Henig: Vietnam Set to Launch Digital Asset Exchange

Vietnam is gearing up to pilot a digital asset exchange, as announced by Deputy Finance Minister Nguyen Duc Chi. The initiative aims to establish a trading platform for virtual digital assets (VDAs), with testing slated to commence by the end of March.

This development comes on the heels of Vietnam’s impressive ranking as the fifth country globally in crypto adoption, highlighting the growing significance of the digital asset sector in the nation.

Government’s Commitment to Digital Assets

The Vietnamese finance ministry is actively developing a roadmap for the VDA trading platform, as reported by a government-backed publication. This initiative aligns with Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính’s recent directive, which sets a national growth target of eight percent or more by the end of 2025. The government aims to foster a more welcoming environment for the crypto sector, anticipating an influx of foreign direct investment and promoting sustainable economic growth. In his directive, Prime Minister Chính emphasized the importance of leveraging science, technology, and innovation to drive economic progress.

He urged various ministries and local agencies to support businesses in implementing pilot projects and specific policies related to digital transformation. This proactive approach reflects Vietnam’s commitment to integrating digital assets into its economic framework.

Rising Crypto Adoption in Vietnam

Vietnam has emerged as a leader in cryptocurrency adoption, ranking alongside countries like India, Indonesia, and the United States in Chainalysis’ crypto adoption index since 2021. The country’s crypto sector is currently valued at nearly $3 trillion, indicating a robust growth trajectory. Research forecasts suggest that crypto ownership will continue to rise in Vietnam, driven by increasing interest and investment in digital assets.

However, despite the growing adoption of cryptocurrencies, Vietnam has yet to establish a comprehensive legal framework to regulate the digital assets sector. The absence of clear regulations raises concerns about potential exploitation for illegal transactions, which could evade law enforcement and banking oversight. In response to these challenges, former Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai directed the finance ministry in 2022 to draft a legal framework to support the growth of Web3 technologies.

Education and Innovation in Emerging Technologies

In addition to developing a digital asset exchange, Vietnam is also focusing on educating its citizens about emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI). In May, the country launched the Academy of Blockchain and AI Innovation (ABAII) to promote these technologies among students and young professionals.

This initiative aims to equip the workforce with the necessary skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The finance ministry is collaborating with the State Bank of Vietnam to accelerate the formulation of policies governing the digital assets sector. Jeff   What they've told us is that going into 2025 they were going to end the currency auctions.  We know that much.  They did say they transitioned to that new method of transferring foreign currencies abroad... allowing specific local banks within the country of Iraq to send the foreign currencies...But they never officially ended the currency auctions... We know the currency auctions have to end at least by the time the rate changes.  We also know that from last November through the end of January the currency auctions went up from about $280 million to $300 million, then in January of this year...went higher from $290 million to $300 million...Their actions of incrementing the currency auctions to higher amounts suggest we're getting getting very close to nearing the end of this...

“Major achievement”: Iraq, BP ink deal to boost Kirkuk oil output

 On Monday, the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, represented by the North Oil Company (NOC) and the North Gas Company (NGC), signed a contract with British energy giant BP to develop the Kirkuk oil fields.

In a statement, Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Oil Minister Hayyan Abdul-Ghani called the contract signing for the development of NOC fields a “major achievement” for both the ministry and the company, especially after a period of stagnation.

The development and rehabilitation efforts will boost national production, and increase gas investment and production to support electricity generation, he noted, emphasizing that "the ministry is focused on maximizing the state's oil and gas resources, which will positively impact the federal budget's financial resources.”

The contract reportedly includes the rehabilitation and development of the four Kirkuk oil fields (the Baba and Avana domes, Bai Hassan, Jambur, and Khabbaz,) along with the rehabilitation and expansion of gas facilities at the NOC.

Last week, a delegation from BP visited the North Oil Company’s headquarters to finalize steps for rehabilitating the four fields.

The Iraqi government, in February, signed an agreement with the British company to develop Kirkuk’s fields and ensure “the optimal utilization of energy resources.” link

MZ: It was a good event….just very busy and schedule was tight….wish I would have had a chance to meet more of you.

MZ: I have better than normal news for a Monday morning. Usually Mondays there is no news at all.

Member: Mark if the mediators were paid then it has definitely moved forward correct? So now we just hope no more delays with bond guys etc!

MZ: I have a couple of interesting things from a couple of bond contacts. They are being told the vast majority of money definitely moves in March. They believe this is their month for redemptions.

MZ: There are a number of them with dollars…small amounts. My understanding is the full amount- the bulk of their dollars will move all at the same time….and on the same day. I got that from 4 different bond contacts in different groups.

MZ: they are all saying the big dollars will release all at once for all of them.

MZ: A couple of groups are working hard and they are also being told that this is their month. Crossing my fingers it is true and we don’t get another letdown.  But there is certainly a lot of chatter right now.

MZ: We will never be in a perfect spot for this, but at some point they have to pull the trigger. Fantastic news over the weekend…it just needs to manifest.

Member: Mark, did your contact with a Saturday currency apt get liquidity?

MZ: I don’t have an update, but as of Saturday where they had a tenetavie appointment to exchange some currency…they have not gone.

Member: it sounds like we will all have a shotgun start….So hopefully when bonds go…we all go.

Member: Walkingstick says "Day and Rate" fixed after big bank meetings in Iraq.

MZ: “ US gas move: Iraq’s race to avert power crisis” Us has gone full tilt with Iraq to stop Iranian influence and rebuild Iraqi infrastructure. They are adding power plants as well as rebuilding the power structure. This will put Iraq at the forfront in the region….and with that we get the economic reforms or a higher value to lift the purhasing power of Iraq.

Member: Sounds like they could use additional funds for all of that…..Release the RV Iraq.

MZ: “ Official working hours will be suspended next Sunday” They will be shutting down their Gov on Sunday to remember victims of several Crimes against humanity ……Datewise this falls on the 16th. I am hearing many things pointing to the 16th and 17th.

MZ: what a great time to change things and put Iraq back on its feet.

MZ: “Government advisor: 2025 budget will reach Parliament before the end of Ramadan”  in other wrds they will have the budget and its tables in the month of March.

Member: Everything is lining up , for everything to happen all at once .

Member: When I begin to think that this RV will never occur, I just remind myself that Iraq cannot go international at a $1,320 exchange rate.

The Central Bank of Iraq explains the mechanism for publishing data on the sale and purchase of foreign currencies from the daily bulletin to the monthly report, which will include:

- Total enhancement of bank balances abroad.
- Settlements of electronic payments abroad.
- Cash sales.

The bank confirms that this decision came in conjunction with the transition from the electronic platform mechanisms to the mechanisms for enhancing the balances of authorized Iraqi banks with correspondent banks, and that the process of enhancing banks does not reflect the daily sales of bank customers until the operations are actually realized. 

It draws attention to the Central Bank of Iraq's possession of sufficient foreign reserves to meet all official requests for foreign currency, which enhances confidence in the national currency. 

Noting that the report scheduled to be published next month will include details of external transfer operations
in terms of (amounts, the most prominent imported goods and materials, the most prominent countries from which they were imported.

Clare: Parliamentary Finance: The budget is technically ready and its delay may be deliberate

 Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Moeen Al-Kazemi, called on the government today, Sunday, to expedite sending the budget tables for the year 2025 to Parliament, stressing that its delay may be deliberate, as happened last year.

Al-Kazemi explained in a statement to / Al-Maalouma / agency, that “the Ministry of Planning has all the priorities and indicators related to the projects investment aspect, including the needs of ongoing and new projects, which allows the government to quickly prepare the required tables.”

He added that "the Ministry of Finance has a clear vision of the operational aspect, including salaries, consumer expenditures, the food ration, and governing and sovereign expenditures, which means that the government is able to complete the tables within just one week."

He stressed "the need to avoid any unjustified delay in sending the tables," warning of "the impact of this on approving the budget on its scheduled date."

He called on the government to "expedite sending the budget tables for the year 2025 to Parliament and assume its responsibilities to ensure the stability of the financial and economic conditions in the country."

It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives had previously voted on the budget amendment law, and sent it to the government with the aim of sending the budget tables.  LINK

America calls on Iraq to end dependence on Iranian energy and welcomes Al-Sudani's commitment

The US State Department called on Iraq to stop relying on Iranian energy sources "as soon as possible."

In response to whether Washington has reached a deal to renew Iraq's exemption from sanctions on Iranian gas imports, which expires tomorrow, Saturday, US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said, "At this point, we have nothing to announce regarding the current electricity exemption, which expires on March 8."

"We are reviewing all existing sanctions waivers that provide any measure of economic and financial relief," she added.

The spokeswoman welcomed the commitment of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani "to achieve energy independence," expressing her hope that the United States would lead the way when it comes to this type of approach.

Iraq currently produces 27,000 megawatts of electricity through stations, most of which operate on gas, but the production capacity sometimes drops to 17,000 megawatts.

This amount, at its maximum, does not meet the country's electricity needs, as Iraq needs to increase production to reach 40,000 megawatts in order to ensure the provision of energy around the clock.

To solve this crisis, Iraq resorted to importing quantities of Iranian gas, which threatened to expose it to US sanctions, before the United States granted it an exemption that is renewed periodically.

With US President Donald Trump returning to power, he pledged to pursue a policy of "maximum pressure" towards Iran. As a result, the Iraqi government asked the new US administration to extend the waiver granted by the previous administration, according to previous statements by Al-Sudani in an interview with Asharq.

Al-Sudani touched on the issue of ending dependence on Iranian supplies during the interview, noting that the country plans to completely end gas imports by 2028, adding: "There will be clear energy independence."

He continued: "Ultimately, we need this exception to continue throughout this period. At the same time, we have started the process of linking energy with neighboring countries in order to cover our needs, and this is part of the concept of integration that we seek with our brothers."

This is not the first statement of its kind, but rather comes just days after US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, where they discussed Iranian influence in the region, and Rubio urged Iraq to "achieve energy independence."

The new US statement may not mean that Washington will not renew the exemption granted to Iraq, but it indicates increased pressure on Baghdad to get rid of these supplies.

The comments come hours after US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant confirmed that the US would tighten sanctions on Iran, adding that the US would “shut down” the country’s oil sector using “pre-determined criteria and timelines.” He hinted that “making Iran bankrupt again would be the beginning of our updated sanctions policy.”

The Treasury secretary suggested that the United States could work with “regional actors” to help Iran get its oil to market. One of those countries is likely to be Russia, which earlier this week signaled its willingness to help the United States in talks with Iran over ending its nuclear program and its support for anti-American regional proxies.

“Treasury is prepared to engage in frank discussions with these countries,” Bessent said. “We will work to shut down Iran’s oil sector and drone manufacturing capabilities.”   LINK

Trump reveals he sent a letter to Iran to negotiate on the "nuclear"

US President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he had sent a letter to Iran to negotiate an agreement on nuclear weapons .

Trump said during an interview with Fox Business that he wants to negotiate an agreement regarding the nuclear weapons program .

"I sent a letter yesterday, Thursday, to the leader of Iran to negotiate an agreement," he added, expressing his hope to negotiate an agreement regarding the nuclear weapons program with Iran .

Bloomberg reported last Tuesday that Russia had agreed to help the Trump administration communicate with Iran on various issues, including Tehran's nuclear program and its support for anti-US proxies in the region .

"Russia believes that the United States and Iran should resolve their common issues through negotiations. Moscow is ready to do everything in its power to help achieve this," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Bloomberg, which was circulated by Russian state media. LINK

Militia Man   The informal market are now feeling the pinch because they're having a harder time to get the dollar...They're going to have to pay a lot more for it...You can go to the central bank and get it for 1320 instead of 1460,  1500, 1600...but it's probably going to climb.  Are we concerned about it?  No.  Because the parallel market is insignificant in  comparison to the total market...It's about 5%.  95% of the people that are doing business are doing it properly which is huge.  

Fnu Lnu  I reported some time back that Maliki had been caught with a jet filled with Dinar attempting to depart for Switzerland. The jet was initially detained but ultimately allowed to depart Iraq. I saw video of the detainment and the interior of the plane and judging by the volume of Dinar onboard, it had to be multiple trillions of dinar. The Authority stated in a statement today that it was able to recover the managing director of a private company for general trade and contracting limited and his agent accused in the case of stealing tax deposits, noting that their role in the case was to receive very large sums of money in order to facilitate the procedures for disbursing the stolen deposits.

The Authority noted its procedures that resulted in the extradition of the accused, which consisted of organizing an extradition file against them and sending it to the Public Prosecution Office, explaining that after follow-up and coordination with the relevant authorities, including the Arab and International Police Directorate at the Ministry of Interior and the efforts of the Iraqi Embassy in the State of Kuwait, an international red notice and search warrant were issued against the accused.

She pointed out that they were arrested in the State of Kuwait, which handed them over to the Republic of Iraq through diplomatic channels.

She pointed out that the judge of the Second Karkh Investigation Court had previously issued an arrest warrant against the accused, based on the provisions of Article (11/444) of the Penal Code, after reviewing the testimony of some of the accused in the case and the witnesses.

At the end of 2024, the Iraqi judiciary issued an in absentia prison sentence for a number of defendants accused of stealing tax deposits, known in the media as the “theft of the century,” including the first defendant, Nour Zuhair, and a former MP.

According to a judicial source, who spoke to Shafaq News Agency, "The Karkh Criminal Court for Combating Corruption settled the cases related to the theft of (tax deposits), and issued sentences of ten years in prison against the accused Nour Zuhair, six years in prison against the accused Raed Juhi, and a number of employees who participated in the crime, and three years in prison against the former member of the House of Representatives, Haitham Al-Jubouri."

In 2022, it was announced that more than 3 trillion Iraqi dinars ($2.5 billion) had been lost from tax deposits, through a coalition of 5 oil companies using fictitious bonds.

Following this, an order was issued to summon officials close to former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, including Finance Minister Ali Allawi, the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, Raed Juhi, and others.

On October 24, 2022, Nour Zuhair was arrested, as he heads the board of directors of one of the companies involved in the case, and was later released on bail, after Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani announced the recovery of 5% of the amount, in exchange for Nour Zuhair’s pledge to hand over all the stolen amounts within days.

The Anti-Corruption Court set August 14, 2024 as the date for Nour Zuhair’s trial, but the trial was postponed several times due to the defendant’s absence.   LINK

The Governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al-Alaq, announced on Saturday that banks are close to being converted into smart platforms using artificial intelligence, noting that Iraq will witness a comprehensive digital transformation in the financial sector.

Al-Alaq said in a statement reported by the official news agency, and reviewed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "despite the great strides that have been made to activate electronic payment methods, which are a fundamental step in the digital transformation, we will soon put this stage behind us, because even the current electronic payment methods and tools are being changed and developed very quickly."

He pointed out that "soon we will notice a big difference in the tasks and functions of banks, and we will see many banks changing the nature of their work, and there will be a digital financial identity for every citizen through which he can conduct many operations in his accounts or check his balances or even invest inside and outside Iraq," stressing that "banks will soon turn into smart platforms that organize financial operations and benefit from technologies and artificial intelligence."

He added that "this great work is accompanied by the work of the Central Bank, like other central banks, in thinking about having a digital currency under the supervision of the Central Bank. We are not talking about encrypted currencies that are outside the framework of central banks, but rather about a digital currency issued by the Central Bank, and this is a major work being done in the Central Bank in coordination with international and Arab organizations and specialized bodies, and directly with the Arab Monetary Fund."

He continued: "We believe that this trend will be the one that will be imposed in the near future, and this represents solutions to major economic, financial and social problems, and will also establish a strict framework for monitoring funds and limiting corruption, money laundering and financing terrorism, because all financial movements will be within a strict and transparent system that can monitor all financial operations, and at the same time facilitates its holders to conduct extensive operations even in other countries of the world."

He added: "We expect that young people will benefit, through the tools and human resources that we have, from these tools. Indeed, we are following that many young people are investing through these portfolios and tools in various fields outside Iraq, but some need to be careful and cautious because there is a lot of fraud that occurs, and we are working to prevent citizens from falling victim to any fraud."  LINK

Welcome everybody. The big call tonight it is Thursday, March 6th  and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in, everybody.

Okay, let's talk about where we stand on our intel so far. This is a little different tonight, because I had three separate sources that were saying the same thing and then this afternoon, I two additional sources said something a little bit different. So here's where we're going to go with this, the three sources that came in over the last couple of days  were saying that we would be exchanging no later than Saturday, which is two days away.  I’m thinking Oh, great. That means we're going to get notifications probably Friday, start exchanges Saturday, blah, blah, blah, go right through the weekend with appointments and so on.

Now that is possible -  those were three very good sources -  the latest thing we got this afternoon were from redemption center leaders and one of whom is over three redemption centers - the other one is over six, seven redemption centers -  so these people, they're good sources. Well, these two leaders are saying we're going to get notifications over the weekend and start exchanges early next week, which would be Monday or Tuesday.

So I've got possibility of exchanging, being notified tomorrow or Saturday, and exchanging starting Saturday. Then I also have, oh, we're going to get notified over the weekend, which is probably a Saturday, could be Sunday, but we would start our exchanges early next week, which is Monday or Tuesday. So there appear to be a couple of things that might be slight hold ups.

One is dealing with the price that Iraq is selling oil. There's a little controversy on this. There's a pipeline that's coming from Kurdistan down to Baghdad, and then there's one that goes from Baghdad all the way down into Turkey, two different pipelines.

Well, the contract rate on the Iraqi dinar is tied to what Iraq is selling their oil for what they're selling it to Turkey for what they're selling it to Egypt for what they're selling it to China for any other number of countries That would buy Iraqi oil, crude oil. And so that that price needs to be settled on, in a sense, before the contract rate can be established for the dinar.

Now we've heard this also. That's part of the thing. The other thing we've heard relating to the contract rate is, the contract rate is a rate that was agreed upon already in a contract with Iraq. So that's sort of negates what I just said about worrying about the new price of what that oil might sell for.

They have a rate, and it's extremely good. I told you guys one time it was at or over a hundo. Those of you who know what a hundo is, know what I was talking about, and that would be per dinar. Well, if that was the contract rate, it was established, we should be in that range. In that range.

Now let's clarify something that was misunderstood by a few people, not very many, but a few people, and one of the people that was taking and putting out call notes from my call last Tuesday night might understood what I said.

I said, you know, we have a very high rate on Iraqi dinar, especially the contract rate, which is available at the redemption center ONLY, ONLY AT THE REDEMPTION CENTER, that alone is worth signing up and getting an 800 number and setting an appointment at a redemption center.

The Dong is a very good rate, very strong. And the other currenncy – the Zim is on par  with our  US dollar - USN  - USN means the same as the the other currencies I was referring to was like the Afghanistan, Afghani, the Venezuelan Boulivar  some of the other currencies, not Dong and not dinar, are in the range of between four and $7.00 -  4-7, not the dinar and not the Dong.

Okay, Dong's higher than that, way higher than that, and the zim is on par with the US dollar. So there has been some discussion about, when are the USN and some people refer to it as USN, which is United States note, or United States new, referring to the new dollar.

Some people, like me and there are others call it USTN, but they're referring to the folding money, which we put in our purses and money clips, or some fat wallet, which is up to you -  want back pocket use a fat wallet, put your back pain, but the`  USTN is United States Treasury note.

That's what should be printed on the new money,  use to be Federal Reserve Note – but the Fed is dead  and there is no longer a Federal Reserve - - and that's what should be printed on the money and that should be coming out shortly. It should coincide with our start at the redemption centers, because they have it there, shrink wrapped, ready for us at the redemption centers. So we should be able to get some of that up to maybe $3,000  - they did change a position of $500 to 3000 that's cash, cash money, and yes, not free. It comes out of your balance.

If you decide to take some, you don't have to take any of that new money. But if you want some cash, and you want the latest version, which is ustn, you should ask for an amount up to 3000 they don't really want you walking out with any more than  because then you are a possible target. You can be robbed - whatever, depending on where you are.

Don't worry about that. But I want everybody to know that we are still hearing that they're paying DOGE checks. They're not calling it a dividend, they're calling it a dose check. Now we did call it a Doge rebate while but what is this is the money that we're supposed to get  be anything anybody less than 65 gets $5,000 a month. Anybody 65 and older, it's 7500 a month, and that would be for 13 months.

Supposed to start in the first 10 or 15 days. I'm going to say not 10 anymore. I'm going to say it could be 10, but it might be the first 15 days of this month, and also supposed to have R and R at the redemption center.

 If you're going into exchange currency or redeem your Zim the R and R will be there for you find out about right after you exchange your currency, so write down your ask about your retribution and reconciliation allowance. That's one of the ways to say R and R. Easier to say R and R, though I think you all know, I hope so, and you'll get that amount, whatever it is  added to your quantum account and then you move funds after you exchange  - your R and R is in there – you will move some of those funds, some into your primary Wells Fargo bank account.

Okay, so we'll see how that works. Social Security increases are to occur this month. So see your normal Wednesday, whether it's yesterday, whether it's the 12th, the 19th or the 26th see if you get that increase. It should be a substantial increase. If you don't get it, wait to see if it happens by the end of the month, they could do a little those all out, if they're not with your regular Social Security.

Let's see how that works. So we've talked to those checks are in our social security and our we're looking for all four of those to occur this month of March 2025, so I'm a little I was a little bit uncertain about how to bring out the Intel. And I thought, you know, I'm just going to say what I'm hearing.

I'm hearing two different things. I'm hearing exchanges by by or before Sunday, and I'm also hearing, I'm hearing to receive the 800 numbers over the weekend, and then page very early next week, which is Monday or Tuesday. Now these are all good sources. The most recent or the last two I gave you were from the redemption center leaders. Now, there is more information. There's always more.

I either get it tonight. There's some I'm going to get tomorrow morning, but that doesn't help us for tonight, for this call, this is allowed the week, but I'd like everybody to make sure that they are registered by sending their email.

So that's what I wanted to say tonight. That's what I wanted to get out to you guys. And I appreciate everybody continuing to listen and then I'm continuing to listen to everything that's going on with Ukraine and Russia. Hopefully that's going to come into a peace accord soon. I think we can get a cease fire by the weekend, hopefully, and we could be on our way.

So let's do this, guys, let me pray the call out, And let's everybody stay very positive. Watch which speak speak positively. This is coming, and we should get a positive result by the weekend, whether we exchange or not before Monday or Tuesday. Should get our numbers right. MZ: Bond contacts have a number of appointments between now and the 17th. Things seem to be moving forward very “pleasantly” on the bond front.

MZ: As far as I can tell I think group #3 is ready to process. So it seems like we have real, measurable movement right now.

Member: What is group #3? Never heard that term before?

MZ: I have identified the top 6-8 bond groups . It is my understanding they are ready to move on the third group of large bond holders already aggregated.

Member: Hey Mark, how long will it take after the bond holders get paid for us tier 4a/b to go?

MZ: I think we may be going at almost the same time. I think they are holding them until they are ready for us.

Member: Are your redemption folks working this weekend ?

MZ: My Wealth management/redemption folks will be working this weekend. They do not know if they will be doing redemptions or not …but they will be working and they are prepared.

Member: Do we need to have an active open bank account at a tier 1 bank before the exchange?

Member: it has been said at our exchange they are going to open up a new bank account for use. So no, you don't need a tier 1 bank account prior to exchange.

MZ: In Iraq: “Parliamentarian: Budget tables have not reached the finance committee so far”  We are all wondering why? There is one very obvious answer to this question. It may have a rate change in it.

MZ: I am hearing from contacts in Iraq-they continue to delay until they are allowed to release …because there will be rates in there. I hope it is accurate and it makes a lot of sense.

MZ: “Washington calls on Iraq to dispense with Iran’s energy as soon as possible”  there is a massive effort to remove all Iranian influence from Iraq.

MZ: “Major gas projects-fixed or floating platforms to boost energy in Iraq”  this is so they no longer need Iranian gas …and no longer flare or burn off gas to save money and help the environment. They hope to be independent from Iranian energy within 4 months. There is a huge push to stop Iranian influence so Iraq can move forward.

MZ: “US Treasury Secretary: if I were Iranian I would convert my currency to something other than the tomain”  This one makes me think we will not see the Iranian rial in the first basket. I could be wrong…but maybe not… So the US could break the Iranian currency if they do not change their tune…, stop funding terrorists ….and stop working on nuclear arms.

Member: How do I get an 800 number?

MZ: If you are not in a group, I tell everyone to sign up at Dinar Recaps because a couple sources from banks told me they would send exchange info to them….specifically by name. But all dinar info aggregating sites will probably also release that info. .

Member: When we get instructions to set up an appointment to exchange currencies, you will call and they will tell where to go to exchange at that time.

Member: Dreaming of the day that you announce that it is done!

Member: All the time frames we were told about the RV green light has passed us by & still going …wonder 4 how much longer. ????

Member: Trump needs our economy fixed. And time is ticking and he's going to look bad the longer this goes.

Member: Yahoo finance stated that forex will be integrating emerging market currencies by mid march w/ updated A.I. mechanism. Could be part of the RV?

Member: There is a big “Crypto Summit” going on at the white house today…..part of the upcoming reset?

Member: We sit don’t know -is there any gold in fort knox?

Member: if Ft.Knox is empty….it could force the reset….if its full….maybe it will back the new US gold backed currency? We just need to know.

Member: I asked the teller at a local bank in Hawaii if they had seen the new rainbow currency and she asked the manager who said yes but I don't know why they call if rainbow …it looks more blue to me.

Member: what do we know about the old General64 group?

MZ: It’s still a thing, It’s still ready….it’s still very much alive

Member: I was told years ago that the Gen. 64 list was blended with other lists into a bigger group. Just wish we would hear something from them

Iraq now says it is waiting on Kurdistan to give them the go. Now that they are a few days away from leaving the control of Iran over their energy sector by March 8th.

 They have become much more confident that their 2025 budget will benefit their economy since all revenue will now be counted in their domestic currency.

Which will give their currency more value. And they will become a economic powerhouse.

 Not to mention Turkey confirmed Ceyhan Port is ready; and pipeline inspections are now completed and ready for operational usage.

And it was already stated that KRG must transfer oil to SOMO under new budget amendments. So we now know they are ready to go international at any time now. Forex market is about to get a new member on the trading block.

Militia Man  The Development Road project has global support and that is clear as day to me.  What we see today, Iraq is ready for their revaluation of their currency.  Why...?  Inflation levels - low.  Interest rates high globally, which is good, key.  Economic performance of their GDP, which they're going to grow, which is huge. Foreign investment and government policies in place for investors.  And overall market sentiment.  A countries currency is revalued when its economic strength is perceived right.

Frank26   Look at the 8 oil companies that do not want to start the flow of the oil.  Ask yourself, why?  IMO the answer is because the new exchange rate has not been revealed to them yet.  Sudani protects it until he is ready...If and when the oil starts flowing, it should be with the same new exchange rate that is in the budget...This oil cannot flow at 1310.  It's literally impossible mathematically let alone financially...

Basra Police Command announced on Thursday the arrest of the owner of a "fake" exchange office who smuggles dollars through remittances.

The command said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "The arrest of the accused came after forming a specialized work team and setting up a tight ambush for him. A sum of money amounting to 235 thousand and 470 dollars, 112 million Iraqi dinars, and two phones containing details of the transfers were seized from him."

She added, "The necessary legal measures were taken against him to complete his investigation papers." LINK

MZ: There are many stories of people who have been processing throughout the week. They are being told they plan to have them all done by the 17th or 18th of March. So IMO we can go at anytime between now and then.

MZ: I do have somebody who expects to keep their appoint to change their currency late this afternoon. , I think they may be premature. I should know by tonight if they are allowed to or not….it may be a banker who was optimistic and set the appointment. They have not yet canceled it.

MZ: It would make my day if they got to exchange. Even if the bank jumped the gun.

Member: I have heard that the Tier 1 ( Bonds) goes first, and provides liquidity for Tier 2 through Dubai 1, and each Tier provides liquidity for the next... .

Member: Mtn Goat posted that until Iran was broken completely and out of Iraq’s business that the US would never allow the dinar to be released. What are your thoughts?

MZ: I think Iran is now pretty much out of Iraq.

MZ: “Tomorrow : the end of the US “manhunt” for exporting Iranian gas to Iraq”  this is part of removing the Iranian influence. Many say this is the last step on severing this tie.

Member: US has 500 spec ops soldiers that will be doing militia cleanup this weekend assisting Iraqi forces

Member: The Governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al-Alaq, confirmed today, Tuesday, that there are 20 Iraqi banks that practice direct transfer operations in 8 foreign currencies.

MZ: And they are getting ready to add other banks.

MZ: “After a stalemate of several weeks- parliament plans a Saturday session”  Even though it is Ramadan…they are having a session.

Member: Keep in mind... Kuwait RV'd during Ramadan...!

MZ: “ The minister of oil announces the imminent activation of the export file through the Turkish port of Ceyhan”  In the next couple days they tell us oil will be pumping freely.

MZ: “Sudani issues directives on the development of electronic banking systems and the promotion of digital transactions”  They have to have an business bank account in an Iraqi bank. This is part of the new monetary reforms.

MZ: There are a couple of new currencies: “Nambia’s new currency series set for June”

MZ: The Caribbean gildor is expected March 31st. Many countries are doing the same thing. Iraq is one of them. Vietnam is talking about new bills and currency. Worldwide many are talking about new bills and new currency.

Member: We got all new bills in the UAE this year and last

Member: I wonder- will all these new currencies have to be in place for us to RV?

Member: Bo Polny says the prophets say crash of the DOLLAR to bring out the new gold-backed dollar, expected next week

Member: Trump's currency parity seems to imply each currency should be at least dollar to dollar

Member: Since we have been waiting so long-Will the two inches of dust on our currency and bonds affect the Delarue machines?

MZ: Just dust them off…lol

Member: Could a government shutdown trigger the RV?

MZ: It sure could.

Member: I don’t care who flips the switch…as long as it gets flipped

MZ: 99.9% of us agree with you.

Member: Chase bank story-my brothers friend called St Louis Chase bank last week, Asked teller about currency exchange, teller knew about it and transferred him to a wealth manager immediately

Member: I asked a personal banker “ where would I go if I had some foreign currency that needed to be exchanged?” She told me to make an appointment and they could do it at that branch… Wells Fargo.

Member: How do they know who to send emails to? Other than recaps, how would anyone know I have exchangeables?

Member: According to Mark and other Gurus, if you have purchased any currency from legit sites, they know.

Soooo what"s the plan? The day "you" Mark, go to exchange...you will wear your gold attire?

Member: I know this will happen. This has taken so long but the reset is necessary for the GCR.

Member: could we see the light in the end of the tunnel this month?

Member: Dear God- I hope so.
