Member: News ... Feb. 7, 2025, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'B-' long-term and 'B' short-term foreign and local currency sovereign credit ratings on Iraq. The outlook is stable.

Member: Stock Market is way down and futures Tanked right before opening of Markets in New York this morning

MZ: Good Morning I was enjoying listening. But I am getting a lot of interesting things from bonds and  groups . Where things appeared to have started for them and will continue for the next 6-7 days.

MZ: I am hearing that funds are indeed moving and they just need a release. I have gotten this from about 6 different contacts from groups and bonds overnight.   

MZ: Once all the final monies are in place (including for us) then the World court gives a final approval stamp and we all can start hitting the banks.

MZ: I think the furthest time out that I have gotten from contacts for funds is the 19th. Which means we could see things as early as this afternoon…We just don’t know timing just yet.

MZ: I am still piecing through the information since it’s been such a crazy morning.  I still have voice messages to listen to on that front. But I am suddenly getting a lot of news from contacts on all sides telling me that they are going through processes for their money  right now….as we speak. I have more in my inbox …but may have more news by tonight

Member: Well someone is getting paid. Multiple million $ homes have just sold in Tennessee.

Member: I think Doge will be the path to our Nesara payments and increases to the ss payments to seniors

Member: In Iraq: The budget tables will be sent to Parliament next week, it was an article in the news this morning, they need to adjust the tables due to the voted Article 12 amendments

Member: MM&C updated last evening with statements that the budget tables were complete

Member: According to the Simpsons- predicted that the United States will be tax-free in 2025

Fnu Lnu   [Response to Newshound Guru Militia Man 2-10-2025 Gold post below]  [Guru]  Militia Man made a comment... Iraq "bought" approximately 10 tons of gold. That they scrounged up some pocket change. He isn't the first person to remark about Iraq having so much money to buy an amazing amount of gold. I know a little inside baseball about
that.  When Iraq was attacked under the excuse of "weapons of mass destruction"...The real reason Iraq was attacked was because Saddam had amassed a huge amount of gold over the years. The reason? He hated the London City Central Banksters and their Central Banks so he was going to mint a Golden Dinar. It would have been the premier money of the world. Fnu Lnu  It would have severely harmed the Central Bank so the CB had Bush attack them to 1) Kill Saddam and 2) recover/steal his gold stash...It didn't work out. They couldn't find the stash. So...they attacked them again and the second time, they found one of the small caches which was rumored to be around 20 tons...There was, however, a huge amount of gold left that wasn't found. Slowly, over time, Iraq has been repatriating the gold into the National Reserves. They aren't buying this gold, they already owned it and are slowly reinserting it into the Treasury. There is no way to know how much they really have but it must be a huge amount. Watch...over time, they will continue to grow the gold reserves but try to find the receipts. [Post 2 of 2]

MZ: “Economist: The unified accounting system is an effective tool to combat corruption.” They are removing the ability to hide funds and move funds. They are pulling a “DOGE” here. Very reassuring to see this in many governments now in Iraq, Vietnam and the US.

MZ: “With the Closure –A new decline in dollar prices in local markets” The dinar is stabilizing after the banking changes.

Member: Mark , I read yesterday that Trump is putting Judy Shelton in as Fed Chair of the Treasury !! I think that was her title . Then at 1:11 Judy Shelton , It's time to make the dollar as good as gold !

MZ: Yes…suddenly she has been very busy again…..and there are rumors in the back halls of Washington DC that President Trump , DOGE and Ron and Rand Paul are going to audit Fort Knox and any day now they will be walking in there with all kinds of presidential clearances to do a physical counting. Wouldn’t that be something?

Member: Bank of England having big problems giving people their gold back

MZ: On the bond side its exceptionally quiet. I am disappointed with the lack of news but not too surprised We are on day 2 of the three day window they are watching for their funds. The 10th, 11th and 12th.

MZ: We know people are busy working but do they have spendable funds?????

MZ: I think it’s the calm before the storm.

Member: Could bond holders have funds already deposited but being held as “pending”? I hope so.

MZ: They absolutely could. I believe Mike Bara has a contact that’s account is showing deposited funds on “hold” .

Member: What should we expect to see happen with the markets at this point? Will there be a “crash” of any kind?

Member: I wonder what happened to the dinar rates that were on bank and forex sites for awhile?

Member: Red Banner on local bank site today. New "digital" upgrades coming. Working on System Feb - 21-23 - back online Feb 24th!!

Mon. 10 Feb. 2025: President Trump instructed the US Treasury to stop minting new pennies. A one cent penny cost over 2 cents to make.

In Aug. 2025 the U.S. Treasury will (allegedly) send out a computer algorithm to each bank to zero debt balances in a Debt Jubilee. The banks will then (allegedly) zero out all mortgage debt, credit card debt, car debt, etc. On Wednesday, July 10, 2024 the Debt Jubilee was legalized(allegedly)  by Trump. Frank26  [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY: Mr Sammy says we have made it to the finish line.  We just need to cross it now.  FRANK:  I tend to agree with you Mr. Sammy.  I use the example of Neil Armstrong waling down the ladder of the lunar module.  He has one foot on the step of the ladder but the other foot is already touching the surface of the moon...We are simply waiting for the other foot to also touch the surface.  

Militia Man  Article: "Iraq advances one place in the global reserve"  Iraq has massive amounts of reserves in comparison to what she truly needs in foreign currencies...You add the foreign reserves with her gold. For some reason they just found a few more tons of gold because they went from about 152 tons...to about 162 tons.  They found enough chump-change to go buy 10 tons of gold!  I think that's pretty funny because everybody's like, where do you get all that money?!  All their new non-oil revenues and the profits they're making.  They're making a surplus...And you wonder why gold is at $2880.  That's a big jump...All-time extreme highs.

Member: Hoping today is not another “Groundhog Day” and something really happened over the weekend.

Member: Any good RV news Mark? Some are saying today may be our day?

MZ: I am hearing that…..but they may be a couple days premature….but not far off.

MZ: I have contacts that are physically working in some locations. They started over this weekend. A couple of group contacts are steadily working and dusting off old paperwork and going through things because they have not been there in quite sometime

MZ: I am hearing the same things from historic bonds. I also heard from 3 bond contacts that they are expecting things to start today and over the next few days. They are expected to see their bonds funded.

MZ: Some groups expect full release of tier 4a funds this week as well. I am very excited about the chatter but we need it to actually come to fruition.

Member: yes…no more talk….we need to see ACTION.

Member: I had heard that tier 4 A/B are supposed to go at the same time

MZ: The sheer numbers of folks in physical position around the world right now that are updating paperwork  is amazing. I have heard from European and Reno contacts and I told you what their expectations are.

MZ: I have not yet heard anything new n CKMX or farm claims or PP’s….I had been hoping to have an update from them by this morning. .

Member: Secretary of treasury Bessent said the Fed Reserve controls the treasury acct software. I'm thinking the treasury needs to take over before we have treasury accounts

MZ: In Iraq “ Parliamentary Finance: No new appointments in the 2025 budget “ Sudani has pledged that they will not take on any new appointments or projects until they settle Article 12 and finish this thing. They need Erbil and HCL to be finished. This is the absolute “Top Priority” 

Member: Iraq is saying budget tables done within the next few days.

Member: Is that what we are waiting for?

Member: Wish we knew

MZ: “General Secretariat of the Council of ministers: Stopping cash collections in state institutions at the end of June”  they will no longer be taking physical cash. They need to pay by electronic payment or cashiers checks. They are still trying to root out the corruption in government. Cash has been disappearing into pockets…..they are going to stop that.

MZ: “The Minister of planning sets February 24th as the date for announcing the final results of the population census” 

MZ: “The dollar stabilizes in the parallel market. Is this price craze over?” the dinar has gained next to the dollar . The CBI and parliament are very optimistic.

Member: Do you think the Iranian rial still could revalue with everything that is happening.

MZ: Its up in the air. Somedays I think it will and somedays I think it won’t… If it doesn’t it will create a tremendous opportunity for us down the road.

Member: Any new rumors on rates?

MZ:I have not heard anything new since I shared rates last week

Member: Rates are all rumors we will not know the exact rates until we exchange…imo

Member: I wonder who benefits from the rv delay?

Member: Maybe we are waiting for the Treasury and the Federal Reserve to be audited and fixed???

Member: Mark, I went to a chase bank in New Jersey and the manager told me that when we exchange the dinar in the future, all fees are already calculated into the rate

Member: We were always told when we see that new money out in the public we have or are going

MZ: I have not heard that from anybody to support that statement. I could not vet it……

Member: I sure hope we don’t have to pay the IRS this year. Now it makes me even more mad to find out where our tax dollars have been going.

Member: Maybe If DOGE gets to the IRS as fast as they've been working, I don't think we'll have to file. Just my opinion.

Member: Maybe the sovereign fund being also a place for them to put the funds confiscated under E.O.'s and potentially returned to us the people

Clare:  Iraq advances one place in global gold reserves

The World Gold Council announced today, Sunday, that Iraq has advanced one place in the ranking of countries that hold the most gold in the world.

According to the latest table published by the Council in February, which was reviewed by Al-Eqtisad News, Iraq ranked 28th out of 100 countries included in the table, after it was ranked 31st globally, to become fourth in the Arab world after Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Algeria.

According to the table, Iraq increased its gold holdings to 162.7 tons, representing 12.7% of its total other reserves.

The Council pointed out that "the United States of America tops the list of the largest gold holders in the world, as it owns 8,133 thousand tons, followed by Germany with 3,351 thousand tons, then Italy with 2,452 thousand tons, while Trinidad and Tobago came at the bottom of the list with 1.9 thousand tons."

The World Gold Council, headquartered in the United Kingdom, has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the factors influencing market changes, and its members include the world's largest and most advanced gold mining companies.  LINK

Clare:  Members of Congress demand that the US government stop military aid to Iraq

The National Network revealed in a report published today, Saturday, the existence of what it described as a "campaign" launched by a number of US Congress members to urge the White House to "reconsider" its current relations with the Iraqi government, most notably security and economic cooperation.

The network said, according to what was published by some media outlets, that members of Congress led by Representative Joe Wilson are now launching a pressure campaign on the US government with several demands, the first of which is to stop the military and security assistance provided by US forces to Iraq, and intelligence cooperation, and the last of which is "imposing sanctions" on the Iraqi economy.

The campaign launched by the members of the Republican Party also demanded that armed factions and some Iraqi parties be placed on the "terrorist list" and that their political and military work inside Iraq be prevented by imposing pressure on the government of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.

Yesterday, American media published a letter signed by some representatives, sent by US Representative Joe Wilson to Secretary of State Mark Rubio, in which he asked him to impose sanctions on Iraq and stop the work of some armed factions in the country.  LINK

Expectations are through the roof right now...I am almost afraid to tell you all how excited I am for the next few days and the next week or two. This roller coaster is bad enough…but I am quite literally bouncing today. I hope and pray we are through by next Saturday

Frank26    [Iraq] has the potential to come out at a ridiculous exchange rate just like Kuwait did 30 years ago when they went through a re-denomination and a revaluation of their currency...about $15.  But it only lasted for about a week and it went back down to 3 to 1...IMO it was a window created for the whales and sharks to take advantage of...Iraq has learned from Kuwait mistakes.  If you come out at a high rate like that...you destroy everything you worked to create the security and stability of their currency.  And it would destroy their economy, GDP, economic reform, monetary reform.  Inflation would go up.  I don't think we're going to see a ridiculous rate at the onset.  But I think we'll see the same rate that is floating in the Middle East which holds the most powerful currencies in the world at 3 to 1 to the dollar.

MZ: We start today with the CBD Guru’s fellows for the first 45 minutes and then tackle the news.

Member: Good Morning everyone

Member: Sure would like to see that debt jubilee happen about now

Member: .. a true Jubilee was every 50 years ... all business was setup accordingly ... it was a scheduled date 50 years in advance ... it was a multi-year celebration ... & strict laws concerning it ...

MZ: I am hearing a lot of fun stuff from Iraq and from groups. Expectations are through the roof right now.

MZ: I am hearing the liquidity has been released and More groups right now are sending people to execute payments ect…in the western direction right now -towards Reno. ..These contacts are at the “upper end “ of some groups. One of my best contacts already went there earlier this week. I hope this means we are close.

MZ: Is it possible we will see something Monday morning?  It’s possible. 

MZ: But stay calm as there are a lot of moving pieces right now. There have been tons of comments from groups and contacts in Reno that have suddenly awakened. It is busier then we have seen it in years. Reno contacts are very optimistic.

MZ: More than one person told me that for a short time on the forex they saw the dinar at around one US dollar . I think this may be a little more testing….they have not opened it up for exchange yet….. Don’t panic…I don’t think this is the rate …but if it is I will take it and be happy. (Mark shows a picture of Forex rates) So this puts one IQD just under one US dollar .

MZ: I do find it interesting that a number of regular, traditional , normal bank employees have to work on this weekend…Some have nothing to do with redemption. But there are also some redemption center/wealth management folks working this weekend for the second weekend in a row. They will not tell me what they are doing during these weekends. They are not allowed to. So I take that as a positive sign.

MZ: Some bond contacts believe they may be getting paid on Monday. Most of what I heard is to watch the 10th through the 12th. Monday is the 10th…so perhaps?

MZ: I did have a couple contacts tell me the M1 liquidity (money you can spend) portion is now being distributed and liquid to the groups this weekend for distribution this coming week. It was exciting to hear this and hope it holds up. Now we just need members of the groups to get a call (on Monday?) Saying “Hey- go look at your bank accounts”

MZ: No news from CMKX and Prosperity packages. Doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It just means they are not sharing it right now.

MZ: We do not have the budget or budget tables in today’s Gazette.

MZ: “Iraqi Parliament : Stopping the export of Kurdistan oil cost the treasury 13 trillion dinars”  They want to tell us just how stinking expensive it was when they shut it down. They have resumed selling oil and worked out salaries with Baghdad and Kurdistan….we seemed to be past over 90% of the differences with Baghdad and Erbil.

MZ: There are high level meetings going on in Iraq today with parliamentary members and members of the KRG in Baghdad….seeing if they can finalize those budget tables. We hope to see major progress in Iraq this weekend.

Member: I wonder- Will Iraq have to have a new rate before they start selling their bonds? Heard the bonds are going on sell Monday.

MZ: “Stable outlook for Iraq’s credit rating  for domestic and foreign operations”  projects are starting to pay off ahead of schedule. They are clearly investing in the future.

MZ: “ The IRS-Service outage on Feb. 9th starting at 1AM to 7 AM.” Looks like they are doing some kind of big update.

Member: The politics finally seems to be lining up, including the closure of the IRS

MZ: An interesting one. ”China is allowing insurance funds to buy gold” China is trying to shore up its insurance industry. One of these ways is to allow folks to have gold. Gold is where the world is heading and China has been buying up physical gold at historic speeds.

MZ: I am almost afraid to tell you all how excited I am for the next few days and the next week or two. This roller coaster is bad enough….but I am quite literally bouncing today. I hope and pray we are through by next Saturday. .

MZ: I have had so many messages from bank personnel today that have told they are working tomorrow. These are lower level, mid level, teller level who have no idea what’s going on but have been called into work this weekend.  Could it have something to do with updates or a change in bank systems?

MZ: Or does it have something to do with the Fed migration? “ Preparing for the Fedwire migration to ISO20022 in March 2025” This is the full migration on the Us banking system to ISO20022 …maybe it has something to do with that? I don’t know. But it’s interesting that I got it from many bank sources.

Member: Interesting TNT has said the same thing about bank sources

MZ: I had a meeting with some upper level management folks. At the IRS they have suspended all hiring and if you were hired after Jan 20th…. You are gone. If someone was hired before Jan 20th and in a “probationary period” They are not sure what to do with those right now. I am hearing from staff that are involved that they do not know what is going on right now. From inside the IRS- they are not certain if the IRS still exists?

MZ: None of this is secret information…it is publically known. Noone has a NDA or anything like that. I believe the IRS and many employees are preparing to bail. They were told to keep working from home right now as they don’t what to do with them. Something is afoot….according to my sources that work there.

Hello, everybody to the big call tonight. It is Thursday, February 6th and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in, everybody all over the globe. Thank you, satellite team for getting it out.

So and thank you for asking Bob is working through his Moroccan flu, and has done a good job of just staying tough through the process, and he's getting better every day. And thank you guys for praying for Bob and for me, I'm like 98 point something percent totally, totally healed, and I'm just thrilled.

Let's get into some intel and figure out where we are today. I told you guys Tuesday that we were looking for this to happen Wednesday, which was the next day, right? Today is the 6th  Yesterday was the 5th  And the reason that it didn't go I'm going to back up a second and give you something that I just learned about yesterday.

There's a security briefing that takes place twice a day, once in the morning, like between eight and  nine and once in the evening, between seven and eight in the evening.

 Now, we knew this was happening, and the way this the security meeting goes, it goes they rate it as a level one through level 10 and 10 is forget about it. One is okay. It's good. It's good to go where we can go.

So what happened is, yesterday, we had intended to go, and everything was ready to release. the Treasury was told not to let it go yesterday. We're not quite where we need to be, and we're going to wait until the weekend to get this thing started.

Also President Trump was heard to say on right side broadcasting, and we only know of two people  that hears him say this that he wants us, meaning the American people, He wants us to have money on Saturday. Now that's his desire for this thing to go for us. Let me tell you where our security ranking is. Right now, yesterday we were at a two. Last night we  were still in a two. This morning, we're at a two, and tonight, we are at two

Now the security round table, let's call it, is made up of 16 different people, I know maybe half of them, maybe. And these are people that are very close to President Trump  and close to Scott  Bessent  and everything. And we know, we just know some of who these people are. So we're able to get a little bit of information from them  saying what our security ranking was - they wanted to be at one for us to get started.

We are very close.. There's also something that I found out today that is really interesting. We have two world organizations. We would call them, maybe world leaders that are part of these organizations. One is the World Bank, and one is the IMF, the International Monetary Fund. Those two organizations have held this up for us,

And we need them to release it. And I believe that even now as we speak, those two organizations  are being dismantled. I've been told we're 95% of the way that those two organizations, World Bank and IMF, are being dismantled. And the theory is that if they keep doing what they're doing to make that happen, and believe me, they're gung ho and great guns are getting this done, then we could be ready to go and get notified over this weekend.

Could be Saturday, could be Sunday, and then which case we could start, if not over the weekend, we would start very early next week. Now remember, this is information that I did not even have until today.

And  I found out about the security meetings yesterday  after we already had a Tuesday night big call. So I don't like surprises very much as a rule, but in this  case it was good, because the information to tell why we didn't go Wednesday, because we don't always know the why, and the fact that we could go today and probably won't go Friday tomorrow, but the weekend is in play .

And again, if we will get a securely briefing in the morning, at around 10 o'clock and I'll find out whether it's ia go for Friday night. - Friday evening. And the way this thing worked is, let's say we were at a one this morning, or we were at a two. Let's say what would happen if we had been a one, then 24 hours later, we would get our notifications and then be able to set appointments to start.

So because we did not get a security level one, we're at a level two  -  We have to see what tomorrow will bring, tomorrow morning, tomorrow night, etc, So we're getting very very close to having the security say, yeah, it's okay to go. We can go 24 hours later, after we get a one, we'll be in business and be moving forward. So I think that is is very important.

Now the other thing that I heard about Iraq - has still not put their rate, nor their budget in the Gazette. I believe they're waiting on Saturday or Sunday to do that. I don't even have an updated rate on the dinar, because redemption center screens have been down for three days straight.

We know that  the bank screens have been up, and that's fine, but it helps us to get the rates that are on the screen at the redemption centers. You guys heard what I said about the rate for the dinar that they should be offering us. I said on Tuesday, anybody that knows what a hundo is knows what I was saying, and we should get treated very favorably on the rates of all the other currencies.

So,  yeah, I'm going to say that we're really in great shape. Rates are the least of our worries. And if you have Zim you're in superb shape, they will be able to do a lot of projects. And by the way, if you are a Zim holder medical needs, so called dire needs, I fall into that category. You will get precedent. You will get a priority in setting your appointment for the med bed. If you're a Zim holder and dire need, you're in really good shape, but you should be seen pretty quickly for an appointment.

Now,  I think that's the intel that I wanted to bring to you know, there's always one or two things that I'm not sure over that I can, kind of don't want to bring out, because it's, it's unsure, to me, uncertain how it can say it, but I believe I put out pretty clearly tonight on what we're hearing and why it is we're looking at the weekend or exchanges very early next week.

XXX XXXXX wants this to go, but it has to be without impedement, impedement like we've had from the World Bank and IMF, and are those, as those are being taken down that should happen for 95% of the way there, According to my sources that knows about those two operations. So we're getting there. We're almost there. We should be there by the weekend.

All right, and that's really what I wanted to say tonight. So from that point on, pray for Brian. For Bob's healing. Pray for little Stetson, a six month old baby, and he's still in the hospital. Never made it out yet. Wanted to make anybody else that we mentioned tonight requests, and we're going to pray that the World Bank and the is taken down as an impediment to us moving forward with What we have understanding is for 95% of the way there, let's get the rest of that 5% let's get it by the weekend.
