Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It is Thursday, August 1st and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in everybody. Thanks for listening wherever you are in what we call big call  universe, which is all around this beautiful globe and maybe beyond, probably so. So, thanks for tuning in everybody.

Looking forward to having a good call. Bob took a vacation break, so he will be back on Monday, and because he missed this call he might have missed our last call, I would think so. So, we'll see how it goes. But obviously we miss Bob not being here, but Sue and I are going to do the best we can to bring everything to you. So let's do this before we get too far along. Let's go ahead and pray the call in.

All right, let's just do this. I'm going to segue right into my own Intel segment. So this will be good, Sue. You don't happen to have a time hack? Do you just for fun? Yep, 9:53 Oh, thank you Sue.

Okay, where are we with our intel?  We have heard and are confirming this that there was a celebration dinner slash party last night in Reno with bank managers in the area and intake managers. Those are the people that took in the currencies in Reno for the various  groups.

We know the admirals group or groups plural, and there may be others too that might have attended- So bank managers, intake managers, were there for the celebration dinner slash party last night, that would have been Wednesday night. Now the Intel does not need to be super long.

You guys are looking for when and if this is going to happen  - I am going to cut right to it -

The Intel that we received, and I had several confirmations today – was all pointing to this going either tomorrow for us by notifications - I'm talking about notifications either tomorrow which is Friday and  or Saturday, I don’t know how to answer would work - but tomorrow I'm going to say or Saturday it is definitely in play.

So  one of those two days, maybe both, maybe it is a process of being notified both days. So be prepared for that  - We did get a green light  from Treasury to one of our intel providers. And I think we're looking very good from that perspective.

We know that our people that we talked to at the redemption center went in today and stayed until four o'clock when the markets closed, but the rates were all showing grayscale, meaning they were not solid, visible rates on the screens at the redemption centers and at the banks  a gray scale.

We got to get off gray scales.  Which we believe will be tomorrow - We'll get some solid new rates out, and that way, that way, I think our notifications can come out after that. I have also heard that we would get notifications  after markets  closed tomorrow at four Eastern, four o'clock Eastern. And I think that's possible too, but it's also possible as we get these during the day and we set our appointments, and maybe we start Friday which is tomorrow -  or we start on Saturday

I lnow this much -  they will go through the weekend - meaning Sunday will be a day that redemption centers will be open, just so you know, it will they will be open on Sunday.

Could go possibly tomorrow, possibly Saturday, quite likely Sunday, you know, including Sunday, and all the way through beyond that. Today is the first we kind of thought we'd get notified today. I believe we were pushed today. Maybe its actually tomorrow we get notified

Also being at the end of the week - If they decide to release this to us after the markets close at four, there would be no ramifications on it, or there would be no real ramifications on the forex, which closes down around five o'clock on Friday and opens back up at five o'clock on Sunday evening.

So what they do is they reconcile all of the trades that have been done on Forex accounts over the weekend, they reconcile those and then they are ready for business opening back up on Sunday, five Eastern.

So the 48 hour period of 5pm to 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday, in which case the Forex is down to reconcile all accounts. So I think we're hearing, we're hearing some really good things about political change happening in about four or five days that'll be welcome.

 And also we're hearing there are a lot of tests going on right now in terms of the EBS, the Emergency Broadcast System, sort of fine tuning certain aspects of that. EBS and these announcements, that's where they show up. An emergency is usually on your phone, an emergency wireless system. EWS, I don't know not sure when that turns  if that's on phone or on I don't know. I don't know where it is -

 But I think it we could be in the heat of it over the weekend and beyond. That's this coming weekend. We always think of the weekend starting, but either Friday or Saturday, Sunday. Weekend is probably Saturday, Sunday and and you know what the bank said and is going to do on Friday is reconcile their books on Friday.

So that not a big  deal either way for us, but I think we have pretty good shot at getting notified tomorrow, and if not tomorrow and or Saturday, you'll be looking at your emails every once in a while, and we'll see when they come in.

All right, all right, everybody, I'm jacked up excited about this coming either to us, either tomorrow, Friday or Saturday. Tomorrow is Friday, tomorrow or Saturday.

So let's go ahead and pray the call out, and let's see when this comes about to us.

Ariel Friday Update:

800 stocks down by 5%? This is a prime indicator that once things pop off with Iran & Israel we will get a market correction like we have never seen.

Then as the WTO stated the world will anticipate Iraq to come to the rescue and bring confidence back to the global trade market by reinstating the Iraqi Dinar and everything from that point will be based on REAL VALUE.

Then this is when you will unprecedented liquidity.

Here is the situation as I understand it, Friday morning 8/2/2024.

"They" are still processing German historic bonds. They are finding many fakes. They have a quota to meet for "real" authentic German bonds before they can move onto the Chinese (Dragon) bonds.

"They" (UST) expect that threshold to be reached sometime this weekend. Once "They" move to Dragon bond payouts, that's when the "bondholder" should receive his commission.

That's when we're on, because my understanding is that is the "end" of Tier 3 and Tier 4a. None of this is connected to the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar, which could still happen anytime.

 UST is said to want that to happen imminently. The Cabal is broke and needs the influx of funds from Tier 4 to continue the war.

 But the reality is the war is all but over. I suggest you think of this terms of World War II. It's late 1944. The Battle of the Bulge (Trump assassination attempt) has just failed. The Germans have been driven back to the Rhine, and it's only a matter of time before Patton gets across and finishes the job.

TNT Tony's 48-hour window has passed. Let's see if he has any new or corroborating information on his call today. That's where we're at. At least as far as I can tell. — Mike

Mnt Goat    ...recent articles from Iraq tells us the Iraqi government is taking steps to correct...issues and what needed reforms are still necessary... The nature of the reforms tells us they would have to be already started...Don’t think this is going to be a long, long process but certainly not days, maybe more like months...We must not discount all the reforms already accomplished...the Feds are now stepping in and trying to move the country steps further. Yes, they are shaking it up...So, this is all VERY good news and we should be happy to see it playing out...Everything is going to come together and it will happen suddenly.

The Iraqi Integrity Commission has announced the arrest of a suspect linked to the "heist of the century," with gratitude extended to the Kurdistan Region's Ministry of Interior for their assistance in arresting the individual.

Without disclosing the suspect's name, the commission confirmed the arrest of a key figure in the high-profile theft case, praising the collaborative efforts of both the federal government's Interior Ministry and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

Four additional defendants, already suspended by the High Criminal Court, were part of the former government of Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi and are implicated in the case.

According to Iraqi officials, the charges against these individuals stem from their involvement in extracting approximately $2.5 billion in cash from the General Tax Authority. This sum, lost between September 2021 and August 2022, represents a significant amount of money in a country that consistently ranks among the world's most corrupt.

The "theft of the century" has been described as the disappearance of $2.5 billion in tax revenue, shedding light on the extent of corruption within Iraq's financial systems.  link

MM: Thanks and glad to be here. Yesterday we did a sit down sitrep with PampeyPeter and Petra.. Its in our Patreon room for anyone who wants to visit. It’s about 30 minutes long.

MZ: To e this week has been great. There have been a number of key pieces come out of Iraq that made me feel warm and fuzzy. What’s your take on the week??

MM: I have been interested in seeing how far along the central bank building  is. I think around 6 months ago they said they had about 15 feet or so to go….to the top of it.

MM: I know high rise buildings take a long time to build…..but it they are at the top with only 6 meters to go…I don’t know that it would take 6 months….I don’t think so.   I have a strong feeling there is more to that story.

MM: They are now talking about a celebration, and if you remember…..Saleh (Sudanis financial advisor) has been on fire for the last couple of weeks. And he told everybody that there was going to be a major announcement regarding the digital era……

MM: Now everybody is starting to see it… This morning the UAE is allowing their digital currency….and are able to buy digital assets. It is going to a digital era all around the world. The world is changing quickly…

MM: The multi-currency practices are going to go away and ultimately  they will apply a REER or Real Effective Exchange Rate to Iraq’s currency-

MM: Everything we are seeing is powerful evidence that the monetary reforms are on the table and they are knocking them out….

MZ: What of the HCL? We are watching what is going on in the Kurdish region and money is suddenly flowing. And they are saying things are now in Baghdad’s hands….I’m surprised we havn;t seen that the HCL was done this week

MM: Well, they said its coming soon…Whatever that means…Right?

MM: And I heard from a source that the US Federal Reserve will not wait long….They cannot wait forever….. And he also said they can take action at a moment’s notice. I believe the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve are working hand in hand with the Central Bank of Iraq.

MZ: Have you heard anything about Iraq’s ascension into the WTO?

MM: Iraq is going to need to trade cross-borders. The Iraqi dinar is not yet on the forex with a REER. (Real Effective Exchange Rate) With the Ayuscuda cross border system …I think it’s ready to go.

MZ: I also think it’s ready to go. But how long can they go without a new rate? They have not published the budget tables yet….I think they are hiding it because the new rate is in it to do all those new projects.

MM: PompeyPeter and others have been talking about this. And issue #4472 of the Gazette is not there…..so yes When you say they are hiding it- that’s what it looks like. …And Why?  Because its sensitive.

Tishwash:  American newspaper: Washington deploys 12 warships and 4,000 soldiers in the Middle East

The Washington Post confirmed that the United States has deployed 12 warships to the Middle East, where tensions are escalating following the assassination of Hamas political bureau leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr in Beirut.

A Pentagon official told the Washington Post that American destroyers are stationed in the Gulf and eastern Mediterranean, including the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, amphibious assault teams, and more than 4,000 Marines and sailors.

According to the report published by the newspaper, the United States has redirected a number of warships stationed in the Red Sea, which are carrying out operations against the Houthis in Yemen, to the Gulf and the Mediterranean, in light of the escalating tensions in the region.

On the other hand, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Israel warned Hezbollah through Western and regional mediators that any large-scale attack on it would lead to war, and that it intends to target fighters instead of focusing on the infrastructure supporting the fighting, and urged Hezbollah to adopt the same approach in its operations.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called on all parties to stop escalatory measures, a message that was interpreted as being directed at Israel following the killing of Shukr and Haniyeh, according to the newspaper.

Regarding the US giving Israel the green light to launch operations in the Middle East, Blinken said: "The current path is heading towards more conflict, more violence, more suffering and more insecurity, and it is important to break this cycle, starting with a ceasefire in Gaza."

Speaking to reporters in Mongolia, Blinken stressed that reaching a ceasefire requires the parties to stop taking actions that lead to escalating tensions, and to find reasons to agree to the agreement rather than delaying or rejecting it. link

Tishwash:   Iraq signs MoU with British company to develop Kirkuk fields

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani sponsored, today, Thursday, the signing ceremony of a comprehensive petroleum memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Oil and the British Petroleum Company (BP) to develop Kirkuk fields for oil and gas production.

According to a statement, the Iraqi side was signed by Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul-Ghani, while the BP CEO Murray Auchincloss signed on behalf of the company.

The statement added, “The memorandum includes the rehabilitation and development of the four fields of the North Oil Company in Kirkuk, which are the Kirkuk field with its two domes (Baba and Avana), the Bai Hassan field, the Jambur field and the Khabbaz field, as well as the possibility of agreeing on other fields or exploration areas by agreement of the two parties, in light of the government’s efforts to optimally invest in promising opportunities in the energy sector, with the aim of increasing and enhancing oil production and gas and solar energy investments in this region.”  link

PompeyPeter   We still haven't got a speaker.  We still don't have a budget and we still haven't seen 4782 in the Gazette.  Is there really anybody who doubts what that is all about?  It's pretty obvious in my opinion it's all linked  to the rate.  You've got so many laws that are ready to go but are waiting for the rate.  Articles today talking about the optimism  of them passing the Oil and Gas Law.  It needs a rate.  Obviously that's a big part of the budget.  The budget hasn't come out  because the budget is waiting for the rate. 

Militia Man  Are they going to fire up the oil and gas law at 1310?  I highly doubt it.  Why wouldn't they have done it already? ...They had 19 years but they've done an extra year and got that done.  Now they're talking about it's an imminent situation...in the coming days... Bottom line is pressure is on.

MZ: So why are they not posting budget tables in the Gazette? I think there is an important reason – like a different value on the dinar.

MZ: The chatter I am getting out of Iraq is fantastic. What have they gotten done?

MZ: The Iraqi government has their stuff cleaned up…..They have worked things out with the Kurds…..We are looking at HCL approval any day now…..Ascending to the WTO……they have come out of Chapter 7 requirements from the UN and the World Bank……It is exciting to see where we are at right now with this progress.

MZ: Bond side is still wicked quiet. At least my contacts are. And no word out of Reno. Its painfully quiet

The Integrity Commission announced that it had received one of the most prominent defendants in the theft of tax deposits known as the “Theft of the Century” case.

The Integrity Commission praised the cooperation of the Federal and Regional Ministers of Interior.

According to Iraqi officials, the scandal revolves around illegal cash withdrawals from the country’s General Tax Authority in 2021 and 2022 totaling about $2.5 billion, a huge sum even in a country that consistently ranks among the world’s most corrupt.

An Iraqi businessman named Nour Zuhair, who has become one of the most prominent suspects in the case, has recovered about 380 billion dinars ($292 million) in stolen funds since his release on bail in November 2022, the head of the National Integrity Commission, Haider Hanoun, told Reuters earlier. Zuhair has publicly asserted his innocence of all charges against him.   LINK

Frank26  The bad guys in Iraq, whoever they may be, they just don't want the monetary reform.  They don't want it to happen.  You know that.  That's the reason why we don't have the monetary reform of the Iraqi dinar.  Because of the corruption that is occurring inside of the the government of Iraq.  But  Sudani is in good control...He sure is.

Badr Organization leader Moeen Al-Kadhimi, a member of parliament’s finance committee, said that the prime minister’s objection to the existence of different versions of the budget and the addition of large sums is now being justified as an “error and oversight” made by employees, but shouldn’t we ask the “accomplices” about the truth of what happened? Expressing his belief that corruption dates back to the era of Saddam Hussein and has now evolved and become more complex.

Going too far with public money has become a culture and has reached junior employees, and this needs to be reconsidered. This has been going on since the previous regime, and now officers are not given leave or transferred soldiers unless there is something in return for that, even though managers and officials have cars, protection and good salaries, so why do you extend your hand to ill-gotten money, and it is sometimes considered cleverness? This culture needs real treatment.

(An example of corruption) is the change that occurred in the budget tables. Some ministries, such as the Ministry of Commerce, had large amounts added to the food ration item. Who will benefit from this and who colluded with them? The explanations and justifications that are being put forward are that this was an employee mistake!

There are protocols signed between Iraq and countries such as Russia, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Lebanon and Jordan because these countries did not respond to demands to return the money even if they knew it was smuggled because they benefit from it, and some of these countries grant citizenship to the person and consider him a citizen of theirs. An example of this is the case of Ayham al-Samarrai, the former Minister of Electricity, who was imprisoned in the Salihiya Police Station, and an American force came and got him out and escaped, and now he lives in America.

Some of the protocols signed with countries give enough space to recover the money, but other countries do not accept this, such as Switzerland, which prefers that the money remain in its banks, and is prepared to grant citizenship to the Iraqi in order to provide him with protection and keep the money, especially for executive officials.

The government has a duty to follow up on general managers, and unfortunately, until now, there are some managers who consider the position a spoil that they want to benefit from. Sometimes this is clear to see. Yesterday, I had a call regarding the issue of security clearances, and I came across an official in a company, and we clearly noticed that he was corrupt, because all matters pass through him, he approves them and covers them up, and action was taken.

The Integrity Commission, through our conversations with them, has two problems. The first is internal, which is the lack of cooperation from some ministries and departments, which are negligent in research and auditing and do not provide priorities. The second is the lack of cooperation from the countries to which the corrupt flee. link

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It is Tuesday, July 30th  and you're listening to the big call. Glad everybody could join us. We're starting a little bit late tonight. I had a call that I was expecting a little earlier, that came in late, and it's good, because we got some good last minute intel that I'll share in my Intel segment. So – glad everybody could join --

Let's talk about let's talk about where we are on an Intel point of view. I told you guys I was late to the call getting some last minute intel that fortunately came in, but I was a little bit late getting on the call, like 10 minutes late to get there. But it's okay, it’s good.

So what’s been happening -  we have been looking forward, I believe on Tuesday night, I knew we were getting close to the end of t he month, and when that happens, like it did this week, because we're so close to the end of the month. Tomorrow's the last day of the month, 31st Wednesday.

I said -  Okay, here we go. More than likely going to get notifications and possibly start on the first of August. Well, that is pretty much what we're getting right now.

The the thing that there's sort of the last minute, I don't know how last minute was. It was something that was holding this up, evidently, there were five small banks in Iraq that were still exchanging with Iran in USD fiat currency. You guys know that the Fiat dollar is basically dead everywhere except here in United States.

Canada's not using it, Mexico's not using it, Vietnam is not using it, and Iraq is not supposed to be using it. So as the Fiat dollar, our current Fiat dollar is being taken to an absolute minimum, they're collecting and trying to eliminate banks that are using it -  and there were five small banks in Iraq  that we're doing this trading , initially with Iran  and the Treasury consolidated those five banks into one entity and took took it over, so to speak, so that wouldn't happen anymore. That was an issue that was solved  in the last couple of days. So that's fairly recent

The other information is that today, some of the bankers and some of the paymasters  are tied in with Wells Fargo and HSBC and Bank of America were working together – the information consolidated and working to basically get everything finished.

For example, a meeting today supposed to go three and a half hours with five and a half hours, and that was some of the information that I got late, and it just looks like everything was this has been a situation the last couple of days where we should have had, you know, results, and that we heard,

What day was it? Friday night - And I think even last night, Monday, they were setting up, late to get everything lined up, everything ready to go, so that this could happen. Now, well, it ends up - see where we going with this one -. It ends up that the meetings have finally come to an end.

There are emails that have gone out to some of the pay masters that are involved in bonds and paying out their bond holders that they're working with, and we know that, you know, they're waiting for four emails to come out, one from Wells, one from Bank of America, one from HSBC and an email from Treasury.

Well, the last day or so they got the emails from each bank, but not from Treasury. And so the one from Treasury was to give the so called green light to let us know when we're not well. It's so strange because we had confirmation on bank emails, and that was all good, but where is the Treasury email?

Well, we finally got confirmation that the Treasury email did come out of prescribed time about three hours later tonight, and the whole thing is okay, we've got that now. We understood  that some of the paymasters were going to be able to receive that email, be able to key in their passcode and ID, and then they would be able to fund their  bondholders monies, because we knew the money was moving around and was ready to be utilized and moved into these accounts.

And it was money moving in to the banks for our accounts, for exchanges, for 4b so where that went was all four emails were finally received, but when certain paymasters entered their passcode and Id ends up spinning icon on their screen. In other words, you never notice how sometimes the computer just or YouTube just seems to just pause, and you kind of go, what? Why isn't it rolling?  Why isn't it why are we playing? Why isn't this YouTube playing and it's just giving you this rolling circle of nothingness?

Well, that is where we are right now, and the paymasters were told - just leave it on - Don't monkey with it. Leave it alone and let it resolve in the morning. This is the theory. It should resolve in the morning.

Now why am I bringing all this minutia up, because when that does happen -  that is our green light. Now we can say that we have the green light from Treasury, but until that information gets loaded in so those funds  can go to bond holders accounts. Now we need for this to go, and we are kind of the most important part of all this happening, because when we get started, okay, when we  might have to take That's  wait one second -  Might have to take this one second.  - I'll complete that fundamental.   Hold on. -  let me finish that thought, you guys,  as I get my brain right.

Okay, so when they get this icon, let's call it spinning circle to clear - it's going to be good, because it's going to tell us that we have the green light and we're ready  to move forward –

What we’re hearing  from these pain masters. Is everything is complete – everything is ready with Iraq -  they hot the problem solved that I mentioned – and it’s ready to move – we’re ready to move forward.

 We're being told we should either get notified tomorrow, which is the last day of the month, Wednesday - start exchanges on Thursday the first of August or they'll get notified Thursday morning and get started Thursday – either way we win.

But this is interesting, that that we're getting down to the wire - we've got good information that's saying that it's ready to go – the green light has been sent Treasury, and now we just need for the paymasters to move funds.

And I remember the thought I had – here’s the thought -  by us going in for our exchanges and our and our redemption of Zim - we are hydrating the banks. When we exchange and put money into these accounts that we are opening – not the quantum  account, but the  Wells Fargo  primary account, I thought, right, when we do that, we're beginning to hydrate the banks  because some of the banks are essentially – almost bankrupt.

They don't have the funds - we're going to rehydrate those banks. And remember the people that are redeeming us and exchanging our currencies, they also pick up point  zero two percent - .025% of the transaction, the bank also picks up point zero two five percent - .025% -  that actually turns into some real money. That little tiny percentage of 25 hundredths of a percent will turn into real money.

So by us doing that in especially with Zim, in other currencies as well with Zim, it will really begin to stabilize the banks. And that's a very, very positive aspect for us  - to see that going there.

Now, what else is going on again? Looks like we should get notified tomorrow  and if not, we should get notified Thursday morning and start Thursday so be prepared for that.

This should be a really good end of the week, first, first part of August. I told you guys, we should have R and R, restitution and reclamation allowance in the first week of August, and that is going to be great. So and that applies to people that are 28 years of age and olde – Now if you are already getting Social Security, or you're 60 and older, 62 and over, getting social security in the same bank account where your Social Security is being direct deposited. Okay, so that's something to look for in the first week of August.

 So I don't think there's a whole lot else that we need to talk about. You know they plan to offer us the contract rate on the dinar that we have if you are a US citizen. Okay   And that's really a very good thing

So let's do this. Let's pray the call out and see. Let's see when the emails hit, whether it's tomorrow, whether it's Thursday, either way we win. Let's pray the call out,

MZ: I can tell you the news coming out of the Kurdish region is great. “The Kurdish government resolved the crisis with Wisdom”  He says Baghdad has no excuses left. They are talking about the HCL and say they have resolved it. They expect Baghdad to rubber stamp the HCL. (Hydro Carbon Law)  I imagine MM is pretty excited this morning.

MZ: We were always told that within hours or a few days they would release the RV after the HCL is finished. It’s a key piece for moving forward with their reforms.

MZ: “US Military launches first military airstrike in Iraq in months” They say it was against “Iranian sponsored terrorists.”  In Iraq that had targeted US forces. This should not affect timing….it is against rebel forces that Iraq doesn’t want there either.  We will keep an eye on it.

Member:  (From Dinar Guru) Guru Mnt Goat  ... to get their currency reinstated for Iraq, it is an uphill battle. They must fight, fight these globalists. But some of the problems stem from themselves too as there are measures they could have taken to further manage the dollar, curb corruption and money laundering. But they didn’t.  There are also timelines in the strategic plan to get to the reinstatement that have not been met and need to move ahead now.

MZ: I believe that is correct.

Judy Note: On Tues. 30 July 2024 the US National Debt (to the Deep State Cabal) hit over $35 Trillion. Although Congress was legally liable to pass and conform to a budget each year, they have never done so to my knowledge during my 80 year lifetime.

The British Crown then sent the US Taxpayer monies on to the Vatican Bank, where the Black, Grey and White Popes then used it again for their own purposes, and then sent our monies on to their Central Banks across the World – where Bankers made even more money off of US Taxpayers.

About a month later the US Taxpayer monies were returned to a Cabal Deep State owned bank in New York, where they charged us Taxpayers interest in order to use our own monies to pay their private corporation US Inc. employees.

That’s where the National Debt came from: Over $35 Trillion in debt of Taxpayer Monies caused by the Cabal, was now owed to the Cabal.

Members of the US Congress were well aware of this corrupt financial system that has been in place since 1913, yet have been blackmailed and paid big monies to not do anything about it – which they don’t, never have and seem to have had no incentive to change the system in the future….

 Soon we will be going back to 1955 prices: The value of $8,000 in 1955 was approximately equivalent to $85,896.23 in today’s money, adjusted for inflation.

Paymasters have been paying out Bond Holders.

A US Treasury Email came out tonight to Paymasters that told them to key in their codes and ID to fund the rest of their Bond Holders, but the computer wouldn’t let them complete the transaction. They were told to wait until morning to finish the job.

We have been told that the Restitution and Reclamation Allowances will be paid out the first week in August – which is, of course, this week.

Paymasters have said that everything is completed and Iraq is ready.

When Tier4b is paid we will be hydrating the banks.
