And so I have Intel, which is very good for us tonight, but I'm going to give it up in a fairly quick manner. Music. Welcome everybody to the big talk tonight. It is Tuesday, February 4th and you're listening to the big call. Thanks everybody for coming in. I can tell you this much. We're going to have a shorter call tonight. Bob is under the weather. I'm under the weather. Sue is not under the weather. She is the weather. And so I have Intel, which is very good for us tonight, but I'm going to give it up in a fairly quick manner. And I'm sure Bob has something to say as well, but we're going to kind of cruise through this call a little faster than normal. Let's pray to call in,
All right, let's go ahead and move into the Intel segment, guys, it's not going to be very long, but I do have some good information to give you.
What we're hearing is, and this is coming from redemption center leaders, and one of the leaders is over seven redemption centers. We've got one guy that's over seven, another guy that's over six, another guy that's over three, and then we have the individual redemption centers. We've got four others that we talked to that are over individual redemption centers.
So what I want to impress upon you is that Iraq did what they were supposed to do last Sunday, which is their first business day, they brought out a new rate, and they passed an amendment to their budget, and everything appears, from Iraq's perspective, to be a go right now -- moving forward for us.
The other thing is that we got information passed on to us today that says that bond holders will be getting notified Tomorrow at five different times with their emails, and that's starting at 10am, 11am, 12, one o'clock and two o'clock. So that's going to apply all over the country to bondholders, getting their emails and then getting access to their funds in their accounts, either tomorrow night or Wednesday – So that’s really good news, we want those guys to get it. That's tier three
Now, what we’re getting from multiple redemption center leaders is that are supposed to get notifications, which is our email, starting tomorrow - aroun10 o'clock in the morning. And we should, based on that, happen around 10 o'clock morning tomorrow, we should be able to set our appointments – and start exchanges – 3 hrs later which would be afternoon tomorrow, and if not, we would start on Wednesday.
If not, we would start on Thursday. So it's looking very good for us, and that would be tier 4A and 4B going together and getting notified, we believe as early as 10am tomorrow, which is Wednesday.
So that's very exciting. The other thing is, there's been a couple videos out that have a very very low dinar rate that has been like in the 3.27 range.
That's not really the case, and certainly it's not the case for us XXX XXXXXXXX was to make sure that we would get the high level rate on the dinar, as well as other currencies. And for example that rate is nowhere near where we're going to be with the contract rate they intend to offer us -
Anybody know what a hundo is does? I know Bob does and Sue does - Keep that in mind. I believe that’s where we are going to be on it -
So that's extremely good - you know that the Zim is on par with the USN at 1.00 (dollar)
The redemption centers don’t have the ATM’s for the bank and the bank, the new software installed yesterday and today is giving them - shou ld h ave – in other words = use the ATM’s at the banks to get cash – USN probably either tomorrow or Wednesday. It would start with the USN -- you would be able to take out $2,000 twice a day, I don’t know that y ou would need to - I’m going to say don’t do it unless you absolutely have to but that’s a lot more cash than we're used to having - probably a lot of us. So keep that in mind.
The other thing is, the rates of the bank screens were up this morning, and they were not up at the redemption centers today, but they fully expect to be up by tomorrow, at 10 o'clock in the morning. I believe we're going to have that tomorrow. That'll be that would be a cool thing.
Also, the other nice piece that we got in the way of a in the way of an email today was that the redemption centers will be 100% staffed and ready to go tomorrow at 10am -- Now this means they would be ready to go to for us to center appointments and possibly Start exchanges tomorrow, but it's not 100% clear.
We might just be setting appointments tomorrow and starting exchanges on Thursdays, so we're gonna have to see what happens tomorrow. But we should be getting our emails tomorrow, starting at around 10am
that would be good we've got right now, as of today, we had four 60% of redemption centers all staffed /standing ready to go today and Tomorrow, the remaining 40% will be up and rolling tomorrow by 10am
So it’s a big day today, and it's going to be a bigger day tomorrow. And hopefully we not only get our numbers around 10 in the morning, but we set our appointments and can start exchanges, hopefully tomorrow afternoon, and if not tomorrow, it should be Thursday, so I think we will probably plan to have a celebration call on Thursday I know some of us aren't going to care. You're just going to go and and do whatever you’ve got to do So be aware and watch out for, for the emails to come in tomorrow – starting around 10 am
And I think that's really everything I wanted to say tonight, to prepare to move forward. Think that’s everything we needed to say,
Good night formula for me is kicking in. We'll thank everybody else that helped to get this call and support this call like most of you have for 13 years now. Thank you so much for everything everyone has done.
Now we plan to do on Thursday, even if we get numbers, because we'd like to do a celebration call. Let's see what happens tomorrow and Thursday and see if everything is rolling, because that's what we should try to do. Celebrate this together and remember, remember XXX XXXXX has set this thing up where we should be setting our appointments to go to redemption centers, not if you want the best rates on then are you, Iraqi, didn't you need to go to the redemption center, and if you have zim, that's the only place right now, the Zim is going to be redeemable. So let's take that and run with it.

MZ: From Iraq: “Trump makes a decision to prevent Iraq from importing gas and electricity from Iran” We know Iraq is working on getting its gas facilities up to speed for consuming and using their own natural gas products…..as far as electricity-Iraq is going to need a bit of help from the US . You can expect the US to help build infrastructure in Iraq. In the long run this will bring more stability to Iraq and stop influence from Iran. There needs to be a quick response to make this work.
Member: Mark we have the best people that come up with impossible solutions with the Army Corp of Engineers and Navy Seabees. We use both organizations together and nothing we can't accomplish post haste.
MZ: “ Sudanese Diplomacy puts Iraq on the path to peace : A strategic choice to avoid the scourge of war” While things fall apart around Iraq….they are standing strong. Part of the reason is because they are working with the new Trump administration
MZ: “ Iraq and Jordan agree to reorganize entry of goods” They are working on a joint economic city on the border so this will become a “border city” or a trade city for both sides. Jordan is widely accepted as a friend to all westernized countries and will open up an enormous door for Iraq internationally. This is big and exciting news.
MZ: From Rueters “ British petroleum (BP) plans to invest $25 billion in Iraq” They would not be there if they did not think they would make their money back over time. This is a long term commitment to the Kirkuk region….more Stability
MZ: “Iraq finance launches bonds worth two trillion dinars to boost investment and save” This is exciting. Iraqi citizens wish to invest in the future of Iraq and they get a better rate then even US Savings bonds.
Member: What are we expecting once the budget tables are done?
MZ: We are expecting and hoping the Iraqi tables to have new rates. Amounts and new rates for currency… I am told parliament is working on them today
MZ: “ Is Silver on the verge of the biggest breakout in History? “ Imo personal opinions based on history and charts we may see silver hit $50 and ounce
Member: Is there any new historic bond or redemption contact news?
MZ: It’s is like pulling teeth to get bond news since they are cracking down on them ..plugging leaks and doing more compliance work as things are again “out of date” since this has taken so long. They are again updating things. So once again while they go through updating compliances….things are very quiet.
MZ: Many bond contacts had expected things to happen on Jan 4th…but some are now looking at after the 10th to the 12th .
Mark, next week is Valentine’s day on Friday the 14th AND President’s Day on Monday the 17th… so a 3 day weekend.... Any chance they are gonna hold out announcements until then as it’s a 3-day weekend??

I have to once again reinforce...that the issuance of the visually impaired three zero notes is not an issue. As an investor, this is not something you should worry about...it is actually a good thing for our investment not a negative impact.

We can all feel they're going to have to adjust their exchange rate...If they were going to expose 1310 they would have done it a long time ago. They would have never waited this long. Which means the exchange rate has been inked. And once this digital conference takes place we should know where we stand in this investment. Because Paper/Digital are 1-1 parity. Everything will be tokenized.
Meaning USD will have a digital version RLUSD. Which will be equal in value. This is why it’s important to watch the development of the digital assets like XRP. Because Iraq will use this for international transactions.
You do not have to own digital currency in order to exchange your paper Iraqi Dinar. Once XRP becomes a part of the Strategic Reserve the value will go up in my opinion.
Majeed: Since Japan will use crypto as of today (it’s already Wednesday there) for Cross for the payment Sounds like tomorrow Trump will flip the switch for crypto …. Marking the beginning of the new financial system. IQD will follow suit

Everything will be on Blockchain. Which is what DOGE will use to record all payments in the US Treasury. So I do not know why Dems are crying about USAID being shutdown. It’s not like they would be able to use it anymore without the American people knowing what they are doing.
Tune in for some potential announcements tomorrow. We should be hearing major news on Digital Asset ecosystem. Donald Trump has a lot planned for the World Fair I presume and it will need some funding. So much innovation coming our way.

After a long pause...he says, well John, my country needs security and stability to be able to bring back the value of our currency. The United Nations just declared it. The whole world knows it. MZ: You are not the first person I have heard that from …Some of my contacts said they cannot share but they are seeing the rates now.
Member: Jon Dowling had a good bank story. A customer of a credit union was called in because they suspected she owned foreign currency. They told her they were in training!
Member: I wonder if the bankers who did not believe are rushing out to buy currency?
Member: is the new US sovereign Wealth fund part of the RV?
MZ: When the world operated on a real monetary standard , pretty much every nation had a sovereign wealth fund where the wealth of the nation was invested for the future. Many countries are now saying they need a sovereign wealth fund….i think it could be part of Gesara?
MZ: We have not seen a Sovereign Wealth fund since we were on the “Gold Standard”
Member: "U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday ordering the U.S. Treasury and Commerce Departments to create a sovereign wealth fund."

Member: Just read an article that was talking about oil prices and for every dollar that oil goes down Iraq losses billions. they need to rv and not tie they're currency to strictly oil.

MZ: “Kurdistan Regional Government receives nearly one trillion dinars from Baghdad for last months salaries” they are upholding their promises with Erbil. Very important .

Clare:Erbil and Baghdad reach a "final agreement" on employee salaries
2/3/2025
The Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Regional Government announced, on Monday evening, that it had reached a final agreement with the federal government to resolve the issue of salaries of the region's employees.
The ministry stated in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "After 15 days of continuous work between the technical delegations of the Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Region and the Ministry of Finance in the federal government to solve technical problems, implement requests, and prepare tables for the list of salaries of employees, retirees, military personnel, and security forces in Kurdistan, a final agreement was reached on employee salaries for the year 2025."
She added, "Meanwhile, in a meeting held today, Monday, in the Iraqi Economic Council building, a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government met, headed by the Minister of Finance and Economy, Awat Sheikh Janab, and attended by the Chief of Staff of the Council of Ministers in the Kurdistan Region, Omed Sabah."
She continued, "The Kurdistan Regional Government delegation thanked the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, the Deputy Prime Minister, Fuad Hussein, the Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's Representation in Baghdad, Khalida Hadi Shawshli, and the Minister of Finance in the Federal Government, Taif Sami, for their efforts, assistance, coordination and support to reach an agreement on the dues of the Kurdistan Regional Government employees."
The ministry indicated that "on the other hand, the Kurdistan Regional Government delegation thanked the Presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the various blocs in the Iraqi Council of Representatives for their cooperation and support for approving the budget amendment, especially the items related to oil exports."
The ministry confirmed that "the technical teams of the Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Region are completing the procedures for sending the salaries for the month of January 2025, and it is expected that the amounts will be deposited into the bank account of the Ministry of Finance."
It is noteworthy that the negotiating delegation of the Kurdistan Region confirmed in all meetings its readiness to continue implementing the obligations that fall on the shoulders of the Kurdistan Region, in order to avoid repeating the problems of last year. LINK

Plus, it has been stated in plain English, numerous times, by the CBI, that the old and new currency will coexist for 10 years. When the Dinar goes on the FOREX, you can exchange at any time you wish, wait as long as you wish, until the currency you hold is cancelled...which will be 10 / TEN / Diez...YEARS ...Capice'?

Member: We were always told the RV will be shortly after the HCL so just hold on. Almost there!
MZ: yes- We were told after the HCL was complete –to expect the RV in a matter of days. A big roadblock to HCL was removed yesterday.
MZ: We have a plateful for today. So much is happening.
MZ: in Iraq: “Iraqi Parliament approves budget amendment-clearing path for Kurdistan oil exports” this will be about 20 million dollars a day in additional revenue. About 400 thousand barrels of oil that was not going to the budget. That is over 10 Billion dollars per year. They have also agreed and funded salaries. This is an enormous breakthrough over the weekend….what is next though?
MZ: Now it’s time to send the budget tables and finish those this week. They have agreed on it….now it is time to finish all the paperwork….that is where we are at right now.
Member: Many times in Iraq- if they print it- its already done.
Member: We had a great weekend in Iraq. The trade show was huge. Their budget passed! Fingers crossed
Member: Militia man’s update this morning was that everything is done everything is agreed on
Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat: Trump...has now taken on the issues involving Iraq. This is a very good for us investors as we all know the value of the dinar has been greatly suppressed due to corruption and stalling...
Member: If Iraq is doing so well with a reate of 1310- why do they need to change it.
MZ: Because it’s a rentier economy. Meaning it’s not sustainable. They need to properly represent themselves internationally …It’s very important for Iraq to change their rate.
MZ: Enormous things happened over the weekend. Many expected the RV rate to be there this morning….but I thought that was a little premature. Stay calm everyone.
Member: I know we need to stay calm and you keep telling us that, but Marc we have been waiting for so long and it’s always something new that they put in front of us and hold it up
Member: I would like to know about what the redemption center staff were doing since they worked over the weekend?...
MZ: They spent their weekend training. They are preparing for fundamental and monetary banking changes. They are preparing and getting educated on a new banking system! The comment was “assets will be much more important” I do not know details. I do not know if that means new money and new rainbow currency. But I found it extremely encouraging that they were told it was not just their bank….but a worldwide and country wide change in banking.
Member: Hope they are talking about the QFS. Is that what they were trained on?
MZ: I really wish I could have been in that room this weekend. They know it’s a new system….but they may use different terms. They know it will use quantum banking and new computer systems….but, they don’t call it the same things we call it.

Iraq imports between 50 to 75 kilograms of gold daily excluding the Kurdistan Region, the planning ministry said on Wednesday, adding that gold imports are only allowed through airports.
“50 to 70 kilograms of gold is imported daily through the airports,” Iraqi planning ministry spokesperson Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told Rudaw.
The imported gold arrives through Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, and Kirkuk airports, according to Hindawi.

“50 to 70 kilograms of gold is imported daily through the airports,” Iraqi planning ministry spokesperson Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told Rudaw.
The imported gold arrives through Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, and Kirkuk airports, according to Hindawi.
While the amount of gold imported does not include the Kurdistan Region, Hindawi said that the ministry has expressed its readiness to coordinate with authorities in the Region to organize the process and obtain accurate numbers.
Gold is also imported through Erbil and Sulaimani airports, both of which have a center for inspecting gold and expensive jewels.
Government regulations in Iraq only permit gold to be imported through the airports.
In late December, a gold inspection center was opened in Kirkuk airport, which authorized the import of gold.
Sheikh Mustafa Abdulrahman, president of the Kurdistan Region’s Importers and Exporters Union, told Rudaw in December 2023 that the Kurdistan Region has become the center of gold trade in the region. link

Antoine told {Euphrates News} that: "The Iraqi gold reserve is good and it is preferable for the reserve to be larger than it is now and commensurate with the size of Iraq's dollar reserve, which currently amounts to more than 100 billion dollars."
He explained that "these assets must be converted into production in the economic and private sectors to create job opportunities for the unemployed and reduce poverty rates," stressing "the need for local reliance in production and not resorting to imports."
Antoine pointed out "the importance of converting surplus cash liquidity into a productive sector that is capable of protecting the country and providing food security in all sectors."
The economic advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed via {Euphrates News} Iraq's gold reserves, which are estimated at about 152 tons.
Salih explained that its approximate value in the country's foreign investment portfolio is about 14 billion dollars, which constitutes about 13% of the total diversification of that portfolio, which is distributed in standard proportions between other foreign currencies. link

This will be a managed float, which means it can only change plus or minus 10% per day...When the rate changes it'll come out somewhere around the $3.80 range. That's my opinion. I don't think it's going to go over $4 until going into the 2025 budget period...I think it's going to stay below $4 during our 90-day window to exchange. I wouldn't worry about time waiting for it to float... Get it exchanged. Don't wait for this to go up in value because I don't think you're going to have that opportunity or time frame.

MZ: I have had some bond folks checking in and they are expecting spendable money between the 3rd and the 7th this coming week….. others are looking more towards the 11th or 12th. They could be after the reset….as all bonds do not go before…..that is what I was told.

MZ: on budget and salaries there was a breakthrough in Iraq and we hope to see the budget passed tomorrow. They tell us it will be put before parliament tomorrow . Many meetings as they pound through things.

MZ: They are kicking off the big expo in Iraq today – the 48th session of the Investment, development, prosperity Baghdad international fair . Happening today. Many are attending from out of the country including 1,000 from the US…
MZ: This will be a very big international fair for them .
MZ: “Regime change is Syria has Iraqi factions backtracking on push for US withdrawal” Suddenly they want to work with America.
MZ: “ A battle against counterfeiters and money laundering: How does Iraq seek to protect the national currency?” They print new bills with many more security features in it….. many countries around the world are telling us they are printing new bills with new security features. I think they are hiding the changes is plain sight.
