Member: Good evening everyone! Hope all had a good day.

Member: Hoping Mark has an update on the dinar tonight

Member: I am very excited about todays news……..

MZ: “Parliamentary : Discussions and Dialogues to review the dollar exchange rate” This came out today- late in the banking day for them. They are wanting more dinar per dollar. Very positive things coming out of Iraq today.

MZ: The big talk today was “What is that rate going to be?” We do not know 100% for certain. All we know is it’s about to change.

Member: I think it will start as a trickle and turn into a flood!!!

MZ: I agree that this trickle will soon turn into a flood.

Member: Hi Markz it exciting to know we finally have something to get excited about

MZ: it was fairly quiet this afternoon….we have not seen any change in rates ….yet. But, If Iraq comes out at a float…then all bets are off. I am still being told to expect the contract rate and a full RV.

MZ: The latest rates we heard were as high as $4.80-$4.81 as a street rate……higher for those in the oil for Dinar program. Consider this all a rumor. Nobody knows until we get there…

Member and then of course if they float…….it may take a few days or so to get to 1 to 1 rate……then I bet it really shoots up.

MZ: I am being pressured to stop talking rates….so will do that soon. That day is coming and coming quickly. But for now…..still hearing about $2-$2.25 for the Vietnamese dong…..bankers still think I am a dollar or two low…..I hope they are right and I am wrong.

MZ: Still hearing about $1.47 for Indonisian Rupiah.

MZ: Still hearing $30-$50 million per each 100T Zim bond note. I have people very involved in the Zim exchange who have assured me this is a great one to have. That is why I bought some.

MZ: I have not heard anything on possible rates for the Bolivar yet.

Member: Is it possible that they are saying the dinar will float but that is disinfo? Could they just totally RV instead of float?

Member: At this point I think anything is possible.

MZ: It absolutely could be. That there is movement is the exciting part!

MZ: “Huge: Missing and Growing “ $65 trillion in dollar debt sparks concern”

MZ: “FX swap debt a $80 Trillion dollar “blind spot” global regulator says “  Global regulators looked and connot find $80 trillion in US dollars…..its out there somewhere. It’s almost like the whole world woke up today on Dec 5th and realized the money is not there.  It doesn’t exist…they make it up out of thin air. We are absolutely getting close to the implosion.

MZ: “Analysis: Saudi prince seeks Mideast leadership independence with Xi’s visit”  Saudi Arabia has made it very vocal they want to cut the apron strings from the west and join the world and the fasted growing block (BRICS) The US is going to have to make some massive changes if they want to stay at a prominent level in the world.  

Member: Mark, is the fact Iraq going down to 1160 the start of NEER? OR should we wait it out?

Member: I believe the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange rate) rate is $1.60 US for each dinar……

Member: Could the Dong be a sleeper?  that will be biggly yuge

Member: I think the bolivar will be the sleeper

Member: I’m betting the Zim is the biggest sleeper.

Member: Knowing what happens with your money at the RV exchange is a mystery to me where the Money is held and secure .

Member: The money is like in a bank but its qfs and somewhere there is gold backing your money..imo

Member: with all the news coming out its obvious this is a when not an if..

Member: What’s your best guess for RV mark?

MZ: I am praying by 12-12 we have some kind of culmination of this event.

Member: (From Dinar Guru)  Walkingstick    [via Frank26]   [Walkingstick's Iraqi Bank partner/friend update]   BANK FRIEND:  It is no secret to any Iraqi citizen at all.  Any Iraqi citizen can come into our banks in Iraq or when we open our private banks and they will be able to see the training of the tellers...they see the new counting and sorting machines we have on our counters.  They know they are not for the dinar they are using right now.  It is for a currency that is new...they know the new ATM machines inside our banks and in the streets are still offline.  It is not secret.

MZ: I have not seen it in person , but was told you can look at the dispensing slot and tell it will not fit some of their old bills.

Member: a question cause I am new at RV and confused. When Mark says he thinks the dong will be around 2.25 does he mean that for every dong you get $2.25 American dollars?

Member: Yes…..thats exactly right

Member: Another Monday morning….another week of RV possibilities.

Member: Bet bondholders are still broke

Member: but with a smile on their face as they know what is coming.

MZ: there really was great news coming out of Iraq over the weekend. Really solid , fun stuff.

Member: Nader had some news this morning

Member: Nadar said the exchange rate has been made but it will be slow

Member: Nader just said exchange rate has been given the green light and will go back to 'old' rate, whatever that was.

Member: if it’s an Re-instatement- the old rate was $3.22 or so.

MZ: I think its economic brilliance coming out of Iraq. A measured approach so they can soak yet more dinar off the streets before their bigger revaluation. I am very excited about it. They are going to allow the market to set the rate each day….

MZ: We need to pay close attention to this. This is the news we needed.  We are off “stuck” and now moving.

MZ:  You saw Nader. He said Iraq is changing the rate. Improving the dinar and reducing the dollar. Please go watch the video from him….support his channel. He gives us what the people are seeing and not what gurus are telling us.

MZ: From Iraq…..we have a rate. We do not have a fixed rate…we literally have a floating rate now. And based on the market at the end of each day now. This is enormous news. You should be like jumping out of your boots over this one.

MZ: This is a analysis from a number of contacts….What it looks like they are going to do is give us 1160 …this is about a 20% increase in the value of your dinar. Then at the end of each market day they will readjust according to the spread in the market…..They tell us this in articles.

MZ: “Government official: Dollar exchange rate will fall and its impact in a week”  I am being told it is looking to start the float   around 1160+ ….and the rate will be looked at each day. This is massive progress coming out of Iraq.

MZ: This makes sense as to whats best for the Iraqi people. This is a slow grind to the top and I am told it will not affect our contract rate as it is based on the “Oil for Dinar” contracts. So even if the rate takes awhile to get to where we want it….it has now started. They have now announced that it has started. There is no more “Waiting for this to go” We can log in daily starting this week and see the new rates. Most likely starting sometime tomorrow. Expect the float to go fast. I am very excited about the news out of Iraq.

​ Member: I hear our federal bank reps will be in Iraq Wed. and Thursday this week

MZ: I wonder what for?  Lol

Member: What does that mean for us and starting appointments?

MZ: We do not know yet. They could do it quickly or watch it for a few weeks. I do not yet have an update from redemption centers today. They did not work over the weekend.

MZ: The rate was 1460…..it is now 1168 or so….that means we have gained 20% or so in value right out of the gate.

Member: $1.00 = 1160 when it’s 1 to 1 it’s $1160.00 for 1160 Dinar or 1160 Dinar will equal $1160.00 us

Member: Simplification == Iraq dinar is increasing in Value And, the US dollar is decreasing in Value!

Member: I am holding off until the rate is at least 1 to 1…..hope it doesn’t take very long.

Member: Great news Mark!! Where do you suggest we check the market rates daily (for free), besides you.

MZ: Go to Forex or the easiest place is the CBI. This will be a interesting week to watch play out.

MZ: Iraq wants the dinar to be internationally recognized. So anyone that says we can only exchange in Iraq is BS.  This will be internationally recognized and visible on forex. In any country you should be able to exchange it. When it is time they want you in the banks…..you are not going to miss it.

MZ: Make sure to be signed up at Recaps or Chronicles and all the dinar news aggregating sites…..They will all be singing this news from the mountaintops. You will have no problems knowing what to do and where to go.

Member: will the notifications from Dinar Recaps come as a separate e-mail or enclosed in the Recaps newsletter??

Member: Maybe both????

Member: So its possible we could go to the banks this week?

MZ: it could be. We will have to wait and see. If the float rate kicks in Tues or Wed…we could see that rate start to run…..very quickly.

Member: So VND should also go at the same time?

MZ: Yes is should.

Member: throughout history money has been revalued over and over again it happens about twice every century sometimes more. anyone who thinks that there's never been a revaluation has been living under a rock

Member: Still hoping we have the QFS to exchange into along with the USN’s…..maybe this is the week we see that as well.

Member: What about bond folks?

MZ: I have some contacts in Europe and Hong Kong waiting on liquidity sometime today. TableTop deals are still occurring in the US. I am waiting for confirmations in the rest of the world.

Member: Does anyone know if we will get the rates before we RV or at the time?

Member: If they publish the rate before the RV, then everyone will snatch up the dinar very fast. I don't think they want that to happen.

Member: IMO Iraq is going alone with this float. and no you will not know RV CONTRACT  rates till you go to the bank.

Member: We are so very close. Im praying at least Iraq hits $1.60 NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate)  before Christmas.

Member: It may float a bit then  probably RI at $3.22 and immediately RV after that. But that is in Iraq. The "Oil for Dinar" program rate will be higher at redemption centers.

Member: Iraq's seated government budget report out on 9th. rate posted before that is the rumor

Member: The good news is clearly it's going to happen very soon.

Member: Its now Dow down over -350

Member: Happy weekend everybody! Can you believe this is the first weekend of December already?! We sure have been through a lot this year, but look at us… We’re still standing.

Member: Good Morning Everyone!!! I hope you all are having an amazing holiday season!!

Member: It would be more amazing if we have the RV

Member: IMO- RV has already started, just waiting for our turn.

Member: Iraqi govt complete….they sat the last 2 ministers today.

Member: That is good news out of the sand box

​ MZ: Great news out of the sandbox. Now we just need "the" news we are looking for.

MZ: The Iraqi cabinet is nearly completely sat now. 2 key seatings have just occurred. It appears the entire cabinet will be done before the sun sets today.

MZ: There is a lot of speculation out there that we should then see our RV within a few days of the completion of this cabinet. At least that is the chatter.

MZ: I do believe the CBI had been waiting to make sure the government of Iraq has their ducks in a row before they change that rate. The CBI is firmly in charge of changing the rate in Iraq. So to me the news is pretty exciting coming out of Iraq.  We are seeing it all come together.

MZ: other than that it’s been pretty quiet. Redemption Center staff have not been called in today. So I am not looking for a big announcement today…..at this point.

Member: Get ready for Iraq to go on forex. Alone.

Member: Yes Iraq can go independently and first

Member: Even if Iraq goes alone…..even if its 1 to 1 and floats…….it would sure help most of us get breathing space while we wait for the entire GCR to go. So just “DO IT”

Member: Is NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) rate possible)$1.60) …….or full RV?  ($3+)

MZ: The Neer rate is always possible…..But, I am looking for the full RV. or a reinstatement rate.

Member: ‘you mentioned a reinstatement rate? What is it?

MZ: The reinstatement rate would be around $3.20 something.. …..unless they factor in inflation would make it considerably higher

Member: When they devaued it - the rate was $3.22 I believe .

MZ: Normally when they reinstate a rate from the past…..and you can look this up throughout history…..normally the correct the rate accounting for inflation …so I look for the rate to be higher than that.  

Member: Considering what is happening to the dollar, I wonder how will that affect the petro dollar and our contract rate with Dinar?????

Member: There is a rumor that Zimbabwe have forfeited their obligation with the Chinese Elders and will no longer be exchanged???

MZ: None of my contacts in banking and redemption centers have heard that rumor . They firmly believe it is still going to be exchanged…..and they are key players in this. I believe that is misinformation.

Member:  if Iraq changes their rate today then go exchange some dinar on Monday…imo

Member: ​I'm ready to go to the bank Monday!! Come on Iraq.

Member: Just hoping we get a good rate on the dinar….

Member: Kuwait’s Dinar is worth $3.26 US and Iraq is a much wealthier nation…so rate should be higher.

Member: I'd take the Dong at even a dollar if it would just go!!

MZ: So would I ….I’m ready to be on the other side of this journey.

Member: Remember when we thought the Dinar was going to be .86 and the Dong .05? We were so excited then!!!

MZ: I still believe the dong will come out at the $2-$2.25 range. Contacts say it may be closer to $3.50 or so……but I still expect $2-$2.25.

Member: My bank is doing an unscheduled update today . Hmmmm

Member: It’s getting harder for a lot of people. I pray for all of this to happen soon for everyone.

Member: Feels like news is coming out fast now hope RV is before Christmas

Member: Lynette Zang says silver will increase soon. Get ready for gold backed currency.

Member: BIS Jan 1st deadline for gold as 1st tier asset and banks to comply. RV deadline?

Member: or RV Backwall????

Member:  Warren Buffet said the dinar is a good long term investment.

MZ: Good point. Waren Buffet put millions into the Iraqi Dinar . Many if the greatest financial minds have invested in the Iraqi dinar. The revaluation is a “when” not an “if” .You can doubt the timing….but, do not doubt it will be very lucrative at some point.

Member: Good morning early birds

Member: Hopefully this is the last pre-RV call with Mr. C……

MZ: its exceptionally quiet fight now on the RV front….even out of Iraq…There is nothing negative. Everyone is still very upbeat.  They are still excited in Europe and Asia for the 5th.

Member: The breath before the big dive or the calm before the storm??

Member: So it’s quiet again? Seriously? What will it take for them to release this thing???

MZ: It could be at anytime…..we do not know the timing…..it is event driven.  We are expecting the market crash at any time.

MZ: There is some interesting world economic news……hopefully gives us clues as to where we are at.

MZ: This is from the bank of England. “ CP16/22 Implementation of the Basel 3.1 standards: Currency Redenomination. “  specifically in this article they cover in depth the turning of the Euro back into native currencies.  This is important as they are talking about Basel 3.1 and how currency redenomination would work for the Bank of England. But it is also for other countries in Europe.

MZ: This points to other countries going back to their sovereighn currencies. I find the timing of this one to be very interesting.

Member: I heard when the Euro is gone and we see the Greek Drachma, the German Mark, The British pound ect….return……the reset is here……..

Member: The 'events' are lining up, for sure.

Member: There is still the possibility that Iraq goes first and alone if the GCR keeps dragging its feet.

Member: I pray they do……it will light a fire under the rest of the world to get the GCR done!!!

Member: Should we take all currencies to exchange apt?

Member: Make this easy on yourselves, take all your currency with you to appointment, they will redeem what they can, the rest will be redeemable later.

Member: There is talk about Viet Nam and Venezuela joining BRICS! Should be very good for their currencies, IMHO

Member: Hope we can join the BRICS new financial system if the US keeps kicking the can.

Member:  do I believe it will happen - Yes, and now I'm watching How it happens. its exciting. I'm NOT going up and down -- observation mode

MZ: Also “Pending US home sales drop 37% in the largest decline on record”  This is the sharpest decline in the history of the United States. This is important because it is a leading economic indicator . Leading indicators point to something ugly coming.

Member:  well did anyone hear Bruce on the big call audio? the fence post has been moved again, now to Sunday maybe Monday.

Member: Guess that lines up with Mark’s bond contacts expecting funding on Monday.

Member: I was just wondering when the backing of the gold and silver to the United States money is going to be released

Member: Bruce said it happened on Thanksgiving……..hope hes right

Member: Why are central banks piling up the gold faster than past 55 years?b BASEL 3? ISO 20022. CBDC's on XRPL. XRP is Gold backed …stablecoin needed by banks….. XLM is Silver backed ….stablecoin for the folks.

Member: I have a Question that im trying to wrap my head around. The RV and political stuff are tied. We seem so close to RV but really far from political event... Thoughts?

Member:  Well with Nesara/Gesara we hear all governments around the world have to go away and new elections with 120 days…... guess we will see.   

Member:  I'm had more than enough Nothing Burgers... Mark I appreciate you and all the news that you share and know that you may be tired of Nothing Burgers as well?

Member: I think all intel providers are tired of this wait. I would like to thank them for all they do to keep us hanging in there until we exchange.

Member: Good evening everyone…..quiet day for intel today. Hope Mark has some news.

MZ: No RV news today. But lots of world news setting the stage for our reset.  

MZ: in Iraq: “Parliament announces the agenda for the next Saturday session (completion of the ministerial cabinet) “ This is 2 days from now. Some people think this is important and that the CBI wants to see this government properly sat and all squared away before they change the value of the dinar.

MZ: I still think it is solely within the CBI’s powers….but this is an important article based on what I hear out of Iraq…that the CBI wants to make certain that the government is truly secure

MZ: this one was interesting today “Rasheed bank announces the suspension of granting credit of all kinds” This is making loans and advances on paychecks….they are suspending loaning money for the foreseeable future. .

MZ: Could it be if they are expecting Nesara/Gesara…then all the loans right now would be wiped off the books?  Could that possibly be it?  I’m not certain but it would make a lot of sense to me why they are doing this right now.

MZ: I have had many folks tell me that banks have been denying credit…not all…but some folks…..could it be the banks realize they will be holding the bag on those loans? Very interesting..

MZ: “Global yield curve inverts in signal a recession is brewing” I was told by one of the key players in this event to watch for the inverted bond market. This is a key sign that this thing is getting ready to happen.

MZ: This is why I have that gold picture on tonight “ HSBC will have to share custody with JPMorgan on $52 Billion in gold bars”  

MemberI don’t understand why we have to have a market crash to RV. It’s supposed to be “secret,” hence the NDA.

Member: we do not need the market to crash for RV or Nesara. The market crash would hasten the process up.

Member: As children always ask, on a car trip: ARE WE THERE YET???,

Member: gm everybody. anybody else a little salty we woke to no notifications?

Member: Salty as the sea……but, the day is just beginning.

MZ: “The Kurdistan region proves its share of next years budget. How much?”  14 % of the budget is going to Kurdistan . This is huge. This is the first time since we have been watching this that they have agreed to HCL/140 . We were told this was key before they announced the rate according to my contacts over there. CBI have been waiting for this I was told…..In print they have agreed to the oil and gas law. All money will get shared as it is supposed to get shared.

Member: So HCL 140 is the hydrocarbon law that shares oil and gas profits with all Iraqi citizens …..very cool…..Kuwait does this as well.

Member: When does iraq’s fiscal year start?

Member: I believe it starts Jan 1st……may be a good time for the new rate to kick in.

Member: Mark, did u hear today is to be a pivotal day? Many seem to think it will be.

MZ: I am still hearing Dec 5th is the day from my bond contacts in Europe and Asia. That is when they expect processing in mass for their bonds to begin…….

MZ: There is still very positive chatter coming out of Reno and Zurich, Miami, Hong Kong and Miami. But nothing specific on timing other than the bond folks.

MZ: Other chatter is a bunch of contacts swear we should get announcements at some point today….. I think that is premature. I hope I am wrong.

MZ: What you need to focus on is things are moving……Redemption center contacts which also work in wealth management are just working and waiting like us.

Member: Why do you think its premature?

MZ: Because I have not seen enough of the bonds move. And I havn’t seen farm claims, CMKX, PP’s, F&P’s and things like that. I think we would see these things start to go within hours of us…..So if we were to get notifications this afternoon…..we should have already have heard from contacts about these things starting . So I think today is a little premature.

Member: if they do a shotgun start….maybe it will all start at once…..hoping, praying and wishing.

MZ: “EAEU looks to establish a common payment system with BRICS”  Eurasian economic union . This would compete with and kick the teeth in on the WEF (World economic forum) Great reset. This is our safety valve. I am excited to watch our safety valve to roll into position. This tells me we will win in the end.

MZ: “Indonisia’s Central Bank to launch digital currency in rupiah. “ I am being told this is one of the good central currencies.

MZ: “Brazil launches law to legalize crypto as a payment method”  Why do I highlight these? These are the countries that joined BRICS and they are making every provision to embrace blockchain technology that is very different from central bank digital currencies…CBDC’s. It’s like comparing an apple to a watermelon.

MZ: Central banks want a digital dollar similar to what they have now….fiat. and they don’t want physical dollars anymore. They want to control you .

Member: BRICS countries are all asset backed already I have heard….including their new digital currencies.

Member: The BRICS backup plan is firmly in place now that represents over half the GDP of the world and that is without Venezuela and other countries like Turkey and Iraq who want to join them . The globalists back is up against the wall…they are dead and just don’t know it yet…....imo. I believe 70-80% of the worlds energy supplies are about to be controlled by BRICS nations……

Member: Mark is the deep state crapping BRICS…lol?

MZ: absolutely. The fiat crash could happen at anytime…..imo. .

Member: What is BRICS?

Member: BRICS is an acronym for five leading emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.

Member: Question Mark, have you been hearing the same things about Dubai 1 and 2 that Judy has reported?

MZ: I don’t know what Judy said but there has been a lot of chatter from mid eastern contacts about the “pending” release of Dubai 1 and 2. I do not believe it has released yet though, based on what I am hearing and seeing.

Member: QUESTION… what are Dubai 1 and Dubai 2 that Simon Parkes talked about? Good Morning All!

Member: Huge pots of funding for the reset……..along with the St. Germaine trust and Rodriguez trusts….

Member: I hear with the reset all countries currencies will be eventually be 1 to 1

Member: its all going 1:1 after the Quantum System is implemented

Member: Has anyone else noticed a change in bank business hours? I looked up Wells Fargo yesterday and most of them are open 3 days during the week for 24 hrs

Member: Dallas was on PPN yesterday and he said the oldest Indian tribe is getting paid off today! Fines and penalties.

Member: Bruce had a lot of high hopes for this week, A lot of interesting things to say, I know we've heard most of this so many times, Don't lose faith Prayers will be answered

Member: IMO at this point,'seeing is believing' the stuff happening in secret has been long enough. bring it out, take it down and FINISH this mess

Member: I heard QFS starts AFTER Basel IV. In which it doesn't start until Jan 1, 2023.

Member: It would be such a blessing to receive the RV before Christmas! Do you think we will?

MZ: I am continuing to hear more confirmations from the European bond side and now the Asian side now. 4 difrernt sources in Europe are expecting their bonds to start moving on Dec. 5th….and this afternoon I got a couple confirmations that Asia is hearing the same thing…….this does not mean we will be waiting until then.

Member: Greatest of Wednesday morning blessings Z-Family!!

Member: Happy hump day. Sure would be nice to get some exchange in by Christmas.

Member: Hearing that tomorrow could be our big day!!!

MZ: We are getting some really fun news right now….now we will see if it really happens.

MZ: News out of Iraq is all about the budget, the timing and what’s in the budget….”Parliamentary finance expects the size of the 2023 budget and its deficit percentage”  and “Al Salhi announces the date of raising the budget to the House of Representatives and voting on it.” They are going to present it next Tuesday.

MZ: I am told they could also vote for it as early as next Tuesday. It is not as important because the CBI is who raises the value….But, I believe the CBI is watching this progress closely. They need to know that the government is working together.

Member: And the GOI may need that new rate to pass the budget?  So possibly we will see that before Tuesday?

MZ: They don’t need to know the rate to pass the budget. The budget is based on US dollars and can be adjusted at anytime. They have a measuring stick to do the budget but yes…it would be helpful to know the new rate of the dinar……but not necessary. They have mechanisms built into the budget for those changes.

Member: A December to Remember

MZ: And on to some of the other rumors we are hearing. There are a tremendous amount of rumors going around about possible announcements this afternoon. This may be premature….but there is a lot of chatter about today…….

MZ: We have bond people in Europe ….4 different ones checked in and they are hearing they may get to join the folks in Miami and other counterparts around the world to start processing their bonds en masse starting Dec. 5th.

MZ: This does not mean we are waiting until then. But this does give us another indicator that we are close to the finish line…..I am hearing this from a number of sources that do not know each other. So Dec 5th is important on the bond side in Europe. .

​Member: Bruce expects from his sources that we SHOULD get our emails Thursday morning

Member: Yes, 139 cities and an hour later rest of U.S.

Member: Really hoping this is true.

Member: ​Possible EAS today..

Member: Hey Mark, I got word yesterday from a friend who works at a bank that the new currency is in the banks

Member: Will the chaos in China delay the RV?

MZ: I believe the chaos would speed things up …..there are mass uprisings in China…..Columbia, Iran, and others…

MZ: Some other world news: “Iraq and Iran agree to tighten border security due to unrest”….this could be a cover story to shut down the financial borders in Iraq.  Just imo…..

Member: I think Kuwait did that before they RV’d

MZ: This one is a big piece of our puzzle. “ RBC to buy HSBC for $13.5 billion in largest domestic banking deal ever” This is the Royal Bank of Canada buying  HSBC Canadian operations.  … I have been told that Scotia and RBC are the 2 banks to go to in Canada for this reset. I find this timing very interesting

Member: A Wonderfully Great Golden Evening MarkZ, Mods And Everyone In The Room

MZ: It is extremely quiet today on the RV front. I did hear some chatter about tomorrow evening from other group leaders. One of them has a meeting at 7 in Reno.

Member: We are hoping that something happens tomorrow night into Thursday morning where you said almost everyone from the redemption centers said RV will happen .

Member: Mark, you had said that bond had started paying out. Is that still the case?

MZ: Yes. It has not been done as quickly as I expected. Most of the bond deals I know of came out of the Miami area.

MZ: in world news “ India: Banks to discuss international trade settlements in rupees” There has been a lot of announcements out of India today including expected trade amounts with Australia and other trading partners.   

MZ: India is very much on the BRICS bandwagon. Many experts think India…not the US or China to be the next economic powerhouse in the next 30-40-years

MZ” Also Turkey is looking to join BRICS and leave NATO. They may be days away from announcing that they are leaving NATO. They need to do what is best for their own countries .

Member: The exchange centers are not known at this time. You will call for your appointment and they will give you a location that is near you. They go by the zip code you give them. Dont worry.

Member: Does EBS need to occur before RV & Nesara?

Member: I think the EBS need to occur for arrests and the reset and if the market crashes. ……can’t come soon enough.

Member: If you focus on the positive, every day is a great day !!

Member: I find Mark's picture today interesting. Yesterday's picture they were seated at the table working things out. Today's pictures looks like they have finished.

Member: Is this is our week Mark?

MZ: Nobody knows “when” but we know its close and have some great signs and some great back and forth from some folks. Most of it this morning on what to expect and where to believe we are at…..had a talk with Miss Sheila (CMKX and currency contact) …..

MZ:  “KRG delegation in Baghdad to resolve outstanding issues”  Why am I harping on this again? This is the Kurdistan regional government. Why is article140 important ? Sheila reminded of this.

MZ: A number of folks that are very plugged in were very excited after last night. I got hit by calls and texts last night…..We were told years ago that when we saw 140 pass it would be very close to seeing the revaluation f the Iraqi dinar.

Member: What is article 140

Member: I believe it’s a bill giving all citizens of Iraq monthly proceeds from oil sales…..men , women and children. Kuwait does this….Alaska does this…..all Alaskans get a yearly check from oil companies. 

MZ: Article 140 addresses sharing money with individual Iraqi citizens …of course this is oil and gas revenues for the Kurdish region as well. This was an enormous missing piece that got filled last night. I was reminded of this by  folks last night that are way up the chain on this that are connected to bankers, attorneys and paymasters…..They are very excited. 

MZ: The passing of article 140 is huge…..and a big part of the excitement today.

Member: Everyone is talking  about the Hydrocarbon Laws  or article 140 and sharing of oil revenues with Iraqi citizens right now. Frank26 talked about this last night as well.

Mod: PASSING OF 140 SHOULD BE THE LAST PLAY OF THE GAME, THE BALL IS SNAPPED AND NOW THE RACE INTO THE END ZONE IS UNDERWAY

Member: Iraq just needs to do it……..the Iraqi people and the rest of the world desperately needs this

Member: I would be completely happy with a NEER Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) right now. Any least it would take some pressure off!

Member: Has Venezuela and Viet Nam joined BRICS?????

Member: Venezuela has for sure……

MZ:” Eurasian Economic Union explores common payment system with BRICS”  Eurasia, BRICS, Asia are all coming together with an alternative economy…..and IRAQ is actively pursuing joining BRICS.

MZ: Iraq is one of the biggest lynchpins in the entire reset of the economic RV and is headed towards BRICS. What does that tell you?  That the great standoff between the WEF (world economic forum or deep state) and the rest of the world is a boiling pot about to blow the lid off.

MZ: I think this is Iraqs way of saying they are done waiting for the west and are going to move forward with the back up plan of joining BRICS in order to force the reset…..So I am excited about this movement.

Member: Looks like the deep state getting hit with brics…..lol.

Member: Mark based on your new exciting info…what is your best guess of timing?

MZ: I can tell you what the chatter is coming out of Iraq which appears probable. Iraqi chatter is they are going to announce to the world that they changed their rate on the 3rd of Dec. That is the chatter from overnight…... This would mean things need to happen very soon…..seems the 140 implementation has shaken things loose over there and was a massive step forward for Iraq.

MZ: Lets see if Iraq follows through…..they have left us at the alter many times already.  

MZ: I think it could be tomorrow…or it could be the 3rd…..I think we are in the short end of it. Noone knows the exact timing until it happens…..we just know what they are expecting.

Member: once the kurds are invited to the $$$$$ table looks like its done!!! Awesome news!!

MZ: We have been told for years that the Hydrocarbon law and article 140 has been a big sticking point to finishing the RV of the dinar. And the sharing of oil revenue fairly and honestly among all the citizens….I am excited about this move forward.

​Member: I wonder when the new rate is finally revealed, will it be active and actual from that very moment moving forward?

Member: it should be….and we should be making exchange appointments….

Member: And redemption centers are looking at it overnight tomorrow night into Thursday.

MZ: if Iraq wants to announce to the world on Dec. 3rd….then theoretically they need to RV a few days ahead of that….

Member: Timing is interesting with XRP to Pop in the next few days as well. It’s gonna go at same time of currency revaluation. QFS to move the $$$$$

Member: anyone see an IRS announcement from yesterday?

MZ: I keep trying to reach my contacts and cannot reach them…..I am hearing nothing on this.

Member: A broadcast I heard said IRS is going to send a 1099 for any transaction of $600 and above for people that use Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, and all online accounts such as these.

Member: Julie Green mentioned the Fed and the IRS this morning.

Member: Attention all redemption center employees, get your butts to work immediately. We have a big event about to happen….lol

Member: Hey Markz, did They stop playing”kick the Can” and switch to “Hot Potato “?

MZ: No RV news today. It’s been really quiet.

Member: I assume your bond people are still in place?

Member: What exactly is a redemption center? Is it a bank?  Or not sure?

MZ: it’s a combination there of….in some areas it could be an unused floor of a bank….in some areas maybe an unused office of a bank. In some areas it may not be in a bank at all…but a separate place they have set up with security, machines ect…..for our exchanges. Depending on the area and how many currency holders they believe will be coming in. This is based on logistics of the area. The thing to remember is they will be equipped with the proper equiptment and staff to authenticate your currency on site…..right in front of your eyes.

Member: Marks contacts thought there was going to be an IRS announcement of something today.

Member: I have heard nothing yet on the IRS today from my contact…..So don’t know if this is good or bad. .

Member: I think the irs announcement was internal, not public.

Member: Heard on radio said IRS is mandating you report if over 600.00 transfers thru Zelle, PayPal etc....

Member: IRS is going to send out 1099s starting this year's tax filings for $600 transactions. should be fun! uggg

government by the 9th of December because that would be so good for January 1, 2023.

MZ: I still think its sooner…but he may be right on the seated government. Remember they have told us- in print- multiple times that the CBI does not need the government in order to revalue. The government has already done all it needs . It is now in the hands of the CBI.

MZ: “ The state administration coalition decides to activate article 140 of the Iraqi constitution”  Nader talks about it….this is a huge sign of cooperation between the factions…They also talk about how quickly to get the rest of the government sat and the budget knocked out. …..

Member: David Wilcock is predicting something heavy to go down on 12-22-2022.

Member: I wish they would just DO IT

Member: we all want the RV to happen yesterday. The RV is part of a much bigger event driven end game. No one knows when, we must be patient, it must be done right so the outcome lasts
