Do you know how long we have been waiting to officially hear this from Iraq?
Channel 8 English:To strengthen state reserves and stabilize the Iraqi dinar, economic expert Haidar al-Sheikh said the government is considering a currency overhaul. China Says "GET OUT" To Paper Gold Market Traders | Chris Whalen
Liberty and Finance: 7-25-2026
Chris Whalen, Chairman of Whalen Global Advisors, joins Liberty and Finance to discuss the future of gold and silver amid changing global markets.
Whalen explains why central banks continue accumulating gold as they seek reserve diversification away from the dollar system, while silver’s outlook remains tied to industrial demand.
He also analyzes China’s shift toward physical delivery markets, rising commodity pressures, and why inflation risks may persist due to energy and supply chain constraints.
Whalen warns about growing vulnerabilities in private credit markets, margin debt, and the broader financial system.
He concludes by emphasizing the importance of fiscal discipline, preparedness, and maintaining exposure to real assets during uncertain economic conditions.
