They are telling us deleting zeros and enhancing value.  We never heard this before.  FRANK26:  This is extremely impressive in the way the monetary reform is coming to you faster.   We predicted this.  It's good to see it happening.

Breitling  What was it I was looking at very specifically in Iraq that gave me confidence that they were going to add value to their currency, outside of them just saying that's what they're going to do, Out side of it being an artificially inflation because the inflation was created by the amount of dinar they would print and mint And outside of their US dollar accounts, remember their oil is sold in US dollars and those funds are held in a federal bank in New York City?  So what was it that gave me confidence...?  ...My whole thing is trade and trade routes...You follow the trade routes, you follow where the wealth is at or potential wealth coming down the road.  That's what I was watching.  You had trade coming down from India and going through Iraq...Iraq up to Turkey and Turkey to the European markets.  That's what I had confidence in.  I knew that.  They had to put it together...

MZ: And my favorite one tonight “Russia reportedly plans to add silver to state funds reserves”   We have seen Central banks buying up gold….this is part of what fueled golds increased value to over $2,6oo per ounce……well, this announcement is going to be huge for silver. Russia is going to spend billions of rubles buying silver and adding it to their reserves.

Clare:  Iraqi judiciary issues arrest warrant against Integrity Commission Chairman Haider Hanoun

On Monday, the Iraqi judiciary issued an arrest warrant against the acting head of the Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun.

According to a judicial source, who spoke to Shafaq News Agency, "The Third Karkh Investigation Court issued an arrest warrant for Haider Hanoun, the acting head of the Integrity Commission, for not appearing before the court in the cases in which he was accused, and to investigate the audio recordings."

The source added, "The court sent notices to Hanoun to attend more than once, but he failed to do so."

The Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq announced, in mid-September, that it had begun taking legal action against the head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, due to the statements he made during a press conference in Erbil last week, describing those statements as “incorrect allegations.”

The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun, had directed severe criticism at Judge Diaa Jaafar, during an angry scene during a press conference he held in Erbil, dedicated to revealing the secrets of the “theft of the century” that shook the political circles in the country .

The head of the Integrity Commission expressed his anger over what he described as the weakening of the commission and the disappearance of files from the case of the accused Nour Zuhair from Judge Diaa Jaafar, stressing that these developments constitute a major challenge to efforts to combat corruption and recover looted state funds.   LINK

Frank26  I suggested if you had a receipt and you've had your currency for more than a year, you'll be in the 15% to 20% tax bracket.  Oh, but if you don't have a receipt or if you try to exchange your currency before...one year of you having it, you'll probably be in the 40% range...IMO  [Dinar Guru Note:  Consult with your financial and tax advisors at the appropriate time to determine the right taxes of exchange for your unique circumstances]

MZ: I do not believe our goal posts are moving…..I believe things are funneling quickly in the right direction.

MZ: in Iraq…This is a great repeater….”Sudani chairs meeting to review financial reforms-stresses prosecution of speculators”  They are going after speculators…….with the financial reforms this is important.

MZ: “ Al Sudani directs to continue simplifying banking procedures and prosecuting speculators” and “Supporting the local economy the government takes a series of decisions and measures to activate the role of the private sector”   This is non oil revenues

MZ: Right now it’s the Monday Morning blues as we wait to get some bond updates to see if they are still on track with expectations of spendable dollars tomorrow.

Member: What kind of bonds did the contact have from last week-specifically

MZ: I can’t be to specific in case it gets them in trouble…but, it’s a German bond. I have not heard they were moving forward yet with Dragon bonds.

Member: German 1924 comes first , then the dragon bonds , I can not say more

Member: How are u gonna hear anything from bond people when they immediately go under an NDA?

Member: They can at least say they are under an NDA…..we guess the rest

Member: If it’s a shotgun start…..Bonds cannot go until we get notifications….imo

MZ: From the banking side I did get one from someone who works in wealth management. They said “We would not be doing this level of preparation if we weren’t close”. In other words they sould not be working weekends or throughout the week at this level if we were not close. They wouldn’t give me what to expect date-wise…but I find that encouraging.

​​Member: Close. There’s that word again. I think I’ll ban that word forever at some point!

Member: I just got an email from my Chase bank regarding a appointment with a wealth manager

MZ:  Isn’t that crazy….They are chasing people even if they only have $30 or $40 dollars in the account. Maybe they know they have currency and are preparing for something.

Member: I heard there will not be 800 numbers.

MZ: There will be plenty of 800 numbers….not just one magical one the whole world uses

Member: Different zip codes , states and countries will have different numbers is what I heard….thats why we will be asked for our zip codes when we set our appointments.

Member: Will all the banks have the same rates?

MZ: All the redeeming or qualified exchange banks will have the same rates is what I was told . If someone walks in to a teller right off the street….they should get street rates.

Member: I am resigned to waiting for our RV until after the election……stepping off the roller coaster today.

Member: Mark, hearing any chatter from your Iraq contacts regarding the IQD rate being announced publically soon?

Member: there is still a chance Iraq goes alone……that would bring relief to millions if they do.

Militia Man  If you add up the oil, non-oil, tourism, all of the thing that's where they're going to be able to support the value of their exchange rate with a Real Effective Exchange Rate - Once approved by the IMF, Bank of International Settlements, The World Bank...This is really getting hot!

Mnt Goat   I was also told to watch for yet more articles in the news about the project to delete the zeros but to be aware that ONLY the ones coming from her committee on this subject matter can be trusted. As you know my contact works on the committee from the Central Bank and it has been given the task of ensuring a smooth process. I was also told
that in late November or early December we will see the newer lower denominations and their pictures and features depicted on the CBI site. The ending of the currency auctions at the end of 2024 will also be signal to us that everything is moving correctly and we should see the IQD returned or reinstated back to FOREX in early 2025.

The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced that it will begin discussing the 2025 budget schedules early next November.

Member of the Finance Committee, Mohammed Nouri, said in a statement to the official newspaper, followed by (Mawazine News): "The committee reiterated that employees' salaries are fully secured until the end of the current year, and there is no delay."

He added that "the committee is working through its meetings with financial specialists in the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank to address the delay in financing governorate allocations and ongoing projects, and to launch project packages in the coming few days.

The Ministry of Planning announced that it has received 125,000 tablets that will be used by researchers and enumerators to conduct the general population census, which is expected to be implemented on the 20th of next month.

The ministry's media spokesman, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a press statement, "The past few days witnessed the arrival of 125,000 tablets to the ministry, which will be distributed among researchers and enumerators in the governorates to conduct the general population census that will be implemented on the 20th and 21st of next November, noting that a curfew will be imposed on these days to facilitate the procedures of the census employees."

He added that his ministry had prepared early to conduct the general population and housing census after efforts and preparations to implement the census had reached their peak, having made several strides through training and qualification operations for enumerators and researchers.
Al-Hindawi explained that the aim of the census is to draw a picture and map of the demographic reality to diagnose development gaps and gaps and create an image represented by numbers, statistics, details, data and development reality through sectors related to the characteristics of life. 

He stated that the information that researchers will obtain from citizens will be of the highest degree of confidentiality and will be used exclusively for census purposes, noting that this procedure seeks to achieve development goals and diagnose the defect in order to develop solutions through a long-term plan that depends on the accuracy of the data to reach and identify the drawing of the new map that includes all the needs and services that should be provided.  LINK

Said the adviser of Iraqi Central Bank governor Mothahhar Mohammed Saleh, 'The project of deleting zeroes is complete. It will be submitted to the central bank’s administration in the next session. Then, it will be passed to the ministerial council before presenting it to the Parliament for vote. The mechanisms of changing the currency will be gradual. It will be preceded by awareness campaigns for citizens. The new currency will be printed after deleting the zeros and will include the Kurdish language in addition to the Arabic language. It will bear as well photos of Iraq’s civilizations and patrimony in addition to symbols of Iraqi intellectuals and figures.”  There have been similar reports of revaluing the dinar since 2007, but to date none have come to fruition.

Today, Saturday, the Prime Minister received the Swiss Ambassador to Iraq, Daniel Hohn, after the reopening of the Swiss Embassy in Baghdad. The latter confirmed the desire of his country's companies to work and benefit from investment opportunities in Iraq.

Al-Sudani's office said in a statement received by 964 Network:

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received today, Saturday, the Swiss Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Daniel Hon, who is the first ambassador of his country after the reopening of the Swiss Embassy in Baghdad.

The Prime Minister welcomed the reopening of the Swiss Embassy after about 33 years of closure, and considered it an important step and a new stage in relations between the two countries, stressing the importance of activating the joint working committees, which would contribute to more fruitful bilateral cooperation.

The meeting witnessed an emphasis on the mutual desire to strengthen Iraqi-European relations, especially in light of the stable security situation in Iraq, the development renaissance that included all vital economic sectors, the government’s support for the work and investment environment, and the creation of constructive economic partnerships.

For his part, Ambassador Hon stressed that reopening his country's embassy in Baghdad would contribute to strengthening mutual relations, and help Swiss companies to operate in Iraq and benefit from available investment opportunities.

 With steady steps, the Central Bank continues to implement the banking reform strategy, one of the main objectives of which is to achieve digital transformation in the banking sector, which the Central Bank began in 2017 with clear stages included in its first, second and third strategies.

During the past two years, cooperation between the government, with the personal support and follow-up of the Prime Minister, and the Central Bank was a fundamental step to activate and accelerate the transformation to digital government and the transition from a cash economy to a digital economy, focusing on developing payments within Iraq and using technology to improve financial inclusion, developing information technology, establishing digital banks, using artificial intelligence in banking services, and using modern technologies in loans, compliance, risk management, combating money laundering and terrorist financing, and combating banking fraud.

 The results during 2023 and 2024 recorded a qualitative leap in the volume of transactions in electronic payment operations and the use of modern banking technologies.

The rate of digital transformation and electronic payment increased to 48.5% compared to 20% in the past years. This is an indicator that confirms the success of the plans and procedures adopted to achieve a major transformation with a distinguished national effort for digital transformation and electronic payment.

This joint effort by the cadres of the Central Bank, the government, banks and electronic payment companies has clearly contributed to having an advanced infrastructure to implement and accommodate electronic payment tools and various financial services.

 The banking reform has now entered the phase of transformation to digital banks, and the Central Bank is currently examining and auditing about 70 requests to license new digital banks according to the precise controls and conditions adopted by the Central Bank.

This constitutes a real and promising start for technical banking development in Iraq, bridging the technical gap with the countries of the world in this field. This facilitates the provision of smart banking services, reduces the chances of fraud and corruption, and provides important data on the nature of transactions, their control, and compliance.

Therefore, digital banks are a new stage of digital transformation and banking reform. We hope that the Central Bank will soon take the first step by licensing digital banks that show, through examination, audit and study, that they are committed to the applicable controls and conditions.   LINK

MZ: There are some bond folks that will be meeting with paymasters this weekend to schedule things for next week….they are very hopeful….I hope this is it.

MZ We do have a number of banks doing some upgrades through the rest of the month and through the first week of November. Many of you guys are also getting messages from your banks. Maybe this is it??.

MZ: From Iraq: “Labor issues 15,000 Mastercard cards for full time appointees” Meaning Military and those getting pensions …moving forward with the humanitarian side of their budget.

Member: Best case scenario: Let’s say the funding for your bond folks do get funded….How does that impact us?

MZ: How is was explained to me many years ago: The bond holders would start to go en masse with real money…..then in the following days we would see fines and penalties, CMKX, Farm Claims and all of those go…..then days after that we would start getting our notifications and start going to the bank…They want to keep this quiet and out of the publics eyes. Then a week or two later they would publicly announce Nesara/Gesara.  This was my understanding 15-20 years ago. It kinda feels like things are playing out that way.

Music. Welcome everybody to the big call tonight  - it is Thursday, October 3rd  and you're listening to the big call. Thanks everybody for tuning in all over the globe. Thank you satellite team,  or SAT Team - as I call them, for getting the signal out to many, many, many countries, maybe not all 209 but many countries around the globe. Thank you guys for doing that and getting that out, and we just look forward to getting out here on another Tuesday or Thursday night -  tonight is Thursday, and so we'll, we'll bring you the best information that we have at this time. So before we get started, let's pray the call in,

Thank you, Bob. I guess we're about 12 or 13 after the hour now and Okay, well, let's go ahead and and talk about where in the world we are with this thing.

I can tell you that  the information that came in yesterday and last night, is pointing toward today for our notifications for not only us but bond holders, both within a 24 hour period, hence a true shotgun start for bondholders in tier three and those of us in tier 4  tier 4A and tier 4B,  the Adniral’s  groups plural - and tier 4b for us on the Internet Group.

Well, so far today, we have not received any notifications. It's a little bit surprising, because the info came in yesterday. Was very definitive about us getting ready to go. And everything being ready, everything done, and now we're just waiting for the result of that. And this could turn into a weekend event.

It could be that we get tomorrow and we start exchanges tomorrow or over the weekend. So I'm not giving up on the fact that everything was just absolutely  lit up  to come in today, but for some reason, we did not get it today. I'm not quite sure. I'm really not sure at all. So we're going to try to stay on it.

And you know what happens on a Tuesday or Thursday night after the big call is over, I tend to get more information later, an hour, two hours after the big call ends - something will come in and I’ll say, Where was that at seven or eight o'clock, where was that when I could have brought it onto the call, right? And that's been the case. But regardless of that, the Ask the prospects of this going tomorrow, Saturday through the weekend, is they're very strong, very strong.

So I would say we continue to lift up the idea of everything coming in. We understand that as far as R and R goes, those are exchanging and redeeming zim, for example, that the RNR accounts are already deposited into our quantum financial account and that we will have a queue a quantum card that we will access that account with, and then we'll be able To deposit those funds from our quantum account directly into our Wells Fargo primary or Master – and then we will go from that point on with moving funds in –

Aalso, here's a point that was brought up to me yesterday that maybe I wasn't clear 0n the quantum access card - That card that I've described is three times the thickness of a normal credit card. It is / has three chips in it, computer chips, and it is designed to only move funds from our quantum account into one or two or three bank accounts, and that's it. You don't buy anything with it. You don't charge anything with it only move funds.

Now, when you get in to your redemption center appointment, and they get to the point where they're going through they've set up your Wells account, quantity in your information to get access to it, your biometric finger or thumbprint, your username and password to get into the account, your five digit PIN code tied to you, and then a new brand new email, different email, brand new email, and it's it's password to get into that. Those things all need to be set up to get into the quantum account.

What else will you get when you set up your account, your master account, or I call it, primary account, you'll receive a debit/ credit card for the Wells Fargo Bank, a debit credit card that side to your brand new account that you've just moved into - That's how you gain access to that those funds

Now you'll also have, obviously, if you're a check writing person, you can get checks, but primarily you'll wire funds from that account. You can Zell funds from that account. You can move funds. You know that are they're using your credit debit card.

My case, I think what I'm going to do is set up anything that I have that I'm using the card for. I'll make sure that whenever that card is due, allow that card to be directly debited from my primary account to pay for everything that's due that I charge or that I you know that I charge for the month, probably do it a day or two before the due date.

Make it automatic every month. Make sure it's up to go automatically. So that's paid every month. And I don't have to be in the country to do it . I don't have to just be at all. It's automatic and automatic debit from my account to pay it off. Okay, do that every month, so there won't be anything, anything late coming, no late charges or late fees or any of that noise. It's just all going to be automatic from the master account.

Okay, so just keep that in mind if that's something you might want to do. So you're going to have the two cards right away, the quantum account , you must keep it in a very safe place.  I would not put it in a safe deposit box  althou gh seems like a good option  but let's keep it if you have the ability to keep it safe with you, not on your person, too dangerous with you, but in a safe place, at home, or wherever you feel is your safest possible place to keep the quantum account. Call it that quantum account, or quantum access card

Your credit debit card - They'll print these out stamp these when you're in the redemption center. they'll make those cards for you while you're there. You should not do those to come out. Those should be stamped and printed immediately for you. And in some cases, what I'm going to try to do is make, well, the name of my trust, for example, make it, make the primary account, the Trust Bank account, if you will  - I think we can do that, and just make sure that you know you're the signatory on it, so that your signature can go when you make a charge on that card.

 Okay, so we’ll see what they let us do with that. Should be doable, and let's see. Is there anything else to bring up tonight?  I don’t think there's a whole lot else. You guys have heard it in past calls, but I did have a question about that credit debit card yesterday, and glad I was able to answer that, speaking of what's been happening in the Carolinas and what's been happening in Maui  Gosh. That was a year ago -Gosh, cannot believe what happened in Maui was a year ago, but it was actually a year ago,

So  what I’m thinking  - we're staying on top of it  - we’re doing a call, not a big call – but a private call with with Trish, and James - he was running point on on Maui. He's got additional contacts that we're going to keep in touch with over there and try to just find out exactly what the heck is going on still, even in Maui, we're gonna stay on top of what's happening in these hurricane affected zones in the Carolinas - Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.

I think that covers the area that was the most hit. Believe so  - we're going to continue to pray for people to be recovered, to be found, and hopefully alive, and then we'll just take it one day at a time with that,

 I am hoping that the information I got yesterday that was pointing to today for notifications was just a day behind, and that all that information is still good, but not today, but maybe tomorrow.

So I think that's quite possible, like I said, I can't verify that, but I'm glad everybody is here listening tonight, and we look forward to everything going through by the weekend. So let's go ahead and pray the call out, keeping in mind that we're still lifting up Tom and Pastor Scott for full recovery from strokes.

I don't have it tonight, but we should be able to find out something. If we have a call on Tuesday, we'll see it's possible. I'm hoping this our last call, but we'll see if it is or not. Okay. Let's pray out the call now

Tishwash:  Iraqi economist expects oil price to rise to $200 if war extends to Gulf

Economist Nabil Al-Marsoumi expected on Friday that the price of a barrel of oil would rise to nearly $200 if the war in the region expanded to include the Gulf states, and Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz and cut off the flow of about 20 million barrels of oil to global markets daily.

The expert spoke in an analysis published today about the two expected possibilities regarding what he called the coming oil war. He said that the first of them is that Israel will target the Iranian oil export outlets, especially Kharg Island, through which 90% of Iranian oil exports pass. This means eliminating 1.5 million barrels of Iranian oil from the market, which will raise prices by about $5 per barrel to $82.

He added: But it will lead to cutting off the most important sources of Iranian funding, and in this case we will face several scenarios. The first is that OPEC Plus will intervene and cancel voluntary and mandatory production restrictions, which will provide sufficient oil supplies to compensate for the loss of Iranian oil, indicating that this will lead to a decrease in prices and their return to the $70 mark.

He addressed the second possibility, saying: The war may extend to include oil pumping and export stations in the Gulf, which may negatively affect Gulf oil exports, especially Saudi oil exports, which will push oil prices above $100 per barrel.

Al-Marsoumi also pointed out that Iran had previously confirmed that preventing it from exporting its oil to the world also means preventing the exit of oil from the Strait of Hormuz. If Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz, this means cutting off about 20 million barrels per day of global oil supplies, which will push prices to $200 levels, in addition to negatively impacting Gulf gas shipments that pass through the strait.

The Iraqi economic expert continued by saying that the Israeli strike will be limited to hitting oil facilities, especially Iranian refineries, which means taking out 300 to 400 thousand barrels per day of Iranian exports, noting that in this case it will have no significant impact on global oil prices, especially after Libyan oil returns to its previous levels.  link

This means the business with Turkey, primarily the pipeline that was halted in March of 23 due to illegal usage is now opening back up with transfers in Euros.  Add this to the Iraqis receiving their salaries from Jan 24 to Aug 24, we are in for great celebration with the rate release. IMO

Clare:  Rafidain Bank announces the collection of more than four trillion dinars electronically for the benefit of 700 government departments

The government-owned Rafidain Bank announced on Friday that it has collected more than four trillion dinars electronically for the benefit of 700 government departments.

A statement by the bank's media office, received by Shafaq News Agency, stated that "the number of government departments that have activated the electronic collection system until October 1st has reached more than 700 government departments."

He explained that "the total amounts that were settled and collected for the benefit of those government departments and deposited in their accounts at Rafidain Bank amounted to more than four trillion dinars."

He pointed out that "the rate of reliance on payment systems is constantly increasing and new departments will be included soon."  LINK

MZ:  Here’s and interesting one out of Iraq:  “Al Rafidain : More the 4 Trillion dinars electronic collection amounts for government departments"  this is a marked improvement to the government..a big increase in revenue from getting rid of graft and inefficiency by using electronic systems. They are very much streamlining their government.  This has made a massive difference in stability in Iraq.

Member: That needs to happen in the US….

MZ: “Congress unveils new program that converts the unified card into rations”  this is a bad translation – but it means their new national ID card will know their status …and is a government services card. Also a new program to help the under privileged.

Member: Today is the day Iraq pays the salaries of the Kurdish region. Yesterday was the New Year. Will tomorrow have the missing Gazette with the rate published? One can hope!

MZ: On the bond side there are more confirmations that they are expecting payments early next week…most are focused on Tuesday.

MZ: One bond trader swears that we should expect our announcements around Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We have to wait and see if this is accurate or not.

MZ: Seems to be a black out or brown out on the group side.

MZ: I now have 2 bankers/redemption folks who say they will be working this weekend. One of them said they are making new system software updates….while the other one says they are preparing for an influx of new wealth management clients this month.

Member: I'm new to the RV info. I have Dinar and Dong. My question is once the RV happens, do we exchange back to USD? Or would we hold the foreign currency until after the USD collapses?

Member: Supposedly when the Fiat system collapses…..the new system and new USN notes that are asset backed are ready to step in….I sure hope it’s true.

Member: I will admit, I’m in a state of frustration, even though I know we should be close to the finish line

Member: Mnt goat is positive no RV until after elections. I guess that makes sense…..Maybe next administration will push RV through.
