Judy Note: As reported both by MarkZ and Bruce, activation of the Quantum Financial System began early morning Thurs. Aug. 15. The QFS successfully connected all banks across the globe according to an agreement between the World Court, China and the Zimbabwe Treasury.

The 800’s would likely come out sometime in the morning of Fri. Aug. 16, although the redemption process could start at any time.

The new currency rates have been locked in on bank back screens for the last eight days. The Rial, Afghani and Dinar in-country rates came out within 1 cent of each other and were over $4.00. International and Contract rates were much higher.

This return to the Gold Standard officially eliminated the privately owned Federal Reserve and IRS. As of Thurs. Aug. 15 Social Security cards (which had been used as “cattle” for the fiat dollar system) were Gold Backed and US Citizen Taxpayers were no longer considered “cattle” to the old privately owned US Inc. – Federal Reserve – IRS – Crown of England – Vatican – Central Bank World Monetary System.

1. The QFS System connected all the world banks at 12:08 am EDT Thurs. Aug. 15. At 9 pm Pacific Time Thurs. Aug. 15 the QFS was used to pay out mini traunches for 16 groups. They started the traunches, audited them and then they were registered. The system was found to be fully operational.

2. There were no delays. This was moving forward.

3. At President Trump’s rally tonight Thurs. Aug. 15 he gave the signal to release the rest of the groups out West to be paid out and the 800 number release.

4. The 800’s would likely come out sometime in the morning of Fri. Aug. 16, although the redemption process could start at any time now.

5. The new currency rates have been locked in on the back screens for the last eight days.

E. Rumored Events:

Fri. Aug. 2 2019: The RV green light was turned on. The general public was expected to begin exchanges at the same time as Whales, Groups, Tiers, SKRs were made liquid and 800#s released.

Mon. Aug. 5 2019: Stock Markets around the globe zeroed out as countries were put on the Gold Standard. As the reset was activated various bankers across the globe tried to skim the system, though within minutes, all were caught and dealt with.

Wed. Aug. 7 2019 @ 2:20 pm EDT: A National Emergency Alert Test was completed on TV, radio and certain cell phones – a plan tied into the reset. Exchanges were taking place in Spain, Portugal, Italy, India and other countries across the globe. Iraq and Iran were functioning on a new in-country rate for the Dinar of $3.91.

Thurs. Aug. 8: The reset was paused when it reached North America around noon EDT. A meeting was held between China and US leaders where a new contract was signed.

On Sun. Aug. 11 Jeffrey Epstein was rumored to not be deceased, though was transferred to places unknown as part of a final push for the Global Currency Reset. An international top secret meeting was held on details of the Global Currency Reset on that same Sun. in the evening of Aug. 11.

Tues. Aug. 13: Redemption Center personnel were told to cancel all vacations and report to work.

Thurs. Aug. 15: Activation of the new Quantum Financial System (QFS) was set for Thurs. Aug. 15 according to an agreement between the World Court, China and the Zimbabwe Treasury. Social Security cards were to change to Gold-Backed after Aug. 15, 2019. Aug. 15 also “happened” to be the day 48 years ago in 1971, that President Nixon ended the ability of foreign governments to exchange dollars for gold, pulling the US off the Gold Standard.

Sat. Aug. 17: Unless the new contract extended the date (which it likely did) the deadline for Zim redemption was set for Sat. Aug. 17.

Sept. through Dec. 2019: Military on High Alert. Expect disclosures on and arrests of major figures. Major political and economic changes, mass arrests, trials and tribunals were expected worldwide Sept. through Dec. 2019.

Sun. Sept. 1 2019: Restoration of the Republic (for the United States of America) was expected to be completed, though not announced until Sun. Sept. 15.

Wed. Sept. 11 2019: All larger notes of revamping currencies due off the street. Market participants were betting on a huge, seismic shock to the financial system during Sept.

Sun. Sept. 15 2019: Possible deadline to announce the Restored Republic.

Sat. Sept. 30 2019: End of the fiscal year. For some time US Taxpayer monies had been sent to the US Treasury in Reno, though Sept. 30 officially ended the IRS.

Jan. 1 2020: VAT Flat Tax Code effective. On July 3 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020. Reset of a second Basket of foreign currencies.

F. WARNING on 800#s: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only thing the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was your zip code and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in your area.

G. Release of 800#s:

Rumor was that Whales, SKRs, Groups, all Tiers and the general public would be made liquid all at once.

Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so we could have a firm grip on our appointment strategy prior to going in.

If you obtained your appointment through a 800# to exchange at a certified Redemption Center you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).

The 800# appointments would only be available for a short period of time. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time.

Zim redemption would only be available until Sat. Aug. 17 (unless that date had been changed by the new contract signed Aug. 8). After that redemption date the gold backed Zim Bond would still be as valuable, though you would need to make arrangements to redeem it.
