DJ:  DID YOU KNOW?

The feasibility of a Global Currency Reset (GCR) largely depends on whether systemic imbalances can be resolved without causing widespread disruption.

 For a GCR to be effective, it would require a redistribution of wealth, (They aren’t printing a mass amount of new currencies), something inherently challenging in the current geopolitical and economic climate.

Wealth redistribution on a global scale will face resistance from powerful stakeholders who benefit from the status quo, including nations and financial institutions that dominate the existing system.

When you do a web search of the GCR economist dismiss it as a conspiracy theory. With the argument that it will not work or disrupt the current system globally. But their assessments are based on the current status quo .

Not looking at the prospect of a new financial system . If one were to just take the label of “GCR” off the explanation and look at the mechanisms currently manifesting, it’s the same thing as the GCR. They’re just not calling it that.

Mechanisms like central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) and the integration of regional currencies, such as the African Continental Free Trade Area’s proposed monetary union or the strengthening of the BRICS nations’ economic alliances, mimic elements of a GCR.

Implementing these changes without causing economic shock-waves requires careful planning and international cooperation, a challenge given the competing interests of global powers. These incremental reforms, or adjustments to global institutions, are by definition the GCR; they’re just not calling it that.

Financial systems evolve incrementally, not through abrupt resets. Mechanisms like currency devaluations, debt restructuring, or monetary policy adjustments provide more measured and less disruptive ways to address global imbalances and have been practices commonly utilized by economies.

For a GCR to be feasible, it must run parallel with the existing system to ensure a seamless transition.Which if you look at it, has been going on for some time.

These dual systems have been operating with the traditional fiat system coexisting alongside new asset-backed or digital currencies. This phased approach mitigates shocks and allows markets, businesses, and individuals to adapt over time.

Historical precedents, such as the transition from gold to fiat currencies, demonstrate that parallel systems can ease the burden of systemic change.

Just because you don’t see the GCR flashing on a massive billboard doesn’t mean you should ignore the signs along the road.    DJ

Militia Man   I personally believe parliament doesn't have any control over the exchange rate of the Iraqi currency.  They do need to be a little bit on board.  I think Al Sudani is giving olive branches to these people especially those that seem to be bucking the system and trying to create constant problems...

It is time to move to the next stage which is…...?  Well folks financial and banking researcher Mustafa Hantoush just pointed out to us what the next stage should be. MZ: “CBI unveils new banknote security features” Lots of pictures and they show us on the old bills where some of these features could be and what to look for ….This is great cover for new bills and distributing the lower denominations…….this is a world class approach. With bills with new security feature- they will need to distribute the lower denominations  throughout the banks and businesses .  

MZ: This article had me awfully excited. The dinar is going to be one of the most sophisticated currencies in the world…..and it should be as imo it is about to be the most valuable currency in the world.

Member: Iraq needs to mount coins when the value increases

Member: I heard they didn't sign the budget contract in Iraq and they got mad and walked out and rescheduled for tomorrow. I think they are waiting on Trump for some reason.

MZ: it was quite an interesting weekend in Iraq:  “ Iraq parliament Adjourns it’s session after breaking the quorum”   yesterday when it got to the budget….members threw fits  and ministers walked out. They are reconvening Tuesday at 1:00. Sudani says they are going to settle this Erbil thing and anybody who does not show up will face a One million dinar fine. If there is a new value that would be one heck of a fine.

MZ: It would be easier if they had the new rate so the budget tables would make sense

MZ: “A delegation from the regions finance heads to Baghdad to discuss salaries and budget amendments”  they are sending delegations back and forth to settle things by Tuesday

MZ: “ Parliamentary finance: Amending article 12 will cost the state $7.5 billion” this is part of what the walk outs were about.

MZ: I guess people are more motivated to do the right thing when money is on the line.

Member: Mark look at IQD on xe and see what it says …it started showing up on Saturday

MZ: We are seeing some crazy rates and values….buckle up…its going to be a crazy couple of days.

Member: I heard that Holly said the RV won’t happen until the USN’s are released and the Republic announced?

Iraq issues new banknotes with innovative security features for the visually impaired.. Photos

The Central Bank of Iraq has unveiled the security marks of the circulating banknotes, with the aim of educating the public, as well as companies and commercial banks that deal with these banknotes on a daily basis. 

The Central Bank reviewed these improved security features, through a technical bulletin, which was received by Shafak News Agency, indicating the introduction of prominent features on the new banknotes to enable the visually impaired to identify the banknote denominations by touch.

The Central Bank of Iraq confirmed that the new banknotes will be circulated alongside the old ones, and there will be no intention to withdraw the old banknotes from circulation.

The bank explained that its main objectives are to maintain the stability of domestic prices and ensure a financial system based on a stable competitive market, and it also aims to promote sustainable growth, job opportunities, and prosperity in Iraq.

The Central Bank of Iraq reviewed the distinction of Iraqi banknotes, which are among the most complex security features, and are manufactured from the best types of paper used in printing banknotes to ensure quality and security.

The bank stressed that any attempt to manufacture, possess or pass counterfeit banknotes is a criminal act punishable by law, calling for any counterfeit banknotes to be handed over to the police and the Central Bank of Iraq.

The headquarters of the Central Bank of Iraq is located in the center of the capital, Baghdad, and it has three branches in the cities of Basra, Mosul, and Erbil within the Kurdistan Region.

Jeff   Question:  "How long IYO will we have to exchange our 3-zero notes before they are rendered non-negotiable?"  Jeff:  ...When they phased out the old Saddam Swiss notes and put the new notes into circulation everybody had 90 days to turn in their old Saddam notes and get the new ones.  They used to have a 50 note up until 2012.  They phased out 50 note and replaced it with the 50,000 note. When everybody had to turn in their old 50 note they had 90 days as well.  My opinion is that we're all going to have 90 days to turn in our notes because that's how long they had historically from two different scenarios to turn them in.

MZ:  Not a huge amount of news this morning…but I did hear from 2 sources with similar information that made me feel good.

MZ: I had both an Omega (Prosperity Package) contact and a CMKX contact that were both told yesterday by those involved in the process -that is was 72 hours until dollars. They were told this late yesterday afternoon.

MZ: This is pretty exciting because the PP source has not heard anything from the group in over a year. I really like that it came from two different contacts on two different platforms.

Member: That matches what other intel folks are saying….wooohoo.

MZ: I also have some stories to share this morning on the dinar.

MZ: “The Tripartite budget and its final year” they did the budget this way because it includes a mechanism for a “value change”

MZ: I believe we are in the final days before we get the final flip or switch or change of the purchasing power of the dinar

MZ: “Parliamentary finance reveals the objectives of revealing the federal budget”  This happened today. I am told they expect the vote or third reading on this tomorrow. I am very optimistic on what is happening in Iraq this weekend and would not surprise me if they raise that value soon.

MZ: “Federal Reserve withdraws from global regulatory climate change group” …..They are throwing in the towel now that Trump is coming…….A number of people are writing their farewells ect….From Federal Reserve , To Janet Yellen, To IRS folks…….many are leaving before the Trump inauguration.

MZ: In my opinion the Federal Reserve will be absorbed into the US Treasury …..

MZ: “Yellen: Debt limit will be hit the day after Trumps inauguration”  Reading this today I had an “AHA” moment. Congress had extended the debt limit until Trump got into office. It was supposed to keep things funded until March giving the new administration time to deal with it.

MZ: The Biden admin has spent 30% of the entire budget for 2025 in the last few weeks. They were spending at a record rate. Now the new congress and president Trump on Day 1 (because of overspending) will hit the debt limit. This means they will have to go to emergency dollars and extraordinary measure to keep the lights on.  This was sabotage of the US government and the American people. IMO……

MZ: Of course it they enact Nesara – we are in golden shape….

Member: What a great time to suddenly switch to a gold backed dollar, new financial system and a reset of currencies!!!!.

Mark…did you get my email about Banknote World closing there store front. 100 trillion is still open. Have you heard anything??

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Thursday, January 16, and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in again for us, with us, and thank you everyone for paying attention and riding this long ride with us again. We love you and we thank you for tuning in. We love the fact that we still are getting out the call, all over the world.  Thank you Sat team for doing that.

Let's switch gears for a minute. Let's get into Intel. It's getting closer, guys, I can tell you, I was looking for the possibility of us to be notified today, but we did hear and I got a text very early this morning.

That was 4:54 this morning. And no, I wasn't up reading it at that hour. Sorry. I caught it a little later in the morning, but it said that the dinar, the Iraqi dinar, which is the linchpin of all of the currencies that are going up in value, these exotic currencies that are going up into Normal trading ranges, was on the Forex today, and it was on this morning at 4.19 and since that time, it increased up on the forex to 4.52 this afternoon, and it's probably still going up.

 And as you guys know, forex trades around the clock in different markets that are watching it and up and trading it. But that's pretty cool, and it doesn't mean our rate is going to be there, or even the bank rate is going to be there. It could be higher, and I know it is higher now than that, even at the banks.

But we're most concerned with the dinar at the contract rate, which our contract rate on the dinar is tied to North Sea Brent crude oil, which seems to be the price that Iraq is sold their oils for

it's within $1 or so of whatever the North Sea Brent crude price is, and if it's 80, well, that's what the contract rate is, and that's the North Sea Brent crude price yesterday. So it sort of it fluctuates a little up, a little down, but it's it's trending up, it's trending higher. So that's a good thing to be aware of

What I like is the fact that we do have some contacts that are important. One of the major banks, that's kind of international bank that is over international redemption centers, is indicating that the latest indication was that we would be in that there would be releases tonight and overnight. Tonight,

 I think this is referring to notifications to bond holders, to platform participants or their their leaders, their pay masters, and also, when it says releases overnight, it's possible that we wake up To notifications tomorrow. I say possible, because the same banking institution is suggesting that we could, and I'm going to say that's the operational word. Could be notified Friday or Saturday and begin exchanges prior to the three day weekend.

Or let's put it this way, prior to Monday. Monday, as you know, is Martin Luther King Day, and it's also Inauguration Day, and the banks is a federal holiday, and the banks will be closed. And because of that, I don't think we're going to see any activity on Monday for us.

But if we get started tomorrow with numbers and we exchange starting Friday, tomorrow, 17th, we would do Saturday the 18th, and we would skip over Monday and resume on Tuesday, or we would skip over Sunday, excuse me, and Monday. No, I've got that wrong. I'm going to rewind that in my mind.

If we started tomorrow, and we could start exchanges on Friday, we would also go Saturday and Sunday at the redemption centers, not the banks, but at the redemption centers. Then we would skip over Monday and resume on Tuesday. That's if it were to start Friday or Saturday. That would be the the timeline.  which is exciting.

I've been told that we would get started Friday or Saturday, and I've also been told we could start if they don't let it go, and that's how they put it if they don't let it go this three day weekend, really it's four day if you count Friday, and they tend to count Friday, but if they don't let it go Friday or Saturday,  then We're looking at a Tuesday start after President Trump has been inaugurated on Saturday at noon.

Now  I've been told forever that we don't have to wait on President Trump to get back in the saddle, back in as he's already been commander in chief. And some say he's always been President. I think he's, I don't want to say what I think, but I think that for him, for us to get this prior to his inauguration, would be fantastic. That'd be awesome. I'd love to see it tomorrow or Saturday, and right on through, enjoy the inauguration and go from there.

Now, if it doesn't happen and we see it on this on the 21st which is Tuesday, then so be it. Then what I've been told in the past about he doesn't have to be back in the White House for this to go was it for us?

And I was misinformed. But there's a there's a high possibility, if the releases started tonight  and I think we're talking about releases to bond holders to platforms to tier four. If that starts tonight and tomorrow morning we wake up to it, or we get it tomorrow and start setting our appointments in a teaching then we're so much the better. And I'm excited about that possibility, so I'm presenting both sides of what I have  heard.

The latest thing we got from that major international bank was Friday, Saturday. The earlier information we got from that major bank was, if they can, if they let it go this weekend than we get obviously, and if they don't let it go, we'd start Tuesday, the day after President Trump is sworn in

on inauguration day. Now this is more information that I found interesting was, remember, we talked Tuesday about one inaugural ball that was advertised, one with specific The All American ball, and that's, you know, on Capitol Hill at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

And that's on the 18th, which is Saturday. But we found out that there are 29 gala events and balls, you know, inaugural balls, that are scheduled in the DC area, most of them in DC, some in the outer outlying areas like Arlington  Virginia, and one in Baltimore, I think, is at the harbor, one of the major hotels at Baltimore Harbor.

 So quite a bit scheduled, quite as planned, evidently. And it just was released, I guess, today. But that's interesting. I mean, there's 29 and, yeah, one was at the MGM, I don't know what, if it's grant or just MGM hotel in Baltimore Harbor, so in the DC area, that's going to be that's really good

I'm looking forward to watching that. I'm looking forward to that. I believe it's going to be a good eastern time on the 21st it's Martin Luther King Day, both on the same day, and I think that would be a good thing to do

Now, in addition to that, that's really the intel we want to know. When we want to know what's going on. This is redemption centers. We're talking about. We're talking about contract rate on the dinar at the redemption center. Nobidy knows where they are - I know where a few of them are, because we know five leaders of redemption centers personally.

But beyond that, it's a matter of just getting that toll free number – using it – calling it . You call it, setting your appointment. Boom, off you go. Gonna be great. Make sure you don't forget courtesy when you go in, you know, and if you do, you better drive home again, if has but be careful, guys, and don't arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, not more than 10 minutes.

And this thing should run like a well oiled sewing machine, like a Singer sewing machine, and they're ready for us. I know they're ready after all this time and prep. I think they're actually ready.

The most you can take at the redemption center, in terms of new currency United States Treasury notes, is $500.05 bills, five smackers. That's it.

 They don't want us going out with more than 500 bucks. If you want more cash than that of the new money, you're going to go back later to the bank, maybe the next day or so.

We can only assume that the new currency will be out in the banks when we're in for our exchanges, it should be, should be operational, or it should, let's see, the banks have had it for a year and a half.

So have the redemption. They've had it the new currency. They just don't have it in the telcos yet. But they might soon -  like this by a couple of days. They might not bring it out till Tuesday.

Don’t know , just saying, but we can come there with 500 different and it comes out of your total. You're going to get aQ phone as well. If you're a zim holder, one per customer Q phone. It's a satellite phone  that work all over the world. It's like a satellite phone with using the starlink satellite system and it is secure to move money from your quantity into your primary and secondary bank accounts.

So we'll see what's going to be able to do. I think it's going to be kind of amazing that we can do that, you know, securely. Let's see what else.

 We don't have time if they're coming out tomorrow, if, if they're coming out Saturday, when they're coming. We just don't have it. But we did hear later tonight that we had an image of a green light. You know green light means go. Of a green light indicating everything is a go. Releases have begun and will continue overnight. Now that's what I'm getting. I'm only giving you what I received. ‘

This should be an excellent weekend between the timeline that we created, starting Tuesday to the to the Martin Luther King day on Monday and the inauguration on Monday. And then we're we are definitely off to the races, if not before we would be on Tuesday, off to the races, and maybe as early as Friday or Saturday. So let's pray the call out

Jamal Kocher, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, explained today, Friday, that the emergency budget in Iraq is not limited to natural disasters only, but rather includes all emergency situations, such as environmental, cosmic, and natural incidents, or even humanitarian and political ones.

Koger added to Al Furat News Agency that "any section that falls under emergencies can be used for the emergency budget, and these funds must be available throughout the year, because the occurrence of emergencies cannot be predicted." 

He stressed that "the funds allocated for the emergency budget are not very large, as they are estimated at only billions, compared to the budget deficit that reaches trillions, which makes them insufficient to cover the deficit significantly."

MZ: When you hear we who own those stocks have received our Fines and penalties –We currency holders are very close to receiving our notices to exchange. So that is why we watch them.

MZ: “Parliamentary Integrity intends to uncover a number of corruption files” When they say a file- they mean it’s a “case”  and they are unloading them  to clean them up. We see this in a number of governments right now. To me it sounds like part of Nesara/Gesara. At least I hope it is.

MZ: “Iraq liquidity crisis is worsening: 70% of the money is hoarded in homes”  When they hoard it – it is out of circulation. People are holding onto it and not spending it.

MZ: “Central Bank of Iraq links the sale of real estate to banks to counter money laundering”  This is forcing more money to go through the legitimate system.

MZ: Here is the one I am excited about: “Instead of granting it exclusively to foreign banks- proposal to put the dollar on “Tadowul platforms” This should give you all warm and fuzzies until at least next week . they are talking about  as they are changing how foreign remittances work in banks ect…..this is what they are going to do. They are converting dollars to be sold on trading platforms and the stock market and switching to the forex market!!!!

MZ: In order to take the next steps for them it needs to be traded on platforms just like the US dollar , British Pound and other currencies are. That would mean they are on the fully international forex  and most likely a much bigger value on the dinar. This is my favorite article of the morning.

Member; What is your guess on the total amount of dinar held in the US?

MZ: Great question. I heard some projections way back in the day that (if I had to make a guess) maybe 10 Trillion????? That is just a guess….but maybe 10% of what is in circulation may be held in the US.

Member: Widespread online banking outage affects Bank of Oklahoma, others: Bank of Oklahoma brick and mortar locations seem fine. It’s ExpressBank online banking system having problems since Wednesday.

Frank26  I'm extremely excited because that 3rd reading [of the budget amendment] is basically guaranteed.  Why would I say such a thing?  Because if they don't do the 3rd reading, 15 days later the budget is exposed...It exposes everything and once it does, then you got to figure out float or basket... The HCL, like the budget, those two things will expose the new exchange rate...The HCL and the budget will be the first indicator of the new exchange rate IMO.

Jeff    PM Sudani went to the UK Britain to put together a massive trade MOU agreement worth billions of dollars, a very large trade agreement.  It definitely will require the rate change in order to implement that.

Informed sources revealed on Thursday that the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, will receive important international leaders in the coming few days.

The sources told Shafaq News Agency, "Baghdad will witness a series of successive visits by the foreign ministers of France, Italy, and the European Union countries, in addition to the ministers of the countries of the region (neighboring and regional), and the Gulf countries in the coming days."

According to the sources' information, "the visit of important international leaders to Baghdad comes after the end of the Gaza and Lebanon page, and therefore the Syrian file must be discussed in detail with Iraq, and these visits will precede the Baghdad Dialogue Conference scheduled to be held next month."

The sources explained that "the ministers or representatives of those countries, specifically the major countries active in global changes, will convey their governments' visions regarding the Syrian file in parallel with the changes taking place in the region."   LINK

Clare:  In London.. Iraq signs new memoranda of understanding with British companies in various fields

Today, Wednesday, in the British capital, London, a ceremony was held to sign a number of memoranda of understanding between the Iraqi public and private sectors and a number of British companies and institutions, in a number of fields, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Ministers (Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Oil).

The Iraqi Prime Minister's Office said in a statement received by Shafak News Agency that a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Construction and Housing/General Water Department and IHS Consulting Company, in the field of providing experimental studies for the comprehensive water agreement. 

Another MoU was signed between Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) and Standard Chartered Bank.

The ceremony witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Al-Rida Group and the British James Cubitt Company regarding Basra water.

Meanwhile, an ammonia supply contract was concluded with the British company Kibit regarding the establishment of a black urea project for the Iraqi private sector.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed with Jaguar Land Rover to open a branch of the company in Basra Governorate, as well as signing another memorandum of understanding regarding the desalination of Basra water.

While the Iraqi Noor Al Hilal Company signed a memorandum of understanding with the British company Evono Ball, regarding the establishment of chlorine and soda factories.

The Iraqi Najjah Investor Company also signed a memorandum of understanding with Inovo Pool Company regarding the supply of chlorine and soda.

In the field of scientific cooperation, a memorandum of understanding was signed in the educational aspect between Al-Mamoun University College and SOAS University of Middle Eastern Studies, to exchange missions and joint cooperation, making it the first Iraqi private university to sign an economic and academic memorandum of understanding with a reputable British university.  LINK
