I just received another audio from another leader from T1 and the owner has received the codes to activate the liquidity.
Leaders are flying from all over the world to receive their blessing and once that happens they will start distributing the funds to their members.
This is really historical as this is the commencement of the RV.

On Tues. 16 May an anonymous source received a phone call telling them that the Global Currency Reset launch codes had been released and it was only a matter of time before Tier4b (Us, the Internet Group) received notification to set exchange appointments from Wells Fargo. Release of those codes to Wells Fargo on Tues. 16 May was confirmed by Bruce on his Tues. 16 May call.

He said in his opinion we should see a rate just prior to the budget being opened...it make more sense he said to do it before or when they open it. Either way it's coming to us. FRANK: Yes it's coming. The problem is we don't know exactly when. The timing will bring you the [lower] notes and the new exchange rate when it's proper. It looks like it's very soon...IMO he is absolutely correct. Either before or during or after. The key is it's coming!

Iraq's deputy prime minister and finance minister has reportedly said he supports a floating exchange rate for the Iraqi currency, the dinar.
He also reported in a press conference on Thursday that the Central Bank of Iraq intervenes from time to time to keep the dinar within the limits of 5 percent plus or minus, adding: "The exchange rate is not as sacred as it used to be.
Fixing the rate leads to the accumulation of economic problems and the explosion later."
