On July 1st, 2023, the QFS will begin digital networks interfacing with one another from around the world.

This new monetary system with new monetary policies by mid July will begin forming a new digital market and a new digital banking system.

As new correlated assets begin supporting one another in a standardized collateral-based system, new valuations will begin to take shape as new support levels are formed.

The RV is a process that leads to a date, and not, something that can be pulled out of thin air.
