We still do not have a deal at this point, and there are talks of extending these talks for a couple more weeks. 

The concern is that the markets will begin to start reacting if an extension is made in making a deal. 

Right now, we're seeing the possibility of getting a possible rate hike at this point. Yields on one month UST Bills hits record high following Biden-McCarthy's debt ceiling stalls. 

Asian stocks fall after US debt talks failed to break an impasse. European markets lower with the US debt ceiling deal still pending. 

The dollar is rising after FED remarks signal further rate heights. Gold dips as US debt ceiling deal hopes support the dollar. Oil slips as the US debt ceiling concerns offset tight supply. 

And finally, there is talk about the GDP indicating a slower growth rate for the economy.

Iraq's Cabinet has approved a substantial capital increase in the Fund for Supporting Small Income-Generating Projects.

The fund's capital will be increased from the previous amount of 150 billion dinars to 1,350 billion dinars ($1 billion).

According to a government statement, this expansion is part of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs' three-year plan within the government program, and is in accordance with the provisions outlined in Law No. (10) of 2012, which specifically focuses on the support and development of small, income-generating projects.

Okay folks, we have a timeline change on the FedNow payment service.

We were expecting July 1st to be the go-live date for the FEDNOW program, but they have shifted one aspect of their International Payment Service to a one month earlier date.

FEDNOW money transfers are "now" going to start on June 1st. The implementation of ISO20022 or the International Payment System will make this possible from one financial institution to another.

This service will be conducted 24/7, but it is going to be up to individual institutions to adopt this regimen.

The World Bank is turning to "blockchain" to create physical and organizational structures such as buildings, roads, power supplies, etc. needed for the operation of a society or country.

There are currently several projects they are wanting to implement at this time, but they are waiting on standardized regulatory protocols to move further.

This is why there is a back wall date for Congress to finish the regulatory process on the QFS digital/currency reforms by the end of June.

A New Bretton Woods agreement is being called for at this time.

The Bretton Woods System is a set of agreed-upon rules and policies that standardizes fixed international currency exchange rates."

Here is a list of three things they focus on:

* "The Bretton Woods Agreement established a system through which a fixed currency exchange rate could be created using gold as the universal standard."

* "The agreement involved representatives from 44 nations and brought about the creation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank."

* "The fixed currency exchange rate system eventually failed; however, it provided much-needed stability at the time of its creation."

It is being recognized that the world is changing, and the restructuring of our Global Economy needs new standards to guide us into the future.

It is a Global Currency Reset in the making.

Almost all of the market has converted over to SOFR lending rates.

By the end of June, the US dollar SOFR contracts will be completed.

This will collateralize the dollar with a tokenized asset of real value.

Take a close look at what we have been studying for the last year and a half and putting the pieces of the puzzle to the new Quantum Financial System together.

And now, we are close to the end of our journey in finalizing the QFS.

By the end of June, the US dollar SOFR contracts will be completed.

\Yes, our currencies will be backed by gold, digitized as well, and new standard protocols to be implemented early July.

A new Gold Standard economy will begin.

In early July, the FEDNOW services for the US will go live with an International Payment System.

At that time, countries will be mobilizing their efforts and interfacing quantum computers from around the world to talk to one another and make bilateral trade agreements through smart contracts and artificial intelligence securing funds on both sides of a trade in Cross Border International Trading.

New Bridge tokens will come out at that time to make all of this possible. Even Ripple has created a new platform for CBDCs to trade between Central Banks and the new digital-asset Banking System.

This will cause new demands on currencies around the world and increase purchasing power. These sequence of events will begin to create new values on National Currencies.

By the end of June, the US dollar SOFR contracts will be completed.

It will be a Global Currency Reset in the making.

Referring to the approval of the Prime Minister on 4/5/2023 for all licensed banks to reduce commissions for foreign currency transfers, and to publish the percentage of these commissions on their official websites, and the violating bank will bear the necessary fines and penalties, including deprivation of the external transfer process.

Countries around the world have spent a great deal of time strengthening the purchasing power of their currencies through hiking interest rates.

It was a necessary step in order to prepare countries around the world in a leveling-off process for the second half of this year.

This process is creating an even playing field among countries seeking financial inclusion in the new economy.

There are many factors that will boost an economy and especially the stock market, but the strengthening of a country's currency cannot be overlooked.

Throughout all of 2022, the raising of interest rates has positioned the global economy for the next phase of growth into a new digital asset-based trading system.

Transitioning a Global Economy will create volatility, but we have already priced these changes into the system.

Gold will serve as a buffer during stress points throughout this transition and the clearing of debt going forward.

Our current currency reforms around the world through the use of stablecoins that represents a country's currency will give us standards for these tokenized gold-backed assets.

Congress has until the end of June to finish the above phase of currency reset protocols.

This will allow us to begin interfacing quantum computers around the world in the first part of July as we mobilize the new Quantum Financial System.

We will begin to see Bridges built between countries' computer systems that will allow us to cooperate and coordinate currency transactions through an International Payment System (ISO20022) creating more money flow and more money velocity.

The demand for each country's National Currencies will increase its value and purchasing power around the world.

The second half of this year will bring in a Global Currency Reset in ways none of us can even imagine.

The video below explains the issues surrounding the regulation of cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.

It reveals how the debate is beginning to heat up at this time and who is going to control them.

Stablecoins will be used for trading purposes and banking purposes. This is why the CFTC and the SEC are both involved in this decision-making process.

Both agree that a deep dive into the exploration of their usefulness is so important before they are implemented into the general population.

We are continuing to see a lot of de-dollarization take place. This is leaving a vacuum that has to be fulfilled in propping up other currencies around the world, especially in the East.

Many of these countries are already beginning to prop up their National Currencies with gold.

The trigger for gold is about to be set and pulled.

 It looks like we are going to see a slingshot move to the upside. In order for a rock to sling forward on a slingshot, it has to be pulled back creating tension on the sling causing the rock to propel forward very fast.

At the same time, this will cause a reaction in the markets as assets will look to find support. There will be an attempt for the dollar to do what it can no longer do, and this is where gold will step in to fulfill its new role.

I expect this process to take around 4 to 6 weeks.

We now have a wind-down process in place for the markets and a building-up phase taking place to liquidate the new markets.

Banking protocols are now in place to support the market as they transition. New guidelines have been formed to make this transition as smooth as possible by the SEC.

On the other hand, we have the CFTC forming new guidelines for currency swaps and other assets. Exchange centers are expected to register with the CFTC for their ability to do so.

Many exchange centers have already done this process, but new ones are forming and expected to follow these new guidelines.

DCR or Debt Coverage Ratio staff will be a part of this process to make sure both parties in an exchange have appropriate debt coverage ratios to fulfill an order.

The two press releases I am sharing with you goes over in a little more detail what has just been stated.

"Stellar’s smart contract gets massive engagement as it prepares to launch on the mainnet."

Stellar is attracting thousands of developers engaged in securing placements for their digital assets on this new smart contract platform developed by XLM.

This new smart contract digital ledger transmission system (Soroban) will ensure secure payments on both sides of an execution in trade.

This is the final phase of the QFS that is in process of being tested and soon to be interfaced with all the quantum computers ready to go live around the world.

It is important that you understand the above information because it will complete the final process necessary to run the QFS.

I will be monitoring this testing phase for it's completion as it will finalize the new digital asset-based trading system and allow us to move forward with our new Global Economy.

StableCoins Are (Not Just Similar To) Money Market Funds - Fin Tech - United States

There's a strong desire to label stablecoins as securities based on them as being digital assets used as investment contracts.

Yet, in order for stablecoins to remain stable representatives of a country's currency, they need an underlying asset to hold their value during stress points.

This has been the point of contention between the CFTC and the SEC. It looks like we are going to experience guidance from both the SEC and the subcommittee of the CFTC on digital commodities as we move to the implementation phase of the legislative process.

These combined rules and guidelines will standardize the banking/trading aspects of currency reforms going forward. This is how the process is playing out and giving name to the term gold (CFTC)/standard (SEC). So far, Congress seems to be on pace to finishing this up by the end of June.

The continued de-dollarization of the dollar is beginning to leave gaps in the weighted values of currencies all over the world.

\To make up for this loss, Central Banks around the world have been accumulating gold to increase the net worth of their country's currency.

This is why we have been undergoing currency reforms as of late to attach a standardized process that will enable a pegging mechanism added to currencies near and far.

As we approach the implementation status of these reforms, we are going to see an increase in the purchasing power of these reforms.

In order to move into a status that allows for an increase in purchasing power of currencies around the world, we are looking at attaching a certain weight of gold to this process.

What this means for gold is transformative. It means that the value of gold is currently undervalued and a repricing event is forthcoming.

The International Group of Seven is an intergovernmental political forum consisting of seven countries.

Stablecoins are high on this agenda and most likely will be for the next several years.

This does not mean we cannot move forward with the new digital asset-based trading system. Many stablecoins are already being utilized inside the economy as payment sources.

The struggle is standardizing norms and protocol leadership guidance on these new payment mechanisms.

As you see, this has moved beyond the US Congressional level and onto the Global Economy.

We are not only transitioning a global economy. We are transitioning into a "shared global leadership economic model."

The Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is finalizing their clarification of new roles in the new economy. This clarification will come by the end of May.

This new subcommittee will be overseeing and giving guidance on the new digital asset-based trading system that includes currency swaps, the derivative markets, gold standardization, and so much more.  

This new subcommittee has been formulated to deal with the new global digital economy already underway.

This is another way of saying that the markets are going to trade between a 1 to 3% range.

The Debt Ceiling meeting has been postponed for one week.

Safety of Regional Banks are in focus. Regional banks are under pressure to reprice their customers' contracts offering higher rates.

Banks are looking for money because they know that the runoff at the FED level in liquidity is real.

Banks basically need their customers to remain in their system. The competition for customers at the banking level is real.

According to the experts, the Vietnamese Dong has been the most stable currency in Asia.

Since the beginning of the year, Vietnam has been able to accumulate more foreign currency reserves to support their National Currency. 

This is creating a stronger demand for their currency over the US dollar trading at similar levels as the Yuan and Yen.

The demand is expected to normalize their economy by the end of the year increasing the value of their own currency to sustain their own economy.

Iraq received a delegation from the World Bank yesterday for a meeting. 

International Finance Corporation (IFC) affiliated to the World Bank discussed their guarantee program. 

During the meeting, the Central Bank of Iraq and the International Finance Corporation discussed ways they could collaborate their efforts going forward.

A guarantee program includes the following:

* The ability to work with a AAA mitigation financial structure guaranteeing a solid framework of collaboration between countries.

* Guaranteeing foreign and local currency obligations will be met.

* Minimizing currency risk (convertibility, transferability, etc,)

* And finally, a guarantee program such as this will secure both private and governmental agencies from activities that will bring their financial system down.
