Guru Mnt Goat  I have been told years ago and this still holds true today that when the CBI is ready to conduct the Project to Delete the Zeros in-country, we will not have to guess or spread rumors about it. It will come out in the news...as all Iraqi citizens must know about this event and will know. It will be common knowledge. There is no hiding it. For us investors this is our que to know that of what comes next, the reinstatement.

Militia Man  This whole summit they had yesterday has been a success...The timing of all these things are coming together for Iraq to make a move.  We don't know exactly when they're going to but the stage is set...They got a Medal of Honor.  They're showing it's a historic meeting that they had...What's going to come in the coming days?  Iraq is obviously ready.  They've talked about going into the global financial system...Are they going to do that at 1310?  I have a strong feeling that's not going to be part of the process.

Clare:  Al-Sudani directs contracting with two international companies to contribute to raising Iraq's credit rating.

5/19/2025  - Baghdad

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani chaired a special meeting on Monday to discuss financing private sector projects under the Sovereign Guarantees Initiative.

The Prime Minister's Media Office stated in a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News that "the meeting discussed mechanisms to facilitate procedures for achieving industrial development, the work of the Sovereignty Guarantees Committee, and the significant economic shift it has achieved in supporting the private sector, as part of the government's vision to achieve economic reform."

Al-Sudani directed "finding quick solutions to simplify legal and administrative procedures to facilitate the implementation and success of small business lending and sovereign guarantee initiatives, emphasizing the importance of adopting the economic reform approach and its paths to develop projects."

The Prime Minister also directed "contracting with two international companies, one specializing in international law and global economics, to work as an advisor to the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI), and the other specializing in public relations, to contribute to raising Iraq's credit rating."   LINK

Walkingstick   Yesterday they made a statement at the Baghdad summit.  This Baghdad summit is a stage IMO to show off to every that is interested in the potential of Iraq's future.  Not right now, but as soon as they release the new exchange rate...Sudani...said Iraq is a Recovered nation....They have a recovered monetary reform...monetary  policy... investment opportunity...recovered their banks...infrastructure...They have recovered 1310 and in doing so IMO have a recovered exchange rate.  This is part of the recovery to say to the world and Iraqi citizens that the recovery of their monetary policy was successful.

Militia Man  Article:  "The Baghdad summit took place regularly and Iraq regained its leading role"  I like that title because it's leading role.  It's regained its place in the regional arena.  That's good...Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, every single one of those are trading partners.  They're going to have an impact when Iraq does a revaluation of their currency.  They have to have synergy/synchronization...It's going to be a powerful move when Iraq does that [rate change].

MZ: One of the articles says they are outlawing militias. Parliament is working on the Popular mobilization law which folds the militias that fought against Isis into and under control of the Iraqi military.

MZ: I was told this was a sticking point with the Trump Administration and also with the Chinese elders to make sure Iraq was secure before they pull the trigger to change the rates. This is one of the last security issues that was needed…..I was told.

On Sun. 11 May 2025 Ginger confirmed:

Liquidity is happening with the big groups.

Massive movement with the bigger groups coming – imminent (days) for Zim bonds Tier 3 beginning last Tuesday.

Things are actually happening. She has the rate but won’t say what it is.

A person she knows received their payment already.

The timetable is moving to Monday and Tuesday this week.

Zurich is exchanging worldwide.

Liquidity is upon us lol

The World Court verified 2-3 weeks ago that everything will be tax free.

Tier 3 bond holders were receiving their contracts and payments being received this week.

Tier 4 on the heels of that.

Seven unconnected sources dealing in different areas of this all say it’s going to be a Manic Monday on the bonds.

It’s all coming together.

CMKX members say they don’t have theirs yet but it could go into their accounts within a 24 hour period.

Another source (whale) received funds today and Ginger will wait for them to announce it. Not sure if it was their advance money or the 1%.

China slashed its U.S. Treasury holdings in March. The UK is now the second-largest holder. The trend is very real. China is selling Treasuries and buying gold.

They say gold is boring. But I will take boring over watching the global debt market audition for a disaster movie. The script is still being written.

Louand DebNC:  Moody’s Cuts US Government Credit Rating due to Deficits & Debt, Blames “Successive US Administrations and Congress”

US government kisses its last triple-A credit rating goodbye. Downgrade to “junk” would have been more appropriate?

The US government lost its last remaining triple-A credit rating late Friday, as Moody’s finally, after more than a decade of dithering, downgraded the government to Aa1, one notch below the top credit rating of Aaa.

The downgrade “reflects the increase over more than a decade in government debt and interest payment ratios to levels that are significantly higher than similarly rated sovereigns,” Moody’s said in the announcement.

And it added:

“Successive US administrations and Congress have failed to agree on measures to reverse the trend of large annual fiscal deficits and growing interest costs. We do not believe that material multi-year reductions in mandatory spending and deficits will result from current fiscal proposals under consideration.”

And it warned:

“Persistent, large fiscal deficits will drive the government’s debt and interest burden higher. The US’ fiscal performance is likely to deteriorate relative to its own past and compared to other highly-rated sovereigns.”

It expects the federal deficits to reach “nearly 9% of GDP by 2035, up from 6.4% in 2024.”

Moody’s was the last of the three major US credit ratings agencies to cut the US government credit rating, years behind:

In 2011, S&P Global Ratings downgraded the US one notch to AA+

In 2023, Fitch Ratings downgraded the US one notch to AA+.

While reading Moody’s “ratings rationale,” one gets the impression that the US government should have been cut to a “junk” credit rating, maybe to a mid-level junk rating such as Ba3, to allow for some wriggle room either way (here is my cheat sheet for bond credit ratings by ratings agency

Not that these downgrades make a lot – or any – difference. For example. Moody’s rates Japan A1, that’s four notches below triple-A and three notches below the new and improved US credit rating, and so what. Nothing happened.

The problem arises when inflation comes along and the bond market gets spooked, and if the central bank tries to bail out the borrower, such as the Fed trying to bail out the US government, with bond purchases (QE) and interest-rate repression, while inflation is taking off, it could cause inflation to go completely out of control and spiral into the triple digits, such as it has done in Argentina and many other countries, by which time the own currency becomes kind of useless. Everyone knows this. So this is likely not going to be experimented with in the US.

Upon the news, the 10-year Treasury yield spiked in late trading all the way to high heaven, by something like, wait for it, 4 basis points, to a whopping 4.48%, about halfway back where it had been … yesterday.

It’s not until the bond market scares the bejesus out of Congress and the Administration that they will do anything serious about reducing the deficits.

Militia Man  ...The summit took place today.  They talked about approvals...integration...a lot of different buzz words that show Iraq is ready for investment for the private sector.  For that to happen we believe there's going to be an interconnectivity to the global financial system.  They haven't done that at 1310.  But they are expected to have a real effective exchange rate at some point in time.

I have spoken to great sources: (1): Some said that today or tomorrow things are about to start with notifications as some also said payments as well. (2): Some private groups are about to start on Tuesday onwards. (3): Brazilian sources said that things are about to start on the 20th (Tuesday).

A Pentecostal leader has made a major announcement that she has given authority to release the funds to her three leaders and that they will receive their notifications this weekend. As soon as they receive those funds they will immediately start releasing those funds to their members.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Thursday, May 15th  and you're listening to the big call, thanks for tuning in all over the globe. We love the fact that the Starlink system we're using to piggyback on that to get out to listeners all over the planet. So thanks for tuning in, if that's the case for you, and you're getting this call in something other than English, and these are getting translated in three seconds after I'd say it, glad that you're all there thanks for tuning in. Let's pray the call in.

So let's get into some intel. All right, what's what's interesting? I told you guys Tuesday night that a lot of the sources that we have  have sort of dried up. A lot of people that we've talked to are no longer able to talk to us. They say we're too close to this. They're listening to everything we say, all that kind of talk, you know. And so we do the best we can to find out what, what the heck is really going on, you know?

Because you know guys, you know it as well as I do. We thought Thursday, Friday, today, tomorrow, for sure, would be when we're supposed to be notified, because we had heard that right from pretty good sources, people that are in the redemption center. All right, here's what happened today.

They got emails at 915 this morning, but the emails were to give them their new username, passwords to get in, to log in to their accounts. They did. They've been doing a lot of shifting of personnel locations in the redemption centers. And I don't think it's just in one or two regions. It could have been nationwide that this, these changes were taking place.

So this morning, the redemption center leaders were looking for new username, password to access to go online, all right, onto the proper site. So in the case of we did get stuck with one of our bank leaders and one of our redemption center leaders. Very briefly, we find that in the redemption centers today, the screens went dark.

They went black, and it was because, probably because new rates are going to be coming up, and they didn't want to show those yet. Now in the banks, the rates are still up. I think this is a good thing when the when the screens go down at redemption center. It's telling you, wait, there's going to be changes coming to the rates.

Usually, they're increased usually. And so that's a good thing. So when I hear rates are on at the banks, but they're not on at the redemption center screens, I think, Oh, good. That shows that we're close again. Now that's the situation today so far with the redemption centers,

There have been new currencies that have been added. I mentioned on Tuesday that there is only one basket this Global Currency Reset is a once for all deal. It's not or not going to have a second or a third or fourth basket. That's old stuff that is no longer the case.

Even if it was true in the past, it's not true now  -- one basket, but they have added four or five new currencies in the last couple of days. And for example, I mentioned North Korea, South Korea, they both use, if I remember right, the North Korean Won w – o – n , South Korean Won w – o - n, now I believe you'll have a new Won for both North and South Korea when they announced some kind of a, what's it called, not a repriation , but where the two will be joined back as one country, sort of like what happened in Vietnam.

So we're going to have North and South Korea as one country, and maybe initially it'll be two current, two different currencies. I don't know, but I know they're both on n the plan is for both of them to be on the redemption center screens.

You have Syria --  President Trump dropped the sanctions against Syria two days ago, he met with the head of that country, and this is a chance for Syria to do the right thing. President Trump is giving him that and also, as a result, the Syrian currency will be revaluated, revalued. I don't have any idea what. I think it's worth about 15 cents on the dollar.

Now, I think that's what I've heard on Newsmax. So we'll see how that comes to be, what it ends up becoming. But obviously, President Trump has told these guys about economic renewal and about everything that can be happening in their country if they just decide not to be agents of terrorism, but rather an agent of peace, and that's what we're going for.

So President Trump finished up his Well, let me continue with the currency. So, so we've got currency, which is called the pound, the Syrian pound, all right, not connected to the British pound, for example, the pound sterling. You know, initially it was right now. They have their own Syrian pound.

Beyond that. We've got Myanmar, which  is known as Burma - was on this coming up with  China  and their Yuan, so I pronounce it anyway, and you've got Cambodia is in there. Nothing mentioned about Lao, but Cambodia is in let's see the two Koreas, China, Myanmar, Burma and Syria. I think those are all newest ones that have been added to the 17 or so that were already planned to be increasing in value.

So I want to put that out there for you guys to realize that, and let's see what else. So what we're hearing on bond holders  - and again they have been  pushed, just like we have -- Tthis whole thing in unravelling about a 48 hour period, Bond holders and us, platform trades, everything to be released and over about a 48 hour period, the latest information we heard, and that's one reason I was a little bit late, is that we're  -- everything is supposed to be released, and this would be our notifications and notifications to the bond holders that they have access to their funds in their accounts.

All of that is supposed to happen over the weekend with our exchanges beginning early next week. So Saturday, Sunday, we should get our notifications either Saturday or Sunday, and if, hey, if they came early enough Saturday morning, we could very well set an appointment and start on Saturday.  If that would case, we could also go through and include Sunday and right on through the rest of the month.

Now, there's no guarantee. Obviously, when we say the weekend, there's going to be Saturday, it could be on Sunday, and we're just looking at an appointment for Monday or Tuesday, very possible.

You know, early next week, very early next week, Saturday, Sunday, whatever. But everything appears to have been done, now to where we can move forward.

And I'll tell you, we had a total, a total of 61,000 IRS agents that were let go, that were let go in 30 hours. That's a very positive thing for us to move into NESARA with no income tax, no state income tax, but rather a consumption tax. We've talked about of either 14 or 15% that would be inborted, if also new, new goods ready for which means YES  a lot of things would go up 15% in price, but it'll settle itself out and allow about half revenue to go Federal Gov and half go to the state.

So we will see how they divide al that out, we'll see what happens. That's part of NESARA  - we are going to find that we're going to get more information on NESARA probably between now and July 4,

Hopefully we get it all activated, all of it out, to see how that flows. But what we're looking for is we have, supposedly now about 60% of GESARA already activated, 60% but on NESARA, only 15% so far has been put into play, 15% so we got a lot more to do.

We're still looking to receive checks this month, probably starting next week, and we're looking for an increase in Social Security for those 62 to 72 it's a really nice sum, nice large sum of an increase, and then 72 and a half, I guess you would get even a larger increase.

And I can't put those numbers out, always subject to change, but those things are good for the month of May,  now - our R and R as I have told you before  - for those of us exchanging should be at at the redemption center so that they will us how much we're getting back  - they are not going to break it down  to this and this and this --  we’ll have a lump sum that will tell us how much we’re getting back  

And you need to ask them about it  - Restitution, Reclamation allowance – what that’s going to be -  I am excited about that -  I am more excited about numbers – and once that happens  we get to set our appointments  and go for exchanges -  we are all waiting for it -  you too – Sue is also  me too – everybody is anxious right now – I am a little bit on the little edge that was a little bit on edge today, and it's excitement  - I can see the light at the end of this tunnel

looking forward to going just like you guys are  certainly looking forward to the med beds -  and certainly after that, to the re- build projects, rebuild America, rebuild international -  getting a little traveling and getting started with our concept.  I know you are too,

Walkingstick  [Iraqi banking friend Aki update]  Aki will give us a list of the private banks that will collect the 3-zero notes for the CBI...these banks are going to be all over the world.  If people live in Canada...Australia...Japan...London, they will be able to turn in their currency for the currency of that region.  Not only Aki's bank but thousands of private banks around the world the CBI has contracts and agreements with to collect the 3-zeros and turn them in to the CBI.  Our American banks will open their doors to American citizens only...

Frank26  The rate out in the market, that's where they're inflated. They're around 1400 something...and they rip them off because it's [the official rate] is 1310.  The difference is the profiteering, the ripoff to the Iraqi citizens.  Why do the Iraqi citizens go to these people?  Because it's more convenient...and they don't trust the Iraqi banks.  But these exchange centers are going away...They got neutered...As this gap gets closer and closer you're going to get a 1 to 1 rate.

Member: Mark- anything new and exciting today?

MZ: I did hear lots of reports from groups and bankers that rates were “populating” today….and all throughout the day. Very encouraging, but does it mean anything more than a test……that is the question.

Member: I heard a rumor our rate will be around $3.22

MZ: We have seen everything from $.1.70 or so for much of the day…then we saw around $3.22 …but rates have been all over the board. $3.22 would make sense for a RI (Re-instatement) and one of the easiest things for them to do. imo

Member: did you hear from your bond contacts today?

MZ: No, but one of the contacts who will not comment on what has occurred yesterday evening at their appointment…has let me know that they are seeing rates populating.  Others have said the same and they all used that same terminology. So could it be a test? Or does it mean “now?” I don’t know.

Member: Isaac just posted and said “Hello appt was today and I should get the confirmation Tuesday Wednesday, blessings.”

MZ: Sounds like his meeting with closing documents went well and he hopes to have dollars Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

MZ: I was told on the bond deals it would take 3-5 business days to move and complete transactions.

Member: A bank reached out to a few currency holders I know and sent them information documenting what they need to exchange…are you hearing the same ?

MZ: Does no good to go bothering banks before its time….but I have heard others say close to the same things.

MZ: “Trade Bank of Iraq wins JP Morgan Chase’s STP award”  for doing a brilliant job on updating and modernizing systems for monetary transfers.

Member: Mark, my Chase Bank wealth manager here locally told me that JP Morgan won the contract for Iraq and that was back in February of 2024!

MZ: “ Sudani: Baghdad will host US-Iran nuclear talks amid regional tensions”  Iraq has become very important and will host the next round of talks.

Member: Mnt Goat  ( From Dinar Guru) They have told us over and over again that they needed time for the reforms to work and so...we see them working now...the stops along the way are the steps to get the reinstatement…Yes, it is all happening NOW not years from NOW. It is right in our faces now...

MZ: I agree- it’s right in our faces. The question is “when”

Member: Bagdad is hosting The Arab Summit. That says enough in itself….we have to be close.

Member: I wonder if Trump will show up there?

Member: I think Saturday is too important for Trump NOT to be there.

MZ: I was told by someone in the DC beltway that Trump may make a physical visit….and if not- he will make a digital visit …I am hearing this from many sources in the beltway. Some folks that work for congressman and senators.

 Member: I decided earlier today that if Trump came back to the United States without an RV. Happening I was going to be severely depressed..

Member: It would be nice to be outta this holding pattern.

Member: With things lining up in the ME (including Iran), I can’t imagine why we would see June without an RV
