Member: Am I the only one praying this is the last time we see Mark without the golden (RV Happened) shirt?!

Member: No matter who wins in the election tomorrow…do you still think they will release the RV?

MZ: None of my sources think that this is going to go wrong. They will be waiting for the announcement then RV things are all going to rip forward.

MZ: So much does seem to be waiting on the outcome of this election. But I continue to hear positive things.

 Member: The whole dadgum world is holding their breath right now, you can feel it...

Member: I always thought we wouldn’t go until after the election….so glad its almost over.

MZ: I would like to remind you that Iraq is moving forward with or without this election. They have paved the road and done their due diligence. I very much expect the announcement of Iraq and the WTO full membership ascension no later than sometime in December. We should have articles tomorrow to confirm that.

Member: I believe we will go before the public announcement. Iraq will force RV if they don't flip the switch

Member: Frank 26 basically said it will be done no later than the 9th

MZ: “The Arathmetic Arab dinar is a Arab tool for Arab economic integration”  Arab countries are pooling currencies to pa for things within the Arab nations. It appears they are working on a basket of currencies to standardize trade. This is part of a revaluation of those currencies and Iraq is part of that. .

MZ: On the bond side – its very quiet but, Here’s a fun article from Gold Telegraph with Judy Shelton. She is largely expected to be one of the top Treasury of Fed nominations. She said she wants the united States to be a leader if there is any gold backing of a currency. She is author of the book “Good as gold” and an advocate for sound money. This was posted yesterday…

MZ: “ Taxpayers cannot pay for the misconduct of banks- Swiss finance minister”  She is telling them the people of Switzerland will not be bailing anybody out.  

Member: I got an email from my credit union today saying they will be back open tomorrow but were “short staffed” and had to close today. Hmmmmm

Member: So we should expect our world to turn completely upside down tomorrow one way or another. I’m praying God rocks everyone’s world and rains His blessings down!

Clare:  Extension of the legislative term of the Iraqi parliament for an additional month to pass laws

11/4/2024

Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Mohammed Al-Khafaji, revealed on Monday that the current legislative session of the Council of Representatives ends on the 9th of this month, and that extending it for another month is subject to Article 58 of the Iraqi Constitution. 

He added in a statement to Shafaq News Agency that according to this article, the legislative term can be extended at the request of the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or 50 representatives, provided that the extension is approved by a vote of the majority of the members of the House.

Al-Khafaji explained that there is a trend to extend the legislative session from November 9 to December 9, in order to organize the work of Parliament and approve pending laws, as the past period witnessed repeated postponements in the Council’s sessions and the incomplete agenda.

Al-Khafaji pointed out that the extension will provide an additional opportunity for the government to submit the draft general budget law for 2025, which is supposed to be submitted before the end of this year. He stressed the importance of the government taking advantage of this time to avoid the delay that the budget witnessed this year.  LINK

Clare:  Al-Sudani directs to establish the concept of (Made in Iraq)

10/3/2024  Baghdad

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed to consolidate the concept of (Made in Iraq) in all industrial sectors.

Yesterday, Saturday, Al-Sudani inaugurated via video conference the Al-Mansour and Al-Mustaqbal factories, which specialize in pharmaceutical industries, as part of the government's program to support the localization of the pharmaceutical industry and raise self-sufficiency rates.

According to a statement received by "Al-Sabah", Al-Sudani announced "proceeding to develop and increase the production of local medicines to achieve drug security by working to localize the pharmaceutical industry and encourage the national product, and that contracts with local medicines have increased by three times, which represents a positive indicator."

He explained that "the increase in pharmaceutical production has made the government encourage, support and provide all the benefits required for the success of these projects, starting with the banking support and sovereign guarantees provided for these projects," stressing that "the registration of pharmaceutical companies is proceeding smoothly, and detailed and extensive instructions have been developed to facilitate the process of transferring technology to national factories and facilitating partnerships with specialized foreign companies and the private sector."

The Prime Minister pointed to "the importance of establishing the concept of (Made in Iraq) as it represents a national goal shared by all," indicating "the necessity of covering the needs of all chronic diseases before the middle of next year, in addition to cancer treatments, in cooperation with

Militia Man    They're not using the dinar today yet that we know of on the Forex.  But what they're saying is to my understanding is as of the 15th to 18th of October, they're getting ready to use domestic currency to support the exchange rate peg, domestic liquidity management.  I hope you guys understand that...because this is pretty powerful stuff coming from the CBI.

MarkZ   [via PDK]   From a source in the middle east:  Sudani has just stated that the “currency transition” should be completed by Victory Day. Victory day is December 10th. This means things will be going right away if it is to be “completed” by that time.

Credit Card Companies Drop BOMBSHELL On Interest Rates!

U.S. banks are taking defensive measures to secure their financial stability. The collapse of three regional banks and a series of rate hikes by the Federal Reserve have added to the uncertainty.

As a result, more lenders have tightened their lending standards, as revealed by the Federal Reserve's Senior Loan Officer Opinion Survey.

The tightening of lending standards, even before the full impact of the regional banking crisis, is likely to slow down the flow of credit to small businesses and households.

 Small businesses and marginal households, in particular, are sensitive to changes in the cost and availability of credit, given their limited financial resources and borrowing options.

Member: Good Monday Morning. Fingers crossed this is our week.

MZ: This is going to be a big week with most eyes on the election …. I am still hearing that things may kick off late on Tuesday or early on Wednesday on the RV front.

Meber: I am worried that several states say they will not have mail in ballot counted for several weeks? I wonder if this delays the RV?

MZ: I do not have any bond facilitators receive their 1% over the weekend. Huge expectations for right after the elections.

MZ: There is a lot of news out of Iraq: “Warnings of higher gold and dollar prices in Iraq” then another article saying the opposite. This is the same ping pong of articles that we saw in Kuwait before their revaluation. In the same day you will see many competing articles and Iraq is playing the game like they did in Kuwait…and what they did in China before their revaluation.

MZ: “The governor of the Central Bank of Iraq meets the employees of the Erbil branch”  This is like all the Fed. Reserve offices in the US meeting. This is a meeting between the Kurdish region and Baghdad region. This is part of HCL. I am very encouraged by the progress on that front. They will be on the same page for exchanges and digital banking.

MZ: “Deputy: Smuggling of oil derivatives has shrunk by 80% in Iraq”  This is also about the pending approval of the HCL.  It is also about securing the borders. I think it is huge. They are securing the financial borders in Iraq. I was always told this would occur right before the revaluation.

MZ: “Extension of the legislative term of the Iraqi Parliament for an additional month to approve laws” I think this is a big one. I very much believe they have extended Parliament for two reasons. The full adoption of the HCL and a revaluation of the dinar. That is what I believe.

MZ: So parliament extends its session for a month……This along with the comment from Sudani in Iraq that they would be done with the financial reforms by Victory day –which is December 10th. I am very excited about timing and seeing this article.

Member: Iraq's progress is as impressive as America's Founding in 1770s ...

MZ: “Iraq will not allow Iran to use its territories in targeting Israel” This may be important for the coming hours.

Member: Mark, could the dinar go first than a couple of hours later the dong and so on? That way the dinar went by itself.

Member: At this point anything could happen…..prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Member: BANK STORY –I went to my bank …..not branch I usually go to and I said to teller the new notes look cool don’t they he said yes they do …I said they are supposed to come out in NOV ….yes he said…..we talked about the notes for a min and I asked him if he has seen them physically he said no….. I asked if he knew when in Nov they come ….he started to act uncomfortable and said no

Member:  last night on fearless Floyd I found out that they are going to take 80% of all foreign currency leaving you with only 20%. has anyone heard this yet?

MZ: I have not heard that from a single one of my sources. Zero, Zilch None. It makes no sense And ZERO of my sources believe you will get a 1 to 1 rate on the zim….not a one. But best to be prepared wither way.

Member: Fearless Floyd was also saying he's 90% sure it will go today.

Member: Jeff Ram came on Floyd last night he has a whale that HAS LIQUID money in his account and accessible.

Member: we all need to remember there are so many sources of funds to be distributed and some many different sources of information feeding info out the info there should be some conflicting reports.

Member: is there a up to date on what currencies are in which basket or at least what is first basket?

Member: Old list:  1. US 2. UK 3. Kuwait 4. Canada 5. Mexico 6. Russia 7. China 8. Venezuela 9. Iranian Rial 10. IRAQ 11. Indonesia Rupiah 12. Malaysia 13. Vietnamese 14. Brazil 15. Saudi Arabia 16. MZ: The ones I feel absolutely concrete certain on are the dinar, dong, Indonesian rupiah going in the first basket…I feel confident the Zim will go because of humanitarian dollars…...the rest are a crap shoot. We will see.

Member: Praying the Bolivar end up being one of the ones to go for sure.

Member: Does the dinar still have a contract rate if we exchange at redemption centers?

MZ: Half my sources say yes….half my sources say no.   But most think it will still be a preferential rate at Redeeming banks. 

Member: plus other important things such as the redemption centers have trained people for this RV…plus delarue machines, security ect…..I would never walk into a teller at a bank for the street rate…

Member: If currencies go in baskets…how long will it take the other baskets to go.

MZ: I am told after the first basket…there will not be another and all the rest of the currencies will go individually as each one of the countries or nations  is prepared and ready.

Member: Just be prepared for civil unrest and maybe the power and water going out…fill your bathtubs

Member: water in bathtubs? some one help me understand this? bottled water isn't enough?!

​​Member: A bathtub full of clean water can be used for many things. A bucket full to flush the toilet, water for pets & cleaning, extra to boil for cooking etc.

Member: Would rather be prepared and not need it….then something bad happens and need it but don’t have it.

Member: Would be great month for RV with Thanksgiving coming up.

Member: I have a high expectations for good things to happen this week

CBI governor Alaq on television saying our foreign reserves at 140% above our current issued currency.   FRANK:  Based on those words, can you just imagine the potential of your next exchange rate?!

Militia Man  They're maintaining control of the general level of pricing, they're controlling inflation, reducing both in the management of monetary mass.  Reducing the monetary mass, what does that do?  If you take money out of the system, there's less of it...You have more value.  They're reducing the money supply.  Inflation rate was at 7.5% now it's down about half of that 3.8%.  If they reduced inflation by almost 50%, then wouldn't that likely be reasonable to presume that they reduce the monetary mass about the same amount?  It sure seems like it.

His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, visited the bank's branch in Erbil.

His Excellency the Governor inspected some departments in the branch building, where he was briefed on the progress of their work and the achievements of the branch.

His Excellency the Governor directed the need for cooperation and work on stimulating financial policies to advance the banking sector and the services provided by banks to citizens, in addition to making observations on the need to intensify efforts to enhance the capabilities of banking work.

His Excellency urged the branch employees to provide the best banking services to the residents of the geographical area supervised by the branch, directing the need to strengthen the supervisory and regulatory position of the Central Bank over banks operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Political |   06:12 - 03/11/2024 Mawazine News - Baghdad Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and Parliament Speaker Mahmoud al-Mashhadani stressed on Sunday the importance of cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities.

According to a statement by his office received by "Mawazine News", that "Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Sudani, met on Sunday, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani." Al-Sudani extended his congratulations to Al-Mashhadani on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the House of Representatives, stressing that "the achievement of this important constitutional entitlement enhances political and social stability, and consolidates the democratic choice of all political forces."

The Prime Minister stressed "the importance of cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, and integration in their work in order to complete the requirements of the government program, in a way that contributes to meeting the aspirations of our people in various fields."

Television is saying now the currency auctions were a mistake and the dinar should be link to a basket of currencies.  They say it's the best thing for our economy.  FRANK:  This monetary reform education is off the hook isn't it?!  They're telling them constantly.  It won't stop!

Nader From The Mid East  I read an article about the oil price ...Remember I told you the oil price is $70.  It's really wrong...The Chairman of the CBI comes out and says, hey, we need to change the price of oil from $70 to $40 because they know the oil can reach $50 or $60 on the prices.  In the budget if you put oil at $70, couple months from now you're losing especially when the war ends...Oil for sure going to go down.  The next step on the oil prices will be $40 in the budget.  That's very good because they know they're going to change the rate and they want oil price in the budget works with the rate.

Baghdad / NINA / The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed the date for approving the schedules of the Federal General Budget Law for the new year 2025.

Committee member, MP Moeen Al-Kazemi, stated in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /, that "the Council of Representatives will enter the legislative recess on the ninth of this month, and there is a trend to extend the work of the sessions for only one month, after which the schedules of the General Budget Law 2025 will be approved."

He added, "After settling the issue of electing the Speaker of Parliament, the conditions are now ready and favorable for approving the four laws: the draft amendment to the General Amnesty Law, the proposed Personal Status Law, the draft law on military service and retirement for the Mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and the draft law to return the properties covered by the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council to their owners."

He continued, "There is an expected ministerial change, and this places the parliamentary committees before an important and great responsibility to activate their role in following up on the work of the government. Toyvp:  Banking Association: Reducing inflation helped stabilize commodity prices

The Private Banks Association confirmed, on Saturday, that the government's success in reducing the inflation rate to 3.8% helped stabilize commodity prices.

The Executive Director of the Private Banks Association, Ali Tariq, said in a statement reported by the official news agency, and reviewed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the Private Banks Association and the Central Bank of Iraq held a symposium entitled (The Statistics Cycle in Formulating Monetary Policy)," indicating that "the use of statistical data and information is a methodology adopted by the Central Bank of Iraq, especially in the recent period in making decisions, whether at the level of monetary policy or decisions that affect the economy in general."

He added that "the aim of the symposium is to clarify economic, financial and banking data to the public by specialists; to view the data published on the website of the Central Bank of Iraq; to clarify progress and shortcomings related to the financial sector or monetary policy."

Tarek stressed that “one of the important indicators is related to the banking sector, the size of deposits, or the size of the monetary mass and the distribution of deposits between the government and private banking sectors, in addition to the impact of credit and loans on the gross domestic product,” explaining that “on the other hand, as economic indicators, the most important of which were inflation rates, which decreased significantly in the recent period to reach 3.8 percent,” noting
that “this is considered an excellent rate that maintains the stability of commodity prices, and thus the price increase is less for the citizen."

MZ: We have a couple bank-ish stories today

MZ: From a source in the middle east:  Sudani has just stated that the “currency transition” should be completed by Victory Day. Victory day is December 10th . This means things will be going right away if it is to be “completed” by that time.

MZ: We have a really fun bank story from someone that works at a bank. This is a banking employee and I cannot tell you which bank. They asked (outside of the bank) about Nesara.  The other persons eyes got really big and their jaw dropped. They said “How do you know anything about this?” The bank employee told what they know about Nesara and the other said….”We have been signing a lot of NDA’s in our preparation for this , all of the employees are under a gag order and cannot speak about it ……and we will be transitioning to a Wealth Management location .” They also made the comment that “the new money comes out in November. “  They have completed their training and have a new DelaRue machine.

MZ: I have great faith in this source. This is as much as I can share without getting somebody in serious trouble. So will leave it right there.

MZ: I think we are going to have one heck of a Thanksgiving to give Thanks for this year.

Member: Any other news on Nesara?

 MZ: I believe Nesara was signed into law 1n 1999 . It was in the congressional record. Many folks here actually saw it on government sites before they scrubbed it and hid the information. I regret not having printed it when it was on the government sites.

Member: I can't get any information from my bank untill 9:00 am Monday .It says systems are shut down untill then

1995 Bank Story by Matt at CBD Gurus:

Matt: At the time I was a Limo Driver and would pick up people at hotels and the airport in Minneapolis. There were a lot of businesses and conventions in Minneapolis along with a lot of financial places there. Offices of the Federal Reserve is still there.

One day in front of the Hyatt I picked up a guy with no luggage or computer or anything (Which was unusual) …..It was a 20 minute drive to the airport and as we drove we got talking and I asked him “What do you do?  He said he meets with all the financial guys in Minneapolis .

He continued. “I work with a division of the government …we are going to be changing things around at financial institutions, and dealing with the power of money around the world….the structure. I met with Wells Fargo and a couple more at the Federal Reserve here. I was just in town doing a couple days of business. ( I do not know if he worked for the Treasury or another branch of the Government)

I asked him what he meant by changing the structure of money and this and that? He started talking about empires and changes like the British empire, the Dutch Empire, the Roman Empire ect…(I just listened and kept driving- I did not know anything about this stuff back then)

I asked him where is the financial power going to then – if you changing things?  “just call it “Asia” he said. “  Things will be all right- just different. I asked him where do we fit in the whole thing? He said “We aren’t running the show anymore after this” It’s somebody else’s turn. We have to get ready for it.

Now this was in 1995….I asked him “When is this all going to happen?” He said “We are planning it for 2024, but I think we can move it up to 2023” 

Later on I find out what he was talking about when he said the money and power was going to change. He was talking about the RV….That is what he was talking about. And the time is now. We don’t know the exact date and hour…but it’s going to happen.

MZ: Some of the biggest financial meetings in the world go on at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve.

MZ: In Iraq: “The Iraqi Parliament recommends changing out 5 ministers in Sudani’s government” They say these 5 are slowing down the reforms and they want to finish them quickly and completely. So they want to change out these 5 cabinet members and move forward quickly with reforms

MZ: Many folks are expecting these votes this weekend.

MZ: “ Parliamentary Finance calls on the government to control non-oil revenues”  Non oil revenues are a very important part of the reforms.

MZ: “ Deputy: The first start of the phase  of the project to develop Iraq’s border crossings with neighboring countries”  People will be going back and forth for pilgrimages, tourism, shopping  sprees to and from Iraq. Trucks laden with goods will go through there. Iraq is becoming a very modern hub for the area.

MZ: “Distribution for Iraq’s retirees salaries tomorrow-Sunday” they will be paid for the month ahead.  They do have a holiday coming up and wanted to pay ahead of time. What could be another reason to pay them ahead of time? The revaluation of the dinar to lift up the Iraqi people? That’s what I was thinking.

Member: Wow three day holiday in Iraq .. hummm where have you heard that before?

Member: Do you still think all currencies will go at the same time?

MZ: I do , but hope everyone is diversified and is not keeping all their eggs in one basket. If one currency happens to go ahead of time……well you would be prepared.

Member: How about the Venezuelan Bolivar?

MZ: Do the math: Venezuela has the largest oil reserves in the world. They have some of the largest gold reserves in the world. They have some of the largest rare earth minerals deposits in the world. And, the lowest currency in the world. It’s going to be worth something somewhere someday.

Member: Mark, any word from your Bond contact that never checked back in? NDA confirmed…?

MZ: No news since last night

I got some wonderful news, and I have spoken to paymasters and bank officials. The green light has been given. We are just about to cross the finish line. 

Our friend Charlie Ward has always said nothing will happen till after the election. He was dead on, and has never moved from that opinion, and he was absolutely right.  

The codes have been locked in, authority has been given, and by next week we will be celebrating. We have million percent assurance it is now all coming through.

The main leaders from all countries (Mauricio may have been included on that), have been called to receive their blessing.  

I have spoken to the leaders of the platforms, and they are in the same intel as myself, and also been told same. The Precatorias should be released by Tuesday or Wednesday for people who are in that platform.

Each platform is different. When these people see their money, they then have to release that money to the members (I am not talking about currency, I am talking about bondholders).  They will decide when they can release it, because it is not as easy as pressing a green. They must do all by the book, get it all ready, get all the sub-leaders together to release the money to their people. All has to be done to be timed correctly.

They have till the 10th of November to RELEASE ALL OF IT – ALL HAS TO BE RELEASED!!!  This has been Verified and vetted.  

I know we have been going through “it is coming and it is coming tomorrow “but in speaking to the general paymasters (not the ones in South America) they have assured me that all is now coming.

I had the privilege of being on a private call for a private contractor, and the amount of money is a huge amount of money to come through to be used for humanitarian purposes.

Now for the currencies, I know everyone has been waiting for their currency notification that should come in with the Grace of God, after the election results on Tuesday 5 Nov.

Walkingstick  [Iraqi Bank Manager Friend Aki Update]  They are about to open many hundreds of ATM exchange enters outside of Iraqi borders.  We call them currency exchange centers.  Aki owns 90 of these centers.  It is not him by himself.  Aki is part of a conglomerate.  His business partners, there's 18 of them, they own 90 of these 'currency exchange centers' around the world.  The exchange centers are under the control of the GOI and CBI.  They both control the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar.

Walkingstick   It would behoove them to now put the pictures and the explanations of the lower denoms on the bulletin boards at these currency exchange centers.  Aki owns 90 of these exchange centers with his conglomerate.  You know why?  Because it's all about the money.  They don't get involved in politics.  They don't care about parliament.  They don't care about any delays.  It's only about the bottom line.

MZ: “Iraq signs gas field development contract “ This is important . Under Saadam Hussein they burned off the natural gas. Today they signed 14 contracts expected to add 850 million cubic feet of gas per day. This is going straight to the Iraqi coffers. They can afford a revaluation of their currency.  This is a country on the precipice of greatness.

Member: What do you think the rate is going to be Mark.

MZ: Just a guess….But, I think it could be $3.91.

MZ: No CMKX updates …but I have been searching for one.

Member: Silence is golden?

MZ: I think it is.

Member: doesn’t it make sense that maybe the Iraqi dinar goes by itself as a test and then the rest of the currencies follow?

Thank you, Bob for that segment. I love hearing about circulation mat and everything that it can do, and I think everybody enjoys that. And I wouldn't be surprised if you get quite a few phone calls about it tomorrow.

Let's talk about Intel and where we stand right now – This is a great time, and I'm doing the best I can to bring you the latest and newest version of what it is we're looking for. And so it's always exciting when I get something new, and when I want to be able to bring that to you, it excites me, and hopefully it excites you as well. 

Let's just start with a few things we've heard about NESARA and GESARA. And the latest thing we've heard about NESARA and GESARA is that both will start this weekend. Now, will they be announced this weekend? Friday, Saturday or Sunday? It's quite possible we do get some form of announcement we're supposed to start over the weekend, alright - that sounds good –

We are supposed to have tomorrow the introduction of the USN and Sue was referring earlier to Terry, who was keeping up with the UN operational rates and the UN operational rate page, which has been down for a while, but it normally, traditionally comes up on the first day of the month, which would be tomorrow, and brings them the latest rates that are used for the IMF  and UN  and it gives us currency rates for a number of major countries around the world.

 Now it also happens on the first and the 15th of the month. The first is tomorrow  the 15th . Would be two weeks from tomorrow, Friday the 15th, but it is possible, because of what we're looking for, which is a new international rate on the dinar, which is out - we've heard -  it is out and being traded in the Middle East already, but it may be that until we're ready to go, meaning until our notifications come out, it might not appear for two to three days later than tomorrow - you tomorrow, instead of Friday, the first - it could be, you know, the third, fourth, fifth, whatever.

It might not make it on the screens tomorrow. And it used to be that you needed a subscription of some kind to even see that UN operational rate page - it didn't used to be before in the old days, you know, eight and 10 years ago, but more recently, you would have to have a subscription to even get and bring up the UN operational rates. Now. Thank you for tracking that for us Terry  -  so we'll see where that goes.

The other thing is like that the Forex used to be something that was pretty east to pull up and you could see, and you could get an idea of what currencies are trading  -at what values and what volume and so on.

But now you have to have a subscription to it, and unless you're in the business of trading currencies and so on - or one of banks you generally don't have access to the Forex, and even our banks usually don't have it, but they've been trading this going on, and they have rates on the bank screens, and we have them on the redemption center screens that are separate, but they also have those rates as well.

All right. So this is where we believe we are right now. We know that the banks are to receive three distinct emails from Treasury, from Wells Fargo and another sending source, and we know they've received one now these are the bankers that are heads of the of the redemption center, or heads of the banks, both have received their first email  - one yesterday, and the other redemption center, for example, received theirs at 10am this morning.

They are supposed to receive one more of the three emails, email number two this afternoon, we did not get confirmation that occurred -  that would be, theoretically, that would be coming from Treasury. The third one, which should occur sometime tomorrow, should be received - That one should be from Wells Fargo.

So these three emails that are coming in to the bank now, this is to the banks and well also to the redemption centers, are in play right now. They're in process. Number one has happened. Number two should have happened, but I don't have confirmation of it, and number three is supposed to happen tomorrow.

Now, redemption center staffs were on call yesterday and did not go in – today they were all to go in, fully staffed, and my understanding was two of the staff members were in, and one was on standby to come in.

Now we did not get rates today. It wouldn't surprise me if they came in, maybe they had a call, conference call, and maybe they just went home.

I believe that where we stand now with bond holders is bond holders still do not have access to the funds in their respective accounts. They, in a sense, have been paid in the sense that the funds from the transactions of the bonds should be in their accounts. Some of them can see how much they have in their account, but none of them have access to it and can spend that those monies yet, they also are looking for emails to come out, and this is the plan that I've heard today.

They are to receive those emails on the on Saturday or Sunday, and maybe Saturday and Sunday, which would be the weekend that would tell them when they would have access to those funds. It may not give them immediate access, but it will tell them when they would be able to access those funds.

Now to us in tier four, A and B, we're looking forward to receiving our emails, which would have the toll free number in it to call to set our appointments to go in for our exchanges, right --  to the redemption centers, not to the banks, but to the redemption centers. And so we're looking to receive those. The latest I've heard is Sunday or Monday, in which case we might be able to exchange or Wednesday.

So let's back this up. Tuesday is election day, the fifth of November. Wednesday is the sixth. It could be that we get our emails prior to the election and then we win for our redemption. I don't believe it would be on Election Day. --  Personally, I think it would be on Wednesday, the 6th  

So that is sort of yet to be determined. I mean, more information is going to come to me in the early afternoon tomorrow, that doesn’t  help us for tonight, and we're going to get other information from a very high up source on Saturday around lunchtime, that doesn't help us for tonight either.

So let's back this up. Tuesday is election day, the fifth of November. Wednesday is the sixth. It could be that we get our emails prior to the election and then we win for our redemption. I don't believe it would be on Election Day. Personally, I think it would be on Wednesday the 6th .

So I would say early voting is supposed to end sometime tomorrow, probably at five or six o'clock in the evening tomorrow. So go ahead, if you can early vote, and if not, plan on being at your polling place on Tuesday, November, and we'll see what happens, and we'll track that, and we will plan on having on Tuesday. That could be really interesting, wouldn't it?

Let's see if we have a call, we're planning to do it at this point, we'll keep you informed. You know, when we when we're on the call about that and the way the elections go anyway, we'll probably be getting information late into the night Tuesday. So maybe we'll not have a very long call.

Maybe we'll have numbers, and I've been told, if we have that, they do want me to put those out on a live call. If we get them, and we get them in time to put it out on Tuesday or Thursday call, I would do that. I'd be prepared to put that out. So maybe that's the case. I would hope.

So I would hope we would get it before that. Now I don't know what is. What tomorrow is going to bring, other than the start of the US and our currency, and that's the designation states note us and or us new meaning the new dollar could very well be something that we're able to talk about, or maybe we see it, and maybe the UN operational rates reflect the USN.

Personally, don't think that the dinar will show up on the UN operational rate. I think they'll wait we're ready to start before that shows up for us, at least for us to see. So there's still some unanswered questions. Does this happen for us prior to the election on the fifth, or do we get the numbers prior appointments for exchanges to begin on Wednesday the sixth? You know, there are a lot of questions.

We're getting more and more puzzle pieces every day, and some of the pieces are beginning to fit, and some of them are still on the side, looking for other pieces to fit into. It's been a real challenge with the information that's come in, yesterday, today, and what we expect to hear this few days. But I would say this is a great time for us to be part of this and to look forward to all of this.

That's really everything. I think I can share with you guys tonight. Fortunately, I have my phone and I can be so I'm not going to misplace it tonight.

Okay, and I want everybody to have a great weekend. Be kind of halfway through your emails. I don't know how soon they're going to hit you guys told Sunday, so let's see if that's when they happen. I'd love to have them before the fifth. I love to have to know that we're going to start Wednesday. I don't know about Tuesday. Tuesdays in play. I just don't know if they'll do that on election day. I don't know.

They just thank you guys for allowing us to get this information out. Let's see what this is going to be interesting weekend and week coming up.

The volume of currency issued in circulation is approaching 100 trillion dinars.

▪︎ Foreign exchange reserves exceed $100 billion
▪︎ Next year they witness major transformations in the restructuring of government and private banks.
▪︎ The growth rate of the money supply rose from 46 trillion to 100 trillion in two years.
▪︎ External debt does not exceed 20 billion dollars
▪︎ The current inflation rate is 3.8%, which is a typical rate.
▪︎ They have granted licenses to 16 electronic payment companies.

Possible Timeline For New Exchange Rate

End 2024: The Cancellation of currency auctions, which could open the door to a new, stabilized rate.

Early 2025: Potential introduction of a new exchange rate or redenomination, likely with lower denominations in January.

2025 and Beyond: Continued modernization and integration of the Iraqi banking sector, leading to enhanced stability and economic growth, which supports a stronger dinar.

Currency Auctions: The move to phase out currency auctions by the end of 2024 is part of their effort to stabilize the dinar and eliminate rate distortions caused by reliance on auction-based exchange mechanisms. This shift allows them to move toward a direct foreign exchange mechanism, leading to a more controlled, market-based exchange rate that better reflects the true value of the dinar in international markets.

Electronic Payments Infrastructure: The licensing of 16 new electronic payment companies is another critical step in our financial modernization strategy. These companies will play a pivotal role in increasing electronic payment adoption, facilitating both local and international transactions, and bringing Iraq’s banking infrastructure in line with global standards. This adoption is expected to improve financial inclusion and reduce reliance on cash transactions, indirectly supporting a more stable dinar.

New Lower Denominations: Plans to introduce lower denominations, potentially in early 2025, are aligned with the anticipated redenomination strategy. This initiative signals a long-term commitment to strengthening the dinar is said to contribute to easier everyday transactions, reducing inflationary pressure from currency volume in circulation and aligning Iraq’s monetary system with the broader regional and global financial ecosystem.

Iraq’s recent announcement on allowing “Category A” licenses for banks to function as exchange companies is a significant step toward economic growth and stability. With this license, banks can now offer extensive currency exchange services, enabling seamless and large-scale transactions for both individual customers and businesses. No more middle men.

Banks with a Category A license can buy and sell major currencies in high volumes. This isn’t just limited to small exchanges for travel but includes substantial transactions for international business and investment, meaning Iraqi banks can now better support large foreign currency needs. This is important to our investment.

• XRP & XLM became official currencies.
• The 2025 budget was approved.
• They are supposed to select a new parliament speaker today.
• The Dinar is recovering locally. Which is purchasing power.
• The Oil & Gas Sectors signed more contracts.
• The Trade Bank of Iraq is opening new branches.
• The Mosul International Airport was built with international specifications and is 86% complete. (Amazing)

• Resolution of Legislative Stalemate: The speaker’s position had been vacant since November 2023, leading to a legislative impasse. Al-Mashhadani’s election ends this nearly year-long vacuum, enabling the parliament to resume its full legislative functions.

• Facilitation of Critical Legislation: With a functioning parliament, there is renewed potential to address and pass critical laws that have been delayed, such as the Federal Oil and Gas Law. MZ: unfortunately we blew through Oct without it…..but Nov. sure looks good.

Member: What makes November different from October?

MZ: New cabinet positions in Iraq plus bond money movement and much more

Member: Plus the US elections will be done….so maybe Iraq will feel confident pulling the trigger when they know what administration they will be working with.

​​Member: I believe Al Sudani promised his people the rate would change in 2024

MZ: Sudani said they would end the auctions in 2024 and implied they would increase the purchasing power of the dinar as well….

Member: I hear when the auctions stop- we have our RV

MZ: Exactly.

MZ: In Iraq- It is official. There is a new speaker in Parliament today

MZ: Also in Iraq:  “Sudanese arrives in Turkey on unannounced visit”  To me this one is important. To me this means we are seeing serious progress in the HCL. (Hydro carbon Law) This is a pipeline to Turkey and part of the “Development Road Project” The new future to avoid the Suez canal is to go by land with a land bridge with transfer trucks and going by railroad.  

MZ: This will take them through Iraq, Through Turkey to their ports. There is a large portion of oil sales from Iraq will be going out through a pipeline through Turkey. Most of the oil from the Kurdish region of Iraq already goes through Turkey…So this is an important step for the HCL.

MZ: “ In cooperation with a foreign consultant-Parliamentary Committee announces the attempt to amend the law of the Ministry of Oil” This is more on the HCL

MZ: “Oil products distribute 300,000 fuel card in Kirkuk” I do know that the fuel cards and new system are part of the HCL. Think of it like a government assistance. They set aside a certain portion of oil proceeds for the citizens….They give back to the people. It’s not a handout- but a cut of the oil production.  

Member: I believe Kuwait also gives a portion of oil profits to their citizens

Member: Doesn't Alaska provide its citizens a portion of oil proceeds?

Member: Yes, Alaska residents receive a payout from oil royalties in the form of the annual Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD)

Member: It’s like what the American Indians do with their casino revenue. They share it with their tribe.

MZ: “Economic Reforms in the era of the Sudanese- How have fiscal policies changed in two years” This is a fantastic read for all you folks who think everything is the same and its another Groundhog day.

Member: Will Non Iraqi citizens be able to redeem IQD for increase after revaluation without committing it to direct Iraqi investment?

MZ: Absolutely.  

MZ: On the bond side: Same story and same positivity ….. But I do not think we will see a bond holder with funds until early next week. But, if we see a facilitator with money before that  (which is highly possible) this weekend- we will know it is party time.

Member: Is it possible we could get our notifications before bond holders get their Money

MZ: Absolutely. My guess they start getting paid the same time we get notices to make appointments. It would be too hard to keep things quiet any other way.

Member: A shotgun start makes sense

Members: Others say we get notified anytime after Nov. 6th.

MZ: That is pretty much what the upper echelon in banking are saying now. .

Member: We have been on edge for such a long time waiting for the RV to happen, imagine being a bond holder, seeing your funds on a screen but not having access?

Member: Jeff Rahm last night said we would get 39-50 million for zim but 80% of that would be kept for projects. the 29% we get will be paid out over time.

Member: I always thought Zim might be paid in installments……Im ok with that as long as we get the full amount for the other currencies.

​​Member: When the RV happens will we be exchanging our Dinar for the old fiat dollars then to new currency or will it go straight from Dinar to new currency?
