Member: I think Iraq could stop the black market if they just changed the rate
MZ: Yes
MZ: Rumors are all over the place right now….that today is going to be huge and tomorrow will be great…..rumors that people have money …I just have not seen that economic receipt yet. But, I am seeing a lot of people under an NDA or being effectively “hushed” right now. That makes me feel warm and fuzzy……
Member: Why the heck do they need an NDA if they havn’t been paid yet?
Member: If people have been paid…..even if they can’t access yet…..they know what rate they received. Hence NDA.
MZ: No news on CMKX or prosperity packages. No news on rates….Nothing from bond people as they continue to be clamped down on. My bond people continue to believe that everything is done and ready.
Member: I believe Bond Holders get Liquidity when we get Our Notifications
Member: Wolves said that all the top people like him, YOU, Charlie, some t1, t2, t3 tops will announce to all of us and say goodbye until NDA is over.
Member: Im hearing HCL is finally done and will be starting on July 27th
MZ: I am hearing a lot about the 27th for a few days now.
Member: Frank 26 said float till 2025 then $ 3.00
MZ: I am just not hearing that…even from Iraqis…but I am not ruling it out
MZ: I am told that if it goes to an active float that banks will offer us “multi- currency accounts” and that Iraqi banks will open locations in the US so you can deposit it as dinar. I’m not worried about that.

Member: Our QFS system has to be brought in with the Restored Republic. RV is too many nations to be waiting another yr or 2
Member: I think the world is a powder keg right now.. it's gonna be hard to hold it back
Member: Various Ambassadors in the Green Zone of Iraq were put on alert, amid reports that the Iraqi Operational Command received credible info about an imminent attack on the Green Zone, in Baghdad, Iraq.
Member: I think the USA is the biggest holdup in Iraq. Just my opinion .
MZ: “What happens if Gulf countries accept BRICS currency?” Talks about de-dollarization and how oil would start being marketed in BRICS currency instead of dollars.

Member: A bunch of truthers are saying it's GO TIME!!! What have you heard Markz?
MZ: It was fairly quiet over the weekend. Finally got a message yesterday from a redemption contact that just said “working today” and nothing else. Are they preparing for us or just doing stuff for wealth management? I know in some locations they are setting things up after construction with cubicles ……that I find interesting
MZ: I’m sure you guys have seen that all over the news, on facebook ect….that many banks are switching to more “wealth management” services.
MZ: On the bond side everything is still quiet. Its Monday morning so that is to be expected. Give it a little time.
MZ: From Iraq: “The crisis of the rise of the dollar returns to the fore…and an upcoming parliamentary procedure” We are starting to see this number…this parallel price of 1132 for the dinar against the dollar. It is not trending there yet but is part of what they have been doing the last few days. I think they do this on purpose to mess with our heads. They are doing this in articles all the time. They list the rate one way…then in the same article its listed another.
MZ: The important part is they are trying to get to the parallel rate. I have been told repeatedly that when they do they are ready for the big rate change. At least this is progress.
MZ: Nader did a video where he said if it’s too hot in the kitchen-get out. I thought it was great. This thing is going to take however long it’s going to take whether we like it or not. If it’s to hot for you- sell it and move on. It’s going to happen with or without you.
Member: If you quit- are you prepared to live with a lifetime of regret?
MZ: It’s going to happen guys.
Member: what currency do you think will be in the first basket trying to spread it around don't want to put all my eggs in one basket

Member: Let’s pray the gold backed/asset backed GCR reset wins.
MZ: Fed now is not evil….it can be used either way..It’s a tool.
MZ: Remember- there is purposely planted misinformation everywhere. Good news and bad news to keep us all hooked. Remember the fundamentals. Do you think the world can continue on with fiat money? We have passed the Rubicon. It has to reset to commodities….they have no choice.
MZ: You can keep driving yourselves nuts whenever they put out new rumors….and run around with your hair on fire….or settle in and watch.
Member: I think the RV people rolled over and went back to sleep. Wake me when it’s time.
Member: Guess we are waiting on BRICS to implement their new gold backed currency. Hopefully it will make the US follow with USN’s.
Member: So are we waiting for the BRICS currency to be released now? This should have went by now. Iraq needs to invest in clocks and calendars….
MZ: A long time ago before we started hearing it on the news…BRICS was designed to force the reset. To force the world to go back to sound money. This is totally what they are doing…backing money with commodities
Member: Anyone have the list of the US states that applied for Brics? I know Texas did.
Member: Maybe Texas will be responsible for US joining bric's?
Member: I wish we currency holders could join BRICS
Member: Goldilocks said that were waiting on the Breton Woods 3 announcement that will help trigger it
Member: U.S. Federal Reserve confirms July 27 meeting on Basel III endgame capital proposals for banks…could this be the trigger?
MZ: Many of my government sources seem to think it needs to be done before the release of this information. I don’t know yet .
Member: Mark, do you know when we are to expect the Bretton Woods III announcement? Is it necessary to go before we can go?
Member: You guys need to ask Goldilocks about Bretton Woods III – She is the one that made that announcement!
Member: what happened to nesara gesara, the quantum Financial system?
Member: Most of us are still hoping that is all real. But no one seems to know.
Member: I wonder if the delay has to do with D.C. politicians and deepstates? Trying to block this process?
Member: I do not think anything will happen until the cabal is arrested.
MZ: I still believe it all could happen at one time.
Member: I listened to Julie Green yesterday. She said the 10+ days of darkness is coming. This wicked group will be removed.
Member: If they don’t want the big boys to load up, they should just RV now and have it done with

MZ: And here is MilitiaMan popping in-Welcome. I’m hoping you have phenomenal news.
MM: I have to say we are at that stage of the roller coaster ride we have been on for so many years is coming to an end. This morning we see the Kurds have hammered out the 5 days of meetings and have agreed to do some auditing on not just the oil production , but also the non- oil like taxes and tariffs at the borders…so that looks like they are ready to come to the table and play nice and share some of those revenue streams. .They have not done that in 20 years….now they are ready to be audited.
MM: There are other things we are hoping to see in the next short period of time. Today is a holy day and a holiday….and we know sometimes they work on holidays behind the scenes.
MM: I am looking to see the 2023, 24, 25 budget allocations are being talked about…they need to start spending money on projects. We will hopefully see things come to fruition in a short period of time. We are in a fascinating time frame.
MZ: We have seen Iraq making infrastructure deals with China …and paying oil for it. They are avoiding the US dollar.
MM: It is not surprising to see them circumvent the US dollar. The new system…the Iso 202022 is one they are going to use throughout the region. Personally I don’t see the dollar going away 100% any time soon….but, I don’t think the BRICS are going to Accept Iraqi dinar at a rate of 1300.
MZ: They are going to want the dinar to have a real value.
MM: everyone and their brother are chomping at the bit to have a previous era exchange rate that’s internationally accepted to do business with in the region….everyone is coming to Iraq. These are exciting times and I am feeling very upbeat.
MZ: Yes- super exciting times. Do you have a gut feeling on timing at this point? All the signs look great.
MM: I wish I had a crystal ball and could predict that date….everyone would be jumping for joy if I could. But I can’t. However, if we look at all the system being connected and if we believe this is a global initiative and Iraq is the lynchpin….we can see things happened on Thursday that created an environment through the Fednow system ( we all have opinion on if this is part of the QFS system or not) but different systems around the world are going to have to be able to communicate.
MM: My impression was the US was the last to go. If that is the case- maybe we will see this roll out begin with systems paying instantaneously…..within 4-5 seconds when all is said and done.
Member: I have a source that works at one of the major banks and have been flying here and there doing transactions …and they said during the day transactions have been taking 1 second or less to clear.
MM: I saw stuff on that yesterday and its fascinating. And they are using XRP as a protocol to connect….they have started this and it’s not going to stop.
Member: XRP was accepted for payment use in Iraq Jim Willie said Iraq will be the center of the financial system in the east
Member: The meeting between Iraqi officials and XRP on July 4th mentioned by Militiaman the other day was big
MZ: I am trying to make myself stay calm during this process.
MM: We need to watch as they roll this out. They (Iraq) need to expose some things to us and this exposure could happen as early as tomorrow or Sunday or Monday. They have work to do and contracts to deal with. People need to get paid so they are going to have to show their cards. Basically that is where they are at I believe the short term looks better than the long term right now.
MM: I have heard people say this roll out could take up to 10 days to 30 days for everything to be completed. This could include all the countries and does not mean we have to wait that long. The rate cannot stay at 1300.
MZ: They have bills to pay so it’s the proverbial s*** or get off the pot moment.
Member: Do you know of any key steps still remaining for them to do for Iraq to release its revalued rate?
MM: I would say that what we witnessed this morning with the Kurds now being on board…along with taxes and tarrifs at the borders being another income stream……and JP Morgan getting the BUNA platform to clear currencies digitally throughout the region is done. The ISO system is already hooked up with the XRP compnant..…FedNow is ready…the QFS is ready. Looks like everything is ready. So if transactions can clear within seconds now….so (he shrugs with hands up?)
MZ: Yes we are seeing all these different systems in different countries and they are all about integrating with the QFS- imo and legacy banking (old banking system?) so thes nearly instantaneous transfer system all needed to be in place before they pulled the trigger.
MM: And I think we are seeing the evidence of that. And so whenever the timing is the least shocl t the system is when we think we are going to see that
Member: We were always told every Saturday night all the banks in the world close for a brief time…..imo that could be the time they pull that trigger.
Member: Is Fednow only for the US?
MZ: Every country has its own version of an instant transfer system now. A hodge podge to make all the legacy systems work.
MM: And all these systems are able talk with themselves all around the world.
MZ: Fednow is NOT a CBDC. It is simply a cross border transfer or payment system. It can be used for good or bad. I was told we do not need to fear FedNow unless we see the federal reserve roll out the CBDC- then it will become something to be concerned about.
MM: I think the goal is to be safe, secure and fast. Everyone have a great afternoon .

Member: My understanding is qfs is the system and fed now is the process to transfer
Member: they need to take the Fed out of FedNow for anyone to trust it
Member: I think they're going to be switching us to gold-backed currency soon
Member: Nader said the Iraqi banks told the cbi to raise the rate of the dinar
Member: they are in the World Trade Organization , that's huge!!
Member: I hear Protocol 20 implementation and testing has begun. This testing phase will be completed on 22 August.
MZ: Most of my contacts have just gone dark….we keep hearing rumors that some people are getting paid but I cannot find a single person that have dollars. I cannot find a liquid whale anywhere….and I have searched.
Member: If it’s a shotgun start…. they go when we go……
MZ: I still think things are exceptionally positive . Just buckle up and stay ready. Start getting your ducks in a row with preparations.
Member: Pedal to the metal- hammer down and move this RV now
Member: Pray for the RV to happen, asap for Iraq who was treated so bad by the U.S. as well as many countries around the world and the American people. God bless.

MZ:I keep hearing rumors that whales have money. I have great whale contacts- phenomenal whale contacts in Reno, Miami , Shanghai and Hong Kong and Zurich. And I cannot find a single one that has spendable dollars. Quite a few of them talk about having money in their accounts but they can’t get to it. Its on hold.
MZ: But are they very hopeful they will soon see a release of it- yes. But they just hae not seen it yet.
MZ: I continue to hear everything is ready and prepared and they just need to decide when to pull the trigger.
Member: they must be tired of looking at that non spendable money for last year !!!
Member: I don't believe we will hear anyone has spendable money until we have all gone!!
Member: A shotgun start. It's the only way they can control the chatter from getting ahead of them.
MZ: From Iraq: “ US bans 14 Iraqi banks in crackdown of Iran dollar trade” this is actually a good thing. The US is working with the Iraq gov. and the CBI to make certain there are no terrorist funds going where they are not supposed to. This is more on the effort to make sure everything is above board. The world needs to have confidence in Iraq and support the rate that they decide on for their currency. This is another sign of the progress Iraq is making. .
Member: (From Dinar Guru) Frank26 [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY: Bank friends says the key to everything that we're looking for is within the oil and gas because we all know here in Iraq that when they present to us the oil and gas law it will be with a new rate because how are you gonna decide to divide up what everybody gets if you don't know what the rate is? FRANK: The key to everything is in that HCL, that's in the budget, that is waiting for the new exchange rate...
MZ: We have heard the HCL is a big key piece and they are acting like its already done over there.
Member: Do we know if the rial is included in the RV?
MZ: We do not for sure if it will go at the same time as the dinar. They would like to. Iran is going to go at some point…there is no doubt.
MZ: “Venezuela strengthens financial ties with Russia through interbank connections and Mir card integration” This is more of the world getting around the hegemony of the US dollar and the sanctions coming out of the west right now. They are now set up to use the Russian Mir system and not the Swift system.
Member: Any idea about how many people in the US have currency to exchange?
Member: I don’t know how anyone can even guess….many of us have gifted currency to friends and family
Member: Dr Young had some great info . I watched his podcast the other day. I believe from. what he Said its all done. we are just waiting for the trigger

Member: I just read on restored republic this morning Iraq can't RV until on BRICS. Same with Vietnam.

MZ: I don’t know if they will see it or not as there is a tremendous amount in flux right now. Stay calm. Rumors will continue antil “BAM” and its suddenly here. It could be at any hour or still a day or two away. We just don’t know yet.
MZ: With the tremendous amount or rumors I bet the currency boards are really lighting up. But, until somebody we know has spendable cash or they call us with 800 numbers- I am going to stay calm.
Member: If all your contacts are under NDA’s…how do you know if they have spendable funds or not?
MZ: They will be able to say whether they have spendable money or not. They probably cannot tell me how much they have …..but that is our belief.
Member: With all the forward movement in Iraq lately, does anyone still think all currencies in the first basket will go at once? Or Iraq go solo?
Member: Whatever they do- sure wish it would be soon.
Member: If Iraq goes like Kuwait it will be good. Kuwait currently at $3.26.

Member: Hopefully MarkZ can validate news of the whales being paid…
MZ: There are a lot of rumors out there…..I have not found any whales with physical cash that are willing to talk. Some have said they can SEE dollars but cannot spend dollars.
MZ: There are rumors all over the place and even the whales are hearing rumors that other whales now have free moving money. They are hearing the same rumors that are now all over the boards. I just cannot substantiate the rumors with anyone I know in real life. So I will leave this in the “Hopeful rumor “ list for now.
MZ: I can tell you factually that no one has gone to see Mr. C yet. There is always the chance Mr. C has been put there as a diversion and not the one to enter codes. It’s a slim possibility.
MZ: in Iraq there is a lot of anticipation for late in their business day today. This is from a finance minister connection in the banking world over there. We will see if it pans out.
MZ: Redemption center contacts are still very quiet. As soon as I hear something I will let you know.
Member: Why can't we all go at once? I don't understand why the whales go first if they are so rich?
Member: They have LOTS of currency and have already turned it in with SKR’s. (safe keeping receipts) so many can see their funds in their accounts…..they just need their funds to be off “hold” so they can spend it. Hopefully that happens the same time we get notifications to make exchange appointments.

MZ: This is a great article “ Breaking: New Gold Backed Currency launching Aug 22” From the Birch Gold Group. 41 countries are on the waiting list to join. They are giving us dates…to me this is solid proof a reset is coming. Sound money…commodity backed money is coming.

MZ: My source didn’t work on Sunday.
MZ: In Iraq: Listing shares on the Iraqi stock exchange… Iraq is pushing electronic companies to be on the stock exchange. Why is this important? Because it forces another level of transparency. They will be responsible to shareholders and shareholders will be able to see what they are doing…and that they are doing things honestly and legitimately. Imo this is pretty big news coming out of Iraq…..and they are prepared for this.
MZ: They have modernized banking and squashed corruption.
MZ: For the implementation of the budget….I am still waiting for an update out of Iraq. My last report on Saturday afternoon was they were expecting the “go” yesterday on the budget. It is already approved…just needs to be put into affect with all the money moving where it is supposed to.
MZ: My finance contact over there thinks this is a serious key piece before they change the rate. So we are watching it.
MZ: There is a lot of pressure from the Iraqi people on the government to release these budget funds……this is a good thing.
Member: I thought Iraq was in a hurry to get things done….now it feels like they are deliberately stalling again.
Member: It sounds like there’s still a lot that needs to happen before a final rate change???? Or will this happen like a flood?
Member: When is IRAQ going to be using the lower denom bills? Maybe then we will see their new rate
Member: An Iraq bank owner said Banks are being issued 50k & 100k notes w/instructions that they are to be used for ONLY bank-bank transactions.

MZ: “China’s economy is slipping into deflation” .Coming to America soon. This is what I have been warning about.
Member: On Phil ‘s last live he said EU banks have crashed….but not announced yet. Once announced then US banks will crash.
MZ: They have been quietly crashing for awhile now. We have seen governments stepping in with bail out deals. They are all quietly imploding on the banking side. I don’t know if they have fully crashed though yet. But I agree that the US is next. This is what happens if they don’t reset. Fiat currency always crashes….We are in that cycle.

MZ: I am hearing some chatter about banks in Europe failing….this is from many sources including main stream think tank sources who say we are going to see the implosion of the European banking system in the next few days…. But, we have heard these claims before.
Member: If Europe Banks fail …..US banks would follow shortly thereafter imo
Member: Rumor is a UST employee is holding this up?
MZ: I believe the US is fighting it….but no rogue UST employee is holding it up.
Member: the Iraqi government has been quoted in the news 2 times in the past day saying the US Treasury has a 'stranglehold' on their currency. I definitely think this is the problem.
Member: At least Iraq seems to still be moving forward
Member: As for Iraq, Sudani is cleaning house, doesn’t want all the cockroaches in this new reform.

Member: XRP case won- price nearly doubled yesterday :)

MZ: That would certainly explain why there is a sudden flurry and conversations over the last couple of hours. Contacts are giddy about the 15th through the 18th. So this news would make sense. I can’t say if its accurate or not but it would explain all the chatter that has suddenly erupted within a short time..
MZ: Rumors started lighting up a little while ago. Rumors that “a dam has broken” in a good way…..I am having a tough time getting any specifics so maybe what Walkingstick was talking about is accurate. I just don’t know. But, I am getting a lot of intel coming in so maybe by tomorrow I will be able to make heads or tails of it. But it appears there is a lot of excictement for the 15th through the 18th. We will see how the evening goes and whether its warranted to get excited or not.

Member: Hope if Iraq goes…all the other currencies will go as well.
MZ: I have gotten nothing yet from CMKX, PP’s DHS . So far its just Iraqi sources that are excited this afternoon. If I hear something good I will post it in telegram and twitter. If its spectacular I will do another stream.
MZ: “Iraq to barter crude oil for Iranian gas” This keeps them from having to go through the US or use the US petrodollar. To me it is very clear that Iraq is finding every way they can to go around the United States. I think this is a good thing. We have seen Iraq make a number of deals like this.
MZ: “ Iraq cabinet approves an Italian firm for a gas project” $17 Billion on development road project.

Member: looks to me that US still meddling in Iraq affairs slowing the rv. US needs to leave them alone.

Member: Did you catch Nader's YT post from 6 hours ago. Showed report of US Treasury still holding Iraq from being independent.
Member: I am praying for Iraq supreme court to sign off on the appeals of budget.
Member: Saudi Arabia will lose its status as the largest OPEC+ oil producer to Russia as it begins the unilateral cut of 1 million barrels per day.
Member: watched a video that show on the news that several billionaires are pulling hundreds of millions out of the stockmarket they have inside info.
Member: MarkZ: heard European bank have collapsed!!!!! I wonder how soon til US banks go down?????:
Member: Another week gone by and still no RV better luck to us next week!
Member: Still hoping something happens this weekend.
