Treasury Instructions Payment Steps on Global Launch of Funds: (These instructions are for higher tiers, not for Tier4b) The global launch of the Funds is just going to take place worldwide, marking the start of the global registered asset redemption program officially launched in a few hours.

First Phase:
1. German Gold Bonds of 1924
2. Zimbabwe Agro Checks
3. Yellow Dragons and Phoenixes

Second Phase:
1. Blue Dollar from the package
2. Cash Boxes 9 Treaty of Versailles Full Mother Boxes
3. Chinese Red Dragons

Third Phase:
1. Superpetchilis of 1913 (RAILWAYS)
2. Chinese Agricultural Bonds
3. Other High Value Zimbabwe Coins
4. Other Federal Reserves and Mini Chains all.

All registered assets will be paid in order of preference, with large transactions being the first as their suppliers cease in their absence.

Your assets are formed and cannot be sold anywhere else as the amounts are already deposited in payment accounts and payment agreements are given on a contract-by-contract basis.

Revaluations will be calculated directly by the treasury using different formulas for different calls.

Transactions will be paid in stages. – The first payment is 1% and 9% will be paid within eight days of verification of assets from recorded transactions. – The remaining amount will be paid in deferred weekly or monthly transfers.

All qualified sellers will be contacted via phone or email based on the contact details entered in KYC provided at the time by the seller and if the sellers or the vendor do not respond, it will be moved to the next file. Therefore, please request all sellers to be vigilant and check their mailbox periodically to answer any call even if it is an unknown number or a hidden number.

There is one item that we have no control over in the payment list, we only know that here: – they pay first to priority representatives of seniors with SKR certificate and – then it will be the big files to the smaller files and – within each category from the oldest file to the most recent registration date, Therefore, we ask all sellers to understand this rule and be patient.

Advantages of redemption for the seller and all facilitator: – seller and intermediaries will all have full immunity of funds – sellers and intermediaries will be exempt from taxes – only the seller will have diplomatic passport and will get the status of world sovereignty – the seller will be able to operate global citizenship.

Payout Schedule for Tier Groups involved in the RV:

The Dubai Accounts Funds the RV: Dubai 1 fundsTiers 1&2 of the RVand Dubai 2 funds Tiers 3&4 of the RV, while Dubai 3 funds the Adjudicated Accounts and GESARA.

The payout of the Bonds and Currency is done in order of the different tiers. There are five Tiers that will be exchanging: Tiers 1, 2, 3, 4 &5.

Liquidity Release is done in a certain order. The Elders, German Bonds and select Yellow Dragon Bonds must be paid first and have been.

A. Dubai 1 released for liquidity which then triggers Dubai 2&3.

B. Fines & Penalties are released to recipients (they need D1 liquid, this is their hold up)

C. Bonds will be liquid (they need D1 to be liquid)

D. Tiers 1-4b are notified. (they need D1 to be liquid) It appears all is set to go on or about the same time!

Tier 1 Sovereign Nation Debt of Governments: Chinese Royals, Bond Holders, Paymasters, Church Groups, CMKX, F&P, Adjudicated Settlements, Ranch and Farm Claims and other groups.

Tier 2 Royals, Elders, Whales, Military Generals and some political type Elites with platforms of currency, corporations, etc.

Tier 3 Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups like the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Pentecostal group was now 100% under an NDA.

Tier 3 was all Dubai 2 Trust Money and originally was the Generals and public. Now Tier 3 includes groups with projects including the Admiral.

The Admiral was sent to the back of the line and renamed Tier 4A (really just a pie slice of tier 3). The Admiral’s Group was composed of three parts – most notable of which was Tier4a Core groups and 130 VIP groups.

Tier 4B, (us, the Internet Group) is the largest group and composed of the general public who paid attention to the intel – the people who have bought currency and/or bonds and kept up with the reset by way of information on the Internet.

Tier 5 The general public who never paid attention to the Intel.

The official GO for Tier 4b has not been released yet. It can happen any moment. As all Tier1-4b are funded, we await the final release to reach to our level.

It’s a process. It’s tedious and time consuming – making adjustments as needed along the way for accuracy and safety of all involved. It’s a very quiet & discrete operation, where the general public is left uninformed for obvious reasons. Pay attention to the levels that are ahead of us. That will help give a better understanding of where we are, in relation to it reaching the 4b level. BUT, it is unfolding. And when it reaches our levels, there will be no doubts. It’s coming! With fewer banks handling dollar transactions, there’s a potential reduction in the supply of dollars within Iraq, which could increase demand for the IQD in forex trading if the dinar is seen as a stable alternative. And it will be. Because it is now backed by natural resources.

Since the 2025 budget is designed to use only the Iraqi Dinar, this move away from the dollar in official transactions diminishes the avenues for corrupt practices involving the dollar. This make the IQD more attractive or stable, influencing its exchange rate on the Forex market.

The U.S. control over remittances through Arab and foreign banks aims to stabilize the flow of dollars in and out of Iraq. By managing this flow, it reduces the volatility that often accompanies unregulated financial transfers, which could help in setting a stable exchange rate.

Once this happens which I am positive should be this week. We will see a major shift in the environment of Iraq given that they are now under pressure to release the rate. And they are desperately looking for an avenue.

Member: So much news coming quickly…..I believe we are very close,

Member: Sure hope we will be blessed with the RV before the end of January

MZ: We don’t know when it’s going to happen but we are seeing many signs that it is very close.

MZ: I shared last night that I was told by political sources that it is a top priority for our new US administration to see currency and rate changes.

MZ: Some historic bond contacts are still convinced they will see things happen today…and some that think nothing happen until the first week of February for them.

MZ: I did hear something interesting from an aggregate of bond sources and a group…not about timing but about logistics. And similar things from a Prosperity Package group. (Omega Group) That the tax exemption for the settlements will be done in fiat.

MZ: originally we were told that we would see the Fines and Penalties portion paid in fiat. Then we would see the RV (Revaluation of currencies) Then reset….all currencies worldwide go to parity …..and Then pay out the 4A and 4B portions out including CMKX, PP’s  ect….the entire process was only supposed to take about 10 days.

Member: I wonder where the gold backed currency change fits into that….i would guess after F&P’s?

Member: A interesting podcaster with Texas rep to eliminate property taxes and instituting a Uniform State Sales Tax. Property taxes are contributing to bankruptcy

MZ: .Could we be back on that original plan? It’s possible.  Many are saying they expect to see their initial portion in fiat. They were also told there would be no taxes….I heard this from several different groups. No taxes on our exchange…..We are starting to hear more and more logistics on this thing. There is progress and movement happening. We are trying to put the pieces together but do not have all the answers yet.

Member: I remember Mr. C saying it's written in the Golden Dragon's treaty, that there would be NO TAX on Rv!!!

Member: I heard from Indian groups that its just a few more days. I heard that this morning from the actual group

Member: yes Native American nations ….mine the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation has sent out letters to all members

MZ: I am hearing a lot of that….Im getting dates from bonds, groups, PP”s and Indian nations…..just trying not to ride the roller coaster. They are all saying anywhere from today to the first week in Feb. I believe we have a very busy week or two in front of us.  Hopefully we get paid early in this process.

MZ: Vietnam news : “The dollar drops against the dong”  the dong is gaining strength over the US dollar. Vietnam is taking the DOGE approach and want to cut 20% of the government and become more democratic and have an open market. They need to increase the value of the dong. I feel good seeing this.

MZ: “International report confirms the strength and sobriety of the Iraqi regime in combatting money laundering and terrorist financing”  There is an important direction to the news in Iraq. They are focusing and telling us Iraq is safe and stable. They need to be seen as safe and stable to the world to justify the change in rate.  There are many articles stating this.

Member: will the banks in Iraq be open even during the holiday this coming Sunday? Could be an interesting tell on the timing?.

MZ: It is my understanding they are going to be closed but I have not seen an article or statement from the banks. So for now consider it a rumor.

Member: Mark- do you believe Iraq is being controlled by Iran or CIA paid groups?

MZ: Some believe that especially how they are handling the removal of militias. It’s a delicate situation because of the Shiites outside influences.

Member: other sites saying Sudani is a bad guy that is holding up the RV…I think someone is delaying it….but I don’t think it’s Sudani.

Member: Register at dinar sites to see the announcement and get an email with the 800 numbers….All dinar intel providers will post the info as well. You will not miss it .

MZ: With the number of conversations with Prosperity packages people, groups, CMKX, and bond folks….what makes the most sense is anywhere from Saturday to anytime the next few weeks. I believe sometime in the next few weeks we will cross the Rubicon…They will have money and you and I will be making appointments. Just my opinion of course

Oh, I don't know when was it? Maybe between the last call we had, which was last Thursday, and then five nights later we've got the Tuesday night call. Well, in the last what I'm going to call it, three or four days, I heard something that really blew my mind.

And that was you guys, know, I've been talking about, this could go at any moment. This can go under Biden. This can go before President Trump gets back into the Oval Office. This can Well, you know what? I was misinformed, and I misinformed you guys.

 This could not go before President Trump made his way back into the Oval Office, and the information we were getting might have been coded, and we took the code wrong, or whatever happened.

But I have a MEA CULPA??, but my fault, my bad. I just wanted to tell you guys, I'm sorry that I misinformed you about that Intel. Because one side of me was saying, I don't know, I don't know if it's going to go before Trump's back. I don't know.

And the other was saying, Well, I'm being told again, I'm being told it can go out. You know, we can get this thing started? Well, evidently, the truth was, it couldn't go until after President Trump is back in.

The good news is he is back in as of yesterday, the 20th of January, probably would have saved us all a little bit of headache and a little bit of worry and a little bit of whatever.

But now that we've crossed that threshold that President Trump is back and just killing it on executive orders and policies and getting back hostages and everything, finishing the wall. You know, guys, I don't know I, I don't know about you, but I just, I just have to put the last four years in our rear view mirror. Yes, we did some good things.  And I have good news.

And the good news is that we are moving forward. Listen, we had heard that we would start today, Tuesday, with our notifications and set appointments to start tomorrow.

And then we were told later on this afternoon, like two or three of our better sources that, nope, it wasn't going to be today, but it is going to be tomorrow. Well, fortunately, we asked, Why didn't it go yesterday? Or, excuse me, why didn't it go today Tuesday?

And it ends up that there were three factors. One was to get the proper green light from the US Treasury, and that is the new Restored Republic Treasury

That number two, we needed Iraq to do something, which we think is publish their new rate, Wednesday, tomorrow morning, in their Gazette, their official publication could be a new rate or the published in the Gazette.

That's my gut on it, because we don't know it absolutely and three, Iran, oh, my God. What about it? Well, President Trump had a meeting with two of his generals discuss the problem in Iran, and had to do with the funding of solve that problem on the phones with Iran at 1:30 today.

So are all three of those things out of the way? I think they will be once Iraq does what they are going to do, and that will sensibly be tomorrow morning by putting the new rate in the Gazette. Let's hope that all three of those things are no longer issues that we have to deal with.

We are moving forward now. Here's the remember, I had a timeline, which I like a timeline? I like to see things in a linear fashion that are happening like that.

One aspect that was we have to pay off the fines and penalties  -- adjudicated settlements -  like  CMKX and any others that are there  and intermediaries, which are Farm Claims -  Native American claims, those were already paid, but not sure if everything's complete on that.

Any other intermediaries that would be considered like, that's like first, and that should happen overnight, tonight or tomorrow morning, overnight tonight or in the morning, and then at nine o'clock in the morning tomorrow, that's Eastern Time, we should have the admirals groups funded either into their individual bank accounts, which could happen in some cases, or most likely, into their quantum account that they Need to activate with their quantum card, just like we have to activate our quantum account after our exchange so that. And then, when will they get notified?

Do they get notified right nine in the morning, or do they notifications to confirm what has happened for them throughout the day tomorrow? And then when are we supposed to be notified? Well, we're supposed to be notified at noon, and it's noon in each time around noon.

Don't hold me to 12 noon exact, but it could be exact. Could be a little before, a little bit after it's going to be around noon, because one of the one of the pieces came to us talking about when we're ready to pop our champagne corks at lunch tomorrow. So that's signifying lunchtime or noon.

We should be getting our notifications on tier 4b or the Internet Group. Now my theory has been for a couple of years, at least. It would make sense if it was noon in every time zone. Noon, Eastern, noon central, noon, mountain and noon pacific and even noon Alaska, noon Hawaii.

As we go through from east to west, and it appears that that was correct, that that would be the case. So in a way, it's a staggered start from tier 4b with us getting notified essentially an hour apart, based on the time zone that we're in, eastern central mountain or Pacific.

So that's what was brought out to me today with clarification. And I just think we're looking very good to get started with this. I You know guys, I hope they have solved whatever the and I know that they have whatever the problem was with with Iran.

 I know that Iraq has already and not ready, ready and not ready, and they should be ready. We know their lower denominations are out, not only in the ATMs, but also in the airport kiosk and also in businesses throughout the country. And so how much more ready to have to be?

Do they have an international rate?

Yes, and we've known this, and it seems like they were going to get new international rate on Sunday this past Sunday, but I haven't been able to confirm it, and our contacts in Iraq don't want to put that in writing. They don't want to send it to us in a text or an email.

So we don't we don't really know exactly where it is now we know that our rate at the redemption center for the dinar is they plan to offer us the contract rate, which is tied to the per barrel price of oil and use North Sea Brent crude, if you want to check that, that seems to be about The price that Iraq is selling oil for and we know that we have a rate on Dong That is very good, and we know that the Zim is on par with the US dollar.

Now, one other thing that is interesting for us is when it comes to the direction, was I going?

Well, we're looking to get notified tomorrow, and with any success, we set our appointments tomorrow that could start in some jurisdictions as early as Wednesday afternoon - some markets with us, with different demographics may start on Thursday.

So Wednesdays,  setting appointments Thursday exchanges start. Except in some markets, they might start on Wednesday, but there's a high concentration of currency holders , like in parts of Florida, in other parts of the country, Texas, maybe, you know, they may start a little earlier.

They might start tomorrow, afternoon, evening, provided the numbers do come out around noon, central time for Texas, Eastern Time, of course, for Florida. So we're excited to see all that occur and see that begin.

As far as we know, and that's always a caveat, as far as we know, there is nothing else to hold us up from going.  Really, we should get, we should get some disclosure of events in the month of February and March, and we should have those of us who are currency holders that are going in for currency exchanges and redemption of the Zim currency, slash bond, as they do Consider it a bond because of its intrinsic value.

So we will get recently complete that thought. So we're going to be doing that at the redemption centers and realize this, but the Zim is not something that's going to be handled at the banks. You need to set an appointment to go into the redemption center to redeem your Zim

Also, there's no contract rate for the dinar, as we're being told at banks, but only at redemption centers. So it's really a good idea to set the appointment and go in your appointment done in 40 minutes or less.

And if you're a Zim holder and you've got some you've got projects, you want to let them know in probably more like three to five minutes. We used to say five to eight minutes. Probably you have about three to five minutes to explain the overview check.

 And that's eally great. It's going to go quickly. I think the appointment go just, boom, boom, boom. It's going to go pretty quickly. There's a lot to get done. You know, with the setting up of your initial account and your account, you've got a Wells Fargo account and a quantum account.

You know you'll be signing the NDA early in the oil and it's probably right at the beginning, when you're when they're going through the Know Your Customer, see who you are. They know who you are already.

 So even the identification of who you are with your ID, with your utility bill, it's going to go very quickly. They're not, they don't they don't want receipts, bona fide currency. You're fine. That delarue machine  is going to take off running, and it's going to count  and verify currency quickly - Multiple currencies.

Just help them out. If you've got several, four or five different currencies, make sure you have each one in a separate little, little envelope, or saying where, you know where they obviously do Dong, and then do dinar, and then do Zim they probably will want zim first, but whatever, and then rupiah - Afghani.

And don't forget your Venezuelan Boulivar, if you have that and so on, they'll just go right through them and keep a tab on it. And what I was going to say is your r, and r, if you're a currency holder, it could very well already be in your quantum account.

 So the idea of getting a direct deposit into your Social Security bank account, not your social security, but in your bank account where you get your Social Security, if you're 62 and older and already, okay, here's, here's the thing.

We found out that the servers that handle social security are limited in that they can't deal with anything over $500,000 - okay, so the point is, they're not capable of hailing the amounts as a direct deposit to our accounts because of the server limitation. So we should see our lump sum r and r lump sum coming to us at the redemption center.

Now, what they do with other folks that aren't on Social Security, that are 60 and older? I'm not quite sure. And you know, there are three tiers of groups.

The first tier, let's call it called Group A, are people that are 30 to 45 years of age. They'll get their R and R restitution reconciliation allowance is another word I said their R and R over three years. So three times 12 is 36 -- 36 monthly installments. Let's call it to them, and that should start in the month of February.

Okay, people of that age group, 30 to 45, to 60, that there's a group that will get theirs over two years. 2024 12 times two is 2424 moments, they will also begin to receive there in the month of February.

 So we're the ones in the group say. We say anybody that's 60 and older that is exchanging currency should have it in there, in their  quantum account and then your quantum card to move those funds from your quantum account into your wells, Fargo primary account, and then eventually, when you get account set up, if you need to, you'll have secondary accounts under the primary and both of those primary and secondary Wells Accounts will earn interest at a rate of at least 12% which is phenomenal.

And I'm going to ask that mine would be paid out as well percent as APY and that's received that I'm going to take it quarterly. I think it's probably payable monthly, but I'd rather take it as a lump sum every quarter and see that in my account that way.

So it would obviously take 90 days for that interest to be accrued and for it to be applied and put into that account without going to do it. We'll see, obviously work with that.

So that's really the gist of what I had to say tonight. I don't know that there's anything else that we need to know right now but to get the toll free numbers, which is tomorrow at noon, ish, noon ish, tomorrow, and then we should be able to call set our appointments in exchange on Thursday, with some exceptions that might be going In high demographic care services tomorrow, afternoon or evening.

When we get that and we'll also start any podcasts that I do, that does that, we can forward to you, and then you click on them and just listen to them, you know, at your own choice, but we're going to communicate with you after these numbers come out. If conceivable Thursday, we would do a celebration call tomorrow and start exchanges on Thursday. I believe we will probably still do a short celebration call Thursday night at the regular time.

So stay tuned for that possibility. All right, so let's pray the call out, and we'll look forward to giving everything that we're looking for tomorrow. Let's do that.

MZ: I do know someone from inside the new administration who has absolutely every reason to be “up to speed” because of where they are at. They are saying that the value change in currencies is on the absolute top of their list. It was reassuring to hear that from a political source that this is a priority. . Also this person is a currency holder.  This revaluation would fix a lot of problems. I cannot say more without getting into lots of trouble.

MZ: In Iraq: “Personal financial strategies to face economic fluctuations in Iraq”  I love that their government is telling them how to “recession proof themselves.

Member: Anything from historic bond contacts?

MZ: I am really surprised not to get more bond updates today. They have heard they are now off of “stuck “ now that the new admin is in office. They were told that they should expect their final paperwork and first payment on Thursday this week….so….we wait and watch.

Clare:  Saudi Arabia prepares to acquire the largest gold mine in the world

The Saudi company "Manarat Al-Maaden Investment" intends to buy between 10 and 20% of the "Reco Diq" project, the largest gold and copper mine in the world, located in Pakistan, with securing a purchase agreement for future production.

The mining fund (one of the company's owners) will buy the stake from the government of Pakistan, which owns 25% of the mine, for between $500 million and $1 billion.

The Rico Deck project, being developed by Barrick Gold, is expected to be one of the largest copper and gold mines in the world once completed, and will cost around $9 billion.

According to Barrick, the Reko Diq mine, located in western Balochistan near the Afghan and Iranian borders, will produce up to 400,000 tonnes of copper and 500,000 ounces of gold once the two phases of the project are completed.

In December 2024, the Pakistani government revealed its approval to sell a 15% stake in the mine to Saudi Arabia for $540 million, according to the Energy website.   LINK

MZ: I very much agree with MilitiaMan. I don’t know if he took into account the 2 billion barrels of oil they just discovered this week…..but it is looking good..

Member: Glad to see everyone here today….any news from historic bond folks yet Mark?

MZ: We did get one update from a bond conference call last night that yes….They were told in that call that President Trump was the magic and things are now moving forward. They have their marching orders and expect to deliver everything to them tomorrow on their final contracts.

MZ: That now makes two check-ins saying now that Trump is in office- the decision was made and they are now moving forward. I am very hopeful to get more confirmations from other bond contacts today.

Member: So have they been PAID?

MZ: No they have not been paid yet –They were told they are putting money in accounts to be funded on Thursday. That is what they expect as of last night.

Member: Historical Bondholders will be Hysterical Bondholders if not getting their fungible $$ now

Member: Do we still have to wait for 30% of the bonds to go before we get to go?

MZ: I don’t think we have to wait for 30% to go. I think now- when they pull the trigger it will all go at one time…..at this point…

MZ: That is where one of my bond updates came from. Specifically on German Bonds

MZ: I have not yet heard anything from the Indian Nations and three big 4a groups.

MZ: He has only been president 48 hours…..patience.

Member: What's the connection between bonds and iraqi RV?

Member: Historic bonds are supposed to go right before we currency holders get notifications to exchange….so once bonds start paying….we know we are next in line.

Member: Mark, if you are saying these bond holders are 4A, does this mean we are THAT close?

Member: tiers posted years ago….probably still valid: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), historic bonds etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

MZ: “Member of parliamentary finance determines the most dangerous matter in the 2025 budget” he says its getting the budget completed so things can stay on track with projects…..This is a huge part of the future and growth of Iraq. They need to settle budget this week so the projects do not stall. .

Member:  Bank source told me yesterday that a guy said he was leaving the bank to go to redemption center. I was told he used to work for the federal government in finance and has been waiting for 18 yrs.

Member: Any new predicted rate on dinar and dong.

MZ: Still hearing and what makes the most sense is $4-$4.50 on dinar and $2 to $3 bucks on the VND. Some of the rates we have seen most often is $3.90 to $4 showing up on dinar and $2.40 to $2.50 showing up for the dong. We won’t now for sure until we are at the banks.

Tues. 21 Jan. 2025 Wolverine:“We were told that everything was going to start today, and guess what? It IS to start today. I mean notifications should come out, and everything starts tomorrow with funds being released.

I have spoken to platform owners and they have the payment orders. And tomorrow, things will start rocking!

Not everyone starts tomorrow. It is a process. Some will start tomorrow, some will start the next day and the next, but it starts from tomorrow onwards.

Some platforms will go Feb 1st or 2nd, some platforms a bit longer. But with the Grace of God, tomorrow is to be D-Day.

Iraq was to start yesterday. But it looks like this will start TODAY. It is now 4 a.m. in Iraq, and hopefully in a couple of hours’ time, that Dinar will go international on the Forex and we will get the big news in a couple of hours’ time so we can celebrate.

This has been a long journey for all of us. Many of people have been told to go to the banks for quite a while and nothing has happened, but now it seems all is ready. The Liquidity and money is there and we are ready to go.

Just yesterday, I put a post about thanking Charlie Ward. I have spoken to Charlie a couple of times, and he told me a while back that nothing would happen till Biden is removed, and that was nearly two years ago. However, I was still getting all the intel otherwise, and others were also getting intel to the otherwise: Bruce, MarkZ, and others were used to create misinformation to catch the “bad people”

Am I being used now? I do not think so, no, because the people I have spoken to, people who actually have appointments with banks, and I’ve seen bank accounts all is ready to go. THIS TIME IT IS REAL. IT IS REAL! Am I excited.

I am excited because tomorrow I know we will be able to celebrate.

In Australia, we have the HSBC. We were told we may have Citibank, but HSBC is the one in Australia. In America there is Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Chase got removed from the RV a while ago. For England, I believe it is HSBC.

You will find out your location when you call your 800 number and they will give you the information.

Yellow Dragon Bonds as soon as we get the message that those tables are closed, they will be closed on that platform. All platforms will be closed.

Mon. 20 Jan. 2025: Outgoing Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen announced that the United States will reach its debt ceiling on January 21, putting President-elect Donald Trump in the position of addressing a national fiscal emergency immediately after taking office. This unexpected warning leaves the incoming administration scrambling to prevent a government default. In a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and other congressional leaders, Yellen  explained that the Treasury would begin “extraordinary measures” to avoid breaching the debt limit.

These measures include suspending federal investments in key retirement and healthcare funds until the debt ceiling is either raised or suspended. “The debt limit does not authorize new spending, but it creates a risk that the federal government might not be able to finance its existing legal obligations,” Yellen wrote, pressing Congress to act promptly.

Jeff  The critical part is we want to see them advance to the [budget] schedules but the rate has to change before the schedules can be approved...The schedules are the line items in the budget that are calculated off of the new currency value.

Wilson said in a tweet on the X website, followed by Shafaq News Agency, that "Iran was defeated in Lebanon and Syria, but it still rules Iraq, as Obama and Brett McGurk failed in their strategy to hand Iraq over to Iran during the war against ISIS."

Clare:  Parliament votes on 'controversial laws' in one basket

The house of Representatives voted on Tuesday on three laws that have sparked controversy and political disputes for months.

The media department of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by Shafak News Agency, "The House of Representatives voted on the proposal to amend Personal Status Law No. 188 of 1959."

He added that "the Council also voted on the draft law to return properties to their owners included in some decisions of the (dissolved) Revolutionary Command Council," continuing, "The Council also voted on the draft law amending the second amendment to General Amnesty Law No. 27 of 2016."

In its last legislative session, the House of Representatives held several sessions to pass controversial laws, but they did not result in anything, which prompted it to postpone these laws to the current legislative session.

These laws have caused a lot of controversy, between supporters and opponents, among political blocs, and these laws have also faced objections from specialists and civil organizations.  LINK

Walkingstick  The rumor is according to 'East' [Aki's company in the Middle East] that they got nine currencies in a basket.  It may be more, it may be less...It could come out asset backed...or it could come out with a float.  The float makes more sense...But East is saying, if it is a basket, we're seeing the Euro, British pound, Krona, which is Swedish currency and shilling, which is Austria currency.  

Militia Man  Article: "The Kuwaiti dinar currently is the strongest currency in the world... 31 Kuwaiti dinars for every US dollar."  If you do the math it turns out to be about $3.22... Quote "It's worth noting Kuwait has about 7% of the world's oil reserves which greatly supports the value of the currency...According to 2023 data Iraq has significantly more oil reserves than Kuwait with Iraq holding approximately 145 billion barrels of oil compared to Kuwait's 101.5 billion..."  Iraq has 43% more oil than Kuwait. [Kuwait's] currency is strongest in the world...Iraq has the ability to be at least 43% more valuable based off oil, let alone their non-oil revenues...Pretty exciting times!

A number of international sources say today it is ON….these are folks from all over the globe.  Coming from so many different sources I find it very reassuring.

MZ: I will be sitting around on pins and needles all throughout today and tomorrow…hoping to see a historic bond person with full blown money from final contracts…..I am excited..

Member: Then after bonds start….we currency folks should start getting notifications….right?

MZ: In Iraq: “ A political parliamentary agreement settles the controversy of the three laws in preparation of the “one basket” session.  They are moving the laws together to get them wrapped up.

MZ: “Government representative in Parliament sends an amendment to an amendment regarding budget law” This one is specifically on rate and they are pushing to have the budget settled …this is also about the oil in the Kurdish region .We should have had action on this today. They are waiting to squeeze in one last number …then we should budget tables and rates. When they adjust budget tables it’s an ideal time to adjust “value”

MZ: There is some pretty exciting stuff coming for Iraq this morning.

MZ: “The discovery of the largest oil storage in the center of the country with 2 Billion barrels.” Every time we turn around – we find out Iraq has more resources. Gold, Rare earth minerals and even more oil. This is $140 billion more in oil to support their currency.

Member: Has it been confirmed that the new notes in Iraq are of lower denominations?

MZ: “ Leaving the red list is an important step to attract international companies” this is all about going fully international without restrictions.  They are off the red list and no longer considered dangerous. To be fully international they need a currency that is not restrictive.

Member: Have we confirmed the lower denomination notes - 1's, 5's, 10's, 20's, etc? If we have, Iraq will also need coins. There has been no conversation about that.

MZ: “Communist Vietnam follows libertarian Milei’s path in a surprising turn” Its time they start making governments efficient. There is a massive overhaul occurring in Vietnam. Almost sounds like they are onboard with Gesara stuff.

Member: What’s your thoughts on Trump saying during his inaugural speech he’s going to sign into effect the external revenue service immediately

Member: That is supposed to start and then US citizens get much lower or no income taxes to pay…woohoo.

Member: I wonder if Trumps team  has to announce the country is broke an we have to restructure our financial system?

Militia Man  Iraq's got 43% more oil than Kuwait.  What [Kuwait] doesn't have is non-oil revenues.  It's very powerful.  It shows Iraq is totally capable of having a real effective exchange rate that could be at least competitive and similar to the region.
