Iraqi TV was broadcasting that the government is implementing reforms to attract investment revenue. News casters are reporting that citizens receiving the new cards has surpassed 80% with 90% completion projected in the coming days.
Western Union announced that effective Sunday, citizens will be able to send Dinar outside of the country.

Tivon: Q-3 is the 2019 Budget. Q-4 is the 2020 Budget. Both will work in conjunction as the current 2019 Budget will segue into the 2020 Budget.
Because the money that will pay for the deficit is in the current budget.
The NASDAQ Trade Deal starts on Oct 1st. Iraq will need to reinstate their currency in order to support their securities, stocks, bonds etc.
The first legislative term is over September 3rd officially. They said they will implement their new fiscal policies before the second parliament session next month.
Not to mention the Kuwait donor funds for free capital movement needs to be Article 8. Qualifications and eligibility requirements have already been met or going to once Kurdistan complete the agreement for their 17% oil revenues and the four other items of interest on the table that is supposed to reach a resolution next week. Those talks are happening now.
Citizens are said to have the ability to wire money to foreign countries through Western Union starting today. So we are on a day by day basis as I wouldn't look past my nose to put off exchanging next month as everyday from now going forward is very viable for this to happen at any moment.
