He pointed out that "the development of the entrances to Najaf Governorate will be voted on with Karbala, Abbasiya, Manathira and Ghammas, and Al-Kazemi agreed to it," noting that "the 2022 budget will include contracts for the Construction Authority and benefit from graduates who are not lecturers according to the need of the Directorate of Education."
