Clare:  The reasons identified...the Parliamentary Finance Committee rules out sending budget tables to Parliament

Hussein Mounes, a member of the Iraqi Parliament's Finance Committee, ruled out on Saturday the government's submission of the federal budget schedules, while reviewing the main reasons for this move.

"There are several reasons for the government's exclusion from sending the federal budget schedules to parliament, most notably the financial deficit, unstable financial revenues, the lack of a real economic vision, and the approaching date of the legislative elections," Mounes told Shafaq News Agency. 

He added, "The large deficit in the budget law amounts to 80 trillion dinars, which puts the government in a difficult position due to the lack of a real economic vision for completing the budget tables and submitting them to Parliament." 

Parliamentary Finance Committee member Moeen Al-Kadhimi previously indicated that the budget schedules would likely reach parliament in early July.

Al-Kadhimi told Shafaq News Agency at the time that the Ministry of Finance had completed its observations on the budget law's schedules and submitted them to the Council of Ministers to express the government's opinion on the nature of the budget and the total amount compared to last year, in light of the decline in revenues achieved during the current year .

Al-Kadhimi explained that the Ministry of Finance is preparing the final schedules for the budget law after receiving the government's response to the submitted comments. He noted that the draft 2025 budget law is expected to be referred to the House of Representatives early next month after its approval by the Council of Ministers .

The delay in approving the 2025 federal budget in Iraq threatens financial stability, service and development projects, the disbursement of salaries and benefits, and other repercussions that directly impact the daily lives of Iraqi families, according to observers .

Observers believe the budget has become a "political tool" during election seasons, used as a means of pressure and bargaining between blocs, without regard for the impact of these procrastinations, which have continued for more than half a year .

Legal experts also believe that delaying the disbursement of financial allocations stipulated in the budget law constitutes a form of administrative corruption and opens the way for lawsuits to be filed against entities obstructing the implementation of the law   LINK

The Ministry of Trade announced plans on Saturday to develop infrastructure by digitizing services to accelerate trade and reduce costs. While indicating that the next phase requires political will and economic stability to prepare Iraq for an effective partnership in the global economy, the Ministry emphasized the need to strike a balance between protecting the national economy and global openness, as well as preparing for accession to the World Trade Organization.

Ministry of Trade spokesman Mohammed Hanoun told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Ministry of Trade's plans to develop Iraq's trade policy include updating the legal and legislative structure by reviewing existing trade laws to comply with the requirements for joining the World Trade Organization, such as the Consumer Protection Law, the Competition Law, and the Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Law, and enacting new laws regulating intellectual property, e-commerce, and data protection, which are among the requirements of a modern market environment."

He pointed out that "the Ministry has adopted a more open and diversified trade policy by restructuring its trade policy to ensure a balance between protecting national products and opening up to international markets, expanding bilateral and multilateral trade partnerships, particularly with Arab countries, neighboring countries, and European and Asian markets, in addition to simplifying foreign trade procedures and reducing non-tariff barriers to facilitate the entry and exit of goods and services."

Hanoun pointed to "supporting and developing the private sector by enabling it to become a true partner in commercial activity by providing export incentives, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises capable of entering foreign markets, and qualifying local industries to compete regionally and internationally."

He explained that "developing the trade infrastructure by digitizing commercial services (such as company registration, issuing certificates of origin, and commercial contracts), developing the international exhibition system, activating the role of the General Company for Exhibitions to support the promotion of Iraqi products, and improving the performance of ports and border crossings in coordination with other entities to accelerate trade flow and reduce costs."

He added, "The development plans also include joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), resuming technical negotiations with the organization by updating the Iraqi accession file (which was frozen for long periods), and submitting offers on customs tariffs and market services, in accordance with the organization's requirements, in addition to building the capacity of technical cadres in the Ministry of Trade and related institutions to enable Iraq to negotiate efficiently, while coordinating with other ministries to prepare the economic and administrative environment in line with WTO standards."

He explained that "the plans also include transparency and business governance by enhancing the principle of transparency in commercial data through the regular publication of reports, prices, and indicators, and combating corruption and monopoly in the local market by activating regulatory bodies and implementing competition laws."

He continued, "We seek to achieve a balance between protecting the national economy and global openness, with a focus on preparing Iraq to join the World Trade Organization through legislative and institutional reforms, empowering the private sector, and developing the trade and services environment." He noted that "the next phase requires political will, economic stability, and comprehensive national coordination to qualify Iraq to be an effective partner in the global economy."   LINK

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY:  Television says we have the largest amount of foreign currency reserves and we are about to enter an economic boom. FRANK:  IMO the currency reserves are set.  They are primed for at least $3.00 rate IMO in order to float internationally, not so much at 1 to 1 anymore.  That's the only way they have the audacity/right to say Iraq is about to enter an economic boom because even 1 to 1 is not enough for that economic boom but it sure is a good start.

Militia Man  I haven't been in the Iraqi dinar for 22 years but I have been around for a long time.  I've seen the progress and that's what keeps me focused.  It's a complex situation.  It's been a long process.  It's been tiresome.  Things have changed.  Look at the new digital transformation that have taken place...the new technology...the new Swift system...ISO 2022.  We didn't have all that.  They didn't have the transparency...anti-corruption...anti-money laundering laws...currency manipulation laws.  They didn't have any of that but now they do.  Now you're starting to see all of these things are really truly coming together and it's beautiful to see it.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Thursday, June 19th  otherwise known as Juneteenth, and thanks everybody for tuning tonight. We've got a really good call, I think for you tonight, I know I'm excited about what I have and what Sue has, and I know I'll be excited about what Bob has to share tonight. I really enjoyed Tuesday night's call. I thought it was really good, very fun, very enlightening all the way around. Let's do this. Let's pray the call in,

All right, let's see where we stand now from our intel point of view. Let's talk, first of all about the USN and ust our new currency, our new USTN, United States Treasury note. Notice, there's no Federal Reserve in that. The Fed is out of the way, fortunately and the USN is just the short designation of it that is used on the bank screens to designate the currency and the value so USN, USTN, I consider it as physical money, physical notes that we're going to be keeping in a wallet or money clip with your purse.

Okay, that's what those are. And they say United States Treasury note on them - and those have been printed for over 2 years, at least. Maybe two and a half by now, and they're in the banks and the redemption centers for us in the redemption center, shrink wrapped, probably in amounts of 1000 I don't know if they've got 2500 or 5000 in a separate, you know, shrink wrap, or if they're all just 1000 shrink wraps, and you just get two, three or four or five of those, you know, in the redemption center, and that'll come off of your balance.

It's not free. You get it out of your exchange balance. All right, so what about that? Yesterday, Wednesday -  we had confirmation of what we had received early morning, early and what came in was a thing that came in an email from one of our sources that said that we would have that they were they had passed the genius act like G, E, N, I, U, S, the genius Act was about there were two ways I looked at this.

The information that we got from a source said that this act would create the ability to have a new currency, a new money that was asset backed by gold and silver, and that this would be thing that was voted on and actually passed in the Senate yesterday. Then we go from there as a bill, the genius act as a bill would go to house -  that piece backwards, usually the house and then the Senate first, and then the house for final approval, and then it would become law.

What's interesting about is this time in all of these years that we've had any reference to a new currency for us, and it actually gave credit back to President John F Kennedy, because before he was  assassinated guess what, he was trying to put us back on the gold standard. May not use gold standard as a term to describe this new money for us, but it is backed by assets, some of which are gold and silver.

You might add palladium, you might add platinum, you could add oil, you could add natural gas. There are several asset classes that can be used to back the value of a country's currency.

This was passed, and I had confirmation on this information that I received in the morning, I had confirmation in the afternoon on Newsmax. The difference was that Newsmax did not focus on gold or silver assets backing the currency. It focused on XRP, the crypto coin backing our currency.

And we know that XRP as a crypto currency, a crypto coin, is backing the digital value of our USN, digitally. So there is a combination of gold backed crypto coins, and I think XRP is just one of them. I know bitcoin is another one. Ethereum is another one, and there are two others, and they're all probably be used in combination as a backing for our USN currency and USTN money, let's just call it that way, money that the actual foldable paper class, money that we carry.

All right.  So that was a big move. Now we also heard that that would be accomplished, and I look forward to this making its way all the way to I don't know that the house is going to vote on it quite yet. They may tweak it. You know how they are. They can't just pass something like it is. They've got to try to add something to it, or take something away from it, or modify it somehow, or whatever it is it's in the hand of the house representatives to do something with it and pass it on through

All right.  Now that kind of talks about our money. Let me see what else we want to talk about. Let's talk about, Okay, here's another situation. Sort of related to it -  We know of a few people that were in the process of buying gold in a big way, large amounts.

 And they're working through a couple of our pay masters that we know, and it ends up that they made a decision to switch their buy, which was a half a billion dollars from gold to silver. And this was transacted at Wells Fargo in Miami, and it was said, make sure you have all your work in by 6pm Friday.

That's make sure it's all in. Well, they got it, but they were told to him,   because their confirmation of the buy was to take place at 6:30pm tomorrow evening. And so  that's what's happening,  that's just a separate story, but something that's related to and I think the timing is interesting.

Why by 6pm tomorrow, I've heard from one of our sources that something might might happen for us after 6pm tomorrow, and then we heard from another source from Iraq that we would be looking for a surprise from this individual Saturday morning at nine Eastern.

So  it's pointing toward a Friday night into Saturday something. Now, I think that's something should point to us in the notification of our emails for the toll free numbers 800 number that we will call set up for appointments right now is pointing to a Friday, excuse me,  Saturday, Sunday notification period that actually could extend into Monday. ‘

So I'm thinking Saturday, Sunday or Monday of this coming weekend, and then Monday we should be receiving our emails with the 800 number on it. As soon as we get the 800 and verify, we will put it on and we'll also send out a green email to everybody who has sent in their email address and registered it on big call universe.com  now that's pointing toward Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

And exchanges, I've been told should be  very early this week. I don't know if that means Sunday or Monday. I think both days are even possible. Even Sunday is possible. So we'll see what that looks like. It might be.

We don't do anything until Monday and Tuesday, but I do feel good about the fact that they're talking about this going over the weekend. Rates have not been on redemption center screens. Let's see through yesterday, I don’t know if they are back up yet - my belief is that we'll get all new rates then on Sunday evening, after the Forex reopens, and they may come up beforehand.

They might come up on the bank screens and redemption center screens before the Forex opens at 5pm Sunday. So we have to keep an eye out for that. As you guys know, I always get some information late  you know, either Thursday or Friday or Saturday, giving some new opportunity to see where we actually are.

But I think what you guys are interested in and what it might be that we don't know what it's going to be Saturday morning, but we know that the dinar has been put out  in Iraq at a rate, and it's gone up about $1 it's coming up again about $1 it may interact. I'm talking in country, not our race, what it looks maybe it's a further revaluation of Iraq Dinar  and for the first time, everybody globally will actually see it. Because even though we’ve sai its international – this and that -- if out I'm not so sure. I think they’ve kept it from us -

Now, some of our bank screens have had it. Our redemption screens have had it. But you know, not everybody has access to that - we're fortunate enough to be able to get access to that occasionally. And we know what it is, we know it's reading.

This is where we are looking for the proof of the pudding when it comes out to rates, we know that the Okay, let's get into this for a minute. What about Iran”? Iran’s currency came off the screens either Monday or Tuesday. I believe it was Monday It came off. It was on the redemption center screen. I know roughly what it was worth, but they've taken it off, at least temporarily.

Doesn't mean it won't go back up, come back on, okay. But what's happening with Iran? As you guys know there's been back and forth between Israel and Iran. And Israel started this last wave as a preemptive way to try to reduce the possibility of Iran having a nuclear weapon and to weaponize missiles and bombs with a nuclear warhead, and we've heard this for 15 or 20 years, but they're close to getting a nuclear weapon.

They're close, they're weak, they're months away, they're weeks away. We heard they were days away. I'm not so sure they're that close different opinions from different fucking heads and different experts that really do know going on, but I can tell you this, President Trump said that he would wait until last minute to make a decision about using b2 bombers and a bunker busting bomb, you take more than one

Now i This is my opinion. Now, I think he's very patient, and has said that it might take him up to two weeks to make a decision about that – he wants to wait for every available bit of information to come in, he said because things change, and they do change.  and then he can make a more informed decision on whether to go or not to go. There's all kinds of opinions out there on to do it or not to do why I believe President Trump wants to prevent war. Not engage in it

I believe he is more in favor of Iran and the Ayatollah Khomeini to give it up and stepped down and basically changed the form of government they have

 We are not  in the business  but I do know this much they did exactly work for- they decided to put something together, to go over a possible peace plan or a surrender of some description. They did put that together. And yesterday, he was going to fly from Iran to Qatar. And that was changed, and then instead, they were routed to for peace talks.

Now there's a delegation from Iran, there's a delegation from a lot of people in to go over this and talk about this, Russia and China, too. I believe so. The point is, I believe that Khomeini will make  a decision, hopefully to make a regime change or same face somehow and accept some version, retooled version of a peace plan that would allow a new form government, which we're talking republic  of Iran, similar to Republic of Iraq, their next door neighbor, to Come in and have a new form of government with a parliament like Iraq  which has s president and or prime minister like Iraq has, I believe we're looking at something and I'm looking forward to that for Iran.

You know, the Iranian people are fine people, it's the caliphate, it's the extremism that is dangerous, and nobody in the Middle East wants them in either. Nobody wants Iran, as they currently are, to exist. They're all in favor of a regime change. It's not just us and it's not just Israel.

So the reason I'm bringing this up is –I believe we could have a decision Ayatollah Khomeini quick, possibly even tomorrow.  So let's see what that turns into.

You know, we're very patient. We've been too patient in some ways, but I know President Trump does not want us to be at war, and he's going to do everything he can to make a deal, because he's make a deal to transition Iran – and do you know what he said yesterday. Sometimes President Trump said, make money, not war.

Remember in the 60s, we said, Make love, not war, to take off on that make money, not war. He's showing Iran their potential and what they could do, you know, and giving them financial opportunity and trade and everything that they that they would want in that new world. So let's for that belief, to see that future, because, God willing, the direction we're going in now, how does that affect us? If we see

May, let's say, Tomorrow, by tomorrow, sometime I think it allows everything to go forward under the current timeline.  I know that is what President Trump wants --  He wants us to roll out NESARA between, let's call it now and July 4 in its entirety, the new currency the USA, the RNR, will have that at the redemption center.’

DOGE payments are coming out. Increase in  Social may or may not happen this month. I know it's already happened for somebody made out on Monday, and it was a nice, huge. That was on a Monday, not on Wednesday yesterday. So I don't know. It's just one of those anomalies. So I want to, I don't know, maybe we will get that increase this month.

You know, what's today? The 19th, 11 or 12 days to go in the month, yeah, so we'll see what happens on that. But I know President Trump wants this well underway before the Fourth of July. I think we're going to get some announcements on the 4th  that will be part of the NESARA  --

So we'll see what happens.  I Don't want to say or get not all, but I know we need to move on this thing with Iran, toward peace, toward the elimination of their nuclear capability. That ain’t gonna Happen under President Trump? No nuclear weapon.

MZ: I have identified a key person in the US Treasury that feeds misinformation or bad information. And that Trump is holding up the RV is a horrendous piece of misinformation being shared right now. I believe its being done on purpose to divide this community.  I am 100% confident Trump is not the delay. In this matter- Pres. Trump is just middle management.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Tuesday, June 17th  and you're listening to the big call. Glad to hear everybody still tuned in. I was running a little bit late, going to get last minute Intel for tonight's call. So I'm glad to be here. Glad we're all ready to go. So let's do this without further ado. Let's go ahead and pray the call in,

All right, let's get into where we stand in the in the way of Intel. I think Sue set me up a little bit for tonight, so we'll see, see how it goes.  What we have heard as late as this evening, there's quite a bit of things that are going on behind the scenes, some of which I can bring, and some of which are not entitled to bring. However, I would say this much we're supposed to keep an eye on the next four days, which would be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, which is what 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, being Saturday. Keep an eye on those four days.

And what I understand is happening in those four days are what we're looking for is, and you might not see this or know this, but program trades are now being activated in USN, as opposed to USD, in other words, our new digital currency, the USN, is digitally backed by XRP and that very positive thing for the value of our USN currency. Okay, so they're doing what's  called program trades on various bonds or currencies that are paying out essentially in USN,

Those need to occur in the next four days for us to be able to receive our numbers, our notification emails, most likely we're hearing Sunday night and Monday on those emails, Sunday night and Monday, so that we would be able to begin exchanges early next week, most likely Tuesday.

Now here's what's interesting, and we might get an announcement from President Trump or maybe Scott Dessent -  to this extent,  June, 19, so called Juneteenth. – is  I believe that slaves in the south received word of the Emancipation Proclamation by President Lincoln in 1865 and so that's an important day, and I believe it's also a national holiday, if I'm not mistaken, because you have to check that out, and I don't know by the time, however, it's a very important day for black people and white people in this country.

Now, what's interesting? Sue brought up debt slavery, and the end of that as well. I don't want to minimize Juneteenth for black brothers and sisters .

However, could it also be extended to refer to financial slavery that all of us, to large extent, some of us, have been under. Therefore Juneteenth refers to the emancipation for all of them regardless of race.

The other thing is we looking at  what ia happening with Israel, and Iran, and we know that That. and President Trump did use the term “we” referring to Israel as a an ally Israel, we have superior   airspace over Iran. They really are no longer a threat to Israel fighters and bombers and so on.

Now, the way I see it as well, is the Ayatollah has been given an ultimatum to make a decision for what looks like. I'm going to say complete surrender, probably in his best interest to do that anyway for different reasons. I won't go into those right now, but to take advantage of that situation and make that decision for complete surrender is a very positive thing, not only for him, but also for the Iranian people.

The people of Iran need emancipation as well, and I believe this whole thing is leading to a new order of government, a new freedom for the people of Iran. And President Trump's opinion on this is to tell those people and tell the leaders, if there are any left in Iran, don't make war. Let's make money.

He is going to give opportunity for trade with Iran, for just opportunities, because right now, they don't have any, you know, we don't want to take out their oil platforms, their oil production, because that's the way they earn money. And so I don't think we're going to be doing that, or Israel will be doing that.

I think that that's too valuable, not only for the people of Iran, but for also for the world to get the benefit of that oil. So my point is, I believe we're looking at Juneteenth as  maybe the start of emancipation, not only in the United States, but also globally, and quite possibly, for Iran, as they come into a new a new structure of government and more personal freedom for the people of Iran. So that's what I'm looking for to happen.

 Now today,  is the 17th the 19th  is going to be Thursday. We would have, theoretically another call on Thursday -  I don't know that we're going to get our numbers before the weekend. – The latest I heard today we are looking to receive those, quite possibly Sunday night or and or Monday.

So with that said, the question is, what else is there?

 I don't think there's a whole lot else that we need to know -  I think that getting prepared for this event, which is going to be one of the biggest events of our lives, is where you are now in preparation mode.

All right, let me think what else I can bring up. Redemption centers have no rates on screens today, and what we believe that they'll be there by the weekend, and maybe they'll be there before the weekend. We'll see. Obviously, new Intel comes in every day, and we have to sort that out and vet it and figure out what is relevant to what we what we're getting, I would say, keep an eye on what is happening with Iran and Israel

Also keep an eye on, what I  believe there is an agreement in place for Russia and Ukraine, but I haven't heard any specifics about it, so we don't know what stage that's at least. I don't know what stage is it. But you know, the problem with India and Pakistan was cooled off has been that's good.

So far. There's no problem with China and Taiwan. That's okay. These are the four hot spots I think that are affecting GESARA, and we need for GESARA to be pretty much at peace before that comes out.

Now, NESARA, our thing is coming out with probably an announcement by President Trump. I don't have a date on it. We just don't we thought we were going to get something. Was it Monday? Monday?

We thought we'd get something in the morning. It didn't happen. We didn't get that. So we don't know when that announcement is going to be but keep an eye out for the possibility of an announcement by President Trump that might just indicate our new asset backed currency  - we're not going to be considered gold backed, even that is backing up XRP, crypto creator, is backing up the US digitally .

So that's all cool too. Gosh, there's so many other new things that are coming out. I think our best bet to just it's important to not make this RV your entire life. We know what it'll do for us. We know what the med beds will do. But for time being, we have to continue with our plan A with whatever job you have or new job you're getting, you have to continue to work in that area until.

I mean, if I had known 20 years ago that this was going to take 20 years to happen, and yet I was invested 20 years ago, would I be doing the big call? I don't know, God’s got me in place for a reason so  I'm just going to do it -- As I told you guys - I'm going to take you over the threshold, and then obviously we're going to do our projects, and I think we're going to have a lot of help with rebuild America, build international  - veterans retreat network and pastoral retreat network.

I think those are my four projects, as you guys know, and that's what I'm looking to work with. And I hope many of you, I hope at least 5000 will help me put together, rebuild America, and it'll be a lot of fun and it'll be something that we can do. We meet, have regional get togethers, I think some of the most fun we've ever had.

I think really that is everything I really wanted to bring out tonight – we’ve got the timeline  that we've had confirmed by two more sources to look for something happening. And there's also about  $500 trillion dollars  moving in the next few days. I think this is coming from the, from the trade platforms.

We will see how that shakes out - If everything goes according to plan  we should be getting our notifications  Sunday night or Monday morning, or sometime Monday, let's say, to be fair, sometime Monday, and then be exchanging probably Tuesday of next week.

So All right, everybody enjoy Juneteenth, and we'll watch for that to come through. We'll hopefully Iran will have a decision to make - and give Iran their freedom in a new form of government.

Clare:  Under the TIR Agreement, Customs: An international shipment transits from the UAE to Poland via Iraq.

The General Authority of Customs announced, on Tuesday, the transit of an international shipment from the UAE to Poland, passing through Iraqi territory, within the framework of the TIR Agreement

A statement by the Authority, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the General Authority of Customs announced the transit of an international commercial shipment coming from the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates and heading to the Republic of Poland, passing through Iraqi territory, within the framework of the implementation of the International Transport of Goods (TIR) ​​Agreement."
The statement explained that "the shipment entered Iraq through the Trebil border crossing with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and continued its way through Iraqi territory to exit from the Ibrahim Al Khalil border crossing towards Turkey, and then to its final destination in Poland."

The statement stressed that "the tracking process was carried out using the GPS system throughout the shipment's transit period inside Iraq, without recording any delays or errors, in a step that reflects the effectiveness of the customs control system and the development of technical procedures."

Director General of the General Authority of Customs, Thamer Qasim Dawood, stated, according to the statement, that "this crossing represents a clear indication of Iraq's commitment to implementing international agreements and reflects its advanced position as a vital trade corridor in the region." He pointed out that "the Authority continues to support trade exchange in accordance with international best practices."

Dawood added, according to the statement, that "this achievement comes with direct support from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance, and embodies the government's efforts to strengthen customs infrastructure and facilitate cross-border transport operations to serve the country's economic interests."

For his part, the head of the Transit Department at the General Authority of Customs confirmed, "We work daily to facilitate the movement of transit shipments and ensure their flow within the approved legal and technical frameworks.

 This crossing has constituted an integrated model for port cooperation and the implementation of an electronic tracking system, which enhances the confidence of international partners in transit routes within Iraq."   LINK
