Our military intel contract is confirming Mr. Fleming's sources saying that the World Court ruled on the Elders' lawsuit yesterday Wed 24 March and the ruling ordered that T4A/B start getting paid (T4A getting payouts & accessing account funds, we in T4B receiving notifications with secure links to get 800#s to start our exchange-redemption appointments) NO LATER THAN NEXT THU 1 APRIL (STARTING AT ANY MOMENT OVER THE NEXT 7 DAYS).

Thu 25 March Platform Update:
The World Court has reached a verdict demanding [gefordert wird] immediate payouts [begin].
Both states and governments have the green light to start paying out "1%" on the private side [exchanges-redemptions].
After that, all private packages are checked. Once a package has been verified, another 9% is released.
OFFICIALLY THE REDEMPTION HAS BEGUN AND CANNOT BE STOPPED AT THIS POINT.
So for all of us in Tier 4A / B we should get the green light and receive notifications soon, meaning [any moment between] now till [next Thu] 1 April 2021.
The judgment of the World Court stipulates that ALL groups [all tiers & 27 categories of payouts] MUST start payouts by [next Thu] 1 April 2021.(edited)
He confirmed that the interim military govt ARE HONORING THIS WORLD COURT RULING, and making sure everyone on the RV teams and in the RV process STAYS ON SCHEDULE; last Mon-to-Wed 22-24 March the RV teams were focused on what the World Court was determining should be the final schedule in the final release documents;
The World Court ruling matched the final schedule that the RV shotgun start--in which all tiers would begin payouts and T4B would start exchanges--would be STARTED ANY TIME BETWEEN NOW AND NEXT THU 1 APRIL;
He is confirming that the RV teams are pushing to stay on schedule (globally) to get everything done and ready for the shotgun start globally, the Iraqi RV rate still reported to be planned to be passed in their HCL+budget+IQD-RV-rate vote this weekend (Iraq's timing is Sat 27 March 1 pm Iraqi time [=5 am EDT]);
He confirmed Snake's exchange banker's info that we should ALL KEEP OUR PHONES CHARGED, because T4B notifications could come out AT ANY TIME BETWEEN NOW AND NEXT THU 1 APRIL (next 7 days);(edited)

But THIS SHOWS (whether one believes it or not) that THE LINE IS MOVING >>QUIETLY<< AHEAD OF US IN T4B and IT'S ALMOST OUR TURN at ANY TIME BETWEEN NOW AND NEXT THU 1 APRIL.
He is confirming that this timing of the RV shotgun start will allow the interim military govt to start the restored Republic in essential functions from next Thu 1 April to Tue 6 April which is the new timing to start the execution of the national debt relief packages (the debt jubilee debt forgiveness to debtors holding federally backed loan debt) going out THE WEEK OF EASTER SUNDAY 4 APRIL 2021—
So he is confirming that the NESARA restored Republic public debt relief kick-off will be EASTER SUNDAY 4 APRIL 2021 (less than 10 days away);
He is confirming that 1000s of paymasters globally of T3-4A groups are at their assigned banking centers right now and are going through the final processing and settlements for each of the paymasters to become liquid to start downstreaming funds in payouts en masse when the shotgun start is initiated as the T4B notifications with secure links start coming out to us in T4B to set our exchange-redemption appointments.(edited)
