Clare: Integrity Commission to Nina: We have achieved advanced steps in the file of recovering funds

The Federal Integrity Commission confirmed that it has achieved advanced steps in the file of recovering Iraqi funds smuggled from abroad.

The Director of the Department of Relations with Non-Governmental Organizations, Moataz Al-Abbasi, said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The file of recovering funds is still active and developing rapidly, and there is international cooperation as we have taken extensive steps that recently led to the recovery of one of the wanted persons from abroad and taking legal measures against him."

He added, "The Integrity Commission is concerned with developing an anti-corruption strategy, as we have completed a national strategy for the years 2021-2024, and we are currently working on developing a new strategy for the coming years 2025-2030."

He explained: "The strategies depend on international cooperation, the development of global expertise, and the exchange of data and other strategies, so the Integrity Commission has been keen to exchange experiences and meetings with the parties concerned with developing strategies, and this helps us develop a good national strategy that is measurable and produces clear results."    LINK

Clare:  Parliamentary Committee to Al-Eqtisad News: The Oil and Gas Law is Almost Complete, and This is What We Hope for from Barzani’s Visit to Baghdad

Member of the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee, Zainab Al-Moussawi, revealed today, Thursday, the latest developments in the Oil and Gas Law, while pointing to the impact of Masoud Barzani’s visit to Baghdad on the approval of the law.

Al-Moussawi said in an interview with Al-Eqtisad News: “So far, the draft oil and gas law is almost complete, with a high percentage that may reach 90%, but there are some objections from the Kurds regarding some points, which are summarized in handing over oil imports and exploited and unexploited natural resources to Baghdad, as Erbil refuses to do so.”

She added: "We hope that Masoud Barzani's visit will be the beginning of resolving the crisis of the law and its legislation after an agreement with the political foundations in Baghdad, which is the Coordination Framework, as all political blocs are moving towards legislating the oil and gas law that regulates the country's natural resources."

The member of the Parliamentary Oil Committee explained that "the Oil and Gas Law contributes to exploiting the largest possible amount of undiscovered oil fields and also contributes to achieving self-sufficiency in petroleum derivatives and optimal exploitation of wasted natural resources estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars that contribute to diversifying the state's financial resources."  LINK

Sun. 30 June 2024 Breakfast with Tiffany: USD funds for Trigger Files have been released and will be ready for disbursement next Mon. 8 July and prerequisites for launching USN Bills now being finalized and scheduled for disbursement on that July 8th. 

GESARA is supposed to be announced July 8th as well, been further advised Trigger Bond payment Monday 1st and bond redemption payments Thursday 4th, public release of USN Bills and Currency Revaluation starting the 8th.

The Global Currency Reset release of funds across the World has been given, with funds coming directly from the US Treasury Department of Defense Operations. 

The launch of the RV was slowed down due to many Hacker and Cyber Attacks.

There will be an Internet Blackout

The White Hat Military are in control of the redemption process.

Wells Fargo and HSBC are leading these operations across the Globe.

There are local institutions in countries around the World that are connected and ready for Global notifications with access to Treasury Departments in the different countries.

Fnu Lnu   Back in 2011, I was told by my attorneys, that the revaluation would follow the guide-rails set out by Dr. Shabibi. Dr Sinan Al Shabibi has quite the curricula vitae in that he...held a BSc in Economics from Baghdad University (1966), a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Economic Development, an MA in Economics from the University of Manchester (1970, 1971), and a PhD in Economics from the University of Bristol (1975). He was said to be an authority on The Marshal Plan, which in essence is what is happening in Iraq at this very moment.  I was also told that the plan was to resurrect the pre-invasion Dinar valued at $3.22 or there abouts. Fnu Lnu  I was also told that Iraq would have no need of using the IMF model of baskets of currencies, of which an average is calculated, as that would drag down the IQD and raise up inferior currencies. In other words, a fixed rate, at least during the reconstruction/infrastructure phase. This was 13 years ago and time necessitates changes sometimes. It seems nothing is etched in stone these days but of the many things I was told in the presence of a UST agent and a couple other attorneys, everything they said at that meeting has come true so I'm going to stick with what has been dependable info. I am, however, a little surprised at the flood of info coming forth. I would have thought they would hold their cards a little closer to the vest. With that being said, never rule out the old trick of misdirection [Post 2 of 2]

MZ: Let’s start with rumors first. I have been told by a number of different sources that the system is fully in place and tested. Nothing left to do but trigger it.

Member: Is that the QFS?

MZ: Yes….but the term QFS has become a kinda catch- all phrase .

MZ: I am told they hope to trigger the money moving (bonds ect) before D1 and D2 go. Possibly overnight tonight but within the next 2-3 days we should see measurable movement of money, with a possibility (treat as rumor- as we have heard this before)  of money moving for us and currencies as early as next week.

MZ: With the possibility of some of the groups getting paid over the weekend. This is all coming from many, many different sources right now. Reputable sources. This is very consistent chatter with big expectations . The system is in place and they hope to trigger it.

MZ: I am pretty excited. If I am hearing this from so many different sources- I bet the boards will be getting it shortly. Pray that this is “IT”

MZ: And I was told there is very measurable money movement for D1 and D2. So things are positioned right now way more than I have ever seen them.

MZ: My first bond contract that got updates this week hopes to have money on Friday ..others are hoping for a Monday payday.

MZ: I was told once they trigger bond payments …then the bigger humanitarian funds like D1 and D2 would release. If they release-you will see us all screaming from the top f our lungs as humanitarian aid starts.

Member: Dubai 1 and Dubai 2 are funds with mega bucks in them

MZ:  D1 and D2 are big humanitarian trusts like the St. Germaine Trust and the Rodrigues trust. There are many humanitarian trusts set up.

Bruce’s Big Call Dinar Intel Tuesday Night 7-2-24

Welcome everybody to the Big Call tonight. It is Tuesday, July 2nd  Hope everybody had a wonderful start to the month of July. Think we're going to finish this month very well. And thank you for tuning in to the big call wherever you're located. Thank you for being part of the SAT team's coverage of the big call, and anybody else that's just happened to tune in.

We’ve got some things we want to share with you guys tonight that are very positive, and I'm looking for hearing also from Sue and also hearing from Bob. I'm looking forward to bringing you a segment about intel  when it's my turn.

I want to say that July 4 is Thursday, the Fourth of July. Independence Day celebrated here in the United States. And as was the case last year, we did not have a call on the Fourth of July, and I do not expect to have a call Thursday. We will not have a call as it is right now. We will not have a call on Thursday. Just a heads up, okay, so anybody that's hearing us live or on the recording, just beware, Thursday the fourth is day to celebrate our freedom and hope for more and more freedoms to come.

I have a little bit of information about that to share with you guys too in the intel segment. So a lot of things are happening now behind the scenes, and even this week, we will not have a call on Thursday night  so enjoy that time with your families, grilling out, enjoying fireworks displays but be very, very careful. If you're one of the self fireworks people, every year we hear about fireworks accidents that take off fingers or maybe poke an eye out or something.  

We just don't want to hear any of that. Want you guys to be safe. Be safe, and if all you can do that's safe is use sparklers to keep it to sparklers, no shooting Roman candles at each other. I heard a news report yesterday about or that sounds it's very dangerous, but not a very smart thing to do.

So thank you, Bob. Appreciate that. That was really well done. Now let's turn to the intel – and see what it is  we’ve learned so far  --  Being Tuesday, we do get some information over the weekend. And we know, for example, that Iraq is supposed to put the physical, let's check that the budget in the physical version of the Gazette – Wednesday – tomorrow – We will see if that happens

The virtual  Gazette - had the rate and the budget in it last Saturday. So virtually meaning online, anybody that was looking for that in the proper place would find it, but we're looking to get it in the physical version of it either tomorrow, or it may get moved. And I'm going to explain that in a second.

We have been told that we would receive this notification today, and would start exchanges tomorrow – without a doubt.

Well, I'd say there is some doubt, because we did not receive notifications today, and I don't know that we will receive tomorrow.

You see here’s the thing --- Anytime you got a holiday like Independence Day on the Fourth of July. You've got people that are thinking, Well, do we really want this to start before the Fourth of July? And the thought is, no, we don’t want it. This is what we're hearing from one of our redemption centers, and the person that puts out the information to every redemption Center East of the Mississippi, quite a few redemption centers.

The word is that we're going to get notified on Friday and set our appointments Friday for some time over the weekend, which would be theoretically, Saturday or Sunday – but I believe they are trying to go through the fourth without anything to disrupt the holiday. And I think that's why we're looking at the fifth for notifications. That's going to be Friday.

 And then this is the latest that we got only hours ago. So I'm going to go with that coming from a leader at one of our redemption centers, just getting that information. I think we're really looking at getting started over this weekend, Friday, notifications, Saturday, Sunday exchanges, and maybe we will have exchanges on Sunday, maybe go Saturday and continue on through the rest of the week.

Now, as far as R and R is concerned, we should receive that in the month of July. And if you're a currency holder, you'll receive that at the time you exchange your currency and redeem your zim

One other thing about the Dinar contract rate. You know, we've heard that in our contract rate could be very high. It's still very high. It's taken a little bit of a dip, but it could very well go back up higher than it was, it will move around. It will go a little lower – it will go a little  higher. It just all depends what it is when you get into the redemption center, they should offer that if you're an American citizen, they should offer you the contract rate on the dinar.

Now, what about political? you guys know, what a fiasco last Thursday, and just what a joke it was really -  And the Democrats are back betting and trying to figure out what to do, but I'm hearing today that President Trump should be back as President  - not only Commander in Chief – which he is now  but as President   sometime between the fourth and the 15th of July. We'll see if that holds up. We've had dates in the past come and go - We'll see if these hold up between the fourth and 15,

I personally think we will have NESARA somewhere in the vicinity of the eighth or ninth of July. That's what I've heard today.

Certainly the NESARA and GESARA on the eighth, would make sense from China’s point of view -  that may be what it occurs. I don't think the RNR or anything else that's part of NESARA  can occur without the RV and possibly without president Trump back. So we'll see how that goes. I've beentold both ways. Let’s see what happens .

I’m really looking forward to this going I'm looking forward to having a happy, healthy Fourth of July, and I'm looking forward to getting the notification 800 numbers by email, on the fifth, which is Friday

Member: I heard possible HCL done today?

MZ: I was hoping to have something on that today…I was hoping we would get clarification that the HCL was done, nailed down and welded shut. But,, we did not get that news yet.  I am hearing it is done. But we will play “wait and see” this afternoon.

Member: I was told HCL will be approved today and thus the new rate will be announced overnight!!!

MZ: News is all over the place today. Money has not moved to my knowledge…not that I can prove. .

MZ:  There are supposedly movement of Kurdish leaders in Iraq visiting Baghdad and the rumor is the HCL will be nailed down tight…done, done , done…..and the announcement could be today. That is what I am watching.

MZ: I do know of a couple bond contacts who are expecting a “update” today. They are not expecting a payment. But an update as to where they are in the process…as we move into the July 4th weekend. Hope to have what they are being told for you this evening.

Member: Are the private contracts separate from the tiers…or are they like flippers or speculators?

MZ: They could be both- depends on which deal or private contract you are part of. Is it done with the US Treasury or with a flipper or  whatever. Some contracts fall in both camps.

Member: I don’t want the RV until the new 67 % capital gains tax by Trudeau in Canada is gone

MZ: It may be wise to exchange directly into a multi-currency account. If you need living expenses you only need to withdraw a little and pay taxes on that until the tax law is better

GESARA is supposed to be announced July 8th as well, been further advised Trigger Bond payment Monday 1st and bond redemption payments Thursday 4th, public release of USN Bills and Currency Revaluation starting the 8th.

The Global Currency Reset release of funds across the World has been given, with funds coming directly from the US Treasury Department of Defense Operations. 

The launch of the RV was slowed down due to many Hacker and Cyber Attacks.

There will be an Internet Blackout

The White Hat Military are in control of the redemption process.

Wells Fargo and HSBC are leading these operations across the Globe.

The Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Haider Mohammed Makiya, has officially completed the procedures for establishing the Rixos Hotel in the capital, Baghdad, with the CEO of the Qatari Real Estate Investment Company.

The Chairman of the Commission confirmed in a statement that "the project comes within the government's tireless efforts to attract foreign direct investments that enhance Baghdad's international reputation as a prominent investment destination, as well as enhance investment cooperation between Iraq and Qatar, which is an important step in developing the infrastructure of the tourism sector in the country."

For his part, the representative of the Qatari company "expressed his confidence in the promising investment opportunities in Iraq, noting that the project will contribute to creating new job opportunities, supporting local economic growth, and an important opportunity to open the doors to international tourism investment."

It is worth noting that the Rixos Hotel project, which is distinguished by its global reputation for providing luxurious services, will be built on an area of ​​47,500 square meters and consists of a 23-storey hotel with 22 presidential suites with 308 hotel rooms and 164 residential apartments of different sizes in addition to advanced facilities and services that meet all needs.    LINK

Clare:  Worth $4.5 billion.. Japan sets date for completion of construction of large oil refinery in Basra

Baghdad - WAA - Wissam Al-Mulla

The Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Futoshi Matsumoto, announced today, Tuesday, the commencement of the first phase of the project to improve water supplies in Samawah, while setting a date for the completion of the construction of a large oil refinery in Basra.

Matsumoto told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "There are Japanese companies seeking to work in Iraq, such as Komatsu, a company that produces construction machines, and it is a very well-known company."

He pointed out that "the company is very interested in investing in Iraq, and a delegation from it visited Basra Governorate to find out what machines Iraq needs to provide with high quality." 

Regarding Japanese projects and loans, Matsumoto stressed that "Japanese loans are important to stimulate the Iraqi economy to give the government an opportunity to bring in more Japanese companies, especially in infrastructure and oil projects."
He added that "JGC, which is working on building a large oil refinery in Basra, has invested $4.5 billion in the project," noting that "this will take two years to complete the project, and this requires large loans from Japan, and there are great advantages to Japanese loans." 

Regarding the water supply improvement project in Samawah, the Japanese ambassador explained that "the Japanese company has started the design and the first phase of the project, and we need more than five years to complete it," indicating that "this project is very important for the people of Samawah, and we are making every effort to implement it."

Sun. 30 June 2024 Breakfast with Tiffany: USD funds for Trigger Files have been released and will be ready for disbursement next Mon. 8 July and prerequisites for launching USN Bills now being finalized and scheduled for disbursement on that July 8th. 

GESARA is supposed to be announced July 8th as well, been further advised Trigger Bond payment Monday 1st and bond redemption payments Thursday 4th, public release of USN Bills and Currency Revaluation starting the 8th.

The Global Currency Reset release of funds across the World has been given, with funds coming directly from the US Treasury Department of Defense Operations. 

The launch of the RV was slowed down due to many Hacker and Cyber Attacks.

There will be an Internet Blackout

The White Hat Military are in control of the redemption process.

Wells Fargo and HSBC are leading these operations across the Globe.

There are local institutions in countries around the World that are connected and ready for Global notifications with access to Treasury Departments in the different countries.

They tell us on July the 18th we will be official but they keep hinting...that we're already part of the WTO.  They got some guy from the WTO saying that the WTO got this on our WTO calendar already... The newscast saying that is the day Iraq is fully accepted with no hold back or limitations on our currency.  FRANK:  This is very good news. IMO the new exchange rate should be well before that date...

Pimpy   Article:  "Customs complete the first phase of the automation project and reveals its revenues within 5 months"  They've been kept in the dark ages for a long time.  Everybody was doing everything by paper and pencil and it was kept that way for a reason...Banking and other institutions are seeing their companies change with this new technology are going to be excited.  It's going to make their work a lot more efficient...it's only going to get better for Iraq.  This is one of those way they can generate revenue other than from oil.  This is exactly what they need to diversify.  Quote "revenue rate will raise by the end of this year to 200% from what it was in 2022."  That's a hell of an increase...it's going to boom over there...

MZ: On the Treasury side the rumors are dropping left and right. Everthing from “It’s tomorrow” to “oh no- they delayed it another month” Crazy rumors….same sources are telling different people different things. That tells us its “MISINFORMATION” and it is done on purpose.

MZ: Stay calm and remember the fundamentals. Iraq is still looking great. They still have the new ATM’s, they still have conversations saying they are going to delete the zeros. And they are still having the conversations about releasing the lower denominations in July…..things still look great.

Member: People in Iraq are going to lose faith in Sudani if he doesn’t hurry. IMO

MZ: I feel that as far as Iraq is concerned it is done and prepared. They are just waiting on the “go” so they can announce and move forward

Member: I guess the US has not signed off on it yet?

Member: I think Iraq is being held back on purpose.

MZ: I agree , but think its temporary and we are about to see it rip.

Member: I read the bonds aren't done because the first one in Germany showed up on the Fiat ledger and that had to be fixed before they can finish teir 3

MZ: 2 of my bond folks checked in this morning and are hopeful final contracts and 1% will occur tomorrow.

Member: Will I get an RV for my birthday July 12th?

MZ: I think there is an excellent chance we will see it by then.

BRICS: Major U.S. Financial Sector To Be Impacted If the Dollar is Ditched

The main U.S. sector to be affected if BRICS ditches the dollar is the banking and finance sector. Banks across America will be forced to take concrete measures to safeguard the prospects for the U.S. dollar. Moreover, new currency pairs could take center stage in the forex market adding more pressure on the U.S. dollar.

Also, banks lend millions of dollars globally and the amount disbursed could be reduced considerably. Therefore, the U.S. dollar will experience a dent in the supply and demand mechanism and banks will take the first hit due to the BRICS de-dollarization initiatives. U.S. banks are already in crisis with several banks facing closures and bankruptcies since 2020.

If the banking sector takes the first hit, the next dent will inadvertently be the financial sector in the U.S. The financial sector is broad and involves consumer goods and retail, technology, and fintech, among various others. Even inflation could hit the U.S. homeland making the prices of everyday essentials peak. BRICS ditching the dollar for global trade and transactions will begin to have adverse effects on the U.S. economy and day-to-day life in America will be impacted.

Mnt Goat  I...asked [my CBI contact] how the rate of the dinar would be determined in the future...I was...told that “you know and I know that the rate of the dinar is now being artificially suppressed”...I was told that Iraq is in a much better situation now prior to the 1990 embargo and so why not have an international rate again with at least a rate equivalent to the late 1980’s prior to the invasion...

The 12th Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) conference in London is set to open with the participation of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) officials, aiming to bolster economic ties between Iraq and the United Kingdom.

Bargasht Akrayi, spokesperson for the KRG Investment Board, announced from London, "The Chairman of the Kurdistan Board of Investment will attend the IBBC conference to deliver a speech on behalf of the Kurdistan Regional Government. This conference, held biannually in Erbil, London, and Baghdad, aims to enhance trade and economic relations between the two countries."

"In addition to KRG officials, the conference will feature representatives from the Iraqi government, employers, businessmen, investors, and delegates from British and international companies, all focusing on fostering deeper ties," Akrayi emphasized.

What is the reality of transitioning all global currencies to tier one asset-backed status? The endeavor will require a multifaceted approach, addressing economic stability, resource availability, and international cooperation.

The core of this transformation will lie in the availability of raw materials to serve as the foundational assets, ensuring the backing is both credible and sustainable. The off-ledger gold hoards represented in the historical bonds is a good start but for the concept to be sustainable future extraction of raw materials will be needed.

For any currency to achieve tier one status, it must inspire confidence among global investors and stakeholders. Historically, gold has served as the standard for asset-backed currencies due to its intrinsic value and universal acceptance.

However, gold alone cannot support the entire global economy. Diversifying the assets backing these currencies will be essential. This includes other precious metals like silver and platinum, industrial metals such as copper and lithium, and even commodities like oil and agricultural products.

The critical challenge in this transition is the availability and equitable distribution of these raw materials. Gold reserves, while substantial, are limited and unevenly distributed across nations. To ensure a fair and effective asset-backed system, the financial community must identify and agree upon a diversified basket of assets. This diversification mitigates the risk of any single asset’s volatility impacting the global economy.

Key commodities such as lithium, essential for the blossoming electric vehicle market, and copper, crucial for electrical infrastructure, are likely candidates. However, their extraction and production, as with other possible minerals, could pose environmental and geopolitical challenges.

Sustainable mining practices and international agreements on resource sharing is a key function in ensuring these assets can reliably back currencies without exacerbating environmental degradation or geopolitical tensions.

Achieving a universally accepted asset-backed currency system necessitates massive international cooperation. Establishing a global governance framework to oversee and regulate the asset-backing process will be crucial. This body would have to be responsible for setting standards, monitoring compliance, and arbitrating disputes.

 Such an organization could be modeled after existing institutions like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or the World Bank but with a more focused mandate on asset-backed currencies.

Advancements in blockchain and digital ledger technologies (DLT’s) offer solutions for transparency and traceability. These technologies would ensure that the backing assets are verifiable and secure, reducing the risk of fraud and enhancing trust in the system. Implementing a blockchain-based tracking system for assets could provide real-time data on reserves, ensuring that all participating nations adhere to agreed-upon standards.

Transitioning to an asset-backed currency system also requires addressing environmental and social impacts. Sustainable practices in resource extraction and production must be prioritized to avoid ecological damage. Equitable resource distribution and fair labor practices to prevent exploitation and ensure that all countries benefit from this new financial paradigm will have to find a mandatory status.

The global financial community and governments will have to willingly collaborate, to create a resilient and trustworthy asset-backed currency system that can underpin the future of global commerce. This redefines the term “herding cats”. To get all these various egos and governance types singing off the same sheet of music, it better be one seriously sweet song.
