Sunday 10 October 2021 23:30 Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed that the results to be announced by the Electoral Commission are semi-final and not conclusive, because they are subject to objection before the Board of Commissioners within three days of their announcement.

Al-Tamimi said in a statement that: “If the objection is rejected, the aggrieved person can resort to the judicial body formed under the law of the Electoral Commission, which is composed of three judges, and its decisions are final, as the judicial body resolves these appeals within ten days from the date of the appeal.”

NORV  Actually, I am not wrong Butterfly. There is no RV. Never will be one. What will occur is Iraq is going to launch a digital dinar. Then they will convert all citizens to it. As a result, they will be able to then finally begin to remove and reduce the paper dinar. Iraq will be an all digital economy. The question will be will they LOP the remaining paper notes? Or will they be able to finally begin to gradually raise the value via float if Iraq's economy begins to grow. Time will tell. But be assured, there is NO RV

butterfly   NORV I wrote this a long time ago. My VN friend, who has since died, told me about her d-n-l, who speaks many languages, was sent to the banking system here in the US, and at that time she was only able to tell her f-n-l that all will go digital. He has been in the making for a very long time.
