SEBA Hong Kong has received the AIP for its licence application to operate regulated activities in Hong Kong to deal in securities, including virtual assets-related products, such as OTC derivatives and structured products; advise on securities and virtual assets; and conduct asset management for discretionary accounts in both traditional securities and virtual assets.

This license, when issued, will pave the way for SEBA Hong Kong to be part of the first group of licensed corporations in Hong Kong to conduct investment services with crypto capabilities in the market, making the Switzerland-headquartered bank a significant frontrunner in Hong Kong’s burgeoning crypto economy.

The purpose of money is in our use of it as a means of exchange to buy goods and services at values predetermined by the worth of it placed upon the agreed-upon transaction itself.

Today, we are living in a time where those values are being challenged and forced to change around the world.

Currencies in the East are now being utilized as a means of value and in process of being determined for their values based upon the rate of their exchange through demand and the supply they hold of it.

Creating new values are determined by the people who use this money and those who govern it. (Money velocity) Because of these changes taking place, there is no doubt that a global Currency Reset is needed.

The question for many people out there is not if, but when will this take place. The simple answer is we already in the process of it.

There will come a time when new values will begin to form on chart calculations inside the market as the use of money in different areas of the country begin to put price pressures on these changes being created.

Bilateral agreements are happening hand over fist at this point. Many of these trades are no longer in the World Reserve Currency. Local economies in the East are utilizing their own paper money to fulfill trades. So, we watch and we wait. Changes are happening and prices are changed by price correlations formed through money velocity and digital transformations.

Around 90% of traded goods are carried over the waves. Here is the place where exports and imports shift the prices on goods and services by the demands placed on them.

Our shipping ports are becoming more and more digitized over time. The movement of money is increasing demand in order for supply to reach their destination at faster rates because of these digital integrations.

People are beginning to pull their money off of digital exchanges right now in the crypto space.

Trillions of Shiba Inu tokens are just one of many cryptos leaving these exchangers.

Monetary policies on digital clarity are about to be unleashed from the Financial Stability Board at the G20 meeting.

Currently, this is causing the price of cryptocurrency to move into lower values. As clarity comes from the G20 meeting, look for new price action flows to enter into the market formulating authentic price patterns.

Just know, this is part of the transition into our new economy. On the other side of this transition, there will be new tokenized assets interfaced in the form of introductory coin/stock offerings placed into the system creating real values.

Sometimes I like to do a review for myself and others. Today, I would like to remind you of a few articles that have been written in the past to clarify the use of Central Bank Digital Currency.

So far, CBDCs are for wholesale use only and Central Banks. On the retail level of CBDCs, we have a problem.

Retail CBDCs do not scale as fast as other coins, and they are not private. All of this has been written about in articles outlining where we are in this process. AI is currently working on a mechanism to give us privacy, but they are a long way from its adoption even if passed through public adoption.

Stablecoins that represent a country's currency is much further along, and the SEC and CFTC are requiring the full backing of these coins to be made by gold and other commodities.

Anyone who has been following this room is aware that I have backed this information by articles from legitimate sources. This is just a reminder as to where we are in the process.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for a global framework on cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. 

Days ahead of the G20 summit scheduled to begin September 8 in New Delhi, Modi was asked in a recent interview with Business Today about a potential worldwide framework for regulating cryptocurrencies.

The major stablecoin company CIRCLE said it will launch its USDC stablecoin natively on two blockchains in the first week of September.  The company said on  AUG30 that it will launch USDC on Optimism’s OP Mainnet. It said that this new, native version of USDC will gradually replace OP Mainnet’s current version of the stablecoin, which is bridged from the Etherium blockchain.  The symbol for Optimism’s bridged version of USDC will be changed to USDC.e, while the new native version will be labeled USDC.  Previously, Circle announced a native version of USDC on Coinbase’s Layer 2 Base network on AUG29 Just like in the other launch, the new version of USDC on Base will gradually replace an existing version bridged from Ethereum. The bridged version will be renamed USDbC, while the new native version will be labeled USDC.  Circle said that these native versions of USDC will allow for institutional on- and off-ramps and will help ensure that USDC is always fully backed and redeemable.

"Paxos Acquisition Marks a New Era for Stablecoin Landscape. Binance’s strategic decision to phase out its stablecoin, BUSD, by the end of 2024 marks a significant turning point within the cryptocurrency space."

This announcement is a sign of things to come. The acquisition of BUSD by Paxos allows us to know what is on the horizon.

Paxos is a stablecoin backed by gold. It is a new regulation requirement expectation of stablecoins going forward. Stablecoins represent a country's currency in digital form.

The standardization of the new digital economy is dependent on protocols that allow stable exchanges from one country to the next. In this case, it will be done with stablecoins backed by gold.

The State Bank of Vietnam has joined an alliance of Asian central banks that has been working together to link up their domestic payment systems.

The State Bank of Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding to become a member of the Regional Payment Connectivity (RPC) initiative on August 25, according to a joint statement issued by six central banks. Blockchain Adoption: Stellar Development Foundation Comments on Decision to Join Bytecode Alliance
August 29, 2023

One of the first decisions made when building Soroban, the Stellar network‘s smart contract platform, was “choosing a platform for it to run on.”

The developers say they decided “to build on WebAssembly (Wasm) in April of 2022.” As noted in a blog post, Wasm offers a robust execution environment “for smart contracts and a thriving ecosystem.”

It also contributes “to building a safe, scalable system that promotes equitable access.” Choosing Wasm, or any platform really, is “a foundational decision because it informs just about every decision that comes next.” Which is why it was “a no-brainer for the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) to join the Bytecode Alliance.”

As only the second blockchain in the Alliance, SDF can now help “shape the future and development of WebAssembly to include blockchain’s point of view.”

Banking Announcement:

We talked about the banks wanting more requirements about a week ago. Now, they have moved to a proposal stage.

They are proposing new resolution plans regarding debt rules for banks. In a nutshell, large Banks are raising their long-term debt issuance to around 70 billion along with more detailed resolution plans.

Basically, the FDIC wants regional banks to be more prepared for any failures going forward.

Many of the mid-sized to smaller banks will not be able to handle this new capital requirement. This is why we are witnessing many of them consolidating to larger banks. In other words, banks are still in the midst of reforms leading to a reset into full Basel 3 compliance.

This will put the banking system into alignment with the new SOFR lending settings activated on July 1st, 2023 synchronizing the markets and the banks. Look for tokenized assets to be activated during this transition causing the markets and banking system to move into unison with real values.

The rising values on gold will formulate new price patterns leading to a repricing event bringing forth solid debt-to-equity ratios inside all sectors of the new digital asset-based trading system.

The Second Circuit Agrees: Loans are Not Securities

"In its decision, the Second Circuit agreed with the District Court and, applying the Reves test, determined that the loans are distinguishable from other instructions that qualify as securities."

For now, the banking system has determined that loans qualify as securities.

These collateralized loans enable the banking system to make money on loans that do not get paid or do get paid based on the backing of these loans by collateralized assets.

What a win-win situation for everyone. I know we talked about this a week ago, but this new determination moving into law solidifies what we saw coming.

Banks are in the proposal phase of their banking reforms. What this means is they have made an offer that will move them towards new transactions based on Basel 3 compliance requirements.

The next phase will be to test these new requirements inside the markets. This will call shifts in prices all over the stock market as well as the commodity sector.

It is an attempt to find a balance between debt-to-equity ratios that work. Once new ratios are formulated, we will see final rules and comments come into play by the end of November per articles shared in this room a few weeks ago.

The month of December is when the banking system closes their books on the year. It is a time when banks make changes and adjustments to prepare for the new year.

"China Moves Ahead With Capital Market Support Measures. The measures include a lower minimum margin ratio, a stamp duty cut, and curbs on stock sales and new IPOs."

Stamp duty cuts boost liquidity and increase transaction sentiment in the markets. In other words, the stamp duty rate for currency (exchange rate changes) and interest rate derivatives have been reduced.

At the same time, China is currently utilizing lower margin rates in their trades to get through their crisis in the markets concerning Evergrande's widespread bankruptcy effect.

This allows them to reduce expenses, enhance profit potential, and enjoy greater flexibility in utilizing their capital.

When a company or a market is restructured, many provisions go into play that allow for changes to occur knowing values have changed.

This absorbs the shock inside markets for when companies like Evergrande who can't make their bills. A limited number of new offerings occur during these transitions to help markets make their adjustments.

In other words, Evergrande stocks and stocks affected by this company are on sale. This allows a market to move into real values based upon their ability to pay for them in the present economy.

This is a great time for new tokenized assets based upon real values to come into play through the activation of Quantum Technologies that have been interfacing with one another as of late.

We have not completed this process, but it is in the works.

ANKARA — Turkey and Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding to advance the two countries' cooperation in mining, Turkey’s Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced Monday.

Bayraktar said the deal is particularly aiming to advance cooperation between Turkey and Saudi Arabia on the mining of critical minerals. “One of the most important components of this memorandum involves cooperation on critical mines that are required in new technologies such as electric vehicles or solar panel technologies,” he told Turkey’s public broadcaster, adding that the scope of the deal involves the mining of critical minerals in Turkey and Saudi Arabia as well as third countries.

"The Energy Act of 2020 defines a critical mineral as a “non-fuel mineral or mineral material essential to the economic or national security of the U.S. and which has a supply chain vulnerable to disruption.” The law requires the USGS to update its list of critical minerals at least every three years, which informs federal agencies’ use of funds dedicated to strengthening supply chains, awarding tax credits, and setting strategy for increasing and diversifying supply."

The need for copper in our future economy is so great that copper has been put on the critical mineral list.

This means it has the potential to disrupt supply chains because of the demand for it in electronic vehicles, electrical products, wind solar, and hydropower.

At this point, Energy Infrastructure is of wide concern due to how much is needed to supply the next economy.

Interestingly, this above article is from February of this year. Inroads were being made then, to set up the commodities sector of trade. Oil especially. As a reminder, Iran pushed for a quick entry into BRICS, and they have been granted entry starting January 2024.

In the above information, we see that India traded with Iraq in US dollars around 12.9 billion dollars worth in trade.

Now, Iraq is no longer using the dollar inside the UPI trading mechanism with India who is running out of dollars for trade per a recent article last week forcing India to use the Rupee in their new Bilateral Trade Agreements.

This is just one country that Iraq is doing business with now in their own currency going forward.

As Iraq begins to increase demand for their currency, this will begin to put price pressures on the Dinar raising its value the second half of the year.

Joint committees and agreements between two countries in terms of a trade deal with price valuation agreements.

These two countries had to agree upon acceptable values on goods and services that would allow them to trade at fair values between the two countries.

A few months ago we read that Iraq had a bank inside of Turkey or at the very least Bank capabilities. Now, we know why. They intended to do business together.

Bloomberg -- "US banking watchdogs will next week propose requiring that banks with as little as $100 billion in assets issue enough long-term debt to cover capital losses if they ever failed."

This new ruling goes into effect on August 29th, 2023. A long-term debt is treated differently than a short-term debt. For the issuer, this is a liability. For the owner of a debt for example bank bonds, it becomes an asset.

Knowing that gold is about to rise in value for some time keeps Banks liquid for those who fail to pay. This is where Basel 3 capital requirements will come into play.

While narratives are being built around the BRICS Nations this week, let's take a look at what Money Managers are doing in the Banking System.

And, let's take a look at who is investing in Banks backed by gold. Big investors and Banking institutions are now getting involved in accumulating gold at an unprecedented rate at this point.

Most are "going short" on gold. Going short is the practice of selling borrowed brokered assets, and then, buying these assets back at a later date and keeping the profits. As Bankers roll over their profits, more and more liquidity will provide them a path forward.

Institutional money moves mountains in the marketplace. These kinds of moves do not happen without a pretty clear idea where the market is going. In this case, the commodity markets are expected to begin taking the lead going forward. You can see this in the decisions that the banking system have been making since July 1st when we entered into a SOFR lending service.

Everything seems to be coming together all at once. Gold will set us free.

India and Iraq recently had a meeting and agreed to strengthen economic and banking ties between their countries.

"The two parties agreed to open bank accounts in accredited Indian banks to facilitate external transfers to cover Iraq's imports..."

This will speed up transfers for Iraq importing merchant items between the two countries. More importantly, this will add Iraq to the UPI electronic mechanisms required to do digital trading between countries.

The Unified Payment Interface is a step forward into the more advanced levels of trading on the new QFS.

The UPI is a system that unites payment accounts between countries allowing trade to be facilitated in one's own local currencies. It is a way of increasing demand on local currencies and the values between the countries who trade utilizing this method of payment.

This will merge several banking features, create seamless fund routing, and merchant payments. Iraq is rapidly entering into the International stage of trading that allows movement of money between countries inside their supply/ demand side of economics.

If you could only see me smile, this is the one thing that I have been looking to see happen for a long time. It is why you have heard me say over and over and over the following words:

Though they also trade on their own behalf or to execute clients' orders, state banks often act at the behest of the central bank when the yuan is under pressure, as it is now."

There is far more to the story than this article quotation reveals, so let's take a brief look at it a little closer from another point of view.

China made a decision a while back to back its oil trades with gold in order to strengthen the Petro Yuan. As we have seen from recent articles, this move has benefited China in the new digital trading system in the eastern half of our world.

The selling of the Dollar for the Yuan will not only strengthen their position in trade, but the dynamics of the dollar losing its value also goes into play with this decision.

At some level, China is aware that the demand for their currency backed by real values will benefit them more at this time utilizing their own local currency.

Inflation is causing many countries to return to the use of their own local currencies in a process known as "Financial Deepening."

Trading with one's own local currencies balances the Gross Domestic Product inside of a country in terms of trade ratios.

Goldman Sachs is now involved in International Trades and the Clearing House Brokers Division. This involves the Foreign Currency Exchange Market as well.
