What’s the difference between a “liquid” bank account and a “spendable” bank account?
These terms are meaningless for purposes of typical banking. You either have a “pending” or a “hold” on your deposit, or it’s spendable. In this case, there’s one answer that makes sense. With every “Bank Facilitated, Private Buy/Sell”, which is the proper way to describe SKRs, and all platforms such as CMKX, Farm Claims, etc.; the difference between “liquid” and “Spendable” are actually defined in the Global Treaty Agreement (and Addendum(s)), the banks are following. Compliance requires this. Definitions define these terms and all of the actions that are followed to the letter.
Isn’t there a definite length of time that the bank can hold “liquid” funds on an active account, without releasing the money? It’s typically 72 hours. In a Private, Bank Facilitated Buy/Sell case however, it’s outside of the standard requirement since it’s “PRIVATE”.
How long can this continue? Simple answer, as long as the terms are followed and as long as it takes, until the Agreement is in “Default” or signed off as, “Complete According to Terms of the Agreement.” As we’ve seen, this has taken a World Court and Federal Courts, to mandate. Both have had their say and made rulings. The banks are pretty much doing what they have to all while earning their fees. No problemo. The courts are doing what they can.
It’s a push using all Lawful Means, with all “i’s dotted and t’s crossed”, and no errors or mistakes can be made. The penalty for failure is just too steep and the cost too dear.

butterfly sheila please don't take this wrong, but we heard the same thing when Seck has his website way back then. Also, a group you would be added into and "someone" would call you to let you know!. Can't remember the guy name, since it has been so long ago, had all the names and he would not give up that list.
He was threatened, etc. and then he soon vanished. Another, I think his name was trader and he knew this guy, etc etc. Come onto the chat rooms and soon stopped because nothing was true.

I could not reason with him so I made an excuse and said I had to hang up. Lordy the looney ones out there is mind blowing to me. Oh and he knew the guy that had all the information and he would not give me that person's name either.

butterfly sheila Glad to hear that. We had a guy that was over in Iraq and I can't remember which department he worked for/military and he heard nothing......again that was way back then. AND the DoD does not give out any kind of information.

Tuesday 13 July 2021 01:25.........The Director of Civil Defense, Major General Kazem Bohan, revealed some details of the tragic fire of Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital in the city of Nasiriyah in Dhi Qar Governorate, stressing the continuation of searches for survivors and victims under the rubble of the fire.
Bohan said, in a televised statement this morning, Tuesday, that "the hospital in Nasiriyah is a caravan complex with a total area of600 square meters, all of which are built of flammable sandwich panels, despite the issuance of instructions to prevent its use and import, but the concerned authorities seem to have no alternatives to this." The materials, although we have confirmed official comments about the danger of their use, and it is not justified at all.”
He added, "The fire was completely and finally extinguished, and we reinforced it with additional firefighting teams from Al-Muthanna Governorate," noting that "the accident left many rubble, and search operations are continuing for victims or survivors."
