Banking Announcement:

We talked about the banks wanting more requirements about a week ago. Now, they have moved to a proposal stage.

They are proposing new resolution plans regarding debt rules for banks. In a nutshell, large Banks are raising their long-term debt issuance to around 70 billion along with more detailed resolution plans.

Basically, the FDIC wants regional banks to be more prepared for any failures going forward.

Many of the mid-sized to smaller banks will not be able to handle this new capital requirement. This is why we are witnessing many of them consolidating to larger banks. In other words, banks are still in the midst of reforms leading to a reset into full Basel 3 compliance.

This will put the banking system into alignment with the new SOFR lending settings activated on July 1st, 2023 synchronizing the markets and the banks. Look for tokenized assets to be activated during this transition causing the markets and banking system to move into unison with real values.

The rising values on gold will formulate new price patterns leading to a repricing event bringing forth solid debt-to-equity ratios inside all sectors of the new digital asset-based trading system.

The Second Circuit Agrees: Loans are Not Securities

"In its decision, the Second Circuit agreed with the District Court and, applying the Reves test, determined that the loans are distinguishable from other instructions that qualify as securities."

For now, the banking system has determined that loans qualify as securities.

These collateralized loans enable the banking system to make money on loans that do not get paid or do get paid based on the backing of these loans by collateralized assets.

What a win-win situation for everyone. I know we talked about this a week ago, but this new determination moving into law solidifies what we saw coming.

Banks are in the proposal phase of their banking reforms. What this means is they have made an offer that will move them towards new transactions based on Basel 3 compliance requirements.

The next phase will be to test these new requirements inside the markets. This will call shifts in prices all over the stock market as well as the commodity sector.

It is an attempt to find a balance between debt-to-equity ratios that work. Once new ratios are formulated, we will see final rules and comments come into play by the end of November per articles shared in this room a few weeks ago.

The month of December is when the banking system closes their books on the year. It is a time when banks make changes and adjustments to prepare for the new year.

"China Moves Ahead With Capital Market Support Measures. The measures include a lower minimum margin ratio, a stamp duty cut, and curbs on stock sales and new IPOs."

Stamp duty cuts boost liquidity and increase transaction sentiment in the markets. In other words, the stamp duty rate for currency (exchange rate changes) and interest rate derivatives have been reduced.

At the same time, China is currently utilizing lower margin rates in their trades to get through their crisis in the markets concerning Evergrande's widespread bankruptcy effect.

This allows them to reduce expenses, enhance profit potential, and enjoy greater flexibility in utilizing their capital.

When a company or a market is restructured, many provisions go into play that allow for changes to occur knowing values have changed.

This absorbs the shock inside markets for when companies like Evergrande who can't make their bills. A limited number of new offerings occur during these transitions to help markets make their adjustments.

In other words, Evergrande stocks and stocks affected by this company are on sale. This allows a market to move into real values based upon their ability to pay for them in the present economy.

This is a great time for new tokenized assets based upon real values to come into play through the activation of Quantum Technologies that have been interfacing with one another as of late.

We have not completed this process, but it is in the works.

ANKARA — Turkey and Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding to advance the two countries' cooperation in mining, Turkey’s Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced Monday.

Bayraktar said the deal is particularly aiming to advance cooperation between Turkey and Saudi Arabia on the mining of critical minerals. “One of the most important components of this memorandum involves cooperation on critical mines that are required in new technologies such as electric vehicles or solar panel technologies,” he told Turkey’s public broadcaster, adding that the scope of the deal involves the mining of critical minerals in Turkey and Saudi Arabia as well as third countries.

The need for copper in our future economy is so great that copper has been put on the critical mineral list.

This means it has the potential to disrupt supply chains because of the demand for it in electronic vehicles, electrical products, wind solar, and hydropower.

At this point, Energy Infrastructure is of wide concern due to how much is needed to supply the next economy.

Interestingly, this above article is from February of this year. Inroads were being made then, to set up the commodities sector of trade. Oil especially. As a reminder, Iran pushed for a quick entry into BRICS, and they have been granted entry starting January 2024.

In the above information, we see that India traded with Iraq in US dollars around 12.9 billion dollars worth in trade.

Now, Iraq is no longer using the dollar inside the UPI trading mechanism with India who is running out of dollars for trade per a recent article last week forcing India to use the Rupee in their new Bilateral Trade Agreements.

This is just one country that Iraq is doing business with now in their own currency going forward.

As Iraq begins to increase demand for their currency, this will begin to put price pressures on the Dinar raising its value the second half of the year.

Joint committees and agreements between two countries in terms of a trade deal with price valuation agreements.

These two countries had to agree upon acceptable values on goods and services that would allow them to trade at fair values between the two countries.

A few months ago we read that Iraq had a bank inside of Turkey or at the very least Bank capabilities. Now, we know why. They intended to do business together.

New Codes Could Make Quantum Computing 10 Times More Efficient

New simulations from two groups reported that a rising class of quantum error-correcting codes is more efficient by an order of magnitude than the current gold standard, known as the surface code.

The codes all work by transforming a horde of error-prone qubits into a much smaller band of “protected” qubits that rarely make mistakes. But in the two simulations, low-density parity check — or LDPC — codes could make protected qubits out of 10 to 15 times fewer raw qubits than the surface code.

Neither group has implemented these simulated leaps in actual hardware, but the experimental blueprints suggest that these codes, or codes like them, could hasten the arrival of more capable quantum devices.

Digital clarity on crypto assets has become a major issue.

 There are four bills currently in development that are designed to make things more user-friendly for the retail market and the government.

"These include the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FITCA), the Responsible Financial Innovation Act (RFIA), the Digital Asset Market Structure Bill (DAMS), and the Digital Commodity Exchange Act (DCEA)."

US Regulators are currently working on these bills in order to move away from a punishing entity to an encouraging entity going forward. More clarity will give guidance and a path forward for everyone involved in the new digital economic system.

Meanwhile, the stablecoin industry is growing significantly despite the challenges taking place in cryptocurrency clarity.

It is becoming increasingly clear that stablecoins will need assets to back them and investors are preparing themselves for this implementation.

How Digital Payment Records are Reshaping Financial Management

And finally, "Digital Payment Records" are beginning to form and streamline new ways of managing companies going forward.

This new digital mechanism can show strengths and weaknesses of a company along with paths forward that promote more revenue.

The implementation of this phase of the digital economy is expected to begin January 1st with a soft implementation phase working towards full integration by the month of April in 2024.

Does this mean we have to wait until next year to see currency revaluations? Time will tell on this one. It does appear to be the final piece of the puzzle we are looking for going forward, but companies must be liquidated before they can be offered to the general public. And, timelines have been known to be moved when needed.

Let's keep a close set of eyes on the currency reforms and revaluations that take place between now and then to see what we need to do. Windows of opportunity happen every day in the markets, this one is no different.

The Metal Market has been controlled so far. Inflation continues to rise higher, and countries around the world are beginning to drive the price of gold up at this point.

Look for these price pressures to force gold to decouple from the US Treasury and move into real values in the near term.

Yes, we can see on the market charts it is beginning to climb making up the distance between gold and silver ratios.

We can claim it has been held down for many many years.

The Digital Dollar Project partnered with Western Union for a survey assessing central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) use in cross-border payments. The pilot project highlighted the potential benefits that came from CBDCs.

Most studies on CBDCs have focused on the preferences of central banks. However, the CFA conducted a survey to assess whether stakeholders were ready for this product.

The survey results showed limited support and understanding of CBDCs. It showed that 42% of the respondents believe central banks need to launch CBDCs, while 34% disagreed. Only 13% of the respondents admitted having a solid understanding of CBDCs.

The research also demonstrated that the adoption of CBDCs differed by region. It found that younger respondents were receptive to CBDCs.

Despite the conflicting opinions about CBDCs, leading players in the financial industry are taking the initiative to support these assets. Mastercard launched a new CBDC Partner Program to boost collaborations with top players in the industry to boost innovation and efficiencies. The program involves leading providers of blockchain technology and payment services.

MUMBAI, Aug 25 (Reuters) - "India's foreign exchange reserves (INFXR=ECI) declined to a near two-month low of $594.89 billion as of Aug. 18 and posted their steepest weekly fall in more than six months, data from the country's central bank showed on Friday."

This has been going on for some time, and it is beginning to reach critical levels. The demand for the Rupee has been increasing through the use of new bilateral trade agreements utilizing their UPI mechanism for trade.  

India has been spending down their foreign currency reserves and their rupee in their trades. The use of spending the dollar in trades while they still can has been in play.

In terms of trading, their next step will be to increase their Rupee exchange rate in anticipation of their main use of the dollar having the potential to go to lower levels.

The Securities and Exchange Commission proposed new rules and amendments under the Investment Advisers Act  
of 1940 (Advisers Act) to enhance the regulation of private fund advisers. The proposed new rules would:

● Require private fund advisers registered with the Commission to provide investors with quarterly statements  
detailing information about private fund performance, fees, and expenses;

● Require registered private fund advisers to obtain an annual audit for each private fund and cause the private   fund’s auditor to notify the SEC upon certain events;

● Require registered private fund advisers, in connection with an adviser-led secondary transaction, to  distribute to investors a fairness opinion and a written summary of certain material business relationships  between the adviser and the opinion provider;

● Prohibit all private fund advisers, including those that are not registered, from engaging in certain activities  and practices that are contrary to the public interest and the protection of investors; and

● Prohibit all private fund advisers from providing certain types of preferential treatment that have a material  negative effect on other investors, while also prohibiting all other types of preferential treatment unless  disclosed to current and prospective investors.

Additionally, the SEC is proposing to require all registered advisers, including those that do not advise private funds, to document the annual review of their compliance policies and procedures in writing.

Jerome Powell's speech at the Jackson Hole symposium has made no significant changes to the markets yet, but he remains hawkish on interest rates until we get a firm control on inflation.

We have seen in the banking system many changes behind the scenes. Interest rates will take a toll on many of our banks going forward. We have more and more Banks being bought out because they do not have enough money to get in compliance with Basel 3 reforms. You can call this failures or you can call it consolidation. It depends on your point of view.

The truth is we have a lot going on in the markets. Real numbers are out of sight and away from public view. How this gets resolved is anybody's guess, but we will be here to lay it out the best we can in this room as we proceed further down the road.

Over the past two years, we have shared with you new statistical mechanisms designed to read our markets in new innovative ways. Innovation does not come to a market without changes about to take place to complement these new readings.

Because of these new mechanisms, we can say that the reset in the marketplace has been going on for some time. Let's see where it goes next.

The BRICS System is a payment system that utilizes local currencies. This was one of the main characteristics that clearly came out during their conference.

And yes, Saudi Arabia was one of the six new additions to the BRICS System. Payments on oil production is expected to change in the next few months creating more price pressures on the dollar to come into alignment with a real value.

These new changes come into effect on January 1st 2024 along with Putin assuming the annual Presidency of the BRICS Nations. His preference towards gold supporting an economy is well known.

You can almost feel those changes coming as the BRICS Nations represent a quarter of the world's wealth and 42% of the global population.

The Global Gold Market is undergoing several changes. One of which is who has control.

Statistical data is showing that the gold market is moving in favor of our Eastern countries because of their movement back and forth with gold and utilizing it for trade.

We shared several times in this room that a gold-back single trading currency would not be on the table at The BRICS Summit.

What we are finding out is somewhat different. BRICS are interested in trading with local currencies. Trading disparities are rather minimal since the bulk of their trading has been rerouted these last 3 years. Many of their trading partners have similar exchange rates, and the increasing demand for each other's currencies will raise their values organically.

Tokenized assets is another story. This levels the playing field through digital mechanisms ensuring trade balances utilizing artificial intelligence.

Put simply, "A gold-backed currency cannot be adjusted in value through interest rate changes, quantitative easing, or exchange rate interventions.”

Economies are heterogeneous in nature. The socioeconomic differences in our world make it difficult for the BRICS Nations to enter into the currency gold standard at this time.

A digital asset-based trading system is possible. At this time, trading in local currencies will prevail pushing the demand and value of individual countries' currencies to higher levels. Currency swaps will reign!

Foreign currency holdings in banks are on the rise. There are greater numbers of people switching the dollar for currencies of other nations.

It is becoming increasingly clear that banking reforms no longer favor one country holding a World Reserve Status.

And today, we see that Jerome Powell at the Jackson Hole Symposium is telling us that interest rates rising are still on the table.

What this tells us is that market reforms are still in play. We have inflated prices on the markets that still need to be dealt with and brought into real value among our Global Markets.

Once we are given the green light to move forward with global monetary policies on our new digital asset-based economy, we very well could see the transition of a global market move rapidly.

Many of us over the years have bought foreign currency from years ago, and we are experiencing them rise to much higher levels than we bought them. Can you imagine the new prices on these foreign currencies as we go forward?

The signing event occurred during the ASEAN Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The collective objective of the three central banks is to fortify collaboration concerning the utilization of domestic currencies for bilateral transactions. The framework’s scope has been broadened to encompass a wider array of eligible cross-border transactions beyond trade and direct investment, with gradual implementation.

This extended framework will also synergize with initiatives related to cross-border payments, aiming to provide enhanced accessibility and efficiency in settling transactions using local currencies”.

It’s not just BRICS making moves towards using local currencies. Here we see ASEAN members taking the same directive and setting up the ability to completely circumvent the USD.
