deal with Iran” They are going to pay with oil supplies for gas and electricity from Iran. The US would not allow them to pay with US dollars because of sanctions…so they are going their own way. Iraq is trying to survive. The US basically pushed Iraq away and now they are upset that Iraq is improving ties with the rest of the gulf regions.

Member: USA has a lot of nerve calling Iraq corrupt!

MZ: We are also hearing from people inside Iraq that the instructions for releasing the implementation for the budget have been issued a time ago and publically they been acting as if things were not done. They are doing this on purpose as certain people and positions were being removed. They were quietly cleaning house behind the scenes. Firm discussions were issued from the Prime Minister’s office to NOT disclose these matters. They are about ready to announce they have made these necessary changes.

MZ: I think this lets us know they are working diligently on full implementation of the budget…..and This should bring us a change in value.

Member: Guru Mnt Goat I know for a FACT they must reinstate the dinar to satisfy their plans to revive Iraq and make it hub for the middle east. This is their plan and they know they have to reinstate the dinar to do it. This is just not Mnt Goat speaking but the IMF, World Bank and the CBI...you have come this far in the process. Don’t give up now we are about to cross the finish line very soon.

MZ: Mountain Goat is dead on right on that one.

MZ: On the rumor side I am still hearing phenomenal things. I don’t know whether to take them seriously.

MZ: I know a number of very connected people who are traveling to be in place by Friday. I hope it means this thing is finally coming to an end. We just don’t know. But it is very encouraging the sheer number of reports from folks that were asked to travel and be in place.

MZ: Stay calm – but this is getting interesting.

Member: All intel is leading to RV/GCR 209 countries on the same economical page.

Mark, I wonder if there is any significance in Iraq paying their retiree’s salaries today?

Member: Mark, I heard estimates that 100m people own foreign currency. I wonder will calling the 800 number be difficult and will appointments be scheduled days or weeks out?

Member: Good news- my bank manager knows about our COLORFUL NEW CURRENCY coming out soon.

MZ: We are getting more and more leaks now – even from the lower or branch levels.

Member: Once we receive our appointment notice how long will we have to do the redemptions. Just wondering because I will be out of town for a week.

Member: Mark has said we have 10 days to make appointments and 30 days to exchange…..unless it has changed since then.

Member: How restrictive is the NDA going to be?

MZ: I was told repeatedly the NDA will be about the rate you are paid. So to me that doesn’t sound too restrictive. IF that is accurate. But whatever it is- honor it.

Member: Bearded Patriot is reporting liquidity started to get ready Iraq is communicating with the treasury they want it published this Saturday! Lots of good news.

Member: Per bearded patriot this am. He has been told to be quiet as this is very close

Member: I pray we are close to Nesara, Gesara being implemented!!

Member: it’s a difficult time to be alive but a very rewarding time because we get to see a time in history most of us have only dreamt would ever happen in our lifetimes, Justice for ALL

Member: Thoughts are things…..let’s make this happen!

MZ: The chatter suddenly lit up this afternoon in a very positive way. Let’s start with the Rumors.

MZ: I have Asian Bond contact s who have been asked to travel this week…to be in place by Friday by the close of regular banking business. Perhaps things are finally moving?

MZ: It’s my understanding that the NDA’s or pressure to keep quiet is not nearly as severe in Asia….They are not trying to hide things like the European and US Central banks are. I take this as exceptional news.

MZ: This is the first thing I have heard since the bond side went quiet a few weeks ago. No news coming out of Reno or Zurich, London ect…..All the news came from Hong Kong and Asia.

MZ: Also there is a huge natural gas find in Austria. It’s crazy how these sudden discoveries are starting t happen. .

MZ: “HD Bank achieves $23 M profit …adopts Basel3 norms” In Vietnam….They adopted Basel 3 right out of the gate and they are highly profitable. The banks not fighting this move are more financially sound ,

MZ: In Iraq it is hot and they are working on power outages and infrastructure issues. US sanctions have stopped them from being able to pay Iran for electricity. Some has been worked out but this is causing problems for Iraq.

MZ: I have been told by at least 3 different contacts to expect a very fruitful week. Es[ecially on the disclosure front. Perhaps we will get some bombshells from Devin Archer today? A number of sources think that this week will see our release? We shall see.

MZ: I am hopeful but do not know the timing.

MZ: I spoke with a bond paymaster who was told the same thing- To stay at an extreme level of readiness. They are waiting on that signal to “GO” . It could be at any minute.

MZ: Se we sit here and twiddle our thumbs and wait for our blessings.

MZ: “Zimbabwe requests to join BRICS new development bank” This is now official.

Mark, Phil G., said Saturday that Robert Kiosacki gave a date of August 22 for BRICS to make public announcement, they will use Gold & Silver for asset backed currency.

Member: I heard Zimbabwe exchange rate is 11 cents per 100 trillion or 18 cents per 100 trillion there is no 1 to 1

Member: They brought Salah (former finance minister?) back in! Things are heating up!

Member: Someone asked Phil if EBS this week to touch his nose.... He did!!!

Member: Went to CU Friday & they were having problems connnecting. I asked if it was QFS and teller said how do you know about that.

Member: Was told by Chase Bank in Indianapolis to hold on to my Venezuelan currency because whatever’s gonna happen. It’s gonna happen soon.

Member: Made my weekly call to Chase Bank to see if they were exchanging IQD yet. The fellow told me that if the US would release the sanctions on Iraq they could!

Member: I saw a JP Morgan commercial saying it’s now JP Morgan Wealth Management

Member: Chase is now Chase Wealth Management and Financial Services.

MZ: Banks are not even trying to hide it now. They know their roles are changing

Member: Important!! My niece works for a bank and her president has been talking about the bank reset and he has told them to concentrate on deposits and not loans.

Member: I asked Alexa last night if Iraq was going to rv and she said soon

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Militia Man Article: "U.S. ambassador in Baghdad announces the success of mediation between the Iraqi government, Central Bank and U.S. Treasury" Do you find that to be fascinating? Because it should be. Because the bottom line is that the largest entities in the world...is the Untied States Treasury and the central banks...The Central Bank of Iraq, The United States Treasury and the U.S. ambassador have come to some sort of an agreement in respect to what's going on...

MZ: That is huge news.

Member: From Bearded Patriot :Good morning everyone……got some great news!A HUGE bridge has been crossed between the US Treasury, IRAQ & CBI!This is OUTSTANDING NEWS MY FAMILY…..Stay calm and grounded

Member: I saw where a finance minister in a third world country can't remember which was given 48 hrs to explain missing money or going to be executed

They are doing a lot of work about the international connections and everything that's connected to the float... 3 to 1 at the onset is ridiculous. It's better to have small incremental pip movements of let's say $0.50, $0.60, $1. That would be more logical.

MZ: People I have spoken to who have crunched the numbers say it needs to be at least $1.30 to make sense for Iraq- IF they are going to do it that way. I am still hearing that we will have a contract rate no matter how they do it….because they need it for the “Oil for Dinar” program

MZ: Nothing from bond folks or CMKX. It’s very quiet and I continue to believe this is an indicator on how close we are. I don’t think they can keep this many people quiet without a great amount of anticipation.

MM: Good Morning everyone…..Thanks for having me Mark.

MM: There have been some exciting things happen this week. I would have to say that the actions of the central bank ….The black market/parallel market is in the news and them focusing on finally telling everyone the truth of the matter is the black market is illegal.

MM: This morning they talked about the black market rates are imagineary…And the citizens are getting hit hard too. We believe this illegal black market is going to cease to exist.

MM: Once they go to an international effective exchange rate –the balck market is going to go away as they know it.

MM: And Al Alaq ( governor of the CBI) has come out and stated that the “Project to delete the Zeros” still exists. And he goes on to say they are NOT going to produce 20K notes….and they are not going to produce any more categories of notes that are in existence now. (25K notes?)

MZ: Also I saw that there is advancement with the whole Kurdish region ….and the dollars there

MM: If I’m not mistaken – they are the worst offenders of the black market. But they are fully on board with the HCL oil and gas law…so that is heavy duty and big….We should see more on that soon….in the coming days.

MM: I think what everyone is waiting for is the exchange rate. The HCL is going to need it. The 2023 budget allocations to start spending for projects is going to need it. The salaries to be paid to the Kurdistan region is going to need it.

MM: I think that is where we are.

Member: We all need it too!!!!!

MZ: They are being extremely secretive about corrections and guarding them greatly.

MM: They did not broadcast it when they changed the rate to 1310 ahead of time…

MZ: No they didn’t but they did signal a change to support value…and then BAM.

MM: And Sudani did say the Dinar will be stronger than the dollar. There is a lot of talk about the dinar –on the streets and everywhere. It’s all about the exchange rate. This is definently a big topic…even on the streets. 1132 is not going to help them

MM: To me……they are keeping this correction hush, hush….we saw the Arabic side of the budget was published and read by people at 1.3. A Forbes article said 1.3 and they have been keeping it tight.

MM: I do not think this 1310 or 1.3 means $1.30 cents. I think it’s a reciprocal of 1 to 1 and that would be about .77 cents …like dropping the 3 zeros. That is what it will be like. Then once they apply the REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate) the game is going to change. Their purchasing power is going to change. Their projects in the budget are going to be funded.

MZ: They told us they are at least going 1 to 1 as a bare minimum. I still expect considerably higher. Thank you very much MM for joining us today …Be sure to follow MilitiaMan and Crew and like and share their videos.

MZ: This has forced the government to make concessions and get serious again. They are saying they are going after “misinformation” as a lot of black market money sellers are purposely sowing dissent because they want you to buy US dollars from them

MZ: “The Text of the Baghdad-Kurdistan agreement on the implementation of the budget.” This is a massive move forward and it looks like they have worked through the last of the HCL hold up stuff. Money and agreements- looks like things are moving.

MZ: In the last 24 hours the Iraq government said they are not going to print any more bigger bills….we are not going to need them. And then they talked the project to delete the zeros. This is key piece. So big bills will not be needed except for settling large debts. It appears they may be changing that value pretty soon.

Member: I still don’t understand how removing 3 zeros is good for us?

Member: Removing 3 zeros from rate not currency.? If Dinar is 1,330 it'll go to 1.33 .. not 20,000 Dinar to 25 dinar

MZ: About Basel3: It doesn’t appear that Basel 3 bank requirements will go into affect untel end of the year of first part of next year now. To me it sounds like they are kicking the can on Basil requirements.

MZ: After yesterday being a big news day…today is pretty dry. This is not unusual.

Member: Do not mistake silence for inaction.

MZ: Contacts are still being quiet….They are still saying they are under an NDA…..at the most they say “no spendable cash yet” Some bond sellers had sold to “resellers” at a low price… and have spendable cash but that is a whole different thing.

MZ: MilitiaMan dropped a really solid video last night about the “Deleting the 3 zero project” The project still exists and is being discussed. This does not mean they take the 3 zeros off the notes …..It means they break out the lower denominations and they won’t need the 3 zero notes any more. This means they are revaluing the currency.

MZ: Seeing this back in the news is a good thing. Another good point MM had was they established a 72 hour window for the CBI and everyone else to deal with the parallel markets and rates to change that…….last time they had that kind of meeting they changed the rate. They went for 1500 to 1310.

Member: Things in Iraq are getting shakey . It's beginning to worry me a little. They seems to not be able to do anything but trip over their own feet.

Member: the US needs to get outta the way and stop trying to stop what can't be stopped

Member: The Iraqi citizens are tired of waiting

Member: The entire world is tired of waiting.

MZ: out of Vietnam “ Vietnam aims to annually exploit 2MN tonnes of rare earths” this points out how strategic the area is and its value. Vietnam is a powerhouse of manufacturing and technology . They have large amounts of iron ore and untapped energy reserves. They have sizable deposits or rare earth minerals…this will help back the value of their currency in the new commodity based world soon. .

Member: How convenient all this countries are finding metals, petrolium and other commodities when we are close to the RV and Nesara/Gesara …White Hats in control!

Member: I wonder if "white hats" are for real???

Member: Seeing a lot of happenings around the world, praying that one of them will finally be the one to kick us off

MZ: A good one from Jim Rickerds “BRICS currency will leverage gold to beat the dollar” He says this currency will not be exchangeable for gold but will be tied to gold. He considers this the petrodollar killer and I agree with him.

Member: Mark, What’s your thoughts on the WEFs future ?

MZ: Depends on which reset wins. Personally I think they will eventually go away.

Member: Just walked out of my credit union in GA. Whole new set up with now only 2 Teller Windows & also a new dedicated waiting area with seating

MZ: Lets get into Iraqi news….”Bank owners and citizens protest the deterioration of the Iraqi dinar following Us ban on Iraqi banks.” The chatter in Iraq is that the pressure is huge on Al Sadr and Sudani to force this thing to come to fruition. The pressure on the US has now gotten extreme as the US is losing its influence in Iraq.

Member: The Iraqi people are pissed, they feel lied to

Member: We have all been lied to…constantly and repeatedly

MZ: I am being told there is a great push on right now. Tremendous pressure to go now….like within 48 hours…but I don’t know…we have heard that before.

MZ: There is a rumor going around telegram that I said all of tier 3 had their funds. This is untrue. They may be able to see it in their accounts…but they cannot spend it. Until they can spend it…imo they don’t have it.

MZ: We have a great bank story today out of North Carolina from a Regional Bank. A person goes in their local branch…There is a new office in there. ….In it is a currency exchange room with pictures of mostly European currencies on them. The person asked what this was about?....

MZ: It was explained to them that they would be handling a lot of currencies. The person said “ I have a lot of foreign currencies….The bank branch manager asked “which ones” He replied “Vietnamese dong, “ The branch manager said “That’s great” The person asked “What do you think the rate is going to be?

MZ:Z The bank manager said “Around $3 is what we are hearing. They then explained they do not have the machine to verify there but, they can visually verify the currency here but have to send it off to be verified before you get credit for it in your account. He explained that they were not taking it yet. The person did not mention any other currencies….So thank you for sharing your experience. It gives us all a little hope. Hearing the rate may be $3.00 really made my day.

Member: I don’t want to sound greedy but oh boy how I wish that would happen with VND.

Member: my Hancock bank branch is moving across the street and is now calling itself a financial center instead of bank!!! hum...

MZ: In Indonisia: “Shell sells interest in Indonesian gas project to Petronas PT Pertimina Hulu Energy for $650 million” I think this is important as Indonisia has discoved and is producing gas off-shore. This will contribute to Indonisias very undervalued currency is they now have large amounts of natural gas available.

MZ: Still very quiet on the bond and group sides. They have done a great job keeping things quiet and controlling leaks. .

Member: will someone please explain what the CBDC is and how is it different from the QFS.

Member: cbdc is government controlled and qfs is more of a ledger and accountability program…that’s my simple version

Member: CBDC stands for Central Bank Digital Currency and QFS is the new Quantum Financial Banking System

MZ: How many of us have heard long ago that we would see Alien disclosure right before the RV? We were told we would see crazy disclosures coming out of the government , UFO hoopla, …and then the RV. Its crazy how this is playing out.

MZ: They had been promised a change in rate. The government knows this,. They have passed the budget. The people have seen the steps the people were told had to be done before they got their rate change and prosperity. The people are growing impatient. The US is trying to milk it as long as they can. I believe the US is one good crisis away from having to throw in the towel.

MZ: Meanwhile Iraq is doing everything it can to get form under America’s thumb. It’s a battle and I bleive Iraq is winning. Maybe not as quick as we want them to win though. Now there is more pressure and the people are taking to the streets and insisting they fulfill those political promises. This is a good thing for us. Even them talking about how it’s the Us holding things up is a good thing for us. They have a short window.

MZ: This continued growing backlash is started to erode away all the confidence in our government. The US also knows they have a short window. The US is running out of excuses as to why it hasn’t already been done…..and the US is hurting for cash. This is not just my opinion but FACT...I was told by my CBI contact to expect the new rate on FOREX, however it did not occur, as stated. So...I inquired on my weekly call to Iraq and asked what happened. I was told it was stopped due to the US Treasury audits of many of the major banks in Iraq...

MZ: I have been getting calls and messages all afternoon about chase banks from you all….about systems being down, remodelings , closing branches, adding virtual branches…..all kinds of craziness. Rumors are flying and its very interesting whats happening at Chase as they prepare for the brand new system.

MZ: The official story is they are simply downsizing banking. More and more people are going electronic….they are automating as much as they can to save on labor.

MZ: The unofficial story is a number of employees are telling folks they were told to expect a lot of new wealthy customers. We are gearing toward wealth management.

Member: Chase just built a brand new branch near me in N.Miss and its not open yet ! Right off the expressway a major one !

Member: My neighbor went to chase bank today and his account was frozen, tell told him they are working in the system.

MZ: WE did get some interesting news on what to expect over the next couple of days.

Member: From Dinar Guru: Mnt Goat On Thursday, the Central Bank of Iraq issued instructions to all licensed banks and non-bank financial institutions not to deal in dollars with 14 of the Iraqi banks. I can see that if these illegal dollar cash transactions continue the CBI will close down these banks. It’s coming and this will help tremendously in bringing down and keeping down the value of the dollar against the dinar. This may be the last step in the banking sector that needs to be addressed. The diversification of banking practices to make profits with products outside of currency exchange spreads, will come naturally once the free market economy kicks in. The 3 year budget is now open and the money is being dispersed to the districts for projects.

MZ: Fits pretty close to what we hear.

Member: I THINK IF THEY PUT THE RATE UP IT WOULD CRUSH THE DOLLARS IN IRAQ... WAITING FOR CBI

MZ: “ The Federal Reserve expected to raise interest rates by another 25 Bps” This is on Thursday

Member: Basil 3 into full effect 7/27. May cause many banks to have to close

Member: I keep hearing stuff on the 27th. Bo Polny said we're in a window between now and the 9th of August. Let's hope something happens

Member: FedNow, instant payment system [quantum] is in place to handle the largest wealth transfer in human history.

MZ: “Hidden feature in Brazil’s CBDC allows government to freeze funds” This is disturbing. This is a big concern with CBDC’s. That the government would have control over the funds of private citizens.

Member: Wells Fargo asked me today if I want to sign up for the new digital wallet. I said no thank you. I'll wait for the quantum system.

Member: 3 times per week I get an email from CHASE inviting me to join their Wealth Management program.

Member: I got a call out of the blue from Chase informing me I now have a personal financial advisor. When I asked about the qfs I got the deer in 5he headlight look...

Member: my Hancock bank branch is moving across the street to a new building and noticed they are calling themselves a financial center not bank!!!!

Member: My BofA branch was completely remodeled and added 9 cubicles

Member: I’m at Chase Bank right now and apparently there’s a “glitch” in the system and people are having problems pulling their money out and making minor transactions

Member: Favorite bank teller smiled and winked today when I asked her about the RV

Member: my credit union has built 2 new branch offices in the last year. Both have ATM stations inside and out. No tellers. plus the manager told me last week she is under a FCUA , their NDA.

Member: If all of the banks are getting so many wealth managers, does that not tell us something, because right now there are more poor people than wealthy.

Member: Been doing some research on the QFS…and discovered the quantum computer technology necessary for launch are still being developed and would be several years before its ready to function.

MZ: its way beyond that and being used day to day as we speak. They are getting it to work with the legacy banks (older banks)

Member: Still looking forward to Christmas in July
