MZ: It has been painfully quiet on the bond side , banker side and group side this afternoon.
Member: Tony said banks are working for the next 20 days…..guess we will see.
MZ: Well my bank contacts were told to be prepared to work for the next few weekends….so maybe.
Member: Are we still waiting for a bank crash.?
MZ: With the new administration we may not have a bank crash now…..but if we do…it will trigger the reset.
Member: The new treasury secretary said we are actually , probably going gold backed!
Member: Congressman from Georgia Carter is pushing “Fair Tax”. This gets rid of IRS and tax controls and gives the power back to the people.
Member: Trump also just said publicly he wants tariffs instead of income tax!
Member: Mark they also have HR25 going through the house eliminating all taxes except flat tax
MZ: Looks like many things are coming together
MZ: “Iraq boosts its financial stability with huge stores of dollars and Gold in America and Europe” I really find this one interesting. They US treasuries, bonds, cash and GOLD…….to provide cover for its local currency!!
MZ: Why do you think they keep telling us how sound, secure and stable it is? They want us to embrace it when the change the value….
MZ: “ Parliamentary Integrity: The region committed serious violations and did not abide by the state budget” They are coming to the end of it…
MZ: “Reform package revives 1,000 stalled projects .” Because they couldn’t agree on the budget the last few years…..they have been holding off on projects for a few years.
Member: If Iraq is completing their projects without having a new exchange rate, why would they be in any hurry to have one?
MZ: They have not been able to do them all….They have been stalled… People are looking for a new rate. But they are getting ready to restart them. They cannot do 1,000 projects without a massive infusion of cash. I believe they are setting the stage and we are getting ready to see it.
Member: what comes first, Iraq rate change or passing of the budget and HCL?
Member: Probably close to the same time. Hope its soon.
MZ: We may just see it passed this week.

Member: I heard that Iraq’s budget is due by March 31st. I heard they can’t continue without the RV if the dinar stays at 1300. With that logic you would think it has to be done by then.

MZ: I think things are moving along nicely.
MZ: Rumors over the weekend starts with a couple of my biggest bond contacts are saying they now expect theirs somewhere around February 10th. Some of these bigger ones could be “post RV though” There are different pots of money paying different things.
MZ: There are also rumors it could happen tonight. Remember they cloud things so we do not know the timing.
Member: Ask Iraq for the date. They seem to know how to manipulate the timeline.
Member: February 2 Groundhog Day!!!! Need to break this cycle!!!!!!!!
Member: If Trump doesn't address the economy soon then many will blame Trump if and when the markets fall
Member: but Trump signed an EO to get rid of CBDC …that was awesome
MZ: Wealth/redemption folks did not work over the weekend. They were hoping get called in but remember…..they were told to expect to work the next few weekends for awhile.
MZ: I am still waiting on a couple group check ins….Monday mornings are always tough for updates. But a number of groups were told at the end of last week that in 72 hours or so they would see full funding.
MZ: In Iraq: “Parliamentary Finance: Political consensuses forced the passage of the budget amendment within the committee” There is huge political pressure right now to finish the amendments and pass articles 12 and 14. But its finally coming out of committee and going to the full parliament. Should happen in the next couple of days.
MZ: “Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq: We provide the necessary support to International companies that wish to invest in Iraq-including American companies and banks” Banks and businesses are about to attend a really cool fair in Iraq. And many have already been back and forth already.
MZ: “The minister of commerce calls for the establishment of an exhibition “Made in America “ in Iraq and the presence of American companies in the sessions of the Baghdad exhibition” All the banks who told us they would never deal with this…… the dinar …well they are there. This creates a tremendous opportunity for American companies.
Member: BP is signing a full fledge contract with Iraq on February 1, meaning the RV must occur before that date IMO.
Member: do you think it will go this month Mark?
MZ: I think it’s more likely to go in the first part of February. I do not have a crystal ball…but have some great sources who are also being kept in the dark right now.
Member: if all the countries are going at once, then doing the final in each of those countries too !!
MZ: We know they are moving at a much quicker pace ….and I was told the US is pressuring Iraq to complete it. This is a first. America really needs this…..financially we are in a heck of a mess.
Member: We are now going into February! I wonder what’s the real hold up, anyone know?

Member: It’s only a few days till February, but Trump was in Vegas last weekend, very close to Reno
Member: The new Treasury Secretary has not been confirmed by congress yet……Maybe we need him at his job before the RV trigger gets pulled? Hopefully this happens this week.
MZ: I had not given that much thought but that makes sense for the Treasury….You could be onto something.

MZ: “ Trump administration tests the power to email every Federal employee all at once” Many got a second test email today. Making it more efficient to talk to them all at once. Very efficient and maybe easier when it comes time for the EBS?

Militia Man This article is March 14, 2023...It says time to get back to the previous era. What are they talking about? What was the value of Iraq's dinar in the previous era? In 1987...the price of 1 dinar was $3.30...I'm not saying a date or rate. I'm just...giving you an example of what they were like in a previous era...They told us 'the glory days', 'the previous era'. Remember what al-Sudani said? He didn't say a time specific about when the dinar was going to be stronger than the dollar, he just said that it was and he told his citizens to be careful...It's all coming full circle.
Mnt Goat Article: “HANTOUSH: ELECTRONIC PAYMENT REDUCES THE COST OF PAPER CURRENCY AND SUPPORTS ECONOMIC TRANSPARENCY” ...in early January 2023, the Finance Committee told us this was their goal to market the electronic payment process and do it in a BIG way. Sounds like their goal was accomplished. I know from my CBI contact that this had to be accomplished to conduct the Project to Delete the Zeros. Dr Shabibi also in 2011 told us this was an integral part of this plan to withdraw nearly 2/3 of the monetary mass in circulation and to conduct the Project to Delete the Zeros. Well…they are telling us now this is successful and done.

Economic expert Basem Jamil Antoine considered that the statements of former US President Donald Trump regarding gold reflect “a trend towards speculation instead of focusing on the industry.”
Antoine told {Euphrates News} that: "Trump's recent statements about resorting to gold in the economy may subject this process to speculation by major capitalists and influential people who head to areas of power and profit and convert gold into homes and real estate, away from industrial sectors and production that need a long time to build."
He added, "The ground from which Trump came is his original work as a speculator and he does not believe in industrial work and the main goal is to achieve profits and gain from the United States from gold, oil or weapons, and this is a non-industrial process."
Antoine explained that "industrialists have a long breath and Trump's breath goes to deals that achieve imaginary profits in a short period of time."
The statements of former US President Donald Trump about gold came in the context of his talk about global economic transformations.
Trump indicated that the US economy may witness a transformation if there is a greater trend towards using gold as an economic tool, instead of relying on paper currencies.
He considered that this trend may encourage major capitalists and investors to transfer wealth into gold and real estate, instead of investing in productive sectors that need a long time to grow.

Jeff I'm not trying to give you a date...Iraq can only change the their rate on a Sunday. The rate will change on what is their Sunday morning before or by the time their banks open. Their banks open Sunday morning 8am their time...Here's the unknown variable in this. Does Iraq need something like a holiday to legitimately suspend or pause their currency auction on a Sunday allowing them to change the rate? That's a question none of us can answer. We don't know...
Frank26 IMO the reason why they're using the three zero notes to educate the Iraqi citizens is not just because they will coexist with the new small category notes but they will look exactly like the old notes. The only difference is the zeros will be gone... The whole thing falls on one thing - the amendment budget readings...If we're waiting for a float or a basket, what is it that's going to give us the float or the basket? MZ: Iraq right now is looking at a consumption tax instead of an income tax. To me that looks like Nesara. Looks like other countries also looking to scrap income taxes in favor of a consumption tax.

MZ: Finally a couple bond contacts have reached out to me ….saying they are “positioned “ for this week to be finished…funding is prepared...This coming week starts tomorrow…. Very positive to hear…. But there are still a couple expecting things the first week in Feb.

MZ: I don’t think so…..I believe we may be done by that time
Member: So what’s the hold up on the bonds?
MZ: I don’t think there is a hold up….I believe they did not feel comfortable moving the trillions of dollars until Trump took the oath of office last Monday. Now they have kicked in to moving all those funds and making sure everything is secure and will be going where it is supposed to. While they have tested the system greatly, this is the first time it will be used at full volume. Groups, group leaders and bankers tell me it all went off of “stuck” last Monday.
MZ: Also Groups are expecting funding within days .
MZ: Wealth management/redemption center folks are “on call” this weekend. But, they are being told to expect a couple of long weekends in the very near future. They were specifically told to expect to work next weekend and the next few weekends after that….and to enjoy this last weekend “on call “ because they are about to work a lot. .
Member: MarkZ, President Trump reportedly in Reno last night and Iraq having a Holiday tomorrow, possibly significant???
MZ: From Iraq: “Hanan Fatlawi calls on Parliament to pass the budget amendment as quickly as the three laws were passed” This level headed lady is skyrocketing in Iraqi politics. There is a big push to get this budget stuff squared away. I believe Parliament reconvenes in a couple days to vote on the budget.

All right. Thank you, Bob, that was really important. Very good. And let's it's quarter after a little after now. So let's get into the Intel and see where we are.
All right. Now,I did guess just get a little bit an update. While Sue was in her segment, and I stepped away and came back to the call. But here's what is going on. We have been looking to be notified since Tuesday, and it's already Thursday night. We have not been notified yet, the snow and the icy roads in the South were a little bit of a factor, but not as much today as they were yesterday.
You know, 13 and a half inches in Charmat, Louisiana. You know, 10 inches in Milton, Florida. We're on exit six or exit eight, something like that. On Interstate 10, we look I 95 through South Carolina -- Only one lane was open, one lane going north, one lane going south.
Today, this afternoon, we had enough melting where now I 95 is open. So you know, it's, I don't know how much the weather was good to push on this – But we did find out today that there was an issue with three countries, Germany, South Korea, and let's see what was it one of the African nations, and I'll think of it in a minute - And so these three were trying to connect to the Starlink satellite system.
They had some connectivity issues, but the main problem was they needed verification of their inground assets, their in ground assets. You say, what is that? What does that mean in ground if there were a country that was that had oil, natural gas, that might have precious metals underground, that might have both, could have silver, could have any could have jewels, diamonds, rubies, sapphires, all of that, all of those things that are in the ground that can be mined or brought up, like oil, that is considered an asset.
And the reason that's important is these countries, currency values are determined by the in ground assets, plus the assets that are above ground, okay, their supply of gold that they might have, or whatever. And it's just, it's just the getting the combination and the total of those assets.
Look for the United States. We've got a lot of gold, believe it on we repatriated the gold that was underneath the Vatican for 300 miles that went to the proper countries, including the US, you know, but these three countries were slow, and they basically were givenan ultimatum today.
Listen, we need the verification of these in ground assets, or you're out of the loop. We're going to go around you, and you won't be able to take part in the revaluation or in the exchanges. Well, guess what? All three countries got their act together and were able to get connected through the Starlink satellite system and get that information out to our treasury and make sure that we have the information needed. Okay, so that's really important.
So that looks like it took care of itself somewhere around 1:00 or 130 Eastern this afternoon. That was no longer an issue, no longer a problem. So then we heard, okay, that's good. And then we heard from one of the international banks that in an email to their banks, to their redemption centers, they said, prepare for Thursday and Friday. No check that. Sorry.
Prepare for Friday and Saturday, the 24th and 25th to be Gangbuster days. Gangbuster days and so then you will be talking to the redemption center people, and you will be very busy on those days. Okay, that's good. That's really good. We took that to mean that bond holders should be notified sometime tomorrow.
And I think the fines and penalties and all of that adjudicated settlements and farm claims, ranch claims, and Indian claims, all of that that doesn't go out tonight to them. It should be tomorrow. They get that. And then, of course, that includes CMKX. These are what we call the intermediaries, okay, bond holders are next - And then we in tier four, A and B, which is admiral’s group, and us in the internet group would go next. So I believe what I just mentioned this now will all take place tomorrow.
However, the latest piece of Intel says that the takeoff day for all of this is going to be Saturday. So we might see some activity - I think I don't remember to see our numbers tomorrow. One source said, Yes, tomorrow for us, the latest piece we just got - which was from the person in the treasury that was put in charge of appointing the pay masters for these groups in Reno, that person said, everything will be taking off for all of us on Saturday.
Now let's say that happens, we get our numbers, and hopefully it's before lunchtime. Let's say it's anytime before maybe we get that. We could roll some exchanges on Saturday and then Sunday is another exchange day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, etc. So that is the plan, as it is now. I would love to say it's absolutely for tomorrow for us, but it is not for us in our group the internet group in 4b it looks like Saturday, so that is where we stand right now.
Not a whole lot else to add for that, except the information said that we'll be very excited about the rates. I think the rates are going to go higher, especially on Dong and are, and we know that they are contract on dinar, which tied to the per barrel price of oil, which is was in the low 80s. That's per dinar, by the way, and so that’s the latest we have on that.
And of course, the Zim it'll go only at the redemption center for the redemption of it, and the contract rate is only available at the redemption center. So we need a call and set an appointment. And the absolute maximum appointment time has been set at 45 minutes.
So the ones 30 minutes to 40 maximum 45 if you've got a box or two of bonds, let them know, because you might need a double appointment to handle those bonds. You might, I don't think you've got a lot of currency and you also have bonds.
Man, I don't see how you can get it done in 45 minutes. I just don't know. I know they go super fast on the Delarue machine, and can crank it out and get that done. But even setting up an account, setting up your quantum account, all of that, it takes a little time, and I know it's going to go fast, guys, don't go really going to be the fastest 40 or 45 minutes of your life, probably. And have fun with it. Just enjoy it. Pay attention, and you'll be fine.
Your NDA would last a minimum of 30 days, and then it could last as long as six months, depending on how they read you. If they read you as sharp, intelligent, going to keep your mouth quiet. Keep your you know, keep it quiet. Keep your mouth closed. You know, you might end up with just 30 days.
Look like you might be able to do that. Then they might extend it. And you could go two months, three months, even six months under an NDA undisclosed.
So let's see if there's anything else that I can think of right now.
Yeah, I think, really, what we're looking at is getting this thing started this week -- Med Beds are coming very quickly, even to the public. They moved it up. They moved the public notification of Med Beds up to Monday or Tuesday, 27 through 28 but it is based on dire need for the public, for us in 4B it based more on Zim holders and dire need the first priority into the Med Beds - okay, and the public that doesn't have any zim, it's going to be based on dire need, and that's still okay. That's it. That's what we're looking at.
And I think that everything is starting to come out in the way of some disclosure. Of course, the meds be a big thing for disclosure next, early next week, but even today, with the executive order that President Trump signed to declassify the the assassination of John F Kennedy June, John F Kennedy and his brother Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr, has been put into it with declassified status, which should take up to 15 days for that to go through to the proper people, and then we should get disclosed maybe sooner than 15 days, but that's what's in the exit board.
So we'll see what happens on that. But I think we're going to see the start here of some really interesting disclosure events, wait till they deal with what happened on 9 /11 in New York. Yeah, that I don't know when that's coming out, but we'll see
Otherwise. Yeah, I think we're just really ready to go. And this is good. We should be excited.
It's really going to be exciting. You guys know why I'm excited about it, so let's think if there's anything else, nothing else the timeline looks like tomorrow for bond holders and the intermediaries. For us, it looks like notifications and set appointments and start exchangesand go right through and do something and so on. So that's right now we have, let's go ahead Okay, let's do this. MZ: I got another report this morning similar to reports I got yesterday makes me confident enough to share. I was told by a couple of groups and a Indian Nation source that “funding transactions should be complete in the next few days”
MZ: That means in the next few days these folks expect people to be funded. This would be huge. Buckle up.
MZ: Speaking of Indian Nations: Donald Trump yesterday officially recognized the Lumbee Indian Tribe…This is wonderful and way overdue.

Member: as a member of the Cherokee tribe of northeast Alabama, I am encouraged by Trumps actions. We are recognized by the State of Alabama but not yet recognized by the US govt.
Member: What does this mean for the Indian Nations?
MZ: Part of the Fines and Penalty settlements is settling out historic debts that are owed. For the Indian Nations it would be a tremendous inflow of cash. By recognizing the lumbee Nation they would get paid benefits from the US government.

MZ: I do not know…yet

MZ: Nothing specific on bonds. But one of the groups that got the memo to expect funding in a few days were bond holders.

MZ: Ablsolutely positively – some are . but some are not and they are still talking because they have not been paid yet.
MZ: Multiple forex traders have reported that they have had to sign new “terms of agreements” focusing on currency exchange values. I find that very interesting and believe it is a key thing to do before they flip the switch.
MZ: “The $25 Billion cost of Iraq’s oil deadlock” Without the oil flowing to Turkey-this is the financial consequences of Baghdad and Erbil’s fight over all these things in the budget. They have already lost $22 billion in under 22 months just from the pipeline not flowing……not counting all the other oil revenues
MZ: “Trump’s storm hits OPEC and ignites fears in Baghdad” From Remarks given by Trump at Davos…..and “Drill Baby Drill” in the US…caused a drop in oil prices below $75.This will lower the cost at the pumps for us…..and lower the cost of groceries soon …But Iraq is still well in the range they need for the RV.

All registered assets will be paid in order of preference, with large transactions being the first as their suppliers cease in their absence.

Revaluations will be calculated directly by the treasury using different formulas for different calls.
Transactions will be paid in stages. – The first payment is 1% and 9% will be paid within eight days of verification of assets from recorded transactions. – The remaining amount will be paid in deferred weekly or monthly transfers.
All qualified sellers will be contacted via phone or email based on the contact details entered in KYC provided at the time by the seller and if the sellers or the vendor do not respond, it will be moved to the next file. Therefore, please request all sellers to be vigilant and check their mailbox periodically to answer any call even if it is an unknown number or a hidden number.
There is one item that we have no control over in the payment list, we only know that here: – they pay first to priority representatives of seniors with SKR certificate and – then it will be the big files to the smaller files and – within each category from the oldest file to the most recent registration date, Therefore, we ask all sellers to understand this rule and be patient.
Advantages of redemption for the seller and all facilitator: – seller and intermediaries will all have full immunity of funds – sellers and intermediaries will be exempt from taxes – only the seller will have diplomatic passport and will get the status of world sovereignty – the seller will be able to operate global citizenship.

Payout Schedule for Tier Groups involved in the RV:
The Dubai Accounts Funds the RV: Dubai 1 fundsTiers 1&2 of the RVand Dubai 2 funds Tiers 3&4 of the RV, while Dubai 3 funds the Adjudicated Accounts and GESARA.
The payout of the Bonds and Currency is done in order of the different tiers. There are five Tiers that will be exchanging: Tiers 1, 2, 3, 4 &5.
Liquidity Release is done in a certain order. The Elders, German Bonds and select Yellow Dragon Bonds must be paid first and have been.
A. Dubai 1 released for liquidity which then triggers Dubai 2&3.
B. Fines & Penalties are released to recipients (they need D1 liquid, this is their hold up)
C. Bonds will be liquid (they need D1 to be liquid)
D. Tiers 1-4b are notified. (they need D1 to be liquid) It appears all is set to go on or about the same time!
Tier 1 Sovereign Nation Debt of Governments: Chinese Royals, Bond Holders, Paymasters, Church Groups, CMKX, F&P, Adjudicated Settlements, Ranch and Farm Claims and other groups.
Tier 2 Royals, Elders, Whales, Military Generals and some political type Elites with platforms of currency, corporations, etc.
Tier 3 Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups like the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Pentecostal group was now 100% under an NDA.
Tier 3 was all Dubai 2 Trust Money and originally was the Generals and public. Now Tier 3 includes groups with projects including the Admiral.
The Admiral was sent to the back of the line and renamed Tier 4A (really just a pie slice of tier 3). The Admiral’s Group was composed of three parts – most notable of which was Tier4a Core groups and 130 VIP groups.

This is an amazing breakthrough for Iraqi Dinar investors. The corruption is coming to a resounding end for the Iraqi citizens and the world who is waiting with bated breath for Iraq to pull the trigger and flood the planet with a revaluation that will change the world forever.
This latest developments that you can read below brings more security & stability to the Iraqi Dinar. They refuse to open the 2025 Budget because it only deals with the Iraqi Dinar and not the USD. And many banks are now stuck holding a empty bag.
With fewer banks handling dollar transactions, there’s a potential reduction in the supply of dollars within Iraq, which could increase demand for the IQD in forex trading if the dinar is seen as a stable alternative. And it will be. Because it is now backed by natural resources.
Since the 2025 budget is designed to use only the Iraqi Dinar, this move away from the dollar in official transactions diminishes the avenues for corrupt practices involving the dollar. This make the IQD more attractive or stable, influencing its exchange rate on the Forex market.
The U.S. control over remittances through Arab and foreign banks aims to stabilize the flow of dollars in and out of Iraq. By managing this flow, it reduces the volatility that often accompanies unregulated financial transfers, which could help in setting a stable exchange rate.

Walkingstick De-dollarization gave the CBI full control of their exchange rate of their currency and it put them in Article VIII compliance. No restrictions. Therefore there is no outside interference right now concerning their monetary reform. Nothing can stop/delay the new exchange rate that is coming.
