TIER 4B – ISO 20022: BRICS Settlement Rails are Live
10-27-2026
FINAL HOURS: THE BRICS SETTLEMENT RAILS ARE LIVE
A sovereign trade coordination office sent an internal settlement confirmation through the encrypted channel.
It said: “BRICS rails live. 41 nations. First settlement cleared in Rainbow Units. 19:00 UTC.”
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED:
1. THE RAILS
• The BRICS settlement rails are not a proposal. They are live. They are connected to the ISO 20022 framework — the same rails that replaced SWIFT
• The first settlement cleared at 19:00 UTC. It was not a test. It was a real trade between two sovereign nations, settled in Rainbow Units, verified on the quantum ledger
• 41 nations are connected. Not 9. Not 15. 41. The number was not announced. It was logged
2. WHY THIS MATTERS
• Every trade that used to settle in dollars now has an alternative. Not a theoretical alternative. A working one. The dollar is no longer the only option
• The settlement took three seconds. Not three days. Not three hours. Three seconds. The old rails cannot compete with that. They are not being replaced. They are being bypassed
• The nations that joined the rails did not leave the dollar system. They simply stopped using it. That is worse for the dollar than a formal exit
3. WHAT REPLACES IT
• The BRICS rails are not a rival to the QFS. They are connected to it. Every settlement on the BRICS rails is verified on the quantum ledger. The two systems are one system
• The Rainbow Currency is the settlement instrument. Not the dollar. Not the yuan. Not the ruble. The Rainbow Unit, backed by metal, verified by the ledger
• The dollar is still used for domestic trade in the United States. For now. The international role is what is ending. That is the role that gave it value
WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
• A trade announcement that does not mention the dollar. That is not an oversight. That is the new normal
• A BRICS statement that uses the word “expansion” and does not name the countries. The number will grow. It will not be announced
• A Treasury response that is late, vague, and defensive. That is what a losing position sounds like
For years, people were told the dollar was irreplaceable. It was replaced. Not with a bang. With a settlement that cleared in three seconds and did not need it.
FORWARD THIS POST TO SOMEONE WHO THINKS THE DOLLAR IS FOREVER.
41 nations. 3 seconds. One settlement. And the dollar was not invited.

Omar The deletion of zeros is different from the exchange rate as the former relates to the renaming of the monetary units while the second relates to the value of the dinar against foreign currencies.
Jeff They're going to create a lot of jobs and have a prosperous thriving economy, simply by increasing the exchange rate and going international...We're in a really good spot. The fact that they extended their legislative term by 30 days through December 1st is very good. It keeps all the doors open...so they can get the budget done, so they can get the rate changed. This is exactly what we needed to see.
Guest IRS Guru K-Dog Some people may be under the impression they can escape the IRS and their State boards of revenue, they cannot...My background was as a criminal investigator assigned to a federal drug task force and we had a IRS CID agent assigned to our unit. When we couldn't catch them with drugs we used IRS CID to dismantle their financial network and assets very effectively I might add. According to IRS 988 this would be ordinary income and I suggest paying estimated taxes right after we exchange. Banks reports out these types of exchanges so there is no way out of paying taxes.
