MZ: Tonight I want to start with news then talk about what happens if the dinar floats

MZ: “Central Bank of Iraq auctions more than 138 million in foreign reserves today “ Why do I bring this up? The transactions were made in a 1460 dinar to one dollar. This is the official rate according to the CBI and forex right now.

Member: Good Evening Mark and Everyone!

MZ: Tonight I want to start with news then talk about what happens if the dinar floats

MZ: There is a “parallel market” on the streets . Venders and the ISX-Iraqi stock exchange are different then what the CBI presents to the world…..This is our first hints that Iraq is pushing towards a float….at least internally.

MZ: “ US IQD rates close higher in Baghdad” They close at a higher rate in Erbil and Baghdad today. This is some of the biggest divergence we have seen…..We are starting to see a spread and a push in the markets which will force the CBI to do something. Will that be to officially repeg the currency ? If they don’t they run the risk of letting inflation run.

MZ: Nader talks about that in his videos….be sure to watch them .

MZ: the CBI is prepared and ready.

MZ: I am also hearing from my contacts in the QFS team.. They are looking at a very short window of “This Week” to release. We will see if that pans out. These are the same group that tells me to “trust the plan” and this group feels the next couple days will be huge.

Member: Charlie Ward said we have the green light

MZ: I am hearing the same thing from QFS contacts. That the green light has officially been given and we are about to see all kinds of craziness kick off. I am not going to hold my breath but am hopeful they are accurate. I am ready just like you guys are ready.

MZ: Now….what happens if it is a float??? And we do see signs in Iraq that it will be a possible float. But what would happen?

MZ: What I foresee happening if it’s a float…I was told there were a couple options. One -the float comes in low and slow. This means we would have to go to a bank. There would be no full blown exchange centers unless it’s a NEER rate or higher. (Nominal Effective Exchange rate) The minimum neer rate I have been told is.$1.00….but they expect the neer rate of about $1.60.

MZ: if the rate comes at that…there will be exchange centers. But Iraq will be going alone with Vietam quickly following suit or close to the exact same time. And Vietnam would come out around .50 cents. . . and float up along with Iraq.

MZ: hopefully people will take the time to listen to this video and hear everything in context.

MZ: I still believe however that currencies will all be going at once and we will have higher rates…but if not…we know what it could look like.

MZ: the other possibility we have heard is that Iraq will push 40-50% out of their value and $1 US dollar will buy about 1100 dinar…..then let it float. We were told to expect it to rise quickly. I was told by my Vietnam Sources that if it does this….then the dong will come out lower…about .20 cents and then it would float as well.

MZ: I am still hoping it will be neither of those…and we get a full blown revaluation. But this is the chatter on the float that is out there. We cannot control this ….so just let it play out.

MZ: if it does come out at a float at a lower rate I have every intention of putting mine in a multi-currency account.

Member: What about taxes?

MZ: I do not believe we will be paying taxes on this….we don’t pay taxes on currency exchanges now. None of my sources think we will have taxes on this….but, be prepared just in case.

MZ: “ A war for control of global currency is accelerating.” Many countries are working on new currencies based on gold and commodities. And the fiat system will soon be obsolete. It is no secret anymore. Changes are coming.

Member: Hope everyone is ready for a fantastic day. Hoping and PRAYING for a LOT of good news today.

MZ: on the forex…we are starting to see some very strange values popping up. Nobody is exchanging….and values have not officially changed…..Maybe they are priming the system? It is not yet what we are looking for. There are some real ping pong games going on with the forex. Makes us wonder “why?”

MarkZ Wednesday Update- Some highlights by PDK-Not verbatim

Member: Good morning to all you Mods, Markz and hopium addicts.

Member: Hope everyone is ready for a fantastic day. Hoping and PRAYING for a LOT of good news today.

MZ: It appears from the outside looking in…..and from conversations from people on the ground in Iraq that the markets are trying to force the CBI to move. At this point I’m confused at what is playing out. We seem to be watching the de coupling as things start to move….. and I was told there would be a “dip” in the dinar right before the revalue. And that is what we are seeing. I hope this is not just some kind or anomaly…or wishful thinking on my part.

MZ: But, we are watching exactly what I was told to look for years ago …from inversions…to bonds….to the crazy back and forth news on values……This weakening of the dinar could be them trying to get more dinar off the streets before coming out with a float.

MZ: We are trying to make heads or tails out of all of this because we are also seeing on some foreign currency exchanges some crazy values on the dinar …where its worth $6-$7 dollars…to $4 dollars… .but nobody is trading it…and we are seeing those rates and fluctuations….on several kinds of currencies….not just Iraq.

MZ: My theory is “What happens in a large revaluation like this?” What happens when they trade the values of many currencies all at once? When you throw a big old rock in the pond…..you will see ripples or waves from that central location.

MZ: Now consider you are throwing 20 rocks into the water.…. the ripples and waves will all overlap and deal with each other….I am hypothesizing that what they are doing is testing values to see what they do to other values…..I think they are priming us. I could be wrong. But I think they are priming us for value changes….and more than one. This makes me feel a little more warm and fuzzy that maybe Iraq won’t be going alone?

MZ: They have not changes values yet and we cannot go exchange yet……there is still possibilities of a float…. And I will still post a video about that later today.

MZ: Nothing from bond folks today. I can talk to them….they are not under NDA….jut nothing to report. They are as frustrated as we are. Money is just not moving the way we expected it to……yet.

MZ: Nothing else to report except those crazy forex fluctuations that don’t make any sense.

Member: I don’t understand what an RI or RV is.

MZ: A reinstatement would be going back to an original rate….a RV or revaluation would be a rate different than that…..and a float is somewhere in between. I will post a video this afternoon about this

Member: I am just amazed how this entire thing has taken a road less traveled … never expected the complexity!!!!

Member: If you read over the sum total from F26, Claire, M&M , Nadler , Mark Z and stir in a helping of common sense …. This entire thing has shifted for the positive but not like we all expected !!!!

Member: I must give Frank26 credit which I am in rush to do … he has hinted at all of this for months “ know when to hold em and when to fold them” …

Member: Will multi currency accounts be available at all banks?

MZ: I am told multi currency accounts will be available at all “participating” banks for the currency exchange.

Member: Mark any news regarding St Germain Funds at Christmas?

Member: Mark, do you still feel that we may exchange before christmas?

Member: I wonder if the RV goes at a float can we take in some of our dinar in and redeem the rest later?

Member: Sure wish we would see arrests start to happen

Member: But its all happening behind the scenes,, or has everyone wised up to that lame excuse???

Member: GOD is Great...We have won this fight already but it stinks like the Southbound end of a Northbound Zombie swamp donkey waiting for the end credits of this movie!

MZ: For those with a packed schedule, tonight is a nothing burger on the RV front. I have some what I consider fun news stuff, but that is it.

MZ: it has been an exceptionally quiet day but there are rumors running all over the place. When I check these rumors with people who are physically in these locations and part of it…they will quickly tell me that it is not happening yet…so as of right now it’s very quiet. …..The big funds are not moving….. The Admiral hasn’t been paid….Dubai funds have not released yet….

MZ: For those with a packed schedule, tonight is a nothing burger on the RV front. I have some what I consider fun news stuff, but that is it.

MZ: I still hear bond resellers are still buying some from a few…..but actual final deals on the bond side has not started yet. The folks in Asia and Europe are very frustrated. In Europe they are worried they will hit the holiday season and not have processed yet.

Member: I think most bankers take off a lot of vacation time in Europe in December or January.

MZ: Still hearing good chatter coming out of Iraq. The political front is moving forward and the CBI is moving forward. But, its very quiet on the RV front.

MZ: But there really is a tremendous amount of rumors out there on dinar boards. But, I have not been able to substantiate a single one. When farm claims get paid …when CMKX gets paid then we can start to lose our minds and get happy.

Member: Are the redemption centers going away?

Member: I thought the difference between a bank and a redemption center at lower RV rates was that banks would assess fees for service while redemption centers would not. Any thoughts?

Member: It seems to me as though if it floats. We the People have lost.

Member: Well if it floats and hits at least 1 to 1 ……it’s a lot more than we have now……imo

MZ: Yes the float is still a possibility…I will dive into that tomorrow. I will record it and release it sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Member: if the dong floats what is our best recourse? Do we still go to redemption centers? …do we wait? How do we know when it hits the top rate? Just confused

MZ: I will be doing a special video on that tomorrow afternoon….but, in a nutshell I was told that if they come out at a float the banks will be offering us multicurrency accounts for us to deposit in when we exchange. So again….I was told banks will offer us multi currency accounts to exchange in if it’s a float .

MZ: Then we wait…and watch and decide when its high enough …or pull out what we need. I am not in the least bit worried about it .

Member: I wonder if multi-currency accounts apply to all countries or just financial institutions in the USA?

Member: which banks offer multicurrency accounts including dinar?

Member: Wise does ……and Ever bank still may. Just google it…….

Member: Wise accts are easy! I have one with a debit card. VND and Indonesian Rupiah are available. Easy to setup/use

Member: FACTS!:Personal Multicurrency Accts at Major Banks-Citi,HSBC,TIAA Bank,East West Bank,CitiThe VND is NOT on their lists. ALL other banks req an international business license!

Member: So if it RV’s at a set rate…we exchange at redemption centers and should get a contract rate about $2 or so higher and should be no taxes….……if it floats…..we exchange at banks into multi currency accounts and spend some when the rate gets high enough…..may or may not be taxes…..rate is changing daily……I know which one I would prefer…….one and done.

Member: If the 'contracts' were already made on the foreign currency; then why the 'float'?

Member: Contract rates I believe are for the full GCR reset of currencies…..The float are if Iraq and Vietnam go alone and float their currencies….from a low rate…..if they are frustrated with waiting on the GCR (I sure am)

Member: What is Dubai 1 and 2?

MZ: These are part of humanitarian funds that were set aside along with a number of others. I am told the Dubai funds come from the Khomini (sp?) gold . We are hearing the chatter…but when you talk to those who are actually in a position to know….we find out thing are not moving yet…but they expect it to at any moment and they are prepared……It just has not started yet.

Member: Here is some rumors…. “Sources are saying the Event will roll out over 3 days with Tiers 2 & 3 today (Mon. 12 Dec.); Tier 4-A Tues. (13 Dec.) and wrapping up with the launch of 4-B on Wed. (14 Dec.).”

Member: On Mon. 12 Dec. the Iraqi Dinar posted a new $4.00 Rate on the Forex (on the bank back screens and trading upward) I wish.

Member: anyone else feels that no matter what the powers to be will find something to delay everything?

Member: Still praying we will have the best Christmas ever!!

MZ: We do have some news……”President of the Republic : The banking and financial system in Iraq needs to be developed “ For a number of reasons…for projects…projects for the people….ect. They traditionally don’t trust the banks over there because of all the unrest the last 20 years …the ups, the downs and the spreads. They are saying it is very necessary to regain that trust in the banking system so people will have prosperity…abd sound money…..we know these things. …They also have a list of projects they would like to do but cannot without a new system it’s difficult to do projects with any scope or scale…...

MZ: This is the one I liked best…and gave me the most comfort….” Central bank : the cash reserve has reached its highest level in the history of the state.” We are talking even higher then with Saadam Hussein in its hayday….Right now they are sitting on more cash reserves than at any other time in this countries history…..They have exceeded $90 billion dollars in US value….and its just sitting there…unused…and ready to roll… . This is one of the few countries in the world whose economies are not “in the hole” so to speak.

MZ: the author Al Yasari is one of those with Sudani that specifically mentions that the change in the exchange value is the best way to help the poor and under performing classes.

MZ: Other than that its been pretty quiet……I would like to point out from a comment earlier in chat….that I didn’t see anything happening in Reno……how would I know because they would have signed an NDA?

MZ: Well, it’s because it’s easy to talk to the contacts now…. They are still there and they have not yet been paid. If they were under an NDA I would not be able to talk to them….I hate to poo-poo that rumor but I want to reiterate that my contacts there who are involved in the process have not been paid.

MZ: When everyone gets paid you will not have to search for the news.

MZ: The troll game is strong today. Everyone in here is upset that it hasn't happened yet. Tearing each other down will not speed things up, It will just make a lot of people lose what hope they have left…

MZ: Focus that energy on what you can do. Have you written your elected officials about your fear of CBDC? Have you written about the need for asset backed currency? Have you changed your spending habit s to help break the globalists?

MZ: Focus on steps you can do as well instead of just focusing your frustration on all of us that are trying to survive this with you.

MZ: Watching this play out is an ugly movie. I had thought it would be a political type of drama….I didn’t realize it would be a horror movie instead…..

Member: Mark. we Understand...it is going to happen..we are closer than we think...but so get the frustration. I have hit the blues bad last week...better now..

Member: I got a fortune cookie slip that I kept - it says 'Don't let what you can't do keep you from doing what you can do'

Member: I think we need to confront those in charge of this. If blockchain technology is so great why the hoodups then? Real verifiable answers

Member: Even if the exchange is 1 to 1 its a win

Member: I wonder how will redemption centers work if the currency floats instead of full RV?? will we have emails and make appts or deal with banks and not redemption centers? we won't get any special rates then?

Member: is it possible some are still in Reno unpaid while others have already received thier money and left? I recall someone musing that payouts could be a process that takes a couple weeks

Member: I'm waiting for someone to say, "hey, the RV was last Thursday, did you exchange your currency?"

Member: Dow +448pts. Nasdaq +381pts. S&P +91pts. DXY -1.34pts. BTC $17,851 ETH $1,335

Member: They've bolster the market for today--they hope it really climbs...??

Member: Dow has been up, but I wonder if that is just fake like everything else.?

MZ: “Reserve Report spooks traders” More and more money is fleeing government control.

Member: What are your thoughts on the date Mark?

MZ: I think the moment the market crashes ……really crashes….not just 500 or 700 points ….but a real crash…..that is when they trigger it

Member: I watched Frank last night……. Very exciting what's going on.

Member: Some are saying they have heard the high ups want this DONE by Christmas. Not just started.

Member: If the Dinar RVs for anything less than 1 to 1 I would simply hold and wait for it to float up to a truer value. We all know it’s worth much more than our hollow dollars & if Gesara goes then it’s 1/1

Member: Not enough is confirmed about the foundation of NESARA/GESARA from anyone, it would be great to have a military contact provide accurate info as it is the foundational king pin for everything!

Member: Mark if the iqd goes alone and floats, does that mean the GCR is a long way off? Or wont happen? and that these currencies will all rv/ri separately?

Member: What could the real holdup be?

Member: IMO…..no hold up…. its floating. Stop looking for this big RV

Member: I'd like to see the VND float.

Member: Will there be a floating rate for the dong or will we get a contract rate??

MZ: I still think it will all go at once…but if the dinar were to go early and float…I expect we would see a floating rate for the dong as well….At least that is what I have been told.

Member: Any news on the Venezuelan Bolivar?

MZ: I hear it is a currency and not a bond and it should be a re-valuation and not a re-instatement. I do not know what to expect value wise….

Member: It helps me to remember that the finance changes ,getting rid of fiat and corruption is the biggest part of this WW war we are in. We are a big part of this war being won!

Member: Mark was a great economics student. He sees and understands the many developments we've seen through the years. This thing is a when, not an if!!!

Member: St. Germaine trust is supposed to open at Christmas or Easter…..and Jan. 1st is the fiscal new year for many countries…..IMO December is still looking good for the GCR…...

Member: We need for the normies to hear the truth….thats the only way many will wake up

Member: I feel at this point..The EAS needs to happen..so people can know what's going on..Asap..I think that's the best chess move..so many will be on board..

I have heard Iraq will not push for this…they want an I-Dinar and to use blockchain technology. 99% of all deals in the country of Iraq are done with cash And they are trying to get things more digital for banking efficiency.

Member: If Iraq floats what is the kind of account we will need?

MZ: Multi currency accounts …you could hold it in a dinar denominated account so if the rate changes with the float it will fluctuate in the account…..,…this .is what I am doing but be sure to consult a professional.

Member: Will we be paying taxes if Iraq goes alone? Is there a way of gifting people so they don’t pay tax on the gift?

MZ: We are expecting our taxes to be paid under a treaty…..but all bets are off if Iraq does a float. ….

MZ: We still expect no taxes on your transaction because it’s a currency exchange on foreign currency…..as I understand it …but we will all be seeking advice from a lot of tax professionals if it floats instead of a full blown reset. Just be prepared.

MZ: Look at it this way….is the wealth of their country properly represented by their currency? Look at their assets and commodities….this is a fundamental study of economics.

Member: Mark a few days ago the 30 year yield fell below the 10 year yield, is this significant?

MZ: this is a bond inversion. We have seen a couple inversions in different parts of the bond market. This is one of the things we were told to look for close to the RV..

MZ: Nader posted that they have moved forward with the budget in a major way starting late on Saturday in Iraq.

MZ: On the same note….”Parliamentary Finance announces the completion of the touches of the budget and its transfer to the Sudanese office” They are putting final touches on it and submitting it …they want us to know they are still discussing it…. Here they say it will be presented early January….

MZ: “Parliamentary legal hints at an “emergency” session to approve the 2023 budget” Then here…they say things are moving so quickly and everyone is coming to agreement rapidly.

MZ: I think this one is a key piece for Iraq to be ready for the revaluation…... “ The Central bank is launching an electronic platform for buying and selling the dollar next month.” Reading between the lines I think this is an important step if they are going to handle a revaluation of some size to make sure these currencies are not questionable…that someone wont exchange millions in terrorist dollars. AND it will protect the rate for those at the bottom of the economic totem pole. I think this one is a serious “tell” for us and how close we are getting…..

MZ: A lot of phenominal things happened this weekend in Iraq. So I am very upbeat

Member: Anyone catch what Chas posted last night about the whales in Reno been paid and went home?

Member: he said they left Reno with money, but Holly said no, so who knows what is true

MZ: As for rumors from Reno and that they are already starting to pay out the large groups…..well, I cannot find anyone in Reno that agrees with that. Maybe somebody did…..but it has not yet happened in mass. This is coming from people on the ground there. I wish I was wrong on this one. But they are saying it has not started there yet.

Member: is there a cap on how high a float can go each year?

MZ: I have heard there is no cap on how quickly the float can rise….

Member: When Iraq invaded Kuwait in august of 1990, the value of the Kuwaiti dinar dropped to about 5 cents. In other words it took 20 Kuwaiti dinars to buy one US dollar. In February of 1991 Iraq was expelled from Kuwait and a month later their banks revalued the Kuwaiti dinar to $3.47, the highest valued currency in the world. When this occurred the New York times reported this event on March 25, 20

Member: if it does indeed float, will we be able to cash in one of our 25k notes before Christmas to help with finances …hope that is that is an option ? thank you for all you do

Member: Because if it floats…no one yet knows if there will still be a contract rate……still waiting to hear that…..

Member: you said if the dinar goes alone…there might not be redemption centers. If so, do you know any financial institutions in Canada that will handle the exchanges?

MZ: We won’t know until Iraq goes international and are officially on the float….. And officially an internationally traded currency. If they go to a float…all your banks will suddenly start taking it.

MZ: We were told a week or so ago that they had agreed to the framework….and this is it. It is now official and announced in Kurdistan.

MZ: Long ago we were told that article 140 was one of the last stumbling blocks for revaluing the Iraqi currency and they have now worked out the differences with the Kurdistan region including profit sharing, taxes, revenues ect……For those of us that have been following this a long time…this is very good news to wake up to on Saturday morning…….

MZ: From my contacts there they are hoping officially for a float by midweek this coming week…...

MZ: I am beginning to believe based on things coming out of DC that this just might be a float and not go all at one time. So be prepared just in case. I hope I am wrong but I am starting to get the growing feeling that we are going to see a lowball rate and float. This could be the same thing for dong…and the Zim may not go yet…at this time.

MZ: Right now, this is just possibilities…..nobody panic. Just be prepared for either direction.

Member: If there is a float, how does that play into the redemption centers functions?

Member: so if it floats do we just go to a bank???

Mod: WHEN THE RV STARTS WE WILL BE TOLD WHERE TO GO FOR YOUR EXCHANGE

Member: I still dont understand the float concept

Member: float means it will happen but we wait for the market to raise the value (slower?) but we have to watch closer to catch it at correct time

MZ: If it floats they would most likely go ahead and make a major-ish move of about 3-40 percent increase in value . About $1 for 1100-1400dinar and then float from there very quickly…up to way north of at least 1 to 1 . This is just my opinion of how the float could work. The value would change each day based on market conditions and what is supporting the currency .

MZ: For instance –look at Ghana who is on a float. Their currency took a dive of about 55 %. And then they pegged to gold and suddenly it came screaming back. Most countries around the world are on a float. They adjust

MZ: Iraq because of conditions was sanctioned and was pegged to a set exchange rate based on the US dollar. If you remove that peg and let the free market decide based on what it is worth. That is what a float is.

Member: So no contract rate?

MZ: We don’t know. I just want to make certain that everyone knows the possibilities. We just don’t know. Am I still being told by all my banking contacts that there is going to be a set contract rate? Yes.

MZ: My gut is telling me to look for the float because the rest of the (GCR) isn’t ready yet. But, I could be wrong. Just be prepared just in case.

Member: I wonder If dong floats will we still get calls to go to redemption center or just go to bank for 1:1 exchange??

Member: It was said things were going to get really crazy before things get better.

Member: MANY truthers say that all countries have revaluated their currency and they're waiting for the GO signal

Member: Mark Z, When the RV happens…..How will I recognize the legitimate email??

Member: I heard confirmation that the QFS has been running for over a year now and a QFS account has already been set up for everyone. Our RV $$ will go into our Quantum account. No worries about losing it.

MZ: I heard they did not…..it would have delayed their legislation recess. So it looks like it won’t be passed until January. But, that does not mean they won't Rv. In fact it may be a better time to do it while parliament is not there. 2 ministers today said they could call an emergency session if the CBI did not move forward with a rate change.

MZ: The whole world is waiting for something. The question is what?

Member: I would guess the Prime Minister talks to the CBI daily. I would not think that they fly that blind

Member: Mark- if Iraq does revalue alone –how will we exchange? Banks or redemption centers?

MZ: it will depend. If it goes at a very low rate and floats, I am told we are stuck going to banks. If it’s the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate-$1.60?) I am told we will still use Redemption Centers.

MZ: But I am also hearing if it goes with the NEER rate that we would most likely still get a contract rate that is considerably higher…but waiting for clarification on that.

Member: Will Dinar be $1 USD to 1 Dinar Note??????

Member: Did you hear what Frank26 said about the dollar?

MZ: They are not selling that pairing right now. The dinar and the USD…. The US dollar is losing value there. They have to spend a lot more dollars now for the same amount of dinar. So that swap is officially frozen in their markets. This is huge news. They did that yesterday.

MZ: I am waiting for an update but am expecting to see the float start happening.

Member: I have some Iraqi friends whose mom flew back to Iraq for a 60 day family vacation and exchanged yesterday at a street rate of $1.52

Member: UN letter to local government here mentioned continued project funding to start again in January since they are switching to a new Quantum system.

MZ: I would like to see that one.

Member: I always thought starting the whole on a new system should start on Jan 1……just seems logical.

Member: CMKX?

MZ: Nothing new. I was reminded by a DHS contact that I will probably not hear anything until the reset and RV occurs because the payout for CMKX is 100% tied to the reset.

Member: I wonder if Redemption centers are working this weekend??

Member: Listening to Phil G.today say there is something that is coming in the very next several days that is imminent - again!! We'll see

Member: latest update from a banker is he has no specific date he is confident we will be exchanging before Christmas.

MZ: That is what we are all hearing…..we are being told that everything is great …things are moving and we should be exchanging well within the month of December.

MZ: Articles in Iraq out today and excuses as to why they don’t have the 2023 budget done. But that they will tackle it the moment parliament gets back from recess. A tidbit from an article is they are no longer in bankruptcy so they can absolutely RV now.

MZ: Once again though the CBI does not need the budget in order to change the value.

MZ: “Serious leaks from inside the Central Bank of Iraq” this is interesting and talking about the US treasury freezing 4 banks. This is why Iraq is severing the apron ties so they can move forward. The US treasury and the Federal Reserve has been dictating policy to the CBI. They had been wanting to freeze more banks and slow things down….the CBI says nope….we are not going to deal with this. The CBI says it’s going to go its own way now. It’s a interesting read.

MZ: Everywhere else is really quiet. We are just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Member: MarkZ do you think the governor of the CBI is the person that is holding up the RV?

Member: I hear it’s the US holding it up ….and everyone else is ready to go…….wish we knew the truth

Member: MarkZ 2022-12-08The Arab Monetary Fund, the Central Bank of Iraq, the Central Bank of Jordan, the Central Bank of Egypt, and the "Bunu" platform announced a joint Arab initiative to launch a service

Member: Xi is also meeting with the Saudi Prince and I hear Iraq is also there.

MZ: “Cedi rallies on debt exchange announcement” This is from Ghana- their currency is the Cedi. It was one of the worst performing currencies last year lost about 55 % of its value due to inflation…..and now it has started to rise…...

MZ: So they are now on the rise and gaining ground on the dollar quickly. What did they recently do???

MZ: They started tying their Cedi to gold. The government started insisting that all oil sales coming out of Ghana were done in gold. They also are requiring-based on the spot rate…..that the mining operations sell 20% of their gold to their government so they can quickly accumulate real gold backing.

MZ: So this is yet another currency who is tied to gold. And we are watching them quickly outperform the US dollar. This is playing out around the globe in a major way right now.

MZ: Everyone in the BRICS group is quickly coming on board with gold backing and accumaulating more precious metals.

MZ: Let’s start with some news. “ With the participation of Iraq, the Chinese President is visiting Saudi Arabia today to attend 3 summits” I think this is huge news. Clearly shows Iraq is going to the forefront of international politics.

MZ: How can a country without an international currency that can be traded all over the world….and be a major player in world politics……they can’t. But very exciting stuff is coming for the Iraqi people.

MZ: How can a country without an international currency that can be traded all over the world…and .be a major player in world politics……they can’t. But very exciting stuff is coming for the Iraqi people.

Member: Good Evening Mark, Frank 26 reported that Iraq Depegged from the United States Dollar today

Member: Frank says Iraq has Stopped using U.S. Dollar… It’s because the Iraqi people are tired of getting ripped off at the border and in the markets when they go to exchange their own dinar with the US dollar

Member: I see IQD is up 1458.0000 . Is that good?

MZ: That means in slipped a little to the USD but the good news is it appears to have depegged from the USD which means now it can move. And it should start to move quickly in the other direction. Things are getting very interesting right now.

Member: If Iraq has stopped using USD, doesn’t that mean they need lower denom notes out to just carry on with normal life??

Member: That would make sense.

MZ: “Iraq’s theft of the century : Plotters targeted Russian and Chinese oil companies.” The positive news here is it allowed them to bring trillions of dinar back to the CBI where they can be destroyed and won’t affect the overprinting and basically increasing the value of our dinar.

MZ: Now the conversations on the streets of Iraq. In Iraq they have 2 economies….The vast majority of all trade is done with cash. Not with debit and credit cards…..Today they suspended all trading back and forth between the US dollar and the IQD pairing…..this is to prevent more sales……The press claims that due to the volatility (see article below) ……so we see a slight blip or decrease in the exchange rate today

MZ: Why is this important? Because it is a pegged currency. And now suddenly it has changed. And on the same day they don’t allow the trading …..I don’t think you will see an official announcement though until parliament recesses for the holiday season.

Member: Hmmm.. trading w/ USD stopped.. INTERESTING

MZ: I want to remind you that the CBI does not need parliament in session to change the value. This is one of the signs that we are unpegging and moving forward to see a substantial value change that we have been anticipating. I think we got that “tell” right on time today. I believe it has hit us.

MZ: I can tell you that you would have a difficult time finding an Iraqi willing to give up their dinar right now.

Member: Sounds like it's almost show time

MZ: We appear to be close to the finish line……I can only imagine what the dinar boards are going to look like over the next week. Be careful of misinformation…….be sure to do your due diligence. We knew it would get crazy at the end…..and the news is getting crazy. Things are exceptionally positive right now and we are seeing real movement –especially in Iraq.

MZ: fo people who ask why we talk so much about Iraq. It is the biggest cog in the GCR machine and the easiest one to track. Basic logic.

Member: I was told the rate does not need the budget…..but the budget needs the rate…..

MZ: I did have some interesting news on historic bond sales in the US today. This confirmed my opinion that it is a “Re-seller” picking up bonds to resell later. They are buying them for a fraction of what they anticipate they can get for them later on. So here in the states there is pre-emptive buying of bonds to resell them later when the trigger is pulled…..that is why we have not seen the same movement in Europe and Asia. .

Member: Mark, Charlie Ward talked to the QFS people today and all they told him is they are blacked out until it’s time to go.

Member: All my sources say this will be over soon

MZ: “Belgium’s national bank records the first loss since World War Two” We are seeing this from a number of central banks including the UK. The implosion is so close.

MZ: “China confirms it is “mystery” massive gold buyer with first official purchase in 3 years” They bought some 300 tons of gold

MZ: “Mongolia central bank is ramping up gold purchases” Look at that and on the same day….very interesting.

Member: Bank of international settlement in Switzerland missing $80trillion…

Member: I hope we at least see arrests from that huge theft.

Member: It is time for our Politicians to go home for the holidays. This means that the Military can get serious about making arrests. The military has not been going into Washington D.C. to make arrests.

Member: Sure hope so.

Local money changers stop buying and selling the dollar in Iraq

A source said, today, Wednesday, that the sale and purchase of the dollar in the Iraqi local money exchanges has stopped.The source told (Iraqi Media News Agency / INA) that "the local money changers have stopped buying and selling the dollar, due to the instability of the dollar's exchange rates on the Iraqi stock market."It is noteworthy that the selling prices of the dollar were recorded yesterday, 149,600 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying prices of the dollar were recorded at 149,500 dinars per 100 dollars.Today, the selling prices of the dollar were recorded at 150,400 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying prices of the dollar were recorded at 150,250 dinars per 100 dollars. link
