Member: Waiting for this RV is like being a Chicago Bear. 1st & goal every quarter, but just can't get over that goal line!

MZ: It was a nothing burger of news overnight….In Iraq they are still looking for between now and the 20th to have their government sat….and the NEER rate (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate)

MZ: Redemption center folks , as of this morning are still being told they are working this weekend. Not sure what they are doing….I hope they are making appointments and maybe seeing us??? But, they are still being told they are working.

MZ: They do not work every weekend. They have worked about 2 weekends over the last 6 months….but they been on call many weekends…but not actually gone to work.

MZ: sorry….There just has not been a whole lot of news since yesterday.

MZ: I absolutely believe the RV has started. It just has not trickled down to us yet.

Member: Biden signed an EO for us to go to a digital currency!

Member: The CBDC was signed ENDS fiat all over the World.

Member: I don’t understand that one…..I thought the cabal did not want the fiat system to die???

Member: I heard a rumor this morning that swift is already dead and new system will be announced within 3 months.

Member: If SWIFT is dead the world would stop functioning without another one already running

Member: imo…new system is running, just not public knowledge yet.

MZ: We do have some very big stuff happening today. We have Russia being removed from the SWIFT system today. The unintended consequence (or intended consequence?) will most likely be the death of the Petrodollar. It will absolutely die as Russia is removed from the SWIFT. They will be buying and selling oil throughout the world without the US dollar. A substantial part of the world market will no longer be using the US dollar. This will be the death of the Petrodollar.

MZ: Today could be the day that will turn the world on its ears…..

MZ: Article: “Pimco is set to lose billions if Russia defaults on foreign debt”

MZ: I know this is going to break your hearts guys…. Do you know who has billions and billions in assets that they are about to lose…today…in Russia???  Blackrock.

MZ: Who is one of the biggest parts of our stock market???  Blackrock.

Member: I keep hearing/reading that the cabal is nearly gone. However the evidence suggests they are still very much in control. When does this end?!

MZ: When you talk about folks like this losing this kind of money…..presidents are not safe….world leaders are not safe…If big decisions cause their handlers to lose this kind of money….this is going to be interesting to watch this play out.

Member: Went to our bank and started asking questions about rainbow currency etc. and they denied knowing anything.

Member: My credit union is closing down for "upgrades" April 8 - 12. could this be something with RV??

Member: MODS, When is Mark going to address safety questions around our Redemption appointments ?? How do we know we are physically safe coming and going?

Member: How physically safe are we going to and coming from Redemption appointment???? Will they be at the closest military base to us?? Not concerned about it once we're inside the building.

Member: I believe a lot going on behind the scenes. Like all though I am tired of the movie and wish to see something public

Member: This is the first movie I’ve seen that is a drama, adventure, sci-fi, horror and comedy all in one.

MZ: I have gotten a number of emails from you guys about the Executive Order on Digital currencies that was signed by Biden today . Which could allow us to have a QFS digital currency.

MZ: On the bond side I am not hearing as much chatter or confirmations as I was hoping for today. They are looking anywhere from now to the 20th to move forward.

MZ: I am hearing similar things from redemption folks, although they are still being told, as of this evening that they will be working this weekend.

MZ: The news is all over the place….but nothing negative.

MZ: When people ask me what is different now…then before…..We have never had articles about the exchange rate like we have now…Or UN filed statements and documentation that they have met all of their obligations now to reinstate their currency….or news clips from Kuwait stating Iraq has finished all of their payments. …it is so much different now than it has ever been in the past.  So for all of those saying its groundhog day and nothing is changing….just look….there is so much changing. It has changed dramatically.

Member: Holly, Update #2. Today: The D1-3 is moving to the higher levels and should reach us this week. That sounds encouraging.

MZ: I just had my YouTube channel pulled. I will be scrambling to get things up over at the trolling news network for today.  Looks like we will be here on the Trolling News Network for at least 2 weeks.

​Member: Holly just reported: I have heard of several bond brokers getting their NDA‘s yesterday. That is great news

MZ: I have heard the same thing…..no money…but NDA;s….they are trying to keep the bond sources from leaking…

MZ: So, I am hearing from bond contacts that they are putting them under NDA’s now…Before they will process them. There were to many leaks on the bond side giving out to much information. There was no updated timeline as of yet…

Member: Wolverine also said there are bond holders under NDAs.

Member: Bank employees sign NDAs as well, they will not admit to QFS

Member: Question: Why don't let let Tier 4B have their appointments and wait for liquidity like they're doing for bond folks? At least we could then get our appointments over with.

MZ: It looks like they are not going to seat the new government of Iraq until the 20th now. They are also coming out with confusing articles. The confusing articles are exactly what we saw in Kuwait before they RV’d. Best to watch what they are doing and avoid the confusing articles.

Member: So much back and forth with the government being put in place. first it was any minute to the end of the week NOW it's the 20th.

MZ: No bad news today…just confusing news.

Member: the RV will happen for certain. We need to keep positive and our vibration high and it will manifest sooner.

Member: Have you heard: “Beware the Ides of March?” There's a 13 day difference between the Julian calendar & the Gregorian calendar. Mar. 15 plus 13 days brings us to March 28th to be the Ides of March.

Member: I think the white hats are getting a kick out of how everybody is trying to figure out timeline with all the different calendars

MZ: Article: “Saudi Arabia’s leaders give Biden’s oil plea’s the cold shoulder. Turns to Putin instead”  I mentioned a few weeks ago that Biden when he was VP had ticked off  and snubbed the crown prince Mohamad Bin Salmon, who is now in charge. Biden wants SA to turn up oil production to sell to US…but the prince won’t even answer his phone when he is called by Biden…meanwhile SA has taken a number of calls from Putin adminsistation…to increase oil production and sell to them . ….

MZ: This is my favorite article of today. “Vladamir Putin didn’t just invade Ukraine on 24/02/2022. He officially ended the Petrodollar system”   Very interesting analysis here…..From Laura Aboli

MZ: For years Russia & China have looked for ways to re-monetize gold & exit abuses of SWIFT system as a geopolitical tool against them, but how to do it, how to exit, without West declaring it an act of aggression or war against the West?

MZ: This Ukraine invasion just accomplished that end for them. And the West is doing it themselves.-Now, freed to declare themselves SWIFT system outcasts by the western govt hands, Russia can now say “we will turn oil pipelines back on, but not for dollars.”– Russia then declares that Europe or anyone that wants Russian oil (as of 3rd largest global producer) or Russian/Ukrainian wheat (1/4 of the world’s production) must pay in gold, or use the ruble-yuan gold-backed payment system.

Member:  Good Evening RV Family…. Looking forward to a GREAT update tonight!!

MZ: Movement from the Iraqi government front on the Kurdistan side. ….They have worked out a framework and suggestions and will propose them over the next couple of days until they reach an agreement. There is a mad dash to get the government sat.

MZ: I am told that the moment they do….we will get the rate.

MZ: I am hearing from the banking side that they do not expect the NEER Nominal effective exchange rate. They think that perhaps that is what they will do in country, but because of the oil for dinar program we should still get a higher rate. That is reassuring after today. I was getting comments from some very upset folks today.

MZ: I am told that our rate should still be unaffected if Iraq goes with the $1.50 NEER rate. A $4.81 rate would be great.

Member: We kept hearing they dont need the government sat because the CBI has the power to do the RV??  Guess that was wrong.

MZ: Buckle up and hang on…we are getting close according to news out of Iraq. I am not worried…No matter the rate it is pushing forward.

MZ: What I am still hearing out of bond folks is they are still waiting for that release of the seating of the Iraqi government.

Member: Bruce "The Big Call" is saying tonight or tomorrow morning for confirmation of Bond Folks money.

​ Member: Why does it appear that Iraq is leading the RV and the world has to wait until they decide to go?

Member:  ​So I wonder what ever happened to the Iraqis protesting March 1st if no rate increase ??

Member: We had testing of the EBS ON THE TV, RADIO, AND 3 TIMES OVER THE CITY OF Virginia Beach today! 6 times total! I think we are going to see Martial Law soon!

MZ: The NEER is the Nominal Effective Exchange rate….It is the nominal amount they are willing to accept to move forward now…In some of their old documentation it was set at $1.00…they are now pushing to set it at $1.50. So they are floating it…Whether it floating just to speed things up or if it’s a bluff….The Iraqi people are tired of waiting. They are tired of being poor with over half of their population below the poverty line. So they are considering this…Can you blame them???

MZ: You have oil prices spiking…they are getting paid in dollars which is not helping their citizens a lot. They want to be paid in Iraqi Dinar. The people are holding onto their dinars…I always said to hold at least a little dinar in case they go ahead of the rest of the GCR.

Member:imo… Iraq is going to pull a Kuwait, say no RV and then they just do it.

Member: Could the NEER be a smokescreen and they pull a Kuwait and spring the new rate on us…

MZ: it could be. The Nominal exchange rate could be a way to suck more dinar off the Iraqi streets before they release a better rate…..But be honest…If it comes out at $1.50..how many of us would take it and not look back???  Just get it done so you could move on with life???  The people in Iraq would do that as well…..I would probably go all in to be done with it….I’m betting a number of you will as well.

Member: I would go at 1.50 enough to get me out of debt and be financially stable...possibly hold the rest to see what they do...

Member: yep. lets go sooner than later. $1.50 seems so much more reliable

MZ: Think about what this would do for Iraq….instead of paying us at $4.81…if the majority of us exchange at $1.50….then they could justify a higher dinar rate later….

Member: if Iraq goes initially with the Nominal exchange rate (NEER)….should we just dip our toe in the river and a exchange a bit..or go all in???

MZ: Good Question …my thought process is I would go all in…I am tired of waiting…….some of you may want to cash in a partial amount.  You all have to do what makes sense for you.

Member: Remember after Iraq goes…we will probably still see the dong, Zim, rupiah ect… go as well….

Member: I would exchange it all….we would still have our dong and zim

MZ: If Iraq takes the NEER……I understand it will just be Iraq for now. But if it just Iraq for now….This is an opportunity to buy more dong and zim for down the road….but while we wait for the others….I would no longer be hurting financially……that would be a blessing for many of us

Member: Yep….what if it take years for the GCR to go……at least we would be in a much better position to wait it out.

MZ: If they go NEER….the contract rate is out the door……gone…..keep that in mind. The set amount contract rate is only good if they do the Gold Treaty /GCR reset.

Member: The thing is: nobody knows whats really goin on...unless your the one doin it

Member: I heard minister of finance meeting has been pushed to Monday the 14th.

Member: Mark. are the Iraqi's a bumbling sort, or are TPTB messing with the whole process?

Member: is it possible they say $1.50 and then go ahead and do $3+???

MZ: That is entirely possible. Keep in mind they are going to do their absolute best to undershoot the rate so the surprise is pleasant…..

Member: If Iraq declares $1.50..would we just redeem it at a bank?

MZ: I will wait for updates from the banking side….I do not know yet how they will handle it…

Member: Will we be taxed on the NEER rate?

MZ: I assume it is a non taxable basic currency exchange…but do not know for sure.

Member: We were told the rate was going to be $4.81..now its #1.50….WTH

MZ: Exactly…$4.81 was what we had been hearing for a target rate…...but if Iraq is tired of waiting for the rest of the world …they have a mechanism where they can trigger a lower rate. But it will be a much higher rate than they have now …What they could do is start at $1.50 and let if float to $4.81…

Member: What about the 36 hour window that ended yesterday?

MZ: That 36 hour window has been bounced…there is not a drop dead date….just windows…...but there is a few set timelines based on the Iraqi government…their version of the supreme court and the IMF…hang in there. This RV is a non stop conversation in Iraq right now. They are pushing forward for a rate change.

MZ: We have never seen this before….this is brand new…we have never been to this point before.

Frank26  (From Dinar Guru) I believe...Mustafa is now asking for the IMF to once again reconsider the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate).  The NEER is the start of the calculations and the REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate) is the end.  the NEER...that is the least you can do the exchange rate...we are now able to calculate the REER according to the price of a barrel of oil right now...They determined the NEER...was above $1.00...it was determined the recalculation of the REER is $1.50...

MZ: What I am taking from that is if there is a chance of not getting the full blown gold treaty GCR….then they want to implement this minimum rate at any moment. They are pushing for at least that right now…..All the articles talk about this value is going to change.

MZ: Also I hear the Finance Minister and the Governor of the Central Bank needs to meet with parliament before the next session….so before next Monday.

Member: Are the Iraqi 'leaders' just a bunch of keystone leaders, or do you think TPTB’s keep thwarting us? Getting dizzy on this ride!

Member: Frank26 had cancer return…..keep him in your prayers…..

Member:  so if Dinar goes at that rate for 1.50 guess we would just exchange at a bank?

Member: Sounds like Iraq is as sick of waiting for the GCR as most of us are!

Member: I hope we still can exchange at redemption centers….sounds safer to me….

MZ: Just in case Iraq does go first…..gets tired of waiting and the rate is only $1.50…I caution everyone to have at least a little dinar….can exchange it first while we wait on the GCR…..even at $1.50 it would be enough to make a huge difference to most of us and help many of us to keep holding on…….you could always just exchange a little and wait for the rate to go up .

Member: But the president doesn't have be in place for the RV take affect…..Cant the CBI do it at any time???

Member: What about the dong?

MZ: I am still hearing it should be around $2.25….

Member: How are they Not going to tax what we receive after this revaluation?

MZ: Keep in mind The US Treasury (NOT the Federal Reserve) is sitting on about $55 Trillion in dinar.So let’s just say as an example….the dinar only Rv’s for $1. That would give the UST about $55 Trillion from the dinar. They will not need our tax dollars on this imo…..that does not include the dong and all the other currencies expected to RV as well.

Member: Praying Iraq government made a good decision about the Dinar!

Member: Article:  The Federal court summons the minister of finance and the governor of the Central bank of Iraq to appear in a special session of the exchange rate of the dinar.

MZ: This is very positive news….we have yet to hear anything negative today.

MZ: According to that article they are ready to move forward. They have done everything they were supposed to do and their people need that prosperity. This is huge news coming out of Iraq. No exact time in the article as to when they are expected to appear.

MZ: My Iraqi contacts say it is this week…within a couple of days. They expect this whole thing to be put to bed at anytime…

Member: Bond people are still geared up and ready. They are waiting on that rate change in Iraq. Then everything should release close on its heels.

MZ: CMKX and PPS are still on hold…..they do expect a release at anytime…..

MZ: My redemption center folks were told to not make plans this weekend….to be prepared to work.

Member: Nothing is going to happen until Putin cleans up the Ukraine….imo

MZ: Many people are worried about that….I am being told we will not have to wait for Putin to finish cleaning up the Ukraine….I think they have been far more successful than the main stream news is telling us.

Member: hearing that Russia currency is now gold backed….how will this affect us and the Rv?

MZ: it will help things greatly…..and as other countries announce they are gold backed…nobody will want fiat anymore…..it will force the fiat crash to come sooner…..this is a good thing.

Member: I believe China, and many other countries like the Bahamas and Iraq are also gold backed…

Member: Any news on seating the government in Iraq today?

MZ: I know it is expected sometime today……no news yet…it should be any moment if it’s today….If not we should see it tomorrow.

Member: So, what happens when the IQD revalues under the fiat system before the Qfs launches??

Member: I understand tomorrow the government will be out of money as of Wednesday , will that make the stock market go belly up???

Member: Doesn't IRAQ lose money everyday that they delay the RV process starting?

MZ: We are hearing out of Iraq to expect the seating of the government tomorrow . It could happen before we start tomorrow mornings podcast…depending how quickly they get it done tomorrow.

MZ: I am hearing from all my bond contacts that they will move forward as soon as that government is sat.  I don’t know what that means for us yet on the 800 number timing. I hope to have an update by tomorrow.

Member:  Mark, Someone said Sat nite 2 of his paymaster contacts have been fully funded but not yet authorized to pay downstream.

MZ: We have heard they are moving toward wealth management for some time now. But I think this one is important “International Banking “ as we move toward parity international banking will be huge. It makes sense they are making these changes now – before the reset…where we will no longer need local banks…this is a good business strategy on HSBC’s part.

Member: Read where Wells Fargo had been on QFS for some time, and a while back noticed a change in deposit thought that was why!!Woohoo!

Member: My bank was offline yesterday..they said I was not authorized. I am today..QFS compliant???

Member: If everyone stays positive and lets go of negativity, it will happen sooner than later.

MZ: We are getting some interesting stuff over the weekend…

MZ: They are “on call” at redemption centers, but not physically working today..at least my contacts have not been brought in from Virginia and North Carolina. They do however, expect a busy week.

MZ: Heard some really good stuff from 2 different church groups late last night. They are hearing exceptional news…..They have expectations of late Sunday night or very early Monday morning they will start processing SKR’s.

MZ: I have always heard for the groups to go…bonds have to be started….This means we are going to need to see bond money move tomorrow night or very early Monday

MZ: The chatter has been really good. I had always heard that when bonds start there would be a 3-5 day delay……that may have changed now….From the chatter we are hearing there may not be a big delay between the bonds starting and the payout of these groups.

MZ: I do not know yet what that means for us in tier 4b and the safe links and 800 numbers. I will keep you guys posted as I hear anything……So watch twitter the rest of the weekend.

MZ: Still hearing that CMKX, PP’s Adjudicated settlements expect to start about the 6th and the 7th….

MZ: Iraq has announced they are increasing oil production to 295,000 thousand barrels per day.….I think that is important for us. This is roughly half of what we import from Russia. This will be a huge boon for the Iraqi economy, and government. This is on top of what they are already selling us…

MZ: if you do the math…at over $100 dollars a barrel…yesterday is was $113.00  …this is at least an additional $33 million,335 thousand dollars Per Day ….With oil prices this high….they absolutely can afford to do the RV. This is phenomenal timing for them to do this…

Member: I hear Iraqi is pushing a new rate for next week

Member:  Iraq doesn’t need more time! They need to stop kicking the can!

Member: Iraq has been in the same place for weeks. Dragging its feet..

Member: Sounds like can kicking and feet dragging days may almost be over…woohoo

Member: Anyone hear Charlie W reporting that the global launch of funds has started .? Tomorrow they will focus on downstreaming 4b

Member: I saw a rumor in another chatroom that Chinese bonds were paid….people could see funds in their accounts ….just need funds to be off “hold”

Member: Simon Parkes says no RV until the current administration is gone…

MZ: I hear this will happen at the same time as the RV...Literally within minutes ….

Member: That is a requirement for Nesara as I understand it.

Member New financial system March 6th?

MZ: We are hearing that  the new one will be starting March 6th or 7th. I really hope that is accurate.

Member Mark, I remember it being said that countries like the US and UK that fought in the Iraq war would get a higher rate. Is this  still true?

Member: this is the contract rates Mark has talked about a lot……might be as high as $2 more for those countries per dinar,,,,,

Member: I hear there are 4,800 redemption centers in the US . I’ll bet they are a large facilities in big cities

Member: There should be a redemption center within 50 miles of your residence, rural folks may have to travel a little farther.

Mod: For appointment: two forms of IDs, utility bill, receipts for currency if you have them, currency, a spreadsheet recording all serial nums if you want, project list, not req. (to be organized)

MZ: Historic bond people are still looking at the window we are in right now….hearing bond payouts will start by the 6th…

MZ: CMKX and prosperity packages are planning on deliveries starting on the 6th or 7th….

MZ: hopefully this is it and not another false start….

Member: I sure hope so…Ramadan is one month long….and not much gets done over them then…

Member:  So for us simple people with no big investment, will we just experience the currency change or will we see some jubilee?

MZ: I believe you will see a lot of jubilee…debt cancellation. Also I am hearing that within 3-5 years they will pay out on our birth certificates….I think all will see wealth..
