Okay, so let's talk about where we stand now and when the Intel is taking us - Jeanie mentioned it’s today that is Iraq's Independence Day. They did make an announcement this morning about their independence and declaring themselves a sovereign state - again on this day - they did not did not mention at this point that they have a newly revalued currency. That announcement is coming.
But they are starting to pay back to well they paid contractors pay and they've also paying on the HCL Law - The oil and gas law. They're paying out the profit sharing throughout the country to the citizenry in Iraq, for the oil and gas that they're pumping out.
And so this HCL it turns into real money fast because they've paid people that we know have already received it. And some people receive it tomorrow. At 10 o'clock. I mean, they'll have access to it at 10am and others of them might get it the next day.
So they're staggering it out a little bit, but they're paying that and they're paying back pay for other things that are more retribution type benefits. I think they're paying those out as well. So Iraq is rolling.
I don't know if the dinar rate is going to come out in the Gazette or not tomorrow, it really doesn't matter. Because I think from our point of view, they're doing everything that they said that they were going to do and bringing it out including their budget and all of that good stuff.
Right should be in the budget. So if that comes out in the Gazette, great, if it doesn't, kind of make or break us.
Now - The other things that are happening, let's talk briefly about something that I think Jeanie brought up in her praise report tonight. And that was what's going to happen tomorrow.
We talked about on the big call at least a week ago, maybe longer, like about a week ago about the idea of a disruption of service cell phones, internet and satellite television.
However, I find out today and that was going to be from one o'clock Eastern to 2:02 Eastern, so an hour and two minutes from 1PM to 2:02 in the afternoon tomorrow.
Now, one of our sources is saying that he believes that he's very well tied into everything. He believes that that is going to be only for the deep state that it would not affect all of us. But it affects the deep state and they know who they are.
And they know you know their cell numbers, they know everything. And so that way they can do a final cleanup on aisle four or five and six on those individuals - during that time.
That is what I'm going to go with believing that should be the case. Now there's a separate thing that happens at 1:20pm Eastern time tomorrow.
So if you're on central it would be 12 Let's see. No no, check that to 2:20 here. That's what I just said 2: 20 PM. Thank you 2:20pm is when the testing of the EAS – EBS and EWS which EWS is emergency wireless system.
Those three are theoretically merging and be an actual test that takes place after the Starlink system has fully integrated or self service, our internet and our satellite TV.
So that Starlink system is supposed to interconnect all those things and bring us back cell service at 10 G and bring us back internet 100 times faster than it is now by using the Starlink satellite system.
So we'll see how that goes tomorrow - but the test itself at 2:20pm. Eastern time. - That test might be more than a test. It could be an announcement of some kind, and we're not sure what it might be about. Exactly. So maybe it's just a test. Or maybe there's an announcement that is tied to it. Okay, we'll see what that is. We'll see how that goes.
So that's about tomorrow's test window. And again, if there's a disruption of service, it hopefully will not affect us as a whole. But just the deep state that they're, they're tracking.
Now, beyond that. Let's go to our timing - bondholders - You know, we tend to watch what happens with tier three, the bondholders - because we know that we're essentially following them in this case –
Tier three bondholders have been called by the bank - in this case Wells Fargo to go in to do the essentially start over with the KYC type information the Know Your Customer stuff, to get pictures made - to get biometric fingerprints done - to sign off with final signatures in the case of the this was in the case of the Chinese dragon bonds.
And by doing that, they've got their credit cards or really their debit cards I guess, ready to go. And we're hearing that those modelers some of whom we know are going to be called tomorrowl afternoon or emailed tomorrow afternoon.
And we think that that call or email will give them access to funds when they receive that call or email should have access tomorrow afternoon. When that occurs, now that sets us up.
I don't know that this plays into it or not. But the Iraqi citizens and Iraqi Americans since which we know are supposed to have access to air funds from the HCL law tomorrow at around 10 in the morning.
We'll see if that. If that happens for them, we'll find that out.
But we did speak to one of the absolute top Wells Fargo sources all the way up all the way up the totem pole to the top. And he said yesterday that we should get our notifications and tier 4B tomorrow around noon.
Now another source who happens to be with the redemption center of Wells Fargo said to us today that we should look for our notifications anytime between 11 in the morning 11am and 1pm tomorrow.
Now if we hear this from another source, if we don't give them then which it does look good for us tomorrow noon, somewhere around noon to 11 to one -- .
If that doesn't happen tomorrow, we should look for them to come out either tomorrow afternoon or evening or by Thursday morning. And exchanges would start obviously, if it's late tomorrow afternoon.
We're going to start on Thursday anyway. If we get around 11 to one, there's a very good chance we'll start exchanges tomorrow. They only need about two hours. Let's say we got it at noon - And we call and set our appointments. First appointments could be as early as2 – 2:30 in the afternoon.
And some of these redemption centers are set to go to nine or 10 o'clock at night. It just depends on the demographic. How many Zim owners they know are in the area, etc, etc.
All kinds of variables. But I don't think it's going to be too late to go tomorrow afternoon evening if we get notified between 11 am and 1 pm tomorrow.
So we're going to keep an eye out for the EAS emergency alert system, Emergency Broadcast System or C wireless system - we’ll keep an eye out for that timeframe at 2:20pm tomorrow afternoon now, obviously that's Eastern time.
So central would be 1:20 - Mountain would be 12:20 and then Pacific would be 1120 in the morning. That's when we think those tests will all occur based on Eastern time.
Let's see where else we want to go with that --- I did see something that was brought to my attention that I realized was not true. And that was rates. Rates were bought out again and you guys know I don't really talk specifically on rates. But I can tell you what was put out is way off we've got very strong rates on dinar and Dong well into double digits.
And actually if you are offered a contract rate on dinar even if you are a zim holder, you can still for what the latest is they don't change it the latest says you could have access to the contract rate on the dinar which is very, very high. Just telling you so if they don't offer it, which they should but if they don't, and your Zim holder, you still can ask about it.
And they know what it is and it's on the screen and we know where it is and we know where it tops off the maximum amount. It's an incredible deal.
A lot of the currencies are in the same relative range, like the Afghani Afghanistan Afghani, the rupiah and the Bolivar and even the shekel and the Argentine peso, etc
This is a call I was looking for --- - I'll take this real quick -- Hold on
That was not the call I was expecting that was another call. But did confirm. It did confirm the timing that I said about notifications tomorrow.
So we should be good on that. And I'm looking forward to everything transpiring.
This is an incredible time for us. Theoretically I what we're hearing, I'm just telling you what I'm getting you guys. Everything is ready to go. We've heard that - We've also heard that tiers one, two and three are active. we told you about the bondholders being active and getting access to funds tomorrow afternoon. And I think we are right alongside them, getting ready to get notified that appointments can start exchanges. hopefully as early as tomorrow afternoon evening. Okay.
But guys, this has been a really good ride. Let's hope that we're at the end of it. We shall see they have pushed us back a couple of days. We heard last Thursday, and Friday. And so we're really on good track. Let's stay with it. Stay positive. And let's look forward to this happening and coming through for us.

October 1st is Sunday - So the 3rd is just getting started in the month of October and you'll hear me say something in the Intel segment in just a few minutes that will describe how interesting the timing is about October 3rd , which is Tuesday.
All right, so let's go back. We talked about Iraq, they'll have their new rate out on Sunday. Whether it goes in the Gazette or not Saturday, doesn't really matter but it may - they are, as I mentioned going to be, like the independent nation and a sovereign state. They're going to evidently talk about that a little bit when they bring their new rate out internationally on Sunday. And so that's something that we can look forward to
Now, for us, we really, from what we heard today, from our redemption center contacts, we really aren't looking to get notified over the weekend, anything is possible. We are hearing that we should be -hearing this from Wells Fargo - that we should get notified on Monday. We don't know what time – remember Monday would be the second of October and we should get notified – set our appointments for Tuesday the third of October.
So that's the timing that we have right now. Now if you're traveling, or you're about to go on a trip, or you're going in the hospital, whatever it is, you're gonna have some time. Once those numbers come out, we expect them to come up Monday. You set your appointment as soon as you can, for a time that you think you'll be able to make your appointment.
If you're out to sea right now and you're coming back, but you won't be back till the 5th or the 7th or whatever - set your appointment for after you've come back - give yourself enough time to get settled in and everything organized so that you can not go into the appointment flustered - you'll go in relaxed and ready to go.
Now one of the things that I've just brought to my memory. Each redemption center, And there's 1000s of them throughout the United States will have 3 Delarue machines - what is the delarue machine?
This is a machine that counts and verifies the currencies, all of them - And that information is fed into a laptop computer and then they go from there - once they're counting your money – they are tabulating it and tracking it on laptops, in the redemption centers.
So if they've got three of those, they'll probably be able to work with two or three people at a time that each, each person is running a delarue machine. And so I just got that - came to me today. I just got that so wanted to bring that up,
Let's talk about bond holders are supposed to be the last count - they could get their notifications on Sunday - Sunday afternoon. They could get them then - I wouldn't be surprised if they’re pushed to Monday but right now they're on Sunday and should have access to funds on Monday.
We'll see if that holds up. They’ve been moved and pushed along like we have. But we're hearing that our group tier 4 or tier 4 A & B should be notified on Monday and go into our appointments on Tuesday – 3rd of October
Alright let’s talk about timelines - on the 1st of October, which is Sunday, the USN goes into play in the United States, our new United States asset backed dollar - our USN - so that could ------ now remember our banks are not open on Sunday. so it may show up on Monday at our banks. Our new currency - I don't know that – but I know we are on the new USN starting Monday October 1st
Realize October 1 is the start of the fourth quarter in the United States - So we've got three months, final quarter - October November December.
Our USD Fiat dollar will no longer be worth anything after January 1st – ON January 1st – That USD we are going to have running concurrently with the USN physical currency / folding money you put in your pocket, your wallet, your purse, that will be coming out. And we'll have that at the redemption centers for us to we're doing exchanges starting Tuesday.
Okay, so that will be there. We'll get some of if some wants them the new USN currency we can get it while we're doing our appointments. Now, their concept at the redemption centers is going to be to kind of get in and get out.
You know, kind of get it done not a whole lot extra time anything – get it done and get out in and out is what they're calling it like in and out for California.
Alright, so think in terms of that in and out and the timing the timeline of this - In October, we should have NESARA and GESARA announced sometime in the first couple of weeks of October.
In the second week of October is when we believe restitution and reclamation allowance will start. I call it r&r for simplicity reclamation - restitution and reclamation allowance for seniors 60 over again lump sum amounts in the 50 to 60 range gets a total divided over 12 months. Again over 12 months
And then the 30 to 50 range getting paid over 15 years - so different ways and the above 70 their lump sum also they get the lump sum and just like you know I'll get my age group -
So here's the thing - that starts the second week in October. Now, Social Security increases to where the maximum if you're older, I mean 70s 80s If you're in that age group you can top out at around $5,200 that starts in October.
So whenever you get your Social Security now whatever Wednesday that is the highest paying out with max out at 5200 dollars, people that are younger, or didn't put in as much or whatever would be less than that could be in the threes or the fours.
That increase occurs in October and would be that number for October, November and December. three more months, basically of social security - then it switches over to a different version of the restoration and reclamation allowance being paid out monthly –
And I don't know that the numbers change. I'm going to put the number out but that was - in terms of what I'm hearing that will replace Social Security. It would replace it, and it's a lot more money. It's a lot more, more than double.
So I don't want to say the numbers because it might be wrong. I don't want you guys to yell at me and think that I've tried to deceive you with it but it's really good but it starts in January. This r&r monthly amount comes out in January.
I'm sorry, I can't define it better. They didn't even have a word for it. They don't even have a word that we know what to call it. Right now. So I’m calling it part of the restoration recommendation allowance we’ll see it's coming from a different fund. So it's not from the same fund – whatever it is I'm fine with that but whatever it is, I'm sure everybody will look forward to receiving it.
Now if you're below the age of 60 You will be asked to sign something that says that you would continue on your job or get a job and still receive your age group you're getting paid out monthly, in a lesser age group of 30 to 50 you're getting paid out also monthly over 15 years. It's going to be a lot of money, it's going to be coming in to you - and the temptation would be not to work but if you stop working or you quit, your benefits will stop. You won't get it any longer.
So it's an encouragement and enticement incentive for you to keep your job or get a better job.
You know, don't stop working, keep going because we're going to need a lot of doing what we're doing from a humanitarian project point of view - and the jobs that we're going to have will be good paying jobs. You know that - that's something we can all look forward to.
All right starting January 1 all currencies around the globe are to be on par with one another.
Okay, that means the same let's say the Canadian dollar and the US dollar the USN - United States Treasury Note - There'll be worth the same thing with one to one.
What about Mexico? They’ve got a peso - is worth about a nickle? You know, you get about 20 pesos to the dollar. That's gonna change. The peso will be worth $1 Starting January, - all currencies that were exchanging or not exchanging, were all level up and my understanding is that they all will be worth the same starting January.
Now. There could be some exceptions or there could be some currencies that are slow on the uptake but at the same time, all countries have been told to mint and print their new currencies that will start January 1.
Now, mint and print now to be ready for January 1.
And we've been minting and printing for quite a while. We've got our new coins out and our new money has been for I know at least two years now. And they're still doing it - printing for us and this money is asset backed. This money is backed by gold or other precious metals, by intellectual property - by oil and nat gas. It's really, really asset backed
And that's the point of this whole thing. The whole reevaluation. The whole global currency revaluation – The GCR is each country has its own assets, and it has its own value as a result.
So we'll see how that all shakes out. But I'm looking forward to this as much as you guys are - going for us getting notified Monday and setting appointments to start on Tuesday
They will probably go at least 12 to 14 days in the redemption centers. Some may close up early if they just didn't have enough Zim holders or enough people you know with currency in some parts of the country. It's a little light and they won't have they can get knock it out in four or five days. And that's gonna be that's gonna be good Let's, let's see if there's anything else it's pertinent for us.
I think we have what we need right there. I think that's everything we need to say
And I think that we're about to do to get organized. Some of us are moving some of our buying new homes or by buying cars we're going to be doing need to spend some time once we pay off all of the personal debt that we have anything like that. We'll be able to move forward. And I'm looking forward to that just like everybody else. We will be in touch with you by email. Because we will not be doing live calls anymore. All right. Let’s get into the intel a little bit - Let's see - There's several things I want to bring out tonight. I'm going to try to remember all of them. The key thing right now is we heard yesterday, which was Monday that Iraq was going to put out a major announcement this morning right after morning prayer, and maybe early morning prayer meeting the first - first go at it.
And I thought, okay, it's a major announcement, but what is it going to be about? Well, it took all the way up until about six or seven evening for me to figure out and find out what that announcement was from our Iraqi sources. And it ends up that the announcement they made this morning was that they were going to put in the printed version of the Gazette tomorrow, which is Wednesday, put in their newest dinar rates.
And it would be obviously it would be revalued rate in the Gazette the printed version of the Gazette. Well, we already had the digital version come in last Saturday, but we didn't get the printed version of the Gazette on Wednesday, as we had anticipated, but it's supposed to be in tomorrow's Gazette.
Why is that important?
The reason that's important is because we understood from some of our key top paymaster sources that the funds for the bondholders that were supposed to go out at midnight tonight might be delayed somewhat until that announcement goes into the Gazette. That rate goes into the Gazette - their official record and the printed version that comes out Wednesdays should include that rate.
And they may also put in an announcement that we heard was going to come out October 3, next Tuesday, but I don't know it may come out. It may be in this Gazette tomorrow. But it's about Iraq's sovereignty, they are going to declare - Now listen, it may not be in tomorrow's but we were told it is called and it should come out on the second or the third of October, which is next Tuesday.
And it wouldn't be an announcement about the independence and sovereignty of Iraq. And of course, in order to have the sovereignty they need to have a revalued rate for the dinar. So that's why I'm saying it could come out tomorrow because really if they put this new, really revalued dinar rate in the Gazette the printed version in the Gazette tomorrow, then essentially they've done what they need to do for them to declare their sovereignty and their independence as a free state.
A sovereign state. All right, so that could be big –
Now - We're understanding what the announcement made this morning. They're supposed to do that. Tomorrow. It'll probably be in the morning early. But whenever that occurs, at that point, bondholders should have the funds in their individual bond sellers accounts. And they should be getting notifications that they have the funds in their accounts after 1030 In the morning tomorrow.
Now the same sources also and that's am 1030 in the morning) the same source has also indicated that we could also get our email notifications that we're looking for after 10:30 tomorrow morning.
That was a real huge piece of news that we got late this afternoon. But really this evening before the call today. So I'm excited to be able to bring that to you and remember, this is information from people that are talking directly to our treasury people that are doing this and heading up the revaluation process for our country.
And let's see let's talk about a couple of other things.
So that you will be really cool if that's tomorrow, because that way We've got our start. We get our notifications - we set appointments and maybe even start exchanges tomorrow evening, afternoon, evening.
Now, it could be that we get notified and set appointments for Thursday. It's hard to say at this point, because we don't know, but we know they're supposed to get notified. Some time after 1030 In the morning, and I think that'll be if that happens tomorrow, it'll be that way Eastern Time - Central Time. Mountain Time Pacific Time, etc. So we should get time all across the country Based on our time zones.
Let's go into what else might be important there.
We have heard and you guys have read it. Not sure that what we're hearing that has been ascribed to this top notch individual is his actual wording . I don't believe it was - And I believe what I'm hearing from our sources is that it can go even if Biden is where he is. This can still go - even though I've heard it both ways - with him there and it can go with him gone.
So I'm just gonna leave the let's see what happens. As far as that goes. Let's talk about rates - Friday, you know and go into exact rates - you know I have been asked not to do that so I don't.
Some other calls. they might do that. But I try to approximate or get close for something but not give you that I can just tell you that on Fridays. Banks screens - Banks screens for you - Both dinar and Dong are in double digits.Dinar was higher – but both were outstanding -
Now many of you guys, listen to what we've had to say about zim in the past. The zim is a bearer bond, even though it's kind of a currency. it's it's both that and a bearer bond it says payable to the bearer.
And people don't realize until they listen to the big call that the denomination of the of the zim bill, which is in US dollar is in dollars in dollars. but the denomination is the amount that's written on the note.
Listen, they've got 50 million zim notes. They've got 50 billion zim notes. They've got 100 million. They've got 50 billion they've got 10 trillion 50 trillion and a 100 trillion. They probably got more than I even mentioned just now. Well, that's the denomination of the note.
If you had a 10 T note, a 10 trillion. Zim note it's worth the value of what I just said 10 trillion Zimbabwe dollars and the Zim dollar are is one to one with the US on par - on par with USN –USN - our new dollar -So don't be confused about that. That's why Zim holders are gonna be treated with kid gloves When you go into the redemption center
okay, because they, they're gonna care a lot about our projects and what we have to say and what we do in the future. don't be confused by that .
Now, other dates that are of importance -
We have heard that last I think about three or four days ago, but this was going to go Friday, this week.
Today's Tuesday. Tomorrow's looking great for us so far, provided a rock with the rate in the morning, which we're told that that announcement this morning by Iraq said that that's what was going to happen. So they do what they said that they were going to do - we're in pretty good shape - Really good shape - and we'll get this party started before the end of the week - either tomorrow or Thursday, probably and probably will just be another great Friday.
Now the other thing is October 1 is the day that the date that the USN i- our new currency is supposed to be announced - we think - the USN on the first of October.
Now the first two weeks of October we should have our NESARA and GESARA brought out They may tie that in with some disclosure over those 14 days - those two weeks are also supposed to get the - I call it R & R now, restitution and reclamation allowance. In the first two weeks of October.
That's a big deal. That won't be quite as big a deal for us. It'll be a big deal and they have that divided sort of by decades. 60 To 70 Will get approximately this much in a lump sum 50 to 60 will get this much over a one year period, meaning divided by 12 Payable each month. whatever their total is.
It starts at age 37/38 30 to 50 will get their amount over a 15 year period.
So sort of like an annuity but 15 years is what they're going to be paid out at the age of 30 to age 50. Age 51 to 60 is going to be a lump sum, but it's divided into 12 parts paid out over one year. And then those of us in the 60 and older 66 plus range will get as a lump sum payment into the bank that we get our Social Security And into that same account.
Okay, that'd be a big deal. it'd be a look. So would it be big for us? Let's call them older Americans. I'm not thinking of myself as older but I'm in that group. Now, social security changes in November, and it's gonna be a pretty strong amount.
They're kind of drop into Social Security but it's gonna be a bigger number that we're getting now by a longshot.
And it's gonna happen in that age group of 62 to what it to infinity - however old you are, I guess you could getting us every month - until you die, so don't die anytime soon, Like 300 400 years Using the med bed for longevity, and boomer boost and barley and premium probiotics for longevity

Again, we're looking to be notified of an email I don't know where it's going to come from Wells Fargo's or whatever it says. Read it carefully. twice at least before you act on it and call the call center with the 800 number that they provide for you.
Make sure that oh that you ever talked about the basics already - you should know they would like two forms of photo ID - they pretty much know who all the Zim holders are but they don't know who has been gifted them they have some idea in some cases, who were gifted Zim for most part they don't.
So those people that were gifted zim going in, you need to pony up your two forms of photo ID, a utility bill showing your house address where you live and also house or apartment or wherever. And then also yep - And you need to know like I said, your passport or driver's license if you have both bring both.
And then you know they'll say the first thing they'll do is just verify who you are. Know your customer, they'll verify who you are to start looking for your currency to count it on the delerue machine and verify that it's legit. You don't have to bring receipts for your currency don't have to prove where you got it. They don't have time to monkey with that they don't really care.
So just you know compared to ponie that up - if you have multiple currencies, put the currencies in the same denominations and each currency so like if you have dinar you know you've got 25k nodes 10k 5k 1k You know, all those notes need to be you know, in those little bundles paperclip this little rubber bands around or something like that, put them in there so they can run the same denomination of note at the same time. Digital a room machine don't mix them all up into different denominations like oh, here's a 25k Oh, here's, here's a 5k Oh, there's another 20 No, divide them up, separate them.
And in my case, I'm going to tell them how much of each currency not denomination, but how much of each currency I have. So they'll know that even before they run it through the delarue machine, and only doing that so to see if they come up with the same number that I came up with without a delarue machine.
Okay, so I'm just hoping that my numbers are correct when they run them. Okay, they'll do that. Do that on your currencies, on your dinar on your dong on your rupee up on your whatever other currencies we had economic Afghanistan - They're 27 currencies that are going up in value.
When they do that, and then you'll have an opportunity to present a presentation on your project. If you're a Zim holder. You really should have one or more projects that you're going to use the zim money on -or part of it, you know, to fund your project.
And also once you do that, and you've run the total amount that you'll have to put into your account. You'll be able to move as an excuse me into your Wells Fargo primary account. Well, I probably ought to quit while I’m ahead (hiccups) the Quantum account card you'll be able to get there at the redemption center that allows you to put a biometric fingerprint or thumbprint to it So you can gain access with an email.
A brand new email by the way, a brand new email address and a new password and then you'll go from there, And then you'll be able to move on For the first 90 days.
You should be able to tell them yeah, I'd like to put X number of million or maybe billion into that primary account and that primary account will gain interest it will earn interest and the money in the quantum account that will not earn any interest.
But that's where the money will be until you move it into your primary secondary. What excuse me wills accounts.

Intel wise, it's not going to take too long. This shouldn't take too long. Let's go back to Tuesday night's call, we talked about whether or not the rate of the Iraqi dinar would be in the printed gazette Wednesday - meaning yesterday.
And we checked it and yes, it was. It was according to our sources, put in the printed version of the Gazette, which means that the RV actually happened yesterday - in Iraq and throughout the Middle East - who were able to see and see and read the printed version of the Gazette in Arabic - and so they got started, essentially yesterday in that region of the world.
Now, what about us, what we have heard that we will get started on or by Saturday, which is two days away, and we should have our notifications coming out, either tomorrow or Saturday.
And it's conceivable if we do get started, either tomorrow or Saturday, that we would get started and go right through the weekend - Meaning Sunday would also be an exchange day.
Now, here's what we were told. And this is coming from one of our really strong sources saying that if the notifications for example, let's say they do come out Saturday, we get them - two and a half hours after we get the numbers - We set appointments immediately of course, and two and a half hours after those numbers come out - We're available for a first exchange appointment to begin.
So let's just know this is not a relative number, but if for example, the numbers we were to receive around noon, on a Saturday, for example, we would be able to set appointments for as early as about 2:30 PM In the afternoon, Saturday.
And probably in most demographics, we would go and be able to go in for an appointment at least as late as nine o'clock and in some areas maybe as late as 10 or 10:30.
Okay, they're going to try to pack as much in and we should be able to go for about 10 or 12 days, at most redemption centers. Some won't be that much time, some areas of the country have very few Zim holders and very few currency holders that they can put through in a relatively short period of time, maybe four or five days.
Some areas for example, in Florida and Texas are busier and they have more Zim holders, especially Florida. And you know they'll probably have appointments backed up a little more in those areas, especially around the bigger cities. Miami, Tampa, Orlando, etc even Jacksonville maybe, but some of the smaller towns like Gainesville will probably be a better opportunity
And if you're in the Gainesville area, don't forget to stop by and see Boston Market if it's still there, where you select to stop by and eat at Boston Market and some of them have been removed. Especially to the ones I used to frequent. But since we don't have any here in Oklahoma, it makes it a real field trip to even find one.
Alright, so intel wise. What we also know is on Saturday, the plan is to put the rate of the Iraqi dinar out on the digital version of the gazette. That version is my understanding is that's the version that people would be able to see internationally. So the exposure of the dinar would be international on Saturday. But as it is now it's only on the printed version in Iraq and throughout the other countries of the Middle East like Kuwait - that make up a little bit of a head start on us. That's okay. It should go for us. You know, either tomorrow or Saturday, is what I'm hearing. So be prepared for that.
And don't forget the date we have talked about the past October 4. The intention for the fourth at 1pm Eastern is to make a transition from our current services of cellphone service of internet and satellite television and make that transition for what is now the Starlink satellite system between 1pm Eastern Time and 2:10 PM
So there's an hour and 10 minutes that they're using we won't have service on cell phone, internet or satellite TV and during that time transitioning to Starlink satellite system. The good news is when it comes back on at 2:10 PM on Wednesday, the 4th we will get it back in 10 G - so the speed will be much faster on internet and on cell phone service connectivity everything will be greatly improved.
There probably some other hidden benefits that I don't think of right now. But I'm excited about that. And during that time, if you can go out for a walk, leave your phone at home, go out for lunch. And then within that everything will be back in in style and you'll be at 10 G
Now the other thing that's happening on the cell towers, remember how many of the companies were talking about the benefits of 5g and all of that 4g to 5g and all that stuff? Well, unfortunately the frequencies that they were using to send out those signals are not helpful.
And the good news is that there are boxes that have been placed on most if not all cell towers now to radiate a much lower healthy frequency like four 28 cycles per second or hertz - 428 excuse me 432 hertz 5 / 28 hertz, and maybe six – cant remember if it's six something 600 Something hertz is also the healthy frequency.
These will be healthy for us as human beings and also animals and also vegetation to receive these frequencies, these healthy frequencies. These are Raytheon boxes. Raytheon is the manufacturer of these boxes that are designed to convert the frequencies that have been used for cell service down to a healthy level of 432 Hertz 528 and six, whatever it is, etc and so on. So if you're good And you're probably all harmonics of each other. So, the good news is, that's October 4th .
So I'm excited about that. and looking forward to getting everything in 10 G, see what that's like.
And that's basically, as I understand, your cell phone will no longer really be a cell phone but a satellite phone it will be working directly with the Starlink satellite system. If that's the case, that also means it could be used anywhere on the globe.
Just like a satellite phone could be used anywhere, even as even as long as you got clearance to the sky. you're in business to reach the satellites. so that'll be kind of cool to see how that works. And I would think the signals will be better service and be better and you'll be able to talk to people better, so excited about that. So we're looking for a pretty big weekend.
We know it's already started in Iraq. We know it's already started in the Middle East.
it's already in the printed version of the gazette - now we just need the digital version of the gazette in an online version if you will - to be put out Saturday.
so there's not a whole lot else to say about that, Except the concept of going into your exchanges. Remember the basics don’t arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. Be on time employment though -
And the other thing is the NDA as I mentioned last time is just over a page and a half. So that's not a super long document but you want to pay attention to it. And just generally guys, if you do what is in the NDA, you don't talk about this with anybody after this goes. You'll probably be fine.
If you give to the wrong people because there's a 55 page book. They'll give you a little pamphlet or whatever that you'll see that okay, I'm not supposed to give them this person. Obviously not to give to this organization, not supposed to give you this company. It'll tell you who is who's not to be given to because of whatever nefarious reason or whatever - They're blackballed or somebody who's not going to be helped by this.
And if you pay attention to that, fine if you don't remember this, the quantum financial system sees every transaction that is made every time use Zell somebody's money, or you send a wire, or whatever you do. it's all tracked by the quantum financial system.
And that means if you're doing something wrong, you'll it'll be seen and your account will be frozen.
And then you'll be basically your funds will be seized and that's not what we want to have happen.
So, obviously, your presentation is hopefully ready to go you've got a nice presentation you can put out in five eight minutes at the redemption center - you're gonna get on par value for the Zim you've got really high rates on dinar and Dong and he also great rate on Rupiah a and on the Venezuelan Bolivar everything's coming together, coming together very nicely.
So we should expect a really good weekend, Next week and all the way through - October is when increases in Social Security will take place when the reclamation restitution and reclamation allowance will be given back to us in the month of October - don't know when exactly that will take place, but I know it's supposed to come to us In October

All right, so let's talk about the Intel. Let's get into it a little bit. I want to see our rebuild America site become Blue Zones. I want to see our rebuild America and I want to see our veterans retreat network sites become blue zones.
And I just think we're onto something. And this is the way God brings this stuff to us and to me when I learned about the Gladiator, barley, and that was on the show we just talked about, you know, that's, it's really, really good. So Intel - Well, this is going to be kind of cool.
Let's start off with what happened yesterday and today. We got a visit from Prime Minister Sudani from Iraq. He met with President Trump and a few others, in an undisclosed location that I know where it is. And I think it was just going over last minute stuff. But he flew back, prime minister Sudani flew back to Iraq - was already there now, and is going to bring out news of the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar to his people tomorrow.
This is the precursor to that. On Friday, this is last Friday, Today's Tuesday, Last Friday he broadcast this out to on television throughout Iraq. He said this week be next week, which is this week for us now. That was on Friday, this week that we're in right now. He said will be a miracle week.
He said not only for the country of Iraq, but for the entire world.
Now, I'm gonna say the Prime Minister Al-Sudani is telling us the RV that we're looking for not only up the dinar, But of all the other currencies that we have or should have is to happen this week.
Now in addition to that he is also intending to put out tomorrow morning, which is already morning there now.
He's talking about putting out the new rate which would be an international rate, not our rate that we're gonna get, but an international rate of the new Iraqi dinar in the printed version of the gazette on Wednesday, That's tomorrow. Okay
Now keep that in mind, you got his declaration last Friday, about what would happen this week and the fact that tomorrow is Wednesday – and it is a printed version of the gazette is going to be should be going into tomorrow with an international rate.
We've also got the oil and gas law which is the HCL the hydrocarbon law HCL, got that passed, and we thought it was passed years ago, but that might have been refined, pardon the pun 10 to 12 days ago but they're going to start paying that out to the people of Iraq, this is something they get proceeds from their portion meted out to each citizen.
You have to proceed based on oil and gas production, oil and even natural gas. They're reclaiming and using that Iraq to and selling that. So they're getting that out and they're going to be paid on that. I believe starting – don’t want to give you the wrong date.
I noticed this this - I believe it's this month could be October but I can't remember exactly when but that has been agreed upon. That will go out to all citizens - they're also increasing their Social Security to like 4000 and I believe it was $20 a month. Social that will happen in October.
Ours will also go up in October. I think ours is going to be 4717 for Social Security 4717 And we're looking for restitution or allowance and reclamation money we talked about the past that is also supposed to come out in October.
Alright, let's get back to the RV.
We talked to pay masters who have connections with the upper pay masters in Vancouver and Geneva and they're telling our normal level pay masters with Wells Fargo, that tonight at 8pm. Eastern. That would have been an hour before we started the big call. The RV hit the boiling point.
So that's 212 degrees Fahrenheit. We hit a boiling point with RV at 8 PM today, this evening.
And what does that mean? What it means is this paymaster informed us that we would we would be getting notifications and so will the bondholders be getting there, Go ahead for liquidity and access to their funds in 12 to 24 hours from a 8 PM tonight.
Well, that's pretty easy math 8pm Tonight plus 12 hours is 8am tomorrow morning. 24 hours would be 8pm tomorrow night.
So between 8am in the morning and 8pm tomorrow it is supposed to be our pay day. It is supposed to be the day that we get started with our exchanges - that we do the numbersm- that we set our appointments - and we go in for exchanges. That is what is meant by that 12 to 24 hour period from a boiling point, which was at 8pm. tonight, Tuesday night. Now this is what we're getting out of Geneva.
I'm going to say was Prime Minister Al-Sudani of Iraq that called it if you will, quote unquote called it for this week. I believe that if the Iraqi dinar international rate gets put in the Gazette tomorrow and the printing Gazette in the morning, usually happens right before right after morning prayer first morning prayer usually when it comes out If it comes out tomorrow, regardless of the time - I think it's go time for us.
I think we should get notified and you know they may bring it overnight to us. And they put emails out overnight. They may put it out in the morning. They may they may wait late afternoon. I don't know but the theory is that tomorrow is a day when we will receive funds because the bondholders remember are getting their emails to go ahead and access to their accounts.
They're supposed to get that tomorrow. We're supposed to get started tomorrow. So I'm going to give you that what President of Iraq said and him bringing out the revaluation of the new Iraqi dinar you know, and bringing it out internationally. That's a big deal that hasn't been done before and to put in the Gazette as their official reference.
So if that occurs, which I'm understanding it will - Why did he come over yesterday to meet with President Trump and Stephen Mnuchin and Judy Shelton and whoever else here and then fly back today in order to bring this up tomorrow to his people and essentially to the world. I don't know exactly. Have we been here before? No. not yet - again, who's calling it?
I think Presidents Sudani is calling it - that's what I think. But I really love the fact that we've got information from the paymasters saying that lining up with that was good news. That the guy from one of our guys from Wells Fargo as a paymastert after talking with these two people on in Vancouver when it's either that or both Uber paymasters upper paymasters for HSBC and Wells Fargo So that gives us I think, everything we need to move forward.
NDAs there was some discussion about how long were the NDA is. The last NDA we saw was one and a half just over one and a half pages barely over one and a half pages long. Not super long. Supposed to be written in layman's language - So we could understand that
Let's see what else -- of course you are going to get cue phone If you're a Zim holder. You get one at the redemption center and you get $1,000 value certificate at the redemption center for a computer, or a laptop or a tablet or whatever of $1,000 that you can get at one eight different retail locations.
Including, I think it's OfficeMax and several other several places. Your choice - other than that, I mean, guys, I told you everything that you need to know if you can recollect everything that I've told you so far, five to 8 minute presentation - information, like several copies of your presentation, so that you can leave one with the staff, leave a copy with them. So they can run it through their computers and see how many other projects applications are similar or the same. If you if you've got zim, they don't have a presentation for it. They will try to assign you projects that they have used to spend your money.
I prefer to do my projects rather than have them impose a project but it'll fly either way. It's all good.
Remember you'll be setting up a quantum account which you will use a biometric finger thumbprint to activate as well as I believe an email and I believe also a password that you create.
I believe you'd be creating a new email for that purpose and password for the purpose of the quantum account. So to get that quantum account, that's where all the proceeds of your exchange in your option go into and then we'll move funds that using for your projects. into your primary or secondary bank accounts. I suppose it's up to three different banks. You don't have three, they can have up to three different banks that will be tied to your quantum financial analyst, or quantum account. Okay. And you'll move funds.
Remember, the primary bank in this case Wells Fargo will not see your quantum down except for the people that set it up initially. and they're supposed to not retain any information about them. And you won't see the redemption people in more than one place.

So, take that information. You'll move funds into and I believe on day one, which could be closing oil, or whatever it is on day one. You'll be able to move on whatever it could be hundreds of millions. That is very true.
And that you're supposed to move what you can use for the first 90 days after 90 days, once they track your spending and the fact that you're not gonna send anybody on your NDA as far as where the money came from, or anything about your redemption experience or your exchange. None of that is spoken.
And then once that happens, they will know she was pretty good. or he was pretty good with not talking about this don't have to freeze their accounts. So they'll let us move whatever we need from the quantum accounting to those primary wells or the bank account - and they'll give us a book. The last time we looked it was 55 pages of who you're not allowed to get you give money to o your account will be frozen. and those funds will essentially be seized. We don't want that to happen so leaf through and look through that. book before you start will nilly giving money to certain people – even certain charities – that you think might be good -

That's where there are 800 numbers as we get our notifications by email.
Well, we didn't get notified today. And I'm not so sure we're gonna get notified tomorrow. because subsequent to that information is coming in. it's talking about Maybe we get notified Friday, Saturday, but most likely we'll see something and I don't know if this isn't our notifications, but we should see something on Monday.
Now, it could be notifications. it could be the start of exchanges that were really close to that. And I'll tell you, this is one reason I think certain people thought we would get it - and we could still get notified tomorrow.
We're not saying it couldn't go but some of the other sources we're taking this a little further, especially people that are talking about the bond holders, the paymasters of the bond holders are getting information from them that it looks like they're going to be working on releasing to the bond holders or the bonds sellers really tomorrow, Saturday, and maybe - maybe Monday.
And I don't know why they're dropping out on Sunday. I don't know why they're really not mentioning Sunday. Because it is really at that level with bonds - To them Sunday is just another day.
But I know they're doing a lot of these transactions. You know in Reno, they're doing them in Miami. They're doing them in Geneva and a few other international locations as well. So things are coming together.
Alright, let's talk about SKRs. SKRs in the United States should be done by Saturday. So a couple more days to get the SKRs paid out in the United States - Internationally SKRs will probably take about two weeks. Now I’ve checked to see whether that's something like for example, in the United States do we have to wait until all those SKRS are paid out? And the word that I'm getting back today is no.
And I actually heard that a couple of days ago as well. That we don't have to wait on the SKRs so safekeeping receipts of people that ponied up their currency to the banks early years and years and years ago. Some cases at 19 years are just being paid up - military did their exchanges last week.
And there I'm sure there are military bases where we have our military internationally, which probably are still going on.
But here's I'm saying all that to say that what has happened in Iraq is Iraq, had delegation from United States, a small group that included Judy Shelton, Stephen Mnuchin, and a couple of senators from the United States that went over to Iraq to have – I’m gonna say, effect the changes that need to be needed to be made.
And they were on their way back to the United States to arrive probably in the DC area between seven and 9pm tonight, So they're already home.
And that's a good thing, But the question is why did they, why did they leave Iraq to come back home and at all.
My thinking is that they probably accomplished what it was they went over there to do.
And we've heard that everything's done and signed everything was signed off on We heard that Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock, everything was signed off by our treasury - and everything was quote, unquote, good to go.
Now, with that group, that's small delegation for some security - that came back to the US came in this evening, during the start of the big call - Okay.
The fact that they're back, I believe, is saying that Iraq is finally ready to go.
Now, we've heard everything's ready .
I don't know what else there might be. I don't think the SKRs are a hold up.
So I'm not quite sure if there is anything else what it is, but we are supposed to get notified within 12 hours of the bondholders being paid out.
So they're looking to be paid out either Friday, Saturday or Monday. I think that puts us in a position where we could get notified over the weekend, or at the latest probably Monday and go Tuesday. So that's really where we are right now - With everything that we have been waiting for.
And I believe the idea of printing the rate for the Iraqi dinar in the Gazette it didn't happen Wednesday, which was yesterday.
It could happen Saturday, but I don't think if it doesn't go in Saturday, it should go in the following Wednesday.
But even that happening shouldn't affect us getting started. Before that happens should defer all the way to next Wednesday. You know six days from now.
So I think they got it to the point where we are ready to go.
I believe our new USN is ready to go and ready to be brought out.
Tomorrow is the day on the 15th when the UN operational rates change. And so I was thinking it would make sense for all the new rates to come up tomorrow and be available.
I'm just not sure that's going to happen. It could be - but right now guys, we are on any day, any hour basis. This thing has been gelling for a long time.
We've heard from Treasury that they've signed off on everything.
Everything is ready to go is what we're getting from our key sources yesterday and there's just a little bit of talk about the weekend, which I thought we were going to be done by tomorrow. We could get it tomorrow. But we're also hearing it could be over the weekend. And we could start Monday and the bondholders gonna get their liquidity on access to their funds on Monday.
So we’ll track it - obviously we don't do another call until Tuesday night. So hopefully we have everything - we have 800 numbers and the numbers are being sent out to you by email. If you're signed up on the call universe.com - You'll get an email with an 800 number in it when we receive it.

But we have to believe it was pretty significant. Now the other thing that we have, that we got from redemption center is we talked to three of them primarily, but we got the fact that the staff went in today, Tuesday. At 12:30pm. That's half our afternoon 12:30pm. Today, to be fully ready, in case the numbers were released, and they could set appointments in the redemption center and do exchanges.
All right, one of our redemption center contacts indicated that he wouldn't be looking forward to seeing clients - meaning exchangers and zim people either later this afternoon or tomorrow. Well, later this afternoon did not manifest - that didn't work for us tomorrow is another story though. And I'll get to that in a minute.
The other thing that's really cool is we did hear - Remember when I talked to you guys, I believe last week about SKR’s sales keeping receipts for the military had been redeemed, if you will, meaning these receipts went all the way back SKR’s back 18 and 19 years and by the military primarily some other people as well. Had ponied these up with this one particular bank and they were notified to come in and get the - essentially get the exchange completed. And that was last week.
Well, we also found out that 80% of those STKR’s at the time, were military and 20% were non military. But okay, that's kind of cool. That's good. That showed us that in a sense the RV quote unquote, the revaluation of these currencies had occurred and that these guys weren't getting current rates on in that case it was on dinar you know on Iraqi dinar and Vietnamese Dong on those two currencies, because that's what the SKR’s were on. And they were numbers of these that I think we're done throughout the country. Good. We're on our way we're rolling.
Now. I think I told you guys about that last Thursday. Pretty sure - so then we also found out that last week, military had done their exchanges on the bases on military bases last week.
I thought well, that's interesting. That kind of goes along with the SKR’s. Right? Well these exchanges were done for the Iraqi dinar and Indonesian - no no - check that - and Afghanistan a Afghan or the Afghani because that's where the military has served over the last 20 years or so.
All right, and that's it Iraq and Afghanistan. Right. So they did do exchanges on the basis for those two currencies. Now, do they have access to those funds yet? I think they almost had what we would call in the meantime sort of SKR, the changes are done. they've got rates. They got it done but don't but they really do not have liquidity yet.
Similarly, the bond holders they ponied up their bonds. They've got buyers and sellers together. They've had tabletop meetings, and they've got those bonds handled. And they have rates on those bonds. They know what they're paying, they know how much their their gross is, etc, etc. But they haven't received access to their funds yet. So they're looking for that final email to give them access some of the bond sellers are looking for new credit debit cards coming from various banks.
Could be Wells could be HSBC, the German bonds that were done through Bank of America, they handled the German bonds. HSBC is handling the Chinese yellow dragon and Red Dragon and so on Dragon bonds. You see, and Wells Fargo is handling a lot of the other.
So there's so many different layers like at least 58 different types of bonds. I can't remember how many but it's a lot. So bondholders are waiting - that's tier three. We're waiting. I think the admirals people in tier 4A or tier 4B the Internet Group. Wells Fargo considers tier four tier four no distinction between a and b. So we're good with that, we're okay. We'll run with the Admiral no trouble. And that's what we're looking to have happened. Alright, let's see what else is meaningful to us.
Today, we received word through one of the redemption centers that the Treasury we're going to call this and restored Republic Treasury - gave word to the redemption centers probably by email but I don't know that absolutely. Probably by email that everything they gave us - They signed off on everything.
And every everything was ready to go.
That's meeting for our exchanges. It also means for the bondholders to be released what they need.
Now, we didn't get the numbers today. We don't know that they're coming tomorrow. But it seems likely that they would come tomorrow and our exchanges would either start tomorrow or Thursday.
I don't know what time to expect them tomorrow if they come at all.
We had heard they should have come in Monday or Tuesday which today's Tuesday at around one o'clock in the afternoon for later. That didn't happen.
And we believe that everything is done The final piece of information we got and I just got it a half hour before the start. the big call tonight was from another redemption centers and everything's ready to go.
Sooo if everything's ready to go. Are we there yet? Now, let me add one little caveat. Remember we talked about the Iraqi dinar value rate being put into the Gazette and we thought that it was going to go in Saturday. We had heard from Iraq. It was Saturday's printed version of the Gazette Last Saturday -didn't happen.
What about tomorrow? Wednesday is a normal printed gazette day where they can print the desert any day. They choose they normally go with Saturday and Wednesday.
Tomorrow's Wednesday. Is that a requirement for us to start having the rate of the Iraqi dinar right and I'll tell you this much. The Chinese elders and us want to see that.
We want to see that. Even though let's be honest. We have held up Iraq for years and getting this thing done. But you know what? This thing has gone back and forth, back and forth.
You know there's there's been things that Iraq has wanted done that we finally I say we the Chinese elders and and the people with our US Treasury have told them though, no more concessions. No more this you know let's do it. That you're done. you're done. This is it.
Now, to be fair to Iraq. And I hope they're listening. what we have heard is that there's been back and forth between our new treasury and Iraq about putting the Iraqi dinar rate up even higher for us.
Now. I don't know what the current screen rate is now. I knew what it was last week. And it should be scaling upward - the tendency is for that to trade UP And the same thing with the Vietnamese dong.
So, you know, are they at the rate that they want to be for those currencies and others. For us to get started?
That's another consideration. But every indication when somebody says everything signed off on our treasury signed off, means it's ready. And we get the quote unquote green light to begin. So if you sense a little bit of frustration on my part, you're sensing correctly, because I'm getting the feeling that everything is ready to go.
Like based on what we've been told by people in the redemption centers that are the leaders in those redemption centers. So I'm excited about this. and I'm hoping that the information that we have, because the whole thing is if our intel, All we need is for it to be right once And to get this party started. And to get those 800 numbers that are in those emails. on Wells Fargo servers to be released.
Once that happens games off or the other way to say it is it's game on - Because we've got the numbers. we call the 800 number we set our appointments and then we go in for, for a 40 minute period of exchange and redemption of Zim – Im glad I reminded myself the Zim is a non negotiable bond that is valued on par with the USN. or for that new US dollar if you want to look it on par means at the same value.
So there's no negotiation on the Zim. That's what's going to be so beautiful and amazing. If you have it, you know the size of the denominations, you know the inherent value in those bearer bonds.
Look at the note you'll see payable to the bearer. That's called a bearer bond. That's what they're acting as. That's what's so incredible about this opportunity. So don't sweat it. Now. The rates that we will be offered on dinar are very high. Very Very high. And the same thing is true on the dong.
They're way higher than we used to think they would be and the dinar is ridiculously higher.
I'm gonna say as many as as much as almost 10 times we thought it was going to be back in the old days 18 /19 years ago. So don't worry about it.
So where are we? We are dang close - and obviously, closer than we've ever been. We know SKR’s were taken care of last week. We know our military exchanged in the bases last week.
We know that leadership changes politically are taking place - indictments have been filed and I think that we're looking forward to this week, and hopefully tomorrow our notifications at least they knew us and putting us back on the gold standard and we're using that word now. Gold standard to put us back on that is supposed to take place Thursday, Friday of this week. 15 should be our completion or being back on the gold standard.
And then we'll see what else happens as a result of that.
We're looking at some disclosure announcements are referred to earlier starting believe the 22nd or 23rd That would be a week from this Friday or Saturday.
And that could be really interesting as that get started and that disclosure should be using the Emergency Alert System in conjunction with the emergency broadcast system on the books called the emergency wireless system.
One other thing I want to get out is that on the fourth of October they're doing full complete integration of cell phone, technology, internet and satellite television completely brought on to the starling satellite system.
So what's going to happen as I understand it as of yesterday, we will have outage of for one hour and 10 minutes.
Cell phone service outage of make sure you guys hear this correctly. And Judy, if you can't put this in, make sure it's correct.
Our cell phone service outage of the internet outage of satellite television for one hour and 10 minutes between 1pm October 4 and 2pm on the 4th - one hour and 10 minutes and that's eastern time I gave you - four East Eastern - we know that's when that disruption will occur. It's a Wednesday it's October 4 Wednesday, October 4.
Okay, now when that occurs and the services restored to us at 2:10pm in the afternoon of Wednesday the 4th we will be on 10 G not 5g G - 10 G satellite service through the Starlink system. The internet will be a screaming internet and our cell phones should work better. Everything should come up faster. There's a lot more things that will probably be available to us using this new system and it'd be worth losing an hour 10 minutes of service
During that time. Get out and walk. Go to the beach, whatever you can do without your phones, without your laptops, without your tablets for an hour and 10 minutes. Can you do it? They call university doing Did you be without that electronic device for an hour and 10 minutes on Wednesday before from 1pm to 1030 in the afternoon.
I bet you can do it that you can but that's really what I’ve heard - this is gonna happen.
Okay, we have some pretty reliable sources considering we know the people that are managing the starlike set Starlink satellite system easy for me to say.
So that's really everything. I think that's pertinent to us right now.
Obviously, we're looking forward to Med Bed's still hearing 8 to 10 days after exchanges that should become available.
I think this is the time we just need to hunker down and continue to be in faith for this forward to what should happen. I'm not saying it's definitely going to happen tomorrow. But based on the information that I've received over the last few days, it sure looks like it - I hope so guys, you know, I hope so. 19 years for me, being in the currencies is enough. 12 years on the big call. You're probably tired of listening to me – chuckle chuckle .

Let's start with today's Thursday - We had some decent intel on Tuesday. What we received today from international upper bond contacts in Geneva and some additional people are just saying that the funds are moving overnight tonight and tomorrow primarily to be used for NESARA and GESARA. But we also know that these are also preliminarily being moved for the bondholders and intermediaries.
However, we do believe that the emails that are coming out for us and the activation of funds to the tier three bondholders will occur Sunday night into Monday so we have a weekend where some things are moving, but it looks like for us and if we're going to be right alongside the bondholders in terms of getting access to funds, they - the tier three bondholders are supposed to get access to their funds on Monday and quite possibly Monday night.
There seems to be a period there where they'll actually get the email to go ahead the okay to get that but it's not going to be as immediate I don't believe as Monday morning.
The funds are moving into their accounts Sunday night overnight and into Monday - and those funds are there for us - we should get our notifications Monday, Sunday night into Monday.
So that means Monday And hopefully we set our appointments and can either start Monday afternoon, or Tuesday. That's the latest most recent half hour before the start of the big call tonight information
Otherwise what has been happening with the redemption centers across the country a few days ago - the SKR’s You guys remember that term from a long time ago for safekeeping receipts from SKRs from 18 and 19 years ago - were being paid out by redemption centers and they were paid at not the rates that were on the original document as sort of a base guaranteed rate, but as the newer screen rates that have been showing up a few days ago, and they were quite quite good, quite high, way higher than we all thought it would be 18 or 19 years ago.
So that was encouraging - 80% Of those. in one case, were military the other 20% were non military. And this was on dinar and Dong - Only Dinar and Dong . So when that occurs that gave us the feeling that okay, they've at least counted for SKR’s to be paid out.
Aren't we right around the corner aren't we next? and you would say Yeah, we should be.
So we're next but the tier three bondholders have to also be made liquid which we believe is going to be slightly ahead of us but not much. And so that they're looking to get access to their funds sometime Monday, Monday afternoon evening.
And that may be - maybe when we are numbers by Monday morning and set our appointments and start Monday afternoon. That's the hope that will happen now.
Iraq did not put their new rates on the dinar in their gazette - their official document called the Gazette yesterday, which is a major publication day Wednesdays and Saturdays. But according to our contacts in Iraq, they should be putting in Saturday's gazette - you know we sort of got started already with the SK R’s - Tomorrow is the eighth - It's a big day for China, numerically - It's possible that something else happens tomorrow.
So we'll see what happens. Funds are moving. I'm so tired if you're hearing the term. This is another banned phrase on the big call “money is moving” blah blah blah blah blah. I know you guys hear that, and roll your eyes like I do. Money is moving, what money - whose money? where is it moving to? Where did it come from? These are the questions that I try to ask.
I don't always get the answers I want. But I try to find out if I'm just going to the Treasury, you know, what's the deal? Trying to get the detail to bring it out to you guys and I don't always get it Do I sound a little frustrated. Do I sound like I need some tapping or some havening? Yes, I do. (chuckle) (ha ha ha ) Of course I do.
So not a whole lot else to report right now - Other than we're in a holding pattern, but it looks like things are moving forward. And we should be - if this intel holds up - which has changed twice today – already - But if this intel holds up, then Sunday night into Monday should look good for us.
We're just going to wait it out and see but I don't I know it's difficult to wait - And it was interesting that the testimony that Sue read had the term “hurry and wait Intel” - I never really thought of it that way and a little bit offended by that. But it has been not so much a hurry and wait but a wait.
We do have things that are happening. Listen, there are tons of arrests that have taken place in upstate New York in the last couple three days - a bunch of them in Buffalo - Rochester and one other town.
Okay, that's good. Cleanup is good. We also have half a million indictments around the world –internationally - that are about to be opened.
So, you know, we're still in major cleanup mode. We really are.
Are we far enough along in the cleanup for this to go - I'm being told we are - I'm being told yes. you know, the deep state is out of money. The USD is no longer really available in it. and it's out internationally. We know the USN needs to show up.
The banks are out of money. The banks Now that's not literal, but they don't have a way to borrow anymore since the Federal Reserve was absorbed by the Treasury . We did pay off the national debt. I say we was paid off as I mentioned on Tuesday night's call, you know by the world alliance fund.
And then all the debt around the globe was paid off also. It was paid off on the first of September, today's the seventh. By tomorrow will be a week. And that should be a great sign for us -- moving forward into our exchange period.
So I think we're we are in a little bit of a holding pattern - But I believe things are getting done behind the scenes that we don't quite see and I'm privileged enough to hear about certain arrests and things that are occurring, you know, on the other side, but, you know, it's, it's, it's something we have to literally wait for. and I feel encouraged.
I like the fact that we should get started with our notifications coming Sunday night or Monday. Hopefully set those appointments Monday and start Monday night or Tuesday.
So that is everything that I think I wanted to bring to you guys tonight.
And it sounds like you know things are definitely moving in the right direction. I was super encouraged by the SKR’s being paid off. To me that was a sign things are really moving forward. Because I mean it took 18 to 19 years to pay those SKR’s off. So that was a good thing - A very good thing.
Now beyond that. So let's see what happens with that. Let's see if we get the numbers don't get the numbers before then

We've got some interesting stuff to talk about tonight when it comes to Intel, and I'm very encouraged by what I'm hearing - all day today, even up until about an hour or so from the big call start tonight. So let me try to recap it back to the first of September.
And what happened on the first was the the world ……. let's get this straight to get the name right.
It's like a global fund that came together - World Alliance - Thank you, Sue. And we called it the World Alliance Fund. They came together and used what we believe were some of these trusts that were quite large - Like the Rodriguez trust - could have been the Saint Germain - could have been other large international trust to pay off on the first of this facet on the first of September. This past week to pay off the national debt of the United States Corporation to the tune of $21 trillion dollars - that's gone now. And all the international debt throughout the world - each country's individual national debt was also paid off.
So not only was our debt, our national debt in the order of $21 trillion dollars, paid off but everybody that internationally was paid off through this - this world Alliance fund which is terrific. So remember, the USA Corporation or the USA, Inc. is defunct and are now under the newly restored republic of the United States.
We call it USA. But that is really good news, you guys. That is huge. I'm gonna call that the first fruits of NESARA and GESARA in terms of debt relief and Jubilee.
Because I believe this month is going to kick off NESARA for us in the US and GESARA for the rest of the world, the Global Economic, Strategic and Recovery Act
So this is this is what's happening now and the fact that that occurred, then we should see September as a month of debt forgiveness - of reconciliation, restitution and reclamation allowance coming back to us sometime this month. It's going to be really, really good.
Now, let's go back to what you and I are mostly involved with.
Let's first of all go to tier three bondholders – bond holders went through as I mentioned, I believe … I don't know that I told you guys this ….. since Thursday's call -
Bondholders received three emails - Friday, one Saturday and one Sunday and this was to give them the information and a code to enter after that third email came in - that Tuesday – wait -let me get this right - Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
That email needed to be returned with all three of the codes that were in the previous emails Friday, Saturday and Sunday to back to wherever it originated - With those codes - within 24 hours -- which would have been by 4:15 in the afternoon, yesterday, Monday,
And then today, those bondholders were to receive emails giving them access to funds After 4:15 this is Eastern Time - this afternoon.
So did that happen? The last time we talked to our bond holders, they were waiting on a final email to come in – and two packets – from FED Ex - we don’t know what was in those packets – that was to be delivered today - but it could have been Credit debit cards, new ones could have been instructions and paperwork and so on. So doubtful that it was just paper work - they could have sent that by email.
So they were anxiously waiting for FedEx delivery this afternoon. So we will see If they got those directions or whatever, those might have given them a time instead of today or maybe tomorrow. to actually have access to their funds. That's what we're keying on. When are they getting access to their funds. This is intermediaries which are introducers of bond holders and we know some of each - So that's a good thing, that's, that was moving along nicely since Friday.
Now, here's another thing that happened yesterday, there was a director's call meaning the head person in each of the redemption centers throughout the country, and I lost count over 7200 - 7400 redemption centers. it may be over 8000 But let's call it 7200 Redemption centers, the head of each redemption center of which we know three that we talk to.
So the redemption Center heads or the call them directors had a zoom call that was to go yesterday from noon -That was on Monday - from noon to 4pm. Eastern Time.
And our understanding was that that call did occur. And one thing that we got out of that call was that was the one one person that we know that was in attendance. Didn't get back out of there until eight o'clock - so four hours later They were still working on things - going over things – whatever they were doing - beyond the four hour zoom call. They had another four hours of work to get ready so he didn't get out of there till after eight last night.
Now that information then, was a result of that call was This can go at any moment. today. Tuesday Now here it is after 10 o'clock, Eastern Daylight Time. We don't have notifications yet. However, in addition to that, we also heard that the bond holders - this is through a high banking contacts, who has direct connections as part of the Rodriguez Trust which is based in the Philippines and it's just super, super deep.
The fact that he said that the timing for the bond holders was extended not till four but till more like six o'clock. He thought they would have liquidity at six or they would get the final email around six.
Now I don't know if they have it yet. but he also seemed to think that this is very close for us, to receive our notifications as well.
The last piece of information that we had regarding our start was that we should get notified overnight tonight or tomorrow.
We're looking at getting this whole thing for us was to start at approximately 8pm tonight. Now we don't know if that's Eastern or Pacific Time.
What the theory is that our notifications are lined up ready to go. The final agreement and there were still meetings and agreements between Vietnam and Iraq for example - on how much of each country's currency they had, etc. And those were agreed upon and signed off on at two o'clock this afternoon Eastern.
So, things are definitely coming to the point where we are really looking forward to us going. And our belief is that the last information we got was that this was going to go overnight tonight and tomorrow. And we had a window a so called window between 8pm Eastern tonight at 8am Eastern tomorrow Wednesday morning.
That 12 hour window - It may be that we do wake up to those emails in the morning – one other source mentioned he thought that the emails would go out early morning tomorrow - early for me would be anything before four or five o'clock - so early morning maybe.
I think this is it - if we get those emails, say email that we're looking for from Wells Fargo that has the toll free number to call the call centers to set your appointments, it is game over.
And I tease Bob at the beginning of the call. it's not on the recording that he played as one of the bumper music songs “after midnight” Eric Clapton. After midnight, and I said you think there's maybe some code in this song for us tonight Bob - he thought it might be.
And I said you think there's maybe some code in the song for us tonight but we thought it might be and then maybe that is both for us. But I feel that because the US national debt and all international debt was paid off on the first of September.- Labor Day weekend gone. - they did a lot of meetings over the weekend.
And also, there's a lot of cleanup - still actively going on globally, not just here in the US but there is there's more cleanup on aisle 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 And there's also a lot of global cleanup still going on.
But is it at the point now, based on algorithms and everybody's desire to go ahead and let this thing go? It would appear so it would appear that it is - let's stay in faith for it. Let's stay positive for it and believe that finally, everything is ready to move forward. And we're ready to receive those emails and set our appointments and go in for our exchanges.
And if we get these overnight or in the morning, chances are we'll set appointments and go by tomorrow afternoon. Easily. Go tomorrow for exchange.
That's what I'm hoping to do. So we shall see how it goes overnight.
I usually get a little bit more intel after a Tuesday night call later. And I might still tonight. But I think with the information that I've heard today, and what was supposed to evidently take place today - I think they may have just deferred to overnight tonight and tomorrow. And if bond holders did receive those FedEx packets and maybe one more email - I think it's all it's all over but the crying and then the celebrating.
So I'm encouraged by what I've heard today - the information that I've received I think is strong. We've had some really good sources pointing toward today. And now I think you know I'm looking forward to receiving but I'm going to receive overnight tonight or in the morning.
So still exciting. Still planning everything that we had intended to do with rebuild America with the veterans retreat network, the pastoral retreat network, and rebuild International. We're still in planning phases. like I said on Lahaina and Maui
It's not a done deal yet. It seems like they're making some progress, but there's still a lot that needs to be uncovered. On what, what really happened - not that I don't know what really, but certainly, the world doesn't know. Mainstream doesn't know unless you’ve listened to certain particular broadcasts.
So I'm encouraged by by the fact that we're moving on and even Maui is trying to move forward and we want to come alongside them from alongside Lahaina and you know, restore that island, restore the people and restore the people safe over there too. Okay. And I’m excited to be able to work and do that.
Otherwise, that's really what I wanted to bring you guys tonight. Thank everybody. I do not expect to have another call. We'll see what happens tomorrow. We'll see if we do get this tomorrow finally. But in any event, if we don't have a call, We'll be in touch directly by email.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight - it is Thursday August 31st and you're listening to the big call. Thanks, everybody for tuning in tonight. We were fortunate enough to be able to get this call out tonight to 73 countries around the globe and that's with participation and coordination with the Starlink satellite system and our satellite transmission team as a okay five high five and just did a great job getting the call out to as many countries as we could tonight. So thank you guys for doing that. And welcome everybody to the call tonight.
Let's get into the intel segment for tonight. Now let's start this way. There was a call - the second tier pay masters of the bonds are looking to hear either last night or this morning. They got the call. But it wasn't the call that they were looking for.
Okay, it was a call and I imagine they got something out of it, but what not the “GO” signal, the green light that they were looking for - Now, that was that was yes, earlier
Now today - At noon, they got a call and this is the way we have to look at it - there are two tears of pay masters for all the bondholders in the world.
The top tier paymasters, they deal with lower tier and second tier below, top tier pay masters about 47 of them - 47 are expecting a call. They were expecting a call tomorrow at noon, which was 24 hours after the call that was received today. So we have that whole 24 / 48 hour thing happening.
The call that came in at noon did not bring what they wanted to hear - the call that came in that was going to come in tomorrow at about noon - 24 hours later, actually happened today. They did it sooner. They did it somewhere in the - let's call it finished about 5:30 - 5:45 Eastern time this evening. This was the call that they were looking forward to hearing.
And the plan is now to have a green light and then let from this point on let the remaining tier one banks and the rest of the lower paymasters know by email, what the plan is for the release of their funds, which will be by email and then they will send emails to their recipients to the bondholders, giving them access to funds.
Now, the other thing that is important, this call was not just to the 47 Tier one top tier payment masters - It was also to all of the redemption centers - Key top people throughout the country. So they are up to speed having been on that second call. - And so are the top tier paymasters
Now what we believe we have is ability to move forward tomorrow with our notifications on the first of September. However, it could be that we're notified tomorrow or Saturday, but it looks more like tomorrow with a start of exchanges to be on Saturday. Say wait a minute, man, this is Labor Day weekend - nothing's gonna …. STOP ! Things can happen even over Labor Day weekend.
At least that's what we're hearing that we can get started. Wait, can we get numbers tomorrow? Maybe we set our appointments tomorrow. and maybe we start actually on Saturday and if that's the case, we will power through the weekend.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday etc they will use this Labor Day weekend, providing we do get started on Saturday. So keep that in mind. That's a really good thing.
Another point is in certain areas of the country where manufacturing is going on around the clock with three shifts - usually 8 hr shifts, right - morning - night time – graveyard - all those different shift workers that are building things like in Detroit, where they're manufacturing cars up there, there's another city too, in Michigan, I'm not sure which one it is that has shift work like that around the clock -redemption centers in those two cities. - Detroit and the second one - we don’t know yet - those will do exchanges around the clock. They will have people there that will do three shifts for eight hours each and do exchanges in the wee hours of the morning, late at night everything
Be right back because I knew I'd be getting this call - Let me take this - Sue If you're there talk for a couple of minutes. Okay.
It was it was it was an important piece of information. so Okay guys, we're gonna be able to share that, of course, you know I’m not holding back. Looking forward to it. So where was i? Okay.
So we were talking about the weekend. We're talking about powering through the weekend. And the good news is and I think this call helped to confirm it that we should be notified tomorrow after markets close.
I'm suggesting approximately five o'clock. It may be that time it may not - but around five o'clock we should get notified and that may be five in each time zone.
As I've said in the past I don't know if they're going with that still - they did agree to do that before but I don't know where it is now. But that is likely tomorrow late afternoon. Five o'clock ish. We should get notifications -set uour appointments - and start on Saturday. That is what it appears to be - based on the information I had, And this helped to confirm it.
So what else is there that I want to bring up? We should see a political change In the next 24 to 48 hours max - that I have referred to on the last call. So if you're there and heard that you know what that's going to be about
Otherwise, this is - this should be it guys. This should be your last call - Sue already called it - should probably be the last call but I think she's right. I believe this is –
This thing is looking like we're finally - finally reaching the end of what we've been waiting for - for my case, 19 years. The big call 12 years.
Well listen guys I don't know at this point whether we're going to have a celebration call. I'm calling this now like a pre celebration call - I really think that that you guys have everything that I wanted to bring to you tonight.
If I recall everything that we've brought to you over the last 12 years, and some of it's changed - I know -some of it is different but the most of it is still good, it's still true. Don't worry about the rates, rates are gonna take care of their self I thin
The main thing is to have stuff organized, get your currency organized - By you know -whether it's zim or Dong or dinar or rupee or whatever Bolivar whatever you got – organized to keep it separated by the currency type.
And then make sure that denominations in those currencies are lined up where they're all the 500 Millions are together 200 million together, whatever - the zims are together, the 10T are together – 100T are together - the 50 trillion together - so that you have it all together where they can easily run through the Delarue machine and knock that out for you.
I think it's going to be fun. Remember, they're only planning for 40 minutes for each of us as a max number. And even if you have a ton of currency, they think they can knock it out. So we'll see what happens on that.
If you've got bonds, and you haven't done your bonds yet, bring them if you've got 30 Let's call them sheet bonds, 30 bonds or less, bring them to the redemption center and they should and tell them when you send your appointment and you have bonds - to tell them when you sell it –
If you get somebody on the phone at the redemption centers you're setting your appoint three call center using the toll free number - tell them hey, I've got Zim Yes. I also have sheet bonds. I've got some German bonds. I've got some Chinese bonds. I've got railroad bonds. I've got you know Peruvian gold bonds, whatever it is.
Whatever it is, let them know that you have that at the time you set your appointment, and that way they can allow a little bit extra time for that.
Because they're going to need a little extra time – Be sure to NOT get to your appointment no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment time.
Let's see what else you can take your phone in – but keep it in your purse or in your briefcase and put it on like airplane mode. Okay, because you don't want to get to disturb anybody including yourself with a phone call or text. just set that up. you can be off your phone, believe it or not for 40 minutes, you will live. And you will live.
If you have blue pens, Well that's good too. Sue - Thank you for that. Yeah. Take some blue pens with you a couple of blue writing pens. - To show that it is original when you sign something.
And one thing I was gonna say is if you have people that are working with you on projects, and you want to be able to discuss certain aspects of eployment or certain things that the NDA would say that you're not supposed to talk to - make sure those people - you might have up to six or eight people that you put on a list a sheet - that would be an addendum to your to your NDA or non disclosure agreement.
It's an addendum. You're saying okay, I'm gonna put this person who's working on my project, this person who I'm very close to this person, all these people put their names in and make sure that they can be added as an addendum. to your NDA. Make sure it's a tight copy. Make sure you keep a copy of yourself and have a copy to give to them.- so they can be attached to your nondisclosure agreement.
Non disclosure should have been written in layman's terms. You should be able to read and understand that should be about a page and a half long. Once they've extended it. it was less than we look it's like a page and a half.
Look guys, this is not a warm fuzzy. They want you in and out - kind of be business like you can be pleasant. You can smile you can have a little fun with it, but it's not trying to entertain . That's not what its gonna be. how am I going to keep this personality down? Ha ha I'll do it. I'll do it. I'll go in and I'll be thinking about Sue and then I'll be able to stay focused.
So Yeah, that's really what I wanted to say.
And you the cameras, no phone cameras, nothing that there will be a little redemption centers – there will be a US Marshall - and if you're involved in any hanky panky – watch out because any shenanigans because you could get yanked out of there and without an exchange. So this is straight up seriousness. So treat it as such.
Let's see any other things I want to mention last chance. I think like really try to keep the celebration mode even when you leave to a minimum. And guys, don't go nuts over this Labor Day weekend and drink it up. I mean, this is like a graduation day for us.
It's like remember kids in high school that would get all drunk after graduation? And then sure surely is at the world. Somebody would be tooling around. And all of a sudden buy a tree and boom next thing you know, there's somebody dead who just graduated.
You know, we're not going to be those people. Let's graduate. Let's be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. Let's go ahead, enjoy it and enjoy it at home. you know, keep it on the downlow. and don't get to these NDA’s you're gonna go for at least 30 days and some of it.
Some of them will judge you they will judge you When you give your presentation as to make your NDA a 30 day. If you're good kind of a thing And if you don't look like you're that good - The 60 or 90 Day NDA.
So you know be straight up - forward be honest. And if they ask you any questions when you come in about debt or anything that you need to own up on this let them know Yeah, yeah, I suppose that they're gonna know and that's what they're doing. They're testing you to see if you are telling the truth. Right off the bat. You tell them the truth about what it is you may owe or whatever, then they'll know hey, this guy's an upright person, or this woman is straight up. She's, she's honest and and forthright and she's going to be telling the truth. And that's what they want to hear from us. So that's your last minute instruction for tonight. So let's go ahead and take that information.
Be prepared for emails to come out. I don't know Exactly - I know they're supposed to be coming off of Wells Fargo servers. I would look for them after market closed tomorrow and let’s see what happens. See if they come out tomorrow. See if their appointments starting Saturday. I'm hoping that's the case.
