MZ: this has been one of the quietest 16-18 hours I have seen in this but, there is a lot of expectation from bond folks for the next 3 days…including today…..I will let you if indeed anybody gets money in-pocket. I am hoping for a larger amount of information by this evening.

MZ: There has once again been a concerted effort in Reno to shut everybody up….that could be why I am getting silence right here at the end.

MZ: Rumors are all over the place as to what’s happening in Iraq. They are still moving forward with seating the government….but the rumors are they are going to let it start floating. Expect that….it is all over the place right now.

MZ: I am hearing exceptionally confident things from the Mideast and Reno area that we are in the last days. Days not weeks……which is sooner then what I was expecting.

Member: Nader from the Mid East translated News in country telling the Iraqi people that the dinar would start to change midnight their time tonight and float.

MZ: that is the rumor…..Sadr and a number of people speaking late last evening in Iraq talked about them impending change of value and the impending government changes.

Member: Is today the day? The day for what? A miracle! The miracle has already happened! I woke up breathing. Anything else is w bonus. Thank you God for another miracle.

MZ: The money has not moved yet….but tier 3 is sitting on “go” Waiting for someone to flip that switch. I am hearing very positive rumblings from big church groups but no spendable money yet. So while it sounds exciting, I will not get giddy until someone I know has spendable money in their pockets.

MZ: A lot of them were told to stay in position…that this is imminent…..but we havn’t seen that release of money yet.

MZ: I am getting some good chatter from a contact in tier 3. The chatter picked up again mif- morning . They believe something is coming to a resolution in the next 48-72 hours….maybe sooner. They are looking for some key events on Wed or Thurs. They are expecting money to move on tier 3. And, we will be right on their heels.

MZ: The protests rising up in Iraq …they are forcing and pushing for seating of the government. There is great support for Al Sadr…even from Shiite factions which is surprising. I am told they could act quickly (Which happens often in Iraqi politics) They appear “stuck” then something happens like this…and then you suddenly see months of progress happen in 2 hours….. .

MZ: A long travel day, waiting for updates, bankers are not thinking this weekend, conflicting stories out of Iraq on time to seat government, discussions of NEER and rates.

MZ: Right now we are hearing a lot of back and forth out of Iraq on when to expect them to seat the government. What we are hearing is it probably will be Monday. This is the plan I am being told from contacts in the Kurdish region. They are coming to an agreement guys and it is close.
