Digital credit is a small short-term loan.
It can be accessed instantly, automatically, and remotely.
This gives a person borrowing money access to funds without even having a formal credit history.

Walkingstick [via Frank26] The Iraqi Stock Exchange and the Erbil Stock Exchange as of the 28th of January are all linked and in position ready for the float. It's just not live yet. The Iraqi Stock Exchange and the Erbil Stock Exchange will be going live internationally the moment the new exchange rate is released. All the platforms are now linked.
Militia Man It really looks like things we're seeing are unfolding quickly and intense...fast and furious. Meetings in Istanbul...those were successful. Done. Then they were going to come into New York and to Washington DC...from about the 7th up until the 10th they all showed up...that's really powerful that the delegation wasn't only the second string it was the first string. What is the difference between Federal Reserve printing money and the US government borrowing money? And if there is a difference, should we prefer one over the other?
Given all the discussion lately about the debt ceiling, the arguments about it, the arguments to just eliminate it and allow the government to continue borrowing an unlimited amount and the Federal Reserve potentially having to step in and print the money for that.
The lines can get kind of blurred as to what is printing, what is borrowing whenever the government spends. So, I'm going to break down for you the three types of government income that are even possible. How it funds its expenses. And then you'll be able to see which one is preferable.
