Demonstrators in Iraq decided to respond strongly to the continued excessive violence against them by the security forces and armed militias affiliated to Iran in the country.
In statements and statements on Thursday, the rebels and activists called on all Iraqis to intensify their demonstrations and protests, which they declared under the title of "Tishreen uprising", and completed since last October 25 and at the moment of writing this line, to come out with major demonstrations tomorrow Friday, November 8, 2019. Samson: Abdul Mahdi spokesman: We will not allow the demonstrators to storm the Central Bank and some of them martyred by unknowns

Major General Abdul-Karim Khalaf, spokesman for the Office of the Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, said on Thursday that demonstrators can not be allowed to storm the Central Bank.
Khalaf said in a press statement followed by (Euphrates News), that "there is no relationship between the attacking the Central Bank from some quarters and the demands of demonstrators in the country," stressing that "He added that "the martyrdom of some demonstrators during the days of protests in the country, was by soldiers " He stressed that "others were martyred by the unknown and that this file before the judiciary."
He attributed behind "the reason for the landing of forces carrying weapons to the streets is due to the lack of security forces preparedness for large demonstrations," stressing that "tear gas bombs used against demonstrators allowed and used in many Of countries." LINK

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, Thursday, that 90% of Iraq's financial budget depends on oil resources.
Abdul-Mahdi said after the expanded meeting of the Committee on the preparation of the financial budget for 2020, "90% of Iraq's financial budget depends on oil resources."
The prime minister added: "We are seeking to increase the non-oil resources of the state." LINK
Samson: IBBC Delegation Meets Iraqi President

Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) fields significant Baghdad meetings with Dr Barham Salih, President of Iraq, and Ambassadors, to strengthen private sector business in Iraq.
IBBC President Baroness Nicholson and MD Christophe Michels, Rasmi Al Jabri, IBBC Deputy Chairman and Mohanad Al Khatab Baghdad Office Manager, met this week with the President Dr Barham Salih and a range of Government of Iraq Ministers and business leaders.
The team updated the President on the work of IBBC and it’s members in Iraq. There followed wide ranging discussions on current affairs in Iraq and internationally. The President was ‘delighted to see IBBC in Baghdad in these challenging times and complimented the organisation for its ongoing and very effective work. He said that he was willing to support IBBC fully whenever required.’
Additional meetings included the Chief of Justice Faik Zidan, to follow up on his recent visit to London when IBBC hosted him, and to discuss the legal framework in Iraq and current affairs.
Dr Sami Al Araji, Head of the National Investment Commission (NIC) also agreed to plan future regular joint activities in Baghdad as the situation returns to normal.
Further meetings included Civil Society activist Mrs Hana to understand the many reasons for the protests and the latest news from Tahir Square and around the country. IBBC expressed sympathy for the movement and discussed ways in which the protest movement could succeed in some of it’s demands without facing a full confrontation with the security forces.
At the US Ambassador Tueller’s residence, the Ambassador, guests and Ambassadors from Canada and Australia and John Tucknot UK Deputy Head of mission, discussed the work of IBBC and how to strengthen collaboration with the US, Canada and Australia, to support the private sector. IBBC is widely recognised as being the most successful trade council in Iraq.

The Pentagon said on Thursday that Defense Secretary Mark Esper discussed the protests with Iraqis, while stressing that they were there at the invitation of the government.
"US Defense Secretary Mark Esper discussed the demonstrations with the Iraqis," the ministry said in an urgent news report. "We are there at the invitation of the Iraqi government," the ministry said.
It is noteworthy that US Defense Secretary Mark Esper, arrived on (October 23, 2019), to the capital Baghdad on an unannounced visit. LINK

Samson: The government agrees to open a consulate in the US state of 100,000 Iraqis

The US State Department on Thursday approved the opening of a consulate-general in Texas to provide consular services to more than 100,000 Iraqis.
"The cabinet unanimously approved the recommendation of the State Department to open a consulate general in Texas to provide consular services to more than 100,000 Iraqi community," a ministry statement received said.
"The Council of Ministers authorized Foreign Minister Muhammad Ali al-Hakim to sign memorandums of understanding for mutual exemption for diplomatic, service and private passport holders with Oman, Qatar and Indonesia," the statement said.
He continued, "This comes within the framework of diplomatic activity open to the world, and the balanced policy adopted by Iraq on the issues of the region and the world, in addition to Iraq's active and influential participation in international forums." LINK
