MZ: its been quiet in Iraq today. Fridays usually are…..its kind of a half day for them …surprisingly they sometimes work on Saturdays. But in the Muslim world Fridays are usually quiet.

Member: Any more news from redemption centers?

MZ: Redemption center folks are on their normal 2 hour call this weekend. At this point they do not anticipate coming in. it is still possible but they are not on heightened alert. It seems very quiet so far going into the weekend.  

Member: MO Iraq will start on Forex before GCR

Member: Even with dinar going at at 1 to 1…..it would sure help millions while we wait for the full reset

Member: why do we see no evidence of the Dinari float? was news premature? Is it a super double secret float?

Member: Maybe it just has not started yet?

Member: C Ward said this week that he will not receive any more info from the QFS Team until something happens.

Member: Phil G was asked if the RV would happen by the end of the year. His reply was, "The question is worded incorrectly, but...yes"...whatever that means

Member: Bobby King from Iraq said the exchange this month. everybody over there is excited

Member: Cliff High’s has financial collapse predictions for next week. Bix Weir has been alluding to it a lot.

Member: Simon Parks and Charlie Ward said the other day, ZIM is Good. Don't believe the downers...

Member: IMO, the RV will happen just before January 1st...

Member: Most countries use Jan1 as their calendar and fiscal years….that would make sense.

MZ: “Saudi Arabia gathers China’s Xi with Arab leaders in” new era” of ties “ one of those Arab leaders is from Iraq. Iraq is very well represented there for the first time in years. They are making their presence known in politics on the world stage. They cannot be on the world stage without a world recognized currency.

MZ: it is important to notice these things….it shows you Iraq is heading this direction quickly and the nations around them are excepting that fact.

​Member: I heard confirmation that the QFS has been running for over a year now and a QFS account has already been set up for everyone. Our RV $$ will go into our Quantum account. No worries about losing it.

Member: I wish we could at least see new rainbow USN bills……just to know its real.

Member: what are the tiers again?

Member: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: Hope everyone is doing well this evening!

MZ:  not a lot happened today…..a little Iraq news from the IMF. They are saying the GDP of Iraq is running at 8%. When the whole world is sliding into recession- Iraq is having a growth spurt.

Member: Did Iraq pass its budget today?

MZ: I heard they did not…..it would have delayed their legislation recess. So it looks like it won’t be passed until January. But, that does not mean they won't Rv. In fact it may be a better time to do it while parliament is not there. 2 ministers today said they could call an emergency session if the CBI did not move forward with a rate change.

MZ: The whole world is waiting for something. The question is what?

Member: I would guess the Prime Minister talks to the CBI daily. I would not think that they fly that blind

Member: Mark- if Iraq does revalue alone –how will we exchange? Banks or redemption centers?

MZ: it will depend. If it goes at a very low rate and floats, I am told we are stuck going to banks. If it’s the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate-$1.60?) I am told we will still use Redemption Centers.

MZ: But I am also hearing if it goes with the NEER rate that we would most likely still get a contract rate that is considerably higher…but waiting for clarification on that.

Member: Will Dinar be $1 USD to 1 Dinar Note??????

Member: Did you hear what Frank26 said about the dollar?

MZ: They are not selling that pairing right now. The dinar and the USD…. The US dollar is losing value there. They have to spend a lot more dollars now for the same amount of dinar. So that swap is officially frozen in their markets. This is huge news. They did that yesterday.

MZ: I am waiting for an update but am expecting to see the float start happening.

Member: I have some Iraqi friends whose mom flew back to Iraq for a 60 day family vacation and exchanged yesterday at a street rate of $1.52

Member: UN letter to local government here mentioned continued project funding to start again in January since they are switching to a new Quantum system.

MZ: I would like to see that one.

Member: I always thought starting the whole on a new system should start on Jan 1……just seems logical.

Member: CMKX?

MZ: Nothing new. I was reminded by a DHS contact that I will probably not hear anything until the reset and RV occurs because the payout for CMKX is 100% tied to the reset.

Member:  I wonder if Redemption centers are working this weekend??

Member: Listening to Phil G.today say there is something that is coming in the very next several days that is imminent - again!! We'll see

Member: markz, are we gonna have a merry Christmas,???? I sure could use some good news.

Member: This fella Phil Godlewski is saying the RV will happen before Christmas.

MZ: I believe we will….but remember nobody knows the timing.

Member: Does anyone know what possible rate to expect?

Member: Still waiting for that well overdue baby 'Arvey' to be born (RV). He must be one mighty size by now! Call the midwife!!!

Member: Is the goose going to lay the golden egg before Christmas?

Member: latest update from a banker is he has no specific date he is confident we will be exchanging before Christmas.

MZ: That is what we are all hearing…..we are being told that everything is great …things are moving and we should be exchanging well within the month of December.

MZ:  Articles in Iraq out today and excuses as to why they don’t have the 2023 budget done. But that they will tackle it the moment parliament gets back from recess. A tidbit from an article is they are no longer in bankruptcy so they can absolutely RV now.

MZ: Once again though the CBI does not need the budget in order to change the value.

MZ: “Serious leaks from inside the Central Bank of Iraq” this is interesting and talking about the US treasury freezing 4 banks. This is why Iraq is severing the apron ties so they can move forward. The US treasury and the Federal Reserve has been dictating policy to the CBI. They had been wanting to freeze more banks and slow things down….the CBI says nope….we are not going to deal with this. The CBI says it’s going to go its own way now. It’s a interesting read.

MZ: Everywhere else is really quiet. We are just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Member: MarkZ do you think the governor of the CBI is the person that is holding up the RV?

Member: I hear it’s the US holding it up ….and everyone else is ready to go…….wish we knew the truth

Member: RV. Gold backed!! Is coming to your country!! This month. A December too remember

Member: Kuwait dinar 3.26 this AM

Member: MarkZ 2022-12-08The Arab Monetary Fund, the Central Bank of Iraq, the Central Bank of Jordan, the Central Bank of Egypt, and the "Bunu" platform announced a joint Arab initiative to launch a service

Member: Xi is also  meeting with the Saudi Prince and I hear Iraq is also there.

MZ: “Cedi rallies on debt exchange announcement”  This is from Ghana- their currency is the Cedi. It was one of the worst performing currencies last year lost about 55 % of its value due to inflation…..and now it has started to rise…...

MZ: So they are now on the rise and gaining ground on the dollar quickly. What did they recently do???

MZ: They started tying their Cedi to gold. The government started insisting that all oil sales coming out of Ghana were done in gold. They also are requiring-based on the spot rate…..that the mining operations sell 20% of their gold to their government so they can quickly accumulate real gold backing.

MZ: So this is yet another currency who is tied to gold. And we are watching them quickly outperform the US dollar. This is playing out around the globe in a major way right now.

MZ: Everyone in the BRICS group is quickly coming on board with gold backing and accumaulating more precious metals.

Member: Good Evening Mark and everyone!

MZ: Let’s start with some news. “ With the participation of Iraq, the Chinese President is visiting Saudi Arabia today to attend 3 summits” I think this is huge news. Clearly shows Iraq is going to the forefront of international politics.

MZ: How can a country without an international currency that can be traded all over the world…and .be a major player in world politics……they can’t. But very exciting stuff is coming for the Iraqi people.

Member: Good Evening Mark, Frank 26 reported that Iraq Depegged from the United States Dollar today

Member: Frank says Iraq has Stopped using U.S. Dollar… ​It’s because the Iraqi people are tired of getting ripped off at the border and in the markets when they go to exchange their own dinar with the US dollar

Member: I see IQD is up 1458.0000 . Is that good?

MZ: That means in slipped a little to the USD but the good news is it appears to have depegged from the USD which means now it can move. And it should start to move quickly in the other direction. Things are getting very interesting right now.

Member: If Iraq has stopped using USD, doesn’t that mean they need lower denom notes out to just carry on with normal life??

Member: That would make sense.

MZ: “Iraq’s theft of the century : Plotters targeted Russian and Chinese oil companies.” The positive news here is it allowed them to bring trillions of dinar back to the CBI where they can be destroyed and won’t affect the overprinting and basically increasing the value of our dinar.

MZ: Now the conversations on the streets of Iraq. In Iraq they have 2 economies….The vast majority of all trade is done with cash. Not with debit and credit cards…..Today they suspended all trading back and forth between the US dollar and the IQD pairing…..this is to prevent more sales……The press claims that due to the volatility (see article below)  ……so we see a slight blip or decrease in the exchange rate today

MZ: Why is this important?  Because it is a pegged currency. And now suddenly it has changed. And on the same day they don’t allow the trading …..I don’t think you will see an official announcement though until parliament recesses for the holiday season.

Member: Hmmm.. trading w/ USD stopped.. INTERESTING

MZ: I want to remind you that the CBI does not need parliament in session to change the value. This is one of the signs that we are unpegging and moving forward to see a substantial value change that we have been anticipating. I think we got that “tell” right on time today. I believe it has hit us.

MZ: I can tell you that you would have a difficult time finding an Iraqi willing to give up their dinar right now.

Member: Sounds like it's almost show time

MZ: We appear to be close to the finish line……I can only imagine what the dinar boards are going to look like over the next week. Be careful of misinformation…….be sure to do your due diligence. We knew it would get crazy at the end…..and the news is getting crazy. Things are exceptionally positive right now and we are seeing real movement –especially in Iraq.

MZ: fo people who ask why we talk so much about Iraq. It is the biggest cog in the GCR machine and the easiest one to track.  Basic logic.

Member: I was told the rate does not need the budget…..but the budget needs the rate…..

MZ: I did have some interesting news on historic bond sales in the US today. This confirmed my opinion that it is a “Re-seller” picking up bonds to resell later. They are buying them for a fraction of what they anticipate they can get for them later on. So here in the states there is pre-emptive buying  of bonds to resell them later when the trigger is pulled…..that is why we have not seen the same movement in Europe and Asia. .

Member: Mark, Charlie Ward talked to the QFS people today and all they told him is they are blacked out until it’s time to go.

Member: All my sources say this will be over soon

MZ: “Belgium’s national bank records the first loss since World War Two” We are seeing this from a number of central banks including the UK.  The implosion is so close.

MZ: “China confirms it is “mystery” massive gold buyer with first official purchase in 3 years” They bought some 300 tons of gold

MZ: “Mongolia central bank is ramping up gold purchases”   Look at that and on the same day….very interesting.  

Member: Bank of international settlement in Switzerland missing $80trillion…

Member: I hope we at least see arrests from that huge theft.

Member: It is time for our Politicians to go home for the holidays. This means that the Military can get serious about making arrests. The military has not been going into Washington D.C. to make arrests.

Member: Sure hope so.

Local money changers stop buying and selling the dollar in Iraq

A source said, today, Wednesday, that the sale and purchase of the dollar in the Iraqi local money exchanges has stopped.The source told (Iraqi Media News Agency / INA) that "the local money changers have stopped buying and selling the dollar, due to the instability of the dollar's exchange rates on the Iraqi stock market."It is noteworthy that the selling prices of the dollar were recorded yesterday, 149,600 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying prices of the dollar were recorded at 149,500 dinars per 100 dollars.Today, the selling prices of the dollar were recorded at 150,400 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying prices of the dollar were recorded at 150,250 dinars per 100 dollars. link

Member: Happy HUMP Day to all. Remembering this very important day in our history

MZ: Not a nothing burger today…but not nearly the news I was hoping for overnight last night.

MZ: “Budget Law absent from Iraqi Parliament for 30 days” This is playing out as we speak today. I am being told from some contacts on the ground that they are hoping to extend the parliamentary session through the 9th or 11th of December to get the budget squared away first.  …but it is supposed to end tomorrow  as parliament goes away for a 30 day recess.  This is normal for the holidays.

MZ: our congress here in the US is already supposed to be on break. But they are in a lame duck session and desperately trying to pass things before they call it a wrap.

Member: I wonder if it is true that they can be arrested when not in session?  Hope so . 

Member: Government should be for safety, stability and security of it's citizens, but most governments are just raping it's citizens and keeping them unstable IMO

Member: We need to go back to the original 1776 US Constitution and 1950’s prices... let’s go!

​Member: I thought we did not need the Iraqi budget....CBI is who we need to do it?

MZ: Pressure continues in Iraq as we see more and more local politicians join ranks. We now have well over 100 parliament members and leaders that are pushing for the CBI to make the decision and make it now…before the holidays.  The push because of inflations and the market crunch in Iraq is to do it before the holiday season which is beginning within days over there.

MZ: Yes it is in the hands of the CBI…..parliament is really pushing them to release it before the holidays…..and are willing to replace the leader or minister of the CBI in order to do it if that is what it takes….

MZ: It is a open conversation over there. I spoke with some contacts on the ground …and they are hearing this as well. .

Member: On CBI -- Governor of the Cen Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Makhif, received on Wednesday, the Min of Fin Taif Sami and the Inter Monetary Fund mission that is currently visiting the capital, Baghdad.

Member: Let’s all pray today’s meetings on Iraq yield a nice high and firm flat rate to exchange with!!!

MZ as far as bond folks go……European contacts did not start processing on the 5th as they had hoped. They are still stuck twiddling thumbs. But, I am still hearing of more tabletop closures here in the US.

MZ: I have my own theory and believe what is going on in the US is because they know it is so close….you have wealthy people that are willing to buy bonds at a discounted price for the bond folks who want cash in their pockets now. Then they plan on reselling them within a short period at the full rate. This is what I think could be happening and indicates we are close to the finish line.

Member: if They would do that with Currency I bet many of us would exchange a little to hang on for the reset.

Member: So it’s now another 30 day can kick?

MZ: I think its event driven…..of how soon they can get it across the finish line.

Member: Bo Polny seems to think that Dec. 13th might be a big day

Member: Per Bo Polny silver will soon go up to at least $70 better buy now.

Member: just listened to bruce with the big call from last night he said notifications tomorrow but hes always wrong. maybe this time he will be right!

Member: (From Dinar Guru)  Guru Mnt Goat   One could almost say the news is once again just all about the currency. The pressure builds for the CBI to act now. Over 100 of the parliamentary members claim they will not even attend parliament sessions to vote on the new budget unless this issue is addressed in the budget.  ...These are exciting times and personally I can’t see the CBI holding back this reinstatement much longer…

MZ: I couldn’t agree more!!

Member: If they do indeed release the dinar to float do you think all of the major banks here will be willing to exchange immediately? I’m cashing out the dinar asap!!

Member: Do we need our congress in session to RV?

MZ: Absolutely not. Our congress belongs to the US corp. and has absolutely nothing…zero …zilch to do with us revaluing.

Member: I hope  Redemption centers are still on call?

Member: How can we access or funds after exchanging at a redemption center?

MZ: Simple…..It will be in your account for immediate access to at least millions of it. I was told by some contacts that the full balance won’t be available until after midnight of that day. But that may not be accurate ….most of my sources feel we will have instant access to it all and we will all leave with a special debit card and can go to where you bank at and open whatever accounts you want and move funds where you want.   And get cash if that is what you wish. I am told this debit card will have much better security to it.

Member: Rumor; 100,000 iraqi dinar will be worth $150,000 sometime next week. Ya,ll believe that ?

Member: That would be the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) rate give or take a little ……..its possible

Member: Any news from redemption centers?

MZ: I have communicated with one. They are on a “Heightened Alert” for the week.  They have been asked to be able to report at a “moments notice” or within one hour during the work day and within 2  hours if it’s after the work day .

MZ: “Iraqi Parliament to approve 2023 budget of $140 trillion dinars soon”  The overwhelming part of their budget comes from oil ….about 95% of their income. They have priced the budget at about $60-$65 dollars a barrel and they have a mechanism to adjust the value with a revaluation.

MZ: There is a lot of chatter in the streets of Iraq. Today they expected local cabinet members to be seated…..and that did not happen, but I am told things look very positive for tomorrow. There are a number of politicians discussing where they should go on the rate.

MZ: I also have a finance ministry contact mention that a higher NEER rate was tossed about today in some of their circles. In other words instead of going with the rate of 1162 and floating…..it would start exponentially higher at the NEER rate of $1.60. They are also going back and forth with the pre-Sadaam Hussein rate of about $3.22.  We don’t yet know what they will do.

MZ: They keep it cloudy and smokey on purpose and for a reason. They are tossing around all these different rates so that we speculate and don’t know the answer…..We have to make peace with the misinformation that they are doing on purpose and for a reason.

MZ: I hear the most likely scenario continues to be the full revaluation or reinstatement, but they will continue to throw the other lower rates out there to keep us guessing….it is part of the game. We saw this in Kuwait as well before they revalued….also in China. This has happened throughout history.

Member: Just best to be prepared for any plan…..

MZ: It is very excited for me to see us this close to the finish line.

Member: Are we anticipating the dinar rate change this week?

MZ: We are anticipating an announcement thereof and possibly a lower sucker rate. This is before the actual RV  The sucker rate is to get many to give up, cash in at the lower rates and then go away.

MZ: “The mother of all economic crisis looms warns economist Nuriel Roubini “ People are pulling out billions in a mad dash to get cash before the music stops. The bleeding will continue.

Member: I wish there was news on gold backed USN

Member: I still wonder will the exchange be in fiat, digital, or the new rainbow???

Member: Mark, when RV occurs, will the world know, and to what extent, or just the currency holders

Member: I would think they want to keep things under wraps…….so all those people that were told the RV was a scam wouldn’t be really angry.

Member: Are we going to have a happy Christmas?

MZ: I’m afraid to say…..but think it’s very close.

Member:  I’ve been telling my cat (Archie) for the past two years that we are going to have a big, beautiful farm “soon”…. Lately, he just looks at me and rolls his eyes

The story of how Rudolph came to be.

MarkZ:  Not sure who to give credit to for the story, whoever it is, thank you, it has touched many.

A man named Bob May, depressed and brokenhearted, stared out his drafty apartment window into the chilling December night. His 4-year-old daughter Barbara sat on his lap quietly sobbing. Bobs wife, Evelyn, was dying of cancer.

Little Barbara couldn't understand why her mommy could never come home. Barbara looked up into her dad's eyes and asked, "Why isn't Mommy just like everybody else's Mommy?" Bob's jaw tightened and his eyes welled with tears. Her question brought waves of grief, but also of anger.

 It had been the story of Bob's life. Life always had to be different for Bob. Small when he was a kid, Bob was often bullied by other boys. He was too little at the time to compete in sports. He was often called names he'd rather not remember. From childhood, Bob was different and never seemed to fit in.

Bob did complete college, married his loving wife and was grateful to get his job as a copywriter at Montgomery Ward during the Great Depression. Then he was blessed with his little girl. But it was all short-lived.

Evelyn's bout with cancer stripped them of all their savings and now Bob and his daughter were forced to live in a two-room apartment in the Chicago slums. Evelyn died just days before Christmas in 1938.

 Bob struggled to give hope to his child, for whom he couldn't even afford to buy a Christmas gift. But if he couldn't buy a gift, he was determined a make one - a storybook!

Bob created an animal character in his own mind and told the animal's story to little Barbara to give her comfort and hope. Again and again Bob told the story, embellishing it more with each telling. Who was the character? What was the story all about? The story Bob May created was his own autobiography in fable form.

The character he created was a misfit outcast like he was. What was the name of the character? A little reindeer named Rudolph, with a big shiny nose.

Bob finished the book just in time to give it to his little girl on Christmas Day. But the story doesn't end there. The general manager of Montgomery Ward caught wind of the little storybook and offered Bob May a nominal fee to purchase the rights to print the book.

Wards went on to print, ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’ and distribute it to children visiting Santa Claus in their stores. By 1946 Wards had printed and distributed more than six million copies of Rudolph.

That same year, a major publisher wanted to purchase the rights from Wards to print an updated version of the book. In an unprecedented gesture of kindness, the CEO of Wards returned all rights back to Bob May.

The book became a best seller. Many toy and marketing deals followed and Bob May, now remarried with a growing family, became wealthy from the story he created to comfort his grieving daughter.

 But the story doesn’t end there either. Bob's brother-in-law, Johnny Marks, made a song adaptation to Rudolph. Though the song was turned down by such popular vocalists as Bing Crosby and Dinah Shore, it was recorded by the singing cowboy, Gene Autry.

‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’ was released in 1949 and became a phenomenal success, selling more records than any other Christmas song, with the exception of ‘White Christmas.’

The gift of love that Bob May created for his daughter so long ago kept on returning back to bless him again and again. And Bob May learned the lesson, just like his dear friend Rudolph, that being different isn't so bad. In fact, being different may be a blessing.

Fast forward 5 minutes. Mark was muted at the beginning.

Member: A Wonderfully Great Golden Morning MarkZ, Mods And Everyone In The Room

Member: Good news I just heard that Rudolph is retiring and Santa is secretly scouting the Bentley Sleigh market!

Member: Well everyone it sounds like the game is finally afoot on the RV

MZ: There are a few things coming out of Iraq. There is a lot of pressure right now on the rate…..Today they were supposed to vote on some local government positions but they did not convene today due to lack of a quorum.

MZ: As for the rumors- I have received a number of reach outs this morning ….from different sources…about a thousand or ten times improvement in Iraqi currency rates. They are saying this is the talk on the street that this is the starting point.

MZ:  I still think they will all go at once, but am prepared if Iraq does go slower. It looks like the overwhelming majority of people that hold it are going to make somewhere around 4 times or 10 times on their investment already. This is huge but not yet what we are looking for. They still want to restore their old rate pre-Kuwaiti invasion rate. ($3.22?)

Member: Does Iraq need to be on the FOREX before they can float? Meaning the Dinar is Internationally accepted?

MZ: They have not officially started the float yet. But they want things to start moving immediately.

MZ: other than that its pretty quiet…even on the redemption center fronts. Everybody is watching to see what is going on in Iraq. Will it come out lower and float or will they pull the trigger completely.

MZ: “Will Saudi investment pledges in Iraq overcome barriers?” Saudi Arabia is reaching out to invest $24 Billion USD into the Iraqis sectors non-energy related. They want to focus on industries outside of oil for the day and time oil is not there or not needed anymore…..to make them more well rounded .

MZ: Also I find it interesting that both Saudi Arabia and Iraq are also wanting to join BRICS. Iraq is trying to sever ties to the US government and to the west.

MZ: I wanted to share this with you….one of you sent it to me last night about the revaluation of the Kuwait dinar. I know there are many sceptics that still say it never happened. Well it did happen.

MZ: July 19, 2013 the article goes back and does a history dive on it. In-country they were exchanging an old Kuwaiti dinar for a new Kuwaiti dinar at a 1 to 1 rate. I have included this article in todays links.

Member:  I heard the rate has changed yesterday, supposedly goes international next week .

Member: Just checked the rates, dinar went up to .00069 to one dinar.

Member: yes, saw it went up slightly this morning. Let’s hope this whole float thing happens. Many people in Iraq are counting on it.

Member: "Possible rates" still does not sound like the golden egg shirt...but we are getting closer! And closer! And closer!

Member: Hopefully the Dinar will be revalued around $3 or $4 per Dinar, then the 25,000 dinar notes will be worth a lot. Until then, don't get to excited when they start throw numbers out.

Member: I’m confused a little. What do we do if it floats ?? Do we wait till it’s higher ?

Member: With the floating rate, think of it as like going to an auction. They gotta start somewhere. We will only get on board once we get our value. Then the Dinar is Sold, sold, Sold.

Member: If there is floating rate before the RV? Where do you exchange it?

Member: if it floats, and we are able to exchange, and it's worth enough for us to be contented, we exchange. Right now a dollar equals 1460 dinar. They say it'll soon start out at 1160.

Member: If it’s a float- we just wait for the rise to get to a higher number we would be happy with

MZ: Noone overthink this….we don’t yet know enough.

Member: last night video- Frank explained the relationship between Paris accord and article 140

Member: Article 140 is what we always called "the hydrocarbon law". It has to do with ensuring that oil revenues are shared with the citizens, including the Kurds.

Member: Iraq need to go international with their rate to get their 20% from the Paris Agreement from 2007 so they have no choice! Frank26 states this.

Member: Frank has best Intel in Iraq though even Mark has said so

Member: At the end of Frank26 he said 1:1

Member: if it gets to 1 to 1 – I would sure exchange a note or two.

Member: they need to get it done…..the RV can't go any slower than what it's going now! A snail could beat it now!

Member: I still am praying it happens before Christmas.

Member: Stay positive….things are happening…..it may just pop suddenly…..

Member: I am very excited about todays news……..

MZ: “Parliamentary : Discussions and Dialogues to review the dollar exchange rate” This came out today- late in the banking day for them. They are wanting more dinar per dollar. Very positive things coming out of Iraq today.

MZ: The big talk today was “What is that rate going to be?” We do not know 100% for certain. All we know is it’s about to change.

Member: I think it will start as a trickle and turn into a flood!!!

MZ: I agree that this trickle will soon turn into a flood.

Member: Hi Markz it exciting to know we finally have something to get excited about

MZ: it was fairly quiet this afternoon….we have not seen any change in rates ….yet. But, If Iraq comes out at a float…then all bets are off. I am still being told to expect the contract rate and a full RV.

MZ: The latest rates we heard were as high as $4.80-$4.81 as a street rate……higher for those in the oil for Dinar program. Consider this all a rumor. Nobody knows until we get there…

Member and then of course if they float…….it may take a few days or so to get to 1 to 1 rate……then I bet it really shoots up.

MZ: I am being pressured to stop talking rates….so will do that soon. That day is coming and coming quickly. But for now…..still hearing about $2-$2.25 for the Vietnamese dong…..bankers still think I am a dollar or two low…..I hope they are right and I am wrong.

MZ: Still hearing about $1.47 for Indonisian Rupiah.

MZ: Still hearing $30-$50 million per each 100T Zim bond note. I have people very involved in the Zim exchange who have assured me this is a great one to have. That is why I bought some.

MZ: I have not heard anything on possible rates for the Bolivar yet.

Member: Is it possible that they are saying the dinar will float but that is disinfo? Could they just totally RV instead of float?

Member: At this point I think anything is possible.

MZ: It absolutely could be. That there is movement is the exciting part!

MZ: “Huge: Missing and Growing “ $65 trillion in dollar debt sparks concern”

MZ: “FX swap debt a $80 Trillion dollar “blind spot” global regulator says “  Global regulators looked and connot find $80 trillion in US dollars…..its out there somewhere. It’s almost like the whole world woke up today on Dec 5th and realized the money is not there.  It doesn’t exist…they make it up out of thin air. We are absolutely getting close to the implosion.

MZ: “Analysis: Saudi prince seeks Mideast leadership independence with Xi’s visit”  Saudi Arabia has made it very vocal they want to cut the apron strings from the west and join the world and the fasted growing block (BRICS) The US is going to have to make some massive changes if they want to stay at a prominent level in the world.  

Member: Mark, is the fact Iraq going down to 1160 the start of NEER? OR should we wait it out?

Member: (From Dinar Guru)  Walkingstick    [via Frank26]   [Walkingstick's Iraqi Bank partner/friend update]   BANK FRIEND:  It is no secret to any Iraqi citizen at all.  Any Iraqi citizen can come into our banks in Iraq or when we open our private banks and they will be able to see the training of the tellers...they see the new counting and sorting machines we have on our counters.  They know they are not for the dinar they are using right now.  It is for a currency that is new...they know the new ATM machines inside our banks and in the streets are still offline.  It is not secret.

MZ: I have not seen it in person , but was told you can look at the dispensing slot and tell it will not fit some of their old bills.

Member: a question cause I am new at RV and confused. When Mark says he thinks the dong will be around 2.25 does he mean that for every dong you get $2.25 American dollars?

Member: Bet bondholders are still broke

Member: but with a smile on their face as they know what is coming.

MZ: there really was great news coming out of Iraq over the weekend. Really solid , fun stuff.

Member: Nader had some news this morning

Member: Nadar said the exchange rate has been made but it will be slow

Member: Nader just said exchange rate has been given the green light and will go back to 'old' rate, whatever that was.

Member: if it’s an Re-instatement- the old rate was $3.22 or so.

MZ: I think its economic brilliance coming out of Iraq. A measured approach so they can soak yet more dinar off the streets before their bigger revaluation. I am very excited about it. They are going to allow the market to set the rate each day….

MZ: We need to pay close attention to this. This is the news we needed.  We are off “stuck” and now moving.

MZ:  You saw Nader. He said Iraq is changing the rate. Improving the dinar and reducing the dollar. Please go watch the video from him….support his channel. He gives us what the people are seeing and not what gurus are telling us.

MZ: From Iraq…..we have a rate. We do not have a fixed rate…we literally have a floating rate now. And based on the market at the end of each day now. This is enormous news. You should be like jumping out of your boots over this one.

MZ: This is a analysis from a number of contacts….What it looks like they are going to do is give us 1160 …this is about a 20% increase in the value of your dinar. Then at the end of each market day they will readjust according to the spread in the market…..They tell us this in articles.

MZ: “Government official: Dollar exchange rate will fall and its impact in a week”  I am being told it is looking to start the float   around 1160+ ….and the rate will be looked at each day. This is massive progress coming out of Iraq.

MZ: This makes sense as to whats best for the Iraqi people. This is a slow grind to the top and I am told it will not affect our contract rate as it is based on the “Oil for Dinar” contracts. So even if the rate takes awhile to get to where we want it….it has now started. They have now announced that it has started. There is no more “Waiting for this to go” We can log in daily starting this week and see the new rates. Most likely starting sometime tomorrow. Expect the float to go fast. I am very excited about the news out of Iraq.

​ Member: I hear our federal bank reps will be in Iraq Wed. and Thursday this week

MZ: I wonder what for?  Lol

Member: What does that mean for us and starting appointments?

MZ: We do not know yet. They could do it quickly or watch it for a few weeks. I do not yet have an update from redemption centers today. They did not work over the weekend.

MZ: The rate was 1460…..it is now 1168 or so….that means we have gained 20% or so in value right out of the gate.

Member: $1.00 = 1160 when it’s 1 to 1 it’s $1160.00 for 1160 Dinar or 1160 Dinar will equal $1160.00 us

Member: Simplification == Iraq dinar is increasing in Value And, the US dollar is decreasing in Value!

Member: I am holding off until the rate is at least 1 to 1…..hope it doesn’t take very long.

Member: Great news Mark!! Where do you suggest we check the market rates daily (for free), besides you.

MZ: Go to Forex or the easiest place is the CBI. This will be a interesting week to watch play out.

MZ: Iraq wants the dinar to be internationally recognized. So anyone that says we can only exchange in Iraq is BS.  This will be internationally recognized and visible on forex. In any country you should be able to exchange it. When it is time they want you in the banks…..you are not going to miss it.

MZ: Make sure to be signed up at Recaps or Chronicles and all the dinar news aggregating sites…..They will all be singing this news from the mountaintops. You will have no problems knowing what to do and where to go.

Member: will the notifications from Dinar Recaps come as a separate e-mail or enclosed in the Recaps newsletter??

Member: Maybe both????

Member: So its possible we could go to the banks this week?

MZ: it could be. We will have to wait and see. If the float rate kicks in Tues or Wed…we could see that rate start to run…..very quickly.

Member: So VND should also go at the same time?

MZ: Yes is should.

Member: throughout history money has been revalued over and over again it happens about twice every century sometimes more. anyone who thinks that there's never been a revaluation has been living under a rock

Member: Still hoping we have the QFS to exchange into along with the USN’s…..maybe this is the week we see that as well.

Member: What about bond folks?

MZ: I have some contacts in Europe and Hong Kong waiting on liquidity sometime today. TableTop deals are still occurring in the US. I am waiting for confirmations in the rest of the world.

Member: Does anyone know if we will get the rates before we RV or at the time?

Member: If they publish the rate before the RV, then everyone will snatch up the dinar very fast. I don't think they want that to happen.

Member: IMO Iraq is going alone with this float. and no you will not know RV CONTRACT  rates till you go to the bank.

Member: We are so very close. Im praying at least Iraq hits $1.60 NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate)  before Christmas.

Member: It may float a bit then  probably RI at $3.22 and immediately RV after that. But that is in Iraq. The "Oil for Dinar" program rate will be higher at redemption centers.

Member: Iraq's seated government budget report out on 9th. rate posted before that is the rumor

Member: The good news is clearly it's going to happen very soon.

Member: Happy weekend everybody! Can you believe this is the first weekend of December already?! We sure have been through a lot this year, but look at us… We’re still standing.

Member: Good Morning Everyone!!! I hope you all are having an amazing holiday season!!

Member: It would be more amazing if we have the RV

Member: IMO- RV has already started, just waiting for our turn.

Member: Iraqi govt complete….they sat the last 2 ministers today.

Member: That is good news out of the sand box

​ MZ: Great news out of the sandbox. Now we just need "the" news we are looking for.

MZ: The Iraqi cabinet is nearly completely sat now. 2 key seatings have just occurred. It appears the entire cabinet will be done before the sun sets today.

MZ: There is a lot of speculation out there that we should then see our RV within a few days of the completion of this cabinet. At least that is the chatter.

MZ: I do believe the CBI had been waiting to make sure the government of Iraq has their ducks in a row before they change that rate. The CBI is firmly in charge of changing the rate in Iraq. So to me the news is pretty exciting coming out of Iraq.  We are seeing it all come together.

MZ: other than that it’s been pretty quiet. Redemption Center staff have not been called in today. So I am not looking for a big announcement today…..at this point.

Member: Get ready for Iraq to go on forex. Alone.

Member: Yes Iraq can go independently and first

Member: Even if Iraq goes alone…..even if its 1 to 1 and floats…….it would sure help most of us get breathing space while we wait for the entire GCR to go. So just “DO IT”

Member: Is NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) rate possible)$1.60) …….or full RV?  ($3+)

MZ: The Neer rate is always possible…..But, I am looking for the full RV. or a reinstatement rate.

Member: ‘you mentioned a reinstatement rate? What is it?

MZ: The reinstatement rate would be around $3.20 something.. …..unless they factor in inflation would make it considerably higher

Member: When they devaued it - the rate was $3.22 I believe .

MZ: Normally when they reinstate a rate from the past…..and you can look this up throughout history…..normally the correct the rate accounting for inflation …so I look for the rate to be higher than that.  

Member: Considering what is happening to the dollar, I wonder how will that affect the petro dollar and our contract rate with Dinar?????

Member: There is a rumor that Zimbabwe have forfeited their obligation with the Chinese Elders and will no longer be exchanged???

MZ: None of my contacts in banking and redemption centers have heard that rumor . They firmly believe it is still going to be exchanged…..and they are key players in this. I believe that is misinformation.

Member:  if Iraq changes their rate today then go exchange some dinar on Monday…imo

Member: ​I'm ready to go to the bank Monday!! Come on Iraq.

Member: Just hoping we get a good rate on the dinar….

Member: Kuwait’s Dinar is worth $3.26 US and Iraq is a much wealthier nation…so rate should be higher.

Member: I'd take the Dong at even a dollar if it would just go!!

MZ: So would I ….I’m ready to be on the other side of this journey.

Member: Remember when we thought the Dinar was going to be .86 and the Dong .05? We were so excited then!!!

MZ: I still believe the dong will come out at the $2-$2.25 range. Contacts say it may be closer to $3.50 or so……but I still expect $2-$2.25.

Member: My bank is doing an unscheduled update today . Hmmmm

Member: It’s getting harder for a lot of people. I pray for all of this to happen soon for everyone.

Member: Feels like news is coming out fast now hope RV is before Christmas

Member: Lynette Zang says silver will increase soon. Get ready for gold backed currency.

Member: BIS Jan 1st deadline for gold as 1st tier asset and banks to comply. RV deadline?

Member: or RV Backwall????

Member:  Warren Buffet said the dinar is a good long term investment.

MZ: Good point. Waren Buffet put millions into the Iraqi Dinar . Many if the greatest financial minds have invested in the Iraqi dinar. The revaluation is a “when” not an “if” .You can doubt the timing….but, do not doubt it will be very lucrative at some point.

Member: Hopefully this is the last pre-RV call with Mr. C……

MZ: its exceptionally quiet fight now on the RV front….even out of Iraq…There is nothing negative. Everyone is still very upbeat.  They are still excited in Europe and Asia for the 5th.

Member: The breath before the big dive or the calm before the storm??

Member: So it’s quiet again? Seriously? What will it take for them to release this thing???

MZ: It could be at anytime…..we do not know the timing…..it is event driven.  We are expecting the market crash at any time.

MZ: There is some interesting world economic news……hopefully gives us clues as to where we are at.

MZ: This is from the bank of England. “ CP16/22 Implementation of the Basel 3.1 standards: Currency Redenomination. “  specifically in this article they cover in depth the turning of the Euro back into native currencies.  This is important as they are talking about Basel 3.1 and how currency redenomination would work for the Bank of England. But it is also for other countries in Europe.

MZ: This points to other countries going back to their sovereighn currencies. I find the timing of this one to be very interesting.

Member: I heard when the Euro is gone and we see the Greek Drachma, the German Mark, The British pound ect….return……the reset is here……..

Member: The 'events' are lining up, for sure.

Member: There is still the possibility that Iraq goes first and alone if the GCR keeps dragging its feet.

Member: I pray they do……it will light a fire under the rest of the world to get the GCR done!!!

Member: Should we take all currencies to exchange apt?

Member: Make this easy on yourselves, take all your currency with you to appointment, they will redeem what they can, the rest will be redeemable later.

Member: There is talk about Viet Nam and Venezuela joining BRICS! Should be very good for their currencies, IMHO

Member: Hope we can join the BRICS new financial system if the US keeps kicking the can.

Member:  do I believe it will happen - Yes, and now I'm watching How it happens. its exciting. I'm NOT going up and down -- observation mode

MZ: Also “Pending US home sales drop 37% in the largest decline on record”  This is the sharpest decline in the history of the United States. This is important because it is a leading economic indicator . Leading indicators point to something ugly coming.

Member:  well did anyone hear Bruce on the big call audio? the fence post has been moved again, now to Sunday maybe Monday.

Member: Guess that lines up with Mark’s bond contacts expecting funding on Monday.

Member: I was just wondering when the backing of the gold and silver to the United States money is going to be released

Member: Bruce said it happened on Thanksgiving……..hope hes right

Member: Why are central banks piling up the gold faster than past 55 years?b BASEL 3? ISO 20022. CBDC's on XRPL. XRP is Gold backed …stablecoin needed by banks….. XLM is Silver backed ….stablecoin for the folks.

Member: I have a Question that im trying to wrap my head around. The RV and political stuff are tied. We seem so close to RV but really far from political event... Thoughts?

Member:  Well with Nesara/Gesara we hear all governments around the world have to go away and new elections with 120 days…... guess we will see.
