Global oil prices rose by nearly half a dollar on Tuesday.

Brent crude rose 49 cents, or 0.67%, to $74.00 a barrel, after rising 0.8% the previous day.

US West Texas Intermediate crude rose 52 cents, or 0.74 percent, to $70.97 a barrel, after rising 1.1 percent on Monday.  The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) had lowered its forecast for global oil demand for the fourth quarter of 2021 due to the coronavirus delta variable

The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand. Others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t.

Al-Abadi added in a televised statement: "The political blocs motivate their audience in order to obtain the highest votes to obtain the largest number of seats."

He pointed out: "The Victory Alliance and the State Forces Alliance will win the first places in the elections, and we have a strong mass base on the ground, and the alliance represents a moderate and realistic situation."

Al-Abadi called on the commission to protect the Iraqi voter at the polling stations and not to influence him from any party.
