As this afternoon Redemption Center screens were showing 15 different currencies with solid new live rates. There will be new currency rates on 19 different currencies including the USN. It was suspected that all 19 would be solid on the screens tomorrow Wed. 28 Aug. 2024.

The screen rates at the Redemption Centers are going to be three times higher on the Dinar and twice as high on the Dong than at a bank.

The new Rates are going to be between $4 and $7.

The contract rate on the Dinar will be offered.

Emails are going out to Redemption Center operatives at around 4:30 tomorrow afternoon Wed. 28 Aug.

Bond Holders are expecting their emails Sunday night, with access Mon. or Tues.

Tier4b notification and exchanges should start over the weekend, or by Mon. or Tues.

We will receive notification in conjunction with the EBS.

The EBS will be a cover for Tier4b to do our exchanges.

The Admiral’s Group will start Sat, Sun and Mon.

Everything will be well underway by Wed. 28 Aug.

All debt forgiveness should be done by Sat. 31 Aug.

Militia Man  Obviously the budget is going to need to have an exposure of an exchange rate.  After all these months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, why haven't they gone international at 1310?  Why haven't they been put on the Forex at 1310 so they can...pay for all the roads, pavement, buildings, schools and try to find investors to physically come in with not a freedom of capital movement?  I don't think they're ever going to be able to do that without having a Real Effective Exchange Rate.

Tishwash:  Parliamentary Finance Committee confirms that it will soon resume its investigation into changes made to the General Budget Law tables

The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that it will soon resume its investigation into changes to the general budget law tables that were officially approved by the Council of Representatives, and objected to by the Prime Minister's Office.

Committee member, MP Moeen Al-Kazemi, said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ), that "the parliamentary investigation committee assigned by the Finance Committee will resume its work soon, to determine the reasons for the change in the general budget tables officially signed by the Speaker of Parliament and sent to the Council of Ministers."

He added, "The government is working with its tables approved by the Council of Representatives, and there is no financial damage to the public treasury," indicating, "The work on the general budget ceiling of 226 trillion dinars has been suspended, and the government is proceeding with implementing its tables that were approved by the Council of Representatives."

He explained, "The Parliamentary Finance Committee is following up on the reasons for the difference between the government version of the general budget tables and the paper and electronic version of the Council of Representatives."  link

The Prime Minister's Advisor for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, explained today, Tuesday, the importance of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani's visit to Egypt and Tunisia, stressing that this visit will develop strategic partnerships and will bring economic benefits to Iraq and those two countries, in addition to serving national and regional interests.

Saleh said, in a statement to the media, followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the visit of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to Egypt and Tunisia is important, especially since they are the incubator of the Arab League in two different time periods, and they have long historical relations with Iraq."

He added that "the Prime Minister's visit to Egypt and Tunisia is of great importance from several aspects, most notably strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in the fields of economy, cultural and educational exchange," noting that "this important visit will open the way for signing economic or technical agreements or memoranda of understanding that serve the common collective interest."

He stressed that "this visit will enhance the follow-up of ways of joint cooperation, especially the development of existing projects in construction and housing undertaken by companies from the two countries, especially Egypt, in addition to enhancing trade and investment with the two sister countries, which will benefit the national economy of Iraq and those two countries, in addition to enhancing positive rapprochement between the peoples and sons of the region. The visit will also provide an opportunity for consultation on international and regional issues of common interest."

Saleh stressed that "the Prime Minister's visit to Egypt and Tunisia will develop strategic partnerships and achieve common goals that serve national and regional interests."    link

MZ: I have not seen any money movement , but the rumors are thick right now. The question is –what is real? If the rumors are correct- I would imagine somebody will substantiate them before the day is out. I hope to hear that money has moved and they are at least starting larger scale tests to make sure they have it all figured out before they see us……I hope we find that out today guys.

MZ: But until we can substantiate them…..right now…it’s all just rumors.

Sun 25 2024 Wolverine: The Whales are receiving their appts and going to Colombia and to Reno! Tier4A funds are released. It is taking longer than expected… it is a process. All is coming through. Today or tomorrow, we will have good news for Tier4B and then the opera will be released. 

I was hoping to be under NDA today, but it is slow, but I will get that call coming through! This is about helping humanity and our families. We want to help all we can. Whatever is possible. Private contractors are now getting paid as well.  The amount of money these people are receiving fathoms the mind. Sadly, one of my huge whales in Mexico who waited a long time for this RV, has d**d in poverty, he had no money, and hopefully his assets can be passed on to his family.

Most of the whales have no money…many sold all they had to get their bonds or have lost their businesses due to world events.  I know a huge whale in Germany who lost his business and is struggling, but he has huge amounts of boxes. Not all whales are rich.

 Fortunately, my whale is well off, and I am lucky. In summary, the RV has started for bondholders and Tier4B is waiting for today or tomorrow, and today there is still time to get notifications for Tier4B. You are also seeing people getting debits released for Nesara and Gesara. Hopefully we will get good news! I think we all would like to have our debts paid off! Tishwash:  Economist: Government Fails to Secure Necessary Investments to Finance 'Development Road'

Economic expert, Ziad Al-Hashemi, revealed on Monday that the government failed to secure the investments required to finance the development road project.

Al-Hashemi stated in a post on his personal Facebook page, followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the first victim of the failures of the Development Road Project - news of the dismissal of the Director General of the Iraqi Railways, who boasted in one of the meetings with me that he had a feasibility study for the Development Road Project that included 27 volumes."

He added that "it seems that the internal differences and problems related to the method of managing the Development Road Project file have begun to appear on the surface in the form of dismissals."

Al-Hashemi stressed that "the government's failure to secure the necessary investments to finance the project revealed many flaws in the way this project is managed"

and considered that "as a quick and logical solution, the government should focus on extending and establishing the land highway linking with Turkey and postponing the railway line until the conditions are right to truly launch the wheel of development." It is noteworthy that the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, dismissed the Director General of Railways, Younis Khaled Jawad, and appointed Jabbar Aliwi Lahis as his replacement     link

Tishwash:  Prime Minister's Advisor Announces New Tax Reform Packages to Be Launched Soon

The Prime Minister's Advisor for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Mohammed Saleh, announced on Monday the most prominent government steps to maximize non-oil revenues, while indicating the imminent launch of new tax reform packages.

Saleh said, as reported by the official news agency, and reviewed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "one of the basic principles of the government's program in the field of financial reform, which was approved by the Council of Representatives in October 2022, is maximizing non-oil resources in the general budgets of the Republic of Iraq, as quantitative targets were set for them so that their contribution to the total revenues generated by non-oil economic activity would increase to 20 percent instead of their historical rates that do not exceed 10 percent in the best of cases."

He added, "Diversifying non-oil revenue sources and maximizing them in public budgets is one of the biggest reform challenges in the financial and economic fields in the country."

He pointed out that "these challenges come from two main factors: the first is the degree of connection between the diversification of budget resources and the success of diversification in the country's gross domestic product, especially the three sectors of agriculture, industry and services."

He explained that "the oil production sector still dominates a percentage of the components of that gross domestic product, which sometimes reaches 60 percent, which gives the national economy a rentier character and direct coexistence with the financial flows provided by the oil resource, mostly without anything else."

He added, "The second factor of these challenges is related to non-governmental activity in generating the gross domestic product, and we mean specifically the activity of the market or the private sector."

He added, "The majority of economic forces generating income and wealth within market activity conduct their economic activities within the framework of what is called the 'shadow economy', which are 'grey' markets that are not regulated and are not known to the regulatory, tax and banking authorities as is commonly known, and their percentage amounts to about 70 percent of the total private sector activity in the country."

He stressed that "the grey or shadow markets are one of the most important factors causing the decline in non-oil revenues in the country's general budget components."

He pointed out that "the first step taken by the current government to maximize non-oil revenues began with adopting a new approach to tax reform," noting that "the Council of Ministers approved earlier this year 8 new packages to reform the country's tax system, led by the principle of expanding tax bases, especially those that are hidden, evading or neglecting annual tax accounting."

He stressed by saying: "Two tax reform packages have been launched, and the remaining packages will be launched sequentially and gradually within the government's reform policy in the financial field and maximizing the state's resources from sources of income and wealth outside the oil sector, as this is accompanied by administrative and legislative reform and high-precision digital governance of tax institutions in the areas of assessment and collection with high transparency and efficiency  link

Frank26  Right now 1 dinar is not even one [U.S.] penny.  It's like 9/10 of a penny but soon 1 dinar will be equal to at least $1.00.  Did I say it will paired?  No...It will be equal to at least, they told you, $1.00.  I got a feeling it might be $1.30 because they kept the exchange rate at 1310.  Let's see what happens...In country at least $1.00 in value, not 1 penny in value, will give you [Iraqi citizens] purchasing power...It's different for you [The rest of the world]...you're going to watch the float...

MZ: We have Al Alag (Governor of the CBI) in New York right now…he arrived overnight in New York……I hear from contacts at the Treasury that after meeting with financial people all week……the rumor is he will have a short diversion to DC mid week.  I think its good news for us that they are here.

MZ: So we have a delegation from the  Central Bank of Iraq over here including the Governor of the CBI. I cannot imagine they came all this way to only discuss the 4 or 5 banks the Fed has an issue with as they clean up corruption. IMO there is something bigger going on.

MZ: The whole world needs this.

Member: wouldn't it be beneficial for Iraq to revalue sooner than later especially since what a 23 24 25 budget has been passed but yet we're nearly into 25 and there's nothing that's benefiting them

Sadly, one of my huge whales in Mexico who waited a long time for this RV, has d**d in poverty, he had no money, and hopefully his assets can be passed on to his family. Most of the whales have no money…many sold all they had to get their bonds or have lost their businesses due to world events. 

 I know a huge whale in Germany who lost his business and is struggling, but he has huge amounts of boxes. Not all whales are rich. Fortunately, my whale is well off, and I am lucky.

In summary, the RV has started for bondholders and Tier4B is waiting for today or tomorrow, and today there is still time to get notifications for Tier4B. You are also seeing people getting debits released for Nesara and Gesara. Hopefully we will get good news! I think we all would like to have our debts paid off! Things are happening. Hold on. Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani announced the success of the security and service plans for the Arbaeen pilgrimage, during a press conference he held in Karbala Governorate, today, Sunday.

Al-Sudani appreciated the efforts of the Supreme Security Committee headed by the Minister of Interior, and all officers and members in ensuring the smooth flow of the visit, which extended over vast areas and thousands of kilometers of roads leading to the holy Karbala, as well as the efforts of the local service and administrative institutions in the governorates, and the formations of the various ministries, as more than 53 ministries and agencies participated, in addition to local governments, governors and governorate councils.

Al-Sudani expressed his thanks to the Governor of Karbala and the members of the provincial council for their continuous efforts that complemented the efforts of the ministries and provinces, extending his thanks to the visitors, the Husseini processions and the social activities for their cooperation and partnership with the security and service agencies. He also thanked the Husseini, Abbasi, Kadhimiya and military shrines for their important role, praising the role of the national media in this visit, which represents an opportunity to re-sharpen the spirit of all service teams and review the work and improve the provision of service to the citizen in the upcoming visits.

In order to establish an integrated infrastructure that facilitates the visit, the Prime Minister announced during the conference 37 diverse service projects that will be initiated by the Supreme Committee for Millions of Visits, and more than (3.5) trillion dinars have been allocated for them, distributed among the budgets of ministries and governorates, and include the construction and rehabilitation of ring roads, intersections, bridges, pedestrian bridges and squares, the construction of water complexes and cities for visitors, and service complexes, and they will be initiated in a few weeks.

He pointed out that since the end of the Arbaeen pilgrimage last year, work has begun on rehabilitating the border crossings in Zurbatiyah, Al-Mundhiriyah and Al-Shaib, establishing large exchange yards to facilitate the transportation of visitors, and projects related to rehabilitating the roads linking Karbala to other governorates. The government has also made progress in the Karbala-Najaf Metro project, while the Karbala International Airport project has reached advanced stages and will be opened next year.

He stressed that the government took the initiative to establish the Supreme Committee for Million-Pilgrim Visits, to be the permanent organizer and supervisor of this great effort, indicating that this occasion is no longer merely ideological, but rather a national epic that witnessed the presence of our people from all religions and sects in more than 50 processions providing services to the visitors.  LINK

This comes as the precious metal hit an all-time high of $2,531.75 an ounce after breaking above $2,500 for the first time this month amid growing expectations that the Federal Reserve is close to cutting interest rates.

An informed source told Al-Eqtisad News that a delegation from the Central Bank of Iraq will begin negotiations with the American side on August 26 in America. 

He added that the Central Bank has moved towards signing a contract with the international company Oliver Wyman to present a plan on reforming the private banking sector, within the next six months.

Thanks everybody out there in big call universe for tuning in yet again, as we basically are on our way to finishing out the month of August, which is amazing to me and everybody else - I know you're all shaking our heads. We've got our rally cap on.  You know, that's a good thing. If I had a cap on, it would probably be turned backwards. So let's do this as ever. Let's go ahead and pray the call in

Okay, thank you, Bob. I'm going to go ahead and get right into Intel without doing a major shout out to Canada, although I would love to, let's, let's start with, we see I got a little bit tracked. I need my 10 second pause, which I'm not going to take, but I need, I think the first thing that we need to talk about what is showing up on redemption Center's screens

Yesterday, we had nine currencies show up. This morning those nine showed up, and then next thing you know, we've got 12 showing up. And then later in the afternoon, we had 15 currencies showing up. And these were rates with these were currencies with live rates. I mean, that's not called live rates with real, solid rates on the screens.

Now we know there are 19 currencies total going up in value, and one of which is the USN is  one of the currencies -  our United States Note , or some people call it the United States “new”  meaning new dollar would be showing up as USN on the bank screens and redemption center screens and on the Forex.

Okay, so we only have 15 currencies as of this afternoon that lit up over there, and that's good. And we'll get the rest of them probably tomorrow, would be my guess, but we don't know that, of course, not tomorrow yet

But what I like is that we heard about a couple of things regarding rates. I mentioned last time that the contract rate on the dinar would be offered to you, and it is just under hundo right now, and it's on its way to that number should be there by the time we go in for changes and our redemption of zim. And really, we've seen increases in the Dong as well, and that's a good thing to see.

And so that's going to be good for all of us. You guys are going to be very happy at the redemption centers with the rates I have to tell you rate - the screen rates at the redemption centers are going to be three times higher than the bank rate on the dinar and twice as high as the screen rate in the bank on the on the Vietnamese Dong.

So you got factors there the other currencies, I can do this much, the  other currencies, Bolivar  and some of these other currencies are going to all be between four and seven, between 4 and 7 and that's dollars. That's really good. So we're going to be in good shape on all rates. So don't worry about that.

I did want to cover that. Let's see. Let's go into what's happening with the emails. Now, remember, I told you that emails were going out to the  redemption center operatives, or I call them leaders, the redemption center, leaders, and remember, there quite a few east of Mississippi, there's a lot West to.

There's quite a few total that these emails are going out to. They have not received the email yet. They don't have the green light at the redemption center. They have not received them yet, but it's anticipated that they will receive those approximately 4:30 tomorrow afternoon after the markets close, it should be pretty close to 430 in the afternoon that those emails are received at the redemption centers.

Now, when do we receive our emails? We don't know that yet. Don't know it could be tomorrow. It could be Saturday or Sunday. It's hard to say. It really is, but we know that bondholders are expecting their email will go out Sunday night, Sunday night, so that a lot of those guys won't get access to this on Monday, or maybe even Tuesday. The bondholders. Okay.

Now, the other thing that is really interesting about us is it looks like our start for notification and exchanges could start over the weekend, with notifications. It could defer to Monday, with exchanges starting either Monday or Tuesday. That's very possible.

However, that what we have really looking forward to in receiving our emails, which will have the toll free number that we call in them, is that we're looking to receive them in conjunction with the Emergency Broadcast System.

And here's how it's expected to work. The EBS, emergency broadcast system is going to be on television now, the EAS emergency alert system, we always get those. Those are what we get on our cell phones -  what they’re going to do is alert us on our cell phones to tune into a television to get the EBS announcements.

Now, when are they to start? I'm hearing EBS is to start over the weekend. I don't know if it's Saturday, I don't know what day, if it's Sunday, don't know. But get this, we've been talking about this generally, or other people have for years. Years, we've been looking for EBS  announcements.

Okay, they're going to be on for eight hours, three times a day. I don't know if the eight hours is going to remain the same and repeat two more times in 24  hour period, which would be eight times three is 24 that's a day, and it's going to continue like that for 10 days.

Now, that's not darkness, that's 10 days of disclosure, and it could end up being 12 days, but I'm hearing 10 days of disclosure, okay, 24 hours a day, and I'm sure it's good. It could get a little repetitive, but we'll have to see, hopefully and we're able to get a lot out of it. I can only imagine what it might include, but what good things could include?

 Could it include announcements about NESARA or GESARA  and what that includes like R and R like, debt forgiveness, debt jubilee, the release of our mortgage, our mortgages, in other words, the zeroing out of our mortgages. Could it include the release and the removal of credit card debt.

Both of those are huge factors in our debt jubilee or debt release. I would think that would be part of it -  what else could be included?. It could include some of the trafficking information that we know about from the tunnels, the whole adrenaphone problem and so on, it could include a lot. I think they'll throw some sweet in the sour. I think we'll have a mix that I don't know exactly what all we're going to see.

Imagine this is finally going to take place this weekend and go for at least 10 days. What's interesting about that is this is also a cover for us going in and doing our exchanges and our redemption of zim. So it could be very interesting cover for us to do that, so that attention is not on us, but is on the television to watch what is actually being broadcast, as far as PBS is concerned.

 Now, what else might be really interesting is we believe this is going to occur on all, or almost all, TV stations. It would be wild this way, mainstream media, main networks and so on, could be using this, this emergency broadcast system,  we are maybe going t o be  told where to tune to get it.

I don't know if every single station will hold at it or not, but we'll find that out. It's going to be a surprise to me, but it may be that this is going on, and this is not the same as 10 days  of darkness. If there's darkness, guess who it's for? That's right, deep state, the Cabal.

Do we lose cell service or electricity or any or radio set. No, no, we don't forget about it. Who loses that is the cabal -  Anybody that they're targeting for arrests, yeah, they lose their cell service with their internet -  not us – it’s not  supposed to happen -  we're not going to lose it. I don't care who you are reading online. It's not supposed to be that way for us. Okay,

There's been some other misinformation that's been brought out, but I can't remember what it is right now, other than that, but I think what we're looking for is right there. It's right ahead, and it's possible that we got something tomorrow, but I've been told by several sources, it would be the weekend when this occurs. Well, that, to me, is still Saturday or Sunday, and we should get this in time   set appointments, start exchanges, if not over the weekend, then very early next week.

Just gonna have to ride that out and see what happens over the weekend in terms of our emails that come to us. I have heard that the admirals group will start Saturday, Sunday, Monday, which is interesting, because that's the weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday would continue it.

I think if we do get started Saturday for us, the redemption centers will be open Sunday, and they'd be open, obviously, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Do this. Let's say you're a dong holder. All you have is dong. If you want to help yourself, you'll get the best rate by setting  your appointment using the 800 number and send your appointment to go to the redemption center, because what you get on the dong will be approximately twice as much per dong at the redemption center as it would be at the bank. So I know that for a fact, because we've been seeing what the rates are

Beyond that. You guys, I think that's so interesting that even the redemption centers are waiting, just like we are,  they are waiting for emails 4:30 tomorrow to receive those emails that give them the green light to look forward to everything that we're looking forward to with setting appointments - so we could get something as early as tomorrow evening,  but I think is going to end up being  Saturday or Sunday.

It's just, you know, how this thing changes. Even the intel that I had pursue at five or six o'clock tonight changed, you know, in the last, you know, in an hour or so later, or an hour and a half later.  So things like this do change

Now we hope that everything's on track for us to receive these and get these exchanges started and really get them started. And we're supposed to have everything well underway before or by the 28th which is Wednesday,

I think we are in good shape to get that before then. And I don't really believe in the term back walls, that's another term on the big call that's been banned. So just take that for what it is. I think we are supposed to get underway, and all debt forgiveness is supposed to be done by the end of August which is the 31st  so we'll see if that's what happens.

That's really the bulk of the information.

Member: You think we’re going to ever cross this finish line before September ?

MZ: As far as RV related news – there is a lot of expectations in Iraq for this weekend. But no huge movement yet. We are waiting to get some news.

MZ: Iraqi contacts are pretty hopeful they can force a dinar value change to reduce the use of US dollars . A lot of hopeful talk …and most are looking for a change on Sunday. That’s only a day away so guess we will soon find out.

Member: Many feel that Saturday night is the best night to change rates….all the banks worldwide are closed for a short time on Saturday nights. Just sayin……

MZ: We are hearing that they are off “stuck” and have moved past the initial round of bond stuff and they are starting to prepare (in mass) the folks with German bonds. I am 100% certain that is what they are going to start processing next. Hopefully also releasing the money that goes with it.  I started getting this news last night.

MZ: We are hearing money is moving fairly quickly…but we have heard that before.

Member: What are some of the milestones or markers you are still looking for before our notifications Mark?

MZ: For me- I think we need to see more farm claims and settlements paid. And past Farm claims into CMKX and fines and Penalties. This is some of the milestones we should be able to see in the coming days…I would think….

MZ: Iraq is not the only monkey in the game….They are just the easiest to track….. . But we also track bonds and F&Ps…..also easy to track. Iraq is not the only cog in the wheel. But they just need to release that new rate.

Member: If you sign an NDA will your podcasts stop?

MZ: If CMKX pays out and If a NDA kicks in….I may have to quit the podcasts for awhile….but, it would totally depend what it says…If its only an NDA on CMKX I would just not talk about it….ban all talk on it. My concern about discontinuing the podcasts for weeks…is the fear and uncertainty in our community. So I will do my level best to say on – even if it’s only to talk about the weather until we are allowed to talk about specific topics. .

Member: If you sign a currency exchange NDA…so will the rest of us I assume….so we will all just have to be quiet together.

Member: What is your gut saying?

MZ: Many people are thinking we have to wait until November of January for the RV. That is not what I am hearing from the banking side , the settlement side and the bond side. If Nesara holds any kind of truth…..why would we have to wait?

MZ: If whitehats are as powerful as they say they are….why would we have to wait until then….of course if they were that powerful why have they not already flipped the switch? I have a lot of conflicting beliefs on this one. But, I don’t believe we will be waiting that long.

Member: Is the US still holding up the RV and Iraq?

MZ: I don’t think so….I think the US is desperate for money….I think the ones fighting it are the Rothschild banks.

MZ: “ Powell Pivot is complete. Gold stocks, bitcoin and bonds surge as Fed chair says “Time has come for policy surge to adjust”  At least 25 points to 50 basis points. …or ½ of a percentage is what they are talking about.  It will be very important to get to a reset and sound money with these policies….I believe the next administration will reap the benefits of this.

MZ: MilitiaMan did a great breakdown on all the progress we have seen throughout the week…be sure to go watch, and share…..

MZ: I think things are setting up to be a heck of a chapter in this story.

Member: Goldilocks dropping several articles with dates in October for final rules and Regs for crypto and Foreign currency. Looks like we May have to wait until October???
