Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. it is Tuesday, October 8th  and you’re  listening to the big call.

Thanks for tuning in. Everybody again, as always -Tuesday and Thursday nights, we welcome everyone all over the globe. The satellite team is doing their best to get the signal out to as many countries as they can and as many people as they can, and we welcome all of big call universe tonight - Tonight, Sue and I will be doing the call without Bob. Bob has evacuated his area south Florida, and he is exhausted really from the drive he had to make to get to where he was going. So I asked him to rest tonight and not really push it to come on the call. So we'll cover for him tonight, Sue, and I will do the call - It'll be a shorter call than normal, that's for sure. All right, so that being said, let's go ahead and pray the call in

All right, let's move into the Intel segment  - Lets go into where we stand – We did get an update on where we are and where we are from last Thursday, when we last had our call. But what's important to get out to you guys is this ….  Okay -  First of all, let's talk about Monday. Monday is  Columbus Day - I know they renamed it something else. I don't remember what it's called right now, we think the banks, for the most part, are closed - now, is this  of so called three day weekend. Well, yeah, maybe however, redemption centers can be made open on Monday. Not a problem, they may very well be open for us –

I’m mentioning that because the let's go into this first -- this morning, at 6:30 am we were advised by one of our military sources that GESARA  - G E S A R A  -- which is the international scope – started this morning -  It was activated this morning. Now that's an international scenario, NESARA for us, that begins with N E S A R A -- 

 NESARA deals  with the United States – okay  and we heard that NESARA  will be activated on Sunday or implemented beginning Sunday - the 13th of this month of October.

 Now, will we see anything on Sunday? I personally think we'll have to wait Monday or  Tuesday to get  any information or announcements that we know are contained in the NESARA  - I wanted  to get that out to you first,

GESARA - begin, began this morning at 6:30am Eastern, and that's global. And  NESARA is our national economic strategic recovery act is for the United States, and that begins on Sunday.

Now, what is included in NE SARA  are things like knowledge about our new asset backed currency, the USN, and also information that we should contain – maybe not on day one or day two – but it should contain information about the change in our tax system – no more fed or state tax -  from our federal  - and we know we're getting back taxes that we paid throughout our adult life,  from age whatever, 16, whenever we started, we should be getting all back as part of our RNR payment, restitution and reclamation allowance that is supposed to be coming back in that

We're also supposed to have  - as you guys know - interest that we paid on credit cards, on bank loans, on mortgages, on anything that were run through the banks, that is part as included in Your R & R  along with the training that they did on our birth certificates, death certificates, on spouses and parents also, also divorce decrees. And what else did I forget?

One marriage license, divorce decrees? Yeah, marriage licenses, right. When you got married, instruments that they use, besides our certificates and so on. So a lot of that ends up being  something that we will get back. It was a trade of us as property, and we will get those funds. ‘

Now, for those of us who are exchanging at the redemption centers, which is everyone that hears my voice, you will set appointment, and that would be put into your quantum account, and should be in there already, so that you can have access to that and lose those funds if you want into your primary or secondary wealth account. And I say Wells  because all the redemption centers,  in North America,  in the United States.

Not necessarily, Canada, and not necessarily Mexico in Canada. But Canada being  watched over by, HSBC, as the primary bank have also center bank. Those two banks for Canada. And then

the redemption centers North America in in the United States, not necessarily Canada, and not necessarily Mexico in Canada, but HSBC as the primary bank, but also social bank, those two banks for Canada and then Latin America is being.  the redemption centers North America in in the United States, not necessarily Canada, and not necessarily Mexico in Canada, but HSBC as the primary bank, but also social bank, those two banks for Canada and then in Mexico and Latin America is being overseen by Banco Santander Santander Bank

Santander Santander Bay, right? So those, those three, the rest of the world, I can only say HS is still the lead international day. There may be some other other banks too that are really the major biggest bank, the one type banks in other countries. Okay, so pay attention to that.

Now, as far as our timing for this, okay, we  know that people are telling us   essentially it's coming from three separate sources today. Two of them are saying we could get notified anytime between Friday - they're considering that the weekend and Monday, the 14th. So the weekend, Friday to the 14th, which is Monday.

One source is indicating that we could get by any time from tomorrow, which is the ninth through the 14th, which is Monday. So the night through the 14th,which is Monday  - yes today, that's right,

I think a little premature, suggests that tomorrow would be in play for 800 numbers. I personally think the most likely scenario, it could come out Friday or Saturday. Yes, it could, but if we don't get it by Saturday, my gut is that it'll come in Sunday night late and wake up to it Monday, and then call – set appointments - and maybe, depending on the time that we get the numbers, the 800 numbers in our emails from Wells Fargo and we set our appointment, and then if it's early – we go that day -, because not If it's later, like two o'clock in the afternoon or so, I think that we get our numbers  I heard starting on Tuesday, that's my my opinion – that’s my projection on it  that you know we could, I could be wrong.

I hope I'm wrong and we get it sooner. I think they are watching to see what happens with the hurricane, I think they are watching to see what happens when you have provisions some of the areas that have already been hit by Hurricane Helene that they have temporary structures that can do some exchanges as well in place. And so they may not be the same permanent buildings that they were going to use.

They've already worked that out. Now, if this thing, the hurricane, goes through and does a fair amount of damage, then I'm thinking they may postpone it, but they may just want to catch back on changes as soon as redemption centers are looking to Get notified, when they notified, even as early as tomorrow, that they would have available funds in the email, how much they have total in their account, how much availability of those funds they would receive access Three things, what's their total amount that should be in their account, how much, how much they would have access to day one, and then what day they would actually be able to access their account? And those emails could come out anytime.

Could be they might not get access till next week, so we don't know until here we are on a Tuesday. It looks to me like we would have a call on Thursday night.   

At this point, that's what it looks like.  plan for that. And other than that, I say I that's pretty much everything I wanted to bring out tonight, everything I wanted to say,

I believe that the information is reliable. And reason why time for the weekend through 14 is the fact that Sunday, we've got Nasara activated, implemented on Sunday don't have a time. Might be after the 4x comes back up five o'clock Eastern don't know that, but when just are already implemented this morning, at 630 in the morning and got Nasara to be implemented, I think we're off to the races, I really do.

And I think that gives us enough time through the end of the month or Reduction Centers to get most everybody in there. Of course, they want the zoom in their immediate Amen thing.

They want it quickly and all that good stuff.

We don't talk about med beds a whole lot, but I did. I did hear that med beds should be available, especially for zim holders, take care of the white labels that could be

They want to know that you want to be around long enough to see your projects through the completion. So there is a little bit of advantage if you're a Zim holder, in terms of getting into the Mend bag quickly. I'm talking 5% After getting start, so I'm excited about that tonight. Member…..With all the bad going on everywhere is the world….we could sure use some good news.

MZ:  “Parliamentary Finance : These are the reasons for the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar”  There have been fluctuations going on right now. The Central Bank is saying “It’s not us” They have a pegged exchange rate and the inconsistencies are because of smugglers and unscrupulous business people in some unlicensed exchange offices.

MZ: The reality is that this is going to exist until the value of the dinar is the same or more that the rate of the US dollar. And they know it at the Central Bank. They know this problem will instantly go away the moment they get a rate change.

Member: Then why don’t they do something??????  

MZ: I think the Central bank is letting us know how close they are to the REER. (Real Effective Exchange Rate)

Member: Iraq is like a baby.. it arrives in it's own time!!

MZ: “The value of loans and advances to Iraq banks increased to more than 61 trillion dinars”  What does this mean? This is what we thought we would see as their economy kicks into a life of its own. There is a lot of progress in Iraq right now.

MZ: “Iraq oil prices are rising. Basra crude touches $78”  

MZ:  There is a lot of conversation going on right now about a real effective exchange rate. A meaningful rate change….The value of the dinar is very important and oil prices can and will affect it. They are looking for a oil price above $70 a barrel  for stability but would love it above $80..

MZ: If you follow most of their math on the REER ….The worst case scenario or bare minimum it could possibly be is.76 cents..….. What we are expecting is in the high $3 range or low $4 range which makes the most economic sense. I am still being told to expect higher than that.

Member: 76 would be in country if anything-imo. We’ll have a REER added.

Member: Have you heard from any Bond holders yet?

MZ: No banker or bond news yet this morning. It’s been very dry and very silent.

Member: Ok there is a lot of chatter about VND and others....my question is are they going to all RV at the same time or does anyone know

Member: IMO If Iraq goes first and alone – the others will follow shortly after…….

MZ: I have not seen anything on the dong recently. My bank people are still telling me its fluctuating from $2.16 to over $3 on screens. They say to not put too much faith in those yet as it is probably just a testing of the system.

Member: We may need a show on how to diversify and protect our exchanges  if we get paid Fiat?

Member: Iraq has completed WTO requirements according to articles

Member: What did the Kuwaiti dinar go for when they RV’d?

MZ: I believe it was about $3+ and fluctuating….It went up to about $9.88 within days on that crazy float…..Then it came down to the $4’s and settled in the mid $3’s where is has pretty much stayed for more than 20 years….. …It was not pegged. That is why I think we will not see the same crazy float with Iraq.  

Me Member: You think the weather is disrupting the RV? Is this their way of halting it…the rats that is

Member: At this point I don’t think there is any specific event that will trigger the RV. That’s said, given all the progress that’s been made in the past 2.5 years it makes no sense why it hadn’t happened!

MZ: I do not think a hurricane in the US will stop a RV in Iraq.

Member: Iraq is in a great position now…..They just need to do it!!

Member: Nigeria dumped the dollar.. now paying in local currency

Ember: BRICS is having big meetings this month….

Member: This upcoming weekend is a 3 day weekend for Columbus day….Maybe something will finally happen.

Member: I still believe we have to wait until after the election…..but that is only 3 weeks away now .

Member: Everyone we are praying you will be safe in the coming storm about to hit Florida….

This next Mon. 14 Oct. is Columbus Day and we think the banks will be closed and is this that three day weekend  – but RC might well be open.

This morning we were advised that Gesara which is the International scope started this morning.

Nesara deals with the US and we heard that will be activated implemented on Sunday 13th or maybe Monday or Tuesday.

We should be getting our taxes back with the R&R and also interest on CC and bank loans and mortgages done through the banks and also the trading on all those certificates we were made to have. All of that ends up we will be getting those funds back.

For those of us exchanging at the Redemption Centers those funds would already be in your QFS account.

Wells Fargo is overseeing all the RC in the US. In Canada it is HSBC and Scotia Bank. In Mexico Santander Bank. The rest of the world is still HSBC and maybe some others in other countries.

Three sources saying we could be notified between Friday and Monday the 14th. One source is saying anytime from the 9th – 14th. Some timing depends on what happens with Hurricane Milton in Florida.

Bond Holders are going to be notified in their emails when they would receive the total amount. Those emails could come out at any time.

You're not going to take it off the bill...Iraq's exchange rate is .00076981 .  You take the decimal point and you move it over to the right three spaces because that's three zeros and this becomes $0.76 . Got it?  This is purchasing power when you change the exchange rate by lifting 3 zeros. What is the exchange rate right now in Iraq?  1320 .  When they change the exchange rate that will become internally for the Iraqi citizens 1.320

MZ: And that is what I am hearing from my folks at the Finance Ministry. They believe we are circling close to the rate change.

MZ: And the Export Import bank of the United states has approved $297 Million for an energy efficiency project in Iraq. This money would not be going to Iraq if it wasn’t going to be safe and stable….and if they could not pay those loans back. They are counting on an International Iraq with a real effect exchange rate.

Clare:  The Bank of Iraq extends working hours to complete money transfer transactions

The Chairman of the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) directed, today, Tuesday, to extend working hours to complete money transfer transactions.

The bank's media spokesman, Aqeel Al-Shuwaili, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The bank's director directed that the work of remittance employees and cashiers in all bank branches should start from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm in order to complete all transactions related to financial transfers."

He added: "Work will continue according to the above mechanism until the completion of the last transaction within the branch."    LINK

Clare:  EXIM Bank approves $297m for Energy Project in Iraq

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) has approved a $297 million final commitment in support of an energy efficiency project in Iraq.

The project will increase the availability and reliability of electricity in Iraq by generating power through waste heat.

Florida-based Stellar Energy Americas, Inc. will provide engineering, procurement, construction and other services in support of this project.

This transaction is estimated to support 600 U.S. jobs across more than half a dozen states.  LINK

His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, chaired the first meeting of the Supreme Executive Committee for the National Strategy for Bank Lending in Iraq, formed by virtue of Diwani Order No. 51 of 2024, in the presence of the Undersecretaries of Ministries, Organizations and Concerned Authorities.

During the meeting, the importance of the role of the banking sector, government and private institutions was discussed, and their role in implementing this strategy and implementing the main axes and sub-objectives of the National Strategy for Bank Lending was defined.

His Excellency the Governor stressed that the National Strategy for Bank Lending aims to stimulate and stimulate the Iraqi economy, in addition to achieving growth in all areas, which this strategy will contribute to through the establishment and expansion of small, medium and large enterprises, stressing the importance of cooperation of the relevant authorities in the success of this task, which is a priority at the national level in providing job opportunities for young people and investing their energies and capabilities in a way that achieves economic growth in the economic sectors.

It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Iraq launched on May 25, 2024, the National Strategy for Bank Lending in Iraq for the years 2024-2029, in the presence of a number of officials and representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations. The axes of what was included in the strategy and the mechanisms for working on it were determined, each according to his specialization.

Walkingstick   [Aki Iraqi bank manager friend in U.S update] I have just been given my latest orders.  I am being told to stay close to home.  I will not be able to go to Thanksgiving...Christmas with my friends.  My orders tell me that I am to stay here in Dearborn.  The CBI bank is going to make us very busy during these holidays.  We are having a lot of Iraqi citizens coming into our banks here...They...are talking to us about the same thing you are asking us.  They found out they're going to get their HCL.  They found out about the cards.  They want to know how they're going to get their retirement money outside of Iraq.  They also what to know if they will also be able to receive the new lower notes.

SkyWalker  Removing or as Dr. Shabibi said cutting zeros, IMO is not a lop. Many are confused on what deleting zeros means. How did the inflationary zeros get on the dinar we hold?   The Saddam Swiss dinar was collected and swapped for the new dinar...Deleting the zeros is simply repeating the process by collecting three zero notes back to the banks and swapping them with lower notes.

Member: Mark last night you were very excited about morning news. Can you throw us a bone please?

MZ: No bone to throw just yet…….I was excited about today’s possible news starting this afternoon into the evening. A number of bond folks are expecting their funds today…..They have been expecting them since last week and were told they would be paid on Tuesday (today)..…watching this afternoon and evening.

MZ: We are praying somebody will admit to having fully spendable money….and not just go NDA on us and go quiet. .

Member: If they sign an NDA they would be foolish to admit anything that would break the NDA.

Member: When/if the historic bonds get paid then what are we looking at as far as our timeline?

Member: Soon…..I really hate that word

MZ: All eyes (for me and many others) are on the Historic bonds…..Specifically German Bonds today….

MZ: there is also a lot of chatter amidst the groups…..they are being asked if their humanitarian stuff is up to date. But this is just chatter until somebody gets paid

MZ: While watching Historic bonds….we are trying to get updates from CMKX contacts….and a omega contact to see if anything is moving today. 

MZ: From Iraq: “Iraq begins exporting Jet Fuel” they are bringing a refinery online that has been modernized. This is huge for Iraq…..and the economic boost for Iraq is enormous .

MZ: “Salaries next week: Baghdad sends 29 Billion dinars to Erbil : The latter indicates a shortage of this amount”   They are moving and salaries are being paid…..months worth of salaries…. “Iraqi banks are extending working hours to complete those remittances”

Member: Mark, shouldn’t the rate needs to be out if they’re paying salaries next week?

MZ: Many of us believe they stalled on those salary payouts waiting for a value change. I have a contact in the Finance Ministry who believes that as well……Now they are paying them

MZ: “Al Alaq: Bank lending strategy aims to stimulate the economy” This is part of the monetary reforms. We are watching them do the reforms. We are watching the deletion of the zeros and the raising of the values…..

MZ: “Uncover the features of the 2025 budget schedules” They are hard at work right now letting us know they are working…We are looking for a new value as they do this.

Member: IMO the economy needs to crash before anything happens.

MZ: That is happening right now.

MZ: The Dow was down considerable in the futures this morning….until Hong Kong imploded. Regardless of the massive amount of stimulus that was thrown at them the last couple of weeks out of china….Hong Kong’s stock market plunges.

MZ: The initial belief was that money would come pouring into the US stock market…but the futures suddenly pivoted after the bloodbath in Hong Kong today….It is going to be an interesting day. Does the word panic?  

MZ: “Hong Kong Plunges the most since Lehman Brothers” We are watching the implosion right now in real time.

Member: Mark so do you still believe we will still exchange before the holidays?

Member: I think after the elections……this may happen……hopeful before the holidays.

Member: Thinking of all those having to leave their homes right now before the new hurricane hits….. Be safe everyone.

They are telling us deleting zeros and enhancing value.  We never heard this before.  FRANK26:  This is extremely impressive in the way the monetary reform is coming to you faster.   We predicted this.  It's good to see it happening.

Breitling  What was it I was looking at very specifically in Iraq that gave me confidence that they were going to add value to their currency, outside of them just saying that's what they're going to do, Out side of it being an artificially inflation because the inflation was created by the amount of dinar they would print and mint And outside of their US dollar accounts, remember their oil is sold in US dollars and those funds are held in a federal bank in New York City?  So what was it that gave me confidence...?  ...My whole thing is trade and trade routes...You follow the trade routes, you follow where the wealth is at or potential wealth coming down the road.  That's what I was watching.  You had trade coming down from India and going through Iraq...Iraq up to Turkey and Turkey to the European markets.  That's what I had confidence in.  I knew that.  They had to put it together...

MZ: And my favorite one tonight “Russia reportedly plans to add silver to state funds reserves”   We have seen Central banks buying up gold….this is part of what fueled golds increased value to over $2,6oo per ounce……well, this announcement is going to be huge for silver. Russia is going to spend billions of rubles buying silver and adding it to their reserves.

On Monday, the Iraqi judiciary issued an arrest warrant against the acting head of the Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun.

According to a judicial source, who spoke to Shafaq News Agency, "The Third Karkh Investigation Court issued an arrest warrant for Haider Hanoun, the acting head of the Integrity Commission, for not appearing before the court in the cases in which he was accused, and to investigate the audio recordings."

The source added, "The court sent notices to Hanoun to attend more than once, but he failed to do so."

The Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq announced, in mid-September, that it had begun taking legal action against the head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, due to the statements he made during a press conference in Erbil last week, describing those statements as “incorrect allegations.”

The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun, had directed severe criticism at Judge Diaa Jaafar, during an angry scene during a press conference he held in Erbil, dedicated to revealing the secrets of the “theft of the century” that shook the political circles in the country .

The head of the Integrity Commission expressed his anger over what he described as the weakening of the commission and the disappearance of files from the case of the accused Nour Zuhair from Judge Diaa Jaafar, stressing that these developments constitute a major challenge to efforts to combat corruption and recover looted state funds.   LINK

Frank26  I suggested if you had a receipt and you've had your currency for more than a year, you'll be in the 15% to 20% tax bracket.  Oh, but if you don't have a receipt or if you try to exchange your currency before...one year of you having it, you'll probably be in the 40% range...IMO  [Dinar Guru Note:  Consult with your financial and tax advisors at the appropriate time to determine the right taxes of exchange for your unique circumstances]

MZ: I do not believe our goal posts are moving…..I believe things are funneling quickly in the right direction.

MZ: in Iraq…This is a great repeater….”Sudani chairs meeting to review financial reforms-stresses prosecution of speculators”  They are going after speculators…….with the financial reforms this is important.

MZ: “ Al Sudani directs to continue simplifying banking procedures and prosecuting speculators” and “Supporting the local economy the government takes a series of decisions and measures to activate the role of the private sector”   This is non oil revenues

MZ: Right now it’s the Monday Morning blues as we wait to get some bond updates to see if they are still on track with expectations of spendable dollars tomorrow.

Member: What kind of bonds did the contact have from last week-specifically

MZ: I can’t be to specific in case it gets them in trouble…but, it’s a German bond. I have not heard they were moving forward yet with Dragon bonds.

Member: German 1924 comes first , then the dragon bonds , I can not say more

Member: How are u gonna hear anything from bond people when they immediately go under an NDA?

Member: They can at least say they are under an NDA…..we guess the rest

Member: If it’s a shotgun start…..Bonds cannot go until we get notifications….imo

MZ: From the banking side I did get one from someone who works in wealth management. They said “We would not be doing this level of preparation if we weren’t close”. In other words they sould not be working weekends or throughout the week at this level if we were not close. They wouldn’t give me what to expect date-wise…but I find that encouraging.

Member: I just got an email from my Chase bank regarding a appointment with a wealth manager

MZ:  Isn’t that crazy….They are chasing people even if they only have $30 or $40 dollars in the account. Maybe they know they have currency and are preparing for something.

Member: I heard there will not be 800 numbers.

MZ: There will be plenty of 800 numbers….not just one magical one the whole world uses

Member: Different zip codes , states and countries will have different numbers is what I heard….thats why we will be asked for our zip codes when we set our appointments.

Member: Will all the banks have the same rates?

Militia Man  If you add up the oil, non-oil, tourism, all of the thing that's where they're going to be able to support the value of their exchange rate with a Real Effective Exchange Rate - Once approved by the IMF, Bank of International Settlements, The World Bank...This is really getting hot!

Mnt Goat   I was also told to watch for yet more articles in the news about the project to delete the zeros but to be aware that ONLY the ones coming from her committee on this subject matter can be trusted. As you know my contact works on the committee from the Central Bank and it has been given the task of ensuring a smooth process. I was also told
that in late November or early December we will see the newer lower denominations and their pictures and features depicted on the CBI site. The ending of the currency auctions at the end of 2024 will also be signal to us that everything is moving correctly and we should see the IQD returned or reinstated back to FOREX in early 2025.

 Salaries are secured.. Finance Committee: Discussing 2025 budget schedules to begin next month

 Baghdad

The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced that it will begin discussing the 2025 budget schedules early next November.

Member of the Finance Committee, Mohammed Nouri, said in a statement to the official newspaper, followed by (Mawazine News): "The committee reiterated that employees' salaries are fully secured until the end of the current year, and there is no delay."

He added that "the committee is working through its meetings with financial specialists in the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank to address the delay in financing governorate allocations and ongoing projects, and to launch project packages in the coming few days.

" Nouri indicated that "the committee will begin discussing the 2025 budget schedules early next November, in order to ensure employees' salaries, project allocations, and other financial obligations."LINK

2024 Census.. Planning receives 125 thousand tablets and stresses the confidentiality of citizens’ data

The Ministry of Planning announced that it has received 125,000 tablets that will be used by researchers and enumerators to conduct the general population census, which is expected to be implemented on the 20th of next month.

The ministry's media spokesman, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a press statement, "The past few days witnessed the arrival of 125,000 tablets to the ministry, which will be distributed among researchers and enumerators in the governorates to conduct the general population census that will be implemented on the 20th and 21st of next November, noting that a curfew will be imposed on these days to facilitate the procedures of the census employees."

He added that his ministry had prepared early to conduct the general population and housing census after efforts and preparations to implement the census had reached their peak, having made several strides through training and qualification operations for enumerators and researchers.
Al-Hindawi explained that the aim of the census is to draw a picture and map of the demographic reality to diagnose development gaps and gaps and create an image represented by numbers, statistics, details, data and development reality through sectors related to the characteristics of life. 

He stated that the information that researchers will obtain from citizens will be of the highest degree of confidentiality and will be used exclusively for census purposes, noting that this procedure seeks to achieve development goals and diagnose the defect in order to develop solutions through a long-term plan that depends on the accuracy of the data to reach and identify the drawing of the new map that includes all the needs and services that should be provided.  LINK

We seeing in TV a special report show saying what if 1000 dinars became 1 dinar.  They talking about deleting the zeros again.  They've been showing this all day.  They just repeat it over and over again.  And they're saying it's all tied to the reforms.  They talk about all the good and some of the bad...We never seen them talk like this before.  FRANK:  These are the commercials we talked to  you about that were going to be educating you on the purchasing power...They are telling you they lifted 3 zeros from the exchange rate in order for that 1,000 note to become a 1 note...They are not lifting the 3 zeros from your physical cash.

SkyWalker   Flashback Article:  "23 June 2011 the Central Bank of Iraq announced it is planning to delete zeros from the Iraqi dinar, and add Kurdish to the Arabic text on the notes. Said the adviser of Iraqi Central Bank governor Mothahhar Mohammed Saleh, 'The project of deleting zeroes is complete. It will be submitted to the central bank’s administration in the next session. Then, it will be passed to the ministerial council before presenting it to the Parliament for vote. The mechanisms of changing the currency will be gradual. It will be preceded by awareness campaigns for citizens. The new currency will be printed after deleting the zeros and will include the Kurdish language in addition to the Arabic language. It will bear as well photos of Iraq’s civilizations and patrimony in addition to symbols of Iraqi intellectuals and figures.”  There have been similar reports of revaluing the dinar since 2007, but to date none have come to fruition.

Militia Man  Everybody should be going, 'come on Iraq!  Come on World Bank!  Come on Bank of International Settlements, IMF, US Treasury, US Federal Reserve!'  All those players have been involved and they still are...They are not going to have a 1310 exchange rate.  They're going to move to a Real Effective Exchange Rate based on fundamentals based off their non-oil products, non-oil revenues that will exceed in may cases oil output.
