Ariel (@Prolotario1): Showed the Iraqi Dinar to a Capital One Manager

I was showing a manager at Capital One the other day all the accounts on X some who I know have Iraqi Dinar. On how people want this to be a scam more than they want me or my followers to be right about holding it for an ROI.

And this manager already has multiple SKRs from investors he is ready to manage once the new exchange rate is released. I live in the real world. Where results are real-time. Face to face contact with banking offers or services to help compound on your capital.

Online opinions remain a virtual remnants of ideas confined to a digital space that has no bearing on organic human interactions with tangible applications. This is something detractors underestimate. IQD is not a stock. Buying it will not raise the price.

Meaning nobody is currently marking up rates on X who are not selling this currency to you but only giving you a heads up on what will happen once the CBI decides it is the right time to reinstate their currency at parity level with the US dollar. Which is designed to level the playing field for all countries.

Mnt Goat  As investors we all...should realize that there is a deal with China and Iraq on providing oil at a fixed price. This deal was brokered by the US Treasury and it included pre-selling some of the U.S. oil credits to China at a fixed price. But these are credits and these credits only materialize when we, as investors then exchange our dinar.  Yes, billions in oil credits...  I talked about these oil credits...when I described... how this RV would be paid for...

Frank26  Everything is in place for the monetary reform to be given to the Iraqi citizens.  The Prime Minister and Alaq are telling the citizens we are 95% done with the monetary reform.  We also know at the end of this year, December 31st, the auctions come to an end...It was the dollar that was keeping the Iraqi dinar stable.  What are you going to do when you don't have the auction?  When you cannot use the dollar anymore in your country?  ...You gave the dollar because the dollar had a very good exchange rate.  Now the dollar is taken away you need a very good exchange rate.  That is exactly what they are doing in my very strong opinion.  They're saying we're at 95%.  Where's the 5%?  IMO it's an awful lot of different things being requested by Donald Trump by Iraq...

Walkingstick  Back in 2003 the reason why the auctions were put in was to stabilize the exchange rate of the Iraq dinar but it didn't work because of the thievery and stealing.  So we gave them the US dollar in order to do this but once again it got out of control.  Now on December 31 of this year these auctions are going to die...What will they use to maintain their currency stability?  IMO exactly what they've been teaching them...A basket of foreign currencies with a new exchange rate where the IQD will be paired against other foreign currencies, which they have already admitted to that they have...It means their currency will now be convertible in that basket with no restrictions...What would be an example of all of this?  The new lower notes.

Frank26  Question "Will there be taxes?  37% on short term - 20% on long term?" Yeah, that's about right,  somewhere in that ball park.  Ask a professional because I certainly don't know the exact tax code... MZ: They are operating as if HCL was done. I am convinced it is done- just not officially announced yet.

MZ: “Sudani: The challenges of the 2025 budget will not hinder salaries . Is Ira on the brink of a financial crisis?”  these are the normal back and forth article they throw out there just before a value change.

Member: So I hear - Iraq approved it, but didn’t do it in time to be already in affect? So we have to wait till Sunday.

MZ: “With documents: Test of the draft amendment for the budget law.” The second reading is done and we are waiting on the third reading to have their budget.

MZ: The rumors in Iraq are along with that third reading they will announce the HCL.

Member: The third reading is the final reading.

MZ: We hear the third reading may be on Saturday.

Member: What is HCL?

MZ: Hydro Carbon Law. it’s the profit sharing between the Erbil region and Iraq. We were told when it is passed- the RV can occur. Within days of it passing the new rate should be out.

MZ: It may be time to start getting excited…We just need to manage our expectations

Member: is it true the budget was published in the Gazette yesterday?

MZ: it is absolutely not true. But I am told there is a good chance it could be published in this Saturdays Gazette. I heard that from a couple folks who believe that is going to be our “Go”. But it most likely will be next Wednesday.

Member: Iraq has never done anything on time…..lol

MZ: “Parliamentary finance is considering reviewing the price of oil in the 2025 budget” In the article they say they may be making a change on the price of a barrel of oil and the EXCHANGE RATE of the dollar.

Member: What will happen if Iraq doesn’t revalue its currency by December 10th .. anybody have any ideas?

Member: We will just continue to sit and wait like we have been doing for years….

Member: apparently the money auctions must end before rv.

Member: Dr. Kia Pruitt had Rod Steel on last night. Over 2 hours of intel from Rod.

Member: I still think we have to wait until after the inauguration on Jan 20th. So that fits.

MZ: We do not know exactly what the NDA will look like….or if we will even have one. I was told by my banking folks that they do not think we will have one unless we have Zim projects. Otherwise they don’t think we will have one.

Member: Mark has always said about 10 days to make appointments and 30 days or so to exchange.

Member: We are told Redeeming banks or redemption centers will have plenty of security. The best security we will have is to keep our mouths shut about our new wealth.

For those who have always been confused by the “So It Begins” Mr. Pool images with the multi colored mountain Ice caps.

Ripple, the company behind XRP, has partnerships with financial institutions globally. If South Korea’s situation leads to a need for more efficient cross-border payments, Ripple’s technology could see increased adoption.

Political instability or emergency measures like martial law can lead to increased market volatility. Investors might turn to cryptocurrencies like XRP as a hedge against uncertainty.

South Korea is known for being one of the more crypto-friendly countries. Any emergency economic measures might include or affect cryptocurrency regulations, potentially boosting XRP if Ripple’s efforts in regulatory compliance are seen favorably.

Many people do not understand. XRP is positioned as a bridge currency for cross-border payments, directly challenging traditional banking systems. Its rise could lead to significant shifts in how countries handle international trade and currency reserves.

Think about it. In general If there was a significant shift in the cryptocurrency market, especially with a major asset like XRP, leading to financial instability or a perceived threat to the national economy, a government usually considers drastic measures.

If South Korea is integrating blockchain technology like XRP into its financial system, such rapid changes could cause market instability, prompting drastic measures to maintain control. But ofcourse mainstream news will not tell you this. But the signs are there.

MZ: We did have some good news out of Iraqi parliament today. “Parliamentary Finance : Satisfaction and optimism with the rate of completion of the government program” They want you to know that they made great progress and have expectations for the budget to be voted on in the next few days.I am looking forward to seeing the news tomorrow morning.  

MZ: From insider news and other sources in Iraq- I have more confirmations that they are trying to having it done by Dec 10th and Victory Day. It made me feel really good to hear this from another source or two.

Member: Heard auctions would cease on 12/31. Then dinar would have a new rate

MZ: No new bond news today.

Member: Could it be the news coming out for the “RV” that the bonds are already laying in waiting for the signal and we all go together?? Just a thought

Member: MM's crew debunked those ridiculous notes - we are looking for 1's, 5's, etc if the dinar is worth more than the dollar

MZ: Yes we are looking for the 1’s and 5’s….but think the $250’s could act as a bridge for in between. This is just a first step…and as the dinar value goes way up- they will need 1’s and 5’s.

Member: And TNT says those smaller notes will be out shortly.

MZ: “Trump nominates Paul Atkins to lead securities and exchange commission”  What does this tell us?  A shift to crypto friendly policies. This is taking power away from the Federal Reserve.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Tuesday, December 3RD and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in again. Everybody, wherever you're located, all over the globe, as I know, our satellite team is getting the signal out pretty much around the world, and I'm very excited to be here tonight and to share very good information with you. Looking  forward to that.

 All right, let's get into the Intel portion of this call tonight.  You know, guys, I didn't want a call on Thanksgiving night last Thursday. And as it is, it's a good thing. We actually did get some information over the weekend. We didn't really miss anything, except we had heard that we would be going any day now, and that is still true.

There has been a comment that was put out that I found out about that said that Bruce doesn’t know what he's talking about when it comes to contracts or redemption centers. Well, let me tell you why I know what I know. We have the leaders that we talk to personally at five different redemption centers, so we're getting the straight scoop from redemption center leaders, and it's tightened up because they're under brand new NDAs as of last night and today.

 But when I tell you that there are over 6000 redemption centers in the United States, you can take it as fact there are, and that's what the 800 numbers will give you access to through the call centers that work the calls that are the ones we generate with the 800 number, and we'll end up getting transferred directly to that redemption center that corresponds closest to the zip code that we enter When we're calling the call center through the number, we're not going to be using banks. Some of the redemption centers are next to banks. Connected to Banks. Some are wealth management offices. Some are completely different.

But realize this, It has designed this way so that those who use the redemption centers would get the best rates, especially on dinar and quite possibly also on Dong and some of the other currencies.

So don't say are not happening and that the redemption centers not real. They're very real, and they're happening, and that's what we're going to be using. The other thing is, the contract rate is a real thing, and, no, we don't have to be under a contract to get the contract rate on a dinar. Do you think I'm going to tell you something about this that's not true ?, really?. Please

There is a contract rate. I know where it is - I'm not supposed to say what it is , so I won't, but I can tell you, it's way better than the front rates and the bank screen rate. It's way higher, and it's because President Trump wants to get the best we can possibly get on the dinar, so that we can go, go from there and do these projects.

So I had to just comment on that and say, Look, they are supposed to offer you the contract rate on dinar, if for some reason you don't feel you got that, ask about that. And then you don't have to have projects, to get the contract. Right. Okay, like let's say all you have is dinar and there's some people that have been a long time that they bought  dinar and quit

That's all they did. They didn't buy Dong, they didn't buy Zim. They didn't buy  rupiah -   they did not buy the bolivar from Venezuela. That's going to be, of course, Venezuelan Bolivar. So what I'm saying is they should be giving you and telling you that you can have the contract rate on dinar, even if you’re a zim holder don't leave it on the table, don't leave several million or billion dollars on the table. Go ahead and thank them for it. Take advantage of the contract rate

Now  what's really been interesting? I gotta get my calendar in my head right here. Today's the third we had information that was saying, let's see where did we get going to go with this?

Okay, what we've heard is that, like I said, a lot of the a lot of the redemption centers are no longer able to communicate. They have NDAs brand new non disclosure agreements that they've signed effective yesterday that limit who they can even talk to. There are some people that have had their numbers removed from their contact list. They're no longer able to talk to certain people that we talk to.

And what's interesting is we still managed to dig out some information,  you know, that's meaningful to us, and I'm going to try to concentrate and focus on something that I wanted to definitely bring up to You guys. The…… Okay, let me go this way.

What happened In Iraq, and we tend to go back to Iraq because they have been called the linchpin of this – of these exchanges. And so we go back talk about what's happened in Iraq? We know from our Iraqi sources that they have, they had a new rate that came out Sunday a couple of days a couple of days ago, and that they now have, in the entire country of Iraq, all the new lower denominations, like the five dinar notes – like our notes 10 - 20s, 50s and hundreds,  use to have coin that was 100 dinar.

 I had one of those. I don't know what I did with but the all these notes that we call lower denominations are out throughout Iraq and being utilized. In other words, they've had to change their prices to reflect  the lower  denomination values and realize the rate inside Iraq is a very good revalued rate right now.

Now it's supposed to go up. All rates are supposed to go up tomorrow, Wednesday, on screens in the centers and in the banks, but for right now in Iraq, and we heard this yesterday from one of our Iraqi sources, that President Trump called President sudani of Iraq, and congratulated him on the completion of the financial reform in Iraq.

And what do we mean by that? We're saying that the lower denominations, but the dinar in lower deeds is out in the banks, at the ATMs, in the airport, in shops and restaurants - all the way throughout the country.

Now what else did they do? Financial reforms included the old HCL, the hydrocarbon law, the oil and gas law, because citizens of Iraq are getting a percentage of the profits of oil exploration throughout Iraq.

And remember, for a long, long time, Kurdistan was to get X percentage. They wanted a little bit more, and then Baghdad wanted a little bit. And it went back and forth and back and forth, and they finally settled on the percentage.

My understanding is that now they're settling up and paying out citizens on the oil and gas law, the HCl hydrocarbon law,and they're paying in newly revalued dinar. So that's cool.

It's also interesting that they couldn't get  confirmation on this exactly, but I bet they are paying on pensions and military pay and contractors back pay that was due now. I believe they're setting up with that now. So this is a really good sign. I think the fact that it's happening now, and new rates are coming up on the screen  and we can come up on the screen tomorrow, Wednesday, on dinar Dong would be a lot of different currencies. That bodes well for us.

We had heard from, I think, four or five different sources, that tomorrow is definitely in play on the fourth and it might be notifications Wednesdays,  exchanges Wednesdays,  or it could be notifications, Wednesday exchanges, Thursday on Charlie Ward, Thursday. It could very well be,

I can't say it's going to be one way or another, but this is what we're hearing, how close we are right now. That's how close we are. I mean, why are all of these people under super serious brand new NDAs yesterday and today? If we're not that close, they would be, except we are that close, and

I'm excited, because the potential -- The cool thing is that we're looking forward to moving into this new direction. I've lost my train of thought temporarily, but I'm going to try to get it back and see if there's anything else I want to bring up tonight. I know you guys are ready for this to go.

We all are, and have been ready for quite a while, this is a time to sort of go through everything, make sure that you have your proof of, well, you're going to need some kind of ID, like a student ID, or a driver's license, a passport would be great with A driver's license and basically have everything that you need to get ready to go into center. And that typically means that you need to have your  utility bill or two to show us where you've been living, or where you live now? Am I trying to do? I'm trying to get intel. I have a perfectly good kitty cat once on my left. That's okay. That's okay. You can do that. Maybe this will help me focus.

But it's,  it's  the timing of this going now makes complete sense. You know, it's hard to say any of this makes sense in some ways, but we know that globally, this whole Global Currency Reset is happening? Is going on?

And don't be surprised if something else happens in our favor prior to the inauguration, prior to that, it's hard for me to say I get information that I can't put that out, but I feel good about that possibility. Very good about it.

This has been a tough one to try to bring everything that I've been thinking about rehearsing in my mind together for tonight's call. But I can tell you that we believe we are extremely close. Some of the people have told us, have given us the days, like I mentioned Wednesday with new rates coming up

And that the dinar is has been on the Forex has been on the ISX, it's being traded, and it’s being used as the currency of choice in the Middle East in about seven or eight countries. And it's very, very exciting to see that happening. Very exciting. I'm looking forward to it.

And those Med Beds are coming out. As soon as we started, they're available the wait until exchanges start, and then we'll be able to go by in other words, if you have somebody that you want to get in, if they're a Zim holder, especially if they have dire need, they move to the top of the list. And that's going to be very helpful for a lot of people.

We never know if this is the last call that we're going to do publicly on the big call. We never know today's Tuesday, we may or may not have a call Thursday, depending on what happens tomorrow and Thursday, we could, but it might be a celebration call.

We might have numbers, and we've been asked to put the numbers out if we get them live on call, and I'll be prepared to do that if we get them and have it all. So just a heads up on that.

We get our information from five different leaders and they are now under NDAs.

When you access the 800 number you will be transferred to a Redemption Center according to your zip code number.

Redemption Centers have the best rates, so be sure and exchange at a valid Redemption Center, not a bank.

You don’t have to have a Humanitarian Project to get the Contract Rate on the Dinar. Ask for the Contract Rate on the Dinar. It is much better than the front or back screen rates – way higher.

A lot of the Redemption Centers are no longer able to communicate. They had new NDA’s signed yesterday Mon. 2 Dec. and today Tues. 3 Dec. Some Redemption Centers have had their numbers removed.  

Iraq had a new rate on the Dinar last Sun. 1 Dec. 2024.

The entire country of Iraq is now functioning on the lower denoms. They are out and being utilized, with changed prices.

12/3/2024  Baghdad - WAA - Amina Al-Salami, 

the financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the financial situation in the country is currently governed by the Federal General Budget Law, while indicating that the budget is awaiting amendments that suit the government program.

Saleh told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The financial situation in the country is currently governed by the Federal General Budget Law No. 13 of 2023 in accordance with the Three-Year Budget Law (2023, 2024 and 2025)."

He added that "the legislation and approval of the federal general budget for the year 2025 has become a foregone conclusion as a law under the three-year budget and has been legally adopted," noting that "the three-year budget law was submitted and legislated for the year 2025 in accordance with the Three-Year Federal General Budget Law, which was issued in the Official Gazette in June 2023, and there is an amendment to the paragraphs related to the region's revenues and expenditures presented to the Council of Representatives to make amendments that suit the government program."   LINK

revealed a member Parliament Iraqi MP Ibtisam Al-Hilali announced today, Monday, Iraqi plans to activate foreign investments, meaning that Iraq By investing his surplus money in projects abroad.

Al-Hilali said in an interview with Sumaria News, "Thanks to the good diplomatic relations that the government of Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has established with neighboring countries and the world, economic relations have also improved," noting that "there are large internal and external investments."

She explained that "domestic investments serve the country by improving the environmental situation and infrastructure," indicating that "foreign investments have a financial and economic return for Iraq."

She stressed that "we had a meeting with the French embassy to activate foreign investments," indicating that "Iraq is a capable country."physically He can invest his money in foreign investments to benefit the public. Iraq and neighboring countries.”

Pimpy  Real Effective Exchange Rate - that is not the nominal exchange rate that we see.  The one we watch is called a nominal exchange rate.  We get 1307 dinar for every dollar...What is a Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER)? The weighted average of a county's currency in relation to an index or basket of other major currencies...It's making a comparison of goods sold.  They're trying to see if they are competitive against other countries.  It's not the same thing as a nominal exchange rate...an officially announced rate.  The Central Bank sets the exchange rate if it is fixed.  It doesn't set the exchange rate if it's floating, which is determined by supply and demand...One is dealing with good sold and the other is dealing with the actual exchange of one currency for the other.

MZ: I have a number of confirmations with people on the ground in Iraq that they are seeing some lower denominations in Iraq. They are seeing $500’s and $250’s . they have suddenly released a large number of them into the market. They are functionally pretty useless right now.

MZ: With the current pricing right now of the dinar, the $250 dinar note is worth about .19 cents US. The $500 note is worth about .38 cents US. Why would they suddenly release into circulation so many of these bills?   Why do you need a bunch of notes only worth .19 Cents?   You don’t .

MZ: Doesn’t it make a great bridge … a functional currency when the rate changes? Suddenly it RVs and a $250 notes goes from .19 cents to (lets say ) $25.00? that is a massive change in value.

MZ: I have some pretty excited folks from Iraq who say “this is it” and now all they have to do is release the even smaller notes which they already have. This $250 note being released should have you all excited.

MemberL The 250 is a bridge for when it revalues…awesome news.

MZ: Yes its  functional bridge for when they change the value.

Member: Project to delete the 3 zeros must be close with more 250 and 500 dinar notes being released.

MZ: Exactly. There is no reason to release those notes unless a revaluation was happening soon. And they expect it to be done on or before Victory Day .

Member: I think they have a $50 and %100 dinar note already printed.

MZ: They have a “cut sheet” in banks and stores showing these. These bills were printed in 2018 by DelaRue. They have been preparing for this for many years.

Member: don’t forget the coins or “fils” already minted and ready to go.

Member: Hey Mark. if the federal reserve goes away what is the effect on the currency (fiat dollar) does it go away also?

MZ: If Mr. C’s is correct on what will happen –The Federal Reserve will get folded into the US Treasury. It goes away. Then they will exchange USN’s 1 to 1 for the fiat dollar . You will have a limited time to do it. Before fiat money becomes wallpaper.  

Member: Is Fed Now a CBDC?

MZ: Fed now is not a Central Bank Digital Currency. It’s a platform for moving money. It uses ledger technologies.

Member: You think we definitely do this RV thing before 12/10, my birthday is 12-12 and would love to celebrate before that day

MZ: There is a lot pointing to over the next 7 days to be across the finish line and done. We hope that is accurate.

Member: Iraq has a holiday on the 10th…Victory Day.

MZ: “On the occasion of Victory Day . official working hours will be suspended in Iraq next Tuesday”  They are celebrating the removal of Isis from their land…..It would be a great day to celebrate.

MZ: We have had a number of reports from inside the Iraqi government saying they plan to have the value raised by Victory Day. I really hope its accurate guys. Victory Day is a week from today.

MZ: “The Central Bank signs a memorandum of understanding with the European Union and Germany to strengthen the financial markets in Iraq.” This is big and clearly shows Iraq is International.

MZ: “Minister of Finance affirms the governments keenness to implement reforms to ensure the stability of the national economy.” Don’t you just love these articles?

Member: My local currency exchange is still selling Dinar and Dong.

Member: Do you think Iraq needs to change their rate this year….or can they wait to rv until 2025?

MZ: Theoretically they could wait….but wont be able to go much longer as they have a budget to fund, projects to start and people to pay. They keep promising the people they are about to get a rate so I think it’s a pretty slim chance.

Member: Several government departments , schools and health centers in Sulaimani and Halabja provinces have gone on strike as the civil servants and security personnel went unpaid for 2 months in Kurdistan.

Member: Chella Smith on Charlies show mentioned bad militias in Iraq are holding up the RV.

MZ: I was told from officials in Iraq that this is not true and those factions are moving out across the Syrian border

Member: South Korea's President just declared they are under martial law.

MZ: Yes that happened overnight. They say they are going to rebuild their democracy.

Member: Vietnam stands on the brink of significant economic growth, leveraging its memberships in the WTO and ASEAN to enhance global trade relations.

The Iraqi Parliament began voting on Monday on a draft amendment to the Personal Status Law, after months of political, popular and legal debate over the paragraphs to be amended.

Earlier today, the House of Representatives held a regular session with an agenda that included voting on personal status laws, general amnesty, and returning properties to their owners, which are still a subject of political controversy.

Clare:  Al-Alaq to {Sabah}: Our critical position is very excellent

 Thanks to the well-studied and wise financial policies of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani's government, the country's monetary position has become very excellent, as described by the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, in a special interview with "Al-Sabah".

This position came to reassure citizens and confirm that there are no real fears of any economic crises occurring here or there. Al-Alaq said in a special interview with "Al-Sabah": "The monetary position in Iraq is (very excellent) at the present time in terms of controlling inflation and the high adequacy of foreign reserves, which enables the Central Bank to remain stable, defend the exchange rate, and achieve monetary stability, despite the circumstances surrounding the country and the region."

He explained that "the reserve covers our needs, and this is what distinguishes the Central Bank of Iraq compared to other central banks in the region," noting that "the Central Bank adopts an unconventional monetary policy that is not based only on achieving monetary stability."

Al-Alaq announced the Central Bank's success in implementing the transition plan for "foreign transfers, in line with international practices and standards, and that it is currently taking place smoothly and transparently - especially covering imports at the official exchange rate - which leads to general stability in prices."

Regarding the (Riyada) Bank, the Governor of the Central Bank said: "The (Riyada) Bank will be contributed by Iraqi banks and supported by the Central Bank itself in order to diversify the production base, reduce unemployment levels, and provide basic pillars for sustainable development with the support of specialized international organizations." Mnt Goat   ...I want to tell you the statistics of the monetary mass in Iraq is in dinars not US dollars. Thus, 100 trillion dinars or about not even a trillion US dollars. I also want to bring out that the CBI just told us the size of the Iraqi foreign exchange reserves exceeds by 140% the local currency issued...  in the USA...the equivalent of the 1 dinar is expected to come out as about $4 USD.

Militia Man  Everyone is very impressed with Iraq's prime minister and especially where they are today.  They're focus is financial inclusion, bringing the Iraqi world, to the world...They got new technologies ... electronic taxes and tariffs...they're breaking out with their stock exchange.  Their stock exchange has been on fire the last two year.  One thing after another supports that Iraq has moved and done...things we've never seen before.  It's powerful information...It's exciting times...
