Judy Note: No one knows the exact timing for notification of Tier 4b (Us, the Internet Group) to make their redemption/ exchange appointments. Iraq has(allegedly)  long passed their HCL Law (which was needed to establish the Dinar Rate based on oil prices). The US and Canada started (allegedly) paying VIPs on Wed. 4 Dec, Thurs. 5 Dec, and Fri. 6 Dec. The Iraqi Dinar was (allegedly) being paid at $3.49 in-country. On Tues. 3 Dec. Kurdistan was (allegedly) using the Dinar in-country at a $3.28 rate. Rumor was that the Dong had also revalued and had an unknown in-country rate.

Looks like Bruce was right. It looks like either today or tomorrow for funds to be released. Everyone is so stressed right now as it appears things are definitely going to happen.

I have wonderful news I would like to share with all of you about Mauricio Castanio. MZ: We sure hope it’s this weekend….things have sure gotten interesting

Member: I think it will happen the week of the 25th.

MZ: some would agree with you. It is our understanding that the St. Germaine trust is easiest to open at Christmas and Easter- so it could be. This has been talked about for at least 20 years. But I still hope its sooner.

Member: I have been told by a great contact the money would be given on Christmas Day because of St.Germains trust!!

MZ: I got some reports from contacts in Iraq that they now have a lot more money than they used to have……but they won’t say how or why….just that they have a lot more money than they had.

MZ: They had told me they had expected to exchange sometime around Victory Day on Dec 10th. But they will not tell me where their sudden wealth has come from. I think things have started at the upper levels in Iraq. I am pretty excited.

Member:  I believe Iraq has revalued in country and budget, etc passed. We're just waiting for our turn. it's coming...

MZ: I believe it has as well. Maybe that is why some of my best Iraqi contacts are not saying anything but they suddenly have dollars (dinars?) . I will be happier though when you and I also have dollars.

Member: Tomorrow the auctions for US dollars are supposed to stop-According to MilitiaMan and Frank26

MZ: “ Iraq within the map of change: Specialist-Upcoming  international decisions will be taken before the arrival of Trump”  They want to make sure everything is finished before Trump takes office. There is a massive push as they want to be allies and very strong.

Member: Al-Yasiri, “Trump is planning major changes in the Middle East region...the region's entering a new phase, Iraq will be at the forefront of these changes in terms of the security/ economic reality."

MZ: There are a lot of economic reforms they want to make before then as well. There is a mad dash in Iraq to be finished.

Member: most of the changes Iraq wants will take a rate change , correct?

Member: And yes it addresses the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar as well..

MZ: And there is the collapsing of Iranian influence in Iraq which should help them push forward.

MZ: “It includes factions from three countries including Iraq: Shite crescent collapse puts Iraq left with options”  they are talking about the fall of the Iranian presence with the fall of Syria and Assad. Iran is tucking tail and going home…many also leaving Iraq.  

Member: ​​I think  the 140 ambassadors visiting Iraq this weekend is exciting

Member: and the best time to release rate changes is supposedly on Saturday nights when most banks are closed…

Member: We should rejoice with Iraqi people because they have gotten their freedoms/country back. The controls of other countries is dissolved.

Governor Ali-Alak of the CBI came out some weeks ago and stated that there is an international anticipation to celebrate an occasion regarding their monetary reform policy.

As he has also recently said that opening channels in foreign and Arab currencies achieves stability in the exchange rate and gradually eliminates the black market.

Which can only mean that since they have completed 100% of their financial obligations which was a requirement in order to move to this next phase it should not be surprising of the special meeting over the weekend involved powerful organizations.

World Bank
Etc.

And of course 140 deputy ambassadors arriving in Basra. The presence of international bodies like the World Bank, as well as ambassadors, indicates the event’s importance. These organizations wouldn’t typically attend unless the event had substantial international implications, such as Iraq positioning itself as an attractive investment destination or announcing reforms that could impact global markets.

The mention of showcasing Iraq to investors could point to Iraq demonstrating progress in economic reforms, infrastructure development, and stability. This might include the following.

• Transparency measures to attract foreign direct investment.

• Policy changes to make Iraq a more competitive market.

• Highlighting sectors like oil, tourism, and agriculture for potential investors.

Listen, If Iraq plans to release a new exchange rate for the Iraqi Dinar, this event could be the stage for such an announcement. A revaluation of the dinar would attract foreign investors who have been waiting for a more stable and globally recognized currency. Do you think we are finally at the doorstep? Because it definitely appears that way in many regards.

Basra is Iraq’s economic capital, especially as it relates to oil exports. I do not know of any other time that would be more appropriate than what is to happen over the weekend. The timing right now is just to significant.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight.  It is Thursday, December 12TH  and you're listening to the big call.  I'm glad we're having people that are listening from all over the globe. We thank you SAT  team for getting the signal out to so many countries in their own language. Thank you for everything that you've done for us on the call.

Let's do this. Let's talk about where we are, which we always do.

We did hear that the Iraqi Dinar is trading and is in a trading range 4.00 to 4.20 in Iraq as an in country rate now - as of three days now, it's been between 4.00 and 420 and that's really good.

Now our rates at the redemption Center are totally different and much higher.  You got to realize that, okay, much higher, yes, you will be our contract rate on the dinar in the redemption center only

Now realize this, if you want to try to figure out what that is. Try to find out what the per barrel price of oil is that Iraq is selling their oil for. All right?

They're selling it to Turkey, to Egypt, to China, to other countries, I don't even know how many, but they're selling this oil at a per barrel price, you find out what that is the day that you exchange, the day that you go in for your zim redemption and your currency exchanges, that is the rate you will get. And it is a quote, unquote contract rate. We don't sign a contract for it, but it's a contract rate nonetheless. So a little something about that.

Now, what we have heard most recently, I want to say this afternoon, because things have changed. Even today, my Intel has changed, but what we're hearing is that  we are going to have an amazing weekend, according to the people we're talking to now, it's Thursday night, Friday. We had heard we were going to be notified Friday and start Saturday.

The most recent information is that all the releases would be on Saturday, and I'm thinking that to also mean releases of emails to the bondholders, and email releases for us that would have the toll free number on it.

Okay, so I'm looking at our day to get notified, not as much tomorrow, as much as it would be on Saturday. And then we would, once we do that, we set our appointments, and we would go sometime thereafter, and believe me, the redemption centers will be open Sunday if we start with the exchanges on Saturday.

So the main thing is, half of this battle is getting the numbers, setting our appointments and then It's a done deal – we’re able to move forward with our exchanges as soon as we can

It's a, you know, it's a  short way of saying this information that we received today , that's what we're hearing. We're hearing we're going to have a super fantastic weekend. We're hearing tomorrow that banks are ready. Well, redemption centers are going to be ready too.

And just to go further on, redemption centers, the rates at the redemption centers were on the screens, and then they have come off the screens for what's been called Digital sequencing. Digital sequencing, and you can look that up and look into the definition of how it might  apply to the currencies.

I think the main thing I got out of kind of learn about digital sequencing is when it comes to cross border - Cross border transactions, financial transactions, bank wires, purchasing of goods, all of that stuff they're using in combination the FinTech system with the quantum financial system, in conjunction with the Starlink system, those three points of our triangle are bringing everything together, and this digital sequencing is allowing transactions to go much faster between countries, between your bank accounts, as you're moving funds, all of that.

So that's what they're doing. And I'm sure the rates will come right back up, either tonight or tomorrow, and that'll be what we want to see.

Now, you know, there is, there is no sense to set up an appointment and not use the redemption center of course, that's what they're there for. If people don't believe they exist, it's on them.

Believe me they exist. We talk to the people we have, 1-2-3-4-5-6, contacts that are leaders of the redemption centers, the actual leaders, and these are the ones they call operatives, but these are the ones that will be over the staff that is going to be doing the exchanges with us, and some of the leaders are further along, and they're going to be helping with bonds.

If you have sheet bonds and  you've got two boxes or less, you have to let them know when you call to set your appointment that you have some sheet bonds. Tell them the type of bond, and so on, and they should be able to handle those bonds for you during your appointment, but you've got to call them, because it's going to take an additional amount of time to handle your bonds compared to just currency, which is more of a the DelaRue machine function of county and verification does both accounts and verifies the currencies.

But if you have those sheet bonds, you can you need less than two boxes if you want them to handle them  at the redemption center. And don't ask me, How many bonds fit in a box? I don't know.

And I don't want to say because I've heard a number. I'm not sure if that's right or not. So the main thing is, if you have some bonds, what I would consider loose bonds, sheet bonds. We're not talking about the zim, but there are zim sheet bonds too. There are long sheets, I'm going to say eight and a half by 11, or whatever the size of the pages that are sheet bonds and zoom.

So you have those. Those count too. You can bring those to it. So let them know when you send your appointment. Remember, when you use the call center and you call in, you'll be transferred, more than likely to the redemption center that will handle your transactions. Okay, that's the idea of it.

Now, if they don't give you a direct transfer, they're to give you an 800 number to call, to go to that that goes to that redemption center that's keyed in by your zip code. They have them all over the country, as you can imagine, and you just need to let them know the zip code that either where you live, where you work, or where you want to exchange.

Let's say you're out of town and you're not at home and you're on the road, but you know there are redemption centers in Georgia, for example, you might want to know the zip code of that area where you are, and they'll be able to find a redemption or close to that area. All right, now, if you're in the wild, wild west, and you're out in South Dakota or out in Wyoming or whatever.

Yeah, the redemption centers are gonna be a little further apart even even Nevada. But, you know the main cities in Nevada, and so, you know, you guys that are in Tonopah  ? ?  ?, some of those areas might have to go to Reno or, you know, whatever. But that's okay.

So that's really pretty much what I wanted to say about about that. What else is there? Guys? I think you guys, if you've listened to big call for a while, you know the drill and what's going on, and there's not a whole lot new that I can add -  really

I think that's what I wanted to say. We'll have to see if we get numbers and so on. We probably won't on Tuesday, since we expect to get notified Saturday and be in our exchanges sometime thereafter. So we're just we're just thankful that big call universe is being reached by the satellite team, our SAT team.

MZ: in Iraq: “Central Bank governor opening foreign channels to foreign currencies eliminates the black market” they are talking about partnering with neighboring countries and carry more of a “basket of currencies” so they do not need the US dollar for trade. Including Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and different countries around them .

MZ: They want to split the value of the Iraqi dinar based on gold, oil, reserves and a basket of partnering currencies. This should mean a much higher value for the Iraqi dinar. They are making “real world moves”  to support the value of their currency.

MZ: “Minister of commerce: We have a strategic storage and the food basket is fully secured” they have over 6 months of the minimum Iraq needs of food. Even the us does not have that much

MZ: “Why will Iraq become one of Trump’s priorities in the coming period?” Trump wants to work with Iraq to support stability and security. What do you guys think the reason is Trump wants Iraq safe and secure???  Lol Could it a revaluation?

Member: What! An exciting time. Iraq is all done let’s put it on FOREX

MZ: On the bond side I have noticed a serious increase in the number of deals that flippers are making. And offers that flippers are making with immediate closures on those deals. They are telling bond people “What if those goes on longer- you should sell to us right now”

MZ: Why are historic bond flippers willing to spend a lot more money right away- then they were before? Do they sense how close we are? Do they know something on this front? This kinda surprised me

MZ: Flippers are suddenly willing to spend billions of dollars to pick up boxes of historic bonds ect….IMO they would not be spending this money unless they felt they would get it back quickly with a profit…They have to know it is coming.

Member: so like flipping a house. You buy it a bit cheaper ..then resell it at a profit .  got it….that is very interesting

Walkingstick   The auctions...were the reason why the purchasing power of Iraq's currency was being bled out of the country and out of the hand of the citizens.  Those auctions needed to be stopped, changed and eventually metamorphosed into an auction that is usable with foreign currency and the Iraqi dinar in their country.  They've accomplished all of this...

Mnt Goat   As we get closer to the end of the currency auctions and switchover to the new international system at the end of the year...we read multiple articles on this subject matter. According to my CBI source...this is all part of a news campaign to inform the citizens to justify these very near at-hand changes to the currency auction system...We can clearly see there are crooked politicians that do not want this change in the currency auctions to occur...But for Iraq it is time to shake the shackles of the sanctions, which by the way, have been over since December 2022...To progress further we know that Iraq must changeover their currency and when they do it part of the process is the revaluation.

Tishwash:  Iran takes over OPEC presidency, Iraq as vice-president for 2025

On Wednesday, the Oil Exporting Countries (OPEC) elected Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad as interim president of the organization's conference for the year 2025, and Iraqi Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani as vice president.

Iranian Minister Paknejad told reporters about the 189th OPEC conference held via video today, "Various issues were raised in this meeting, the most important of which is Iran assuming the presidency of the next OPEC session in 2025," according to Iranian media.

He added, "In this meeting, the Iraqi Oil Minister was appointed as Vice President of OPEC."

The Iranian Minister expressed his thanks to the President of the Conference and the Ministers of OPEC Member States for their confidence and choosing the Iranian Oil Minister as President of the OPEC Conference in 2025.

"As the President of the OPEC Conference for the year 2025, I will commit myself to harnessing all my capabilities and doing my utmost to enhance the spirit of cooperation, cohesion, solidarity and progress in this organization," Paknejad said.

Yesterday, Tuesday, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) renewed the mandate of its Secretary-General, Haitham Al-Ghais, for another three years, during a virtual meeting held yesterday.

Al-Ghais took office in early August 2022, replacing Mohammed Barkindo of Nigeria, and OPEC decided to hold its next regular meeting on May 28, 2025.  link

Tishwash:  Kurdistan Region signs trade agreement with India

The Chamber of Commerce in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, signed an agreement on Thursday to enhance trade with India.

The head of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce, Gilan Haj Saeed, told Shafaq News Agency, "The relations of the Kurdistan Region with India are old, and we always hope for the development of these relations in all fields. India is one of the main countries importing oil to Iraq, and likewise Iraq is a major importer of Indian products."

Haj Saeed expressed his hope that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding today would be a good incentive to enhance the trade process between the two sides and to include all areas in a way that serves the common interests.

He also hoped that Indian companies would invest in the Kurdistan Region under the current investment law that provides great facilities to investors so that the foreign investor would be considered like the local investor with all privileges, pointing out that "the Kurdistan market needs investments in all fields." link

Iraq’s transition to digital payments will unlock a range of economic benefits and  I am told by my CBI contact that this is the precursor to the Project to Delete the Zeros...and the plan to end the currency auctions of using dollars to electronic transactions by the end of the 2024...in about 3 weeks...  We...look forward to the initiation of the Project to Delete the Zeros, if in fact the CBI does intend to reinstate the dinar back on FOREX... So I am going to say that the rumors out there with contractors are true at this point. I am definitely hearing that a number of contractors are negotiating rates on contracts in the low $3 range. This has me exceptionally excited.

Good News: Baghdad Selected ATO Capital for 2025; USD/IQD 1310 to $1.00

Good News: Baghdad has been Selected as the Arab Tourism Organization (ATO) Capital for 2025. This is a big deal for Iraq and could be the beginning of massive tourism income.

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to this achievement, adding: "These initiatives aim to enhance service standards and modernize the capital's infrastructure to a level that reflects its historical and cultural stature and that of Iraq as a whole."

The ATO, or the Arab Tourism Organization, was founded in 1954 in Cairo, Egypt. Its mission is to promote tourism in the Arab states and coordinate all efforts to draw up a unified Arab tourist policy.

The organization provides members with all possible services and assists them in acquiring professionalism by supplying them with relevant studies and information. It also removes obstacles to the expansion of tourism.

Member: Hello Mark and everyone

Member: Thursday already- weeks are flying…..anything good overnight Mark?

MZ: “ Nearly $300 million foreign sales at the Central Bank of Iraq auctions”  they are continuing the mad pace on auctions. Auctions are supposed to end this month

Member: They only have two weeks to shut it down…..hope they do …..then they almost have to RV at that point.

Member: I heard Dec 15th may be the  last auction…this is from MilitiaMan

MZ:  And that is just 3 days away.

MZ: There are roughly 140 ambassadors descending on Iraq this weekend. Let’s hope they are there for a reason. This weekend is positioned for some great possibilities.

MZ: They told us 2 weeks ago that the banking reforms were 95% complete and they expected it to be done within the next 2 weeks. So this may be an exciting weekend.

MZ: “Iraq is second in the Arab world and ninth in the world for possession of natural resources.” Wow- 9th in the world- yet there currency isn’t worth much?  Iraq can clearly support a substantial increase in the value of the dinar.

Member: When the RV happens and the rates change- will the rates continue to go up , or is that it?

MZ: I have been told repeatedly that rates will not fluctuate much at all. No more than 1-2%. So when people say they are going to hang on to the currency to ride the float-it may bite them in the butt. I was told there will be a small window to exchange and if not exchanged by then, those bills will no longer be accepted. I will be getting in and out at once. But you guys handle it any way you want.

Member: Q, What is the time frame of exchange?? Do we have 2 weeks or 30 days to exchange?? Thanks for sharing

Member: Mark always said 10 days to make appointments and 30 days or so to exchange.

Member: Getting wealth management mail solicitations from Chase & Vanguard…lol.

Member: I got a letter congratulating me on being in a millionaire’s club and wanting me to invest…..???? Where do they get this information from??

MZ: On the bond side –suddenly bond folks are getting all kinds of different dates. But the majority still think it will be this week or over the next 6-7-days. But a few outliers were told they won’t get funds until the first week in January.

MZ: But, one of them told me they were told it could go at any time. And they should be prepared to be onsite within 24 hours of notification.  Is the just a way to cloud the timing because they know there are intel leaks?  This may be a distraction. We know they need to confuse timing….it just sucks for us.

Member: I still think nothing happens until after the inauguration?

Member: Maybe private groups go soon and the public after the inauguration?? 

Member: To those getting discouraged and frustrated.. take a day or two and go do something outside. It will recharge you!

Fri. 13 Dec. 2024 Jentel: Iraq is doing RV in-country RV in Iraq right now. So many confirmations coming in that she can’t share. Antiquities are getting turned in now as well. She believes that bonds are moving now. We will see notifications Fri. 13 Dec, in the Gazette on Sat. 14 Dec. It’s just taking longer to complete things behind the scenes.

Walkingstick  [Iraqi bank friend Aki update] Aki wants us to know there are a lot of rumors...He  believes because of these rumors Sudani has something up his sleeve...The CBI is the boss of the currency of Iraq.  Sudani is the  owner of it.  He wants to make sure it's distributed properly...Sudani and the CBI can create an operational budget that does not  have to be approved by parliament, therefor superseding the needed laws for Sudani and the budget.  

Walkingstick  Politicians...that is the only reason we have not seen the new exchange rate yet...Parliament is trying to continually stop what Sudani has promised the citizens of Iraq.  Whether it be by the end of this year or the beginning of next year, that promise has to be met and kept...Sudani will arrest as many and all of these parliament politicians that have been going against...the citizens of Iraq.  He will not only arrest them but put their faces on television.  The citizens will know each and every one of them...

MZ: I have had many of my contacts let me know they cannot speak. A couple bond contacts told me the same thing after several meetings and phone calls they just had .

MZ: Today I had a contractor just do the same thing….which is very unusual. He did have a meeting about a new rate but cannot say anything. That made me feel good. I was waiting for that to happen. It doesn’t give me an idea on timing…but know it’s closer rather than further.

Member: silence really is golden!!

MZ: Some interesting stuff out of Iraq: ”Sayyid al Sadr issues statement on Iraqi borders “ He says they are strengthening their borders and keeping it to themselves. They want to make certain Iraq stays stable.

MZ: “Why are pallets of US dollars showing up in Damascus”? This is in Syria in a government building in Damascus after the fall of Assad. There was a video where it was being looted at the time. Pallets stamped from the Federal Reserve in New York.

Member: Where the heck is all this money coming from?

Member:  They were flying pallets of USD from Iraq to Iran. One of the pilots said that he had a knee high pallet of dinar
