Tishwash:  Parliamentary Committee Expects Oil and Gas Law to Be Approved Soon: Delayed Because It Is a Political Pressure Card

The Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee expressed its “optimism” on Sunday about the imminent approval of the Oil and Gas Law, which has been suspended for 19 years, noting that its delay was due to it being a political pressure card used throughout the past years in forming successive governments.

Committee member Nazim Al-Shabli said, “The oil and gas law is the most important of the suspended laws,” noting that “it was being exploited as a political pressure card in forming governments.” 

But Al-Shabli expected that “the most serious government in this file is Al-Sudani’s government,” noting that “clear committees have been formed between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government, but so far the government has not sent the final version to the House of Representatives or the Oil Committee.”

Al-Shabli expressed the Oil Committee’s hope that “the relevant committees will resolve the issue and send it to Parliament, given the benefits of the law in regulating oil exports and stopping smuggling or selling oil outside SOMO,” believing that “this issue will be resolved in the coming days.”

He stressed that "the delay of the law came because it is a political card, especially since the region wants the law and considers it to be in its interest, in addition to the fact that it has old obligations and contracts with foreign companies, in addition to the continuation of smuggling."

About a year has passed since the formation of the committee to draft the oil and gas law, after a 19-year delay in the law that regulates the relationship between Baghdad and Erbil with regard to the management of oil in Kurdistan and the rest of the provinces,” while the law is considered one of the most important laws that have been suspended for years, amounting to more than 150 laws.   link

Tishwash:  Iraq stores gold and expects it to rise in the next two months

 Economic expert, Abdul Rahman Al-Shaikhli, expects Iraq’s gold reserves to rise over the next two months.

Al-Mashhadani told {Euphrates News} that: "Owning gold is considered part of the investment portfolio that countries seek, and Iraq has been storing gold and increasing its reserves for many years, especially with expectations of its rise during the next two months, and this means that the rise in gold prices is continuing and is part of the countries' investments."

He explained that "maintaining dollar reserves or investing in treasury bonds does not achieve profits commensurate with the size of the profits achieved from the increase in gold prices, although Iraq increased its reserves by two and a half tons of gold."

Al-Mashhadani pointed out that "these are not large numbers that enhance citizen confidence and diversify investments, and this is the policy of a group of countries and banks, not just Iraq."

Data from the International Monetary Fund showed an increase in gold reserves in Iraq and Qatar.
The data indicated that Iraq increased its gold holdings by 2,644 tons to 148,305 tons in May 2024.
The data showed that Qatar raised its gold stock by 3,112 tons to 106,423 tons in June 2024, according to Reuters.  link

Sat. 27 July 2024 Mike Bara: The word I have is that Thursday night 25 July 2024, the US Treasury told Iraq that if they didn’t revalue their currency per the agreements “immediately,” UST would force the issue. Iraq responded that they were holding up because of concerns about some smaller banks that they suspected were doing business with the Iranians. They are determined that no RV funds make their way to Iran, because the two countries are historic enemies. UST responded by seizing the 5 banks, consolidating them into a single, manageable entity, and pushing the RV through. Today, Sat. 27 July 2024 the Central Bank of Iraq made the announcement regarding this transaction. As far as I know, this is the last hurdle to the revaluation.

Sat. 27 July 2024: US Federal Reserve Hits $1 Trillion Dollars in Unrealized Losses. US national debt interest payments will surpass $1.14 trillion this year. That would constitute more than 76% of all collected income tax. The increasing and unsustainable debt concerns only depreciate confidence in the US dollar. Moreover, it creates higher rates of inflation and erosion in the currency. Altogether, the ongoing debt issue only erodes the greenback if left unchecked. Jeff   The budget...they're going to finish it probably just shortly before Iraq's accession to the World Trade which will be the weekend of August 17th and 18th.   That accession period is the nucleus to everything right now.  Everything is happening around that accession date.

SkyWalker   Remember in 2003 when the old Swiss dinars were being exchanged for the new and current Iraqi dinar. The U.S. Army transported and distributed the currency throughout Iraq. The outgoing Swiss currency did not have three zeros. The new Iraqi dinar had three extra zeros because it lost value.  Because Iraq was post invasion and the nation had no industries or other methods to sustain its economies. That is why the dollar was brought into Iraq by the U.S. government as a means to keep the Iraqi economy alive. Now, the situation has changed and through monetary policies the nation can justify restoring the value of the Iraqi dinar. Inflationary zeros were added to the notes back in 2003 by the U.S. government that paid for the printing of the Iraqi dinar. Now, the inflationary zeros will be removed because the government has met the requirements of the CBI.

Clare: 15 trillion dinars raises controversy in the budget

The manipulation of the budget has sparked controversy between the government and the House of Representatives.

Economic expert Salah Nouri told {Euphrates News} that: "It is too early to analyze the amount of {15} trillion dinars, as it is now the subject of controversy over falsification of the budget tables between the House of Representatives and the government." 

Salah added, "Assuming that there is an increase of this amount in the operating budget, it increases the budget deficit, and increasing the deficit is a step towards a liquidity crisis."

The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, yesterday, Wednesday, different budget tables before and after its approval, with a difference of 15 trillion dinars.

Committee member, Moeen Al-Kazemi told {Euphrates News} that the budget tables that arrived from the Council of Ministers and were approved inside the parliament are the same as the government tables; therefore, the letter that we received from the Council of Ministers that the tables that were referred after the vote have a difference and a large difference in some chapters that reach 15 trillion dinars.

He added that the spending budget amounts to 211 trillion dinars; but the tables that were signed by the Parliament Presidency and sent to the Council of Ministers read 226 trillion dinars.
Al-Kazemi explained that the Prime Minister's Office sent the table signed by the Parliament Presidency, which included: 

- An increase in the amount of the ration card by 5 trillion dinars.
- Increase in oil revenues by 5 trillion dinars.
- Reduce fees by 5 trillion dinars.
- In addition to financial increases for the Ministry of Electricity and some governorates.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It is Thursday, July 25th  and you're tuned into the big call. Thank you big call universe for getting the call out to so many around the globe. We appreciate that, and we appreciate big call tuning in. So before we get started, we always pray the call in. So let me do that.

So let's do this. Let's go into Intel and see where we are now. And I think you'll find that we're in a pretty good place. So the Intel segment doesn't need to be very long tonight. You notice the last couple they've been relatively short, because we are so close to receiving the notifications that we really don't have a whole lot else to talk about. So let's talk about what we have.

First of all, the story is that we've had, like Bob said, there's quite a bit happening in the way of political activity, as you guys know, every everything from the Republican National Convention to the rally where President Trump had an attempted assassination to how  Gods hand protected him -  its just amazing -  there’s a lot more chatter out about the Head of State service. She resigned.  Biden got out of the presidential race coming up. There's all kinds of news events that are taking place daily.

I'm aware that we are about to come into the emergency broadcast system or the emergency  alert system, and possibly the emergency wireless system EWS - all those things are scheduled, along with, we believe the with NESARA  and GESARA, very shortly, maybe this week, I don't know, maybe this Weekend

So here's where we stand right now, we did get pushed another day. We got pushed from today to tomorrow, but we know that redemption centers are going to be open on Sunday. It looks very possible that we get notified tomorrow, begin exchanges Saturday and go through the weekend and through next week.

What we're hearing is one of our sources, which is at the redemption one of the redemption centers that we talked to, essentially, is saying that they are expecting emails from the new US Treasury, not to clarify that our new US Treasury -  also another separate email from Wells Fargo, another separate email from HSBC, another separate email from Bank of America, four distinct  emails all to arrive at approximately between 11:00 am and 11:15 am  Eastern Daylight Time.

 Now what I'm being told is it's quite possible that we in tier 4B and this may also be true for tier 4A, which is what we call the admirals groups, would receive those emails at approximately the Same time tomorrow. So I think there's a very good possibility we will get this tomorrow before lunch.

Now here's the way we're being told. It's working. They want us to get this and set our appointments and get started with our exchanges before the Olympics get underway  --  My understanding, from what I heard, is that at 7pm eastern tomorrow night, that's when the Olympics opening ceremonies are to begin in Paris or in and about Paris France.

Okay, so whenever that starts, they would like that the Olympics, the start of them to be underway as a cover for us, a deflection, to deflect the attention away from us and what we're doing.

So don't be surprised if you do get notification and set up an appointment in the afternoon, evening tomorrow, if that's the case, so that we're able to go Friday afternoon, Friday evening.

And since redemption centers will be open Sunday, you'll have the opportunity to go, possibly Friday, evening, Saturday, Sunday, Monday – Tuesday , etc. Now that, of course, presumes that we have the notifications tomorrow - May not be exactly around lunchtime, but it could very well be, and so you'll just have to see how that come in for us.

However, I say this, you know, it may be that we get the notifications then, and if so great, if not we look at them, whatever it is that we are supposed to get them.

Now I think we are very close. Like I said, there's a good opportunity for us to receive some more information politically coming up. There's just a lot going on. There's a lot happening. You can tell, you can tell is a lot happening. So let's do this. Let's go ahead, pray out the call, and I want to thank everybody to make this call possible.

Member: every day there's a lack of news.... perhaps we're not as close as we think to this mirage of a reset.

Member: Or maybe it will happen suddenly…..

Member: we think it is moving slowly but then Boom it will be on us fast and we will be saying -slow down.

MZ: I do know of an important Signatory/Trustee heading to Reno this weekend. Heading from Asia. Hope it means something.

Member: Is acceptance in the WTO necessary for Iraq to RI/RV?

MZ: No it is not necessary…but it is expected to occur simultaneously

Member: Do you think they will wait to RV until after our elections?

MZ: I do not- but a lot of people think they do.  The question is how will we handle it if they do?

Member: maybe they will RV during the olympics?

MZ: Wouldn’t that be an awesome time to do it.

Member: Lots of planes owned by trustees of banks left DC this morning…allegedly

MZ: I know a couple trustees that are due to land in Reno today. But I don’t know if it means anything

Member:  Trustees in Reno sounds Importantly Relevant, right?

Member: So looks like we are pushing this into August now?

MZ: I don’t think it’s being pushed into August. I think it’s quiet for a purpose.

Member: Maybe it’s waiting for a stock market crash?

Member: The stock market crash would help, but I still believe it is not required as a prerequisite to notifications...

Member: Fact: one of the people that got me into this circus in 2006 was 100% paid out of Geneva Wednesday not to a flipper but to A BRICS institution. Sold gold backed bonds. he had to shut down contact until Thanksgiving 2024.

MZ: When people tell me nothing is moving…I’m like-.well I know some people who are already getting money …so things are moving. It is not moving like I thought it would or as quickly as we want it…..but things are moving.

Clare: Central Bank of Iraq "warns" against circulation of $1 million commemorative notes

July 25, 2024

The Central Bank of Iraq renews its warning against promoting commemorative notes of the "one million" US dollar denomination used to defraud citizens.

It stressed that the security and regulatory authorities will pursue those who promote these commemorative notes and take legal action against them. It pointed out that the highest denomination of the US dollar in circulation is the "100" dollar denomination.

It is  noteworthy that the aforementioned commemorative note is not circulated in global currency markets as it is issued by the American Millionaires Association, and this note is not considered cash because it is not issued by the US Federal Reserve and does not represent any financial instrument, and is used for gifting purposes only.

The Central Bank of Iraq warned in February 2020 against circulating the "one million" dollar denomination because it is a non-cash note.

The US Department of Defense and the Iraqi Ministry of Defense led the second US-Iraq Joint Security Cooperation Dialogue in Washington, D.C., on July 22-23, 2024, reaffirming their commitment to security cooperation and shared interest in regional stability.

The two delegations discussed a range of bilateral security issues under the 2008 U.S.-Iraq Strategic Framework Agreement and in recognition of our comprehensive partnership, with Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi meeting with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and representatives from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, U.S. Central Command, the Department of State, and National Security Council staff.

The Iraqi delegation included the Chief of Defense Staff, who also met separately with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Brown, the Director of the Counter-Terrorism Service, the Deputy Commander of the Joint Operations Command – Iraq, and other senior defense officials.

The U.S. and Iraqi delegations reaffirmed their commitment to developing Iraq’s security and defense capabilities and their determination to deepen security cooperation across a full range of issues to advance the two countries’ shared interest in Iraq’s security and sovereignty and regional stability.

The 2024 Joint Security Cooperation Dialogue builds on discussions held during Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani’s visit to Washington, D.C., in April of this year and the inaugural Joint Security Cooperation Dialogue last summer.

During the first Joint Security Cooperation Dialogue, the two sides decided to establish a bilateral Higher Military Committee to analyze three factors – the threat posed by ISIS, operational requirements, and the capability levels of the Iraqi Security Forces – to determine the future of the international military coalition in Iraq.

The dialogue continued during the Joint Security Cooperation Dialogue, building on HMC’s work over the past six months and in celebration of the upcoming 10th anniversary of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS’s military mission in Iraq. A detailed joint statement on the future of the Global Coalition’s mission and presence in Iraq is scheduled to be issued shortly after HMC’s conclusion.

The United States and Iraq intend to continue consultations on enhancing bilateral cooperation to ensure the lasting defeat of ISIS after more than a decade of cooperation between the international coalition and Iraq.

Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar, noted the historic achievements of the coalition in Iraq and commended the millions of victims of ISIS, including hundreds of thousands of victims who suffered in the campaign to defeat ISIS in Iraq, such as members of the Iraqi security forces, including the Peshmerga, and partner forces around the world, including the United States. Both sides stressed the importance of Iraq continuing to provide support to the international coalition to defeat ISIS in Syria and around the world.

In addition, the two delegations reached an understanding on the concept of a new phase of the bilateral security relationship, which includes cooperation through liaison officers, training and traditional security cooperation programmes.

The delegations also discussed efforts to build the operational capacity of the Iraqi Security Forces through U.S. military assistance and security cooperation programs, including through Foreign Military Sales and Foreign Military Financing. The two sides stressed the importance of continued cooperation to ensure the sustainability of U.S.-origin military equipment used by the Iraqi Security Forces. The delegations emphasized the value of professional military education and technical training programs and decided to strengthen both.

They also explored opportunities to expand Iraqi participation in CENTCOM-led regional military exercises and strengthen Iraqi military relations with CENTCOM service component commands. The two sides also decided to begin work on a Memorandum of Understanding to provide an enhanced framework for their bilateral security relationship in the coming years, including mechanisms to ensure the continued defeat of ISIS.

In support of Iraq’s sovereignty and security, delegations reaffirmed that the advisory mission is in Iraq at the invitation of the Iraqi Government to support the Iraqi security forces in the fight against ISIS and to support and develop the Iraqi security forces, including the Kurdish security forces.

The Iraqi representatives reaffirmed their absolute commitment to protect US and coalition personnel, advisors, convoys and diplomatic facilities.

Delegations discussed the continued urgent need to return displaced persons and detainees currently in north-east Syria to their countries of origin and support their reintegration.  LINK

Militia Man  All this time they've been doing all these meeting in Washington.  About 48 hours ago they have come up with an agreement...to reduce forces...Alaq went to Washington about 10 days ago, unannounced visit.  He met with the US Treasury and the US Federal Bank, had to do with exchange rates...other currencies...They're going to be talking about...banking, finance, development, sovereign guarantees ... Ultimately, Iraq is going to have bilateral relations in security with the U.S. in finance, development, all those things.

Jeff   Everything is pointing to...August.  I really feel that's when the rate is changing...Everything seems to be hovered and centered around the nucleus of August being their accession to the World Trade.  Somewhere around mid-August.  That's when we're going to see most of their critical steps coming forward...It's amazing what's happening right now.  We're definitely in the period for the rate change. Member: Theres a rumor that there are thousands of US Marshalls out arresting right now.

MZ: Don’t know about thousands….but I have some US Marshall contacts being scrambled to the DC area. Is it because they are short on security after yesterday’s Palestinian protests/uprising?  But I have been told there are many credible threats against the supreme court…..They could be sent there for protection.

MZ: So yes…there is a large scale movements of Marshalls and law enforcement being brought into DC right now.

Member: I hope they are going there to do mass arrests in DC. The cabal has to go.

MZ: There is a difference I reporting at the IRS…Mostly in systems and who they are allowed to pursue. Or not…..Almost as if they are going through major changes….Isn’t that interesting.

Member: The IRS also needs to go….

MZ: Bond news is all over. I get great news from one….then others are getting stonewalled….still needing final contracts. One of then told me they want all contracts out and delivered by August 1st  This doesn’t mean they are punting things….I was told a long time ago that only 30% of bonds need to be paid for us to move forward. Aug 1st is only 7 days away.

MZ: Bond rumors says we may have massive movement today and tomorrow….. But, I personally believe we should have already had it by now.

MZ: Still hearing the timeline is set for the US drawdown of troops in Iraq. In other words…Iraqis will now be taking care of Iraq. There will still be troops in Iraq on the bases…..to safeguard the region….but not to handle the day to day stuff.

Member: If the Dinar won't RV until the US Troops leave Iraq, which begins in Sept. …still a few weeks away from any real positive news.

​​Member: Maybe the date being set for military to leave Iraq is enough to meet the condition of rv?

Member: I still think the financial crash has to happen. RV will be the savior.

Member: BREAKING, King of Jordan has dissolved Jordanian Parliament and holding new elections in September.

MZ: This is getting interesting.

Member: Why don’t you give us all the rumors anymore? It’s like you are not even trying?

MZ:  IMO 99% of the rumors out there right now are misinformation……keeps you on the roller coaster. I would rather sit back and watch things unfold then spread that disinformation. A friend of mine who lives in Germany is very close to what’s happening in Zurich! She told me two weeks ago that everything was being processed and settled, and I asked her how far along they were, how long it would take and she sent me pictures of a boat party which took place on a big lake so apparently she’s not allowed to talk about it, that was answer enough for me.

Tues. 23 July6 2024 Wolverine: The millions of people in the Precatorios Platform were made liquid on Tues. 23. Private contractors are also being paid. More have been called into Zurich. My Asian contact said that their platform starts on Wed. 24 July. I was told Mon. night, that a certain country in Asia was about to release on Tues. 23 July. China as well. A committee member in London confirmed that funds will be released Tues. afternoon in Reno and payments on Wed. 24 July.  Reno has liquid funds. They received instructions to pay on Wed. 24 July. On Thursday D-1-D-2 will be released. The platforms will receive their funds on Wed. 24 July, but they must wait for D1 and D2 to go live on Thursday. Dubai 1 and Dubai 2 provide all the money for the exchange. At this moment there is a start in Brazil, for the beneficiaries of this process.

Tues. 23 July 2024 Bruce: Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) could be notified at any time. Bond Holders have been told they will be notified on Wed. 24 July and get access to their monies on Thurs. 25 July.

Tues. 23 July 2024 MarkZ: Historic Bond paperwork – especially on the Asian Bonds – has been sent to the Hague. I’m hearing the only reason the RV did not go over the weekend was fights over the value of some old German bonds. But things are now “unstuck.”

Clare: Central Bank Governor discusses with UN Regional Representative the development of bilateral programmes

His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Chairman of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Council, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, received the Regional Representative of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime for the Middle East and North Africa, Ms. "Christina Albertin" and her accompanying delegation. 

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening bilateral relations and completing the programs achieved between the two sides, especially with regard to capacity building in following up on criminal proceeds in accordance with international best practices.

The guest delegation praised the efforts made by the Iraqi Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Office in combating cross-border crimes, following up on proceeds, and strengthening the work of the internal, regional and international system.

It is noteworthy that Iraq is hosting the Second Baghdad International Conference on Combating Drugs, under the patronage of the Prime Minister, who made it clear in his speech during the conference that drugs threaten the stability of the region, and Iraq's vision towards combating them is not limited to the harm targeting its youth, but will be a factor in comprehensive instability in the region if neglected.

Clare: Baghdad Governor: The capital's development road path will include the largest commercial exchange station

Baghdad Governor Abdul Muttalib Al-Alawi chaired an expanded meeting to discuss the final path of the development road, noting that it will include the largest commercial exchange station in the capital.

The Media and Government Communication Department in Baghdad Governorate stated: "The meeting witnessed the participation of representatives from the Ministries of Construction and Housing and Public Municipalities and Planning, a number of general managers and the technical assistant to the Governor of Baghdad and heads of administrative units in the districts and sub-districts in Baghdad Governorate."

The governor said, according to the statement: "The files of conflicts and compensations for the owners of disposal rights and everything related to this important and vital path for Iraq and Iraqis were discussed, in terms of the economic, social, security and political aspects," noting that: "The path that will pass through Baghdad Governorate cuts approximately 28-30 km after changing the path line, and contains the largest commercial exchange station in Baghdad, and will give a clear economic return and provide employment for workers."

Al-Alawi pointed out: "The attendees stressed the need for cooperation and coordination between the concerned parties to establish this important strategic vital line, which will give Iraq an important strategic and economic dimension."   LINK

Mnt Goat   Again, I have to ask as to why the reinstatement has not already occurred, if no other rate on FOREX than to reflect the assets of the oil rentier economy already established and ongoing as we know it prior to 1990.  Prior to 1990, the rate of the dinar was hovering around $3.22. So why are they still artificially suppressing the rate now? Now, it’s 1/6 of a penny? Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Tuesday, July 23 and you're listening to the big call. Thanks. Everybody was out there. Tuned in, and I have a maya cupa -  an apology to make -  I screwed up trying to turn off the recording on Thursday night's call, and many of you who tried to tune into it or listen to the replay were denied, denied.

I eight, and I'm sorry about that, I really am, because it was a good call, and I wanted it to get out there. And unfortunately I misdialed something on ending the recording, and it was it was gone. Gone into the Ethernet  - so many of you probably tuned in on Friday to the little Intel update that I recorded to give you some idea at least of what the Intel was from the call Thursday night, but here we are on a Tuesday.

Didn't expect to be on a call tonight, but here we are. So we're doing it, and looking forward to you guys getting the most you can glean from this call.

Okay, little after ten - let's go into where we are intel wise -. This is going to be an interesting week for us. There's a lot happening all around us, we know that - politically, if you're paying attention at all, wow, we have had quite a week haven’t we – so far I mean -  we have for days, and it's not going to get any easier.

In fact, don't be surprised if the Early broadcast system, the EBS, the emergency alert system,  the Emergency Alert System and the EWS, emergency warning system come up and get utilized, starting tomorrow or Thursday, and there's been discussion as to, you guys have no idea there's so much going on right now globally, the arrest globally, I think they did get finished – I think two days ago, but there's  still activity in Canada, the US, and hopefully that is about over.

 It was supposed to be by now, but this is a time when things are coming together for us. To give you an example, yesterday, talking to the redemption center and bank people. The Bank screens were not showing rates, but the redemption center is showing blinking rates

Today it was the opposite – Bank screens were showing blinking rates and redemption centers were blank. Then later in the afternoon today, the redemption centers, which is what we're most concerned with, are showing solid rates, but in grayscale and in grayscale, you can't quite make out what those rates are, but my understanding is that by one morning, at 9:30am Eastern Daylight Time, we will have solid rates on the screens - at 930 in the morning,

We're also hearing that staff is being sent in as early as 10am and also at 2pm to cover the day.  And it should be that we get notified tomorrow and start exchanges tomorrow. Now that is what we're hearing. I should start Wednesday and go through Thurs – Fri – and Saturday.

Haven't heard about Sunday yet. We're hearing that we're supposed to be notified by those emails with the 800 number included, so that we canI hope everything goes welmay I ask what he charged to do all of that?

 call and set our appointment and then go in for our exchanges, if not tomorrow, then Thursday.

 I'm pretty sure we're going to start or we should start tomorrow. So that's obviously this going finally, is what we're all looking forward to receiving. Don't be surprised. And by the way, when you get the emergency broadcast system in order to submit EWS and all that that is designed to cover for us. So I’m excited that is about to occur. I think you guys have seen some political change already.

There may be more political change happening soon. So I'm just looking forward to getting started on what I guess we expect in the way of notifications of setting our appointments and so on.

As far as anything else goes, remember, the Dinar has a so called contract rate. They are supposed to offer that here in the United States  to US citizens, I can't tell you exactly what it is but it is  very high, and I look forward to that. And obviously Zim holders are going to be given priority and precedent going in your Zim holder, you do get priority as far as the med beds are concerned, because  they do want those of us who will be around to do our projects for many, many, many years to have a shot at that by living much longer than our normal lifespan.

So don't be surprised by that fact. You should be aware and look forward to going into the Med Beds to to gain that longevity so you can complete your projects into the future. Okay? That’s kind of important

I'll tell you guys, we have waited a long time for this, and the information that I got is, you know, this afternoon to say when these are going, it's very positive, and I believe we're finally at that point where it can start. So we shall see.

Now, I don't know. Really we don't have when these emails are going to come out to us, when our notification holders are supposed to be notified tomorrow and access funds tomorrow or Thursday. We're trying to go pretty much in tandem with the bondholders. I believe, changes tomorrow.

 It's possible we would get notified and not start. I believe they want us to start, and then call out set appointment and start, hopefully tomorrow. Okay, so that's what I wanted to share tonight.

Tues. 23 July 2024 MarkZ: Some interesting historic bond stuff. I am hearing comforting things from the bond side and this is coming from many sources….that historic paperwork –especially on the Asian bonds was sent to the Hague. I am also hearing the only reason the RV did not go over the weekend was fights over the value of some old German bonds. But things are now “unstuck” and seems to be moving much quicker now that the current administration is no longer delaying things. They are too preoccupied to keep slowing and stopping things right now.

Mon. 22 July 2024 Banker: “The banker is traveling back to Texas on Wednesday and is hopeful for a Thursday announcement with appointment scheduling to follow thru the weekend. We shall see.”

Tues. 23 July 2024 Wolverine:

“I am so excited. The Precatorios Platform was (allegedly) made liquid today. We are talking millions of people. Private contractors are also(allegedly)  being paid. I also heard that more have been called into Zurich. My Asian contact said that their platform starts on Wed. 24 July.”

If what Zurich and London say is correct, activation payments will begin tomorrow Wed. 24 July.  Reno has liquid funds.  They received instructions to pay tomorrow morning 1. Farmers-2-Elderly -3 Platforms.

On Wednesday, to (allegedly) pay the ‘whales’.

On Thursday D-1-D-2 will be (allegedly) released.  The platforms will receive their funds tomorrow, but they must wait for D1 and D2 to go live on Thursday.  Dubai 1 and Dubai 2 provide all the money for the exchange and although the Platforms can receive your funds and send contracts, notices, etc.,
