The US Department of Defense and RV teams would not let Shotgun Release liquidity go until all security concerns were addressed in a way that would bring down the Deep State.

As of Wed. 12 Aug. the new QFS instant settlements were working at Central Banks worldwide, all Exotic Bonds had processed, with liquidity placed in respective Paymasters’ accounts – awaiting the entry of codes and subsequent release of RV monies.
President Trump told the Banks to begin zeroing out mortgage, credit card and other forms of personal debt starting next Mon. 17 Aug. With the US National Debt already taken care of by switching to the QFS, all other debts--individual and national --would begin to be fully paid off by the end of Aug.
Trump was expected to make an announcement about the US Dollar returning to the Gold Standard on or after Labor Day weekend Fri. 4 Sept. to Mon. 7 Sept. – around the same time that the Durham Report was expected to surface – that would charge Obama, Biden and several other global elites with serious crimes, including Treason – all part of Q’s “The Plan.”
There was controversy of whether or not we would have until Mon. 31 Aug, or Mon. 7 Sept. to exchange at the Contract Rates. By either Tues. 1 Sept, or Tues. 8 Sept. the IMF would start the general public Tier 5 currency exchanges at the new International Rates.

A. Fri. 14 Aug. 9:45 am EDT Fleming Military Intel Contact:
1. The Chinese and HSBC have been trying to send out the Tier 4B notifications daily, but were being blocked by the US, which was still liable for paying daily interest and trillions in fines imposed by the ICC which authorized HSBC to send out the emails.
2. While the Chinese were pushing this daily, the US RV teams were driven by security concerns and would not let the Shotgun Release go until all were addressed.
3. Sub-paymaster accounts have money-of-account accessible when Tier 4b emails were given the go (being finished now globally to bring all to the starting line).
4. The US Department of Defense and Trump were not honoring the ICC ruling authorizing HSBC to send out the emails because of specific security priorities identified daily by the decision-makers that was affecting timing.
5. Even Trump did not get what he wanted on Tues. 11 Aug. when he wanted the Tier 4b notifications out. The majority of decision-makers on the US side were controlling this for better or for worse for security concerns they identify.
6. Paymaster accounts and beneficiary accounts (some from recent bond exchanges) have a hold on them. Account-holders were told the hold would come off (signaling the Shotgun Release & Tier 4b start) as early as Fri. 14 Aug, Sat. 15 Aug, or Mon. 17 Aug. forward next week.
7. This was really frustrating for HSBC, the Chinese (and all of us waiting). The US and DoD were not trying to withhold the money from Tiers 1-4 recipients (they know that these RV funds are needed to rebuild global economies), but they were driven by security issues in getting the Shotgun Release in a time-frame and in a way that would bring down the Deep State craziness that we are seeing daily in our cities (violence, defund the police idiocy, Biden-Harris far-left radical unconstitutional policies, Covid-19 pandemic shutdown craziness, (masks mandatory in the US, but nowhere else in the world now), children being shot on our streets, etc etc.
8. The Deep State was clearly panicking and throwing everything they could against the wall to see what sticks).
9. The plan was to get the Shotgun Release & Tier 4b notifications out before the Iraqi delegation meets with Trump next Thurs. 20 Aug. to acknowledge that Iraq & its currency were sovereign and well before US Attorney John Durham's report on Obama administration criminal indictments expected between now and the first week of Sept. (google Paul Sperry Durham).
10. For security concerns behind the scenes, Decision-Makers have changed the release timing many times as they reacted to ground-level conditions, but one hoped and prayed that they were not pressed to do this anymore and that the Chinese attempted to get the notifications out would be successful ASAP.

H. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.
The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.

The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
